I believe this store has changed. When this store was OFF BROADWAY SHOE WAREHOUSE I experienced RACIAL PROFILING!I literally just walked out this store,.. went in with my daughter and noticed we were literally being followed by 1 caucasian girl, no Gm no nothing.. I stopped in the area of my shoe size trying to ignore her.. I tried on multiple shoes and she literally passed by us 9 times looking at me like I was going to steal shoes! I had no other bags just my wallet, car keys and sunglasses .. Becoming fed up I literally put the shoe back on the rack and told my daughter to put the pair she found for herself back and walked out. My daughter wasn’t happy because she really wanted the pair she had but we can not support that behavior. I would never allow a store to treat me as if I’m a suspect to a crime I did not commit.

Not real excited about their floor layout, should have better signage and separation and signage for styles and gender as well as taller displays.... And increased inventory..... Every shoe we were going to buy if you pull it up online its a lot cheaper by 20 or more percent online that is...

Exceptional staff! I went in with my two year old and one year old in a giant stroller. The assistant manager was quick to help me with the door and find the specific shoes I was looking for. I believe his name was Nicolas, the assistant manager, was incredibly helpful. I got screwed over by an online shoe company sending me the wrong pair of shoes for a birthday gift. Nicholas was quick to help me with a competitive price for the shoes I needed just in time for the birthday!

I love this store! They offer an unmatched variety of shoes for both men and women. Discounts and/or sales are ALWAYS present so shopping on a budget is more than possible here. You can also earn discounts through their rewards program. The staff has always been well-informed and personable—-in other words, they’re great! Also, I noticed one person posted on here they are unhappy with the location of the store? In fact, they decided to give a one star review as a result of the location. Let me point out there are well over 100 other businesses within a quarter of a mile of this store’s location. Off Broadway and the overwhelming majority of the countless additional companies in this area, are thriving in this market. Parking availability is substantial, and there are multiple options to enter and exit the area. I actually can’t envision a better location for this or any retail store in the Athens area. In summation, if you find yourself in need of some new kicks, Off Broadway should be your first (and more than likely, only) stop! Hope this helps!

Black people don’t come over,you will be watch the whole entire time.It’s too cold inside the store.I had to ask for help.Brianna a manager there she alright but really not helpful at all she pretended her way of helping they stand around talking to each other instead of helping blacks order on line it ashamed to go to a shoe store and fell like a thief

Ordered a pair of heels on-line that I was needing for an event. When I received the shoes, I received 2 left shoes and two different sized shoes. Customer service was not helpful and told me I needed to return them prior to them sending me a replacement. The fastest would be for me to go to a store and return them. No compensation for the trouble, only more hassle.

LOVE THIS STORE!!! The store manager Elizabeth is super nice and helpful, as are the employees. Great selection of shoes, lots of good deals. Overall great place to shop at, 10/10 recommend!!
