Made an appointment for an alignment after putting all new components on the front end. I asked them NOT to wash the car since the paint had been corrected only 6 months prior, and Im the only one who washes this car now.2.5 hours later they tell me the vehicle is done, it was obviously washed. While the service advisor is collecting my payment, I ask Did they wash the car?. Yes, they had just started, but I stopped them he says.I really didnt want to have to try and explain how upset it makes me, and why I dont want my car put through a car wash at a dealer, especially since I had already been there 2.5 hours for a routine alignment.I pay the fee and get in the car to drive home, the whole car was washed, but here is what really disappoints me, the tech did not center the steering wheel properly for the alignment, Im now holding the wheel maybe 1 degree to the right in order to drive straight. Keep in mind all the front suspension components are new, all the rear components are in good condition, and the vehicle has never been in an accident nor damaged in a way that would have the frame out of square resulting in the wheel being crooked after an alignment.So all of this said and done, I inspect the paint at home and its swirled up, all of that time and money spent on a paint correction ruined because the dealer washed my car improperly. I hope this dealer develops a better system to mark vehicles that decline a wash, not only does it waste my time, but it reversed about 16 hours of paint correction. I fixed the toe alignment myself to correct the steering wheel. Be careful coming here if youre one of those people that baby your paint to keep that swirl free gloss. It was an honest mistake on their part, but I feel its necessary to warn others. Also, please develop a better system for appointments, dont ask me to come in while 2 other vehicles are ahead of me for a routine alignment.4/19/22 Update: Ive left 3 messages to call back the service manager over the course of three weeks. No call back, front desk has always stated theyre out of the office.
I was sold a vehicle last year. I wasn’t aware that the car had a tire that was defective. I started noticing the back tire had a slow leak after some months because I don’t drive it much. Also, when I got the car, the tire pressure light was on, I was told, that it’s no big deal and the cars lights do that sometimes. Fast forward, I’ve been dealing with this slow leak for months, I’ve filled it up with air, assuming that all it needed was to be plugged. I came up to RMB weeks ago, and was told they would replace the tire, but the wait was going to be hours so I just held off until getting my car fully serviced. I come in to get my car serviced, and told my advisor about the tire issue. He told me he would see about it. My car has been in service going on day two, and nobody will give me an update on what I can be done about my tire! I was told I can pay for a new tire for $322. I will not pay over $300 for a tire that was already defective. I keep calling and was told a manager would call me back. Here we are on day two and a manager still hasn’t called me back, and since it’s the end of the day, my car is still there, and I still don’t have answers on how they are going to replace my tire ON THEM! What managers don’t keep a log of who they say they are going to call back before leaving? I don’t fully know who to call out so I’m keeping names out of this post. Tomorrow if this isn’t fixed I will be making a formal complaint-update! Manager called me back and said they would replace tire! Great call! I’m satisfied
Had a flat tire on the last day of year 2021. I was with three young children when it happened. Road side assistance, Jordin Mendez ,came and replaced the spare tire very quickly and arranged everything for me to have a new tire at the dealership. He even had me follow his car to the dealership since I am not familiar with the area. Two thumbs up for Jordin and all the service department people. Everyone went above and beyond. Strongly recommend!!!
You have to do their job for them.They tell me to bring my vehicle in for a major recall. I drive an hour and a half to get here and they tell me that they don’t have all the parts and that I should come back. At this point the vehicle needs the whole emissions system replaced and engine lights are coming on. In the 7 texts and 2 emails about bringing it in and when I was on the phone making the appointment did they not think to check to see if all the parts were here! No they wait until gas prices for diesel are $5.60 a gallon to get me here to tell me that they don’t have all the parts and to please come back. First of all been waiting since October and now this!! What a joke for a business and a manufacturer.
I got a nail in my tire from driving through the construction project that is Atlanta - tire went flat as a pancake quickly! Jordin Mendez from RBMs Roadside Assistance was super helpful and friendly - arrived at my house as soon as he could and changed the tire. Thanks Jordin!
We had a great experience working with Doug on the purchase of our first Mercedes! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. RBM had the exact car we wanted at a great price. Living out of state, we made the three-hour drive to the dealership and took the car for a test drive. After the test drive, we had our trade-in appraised and the rest of the purchasing process was seamless and quick. We highly recommend working with Doug and would absolutely purchase another car from RBM!
Just wanted to give a thank you to the sales team. My grandmother and daughter went to the dealership looking to purchase a Mercedes G550. One might not suspect an 83 year old woman may want such a vehicle, but that’s what she wanted as she no longer wanted her H3 Hummer. She had previously went to Mercedes Benz of Buckhead where the salesman didn’t even bother to show her any of the vehicles she requested and eventually left her unattended until she eventually just left.Well this same 83 year old woman went down to RBM Mercedes and purchased her vehicle from a sales team that was happy to help her. Never judge a book by its cover. Thank you RBM family for assisting her. I purchased my first Mercedes from Colin Harrison years ago before he was a manager and also had an excellent experience, and will be back soon to upgrade my E class.
We had an urgent need to replace a battery just prior to a road trip. John Kuntz and Jordin Mendez helped us to quickly resolve the issue! We called John Kuntz who then had an idea to use Jordin Mendez and Jordin came to our house to replace a bad battery. We truly appreciate the quick response to help us resolve this issue on the same day! Both John and Jordin are very helpful, customer focused and are a pleasure to work with at RBM of Atlanta! Went in looking for a Mercedes SUV. The sales person we got just was not helpful. They wanted to see us the most expensive car and not care about budget. No effort to find a car somewhere else. Would caution people to check before going there. We ended up going to Mercedes of Marietta and they were great.
I recently took my Mercedes C300 in for service for a faulty headlight issue. My experience from start to finish was absolutely first class. I was immediately welcomed by a friendly team member who guided me where to go to get my car checked in. The receptionist greeted me and quickly assigned me to Steven my service advisor. Steven took my information, offered me a loaner vehicle, and swiftly had had me on my way. Before I even left the parking lot, I received a text message with contact information should I need to get in touch with Steven. Throughout the service period, I received text message updates as to the status of my car. I was notified my service was completed and when I arrived, Steven greeted me and explained that it was a simple software error that caused my issue. I received a complimentary car wash and left a happy customer. Steven later followed up with me thanking me for trusting RBM with my car and welcoming me to contact him if I had any questions. It was a great experience and will certainly use RBM of Atlanta for future service needs.
After letting my 2007 Benz sit for the better part of 7 months, the batteries were completely flat. Jordin from RBM Roadside came out and replaced my starter and auxiliary batteries. He was prompt, professional and pleasant throughout. I highly recommend RBM Roadside service.
Don took great care of me! I did not feel like I was in a car dealership - everything was very transparent and easy. They made me a good deal and explained everything in the process. I am very happy with the car that I purchased. I visited several dealers and looked at several cars before deciding, and RBM was the best experience I had. RBM of Atlanta gave us the best possible service imaginable... and it all started with Jerry Peek. He helped us through the entire process of purchasing this very sporty sedan. Sedan? Oh, let me tell you...Fun, Fast, and Furious!Right out the gate (showroom), I was not disappointed. We ordered our 2019 Emerald Green C300 Sedan with the AMG Sports and Night Package (and other great features) months before the first build date, and it is a beauty for sure – it WAS love at first site.Getting into her was like I just sat into a high-tech jet fighter with so many great features it took a few days to get used to them all… but the best part was the 360-camera view… LOVE IT! So handy in tight spots and for parking so as not to damage the front end when parking near high curbs.As far as performance, for a 4-cylinder turbo, all I can tell you is buckle up for a ride of your life. The 9-speed transmission bolted on to the higher performance engine will take you on a joy ride that is unlike like any 4 cylinders I have ever driven.The ride might be a bit stiffer than what this 68-year-old would want, but it sure brings back memories of my youth, as I could never have imagined – and it is totally fun. Total control over so many different driving situations… It is so comforting to know she has your back, especially when someone is come up your backside faster than you think, and you want to change lanes… beep, beep, beep never sounded so good.We love her and so do others. The new Emerald Green is so sharp even people who don’t normally like green love the color. So glad I got the upgrade leather interior as well.Yes… this is the car I dreamt about when I was 16 but could never own… and it is now so affordable. Thanks, Mercedes-Benz, for the ride of my life. You have one furious contender with this energetic and spirited sedan. And thank you Jerry and RBM of Atlanta for making this such a pleasurable experience. Bruce S.
I was the lucky person to get salesman, Eric Koenigsberg to assist me in buying a new car. Eric has years of sales experience and guided me to get the car that fitted my needs. He is so knowledgeable of his product, guides you and after the purchase he demonstrates the capabilities and operational functions of my new vehicle. A little humor here, I am not a baby boomer but before and known as the silent generation. From this you may understand my consternation as to operate all the functions available on my new car. He painterly guided me. Eric, is an asset to the dealership.

Ive never had such an amazing experience buying a car with a dealership than this one. I dealt with Robert Scobie to buy my first Mercedes. He was extremely patient in answering any and every question I had about owning a Mercedes. No sales ploys to lure me in to buying one, they just were there to only sell me facts about Mercedes cars. Robert and everyone involved in the dealership made my experience so memorable that I purchased the car the next business day without even considering any other options. Highly recommend this dealership for folks looking to buy a Mercedes!
I’m giving this place 5 stars simply because of how awesome Rachel Collins is as a car saleswoman! She’s honest, knowledgeable and down to earth..not like the normal pushy salespeople. I bought my c300 about 6 months ago with RBM and my experience was great with her so I came back with my best friend, who also bought a c300..Rachel went as far as taking pics of us next to our cars in the rain..gave us poses and everything. She genuinely loves her job and it’s evident! She’s a great asset to this company, no doubt! Malcolm was also very knowledgeable and great at what he does!On the other hand, I also came here for my service B maintenance while my best friend looked at cars and that experience was trash. I was given a loner and told my car would be ready on Monday. I explained I work Mon-Fri and literally took a half day that Friday just to come in so he said he would give my file to his partner so I could come back Sat since he wouldn’t be there. His partner never called me.. I called an hour before close to figure out what was going on..I was told my car was ready and I could come..I stated I was an hour away but I was coming..I rushed through traffic all the way from Fayetteville..got there 4:05, 5 min after close and was told the guy who had my file had left even though I said I was coming. I explained my issue..she made calls and they brought my car but it was not cleaned at all..I asked why and was told their car wash was down..even though I know my best friend’s car just got detailed after her purchase smh
I had visited 3 Mercedes-Benz Dealerships before coming here and this by far was the best dealership out of the all!!!! Mr.Gerry was one of the best salesmen I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting!!! He made the entire car buying process sooooo pleasant!! I’m soooo happy with my new car!!! RBM of Atlanta is the way to go when buying Luxury!!!!
Recently used the service department for A service for GLC 2020 car,Picked up, serviced, and returned the car as promised. Good service. Thanks to Mr. Griffin, Mr. Daniel and others I might have missed to mention. As a senior citizen, avoided driving in traffic, their pick up service was excellent.

Excellent experience buying from RBM with the assistance of Jimmy Hill. He provided exactly the type of top notch, first class service I expected from a MB dealership. Jimmy provided excellent and prompt communication, was readily available by phone and text, took time to answer all my questions, and he definitely made extra effort to make sure that I was taken care of during the buying process. I bought the SUV from out of state and he made this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. I just got my fifth Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta. I know I have a choice of dealers. RBM is the one that makes it easy to negotiate a deal. I have worked with Eric Koenigsberg over the years and find him straight forward and patient with all my questions.... and when you buy an expensive car, you kind of want to have all your questions answered. I think what ultimately brings me back to RBM is their ease of the buying process and their service team gets things right the first time, can get you in at a convenient time, and usually have loaners available. I cant say that about many other dealerships.
I bought my Mercedes at RBM of Atlanta and I always take my care there for service. I took my car to have a tire replaced and to have my A-service done. However, when I picked it up yesterday my car hadnt been washed and no one called to tell me that my rim was damaged. I was really disappointed that my car was still dirty but also the fact that I have tire/rim insurance and no one called to ask if I wanted it repaired. My usual service person was out on vacation and it definitely showed. It may seem like a small thing but I was very disappointed with the customer service.
Worst service! I recently had my car towed to the dealership (system malfunction) and was left car less for over 4 days, due to “lack of inventory of loaner vehicles” which was a lie, as soon as I returned to pick up my car, I noticed there were plenty of cars available.I did not enjoy the customer service I received from the dealership this time at all.. it was horrible to say the least. Then they tried to charge me over 2k for service, which I refused.I will never be returning to this dealership ever again.
Jordan, from Roadside Assistance, came to my rescue when my battery gave up its ghost. He got me back on the road quickly and without any effort on my part. He arrived with a new battery, quickly installed it, tested it, and closed the hood. Thank you Jordan! Job well done!!!
We couldnt be happier with the friendly, competent customer service we received from Don Bonura, our Leasing and Sales Consultant. Don demonstrated a very high level of commitment to finding the right car for us and always followed up on a timely basis. What really impressed us was his knowledge and awareness of the cars features/functions. Based on our experience, we wouldnt hesitate to do business again with RBM!
A few years ago I bought a brand new truck at a ford dealership, and they used some poor sales tactics to mislead and deceive me. I felt I was taken advantage of due to my age. This gave me a poor opinion of car salesmen in general. However, when I came to RBM to buy a Sprinter van for my business last year, I was given the BEST customer service by Ken Straw. That man is a superstar. Very transparent through the entire process. I even came in wearing worn out work clothes, and nobody judged me or treated me less than. A few days ago, I had to bring my Sprinter to the service department for a recall repair. Charles Chatneuff (the service manager) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that I got my Sprinter back in a timely manner. He is another superstar working at RBM of Atlanta. These people give THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am a middle class blue-collar worker, and I was treated like A KING at RBM. I never write google reviews, but these guys deserve a 5 star review.
This is our second time buying from Rbm Atlanta. This time we worked with Don Bonura. He helped made the process seamless. Even afterwards, he followed up to ensure we were good. I reached out to to Don a month after we bought the car with questions and he was still helpful a month after. We always have a great experience with Rbm. Will probably buy my third Mercedes from there.
Weve had our vehicle for a few months now. Did an online order, waited 2-3 months and then took our vehicle home. Only to find the next morning that it was missing a very important feature. It was not a 4matic as we ordered. We kept it instead of waiting another 3 or more months. Salesman did not even apologize for the huge mistake. Kinda makes me wonder if it was known prior to us picking up the vehicle. We love our vehicle but I really expected better from a Mercedes dealer especially when purchasing a 70k vehicle. Shame on us as well for putting too much faith in the people behind the brand.
I had the absolute worst experience with rbm Atlanta .. I can honestly an confidently say that Steve Edwards didn’t care to even try to get me financing through other banks he told me he only tired through Mercedes, an they declined an that’s it. So he ran my credit to barley try to get financing an brought my newly built credit score down even more… But what I find extremely weird I was approved by capital 1 for a brand new 2021 50,000 vehicle with 20 percent down. And I was willing to put 27+ percent down on a used 2018 , 30,000 vehicle . He told me “we don’t use capital 1 because they don’t pay “ what ever that means. He didn’t even say I would have to put more down which I was comfortable doing he just told me it couldn’t happen… I would really like if someones from rbm Atlanta who cares to help a paying customers get the acute amount of financing I need to contact me . I even drove to the dealership when I didn’t hear back from him an he wasn’t answering his phone. I didn’t even get to see Steve face to face he sent 2 young lady out with a cell phone to tell me he’s in a meeting. a lot these people working at these places don’t know how they can let their personal judgments block a lot of positive hard working people and tarnish such a luxurious brand.
I recently had a roadside technician, Jordin, come out to my house to program my neighborhood gate remote and garage door remote on my car. He was great! I’m so glad I had him come out! It’s so my easier to push the buttons under my rear view mirror than to dig through my middle compartment trying to find the remotes. Thanks Jordin!

We have purchased or leased seven new vehicles from Eric Koenigsberg at RBM of Atlanta over the last 20 years. Eric is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson, but he is every bit as focused and helpful in solving any problems with the car after the sale, as he is in making the sale. Thats a rare quality in a salesperson. And RBM has consistently provided outstanding service over the years. RBMs valet service is an important time saver for us.
Normally, I dont take the time to write reviews, but this case was worth it. I recently brought my Sprinter van to be serviced here. The staff, particularly Charles Chatneuff, were wonderful people, treated me with respect, and went above and beyond for me. Whether I need an oil change, a big repair, or am looking for my next vehicle, RBM of Atlanta will be my first and second choices because of the impression they left on me personally. They now have a customer for life.
On December 3rd 2020 my goal was to get a car. I really didn’t know exactly what kind of car I wanted but I knew what kind of experience I wanted. I’ve purchased a car before and my experience was exhausting, overwhelming and constantly feeling unsure about the purchase. Being from Miami everything seems pressured or some level of a scam.My experience at RBM of Atlanta was beyond anything I could ever imagine. From the moment I was introduced to Jimmy Hill I instantly was put at ease. Jimmy was kind, funny, professional and filled with passion and knowledge. He explained everything to me in a way that I was able to understand exactly what I was purchasing. What I was investing in and the longevity of my decision. I did not feel pressured. Nothing felt forced. He was warm and kind and guided me to the best purchase for me. Jimmy Hill introduced me to the rest of the staff which later became my Mercedes family. I’ve had my car for a month now and I still smile and constantly think about how helpful Jimmy Hill was and continues to be. I am so grateful and thankful for Jimmy because of him I’m driving the car of my dreams.

Our buying cycle was very long....December, 2019 to May, 2020 due to medical issues for my husband and me. During that time Robert Scobie, the Sales Rep I had initially talked and test driven with, stayed in touch to ask about us, but never about buying a car.When our circumstances changed and we wanted a car quickly, Robert walked with us through deciding on the car we needed, not necessarily the car I wanted.He brought the car to us, mask on face, to test drive, and provided detailed numbers for our review. When we made a reasonable counter offer, he reviewed it with his manager and met our counter.Robert earned our trust and we were totally pleased with the process of leasing a car from RBM.Since I am working with a 1938 processor, our Product Concierge, Zulema, has been extremely helpful in learning how to use the hi-tech ‘bells and whistles’ of our vehicle, and the good news for us is, it is not a ‘one and done’ training but an ongoing process.I have already recommended Robert S. at RBM to a friend.Fran M.
Jordin (Roadside Technician) is outstanding! He is knowledgeable, communicative (kept me informed as he was en route) and then polite and no-nonsense once he arrived. He went straight to my battery (located under the back seat), where even my MB advisor didnt know where it was located, and he took care of me, advising me to drive it for 15 - 20 miles before I turned off the engine and to call the shop to find out how long the records show i had had the battery. Then to top it off, he called back the next day to ensure I was good and to find out what they said at the shop. His assistance was so outstanding, I asked him if I could write an evaluation for him. He told me how to access this review site, and I highly recommend Jordin and hope his managers see this.
My salesman didnt notify us that the 2 vehicles we told him we wanted to test drive was sold before we arrived for our appointment. After we test drove a different vehicle so it wouldnt seem like a wasted day, we did give the salesman what we were looking for again he didnt even call us to say yes or no if a vehicle came in since the buyer for the store was going to get more inventory for the store. I went a purchased a 2020 F Pace Jaguar because of the poor customer service that we received.

We recently bought a 1-yr old CPO GLC300 from RBM of Atlanta - I must say that the dealership and our Sales Consultant, Don Bonura, made our experience very satisfactory and positive.Don was very responsive, helpful, courteous and professional through the entire selection, test drive and buying process which was quick and completely hassle free. He was always patiently answered all of our questions and was never pushy. Their Finance Manager, Casey, who handled our financing and contract process was equally helpful and we closed the process in only two short visits to the dealership.The dealership itself if very presentable and well maintained which elevated the overall experience.This is our first Mercedes Benz and we are hopeful that our experience through the length of ownership of this vehicle, including the periodic servicing and in-warranty repairs, will be consistently as great as the start!
Unless you want to pay 2-3 times the Repair Cost I would NOT recommend getting your Mercedes Serviced here! I have a 2006 C230 that is out of Warranty and I know better than to ever take it to a Dealership for repairs but I needed a Loaner Car to drive Clients around.. BIG mistake!It took five business days for the technician to determine why my car wouldnt start, he diagnosed it to need a new Starter for $1200! Two days later my car wouldnt start again and they said it needed Fuel Units for $2200 and proceeded to explain the symptoms were similar and it was difficult to diagnose! ...Im sorry but is this not Mercedes Benz Technology your dealing with and HOW do you misdiagnose a starter issue?! RBM would not credit me any money towards getting the Fuel Units and told me to come get my car! Had it towed to KELLEY & STANS Automotive in Roswell..HIGHLY recommend!!! They charged me $900 to replaced the Fuel Units and it included the Tow!Not sure how RBM Employees sleep at night! Dont be fooled by all the surface-level Bells & Whistles! Horrible representation of the Mercedes Benz Reputation!

I brought my 2003 E 320 in and assistant manager Mitch took really good care of me. I had an unusual problem that was quite deceiving when you 1st look at it with my car. I would like to credit Mitch and his staff of maintenance technicians with listening to me when I explained in a little more depth the problem I was having. In a very short period of time the had the car fixed and running very well. Ive never had a facility listen to me and try to work with me to fix the problem like this facility did. I hope anybody who takes their vehicle here has a similar experience to me being is positive as it was.
I purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 via the Internet 12-1-2020 which can be scary. My salesman Don Bonura was very responsive and attentive to to all my questions and made for a great out of state buying experience. Jordan was the tech who came to our home to help. He called on the way to let me know he was on the way. Once on site, he finished the work in under 5 minutes. He was most helpful and solved an issue I had with the car for over a year. If I ever need assistance again, I hope it is Jordan.
It started as a very uneventful purchase but turned into kind of an uneventful little scam. I contacted RBM Atlanta over the internet regarding a 2019 e450 CPO. Got a relatively quick email response from Ryan Lane. We negotiated via a couple of emails, then called each other and I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Ryan told to me that since I wanted the car to be transported, I would not qualify for financing, because financing requires my physical presence in Atlanta. I did not really understand why, because all the other dealerships I talked to were willing to do the financing, but I had the money, so I wired it all to RBM account as soon as all paperwork was signed. As soon as RBM received the money communication stopped. Ryan would not call or email me back for days at a time. Ryan promised to hook me up with a car transporter and disappeared for a couple of days. It did not really matter much, after all, all I needed is the car to be transported to me, not to become friends with Ryan. I called RBM, was transferred to Ryan, he picked up the phone and immediately told me he could not talk because he had customers. Okay, I guess I am no longer a customer. By coincidence next day I found out that I needed to go to Atlanta for business, and I decided to pickup the car myself instead of waiting for a transporter. I emailed and called Ryan asking to get the car and all paperwork ready on a specific day. I did not hear form Ryan and reconfirmed the pickup a day later. He got back to me telling me that we were all set, and the car and paperwork were going to be waiting for me. The day comes, I show up at the dealership, Ryan is not there. Ryan is late. Receptionist calls him, and he shows up a few minutes later. Gets my car, paperwork and finds keys. The car is in great shape, just like advertised. I drive off the lot to find out 30 minutes later that tires are low. Well, this is a CPO car, weren’t tires checked? Apparently not every gas station has an air compressor, but I eventually succeed and get tires filled properly. Get to my destination and start doing research. Apparently, MB has an air compressor in the truck. Oh wait, my car does not have it; it is missing. Call MB customer service line and am told that since the car is CPO it must have an air compressor and tire puncture glue just like a new car. Email Ryan and get a response “Let me look into this for you …. I will update you when I have some updated information for you.” I am still waiting for the update. I went online and bought original MB compressor and tire repair adhesive package for $150.00. Did RBM really need to steal the compressor and glue for the trunk? Are they that desperate? I guess they need $150 more than I do. Will never deal with them again
I was really pleased with the customer service and warranty work that I received at RBM. Mitch Griffin was my service rep and he made sure that my car was diagnosed and repaired properly. From the moment I pulled in to the RBM lot, I was treated like a queen. I cant say enough good about the customer service I received. I highly recommend Mitch and all his staff at RBM to anyone that needs to service or repair their Mercedes.
Customer friendly and customer service focus. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. The Sales Manager Rachel was AMAZING! She was FUN and informative. She assured me throughout the process to take my time and she made the experience specifically about me and not about making a sale. All I can say is what a great experience! Ive always been a BMW guy but decide to take a look at Mercedes when we needed to get a new SUV for the family. We initially came to the dealership in May to look at some CPO GLS models from the previous body style (x166). We had the pleasure of meeting Jim Stagmeier who took his time to explain the car to us and took us for a test drive. We ended up leaving the dealership really liking the exterior of the car but not caring much for the interior as it was a dated design.Fast forward a few months where BMW had canceled our order for a new SUV. We decide to give Mercedes another chance and luckily I still had Jims number. They had a CPO GLS (x167) with only 5k miles on it that we had to take a look at. We drove it and immediately fell in love with it. Made Jim an offer and he came back within a few minutes and it was accepted. The delivery process was flawless!After taking delivery I noticed a scratch on the door panel. I immediately notified Jim and he set up an appointment with service for me to have it fixed. The service department is beautiful and they even gave me a nice E Class as a loaner car.We had a couple of sessions to go over the car. After the 1st session we still felt like we didnt know everything on the car so Jim himself spent another hour with us. Jim was so helpful in us getting acclimated to our new vehicle.If you are looking for a new or used Mercedes, definitely go and see Jim Stagmeier at RBM of Atlanta. He is very helpful and courteous. He is no pressure and extremely honest which is refreshing to see in the car business.

After months of research, I finally decided to purchase my new car. My local Benzs dealership, just wasnt giving me the type of service that I felt I deserved.So, I took matters into my own hands. l got on the web, and Googled dealerships in Atlanta. Selected RBM due to them having the type of car that I wanted (E450).Saturday, at about 4:30pm, I made a phone call and was pass on to to Gerry Modzelewski. I told him what I wanted and that I would be up there first thing Monday (Memorial Day) morning to make my purchase.When I arrived, my new car was waiting. Wanted to take a moment to compliment Darren Scholle of RBM Atlanta. Decided on a whim to purchase a Benz two weeks ago. I have looked previously, but never seriously inquired. After deciding on a car I wanted, an AMG A35 2020, I realized, upon searching, there were not as many on the market as Id hoped for. Found two that were comparable at different dealerships, but RBM of Atlanta had the color I wanted, not quite the specifications.At the point that I contacted RBM of Atlanta I had spoken with 3 other dealerships to inquire about specific vehicles on their lots. 2 of those 3 individuals had me feeling like I was trying to purchase at a used car dealership. It was my first luxury car purchase and I almost didnt purchase anything based on interactions with these other car salesman. I got what I thought was a great deal on a great black AMG A35 (terrible time with that dealership), but my heart was truly set on the white. The night before my ideal purchase date I reached out one last time to RBM of Atlanta through text. I was told by an associate that there were no current deals going on with the AMG. I then received a follow-up text from Darren. It was my first interaction with him. I told him about what I was looking for, my search so far, my timeline, and what I was offered at the moment. I also told him I really wanted white as the color vs black. He took the time to research the literal car I was looking at from the other dealership without me telling him where I saw it, he knew the specs and texted me through different aspects without my prodding. When I asked questions he gave what felt like his genuine thoughts. I told him if he could look into it the next morning and let me know if something could be worked out to please let me know. He told me as long as I could be reasonable, he would do his best to bring a reasonable deal to the table.Boy, did Darren deliver. He gave me a deal I could not refuse. I was on the way to another dealership to purchase a car and rerouted my day to see him. The car I got did not have the exact specifications I wanted...but my experience with Darren was the most human and I knew he was my guy and this would be my car. He made the process so seamless, and he was so kind and informative during the buying experience..its crazy to say I chatted with him for less than a day and walked away with a new vehicle within 24 hours of my initial contact with him. Hes a stellar person and doesnt talk down to you or talk you out of what you want. He listened, researched, and considered what I had to say. Hands down will purchase and recommend all to this guy. I wanted to say thanks to RBM for getting me back on the road so quickly. I purchased a new sprinter van in Maine and drove it back to Atlanta and when I got here the next day the van wouldn’t move so I had to have it towed to RBM . Sean got the van right in and they fixed the problem after the part arrived the next day and also fixed a door issue I was having also thanks for getting me taken care of so quickly. I have owned 17 MB, including 10 AMGs. I have only had one service experience with RBM Atlanta - it was excellent. I was greeted outside. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The service was done as scheduled and I received text updates. It is a nice facility. I have dealt with MB dealers from Oklahoma to Pittsburgh to Charlotte to the Gulf Coast and would return to RBM anytime.

This is the second time Jordan has been the technician to visit our home on behalf of Roadside Assistance. I just cant say enough about how wonderful he is. He called promptly, gave at ETA, provided good explanation of the problem and performed the necessary fix. It was less than 90 minutes from our call to the 800 number to being able to drive the car. All this time he was personable, communicative, polite and the kind of young person youd invite to dinner. A terrific addition to MB and RBMs reputation for service. This is why we buy cars there.
My daughter and I were searching for a pre-owned car and a beautiful C300 with leather interior popped up from RBM of Atlanta. My service advisor (Steven Hislop) was great!!! I was only in town for the weekend on vacation when I received a notification that my auxiliary battery malfunctioned. To make a long story short, Steven was able to squeeze me in on the SAME day I called which was a huge relief in itself. Literally within 2 hours of me calling, I was at the dealership and Steven took care of it. Everything was handled through the warranty which made it an even better experience. From the time I arrived to the time I departed, the entire process was seamless and Steven made sure to advise me of everything I needed to know.I originally purchased my vehicle at another Mercedes dealership, but after such good customer service from Steven, I’ll definitely consider making my next purchase at RBM instead.
I purchased a 2015 BMW 335i M Sport from Chris Vineyard. Low miles, excellent condition and overall a great car and a lot of fun to drive and received great service as Chris went above and beyond to make this deal happen. However, after the purchase, I realized I did not received the wheel lock lug key to remove the wheel lock lugs on the wheels. The vehicle was also due for an service/oil change that I was not advised about. A month later when I replaced the stock rear diffuser with a carbon fiber rear diffuser, I found that the rear bumper was NOT the original as there was a sticker on the inside of the bumper dating to 2017. This did not show up on the carfax report nor was this told to me at the dealer. This wouldve been 5 stars had I received the lug key, was advised of the service due on the vehicle per BMW, and advised that this car had the rear bumper replaced after two years of previous ownership.
On February 4, we had unique situation with our Sprinter RV. The key fobs would not work and neither would the manual key. We reached out and were connected with RBM of Atlanta Roadside assistance. Jordin Mendez was the technician. He was on site amazingly fast, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Was able to find a way to get power long to key fob to unlock vehicle, then jump start the battery. Cant say enough good things about Jordin, his ability and most of all his customer service first friendliness and professionalism
We visited this location over the years with three different vehicles. The facility is nice and when you pull up to service people outside are very courteous. We brought in one vehicle for service and got it back with damaged tint. We RBM of Atlanta to inform them of the damage, and after some back and forth they offered to change the damaged tint. We were fine with this until we got the car back and realized that tint did not match. We had to go back and forth to get the tint fully replaced. We had another car serviced there and low and behold more damaged tint. We made RBM of Atlanta aware of the damage, and were basically told they were not responsible and this happened before. We let it go as the damage was in the back and we never ride in the back. I just went to schedule service and was put on hold. When the person came back she said oh I see you deal with another location so I will transfer you to them. I asked why would you transfer me when I called you? See then said let me get a manager. I waited for almost 15 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone, so I called on another line, only to be put on hold again when I explained that i was already on hold. The second person came back and said we are waiting for manager. I replied I did not ask for a manager, so why are we waiting for one? I was then informed that in their system, we are not allowed to do business with you. This was put in the system by Dale Harrison, the GM who never called back in the first place. Not only is that unprofessional, it is cowardly not to address a customer issue, and damage that was caused by your staff. If you choose to get service here watch for frivolous charges suck as 20 dollars for wiper fluid recommended by Mercedes. We did not ask for it nor authorize that, but it was done anyway. Needless to say we will not do business here ever again, and we will be sure no one that we know does business with them as either.
I was very close to purchasing one of my dream cars today. The salesman was very friendly & knowlegeable however I felt veryyy uncomfortable & feared for my health during my experience.The salesman did not use his face mask to cover his mouth or nose. He had it pulled below is chin 98% of our visit. I regret not speaking up for myself & family to ask him to please wear his mask appropriately ESPECIALLY when we did the test drive (no way to social distance).I wanted the car but I was anxious to leave because I didn’t feel safe and I felt that the salesman didn’t give a damn about me & my family’s health😔 I’m surprised RBM doesn’t have a COVID-19 safety protocol in place.

Nice establishment. Brian B was a pretty good service advisor. A bit nosey but I guess its part of the job to ask questions.Had an SBC code that was covered under warranty. Proceeded to ask if i lived close to a golf course because of dents on my hood. Not your business sir. Issue was fixed in a day. Upon arrival received receipt which stated something about checking the sliding roof. Never requested that be checked. Not sure what that was about. There was nothing wrong with it so it didnt need to be checked. General vibe/atmosphere of the place is stuffy/uppity. Front desk and concierge/rental counter need to work on customer service and ensure people feel welcomed. I saw alot of other racial bias suggestions inthe reviews; I cant say if its that or not. But what people need to understand is that its not that big of a deal to own a Mercedes anymore so people from all walks of life have the potential to walk into your dealership. I know they prob didnt think much of a young black man in sweats coming into their establishment but wha they didnt know is that I am a 2x degreed engineer for a fortune 500 company. Not a bad a experince but not a great one either
Used Roadside Service today for a dead battery that had exceeded its normal life (8 yrs). Jordin Mendez was the roadside technician. He was very knowledgeable, professional, personal and efficient. Highly recommend RBM of Atlanta who Ive been using for purchases and service since 1985.

I was a loyal customer of another Atlanta area dealership for the past 8 years and had every service performed in a timely manner on my 2007 GL450 that was recommended by Mercedes Benz. Over time, I began to have major issues with my vehicle and had to have Mercedes get involved. This particular dealership became extremely rude with me after I wrote letters to Mercedes Benz referencing the quality of work I was receiving and the monies that were outrageously being spent. I finally decided at that point, that I would take my vehicle to RBM of Atlanta after hearing good things about them. I have had service work performed several times and Mitch Griffin whom I was blessed to have as a service writer has been absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and I am extremely grateful for his kindness and generosity. Mitch kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle and was able to accommodate me with a loaner car when I desperately needed one. With that being said, Thank You Mitch Griffin for you assistance and I will definitely be back !!!
I have been a customer of RBM/Atlanta. I recently went in to purchase a new GLE for my wife. They wanted to charge $5000 over sticker for “market adjustment”. I went to their sister store in Alpharetta. Funny. No adjustment. I despise price gouging, and, make no mistake…that’s exactly what it is.
I had a terrible experience with this guy named Mitch Griffin .I have 2017 GLS 450 I changed all my tiers with them about four months ago and then I had a flat tier which covered under tiers warranty(1year warranty) I called ,they said yes you are covered .I scheduled my appointment a week latter 7/24/2021 at 1:30 pm as they don’t have earlier availability, when I arrived today in my scheduled appointment on time ,I was asked to wait in the waiting area and he will come help me , he came to see me 15 minutes after my appointment time , he never greeted me ,he came yelling from cross the room not even mentioned my name “ you are here for one tier ??” I have never met the guy ,didn’t even know he was talking to me ,I stood up and said “yes”, he was obviously angry with me not sure because my last name is Hussein or because of my skin color, he walked in front of me and I followed ( although he didn’t asked me to ) he sat down in his office chair and left me standing ,he checked his computer print a paper he said “we have the tier” we waked to the car and he said in a rude way If I have a tier patch why do I need the replacement!! , he took the car and asked me to wait in the waiting area to see what they can do ,never give me an estimate time , I waited for 45 minutes for him to come tell me he made a mistake when he read the inventory and they don’t have the tier .. ..REALLY !!!!!!. My appointment scheduled a week ago and I drove 40 minutes and you have me waiting for 40 minutes and now you telling me you mad a mistake?!!!!!!!!!, he was just obviously don’t want to do it and never bother to let me know in advance .if your service scheduled with Mitch Griffin this guy Is disrespectful , rude and don’t value your money or your time ( being honest my regular service agent is Toney and he is always been a great guy , I have been coming there for more than 2 years but he was in a vacation this time and I ended up with this terrible experience )
I had a great experience with this dealership. From the moment I walked in, it was an enjoyable car buying experience. I worked with Oscar Cruz, who was very friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about each SUV that we test drove. It was a hassle free car buying experience in which I left with thorough knowledge about the vehicle I now own. I do plan to purchase from him again and do recommend him for anyone that is looking for a Mercedes Benz car or SUV
I went to RBM of Atlanta for detailing. I had a couple other concerns as well, and my advisor, Jan Weiberg, was very professional and courteous. He addressed all of my concerns and great attention and detail. He updated me every step of the way.Apart from my detailing, which was done really well, Jan also looked at any other issues that I may have had, and fixed them at no cost.My tire pressure sensors were replaced and other small issues were taken care of.RBM of Atlanta also promptly gave me a loaner for the time they had my car.Overall, Im very happy with their service and I would highly recommend it!
This is the second time that I have purchased a Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta. It is their customer service that had me go back the second time. There was no question in my mind where I would be buying my car. My salesman, Steve Szczupak, went above board showing me different vehicles and answering all my questions. All without any pressure. Steve wanted to make sure the vehicle I chose was a perfect fit for me. I drove away with a 2017 E300.Bryan Hagan in the finance department also made certain that everything concerning the financing went as smooth as silk.From the moment you walk into RBM and are greeted by the ladies up front, you are treated as if you are family. Best customer service experience with a dealer.Don is one of the best car dealer I have ever met. He walked me through all the options in his lot and helped me in getting the best trade in price. When I first visited RBM atlanta, I didnt quite find the exact car with our requirements. Don noted all the requirements, did his best in working with his manager to locate the car, followed up via email and phone.
I purchased a beautiful C250 from RBM almost 2 months ago! Mr. Doug Harms helped my family and I out and was absolutely phenomenal! It was super stressful for me as a first time car buyer but Mr. Harms was extremely helpful and made the process so smooth! I am so happy with my purchase!
Had to bring my car in 2 engine mounts and fuel pump needed replacement. I have a warranty covers all of the parts and labor. Labor to do fuel pump was according to Mercedes Benz warranty 3.6 they wanted to charge me 6.5 and for mounts 2 left and right not included transmission mount labor should be 3.0 (and Mercedes warranty say labor for all 3 mounts is 3.0) they wanted to charge me 7.0 .I trusted them but no more if I didn’t call other 2 dealers near me and see what they would charge labor I would be paying double.This was my experience . Do your research before youLet them charge you for labor . After I told them about charging double they change the labor and only thing I have to pay was my deductible.I won’t be back to them any more. They lost my business.Bye bye RBM of Atlanta
I’ve been going here for over 12 years. I’ve owned 3 Benz’s (C, E550 coupe, ML 350)and would never take them any other place. There quick, efficient and care. It’s not quick lube and your not taking in your Nissan (I’ve owned one as well, so not a negative comment just a reality). They do it right and communicate wonderfully. I’ve had 3 service advisors Over this time and they have either been promoted or I still work with them (Dennis is the man), they take care of there employees and there employees have been there for years. As a customer there is a ripple effect from that, good service and a great customer experience. As long as I own a Benz I’ll be going to RBM.
We recently bought our 2nd Mercedes at RBM of Atlanta because of Eric Koenigsberg. We had such an awesome experience 5 years ago, we decided to return and Eric, once again, made our buying experience a true joy. He is professional and knowledgeable. DO NOT..... I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. I had a simple service request which resulted in the cancellation of my Mbrace service by the dealership. I emailed to find out what happened but of course my email was ignored. My spouse and I have spent a considerable amount at this dealership but no more!!!!! I choose to redirect my service to a dealership that values communication and customer service.
Good service. Got a part for my car and they put it on for free. Can beat that. Free coca cola, chips coffee. They take care of you at Mercedes. They kinda saved me money. After they basically helped fix my car. I went to auto zone bought some scratch remover and got to pocket a lot of money on repair cost
Grading a service or product is often given a grade of 10 just because its easy to do so, but in this case it was truly earned. My purchase of a car from RBM of Atlanta was made easy because of the sale rep I worked with....Paul Stith. From the greeting of the receptionist as I entered the showroom to the introduction to Paul it was a pleasant experience. Dealing with Paul could not have been any easier...he was very personable and knowledgeable...there wasnt a question I ask that he was not able to answer immediately. I would certainly seek Mr. Stithl out if I purchase another Mercedes Benz.....he earned a 10.

Let me start with saying I have sold autos in my distant past and making a purchase is not always pleasant. I know purchase most of my autos online and I must say, my recent experience with RBM of Atlanta was the best yet. I worked with Jerry on a used vehicle and he did everything I asked him to to and even made a followup call the following day to see if everything was OK. While this dealership may not always have what I am looking for in stock, I will at least contact them to see. Thanks very much!
No longer honors executive service promise. I purchased my vehicle new from this dealership, one of the primary reasons was the executive valet service offered. I was sold on the basis that they will come to your home, pick up your vehicle, drop off a loaner, service your vehicle and return the car, thus saving valuable time. I have had every single service performed this way up until today when I was informed by Darien in the service department, they dont do this for A service appointments. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told after being hung up on once, that none were available (this was after a total hold time of over 20 minutes). Do yourself a favor and find a different Mercedes Benz dealership. This one really doesnt care about you after the sale anymore. Quite sad.Update: I have revised my review after a manager reached out and apologized for the confusion and scheduled my car for pick up to get the service done. Faith restored...
THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! It did not feel inviting like Atlanta Classic Cars where I purchased my vehicle. The girl at the front desk wasn’t inviting at all. She didn’t tell me anything about the snacks they have or drinks. I had to ask her do I sit in the lobby or stay up there. Bad communication but i hoped when my service tech came it would get better and it didn’t. His name was Ron and he was so dry and didn’t communicate to me what would be going on with my car or explaining the process it was as if he was clueless or could care less. He then called the mechanic to come in the office after i started asking questions and the mechanic pretty much told me in order for my car wheel to be resurfaced it would need to be takin off so i said why not take it off to do a quality job but it seems as if he was more concerned about doing a rushed job instead of taking my wheel off and giving me qualify service that you expect from the Mercedes brand..he left with an attitude then when i proceed to tell ron my concerns he replies “so you want you car back” like no care or concern just offered my car back. i expect more out of Mercedes. i’m highly disappointed.
I recently purchased our 3rd vehicle from RBM. I have bought 2 Mercedes and a Ford Truck (pre-owned) from this dealership. I have always received excellent customer service from both the Sales and Service Departments. I received a courtesy car when my car was in the shop for a few days. Very easy and seamless process. I recently purchased an ML550 and was helped by a salesman by the name of Steve Szczupak. He made the entire process easy, fast, and was very courteous. I will continue to purchase my cars from RBM of Atlanta
Have a much loved 2000 E320 purchased in Louisville, Ky 17 yrs ago, but RBM of Atlanta services it as it were new and purchased from them! I absolutely have the best service advisor, Pam Knowles. She listens to my concerns and keeps me updated every step of the way all the while looking out for my best interests. The technicians are beyond anywhere Ive been! They are very honest in that do not go beyond what us needed and thorough. Thanks to all as my Mercedes bears & I truly appreciate yall!

If you are looking for a Mercedes you have to call Phil at RBM of Atlanta, one of the best Sale consultant you would ever meet. During the test drive he explained all the features inside and out to us. Most friendly test drive you may ever go on. Se Kim the Business manager was also very friendly, explained all available packages to us that fits us best for our purchase. Before we left we also spent time with the product specialist Ashley, WOW all the knowledge that is packed in to these specialist. She knew everything about these cars from Bluetooth, navigation, and setting up the app. Wonderful experience, hope to see them again for another Mercedes.

FYI!!!!!!!!!READ BEFORE YOU SIGN SOMETHING HERE. 6 months ago, I leased a car from her after having so many negotiations. We agreed on 12000 miles per year, but after 6 months, we found out that they put 10k per year! I accept my fault that I didn’t read before signing the docs, but I trusted the people of this dealership. It’s not a big deal for me 10k or 12k per year, but the trust that is lost is a big deal. I don’t expect any kind of help from dealership except an apology, but People, please read before you sign. You can’t trust this dealership. I just don’t want this to happen for someone else because no matter how you are wealthy, but when you are feeling that you are insulted, nothing can fix your feelings. JUST READ EVERYTHING HERE. I understand that you might be exhausted after a long day car shopping, but please don’t trust RBM of ATL and read the contract carefully. MB of Buckhead is much more reliable.
I was online looking for the closet Mercedes Benz dealer near me. Rbm of Atlanta popped up on google and I’m so happy I found them. I was greeted by Janell in valet who was so sweet, professional, and helped me immediately. I explained to her that, I needed my right rear tail light re positioned due to a body shop not putting my tail light in correctly. She introduced me to the service advisor by the name of Mr. Samir, and he was so AMAZING! Mr. Samir assisted me with no hesitation and introduced me to Zac a Mercedes mechanic. Zack had listened to my concern, and took my car to the back to service it. This place is amazing, and everyone who work here have the best customer service ever. They make you feel like you’re right at home, and their goal is to make sure the customer is happy at all times. The receptionist was nice, all of the valet employees where nice, and EVERYONE greets you with a smile. Now customer service like this will surely have everyone coming here to have their Mercedes serviced. Thanks a million you guys! All of you ROCK! I wish I could give everyone 1 MILLION STARS!! :)
Although I purchased my Mercedes at another dealership, I had it serviced at RBM of Atlanta & was highly impressed with the care & attention that I received from my advisor, Pam, & the staff in general.When it came time to purchase a new vehicle, I went back to RBM & met with Gerry Modzelewski. He was AWESOME! I have had my car(s) serviced at RBM for the last 6 years. James Roberts is one of the most caring, honest individuals Ive ever met in the car industry and it is so refreshing to know that when I pick my car up after it being serviced, there are no worries. He is very conscientious that I travel far distances with my kids and makes sure everything is checked out before I go on a trip. James is the best there is!
Jordan was great. He tried very hard to get my convertible top to close. We did have to end up taking it in for service. I recently purchased a Mercedes ML350 from RBM and Jerry Peek. The reason that I chose RBM is that Jerry Peek is the most knowledgeable and helpful sales person that I have ever dealt with. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased with his help. It seems strange to view a car sales person as someone that is a helpful. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and know that finding someone that even knows what brand they are selling today. There seems to be nothing that Jerry will not do to make sure that you find the right vehicle for you needs. He listens to what you want and answers all your questions and even answers question about the technical details of the vehicle that you would not know to ask. He does not pressure or try to steer you to the model that is ‘on the lot’. He gets to know you and your family and what you need for the particular vehicle that you require. The level of personal service that he provides exceeds all expectations. In my latest purchase he delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife’s approval, since she is disabled, before we completed the deal. The staff and facilities at RBM are world-class but the personal service of Jerry Peek is what brings me back and making owning a Mercedes even more a pleasure.

They have really, really good customer service. They hire well and train well. When theres a problem, they make it right. They recognize and reward loyalty, Ive bought a new car from here once, and Id buy one from here again. Id highly recommend for sales and service.
Where do I start... big shout out to Shawn McCallum and Adam Wagner. Back in late December I had an unfortunate event of my spare wheel and tire falling off of my car while I was on the way to dealership to have my flat tire replaced. It was probably due to me not doing tire change completely correctly. I was stuck on a single lane mountain road, with incoming traffic from opposite direction. It was a dangerous spot and my tire had flown away after getting hit by a car from opposite direction. I called roadside assistance and was feeling pretty devastated. After 15-30 minutes waiting, a Mercedez SUV pulled over and it was Adam who was a mechanic that happened to pass-by from the dealership. He was very helpful and he immediately jumped on the situation, he called up his colleagues who eventually brought a mechanical wrench and extra spare tire. We first moved the car to a empty parking lot with my busted spare, then Adam and team switched the extra spare on, we were then able to get to the dealership. THANK YOU ADAM! Then, as I was getting happier, Shawn the manager at services delivered bad news... part of the carrier was damaged and the total quote to replace these parts was over 3k. I couldn’t have had a worse day.... I decided to get insurance involved who only agreed to pay 1300 total including my deductible. The major difference was in labor and parts. Shawn was friendly, patient and professional. He reached out to insurance many times, in the end helped us close the gap down to just the parts price difference (insurance wants to use aftermarke / used parts while RBM wants to use brand new part). I ended up paying a grand total of 1300$ vs original quote of 3000$, deductible included. Shawn also offered us a free rental when the incident first took place for a couple days. It was a lengthy process but at last I got my lovely E400 back. Thank you Shawn, thank you Adam. Thank you Gerry my sales guy also for helping facilitate.
I went to RBM on 7/21 and placed an order for 2019 S63 AMG Coupe because I was told I would have the car by the end of October. They also wanted me to trade my car in right away which I did in order to get a few more pennies thinking I will be out of a car for only 2-3 months..., well, it has been exactly 3 months now, and they do not even have my car allocated, and they keep giving me the same answers about how difficult it is to get the car and that Mercedes is not letting them have the allocation.., etc, etc. My problem is if they knew how difficult it would be to get the car, which one of their sale managers, Colin admitted, why would you say I would get the car by the end of October and then later by the end of this year??? And now, prob not until May or June of 2019!!! Furthermore, why would you make me trade my car in right away which I know they made money on..., On top of that, I bought my mom a new car and my assist a new car from the same salesperson thinking he and the dealership would honor their words on my car. Well, this dealership and its ppl definitely re-affirm everyone belief NOT to trust car dealerships or sale people. No honor, no integrity, and just empty promises..., I would never give them another business or a recommendation!
RBM of Atlanta does not need your business. Purchased GL 550 through RBM, they also completed all the service on this vehicle. Unfortunately the vehicle was vandalized, I called RBM and they instructed me to take the vehicle to a dealer sponsored collision center which I did 4 weeks ago. Apparently the vehicle is hostage to back order parts and I have been paying for rental car daily. The parts were ordered through RBM, therefore I called RBM requested a loaner vehicle since Mercedes is holding up progress and the vehicle is with a dealer sponsored center, I was told no. There is no end in sight and now the rental car has cost more than the damage. Take your vehicle and money to any of the other Mercedes service centers in the area, RBM doesnt need or want your business.
I have driven a mercedes for over 20 years. I never appreciated the advisor until I meet Pam Knowles, great service is what attract repeat customers. When I decide to purchase my next Benz, it will be where ever she is employed, I only hope it is RBM.Pam is patient, she listens to her customer, and she deliver on what is promised. After 15 years as A Lexus owner, I switched over to Mercedes and thanks to Mitch and RBM Im wondering why I didnt do it sooner.I purchased a used 550 SL from a dealership in Oregon. It arrived in terrible shape. I was disillusioned and disheartened.I went to RBM and as luck would have it, very good luck for me, Mitch turned out to be my service advisor. Not only did Mitch calM me down but he assured me that everything that needed to be fixed would be fixed and that it would look show room ready in a short amount of timeTrue to his word within two weeks all the things that needed to be fixed had been done and he gave me a car that was in pristine show room condition.During that time he made arrangements to make sure that I had a loaner car and talked to me at least once a day to give me updates.Mitch and the people at our RBM Mercedes turned what was a horrible experience to one of the most enjoyable and satisfying purchases Ive ever madeSince then Ive been to the shop at least once a week to get the car washed. The service is impeccable, the people are friendly, and Mitch is always there to check on my car.Ive never written one of these reviews before, but I felt so strongly about the service AND the caliber of the PEOPLE at the dealership that I wanted to make sure I was on record with what an outstanding organization they are.
I puchased 2015 GL550 CPO from them. The service rep was fantastic(The only reason I gave them a star) but the service was total joke. A week ago I left my car for a little part repair and during the time I was NOT happy with any aspect of their side. I MEAN it, everything including the driver who delivered loaner car, service adviser who were busy either at the shop(Probably he was a mechanic? Who knows!) or assisting other valued client(Probably I was not a valued one? Who knows!) and various representatives who answer the phone calls really in rude manner(felt like I was talking to IRS). Anyway there are many MB dealers who provide real prestige service but certainly this one is one of them. Lastly service manger called me to listen to what I had to say. He was nice to hear me followed by sincere apology and offer me for a free service for the next maintenance visit. However, I am not sure if I will go back there or not ever.
I want to say how pleasant of an experience I had with RBM of Atlanta thanks to Taylor Whitmire! I was originally going to be getting the car from Mercedes Benz of Buckhead but felt as they were trying to rush the sale and not get me the best deal possible. Taylor not only got me a better car but he got me a better deal! The atmosphere was great and I am glad I was able to get my car from here.
We drove up to RBM to test drive a Buick LaCrosse they had taken on trade-in. Oscar Cruz was our sales consultant and he could not have been more professional or accommodating. We were treated by everyone at the dealership as if we were there to buy their most expensive Mercedes. We did purchase the LaCrosse thanks to Oscars efforts. We highly recommend this dealership. The car was detailed amazingly, all the documents were as we agreed to and the staff welcomed you in like a long time buyer. Casey did a great job showing us all the options in the car making our 6 hour drive home a blast! We have purchased several vehicles in the last several years but RBM is top notch. One of the best service departments around. The entire process from drop off, to loaner vehicle, to pickup is flawless. Getting a car serviced has never been more convenient for me. I own a Nissan Sentra as well and let me tell you the difference in service between the two dealers is substantial.
Absolutely Appalling Service!! I have been a loyal RBM customer for years.I just received my S550 back and it was returned in an absolute appalling greased state. The inside of the drivers door had large grease kick marks all over, the steering wheel had large black grease marks, the roof cloth panel had grease marks. This is the second time in a row my car was returned this way. In addition, I have a Progressive Insurance Snapshot device. When the car was collected on 5/16/2017 it recorded 3 hard breaks enroute by driver back to RBM and 1 hard break on Thursday 5/18/2017. During my last service it recorded 8 hard breaks. I have been a loyal RBM customer for many years. However it is VERY apparent RBM does not care anymore. My car was kept from 5/16/2017 and delivered on 5/18/2017. It took three days to replace an auxiliary battery.
INCREDIBLE!!We have been looking for a different car for me to drive for awhile now. When we found the ONE we couldnt have asked for a better gentleman to assist us than Paul Stith!I am a double below-the-knee amputee and require hand controls to drive.Paul didnt blink! The service was top-notch. Ive had my car serviced at South Atlanta Mercedes-Benz for years and I was highly disappointed with the increased difficulty in getting an appointment. I called RBM and they were awesome about scheduling appointments. My service tech over there was amazing and very knowledgeable and helped me with some issues that had been plaguing my car when I took it to South Atlanta Mercedes-Benz. I live on the southside of Atlanta but I do not regret driving all the way to Sandy Springs for service.

It was a pleasure purchasing from Gerry & Colin; I felt like I had double the attention as I bought my first car in many years from a dealership. It was just the kind of experience I appreciate - friendly, professional, knew the car, & were relaxed & easy to talk to. I went in knowing the specific car I wanted & they did not try to steer me elsewhere. Tom was great & explained things well, & the process was not long-winded. They gladly helped when I had questions after the purchase. Even though I live closer to another dealer Ill make the trip to RBM Atlanta for care & service. I cant imagine buying from any other dealership & the car is gorgeous, thanks all!
This is my third purchase of a Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta. Steve Edwards assisted in all of my purchases. He was very professional and helpful in explaining all the features and made my purchase as easy and stress free as possible. Steve even arranged for a technician to come to my home an install a backup camera system on my Mercedes. I will recommend my friends to RBM of Atlanta where car buying is a stress free experience.
I called for roadside assistance on Sunday, for my 2020 GLE 450. Apparently I had run over a screw in the road, and my tire went flat as I drove. I called MB Assist. I received a call from within minutes from the roadside technician in duty... Jordin Mendez. He arrived on time, took care of the tire change very quickly. Very pleased with the roadside service and Technician.
This is a great dealership. I say this not just because they have great cars, which is obvious, but, because they have great people working there. In example, they have a sales associate named Dan Berry. He is a truly nice guy - a real gentleman. Dan has been working for RBM for about 25 years. He knows everything about cars, but more importantly, he treats everyone with respect, kindness, patience, and a gentle sense of humor. Dan helped my elderly mother find the right car for her and got her an awesome deal. If you are in the market for new or used nicer car, I strongly suggest that you ask for Dan Berry at RBM.
In well over 20 years of buying cars, this was by far the best experience Ive ever had. The quality of the car is only surpassed by the quality of RBM - and probably vice versa. From the very first test drive to delivery, working with Gerry and Eric was easy, informative and exactly what buying this type of car should be. Tom made the paperwork easy and the follow-up on everyones part made sure that it was a perfect experience. I cant recommend RBM enough and look forward to many more years of doing business with them.
Very disappointed from diagnostics. I did not understand how the dealership needs to charge me for more diagnostics hours when they should be the experts on knowing about Check Engine lights. Especially after 3 hours of paid diagnostics, the issues they reports were wrong 1 out of 2. I am assuming they hung out with the car because the Radio was in a different channel which I wasnt happy about, but I guess thats normal when you go to the dealership, they dont really work on it all the hours they claim.. They didnt end up cleaning my car because of my tire was in bad shape (I dont understand how this was noticed after the service), but Im assuming they didnt wash it because I declined to repair my vehicle for $3000. Especially with diagnostics that they cant know until they take it all apart. I would not recommend this business if you are looking for a dealership experienced diagnostics. If you are looking for smiles and nice customer service, they are nice about that, but my car cant pass emissions with smiles.Thank you for your time reading my review
I took my GLK in for service for the first time could not be happier with the excellent service. They found an issue with the HVAC and really went out of their way to make sure the issue was fixed and that I was happy with the service, the dealership and Mercedes. They really care about their reputation and the quality of the service they provide. In addition, they are very accommodating. I get an appointment right away, service is quick, a courtesy car is provided, and everything is easy and convenient! I am super happy and recommend this dealership and Mercedes!
This is probably my first review - Had a great experience at the service dept so I figured Id share. Had the pleasure of having Michael Cruz assist me - very kind, accommodating and professional. Went in for a flat tire, ended up needing a new tire, wheel and alignment. He was able to get me in right away sans an appointment, and because of the additional surprise fees he was able to give me a modest discount. Being a woman, naturally I always find something to complain about, but Michael made sure he left no room for any complaints from me - lol! He answered all of my questions and got back to me in a timely manner. I appreciate being treated so well and will definitely be going back to RBM of Atlanta for any future service needs!
Too often when purchasing a car you get hounded by car sales people rushing to get their sale, get you into a vehicle, and sell you on what fits them not what fits you. I did shop other dealerships prior to coming here and that’s the exact experience I received and unfortunately expected. This is definitely not the case at RBM of Atlanta. I worked with Rick Robbins and honestly I have to say this was the best car purchase Ive made thus far. Of course with the car itself but the level of customer service with he & everyone there in the dealership. Rick asked me the model of the car I wanted, listened to how much I was looking to spend a month etc. I’ve read online about what people say about telling the dealer that information, it makes sense to me to do it, but that’s me. One thing I liked about working with him is he stayed right where I wanted with the purchase. The dealerships I went to before coming to RBM tried selling me on other models, pre-owned, and just made other suggestions other than the reason I came into the dealership for. As a consumer and someone that also worked in sales that’s a quick way to blow the whole sale which they all did. Rick was excellent I did not feel harassed and we went over all the details but I did not purchase that day, that month or within that year (2014). Rick kept his word and followed up but not in a harassing way. Jan 2015 I reached out to Rick and let him know I was finally ready to go through with what we discussed. He maintains files well, he was able to pull up my info and continue the process and happy to say I am the proud owner of a new (not pre-owned) Mercedes Benz. I have and would recommend RBM of Atlanta to anyone that is in the market to get a new vehicle. Stop by and see Rick definitely. I believe other sales people did not approach me because of my age or whatever reason but not Rick, a few sales people missed out on a sale. The old saying goes “can’t judge a book by its cover”.Thank you Rick & everyone that helped at RBM of Atlanta.
My first experience with RBM was being towed by Jerry Peek,the service rep,in the fall of the year before the move to the current location. within 45 minutes my car was on the rack. I bought that 87 300DT else where, but I was treated like a member of the family.I have had seven or eight since, all from RBM,I wouldnt have it any other way. The service has been prompt and courteous.Ive recommended Jerry Peek to numerous clients and they all think as highly of him as I do. I live in Marietta,when the new Mercedes dealership comes to Cobb,Ill still drive to RBM.
These guys are the best!. Gerry Modzelewski Sales Consultant did a great job and understanding my concerns.Bryan Brazdo, Finance Manager did wonders to get me a good deal with me having negative equity in my trade in.Casey Hsu Harrison Product Concierge, her knowledge of the in and outs of the car and actually helping me set up some of the personalized features of my car.All three stayed late. I think that I was the last person there. But they made sure that I was treated well.I dont want to forget my service consultant for my old vehicle Tristan Stanley. He understood what was wrong with my old car and was very up front with the diagnosis.RBM of Atlanta is the best dealership that I have ever dealt with in my years of buying cars.They will always have me as their customer.
UPDATE....... We ordered our 2019 E450 Cabriolet for an April European Delivery from Jesse Cannon Wallace at Atlanta Classic Cars. She has vast knowledge of the EDP plus she has taken ED on several cars herself. She is nice to deal with and is very interested in you as an individual. I HIGHLY recommend Jesse if you are interested in a European Delivery. Oh, did I mention she was about $3,000 less than the RBM salesman offered?.....I also noticed that the manager has not given me a reply....very non business like. He should respond to everyone.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I must say that I am severely disappointed with RBM Atlanta. I really wanted to order a 2019 E450 Cabriolet for a European Delivery. I had contacted several other dealers after I had done some intense research on the European Delivery Program. Very few knew much about the program including my salesman with RBM. I had previously purchased a C model CPO from him a few years ago. Over those past few years I had bought two other CPO cars from other dealers because RBM did not have what I wanted and actually showed no interest in trying to obtain what I wanted.Back to my EDP car. I had thee dealers that were within about $300 dollars on the price. Anyway after I sat down with the salesman and told him that I had been talking with other dealers he immediately told me that he was not interested in having to try to outbid another dealer. So I told him to give me the best possible price he could. He went back and chatted with others for a while and came back with the same price. We chatted some more about the EDP and I could tell he was not familiar with anything about it. He had to call a lady to have a question answered. We then had my present Cabriolet appraised and came up with a final price. So I left thinking I would still order from RBM. I went back to the other local dealer about ordering and trading and came up with a better price from them. I again made contact via email with my salesman about the price and he could come down another $1,000 and that was all he could do. I replied back via email and never received a reply. He has not made any contact with me since. This shows me he was not interested in “working” to sell me a car. Needless to say I went with the other local dealer that came in with a final price almost $3,000 less than RBM even after the new price that RBM offered. Plus this dealer has vast experience and knowledge of the European Delivery Program.RBM just lost this sale plus service work on all three of my vehicles that I have used their service department exclusively.RBM’s service has been great over the years and I was really happy with them.This experience changed my whole impression of RBM. I gave them a swing at the last 3 MB’s I have bought and each time they missed. As we all know theee strikes and you are out. I will not offer them another strike for any future purchases. As I said in the first sentence. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Paul Stith is a very professional, very personable individual. He made the car buying experience pleasurable and took away the stigma that gives car dealers a bad name. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thanks again Paul for all of your help and knowledge when buying my BMW M4 from RBM. After several years since last purchasing a new car and many months shopping, we landed at RBM of Atlanta/ Roswell. We are GLAD we did!! The team far exceeded our expectations. Spencer Hixson, the Sales Consultant, and Tim Harben, the Product Concierge, were amazing. Their personal service led us to the decision to become 1st time Mercedes-Benz customers. If the car we bought performs at the same level, we will become lifetime customers!!! The entire experience was “no pressure”, professional and they answered every question patiently and throughly. If you are looking to purchase a luxury vehicle in a relaxed environment, I would strongly recommend RBM of Atlanta in Roswell!!! Ask for Spencer!!!

2021-11-07This was one of the most hassle free transaction I ever had! I never thought it would be so easy to buy a Mercedes! Karla Jimenez was just awesome. From the phone call I made in the morning, till we got the car keys in afternoon, she was always communicative. We in fact also got a call from her next day on our experience and day 1 of driving! Customer service at its best. The trade in was smooth. Ashley was great as well in explaining all the features of the GLC 300. Highly recommended. Love it!

2022-06-07Had the best experience at RBM purchasing my vehicle with Ryan Lane. At the time of purchase, the Service Center was closing so he suggested I come back for a complete vehicle detail at a later date. I took the vehicle back 4-weeks later for the detail, and was catered to every step along the way. Ryan made sure to text me in the morning so I knew where to take my keys, I received a ride to work, and my vehicle was delivered to my office upon completion. I appreciated receiving a text link to track my vehicle on it’s way to my office. Definitely looking forward to my next visit at RBM.

2021-09-02We had a 5 star experience with our salesman Don Bonura at RBM of Atlanta. He worked very hard to find me just the right car with all the bells and whistles that I wanted. I love my new car. He also helped us get a great deal and we were very pleased. The dealership finance and customer support employees were great and awesome to deal with too. 2022-02-08I had a great experience working with Doug Harms on the purchase of my 1st Mercedes E series. I had a very tough situation where I need to trade in my 2 cars to get one and Doug made me comfortable and did what ever needs to be done so that I can walk out from the dealership with my new Mercedes.He was very friedly with always a smile in his face and can handle any situation. This is the most hassle free experience I had ever.Dough was great and had time to explain me with all the features and even I had approached him couple of times after the purchase and he is always ready to help. I highly recommend Doug and would definitely return back to RBM whenever I decide to purchase another car.

2021-10-22I purchased a Mercedes from RBM of Atlanta. It was the most wonderful, stress free purchase of buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. They are professional from the time you walk through their doors to the time you leave. I want to especially thank John Johnson who is an awesome sales person. I especially liked Jordan the Product Concierge and Casey who helped tremendously to make the financing go so smoothly. The entire process was effortless and handled so professionally. I will never consider buying a car through any other dealership than RBM! I loved the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

2022-01-18We have had the pleasure of dealing with RBM of Atlanta since arriving in Georgia in 2011. RBM has consistently exceeded our expectations in both service and sales. I would like to mention our Sales person Eric Koenigsburg. Not just for the easy purchase process, but especially for the training he gave us when he delivered our 2022 Cabriolet. Considering the complexity of this vehicle, Eric did a great job of alleviating my wifes tech concerns!
