My bestfriend went in to do an exchange on shoes for her son that her father in law got him which was the wrong size and he let him wore them .So she took them back and the manager was real rude telling her dont bring them back if worn which (my friend didnt know)!! Will not shop there again!!

I used to love to get shoes here but they seem to be geared more towards athletic shoes then anything else over the last few months.
Im not one to play on race but I definitely felt a strong sense of racism when I was in this place. Im not going to go into detail. Im positive my dollars wont be missed here but I guarantee I wont be back
The salesman was horrible. He was huffing because he was behind my 94 year old g-ma and I guess he felt like she was to slow. He did not want to help to begin with.

2021-01-19I went to the store to buy my daughter some steel toed boots. I called ahead and the female store clerk said they had the shoes available at $54. Well when I went to the store I went straight to the boots and looked around to see exactly what they had. It advertised a boot right underneath box the sale sign said boot was $49.99 but now its at $29.99 on sale. So I went to the cash register to buy the shoe it rang up for $64.99 plus tax total price $70.19. I asked the manager why was the sign posted for $29.99 then? We and two there workers went back there and they saw the sign but he said sorry those were posted under the wrong shoe. Needless to say I was bummed. I also asked ok where is the one I called about for the $54 dollars before I came down here that I was assured you had. The whole reason for coming in the first place. Looked for that shoe as well and they didnt have it either even though I called and they said they looked. Again bummed out. The manager could only say Im sorry over and over again about the misunderstanding. I received no compensation at all. No discount because of misconceptions. I was disappointed after all of that I was just asked do you still want the shoe. Manager already said store was all in disarray. Just not a good experience. They were nicer at shoe carnival and they new their inventory.

2021-02-19There was a great selection of shoes. And we also took advantage of the buy one and get the second pair of shoes for 50% off. Since the second pair of shoes were not available in the size we needed. The lady informed us of free shipping so we ordered the second pair of shoes.

2018-08-18The store was mostly organized and fairly clean. Pricing and signage was clear and seemed to be on all items. I didnt see any associates on the floor helping. Check out was quick and easy. Not very friendly. There was no smile, no how are you today, no did you find everything ok. It was basically silent and give me your money kind of situation. Not sure that I will visit regularly. Unless I know they have exactly what I want.

2019-02-25Rude staff, unhelpful staff!! My husband could not find the match to the display shoe, it was too much of a bother to help us look...so they did not bother! We put back the other 3 pair of shoes and went to Shoe Carnival where they were happy to see if we needed anything.

2019-10-17Rack room has a variety of shoes that youll love. My daughter bought me some Crocs from the Rack Room in Myrtle Beach and theyre so so comfortable. Try them, I know youll find a nice shoe that you have to have.

2017-01-04These employees are so rude and nasty. If you need good customer service do not go there especially if you have children. Nikko the manager trainee is not nice, does not smile and is no help. The cashier Micheala is not nice either and walks around like shes the boss and is super arrogant. I am not going to put my whole experience on here but I will be contacting corporate.
