I love this store, great prices and deals, and more than anything the sales representatives are very nice and professionally
Okay. I had assistance from one lady and she was sweet as could be! But I dont think anyone else cared to be there. I had to wait forever to check out and it wasnt even crowded.

On August 18,2018 around 2:28 I went in rainbow and the girl worker with red hair tried to take all my money off my card. After a while I left because I was going to say the wrong thing she needs to be fired.
I loved a lot of their options. Everything is so colorful and affordable
The male manager/cashier at this location is the absolute best. Hes always full of good energy and is so helpful!
Nice selection on ladies cloths and shoes at reasonable.prices. cash register machine at the store is old and everything has to be put in manually causing delay.nice staff
It was a typical Rainbow store....messy dirty floors and not enough people at the registar. But the prices and variety are always great perks.

I love Rainbow. What i dont love is the staffs terrible attitude and how they speak to me. They need a customer service 101 class given to their staff. So rude.

I shop here all the time...but their customer service is horrible....not even the manager will acknowledge that you are there until check out.
Overcrowded sales floor. Granted that means there us a lot to chose from, but I get so frustrated trying to find anything in here.

2022-02-20Older lady I’m assuming is the manager needs a refresher on how you talk to people. She talked to customers & staff like she’s in a rush & we taking up her time…..could of been a bad day but that’s not my problem. You don’t bring that to your place of business. She’s probably the reason staff will quit.

2021-07-13The male cashier gives me rude vibes . I love to shop at rainbow so I am a everyday shopper here . You get no welcome when you come in and the staff I over hear gossiping a lot . Would be much better with a much more polite staff and better styling . I have to dig for cute things

2021-04-30My body type is a little difficult when it comes to jeans but after a few places I finally found jeans that fit me everywhere without being too tight and still being long enough on me. Im kind of tall so Im happy I found these jeans.

2021-05-29Cramped racks, dirty floors, missing ceiling tiles, customer service is 😐 except for the guy with the forest gump hairline who is a complete joke . I mean, it’s Rainbow lol. The location on 278 in Covington is way cleaner, and staff is way nicer as well.

2021-03-20Please if your Hispanic don’t go to this store on 138 the guy is rude and loud with no class , ignores Hispanic ppl makes you wait there without letting you know what’s going on or say your turn is next. I was in line and ppl were going ahead of me. Than he wants to argue. Go to Covington more clean and classy (no ratchet cashier there )and Hispanics are welcome there !!!

2020-10-25Impolite staff. I was waiting for someone to check me out. The counter was unattended, and there was a worker stocking right next to it and acknowledged me and did nothing. After a minute someone came to check me out but he was on his phone, mask off. He checked me out while still talking on the phone and not saying a word to me, just pointing to the card swipe and mouthing thank you when he was done. Very disappointed

2019-02-15I brought a dress Wednesday before Valentine’s day and when I got home I put on The dress. And the material started popping that dress was not too small but it look like someone has sewn it up and returned it I put the dress back in the bag that I got from rainbow and had the receipt and the tags still attached the lady Davia ( Jamaican) she got an attitude with me when I told her to situation and she said “ we don’t sell dresses like that with an attitude”and claimed I sew the dress up myself I told her that I didn’t do that and she laugh and walked away rudely I will not be coming back to this store again this dress was 22.19 with tax for something not even of quality then to be treated so badly by MANAGEMENT Is the worse of all .

2019-09-17I cant say anything else other than the very bad customer service. The cashier was on the phone the whole entire time I was standing in line. I stood in line for about 10-15 minutes. He just stood there and gossiped the whole time while myself and this other lady had to listen to him. This was the worst experience I have had at Rainbow. The customer service was so horrible!!!!
