Red Lobster in other cities:
Our server provided excellent service. Food was great. Not sure why we werent given the choice when asked of seating by the greeter since there was no crowd. Only that the section was closed. My friend and I were extremely cold due to our medical conditions which made our visit not quite as enjoyable as wed hoped.
Hadnt been there since 1995 since after my chemo I would stop for lunch there. They hadnt remodeled the place so it looked like it did 27 years ago. Food and Service was very good and they had quite some business at 3:45. I enjoyed my crab stuffed mushrooms and Shrimp Baja Bowl. Would go there again.
It was a very unpleasant experience that we called back to be report to the General Manager. We have not received a response yet. After paying the bill, the server chased us down outside the restaurant stating that his TIP didnt go through and wanted his money for deplorable service. During our time inside the restaurant, our order came out incomplete and we continually reminded him of that. We waited for missing portions of the order, but had to wait for him to recover from exhaustion from having to wait on numerous other guests in his assigned area. During that break, he came back again without those missing items. He came back with the bill and carryout containers to take our leftovers. He forgot to bring the shrimp that was part of the initial order and again had to go back. We were brought a house salad to go instead of the coleslaw ordered. That was not what we asked for. The female employee who initially seated us was the best part of the experience. I wish she could have stayed, but due to staffing shortages, she had to return to greeting customers as they entered the establishment. This happened on Sunday 2/20/22@6:40pm in the bar area. Im sure the General Manager has not made aware of this incident either.
The food was excellent 👍 The staff was so friendly. And the lil teenagers that worked there was friendly and silly and unprofessional. They took their break outside in front hollering at each other and dropped their food in the doorway then continue yelling you pick it up bruh. at each other. But one of them looked at me and had the cutest grin I couldnt tell on them. haha. but seriously they should take breaks in the appropriate place. Not where customer walks in. And just not very nice. if it werent for that cute little smile I may have went in and said something to management.
This was my very first time visiting Red Lobster 🦞 so me and my boyfriend decided to try the 🦞 🍕 and boy was it delicious 🤤 .. the waiter and servers were excellent 👌🏽 with their service, and when our order was completed the server walked our order out to us in the ToGo parking area. I know well be coming back soon, so I went ahead and downloaded the Red Lobster 🦞 rewards app, trust me, its TOTALLY worth it
I went here today trying to avoid the Master’s traffic. Hoping to grab a nice meal and enjoy the company of my close friend and fiancé. The service was very delayed although the waiter had a sweet attitude his performance was not up to par. He kept forgetting. I ordered the clam chowder and was told let me find you a spoon. After 10 mins he offered to take the soup back until they had clean spoons. I had to give my fiancé my water because the waiter never came back with a refill for her. Instead of him writing things down he tried to go from memory which made the experience even worse. After eating my food and coming home. It made me extremely sick. Will never go back to this establishment ever again. Red lobster has been going down hill for years. Im not sure why im surprised.
Had a horrible experience today at red lobster Walton way, Augusta Ga. Came in for lunch, stood at empty host stand. Older female Manager saw me twice before asking if I had been helped., Then walking away for an additional 5 mins (should have just sat me) before host came along. Waited till a server finally showed. I ordered a sailors platter. They came back and said they were out of the popcorn shrimp until truck is finished. No worries! Cool just switch it out for anything (more fish, scampi, whatever.) Cant. Okay, can I see the manager. Manager informs me nothing they can sub out even if I pay extra (shouldnt). Im like okay, just give me the sailors platter without the popcorn. Still cant. Now Im confused and irritated. She suggests if I want that I should get pick 2 ($6 upgrade). Im not paying more just because I said Im okay with making a sacrifice of not having a product. Tried to be reasonable.Suggested just give me the fish and add $5.99 scampi and discount $2 off of it. Nothing. She didnt try to be reasonable in the slightest. Quite rudely let me know they cant accommodate in any way. I love coming here for lunch, had them out of stuff plenty of times, never have it been an issue to just not put the thing your out of on the plate. Not sure if Ill be going back to this location.
We went to celebrate a birthday. The server we had was very nice and she did a great job taking our orders and serving our large group. The food qality was acceptable, but the appearance was kind of bland to the point where it betrayed the appetizingness of it. Everything certainly tasted okay (I ordered the endless shrimp), it just didnt look that great. In any case, I dont particularly like sea food but I would come here again based on the service and speediness of everything.
Worst food and service ever. The manager made excuses and no discounts or refunds. He said the health department came and he was short staffed...1. Brown salad2. Cold soups3. Cold broccoli4. Well done steak...rare in middle5. We had to ask for refills in tea.6. McDonalds would be considered gourmet in comparison.
Celebrating mine and my fiances birthday. Fiance has food allergies manager on duty made sure everything was taken care of in the kitchen so there will be no cross-contaminations. Server Monique was extremely pleasant courteous and knowledgeable about what was going on in the restaurant and with things going on would recommend her for any position. Misty Bay the bartender was also extremely pleasant to be around. Had all you can eat shrimp and ate all I could everything was pleasant!!
I didnt even want to leave a star but had to so that I can leave this review!I ate some fried calamari and started feeling something stringy in mouth and it was a long piece of hair. The manager comes to the table the first thing out of her mouth was hmmm I dont know where could have come from I got up and walked out of the place ! Because I was about to be real ugly !
I tried to order online. The message was to call the restaurant. While I was placing my order on the phone, Misty, I think is her name, it’s on my receipt, was delivering food to another curbside customer. She came over and told me she could take my order. Great customer service from Misty!!!! She kept me informed of my order and waited until I checked my order. The food was good as well. But I definitely appreciated Misty. It’s hard to find that kind of service.Ordered online again yesterday since my experience was great previously. Very disappointed. Some of my food was cold and some was fresh. Received 2 sauces for the admirals feast. The lady delivered the food to the car and didn’t wait for me to check the bag.
Red Lobster was great! The food was so good, and waitress was fast getting our order which was perfect by the way. Everything nice and neat and clean. You will have to wear a mask until you are seated, but it is worth it. They also wear masks so they are making it as comfortable and safe as possible. It was all wonderful!!!
Horrible! Do not order to go or take out here. I waited 2 hours for my take out that was sitting behind the bar the entire time. When I arrived I called got hung up on and after bringing it to managements attention she handed me a coupon to spend more money with them again.. never again.
Our food was awesome. Our server was extremely attentive. And I was very greatful when my husband told them my blood surger was very low, she immediately brought me a glass of sweet tea and a garlic bisquit without even asking for it. Also it was my husbands birthday she made a beautiful happy birthday sign for him.
Man the food was delicious we stop by yesterday Friday January 28th approximately 7 oclock celebrating a friends anniversary. The appetizersWas on time and the food was delicious. And I must apologize we had a male server and I did not retain his name I believe it was Tim, tall slim black guy with Point tales, Very Neat, Respectful, and Knowledgeable about his Job and the menu, not to mention his personality and customer service was excellent. We enjoyed his service so much to no doubt we will return because we did not even realized the amount of money we spend...Thank You
Went there expecting a good meal, but came away not happy. Ordered the artichoke dip but when it came out it didnt look like anything I had gotten from other Red Lobsters and had and overwhelming fishy taste. Had the ultimate feast and some of was ok but the butter was cold and the crab legs overcooked. The service was terrible we saw our waitress just a couple of times while she was all over the other tables. Wont go back will spend a few minutes more to drive to Aiken.
Our waitress really wasnt sure about the steaks that they served ,she didnt ask how I wanted it medium rare whatever but when I got it it was medium well , it was dry she came by one time and I had just taken the first bite and it was good but when I got into the rest of the stake it was dry and she never came back so I wont either go back. Just got to live and learn.
We had a great experience at Red Lobster on Gordon Highway. The food was very good. Our waiter,Tim, was exceptional, curtious, willing to meet our needs. The manager also come by to check on our satisfaction. We did go at a slow time. Covid precautions were maintained. We were very happy.
We had dinner here and it was really good. April, our server was excellent. She was very friendly and had a great attitude, and also sense of humor. She knew the menu and made great suggestions. She made our dining experience awesome. Well come back again mainly because we recieved such great service. Thanks April.
Great service! Great food! A little pricey, but the quantity and quality is well worth it. I reccomend the surf n turf, New York strip with main lobster tail, it was absolutely delicious and there was plenty to take home for a late night snack later. The servers and wait staff are Beyond amazing as well. Best service Ive had in awhile. We will be going back soon!
Placed a carry out order while sitting in my car in the parking lot. I told the lady who took my order that I was outside in parking lot. She said we could come in and pay for food when we came in. My husband went in to pay for and pick up our order of which he was told no order had been placed. Needless to say we never got our order.
I placed an order for pickup. I was told it would take about 30 minutes to prepare. After about 35 minutes I arrived at the Red Lobster to pick up my order, I was directed to wait at the bar for my order. After waiting on someone to tell them I had a pickup order, waiting for that order to be rounded up, I was told I would probably need to check and make sure everything I ordered was actually put in the bag (still had to wait 10 minutes because they forgot the desert). The food was good but not quite as good as it used to be. I will probably go back again but maybe done in next time to possibly get a better experience.
Placed a pickup order online and understood it to be ready in about 33 minutes. I arrived at the Walton Way Red Lobster roughly 30 minutes after I placed the order. I was instructed to head to the bar and someone would get me my order. I talked to the waitress and gave her my name and order number and she said well have your order right out. Five minutes passed she asked for my name again and I reminded her of the order. She said again shed be right out with it. Roughly an additional 20 minutes passed before I finally received the order. I checked the bag and had none of my side orders. Went back in the red lobster to wait an additional 10 minutes for the rest of my order. When I got home to eat the food with my husband and kids. The food was cold.the biscuits were cold and stale and I only live 10 minutes away from the restaurant so theres no need for it to taste like it came straight from the refrigerator. Ill never return to this red lobster again. Im sure the inmates in the jail across the street receive better service.
I wish I could give it 0 starsWe went to celebrate my mothers 73rd birthday. We got our food and about 10 mins later we saw a mouse run from under our table. The other 3 people left and went to the car as I waited to speak to the manager. When the manager came I explained what happened and her response made things even worse. She responded withOK. Thats all she had to say, she then left and went to help another customer that was leaving because of the mouse and I said since I have to pay Im taking my food with me. The manager brought me some boxes and said we do have A mouse problem and we are working on it.I left and went to the car but had to return to get my mothers oxygen tank. I again spoke to the manager and said it may be understandable that there are mice especially this time of year but seeing one ruined the complete dining experience and your only comment to me was OK. She replied with I told you we have a problem and are working in it. I said ok and left so I would not cause a seen.Mice in a restaurant is a serious health violation. Her non shalont attitude made things worse. I will never return to this restaurant and I will be reporting them to the health bureau. Completely unacceptable.Of course I threw the good away when I got home. No telling where else the nice were.
Service is hit or miss. Sometimes amazing sometimes poor. But overall this is one of my favorite places to eat. I love their food. Their alcoholic drinks are amazing too. They are pricey. Love the fact they have an app where you earn points. Have started coming here a good bit. Will keep coming until I get a reason not to.
The first time I had a meal with Red Lobster was the mid 70s in Scottsdale, AZ. I found it to be a warm and friendly seafood restaurant. Service was outstanding with delicious food. My group and I felt as if we were on an exotic island. Fast forward to todays meal, my husband had the ultimate feast while I enjoyed samples from my New England Lobster Bake. We found once again excellent service, presentation, and the atmosphere was yet still warm and inviting.
Me and my family have been waiting for over forty minutes for just appetizers not along the initial meal that still hasnt come yet and no one knows where the manager is.Just talked with the manager and our hasnt even been cooked for the exception of a few shrimp. What kind of management and service is this. Made my family wait knowing they were closing. I happen to be an Assistant Manager at a local dealership and deal with customer service every day. This is definitely not the type of customer service any person should have to experience.
Our waiter was Charles M. and he was really wonderful. He was polite, professional and very attentive. Our appetizer and salads came out piping hot and ahead of our food as it should. Just as we finished eating that, our entrees arrived. They were PERFECT in every way...cookef to perfection, piping hot, tasty and good portions. What an enjoyable experience! Thank you.
I eat here,,,, in fact sense the first day it opened,,, now 40 years eating at the same restaurant. Now lets say management is lacking. I hope others will share their thoughts. If you check out my other reviews you will find out that they are very positive. Also takes 50 min to a hour and a half to get served.Im not filing out a form that I cant find but Im available for a real conversation.,,,,Its not hard to find me.
Was seated with in minutes...but waited 45 min and still no service no drink ...no hey be with you soon..nothing got pissed and left the two girls that where holding up the wall as we left ..asked no-one came? That sucks she said......uh yeah sure does I replied.the look on her face showed there was no surprise.as a highly regarded manager of a place built on customer service and team work I wish my rating could be a negative..needless to say Im now at the other red lobster on Washington rd with in 8 minutes of walking through the door I am now getting my salad ...Washington RD.. RL you guys should teach your other brothers what customer service means...good job
Havent been to this red lobster in over 15 yrs because of some bad visits. Wanted to take my wife and kids out for our anniversary and didnt want to drive across town. Decided to try this one and Im glad I did. The service was quick and polite but I thought the entrees could have been out a little quicker seeing as how they werent busy. Food was great just took a while to get it. But I will definitely return.
Very disappointed with manager we had a party of 6 and 2 of them had an issue so as my husband dinner was served it didnt taste or look good so we were asking the manager about our issue sense she was helping the others in our party while she was there. Well her response to my husband was rude and smart assed and didnt acknowledge my husband again about our problem. Dont even know if she helped the others in our party either. This is not a good thing for your business. It had been about 10 years sense Ive ate at your business. Was not happy
I went with my family as a celebration of a new job. The food was quite nice. The lighting is a bit dim, which gives you the feeling that your guests are closer to you. The lemonade flavors are amazing. I got the muscles as a main dish, but mine were burnt on the outside somehow. They still tasted okay. Prior to this experience, the muscles have always been great.
It wasnt crowded when we went, but we still ended up waiting 30 minutes for a table. We ordered our drinks and food and ended up staring at our salads without drinks for 10 minutes, then had to wait another 10 minutes for silverware, after we made eye contact with our waitress twice and tried to get her attention to ask for the silverware. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because the food actually was good.
We had an awesome experience! It was endless shrimp on the menu. We got lucky and had the best wiatress tonight. She was very prompt and pleasant. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you for great time! If it will help any for the waitress to remember me... They sang happy birthday to a lovely lady to be rudely shoved out of the way by another employee. If I were that waitress, iI would have stopped and joined in the chime. But she chose to be rude.Anyways thank you Red Lobster!
Used on line ordering. When I arrived, ignored by all staff for over 20 minutes. Particularly bar which was not busy. She played on register for 10 minutes. Finally grabbed a waitress who said she didnt do takeout. People waiting to be seated were also ignored. Got food 45 minutes later. Red Lobster claimed concern and gave a fake website for further talk. Do not care about customers
It was Great! The service was awesome and the food was delicious! I had not eating at Red Lobster in about 4 years and Ive been seeing the new commercials and thought I would give them a try. I was very pleased with everything! This was the Walton Way location also. Keep up the Great work!
Never made it to food. We called a day in advance to celebrate a birthday with 25 people. The manager was not interested in helping us so we left. If that was my business there is no way I would have let anyone walk out without trying. Thats the fastest way to lose profits.
Went there yesterday for Fathers day! Food was really delicious, hot, and on time! We had to wait about 30 minutes, but that was about what we expected on the busy holiday and considering the time of day we decided to go eat. The waitress forgot our order of extra biscuits, but everything else she did was above good. So, we were pleased with our visit and plan to return. We did not worry about the biscuits because we were stuffed, anyway. Additionally, when she brought the bill, she had remembered and apologized to us.
Youd expect an almost empty restaurant thats only been open 30 minutes to be clean. But no, we were seated at a table with salt spilled over half of it. The hostess swiped at it, laid our menus down and walked away. There was food on our seats too (booth seating). I ordered a meal with 2 pieces of fish but was 1 piece of fish cut in half and fried like it was 2. Smh. It was very obvious. The serving of fries we received were small. However, my daughters shrimp tacos were good. The prices dont match the quality or portion sizes of the foods.
Horrible Service but a nice inside environment. The waitress was very ghetto, she was moreso interested in my personal business rather bringing me silverware i asked for over 30 min., the crab cluster was very was and dry, no seasoning at all. This place can use alot of great suggestions to bring business about but I wasnt feeling it for a total of 76$, me and my husband couldve done better
Agree, the service here is hit or miss, lately its been a miss. Big time. Arrived with a party of 2 today around 4PM. When we walked in, there were quite a few people waiting to be seated. I got in line behind a couple waiting for someone to approach them for their name & the number of people in their party. No one was manning the hosts desk & about 5 minutes later, the couple left. I shouldve left but figured someone would appear in a few minutes. Wrong. I stood at the hosts desk for 15 minutes to no avail. I saw workers milling about over to my left in a hallway but no one ever greeted us or said theyd be right with us. My party & I decided to leave. We figured if the lack of service was trash to begin with, everything that followed would be the same. It will be a very long to before I venture to this particular Red Lobster, if ever again.
So once in a while I come here for lunch and always get a Togo salad and cup or bowl of soup. Today I go in and wait at the bar for 15 minutes before somebody decides to show up to take my order. The waitress was very rude and kept saying huh what huh what and had 3 long fingernails which is disgusting considering youre serving food with bacteria riddled fake nails. Definitely will not be going back.
I dined at Red Lobster on Walton Way, Augusta, GA on Sunday, February 9th. When it was time to pay, I was told someone had already paid for me. There was some friends at a table across from me and my guest and I asked if theyd paid for me. They said no. Again I ask the waitress about the bill, she replied that it had been paid that we could go. The bill was $42. As we prepared to leave, the waitress came back and said that the Kiosks mixed up and was on wrong table that the couple at the other table wanted their money back. Understandable. I said ok that I would pay. I paid with a gift card. The problem that I have is that none of Red Lobsters staff apologize to me about their careless mistake. I even ask for acknowledgement of the mistake. No one said Im Sorry! This bothered me and my guest that dined with me. I think the Kiosks is a mistake on Red Lobsters part, because customers that come to enjoy a meal and then has to perform steps of making their own payments using a kiosk themselves. The old way was better. Im sure you didnt have this problem before you installed kiosks for paymentsDisgruntled in North Augusta.Loretta T.
Service was very slow. There were maybe 6 full tables and it still took 20 minutes for someone to come get our drink order, 45 minutes just to place our order, another 45 minutes to get it. And for food that was sub-par at best, pretty sure the rice was the same boxed stuff I buy at the grocery store. Only reason Im giving it 2 stars instead of 1, it was clean.
The flavor of old is not the same. The biscuits used to always be hot, butter glazed and have a light zest. Now you have to request fresh biscuits with the zest to get it consistently. They charge for the Alfredo sauce now, even if it comes from the kitchen dry, when it should be covered in sauce (like the pictures and advertising).
Service and Staff were great, yet the Nashville Hot Shrimp was just terrible. There was such a lack of seasoning that the shrimp simply looked like an order of fried shrimp. But the service did make up for the disappointment some.. thank you to Broderick and all the others on staff
Excellent service, order was messed up. Server corrected for free. Their Pina colada drinks are the bomb. Really good service. Very affordable. I had steak, shrimp on a stick, and fish with mashed potatoes & broccoli for $23. I would definitely go back and recommend to people.
06/05/2015 - Got to give a big shout out to Red Lobster today. We had a party of about 15 celebrating a life changing event for one of our favorite church members. The wait staff was OUTSTANDING! The food was delicious and it was an all out GREAT experience!! Thank you for your patience and great service/food. God Bless!!
The waitress was sweet and niceHowever, I dont believe she had ANY training before serving customers. I believe that Red Lobster should thoroughly train their servers before turning them loose on the floor. None of the orders were correct for our party of six. The food was typical Red Lobster. Okay, but not excellent.
20 minutes to get a server, then 20 minutes to get our drinks, no apologies for the lack of service. Our Margaritas were watered down from sitting at the bar. Food was delicious as usual. When you begin to feel like a nuisance by having to wave your waitor down several times it just becomes an uncomfortable relationship. We stopped going to the Washington Rd location years ago because of the poor service there. I hope we dont end up that way with this location which usually gives pretty good service.
Waitress & Manager were great but the Cook had some major lack of skills. Food not prepared as stated in menu - mushrooms left our of the signature green beans tasted of nothing but too much olive oil. The shrimp scampi had no flavor , used to at least taste some sauce and garlic before when served this dish, and the shrimp was under cooked - tasted almost raw as if it came from a frozen pack ran a little hot water or something over it and tossed in some noodle. For an almost $80 ticket for 2 people dining I would expect much more.
Poor service, waited 30 min just to get drinks. Sat close to the bar saw my drink being made had to get up and get it myself, my wifes as well. My wife ordered crab legs, brought them out with out the tool to crack open them open, had to wait another 10 min until waitress came back only to be told they didnt have any and instead gave my wife a tool to crack open a lobster which broke only two legs in. Also the manager walked around asking how everyone was doing but ironically skipped our table and went to the next party. Poor service and unprofessional! The best part of our experince here was being done and leaving.
Really love the lobster bisque! So good. Our waiter even got me a bit extra since there wasnt much in the bowl. Seems I had the last of it, so he got me some of the fresh pot.Buscuits are good too! Yummy!Wish they had coconut crab meat, lobster tails are kinda small. Food was good, waiter was great!
Myron our server was GREAT!!! The food however was awful. There were 5 of us. 2 Ordered clam flower when they brought it out saide they only had one they were out. The one who did get it it was only a little over half a bowl. The potato soup was nearly warm. When I got my Shrimp Linguine Alfredo before it hit the table I saw a piece of hair in it. Sent it back about 20 min later he came back it had a truly watered down Alfredo sauce and you could see actual water on the plate where they had pulled the noodle. Girls night out!!!
We visited this restaurant last evening for the all you can eat shrimp dinner, it was amazing!!! We enjoyed everything from the start of the meal to the ending of the meal!!! Service was AWESOME!!! Thanks for such a great night, since we are victims of the hurricane thats hitting Myrtle Beach.
Had a gift card was not given a receipt. Costumer service was poor. I inquired about a additional alfredo sauce to go with my meal. They told me 3.99 for a small cup. I said joking Its cheaper than that in the grocery store. The Bartender made a comment. To the hostess who had my gift card. Oh thats something you just cant buy in jars.. I didnt say anything. But I was very disappointed in the quality of service and the food.. This visit was on 12/28/18 @ 1:30p. Ohh and did pay 3.99 for the additional sauce. And it was not the same sauce that had for my Cajun linguine chicken alfredo.
I think its time for red lobster to step up to the bat and start adding some new recipe dishes with more vegetables with seafood dishes or even there pasta dinners most of the time Red Lobsters always have good customer service and the Red Lobsters thats located in Augusta Georgia theres a male manager there thats so pleasant friendly and most of the waitresses are very humble I would give it a five-star but it seems that Red Lobsters starting to be left behind in the food industry its time for Red Lobsters to think outside the box that would also help their stocks to go up in value
I havent been to Red Lobster in a long time. I was craving the crab Alfredo, I had ate it in the past. When it arrived it was noodles with crab meat and no sauce. What happened to the white sauce. So I asked the server for some sauce. If I wanted some sauce that should have come on the plate already it was $2.50. I just couldnt believe you have to pay extra for the sauce when the meal cost enough already. The sauce wasnt the same as it was before. I just wasnt satisfied with my meal at all. That was just crazy. I will just make it at home the next time I crave it.
The manager was very rude. She went to the room tables and greeted the white guest, while we had been sitting get there for awhile. Finally, she came over and greed us, but that was after we mentioned it to our waitress.Although, the manager was very unprofessional, our waitress, Calundria, but was very kind. professional, and attentive. I
Who ever was doing the cooking, was really off their game tonight! Every time I ordered (all you can eat shrimp) I offered the Sesame Ginger shrimp, but was brought something different every time! Then I think they were bringing me shrimp on skewers brush with teriyaki sauce instead of Sesame Ginger!. Whatever! It was all still good and the service was great. But only three stars this time!
Prices outrages & portions are very small like a childs plate. The food just wasnt very good & we had bloody Marys & they were awful. Im not going back there to spend my money. Red lobster was one of my favorite places to go but over the years they have quit trying to please the public just their money.
I ordered food to go for lunch one day. Before I left I checked to make sure I had everything and I did but the portion sizes were tiny. Ive eaten at Red Lobster many times and I usually have leftovers, not this time. Service was also very slow for a pickup order. It ate up close to 30 minutes of my lunch break.
This was the slowest service ever. I was seated and when my server came over I immediately placed my order bc I knew what I was having. He returned 10 minutes with my water, salad, and bread. He left and came back 2 minutes later with the soup and entree. I ate some of my entree bc I did not want it to get cold before I got to it. It was bland so I ate the soup. My apple pie was luke warm, but the ice cream was cold. All in all, it took me 1 1/2 hours to be served, to eat, and to pay my bill. It was a party of 1.
Bartender was not fixing the appropriate shot for the patron. I was displeased on how the shot glass was filled 25% of the glass. This has got to be the worse experience red lobster Ive ever visited on Gordon highway. I spent over $100.00 and the waiter was the worse. Shrimp scampi with no pasta in the dish. 🧐😫
Took to long for my food and our server didnt keep checking with us to c if we needed anything crab legs were very small and over cooked my husband took me there for my birthday cause thats where i wanted to go but it will probably be my last time going to that one anyway
Mom was served cold crab legs. Drinks are definitely made per restaurant recipe so basically they are uninspiring. Heres my main concern: Ceasar salad being the only side salad option. House salad is not available. Per the server due to Covid. So I will proceed to patronize my local grocery stores and restaurants serving house salads for my house salad fix. House salads are still prevalent just not at Red Lobster ironically.
I know Mother’s Day is a busy day but no way in the world should I be waiting for a to go order for three hours. Not get greeted when I walk in for almost 30 mins, and then received my food luke warm as if it had been sitting waiting for someone to bring it to me. I heard servers saying customers “will be alright” when they are expressing their frustration. You have some people who are pregnant like myself and will not just be alright waiting for hours to eat. No respect.😑🙄
Customer Service is a huge part of why we go to a restaurant. The last meal ordered in a party of 4 was presented during the appetizer and not with the rest of the meals. Food was repeatedly reached over or handed over others. Just rude. One drink was ordered and never came. Sauces and dips were not offered and when requested were slow coming and sparingly supplied. Our server didnt know what chives are. To many faux pas by one server. Rice was undercooked but crabs were overcooked. Lol. Beautiful disaster. Oh and the dirty bathroom. Nice touch. One billfold for 3 separate checks. Management was notified and we were marginally compensated.
Our server Jasmyne was very polite and we didnt have to wait or ask for refills. When she noticed we were getting low, she was there to refill what we asked for @ table #30 on 17 Nov.2107 @ the Walton Way location in Augusta, Ga. We were very pleased with the service we had. Great job miss Jasmyne. Keep up the good work.
Didnt go. Passed by there, sometimes maps mistakes places we pass by for places that we stop at. I havent really looked into it in detail to see if its because I have location on or off as we pass or if we are at the stoplight and calibration settings has maps reading that we are parking and we are not.
I love coming to this Red Lobster, but tonight was not their best night. The wait time was not bad, our server Tasha was attentive, BUT the food was not good at all!!!! It really lacked seasoning and flavor. I dont know if there were knew cooks or if they just feel it tonight, but no bueno Red Lobster.
A plus to eating here is the ease of online ordering. The downfall was the wait. We ordered a $89+ meal online (2-stuffed mushrooms, 2-lobster rolls, a bowl of lobster bisque, the Full Size Salmon New Orleans, and 2-lobster tails). Online said it would be ready in 15 mins. We waited 30 mins then left for the 15 min drive to the restaurant. We waited at the bar another 11 mins for our order. Not happy! But the food was fresh, hot, and good. The restaurant was packed (as usual) and the bartender (a middle-age white female with short salt and pepper hair) was very nice and kept checking on the status of our order while we waited. Id go back, but 1-star deducted for the long wait.
Always loved Red Lobster and although my daughter & I only came in for appetizers and drinks, we agreed, this was one of the best dining experiences weve had in years! Its been a couple years since either of us had been in, and as expected, Red Lobster is still the best seafood in town. Always our familys favorite, the Lobster/Crab stuffed mushrooms did not disappoint!. Neither did the Deliciously refreshing cocktails, suggested by our handsome, friendly & helpful bartender, who, along with all the staff we encountered, seemed genuinely excited to be there, as they welcomed us at 10:00pm. I can honestly say that all aspects of our experience that evening were top notch, from the quality of our food & drinks, to the knowledgeable & friendly staffs careful attention to detail & willingness to go above and beyond was what made our mother/daughter night out one of the best experiences in years! So a huge thank you to the RED LOBSTER STAFF ON WALTON WAY! Its staff like YOU that make all the difference!
I walked in. There was two parties ahead of me. The hostess took their names and then took a personal phone call as I was approaching the kiosk. I waited patiently for about a minute before she hung up and took my name. The wait time for a table was about 10 minutes. However as I was walking through the dining area, I noticed that barely half of the tables were occupied. The hostess led me to a table that was still dirty from the last diners who sat there. She quickly wiped down the table as I stared across the restaurant at perfectly clean tables a mere ten feet away.Upon being seated, a nice young man took my drink order. He then gave me a few minutes to peruse the menu before taking my order. I chose the fried flounder, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad with ranch dressing.Approximately ten minutes later, the salad and biscuits arrived. The lettuce was wilted and was swimming in dressing. The cheese biscuits were pretty good. I only ate perhaps two bites of the salad before I pushed it away. Shortly after, my fish arrived. It was very mushy. The potatoes were ok, but nothing to write home about.Anyways I received the check, paid, and left. Not once was I asked how my meal was, which judging by the rest of the staffs mannerisms, I doubt it would have helped if I did complain. I overheard an exchange between what appeared to be the manager and one of the wait staff. It was apparently in regards to some argument over work hours. Im sure I did not need to hear that.On my way to the door, I heard some sort of gangsta rap being played. At first I thought it was coming from the kitchen, which would have been bad enough. However I stopped into the mens room before leaving to discover that it was instead being played over the restaurants audio system complete with explicit lyrics.Anyways other than my waiter, who was actually quite pleasant, the rest of the restaurant was horribly managed and staffed. I could even forgive the mushy fish being that this is a chain restaurant that is roughly 100 miles from the coast. I cannot, however, forgive the rest of the food nor the behavior of the employees. I will likely not return to any Red Lobster in the foreseeable future.
Nice place. Biscuits always good. My entree was deliteful. However my plate was drinched in the sauce for the fish overly so. The new green beans and mushrooms was underwhelming at best. The beans were not tender and not strung. My siggestion would be to string the beans add some cherry tomatoes and roast with an apple cider and honey spiced gastric.

2022-01-28I had a couple of really terrible experiences at this location about 5 years ago or longer that kept me away from Red Lobster since thenThe food was good. The service..... not so much. Our waitress gave our lobster pizza appetizer to a different table and instead of admitting the mistake she claimed that there wasnt any basil and suggested that we try the lobster dip, which is what the other table initially ordered. She did a pretty good job checking on us throughout the dining experience considering that business started to pick up shortly after we were seated hence the 3 stars instead of one for being lied to. There were a couple of instances in the end that were questionable like saying she would bring to go boxes then us having to ask for to go boxes as well as not bringing the right to go boxes for all the food that was left but its the lie that was told that takes the cake. My lady said I left too big of a tip, which I did intentionally, but I did so because I understand that waiting tables in a time like this is a risk. Public places involving people and food can spread viruses like Covid rapidly.Just a tip... tell the wait staff to be upfront when a mistake is made because it goes a long way; or at least be aware of trying to swap appetizers between two tables who are literally right next to each other.I most likely wont go to Red Lobster again unless its out of town. Whats sad is that I consider this a good experience compared to my last two years ago.

2021-12-07This has been the worst I have ever had from Red Lobster (Augusta Ga. Gordon Hwy location). So, we ordered curbside and we get to the house. House salads mainly lettuce, potato with no butter or sour cream on the side( make sure in the comment or instruction section to remind them). The fish was the worst, not only was it over cooked, they were small....very small. It may have been better if it could actually be chewed. They have to do better!!!!

2021-09-12Overall it was okay, service was good and the food wasnt too bad either. my only concern was that one of my shrimp was purple. when my sister brought it to the waitresss attention she said she didnt know either and she didnt even offer to mention it to the cooks to see what it was. i was very disturbed by this and wont be returning to this location.

2022-04-29The place is very clean. The bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. The staff is very well trained, and are very friendly. Unlike the Washington Road site these staff actually treat you like they want you to be there.I ordered the fish and chips, and it was very good. It comes some coleslaw. The coleslaw is a little bit bland. The fish itself is pretty good. A little bit on the greasy side. And it was a little bit overdone. The tartar sauce is kind of nasty. It tasted like something you could find at Captain Ds.But I most certainly would go back there again for another try.

2022-02-15Went tonight for Valentines dinner and of course it was delicious as always. The only thing I would suggest is to clean the area near the bar (where they get the soda and water from) as it smelled a little of mildew. Other than that, our server was awesome and we enjoyed the food.

2022-02-16Crab legs were so bad, they brought my order. The crab legs tasted like boiled water. Took them back. They brought new legs were so salty. Could not eat them. Left crab legs there, asked for a discount. That didnt happen, server had charged us twice for the sticky crab legs. He too the 27.50 off. To much for food that doesnt taste good. Pictures look good taste is TERRIBLE
