I am not sure who is writing all of these good reviews but this is the worst place I have ever stayed. We are PCSing to Ft Stewart and we are waiting for a house all the other Hotels around were full.. First off let me start with we made a reservation 2 weeks before our arrival to secure somewhere to stay and we went off the reviews which was a lie!!! We got here and cringed when we walked into the room. Smelled of urine and smoke which was supposed to be non smoking but pet friendly room. Fast forward to the next morning I get a call that we need to see the owner bc our room is not a pet friendly room we go up to the office and he says we will have to charge you 120 dollars extra for the pets now mind you we already paid pet fees and they messed up the rooms after we reserved a pet friendly room. The entire staff and owners all live on the second floor of the 1st building gawking constantly which made for a uncomfortable stay. The beds were hard and small. The bathroom had dirt and mold around it and bathroom was dirty. Carpets were stained as well. A board under the ac fell over had rusty nails sticking up off of it. The so called breakfast was a brown bag with some snack items in them and we chose to not partake in the breakfast. Please spend the extra money and find somewhere else to stay 0/10 would not recommend.
Very nice and friendly staff clean rooms and there is also access to wifi and internet 😀. Alot of near by shopping certain and restaurants including the best of the best Jamaican restaurant Good to Go. Pets are welcome and they have a Dog park and and little spot where u can grill and relax not to mention a pool u can go swimming with friends and family. ❤
We were able to land a room here after leaving a gross hotel around 10:30 at night. We booked a king room that was furnished with a kitchen. The guy gave us a discount because we checked in so late and they even had a cooler full of cold drinks for guests. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The service was wonderful.
I recently moved to Hinesville, and stayed at most of these hotels in this general location. But Quality inn , has exceeded my expectations, the customer service is exceptional and the rooms were high standard , clean and comfortable, its like Im at home.. I highly recommend everyone visiting Hinesville to make quality inn their top/ first choice for accommodation...
We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times and we love it. Nice rooms, beds are comfortable, love having the kitchen there where we can make our own food. And the people who work there from the front office to the housekeepers are very nice. We will always be coming back.
I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They have great rates compared to all the other hotels in the area and the rooms are always clean. Its also nice that they have the rooms with the kitchenettes. Its nice to have a full sized refrigerator.
Stayed here 3 nights. Right after we checked in to the room, first impression was that it was a great sized room. However once I went to the sink area it was filled with strange little black flies. Ok washed those down the sink and figured it’s just because I’m not used to the area. The flooring in the bathroom/sink area was falling apart. It was laminate flooring that wasn’t tight together and had huge gaps. The metal reducer strip had nails/screws that were not flush and hurt when I accidentally stepped on them. The second day we were gone most of the day and when we returned to the room, noticed the bed was not made. But we had clean towels. The following morning, woke up to no hot water. So, couldn’t take a shower before heading out for the day. When we returned to the room, it had not been. Cleaned at all, not even clean towels given. So, had to call to get towels for the next morning. The staff is super friendly but definitely not a place I would stay again or recommend to anyone else. Especially for almost $100 a night!!!!Edit: second day…. Again no hot water!! Spoke to the front desk and they gave us a key to another room to go shower in and refunded one night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating but this location needs some major repairs and upgrades
The worst motel ever, I sleeping In room 113 and I leave 50$ deposit and I never received back because my child pee on toilet not in the floor, was nothing damage in the room but the lady from front desk refused to give me my deposit beack she told me I need to clean the hotel room, I’m not hous keapeng , is a lot drug activity in this motel please don’t sleep here never
I was looking at a lot of hotels till I saw this one, it has good prices and the quality of the rooms was also amazing. It was near by a lot of stores and attractions. Staff were friendly. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Most hotels have questionable sanitation, but my room was very clean
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn, Hinesville, GA for 7 nights over Christmas. I made the reservation online. A few hours before check in, I received a phone call from Nesi at the Quality Inn, Hinesville, GA to ask if we needed a room for pets as the online system sometimes omitted or switched the selection when making online reservations. That was thoughtful of her to call ahead of our arrival. When we arrived, Nesi was at the front desk and she made my check in smooth, quick, and effortless after a long day of driving. Although the facility is an older one, my room was clean. My TV remote did not work so Nesi immediately arranged for replacement by maintenance and it happened quickly. Then, the replacement remote stopped working and since it was after hours of maintenance, she immediately came to the room and replaced the remote with a brand new one (she even set it up). In my travels around the world staying in hotels, I can honestly say that I can overlook aged facilities if it is clean and the staff is attentive and effective. It was so at the Quality Inn, Hinesville, GA!
Under new owners and the service is FANTASTIC! The rooms have some drawbacks, but the service is over the top. The beds are very high, so it was awkward for my wife to get into bed. I called the front desk to ask if they have a step stool. They didnt, but the owner went out to buy one. An hour later, the owners wife knocked on the door, said it was taking her husband too long so she loaned us her personal step stool. You just cant ask for better service than that.
This is a simple place to stop. They are very nice. The room was clean. I got there after midnight after a car issue on a hot night and tge first thing the night man gave me an ice cold water while I checked in. Even past mid night we was welcoming and cheerful. Great place.
The room was nice. The front desk was trying to be very helpful. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Which is nice. It needed a bit more cleaning, especially in the bathroom. There is mold on the bath tub walls and is nasty around the toilet. The rooms smell of cigarette smoke. The first room was heavy with smoke smell, the second room smelled of marijuana and the third room smelled of smoke also. But not as bad. I sprayed the room with Fabreeze and it was a little better. When I called the front desk to ask a question I found ash in the cradle. I booked a NON-SMOKING ROOM. I was too tired to change or leave the hotel. I had driven a long distance to visit my sons. I will be visiting this area often, as well as other family members. I will not stay here and will let the my other family know not to book with Quality Inn.I just wanted to let those who are looking to book a clean smoke free hotel this not the place. I am very disappointed. This is false advertising.
QualityInn - Hinesville,GA! remember this name as this is best hotel in Hinesville! Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in in the lobby where we got our ready room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager Mike P who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. Beautiful lobby with drinks and computer with printers for guests- surely can make you feel like you home. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love their pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean.Reception was very helpful in directing us in Hinesville, so we have great night out as well and I really like they thought of everything to please your stay! So happy with our stay that actually was sad to leave!Overall I had best stay ever here!!! and definitely will back there and will recommend this peace to everyone!!:) THANK YOU Mike & QualityInn Team!:)
The rates are very good as of what is offered to you. Would always recommend this hotel without a doubt. Price includes a healthy biiiiiiiiiiiiig breakfast, not continental it got everything literally, waffles, muffins, cup cakes, cereal, fruit, different juices, tea, coffee, eggs, sausage, biscuit / with or without sausage gravy, milk, butter syrup, toast... Lord have mercy you gain weight there LOL.Rooms are clean and the staff is super nice!!! Thank God the rooms smell good too!!!Equipment in room as of AC/Heat all coffee maker never seen anything broke. Like the green book very organized with TV channels.Havent been to the pool yet but looks refreshing................
I had decided to take some much needed ME time. I selected this location at the last minute through the Choice Hotels website. The front desk service was amazing. The rooms had been updated and were very clean from the carpets, to the walls, the the furniture and bedding and appears exactly like in the pictures. Very quiet. Very spacious. Great place to stay. I will definitely be staying at this location more often for my mini-retreats. It suited my needs perfectly for quiet alone time.
I do not believe this hotel lives up to the Choice Hotel standards. This hotel is run cheaply, not with value. The smallest soaps & shampoos, the smallest towels, only one of things no extras, no coffee cups so you don’t drink the coffee, no glasses or cups in bathroom, only two clear plastic glasses for a two night stay, nothing in the efficiency - no towels, no cups or glasses or plates or utensils or soap or towels, etc., if you would use the burners/stove you need to move the table but what would you cook with, very dated and run down - lamp shades broken and lamps corroded, bathtub fixtures wrong and inadequate, no water pressure in sink or tub, cheap toilet paper and no extra roll, bathtub was painted poorly, trash in drawers.... that’s enough!Rating on a ten star, a three star; overall it was clean and bed was acceptable. Only every saw one person working, the front desk, housekeeping, answering phone, taking care of coffee or handling out snacks - there is no choice, they give you a bag with a fruit cup, juice and a granola bar, just one regular coffee, need to ask for tea or hot water. But the girl is very pleasant and personable. Just way overworked.
Customer service was pretty good. This hotel was recently re-done. At first glance room looked good except that curtains stood away from window so you could have a partial view inside room. Bathroom was terrible. Dirty shower curtain, vent full on junk, dirty soap holders. 2 stars for customer service and extremely comfortable beds and pillows.
Substandard rooms, even given the low price. Ive stayed at much better quality inns. I have never been so embarrassed that our caterer and her boyffiend got head lice from their room, which we provided as part of our sons wedding. We will never stay in such a place again.
This is definitely a 1-2 star hotel. The facility is outdated. All the rooms should be listed as smoking b/c I’m sure they all smell like smoke. The staff was nice but not the professionalism I’m used to. The rooms are not very clean especially the bedding. We were missing a lamp on the left side of the bed. We couldn’t find a plug on that side either. Not to say I’ve never stayed in a low budget hotel before, but if I’m going to stay in one at least not advertise non-smoking rooms especially for ppl like me with allergies, and at least make sure everything is clean. Once housekeeping realized we were staying an additional night they skipped right over my room. Didn’t bother to clean it or give us more towels. My keys didn’t work when I got to my room initially either. The girl at the desk had left to galavant with other guests when I went back to the office and tried to get them fixed. I had to meet her back at my room for her to try them as if I was some idiot. After that she let me in but took the keys and I had to wait for her to walk all the way to the front desk, fix them, and then walk all the way back to give them to me. All of that could’ve been avoided if she would’ve been in place like she was supposed to be.
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn, Hinesville, GA for 7 nights over Christmas. I made the reservation online. DO NOT BOOK HERE. Refused to refund when I contacted them a month before I was due to stay with them. My plans have changed and I needed to cancel or at least reduce the number of nights Im staying. I booked via hotwire. Hotwire called them and spoke to Erin. Erin told hotwire that they would not refund or reduce the number of nights. So now its either go any way and check out early and lose out on $200 or not go at all and still lose out on $200!!! That may seem like nothing to some but to me that is a lot of money. Worst customer service ever. How in the time of COVID a company can be so inflexible I do not understand? I will never stay at a quality Inn ever again and I will be telling everyone I know for the rest of my life to avoid this company like the plague. I would of taken a credit to use at a later date even. But no they refused.
Housekeeping came while we were out working and removed the used towels and bath mats from all 4 rooms but didnt replace them with clean ones. And they did no other cleaning in the rooms - just removed the towels. So when we returned that night to shower and go to bed we had no towels or bath mat. When we called the front desk we were told there was no one there who could bring us towels.
This is an older hotel that has been redone. They got about 85% there. Our room was clean but the shower drain was clogged and poorly caulked. There were broken and rusty light fixtures next to the bed. I checked in after 10pm and had to do it through a hole in the glass, making me wonder if I had made a bad choice. We decided not to eat here because of the condition of the things in our room. When we were leaving, the people next door told us they had a similar experience without us asking them about it.
Ive stayed here a few times now for work and I always enjoy my stay. The staff are friendly and professional, the rooms are always clean, and the breakfast is good. Ive never ran into any problems here. Close to a neighborhood market Walmart (walking distance) too. I go straight here for a room. The rates are low, but you arent sacrificing any quality here.
Stayed here on business in March for 5 nights. Great experience! Had an issue with the shower head spraying everywhere and they fixed it first thing the next day. Staff was very helpful and nice, housekeeping was also very nice, and the room was very clean. Ive watched a lot of YouTube videos on hotel cleanliness and checked the room upon arrival and it met all cleanliness requirements. Bed was soooo comfortable. The outside doesnt look the best, but I the inside is great! Will be staying here on our next trip to Hinesville.
Horrible, wash clothes were dirty bed sheets were dirty with visible stuff. removed items out room to give to someone else due to the staff member not inputting the correct information into the system. Overall a bad stay. Will never stay at this location EVER AGAIN!!!
Positive: It was close to the base Negative: They advertise nonsmoking rooms. I tried 3 rooms and they all smelled of smoke and one smelled of marijuana. There was evidence of smoking in the rooms, ashtray, ash on surfaces. The staff just waved it off statingit must have been the previous ppl.
I left a review in Feb 2017 and it has never posted. It was not the best of reviews. When we went back to Hinesville to visit our soldier we said, maybe we just got a bad room. I called the QI and the receptionist said, under the new management things have changed. We decided, it is a choice Hotel so lets give it a chance again. I wish we would have paid the $$$ at a competitor down the way instead of wasting my points on this room again!!! Room was very dated, carpet looked/felt dirty. Beds were nice as expected from choice but that is about it! Then we asked for a late checkout of 1PM from an earlier one of 12 and when we showed up at 1255 we see the cleaning staff chasing our lil Chihuahua around the parking lot. Evidently the receptionist never told housecleaning that we had a late checkout of 1PM!!! NEVER again will we ever stay here. The QI near our daughters college is like a 5 star hotel and this one is like a 1-2 star Motel.
Stayed 2 nights - Room was beyond disgusting! I found so much dirt/dust. Bathroom was the worst. We had no maid service. We found a heavily soiled wet spot on the floor by the bed. I told the front desk, they said someone would come look at it. I heard nothing after that. The only thing I found good about the hotel was the pool was nice, and breakfast was decent. In all my years of staying in hotels, this was BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE.
Awful, outdated and bad customer service. I checked in at 3 and told my room was clean, when I enter the room there was three full bags of trash of the trash on the floor in the carpet needed to be vacuumed and a sheet on the second bed was soiled. I informed the the front desk twice it is now 6 p.m. I took the trash out myself the other trash I put in a corner and the floor still hasnt been vacuumed awful! Two pluses: comfortable bed and a good TV with a lot of channels.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a simple place to stay. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was, especially the pillows. Everything was clean. The internet speed was good and free! The breakfast was not huge, but it was good and satisfied everyone in my family (including a picky 4 year old). Definitely a great value.
The rooms are clean and the service keeps them clean. The towels and the sheets also smell clean, which is another indication. Its not a fancy hotel, but I dont expect that for the price, not to mention that its about $100 less than the other fancy hotels down the road. For the price difference, I will take the older accommodations at this Quality Inn. BTW, the free breakfast was also good.
The room was ok, I looked at a king bed room and it looked great but it wasnt smoking, so I ended up getting a kitchenette for the same price only because I reserved a smoking room and things in the room were much older and there was a dirty towel in the shower. I shouldve just kept the non smoking room, but I only stayed for one night and just wanted to go to sleep and the manager had already compensated me, so I didnt want to be that customer. Staff was friendly! Grabbed two donuts from breakfast and they were hard, but the apple juice was great.
Spent this week in the hotel for work. The bed was comfortable but there was a smell I couldnt stomach. Bought candle and spray to make it tolerable and couldnt tell if it was the AC unit or carpet causing it. My last night there started looking around trying to see why it smelled so badly and found dead bugs on the front of bed by headboard. Didnt try the breakfast or the pool with what I assume is algae since it was green. Mostly quiet through the night at beginning of week but toward end of week started attracting an unwanted noisy element and seemed like people may be using the rooms to party or live in.
They were polite, notes for needs improvement.... tv had lines. Towels had an abundance of hairs stuck to it. Had to remove long black hairs to dry off yuk. Been in a lot of choice hotels and tub repairs are starting to be a common thing. With tubs they become dangerously slick if freshened up with some kind of coating. Hurt myself twice trying to stand during a 5 min shower.
Hotel staff at the front desk were awesome. Nesi and Amber would be the only reason I stayed at this hotel again. Unfortunately the rooms were not at the same quality as the service. Door did not secure properly, airconditioner was missing pieces and we sweated all night. Cleanliness was ok but dog break area was not supplied with clean up supplies even thou they had the stands.
I stayed two other times at this property and both were great stays. The staff here is more than welcoming . I never had a bad experience here. Nice clean and new rooms. I could not have asked for better. I will be continuing to give my business to this hotel. Keep up the great work!
The hotel was clean and met my expectations. It can get a little noisy in the am due to the people checking out, and the truckers. The location is great, right next to all the resturants and Walmart. I really like to stay here because I can get a room with a full kitchen.
Front Desk and Housekeeping Staff was very helpful and pleasant.... Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet... Great location. We were able to visit Fort Stewart, Fort McAllister, Savannah, and Tybee Island.... Cute little park in the back with picnic tables and grills... Internet signal and speed was always good... I was on vacation so I didnt get out of bed in time for breakfast but, no worries, there are plenty of places to eat nearby.... Everything was great!! The Munchkins and I will definitely stay here again... :)
Terrible place to stay!Be warned there are BUGS at this place! The room was not that clean. Towels did not seem very clean. Not sure how often the bedding is changed. Breakfast was not very good. Not much food is placed out for the few guest that stay there. The waffle batter is watery. Waffles have holes in them when cooked due to the amount of water in the batter. A guest or a visitor of a guest broke a liquor bottle near our car and the glass was under the tires. We could not move our car until the glass was removed. The neighborhood is not safe!
The girl at the front during check in was amazing . Her name is Nesi . Although the over night lady was horrible . It took me 15 mins just to get someones attention when I needed a spoon . It was like she was in the back sleeping . I understand its night time but last time I came to town it was the same lady and I waited 30 mins just to be checked in after working 9 hours and was on the road for 8 . This use to be my go to hotel and it has definitely went down hill . Im very disappointed
For being an outside hotel. I was so amazed by the rooms comfort. The owners went as far as placing a kitchen inside some of the rooms. Very great customer service from all of the employees at this location. If ever in the area again. I will make sure to stay here again.
This hotel was a complete surprise to my team and I. Usually outside hotels are not really kept up to par. After coming to this hotel, I really think they really thought about everything for their guest. Comfortable beds, nice size rooms, a kitchen and a great staff. They have raised the bar for other outside hotels. By far the best hotel i have stayed in for a while. Keep up the good work.
Having stayed in Choice Hotels along the route from Pitkin, LA to Gatlinburg/Nashville, TN and back, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. Great value and great rooms - and wonderful amenities without the hoopla of other national chain hotels. Thank you for providing wonderful stays for a great prices without pretentious labels. Love the Choice! Note: Given the damages brought onto the area by Hurricane Irma, this hotel made great efforts for recovery and continuation of services. Good Job!
Photos on website are deceiving - Renovations poorly done - Room stunk like the strong smell of animal urine; had to buy air freshener - Air conditioner was loud and blew dust bunnies when fan was on high, then vent fell off - Toilet had mold under rim and tub didnt drain for hours - Other people staying there seemed to be living there and lets just say they were more outside hanging out on their balconies smoking cigarettes and would yell back and forth to each other all day and late into the evening - One couple was fighting and screaming at each other 2 days in a row! - One of the individuals staying there had a pit bull hanging out with him on the balcony - Cars driving in and out of the parking lot at night, car doors slamming and people talking outside our room (sketchy/creepy) - Upon entering the lobby you will see a sign that says Lobby is closed between 10 pm and 6 am for the safety and security of our employees and next to the sign is a hole cut in the window to speak through and a small hole you could pass payment through. An employee at a local store asked where we were staying and she gave her condolences and said that this place is not somewhere that she would ever recommend. Breakfast did not offer healthy choices; all food was high calorie, high carb, fat and sodium and coffee was gross. Room keys were temperamental; it took 4-5 tries before you could get in the room. Freezer racks were rusty in our fridge - Hot and cold water were switched - Staff were nice and helpful - Bed and pillows were comfortable.
This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I promise anyone..... if your staying in Hinesville this is the best place for the value. Dont judge the outside because this is a new owner who is remodeling the inside. Please check out my photos I left comments on them. Rooms are so large and clean also they have separate kitchenette in them. 2 thumbs way up!!!! Great for military families coming for a visit.
Please please please read and comprehend this rating. Do not spend 1 cent on renting a room from this establishment you will regret it drastically it will be the worst experience you have ever had staying at a hotel. Trust me! If I could rate this truthfully id give it a half *
If you just need a bed for the night its ok - you get what you pay for. Its a motel -- outside entrance only and no elevator. Comfortable beds and clean sheets but thats about all. Motel has an odor (weve stayed in 2 rooms on 2 different occasions) - need to use better cleaners or air freshener. Lobby is next to Japanese restaurant and smells like the onions or something.Breakfast is lacking.
Older hotel, but the room was clean. I see the effort from the staff housekeeping and maintenance with what they are working with. Definitely worth the price as you get what you pay for. I wrote this review when I arrived, now later on that night the TV fell off of the wall and broke my laptop, 2 weeks later the insurance company has not taken care of this situation 😕😕😕
This is the worst hotel Ive ever been too! The staff are extremely rude, the ongoing construction is very noisy all day long not to mention the nails left all over the parking lot that cost me 3 tires, the kitchenette is infested with German roaches, the carpets are sticky and leave your socks black within minutes. I will never stay at this hotel ever again!
I used my points to stay one night at this hotel which is the only reason I didn’t demand a refund and leave. Being an older motel doesn’t excuse filth. I stayed in a “non-smoking” room that reeked of cigarette smoke and even after I checked out and left, I could still smell the smoke lingering on my skin and clothes.
Good experience!! The room was big and nice and clean, the shower light didn’t work in the first room we had call the front desk put us in another room And the light still didn’t work, only to find another light switch inside the bathroom which worked, shower made some noise when you moved the dail for hot water it was bare able. Breakfast was ok, not the best but very do able. Army base is literally 5 mins away, and so are grocery stores. For the price we would stay here again!
I was very satisfied with hotel although I became sick the first night & had to go to the hospital. The hotel staff was very helpful with my wife in getting our bill paid & getting her to the hospital where I was taken. I will definitely will stay at this motel in the future. I usually make a trip to Hinesville about twice a year to see mi niece who lives there. I would recommend this motel to everyone.
It was great and very nice environment, the room was very clean and fresh although we did not get in the pool they did have one, and we had previously tried another motel in the area and the ceiling was falling through and wires hanging every where so this motel was wonderful
I already gave an in depth critique for your review. I addressed the issues that should be considered and rectified, and I gave high praise to Miss Melinda Castro. I am not going to write a review for your sight only because the areas that I took issue were not things that were the owners fault. The housekeeping was an issue because of her maid not coming in and the owner took time to address the issue herself. The breakfast is probably a corporate issue, not the hotels issue (unless they ordered the food items themselves from some local vendor.
The hotel room are a little out dated but clean. I noticed that the Hinesville police dept. patroll the parking lot area of the hotel, which is nice. The hotel was quiet and staff friendly and helpfull. The water smelled like sulfur and tasted nasty. So we used bottle water to brush our teeth, it was that nasty. The description of the room with kitchenettes noted limited equipment, it was more like no kitchen equipment and a very small refigerator, not the full size freg. Shown in the picture. Overall not a bad place to stay for the money.
The bathroom was nasty the shower curtain had several nasty stains on it and there was a small blood spot on the bed..When I addressed it with the front staff they agreed that it was unacceptable..They offered to change them out..but that was not acceptable and they offered a refund.
The room was decent, but I think an elite member should get better treatment than being stuck upstairs, surrounded by partiers. I travel for WORK, so maybe update your website to include what the stay is for and maybe the shift a person may be working. If an elite member doesnt get better perks than they get, what is the purpose?!!
No shower water pressure. Tub drain super slow.orange juice was sour at the hot breakfast.roach got on me while I was sleeping.can see upunder room door probably where the roach come from. Just an overall bad experience for me as a choice hotels member. Bed was great and they do have kicthenett and full size fridge.I wont stay again until its upgraded to a choice hotels specs

2022-03-17I have to first commend the staff on such great customer service. The service alone will keep me coming back. They were very personable and even offered me and my husband a complimentary drink upon arrival. And when I missed breakfast, the owner made a to go breakfast bag for me when I checked out. I gave 4 stars only because the tub looked like it wasnt cleaned and no working light in sink area. But other than that the room was comfortable and service was great.

2022-04-12Although they are not serving hot breakfast yet they did have a grab and go bag. They plan to start serving breakfast in the near future, so you may want to call and confirm. The room we chose was a pet friendly because we have two little dogs I have to say there was no pet smell. I do wish the beds would be upgraded to queen the room size could accommodate that.Over all I would definitely book here again the staff was so nice and they gave me a complimentary beverage at check in.

2022-01-30This is a two-star only because the staff were pleasant on arrival. Our room was smelly; the floors were sticky; the shower was old, with cracks in the tub and dirty. I wore socks. The water was hot and the shower head fine. The bed was comfortable, although the sheets and bedspread were old and had stains. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

As for my stay I rest comfortably and we’ll the rooms are always clean my favorite room is the room with the kitchen it comes in handy when I far away from home. I can’t forget the housekeepers even the new ladies they just hired they are all good with helping keep the rooms clean and with room service. If I had to recommend this hotel I would highly suggest it. You’ll have a great stay rooms are big and they are remodeling. Thank you again Quality inn for making my stay comfortable for me.Thank you

2022-04-19Stayed here because they allowed us to bring our two dogs to stay with us. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. They have a little area where you can take your dogs to relieve themselves. They have a pool though I didnt see anyone using it at the time so we assumed it must be closed.

2022-05-28I guess you get what you paid for. Upon my arrival, the key card did not work so the staff came out and ended up switching us to the room next door. The room had a funky smell to it, like it wasn’t fresh. There was a dead roach on the floor. My daughter And I kept our shoes on and bought our own sheets, pillows to sleep on along with our towels and wash cloths. The breakfast was a on the go and did not even come with a drink. No water or juice and anything. The shower had hair in it gross. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone and this will be last time here.
