Red Lobster in other cities:
The food was hot and fresh. Dine in service needs working. We stood at the booth to get served 10 minutes. 3 different associates walked pass us telling us the same thing we will be right with you not a good look for dining in service to me. Otherwise my ultimate feast and patron margarita was great.
Wish I could Leave no stars. Made a large family order on 2/18/22 for pickup and got home everything was cold due to the fact they packed everything in one bag so full it was coming out the top.I guess they don’t understand on pickup orders or any orders for that fact the bag should only be full so far that it can still tightly close easily to hold in the heat, etc.I mean if a second paper bag is going to make or break you then likely you should shut the doors now.
The Red lobster was the one off of Jonesboro road in McDonough. My son and I went for a late lunch early dinner. When we got there we were not greeted by anyone and we stood in the front lobby for 5 minutes before anybody even said anything to us. They were not busy at all. After we sat we noticed that there were seven tables around us with dirty dishes still on the tables. And I cannot stress enough that they was not busy... There was waitresses sitting at the bar talking and just left the tables sitting there. That made the restaurant look dirty. I have no complaints about our waitress she was really good. The overall price was very expensive I had two people and I took a to go order and my bill was $114..
Ordered the Ultimate Family Feast online to pickup curbside, 1 hour and 15 minute wait. $118.99 plus tax and a 10% tip for a total of $140.41. Then after I pick it up and deliver it to my parents for Fathers Day I find that I was shorted the Walts Favorite Shrimp. Nice job people!
Went to this locations Sunday June 26th. (Longhorn next door had 1hr wait time). First of all it was a bad sign when we walked up to the door and the glass was filthy. First red flag. Next we were seated at a filthy table crumbs in the cracks, sticky, all kind of trash underneath the table. So much trash the customers on the side of us noticed it as well. Had to ask our server to have someone come and clean it up before we could even sit down. That took about 10 minutes. The high chair that I wanted to sit my granddaughter in was unusable as it was also filthy and sticky, gross. The server Michelle should never had seated us until the station was cleaned. That’s the only bad thing I have to say about our server otherwise she was great. And the food was great as well. Red Lobster do better!
The wait time was ridiculous for on the go. People were getting out of their cars and going in to get their order. The young lady that was bringing out the food was nice. My food was horrible. The pasta was like a glued brick and the sauce was just sitting on top. After I got half way i noticed my dessert was missing. I was absolutely disappointed. I gave them 2 stars only because the young lady was nice. I will make one more attempt to eat here, but if its as bad as this visit Ill never go back again.
The coconut shrimp was bland, the cod used in the fish and chips was rubbery and not properly fried. The waiter was not interested in serving my table and he tried to hustle me out of my money by quoting the wrong prices to me. In the end they had to honor the prices and I still tipped, even though I had to track him down every time I needed something. I will not be going back to this establishment ever again. This was a first experience for my kids and they absolutely hated it. There was a large party there celebrating a birthday as well and they need to start making large groups tip from the beginning if they are going to starve everyone else and then be mad when they get a lousy tip. Serves you right if you ask me 😂🤣😂🤣. If you want Red Lobster, go somewhere else!!!!
I was very disappointed with the poor quality service my husband and I received at the McDonough, GA, Red Lobster.. When we arrived, we asked to be place at a socially distant table because the COVID 19 numbers are going up. They told us they could accommodate us and placed us at a table with no one behind us. Five minutes later, they seated a couple with 2 kids next to us. I felt we had been lied to. The 2nd problem occurred when the waitress didn’t bring my husband the requested steak sauce. When she delivered the food to the customers next to us, she gave them steak sauce and told my husband she didn’t forget about his. She then proceeded to clean off a table where 5 people had finished. I went over to her and explained that my husband’s steak was cold and we were waiting for her to bring the steak sauce. She then stopped cleaning the table and got him the steak sauce. I asked to see the manager and a female manager came over without a mask and we explained the problem. She told us that we couldn’t be socially distanced because they didn’t have anyone to work that area. I told her that we should have been told that initially. I asked her to move back some because she was leaning over our food while talking. She offered to remake my husband’s steak and we told her, no, we just wanted to leave. A second manger came over and we told him to bring us the bill, we just wanted to leave. He removed the cold steak from our bill which my husband never ate, but he put the blame on us, that we were being rude. I told him that his staff needed training in customer service and I would leave a review online.
It was busy, but pleasantly not as crowded as some of the other restaurants that were honoring veterans for their service. I treated my (vet) daughter and my grandson to dinner. I waitress Gayle E. was awesome. Friendly, and very professional despite having to wait on several big groups. She kept checking in on us and made a difference. I was happy with the food but the service is what will make us return. We werent sure when the person checked us In. Cause she did not seem too happy 😕 with my daughter saying that we phoned ahead from Applebees to check how busy the lobby was. Oh well at least it ended great. Ty Red lobster, this military family is happy.
Due to my very low tolerance for garlic I called the manager first. She assured me that they could prepare my meal with no garlic. Although I emphasised my need for absolutely no garlic to my waitress my meal included garlic. I tasted the fish. The manager did not apologize. Nor did she ask if I were ok. I had to call the paramedics.
Went specifically for crab legs. The larger part of the crab leg should slide out easy in one peice and is my favorite part but no matter how gentle you tried it would break a part leaving you to work to get it out.... The order was made twice and no luck. I know they come frozen but belive they are overcooked as well. Being a seafood restaurant I would expect better. I will say the waitress was wonderful and I enjoyed my drink but will not go back for half a crab at 31 dollars and have to work for every bite. 🦀
I got a to-go order today. I ordered extra biscuits. Not only did I not receive my extra biscuits, I didnt receive any biscuits at all. My coconut shrimp came with no sauce. All of the food was cold and salty. This reminded of me of why I havent eaten at this Red Lobster in so long. What a waste of money.
My garden salad contained a lot of Romain stems so replacement was Lobster bisque which was too salty. Order a cocktail with orange and pineapple juice. Cane back red??? Oh, they were out of ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE JUICE, so I guess they made whatever. Ordered pasta, no meat, they added CHICKEN. Waitress abandoned our table without a word, maybe, maybe she was overwhelmed. so the hostess took over who was wonderful.
I just want to thank Mr. Vbo for his service to my daughter and my self. oh my God this man is an angel he really turn around the 1st impression I had with the young ladies when I first walk through Mr. Vbo gave my daughter and I the best service we have had in a while. We traveled passed 2 maybe 3 red lobster just in the search for great service. I really was about to give up on customer service but Mr. Vbo changed that for me this man loves his job and ppl and deserves a raise or to be noticed by the company. Also the mgr came over 1 time to check on us she was great as well. But back to Mr. Vbo he was so great even as a person he made us feel at ease about our coupon and about the food quality, may he have a long healthy life in Jesus name blessings to him.
There was an expected wait time of about 40 minutes. They seat people at every other sitting to be COVID compliant. Staff all wear masks and are friendly. Hostess even let my little one pet a lobster! Crew was working as fast as they could, and food came out at a reasonable time. Restaurant was clean, and they used disposable menus. All in all a good experience.

Will not return. Waited forever for our entree. When it did come it was cold. Husbands plate was full of food. Mine was on a salad plate. My potato was so cold butter would not melt in it, yet the excuse we were given for our food being late was they had to wait for my potato to cook. Asked for a refill of tea and waited a long time for that.. Other customers were complaining about their service. Employees were standing around talking. They were NOT busy. Waiter came and asked if we wanted to pay our ticket (my husband had asked for the bill because we were afraid we would be late for his physical therapy) I said yes. He stood and looked at me a minute like he was waiting then he said, “Oh you want to see your ticket first?” Well duh.
HARMONY ! You served us my family tonight OMG TONIGHT WAS A NIGHT TO REMEMBER I AM SO PLEASED WITH MY EXCEPTIONAL WONDERFUL SERVER , your smile , your attention to detail your caring and positive personality and laughter you brought to us thank you so much the food was wonderful . Harmony deserves a raise !!! Great service will definitely be back thanks ! Very pleased !!
I’ve never been so disappointed with this restaurant as I am this evening. I placed a pickup order to be picked up at 6:15pm. We arrived and checked in as directed. The food hadn’t come out until 7:00pm. Other people we’re getting their orders that arrived after I did; which made me feel as though I was being ignored. I stopped the girl that was bringing out orders to ask about my order and was told she’d check on it. It was another 10 minutes before the order came out. I don’t know that I’ll do this again if this is the way they treat their customers.
Omg! For my first experience eating at Red Lobster they blew me away! I had oysters for the first time too, Im not the biggest fan but I tried them steamed not raw I dont know if that makes them taste drastically different or not. But both the lobster and jumbo shrimp were fabulous! I wasnt fan of the salmon because I grew up on Alaskan salmon and it wasnt seasoned the greatest.
It was ok. Me and my Dad got the most expensive item and it wasnt the filet minon. It was a long steak, a cheap one. The little wee lobster tail was 2 little bites, the service was mediocre. This was my first time there ever to a Red Lobster and probably wont be goin back. Guess if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. Ken Truxal
The stars are for the biscuits But the food was mostly horrible. I ordered an appetizer to go and some biscuits. Had coupon and a craving for seafood dip but didnt feel like putting all the work into it, and apparently neither did they. The dip tasted like seafood soup really and it f it werent for the taste of shrimp there would be no flavor. AND the tiny cup you get for togo orders wasnt even filled ...like half a cup. Not worth it and im not willing to spend money to try anything else. The biscuits were delicious though. And they could do a little better with cleaning. As i walked to the to go area dirty tables with trash everywhere. Not a good look

Mines sure did!Red Lobster 🦞 Beautiful restaurants 🤩
I wanted a beer with my dinner but was told that the beer I ordered was not in stock. So I asked for my regular brand but to my surprise it to was out of stock. The food was not as good as usual. The clam strips were not cooked all the way and the fish tasted old. Me and the wife dropped $60 there and was very disappointed.
I have eaten at this specific Red Lobster a few times and the only thing stopping me from giving it 0 stars, is the most of the employees there are very good. Other than that, the food is horrible and the portions are very small. I had takeout recently and this is what the CYO combinations looked like.
My birthday was January 2nd and I chose Red Lobster for my birthday dinner. That was a big mistake. We ordered curbside and it took 45 minutes for my order to come out after the time I was scheduled to arrive. We spent a $120 on food for 3 people. I ordered the Ultimate Feast and it came in a big tin pan with one crab claw that had 3 legs (2 were missing) a miniature lobster tail and a small cup of 5 shrimp scampi. The pan was huge. But there was no food in it.. My ceaser salad looked liked leftover scraps. They forgot my fried shrimp and everything was iced cold to my touch. I am sure because it came out 45 minutes after my arrival time. This was the first time my family and I have eaten out in 2 years since the beginning of the Pandemic. We used to patronize the McDonough location once a week. The quality of the food has really deteriorated. The best thing about my experience was the young man who brought out my food. He tried his best to make me feel whole, but when I got home and viewed what I had purchased I was extremely angry. So much so I didnt even bother to call the restaurant I just said I will never patronize Red Lobster again. This used to be one of my favorite places to dine. I hate what has happened to this franchize. You will be missed.
I tried ordering online, it wouldnt allow me to so I called and she was hesitant to take my order referring me to door dash. I insisted to pickup, she asked me what time and I told her 7:15pm. (That was 6:35 I placed my order. Went to the store they took my payment but by then I realized they were backed up didnt get my order until 8:30pm......unacceptable ruined my birthday but it is what it is they are slow with no apologies! Then my food was cold without butter or any sauce!
I ordered a Walts Daily Deal which includes a drink in an online To go order. They didnt include my drink, my Cole slaw and didnt give any shrimp sauce for the shrimp. I was able to get my drink before leaving curbside but didnt notice the other things missing until I got home. Wont be getting a To go from them again.
We just left here and the food was absolutely amazing but what was even better than amazing was our server. He has to be the best server I have ever had EVER!!! His name was V Bo. If you decide to come here you have to ask for him. He tells the silliest jokes and is just all around awesome! V Bo you made my husbands birthday dinner amazing! Thank you so much!
Food was good. Waiter was horrible. Had to ask 3 times for a refill on tea. 25 minutes before he brought biscuits (his other customers received theirs within minutes of placing orders. All of his customers were laughing when someone had to repeatedly ask for items. He was clueless and only had 5 stations.
The service was ok but like.. the place stunk. It smelled like moldy carpet. Everything seemed broken or dirty. We decided to leave after the appetizer and a couple of drinks. Dont get it twisted, we still loved the biscuits and tipped like 40 percent but we aint going back.It was just a gross vibe. Trash in the parking lot led us into a lobby that smelled like they let the lobsters play around on the carpet after hours. We didnt smell any food cooking so pretty sure its just a microwave chain. Idk. I wanna see better tbh because the biscuits are delicious.
I ordered food on my lunch break and when I arrived I was informed my food had been given to someone else by mistake so I had to wait for them to recook my order. The lady at curbside was really nice but I was disappointed that I was not given a drink or something for my inconvenience so when I received a feedback text I explained my dissatisfaction. The next morning, the manager Jamie called me to talk about my experience and apologized, she also gave me a refund. That was very much appreciated!
I asked the waiter what does the crabs look like this. He said he will ask his manager. He comes back and said his manager said they come in like that sometimes. Me personally I wouldnt serve anyone something that i wouldnt eat if it looked like this. It was some extra stuff growing frim tge crab
From looking at the framed picture that was above our table, I think they need to be just a we bit more diligent in their cleaning. The wall was pretty much a mess as well. The food was standard Red Lobster. It was ok, as was the service. Its not like your on the coast and getting fresh just caught seafood.
Call ahead seating but we still had a 20 minute wait. One of my guests had trouble getting a drink they wanted and drinking straws took several trips to the table before we got them. Everyone loved the shrimp and the mushroom apps. We all loved our main dishes and were to full for any dessert.
Im working from out of town came by to get a bite. Atmosphere is nice people especially friendly. Bartender and waitresses all very nice and knowledgeable. Christian went above and beyond the call of what her duties should be to make sure I was taken care of would recommend her for any and everything. And her waitress friend I did not catch her name with the ponytail they know who she is shes outstanding also! If it all possible they need to be cloned so we can have more people like them in the world!!
This place is turning into Riverdale’s dumping ground. Slow service, food wasn’t great, and manager walking around without a mask while his staff is required to wear one. Manager walked around on his cell phone the majority of the time I was there. Very tasteless. Our waitress was very pleasant and prompt.Old staff at the beginning of COVID and manager were much better
So I reserved a table through open table. when I arrived at restaurant I was told that they dont honor open table reservations. I asked to speak to mgr and was told it was nothing that she was going to do. She said that I can just wait for the hour wait. I drove 30 min for this restaurant. If you dont honor something anymore you should make sure you remove yourself. I truly feel and know that the manager could have honored this. She wasnt worried about customer satisfaction.
Food took forever to get. Almost every beer my husband ordered they didnt have. Party of 8 got there food before we did which it was only 4 of us...I order a cod fish never got. Server had hostess take our order..had to get take out trays from another server. Manager never came and ask about our experience which they usually do. Please note the flounder they replaced with a whitefish. Which the host told me its tilapia which is not fish. Sad to say red lobster is going down hill. This spot use to be a top notch spot when I was a kid.
This place has seriously went down hill. Dry, over salted, and over cooked seafood that was inedible, yet consistently served to every one. I could hear other tables also complaining about the salt being so salty that their mouths burned. This is not how you serve seafood. The servers dont care and they all look miserable and ready to go home. Its obvious that they get a ton of complaints and that they have just become numb to it all. The drinks were poorly made and heavily watered down with too much mixer. What a shame. Not sure how the doors are still open.
On 11/13/11 at 3:46pm I walked in set at bar order 2 margaritas pick your own 3 which was 3 shrimp scampi for 2 sides I had a cesar salad and mashed potatoes. I also ordered a lobster tail. Bar tender put everything in I thought. Bit when food came out I saw everything except my lobster tail. So when I mentioned it to her the male manager with red shirt just so happened to be standing there when she told me she forgot to add it to my tab . And asked me if I still wanted it I said no because I wanted to eat with my food, manage over heard and ask the bar tender to go ahead and give me the lobster tail and that he will approve it. So I thanked them. I couldnt find bar tender when my lyft arrived at 4:52pm so I had to track a worker down to find her. She still added the lobster tail to my receipt? She forgot the manager was supposed to take it off. So she asked for receipt back. She gave me money back but not my receipt and I had to rush out because my lyft was waiting. As soon as I got to hotel to add my points I realized she kept it so I called up their told the girl supervisor everything I ordered she said she found my receipt and she will text it. I gave her my number , she never texted me . I called today she gave me a totally whole different number I never told her and when she text receipt it wasnt mine she new I was at bar instead she text me a table receipt that didnt have anything I ordered on it. I think they taking people receipt stealing points or something. But I want a copy of my receipt not only for rewards but for my tax purposes as well.
Had a 25 min wait, which was really about 40 minutes. Restaurant was hot as hell. Ordered a mixed drink with my appetizers an still hadnt received it when my food was delivered. Reminded waitress she said she forgot but didnt seem at all bothered 😕. Service was soso. Service is not what I expect for a $135.00 meal! Ate at another red lobster in Macon an it was AWESOME 👌service, dinner, etc... so ill go to it from now on.
Is it possible to give negative stars?? After having multiple bad experiences at the Conyers location, we decided to go to the McDonough location instead hoping for better luck. We definitely struck out. We ate here tonight and it was all around a bad experience. We should have taken the hint when we first walked in. There were 3 employees at the hostess stand, yet it took almost 3 minutes of standing there before we were even acknowledged. The wait was only about 15 minutes as we were early for the dinner rush. When we were seated for about 5 minutes, the waitress stopped by and said she would be right back. I just got a new stopwatch app on my phone and I was playing with it, so I timed a bunch of our encounter. It was 7 minutes before she returned, during which time she took the drink order and delivered the drinks to the table next to us. She took our drink order (tea and a mixed drink from the bar). The tea arrived after 4 minutes, but it took 12 minutes to get the drink from the bar. We kept trying to get the waitresses attention, but she was actively ignoring us while taking excellent care of the family next to us. Finally I started to get up to go get some help and she came by and took our order (for those playing the home game we had already been in our booth for almost 30 minutes). She then stopped to help the table next to us, talk with them, refill their drinks, etc, before putting our order in. We had to ask multiple times for biscuits, and to get our soup brought out. The manager brought out the soup, with a dirty spoon. Then I had to wait 5 minutes while my soup got cold to get a clean one. Didnt matter because the bisque was so salty I could barely eat it, and didnt finish it. Then the food finally came 23 minutes after we ordered. If this is the level that Red Lobster has dropped to the world really is getting bad. I ordered the create your own meal with shrimp scampi and the fried whitefish. The whitefish looked like freezer fish sticks. You remember the ones you used to get in elementary school at lunch? Those. Almost all breading, barely any fish, and absolutely no taste. Took one bite and spit it back out. The scampi was good, and when we got biscuits they tasted fine. The fries were cold, and when I told the waitress they were cold, she said it was because the AC was on and walked off to help the table next to us. No offer of fresh fries, no apology, nothing. And I had to once again ask for a tea refill, but that took 13 minutes. When she brought it in a new glass, that glass was dirty. I would have told her, but we never got her attention again. She spent all her time on the table (5-6 people) next to us who had a birthday. She ignored us, even when I tried to wave her over multiple times. They have the option to pay at your table on the little tablets, so we paid and left. We will never be back. That was the last straw for us. If you have an option of eating here or getting a fish sandwich at Burger King, go for Burger King. The food will be better and so will the service.
I hate seafood, can’t stand the smell.... but my wife loves it so sometimes I just gotta take it on the chin like a man to make the wife happy. I like this spot because it is a seafood restaurant without the seafood restaurant smell! There was no seafood odor in the restaurant at all!!! The food we got was great, served hot and fresh, even faster than we expected! Our server Jordan was absolutely 100! Couldn’t have been happier with her service, she made us feel very welcome, was very attentive, and her attitude was above and beyond great. All around a great experience, would recommend 10/10!!!!!
Our waiter was on point the ENTIRE time we were there! I never write reviews , but I felt like I should acknowledge just how good of a help he was the whole time me and my family were there. He was very pleasant and if I were to come back or recommend anyone I would definitely say Samuel!
I cant believe that people have given a less than 5 star review for this Redlobster. Our wait person, Jay, was outstanding, the food was perfect and everyone left completely happy.(After reading some of the reviews before going, I am convinced that some people delight in finding fault with everything.)
The wife and I ordered the same fish. She received hers correctly, on the other hand my fish was tough and they tasted totally different. As a chef, I debunked my whole meal. The green beans wasnt fresh, instead they where actually Steamed green beans with a garlic sauce base.. The clam strips was overly cooked and I did a rip test. The clams arent real due to the fibers with the meat . The fries are standard fries, but they are fries. Flavor outside of the disappointment 3 of 10. This was my first and now my last time coming/ going. Ill NEVER come back!
The food was hot and customer service was excellent. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I ordered bottomless shrimp and I was the last to receive order in a party of 6. When I finally got my order I asked waitress to bring another order of shrimp and was told I had to wait before they could put another order in.
The staff was great. The food was good but lets just say it could use a refresh course its been the same for so long that even a seafood lover such as myself it has began to grow tiresome. Not really sure if it had just occurred but the table my wife and I was seated at was leaning down off the wall like it was starting to separate. My family and I have been red lobster fans for as long as I can remember but with the menu not really changing much over the years and the prices of food going up and the portions becoming smaller i believe i will be considering other options for my seafood from now on.
We had a horrible experience here. We were not given any biscuits and had to ask for some after a table that was sat after us got some before we did. When the biscuits came, we didn’t have the appetizer plates and had to ask for some. The pasta was very dry. Our waitress didn’t check up on us unless she was bringing out our food. We also had to wait 20 mins just to get 2 Togo boxes and then another 20 to get our card back from paying. I am very disappointed on the service I received today and I will not be coming back to this location.
DIRTY! We arrived when they opened . We were seated at a dirty table that had cheese on it , sticky spots , a paper from a used straw and booster seat. Hostess would not speak when we showed her these or clean it until we told her. (She acted like she could not see it) . Our server was kind and tried very hard. Three out of six people had to return their silverware due to it having left over grease on it ......not water spots. Grease. Just an awful experience .
TWICE I have ordered from here, and both times my order was not only missing items but tasted absolutely horrific. It was a serious challenge to finish the chowder which I ended up just throwing away. The first order was the beginning of this year, Id ordered a few things off the menu and everything but the biscuits tasted gross, and it was more upsetting because Id ordered extra biscuits but didnt receive them. I ordered again today because my brother wanted the fish and chips and decided why not give it another try. Nope, never again. The food didnt sit right with me at all, and my brother immediately complained about the taste. They forgot my mothers salad, and I cannot get over how horrible the chowder tasted. I should have known it wouldnt taste great just from the smell. I will visit another Red lobster in the future but just never from this specific place. The quality is always so so terrible here.
Freezing me and grama to death. Took too long to get our drinks from the bar, my food was good but lightly undercooked i got the Asian style noodles with peas and cashews, cashews were more chewable then the noodles or peas, and grama got the fish and chips and the fish breading was raw mush on the inside, very displeasing, Amateur mistake. Great biscuits, good coconut shrimp (first time id had it) great penicoloda sauce but bot enough. Had the app as an antree
The food was good but the service was lacking. First we asked about details about a special and the server told us yes its the same as the other special except you get 4 items instead of 3. So we proceeded to figure out what we wanted. He came back to get our order and we started to order and hes like oh yeah that special ended at 6 and here it was 7pm. So we spent the whole time figuring out what we wanted just to find out that special we had asked about wasnt even available. Not thrilled about that. Also during the order my sister told our server that it was our fathers birthday and he acknowledged that he heard her. When desert time came around the server plopped our Dads cheesecake on the table. No candle, no singing, now birthday wishes. It made what should have been a special event a sour one. The food was the same as its always been, tasted good and it was hot. They did skimp on the salad dressing in the Cesar salad and the dinner portion size seems to have dwindled a bit.
No guest service, waited 10 minutes just for someone to asknif wed been helped. The smell inside is off, I lnownita a seafood restaurant, but yes, I was off in there. Warm too, like uncomfortable, is my food effected by your lack of climate control inside, warm. Do better
I used to love red lobster, but I dont feel like its as great as it used to be especially for the prices they charge these days. They do have specials going on at different times throughout the year like endless shrimp or lobsterfest which those can be a decent deal for the money for the amount of food you get but just their normal dishes I feel are kind of overpriced.
A most enjoyable experience. Wesley did a awesome job as our server. He took our order in a timely manner, brought our drinks promptly informed us that he would be working on our salad and the food was out shortly thereafter. Although he was not in charge of preparing the food he made sure he communicated what was happening at all times and make sure to ask if we needed bread or anything else. Well done Red Lobster in Stockbridge
Wish I could give 0 stars. First of all, restaurant was about half full, but still took more than 20 minutes to be seated. Had to cancel drink orders from the bar after 30 more minutes of waiting. Never got water refills. We went for my sons birthday and the experience was terrible. Ive had better service at a fast food restaurant. We have visited frequently, but will never step foot in there again. Talked to the manager and all he did was apologize. Did not offer any discounts even after raw crab and cold potatoes were initially served to one of our party members. You have lost 6 customers for good.
My daughter works here and thank God that I raised her to be a respectful and decent human being because they benefit from her god-given pure talent and Saves the Day multiple times and aids in blessings given to many customers with happiness during their delightful visit.
Went in for a post plague meal. Longhorns out the door so we went next door.Super service from Jordan. Off the chain.I had shrimp Alfredo, wife had some super platter. Both were really good. And always yummy cheese biscuits. In short, food was great. Service, Jordan. was even better.
Food was bland. Hostess was super friendly letting the kids interact with the lobsters. Very limited appearances from the waitress and asked 3 times for to go box and still never got it. Had to grab straws off a nearby table. For the price of the food you would think the service would be a couple steps up. Every once in a while I go back only to be quickly reminded why I dont eat there.
Great food, our waitress was wonderful. Hostess was rude & acted as though doing her job was an inconvenience to her. Hosts should be welcoming and enthusiastic, as they set a tone for the entire experience. Prices are a bit high but we dont eat out often so we plan to spend more when we do. Wish their buzzers were working & that you were able to call ahead. Other than that, all was well and it was a nice date night.
There was an unsettling odor upon entering the establishment that lingered during our entire visit. While our server, Tyler, was hands-down amazing, the overall food experiences were less than desirable. We had the Tuna poke which was too spicy and lacked any additional flavor--we had to repeatedly add seasoning to each bite to bring out the robust flavors that should be present in fresh tuna. The mussels were great, however. No complaints on that dish.We did the 4-course weekday special. None of the food was properly seasoned. We ended up packing our food to go so that we could take it home and properly season it (thank goodness my spouse is a chef). This was our first visit back to Red Lobster after taking a 6-year hiatus from.the chain. Sadly, we figured after that length of time there would be improvements to the food experiences (properly cooking and seasoning food to ensure a palatable experience for guests is actualized). However, we were wrong. We have officially marked this restaurant off our list of dining choices.
My God went on Monday for a birthday celebration. Service was good. But me and my friend wasn’t. Seems as we both were sick. He was throwing up and my stomach was tore up. Seems we were thinking food poisoning. When we walked in it was an unusual smell. Never smelt it before. I should’ve went with my first mind and turned around. Today is Wednesday and I’m still having the effects. I have a 2 because the waiter had excellent customer service. Very friendly and attentive.
We celebrated my mothers birthday with a party of ten. The server was professional and knowledgeable, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff sang Happy Birthday, and my mother had a wonderful time (as did we all)!We will definitely fine there again.
I have to rate this Red Lobster at 2 stars because most of the workers were masking masks on their chins which caused some concern about how serious they are taking this pandemic. One worker, Kristen came to our table, mask on her chin, and was pretty nonchalant about her interaction with us which also dampened our experience. There were several employees wearing masks correctly which I greatly appreciated but looking around at the ones who didn’t made us uncomfortable so we left without dining. I brought our concerns to the manager on duty. She was very nice and apologetic and based on our interaction with her we might give it another try one day. Hope you guys get it together.
I come 20 min out to this location once a month but today they where off the mark. Starting with Hostess, they set 2 groups down in front of us that was party of 2 and 3 but we where there first. We where a party if 3. Our waitress was great, but the wait on the food was too long. We arrived at 5:50 PM and left at 8:00 pm. They gave us a $4.90 & other ticket $2.90 discount, for the time that we cannot get back. We should have been more because the popcorn shrimp and regular shrimp missed the mark, overcooked. The only thing good today was the Long-Island Ice tea, and our waitress, was great. I enjoy coming here, staff is very nice. But this time, very disappointed.
I went to this red lobster for a birthday and everything about this place is disgusting. When they bought out the plates and bread the plates had brown water and left over food on it we let them know and the waiter rolled her eyes left with it and never bought us plates. We then ordered appetizers and waited 7mins reminded them of it and after that it took her another 15 mins to bring it out and that was after our meals had came out. Fast forward to when our meals came out they bought two people the wrong meals and half the food was cold. When we were done with our meals we reminded them if they could sing happy birthday , we told them her name and they sang her name wrong the entire time even when we corrected them in the middle of the song and the “ free” desert was one scoop of ice cream drowning in chocolate syrup. NEVER EAT here we all got sick from the food and the service was disgusting.
So the potential is there. First and foremost the carpet had a mildew like smell. Two, I was there for my bday lunch and even after my mom informed them she was disappointed I didnt get the song or dessert. Now customer service was okay. The manager checked in on us and engaged in nice conversation several times. Our waitress was nice as well, but I cant explain the little points that made this visit three stars any clearer. Overall, we would definitely not eat there again with the carpet not addressed.
Well the new menu just says what you can order. No pics like before so my almost adult children couldnt figure out what they wanted so we just left. No help from our waitress because she was busy ect. We needed the help because one doesnt really eat seafood. It wasnt rude but we were abandoned. We just needed some help. She only said download the app to see things nobody brought their phone and kind was almost dead. If we would have known that we had to look up all the food from when we had checked before we went things might have been different. But anyways we just went somewhere else. Just he ready to download the app ect before you go or just go somewhere else.
I had a delivery from door-dash. The driver kept me informed from the time he arrived at Red Lobster. My order was sitting for 10 to 15 minutes. He then told the waitress you do realize that I have been waiting on this order. She then replied basically saying so what. After receiving the order COLD. The Caesar salad barely had dressing. There was not any biscuits with the order . As I am writing this review I am still on hold waiting on a manager. I’ve been on hold now for 30 minutes. I will not be eating there again. When I pay for food I do expect a certain level of service. Typically I don’t eat there and now with this experience I will NEVER go back. Management should have better training because they really lack it!
Oct 12, 2020 dinner for 2...the Hotess was friendly and welcoming, we were told the wait time for a table would be 15-25 minutes. We accepted seats at the bar at 35 minutes. Jordan D. our bartender/waiter was great except he was not wearing a mask. Food was delish and portions huge. The suggested tip on the bill is based on the after sales tax amount. It should be calculated on the net amount. I phoned the restaurant to advise the manager, and was told to call a non operating number. Hopefully, if more people voice their concerns, the mask issue and point of sale software will be remedied.
Crab fest. All though I thought the crab legs were a bit skimpy the manager took care of it immediately by providing me with more king crabs. She was very accommodating. The waitress was very nice and friendly however she was working the bar and tables so our meal did take an extremely long time to come and at least one person at my table felt their food was not hot. So overall it was a nice experience.
What was supposed to be a 15-20 wait turned into a 45 minute wait. However, there were two couples that came in 30 minutes after I did and were seated immediately. When I asked the wait time due to my wait time being past the estimated time I was then told it would be an hour wait, in which I never received a text or a call to say my table was ready. had that been said in the beginning this review would be different
Went with the family to celebrate a birthday. The wait for food was ridiculous but thats a testament to their popularity not a condemnation. The servers were amazing, the food was delicious. One of our drinks was messed up, it was fixed immediately. No fuss. As far as Red Lobsters go, this one is great.
We were celebrating my birthday and had a party of nine, seven of us were there when our order was taken. The two others arrived ten minutes later and their order was taken. Everyone received their food including the late arrivals, except me, the waiter didnt notice, I told her what happened and went to check on my food, came back and I was told my order has to be recooked. I didnt get to eat with my family, ended up taking it home and she didnt off compensation for not too receiving my food. Very dissatisfied with this red lobster, very unlike them.
We go to Red Lobster for special occasions and normally enjoy the food and service. Not this time. The food was so-so and the service was atrocious. When you are spending in excess of $100 for a party of 2, the food AND service should be impeccable. To me, this is a sign of poor leadership not setting expectations for the team OR not holding team members accountable for the expectations that have been set.We had multiple celebrations this week and would have gone back, but chose not to based on our last experience.
My family and I used to love Red Lobster, but the slow service has caused us to now only go when we have a giftcard. Our last visit was on a Thursday around 6:00 for my husband’s birthday. We were seated quickly, but it took our server about 10 minutes to come to our table. Another family was seated after us, but their server went to them right away and they were served before us. I feel like part of the problem is the lack of organization. The manager was nice and went to get our server when I told him we were still waiting, but I feel like he should have been more on top of making sure customers are taken care of. It was not busy when we were there, so it should not have taken so long for our server to at least acknowledge us. The food didn’t taste as good on this last visit and it felt uncomfortably warm inside the restaurant. So disappointed they took coconut shrimp bites off the menu. I think this restaurant could be a good place to go if they can work more on better customer service.
Recently dined in with my family while vacationing in Atlanta. Service was great. Our waitress was very pleasant, polite, courteous and super helpful. The food was delicious and staff was all smiles and welcoming. Special shout out to our waitress Heather who really demonstrated some of that southern hospitality.
2.16.2020 - service was slow and they werent busy. We sat for 10 minutes waiting for service (after being seated by the hostess). Food was great, but the service was awful. We are our entire meal with one napkin because the server continued to forget to bring the extra we requested. We got one refill on our drinks. It took 15 minutes to get to go boxes. Another 10 minutes to get our check - which was requested with the Togo boxes. By the end of the dinner, we were so aggravated, we paid our check at the hostess station. The server was nonchalant about the delays, even after mentioning it to her. The food was absolutely perfect, but the service was so poor we will not return.
So we had a wait for about 15 min they said .they text us less then 5 minutes but we went in I want to say probably 10 minutes late when we got seated I seen a bug crawling on the booth my fiancé was sitting in and I said ma’am its a bug on the seat and my fiancé looked at me and she said would you like to move and he said yes then she was having trouble finding a table I assume due to COVID (less seating) then he came up to me and said bae I know how a roach look that was a baby roach we told her it’s fine and walked out and as we was walking out she gave her coworker a look and her coworker said what what happen as we was walking out ! DO NOT EAT HERE I WITNESS MY OWN EYES THIS RED LOBSTER HAVE ROACHES !!!!!

2022-06-25Plenty of parking close by & handicap accessible. Large dinning room & a nice bar 🍸 if you prefer that setting. We were quickly greeted & seated. The fried green bean appetizer was amazing as were the biscuits. HATS off to the bartender because the Long Island Iced Tea was fantastic. The Admirals Feast was delicious 😋 and topped off a great evening. This restaurant offers discounts for our military active of veterans. 2 👍👍 up for our visit & Id definitely recommend this location.

2022-04-04The food was prepared well, the restaurant clean, and the overall atmosphere pleasant; however, under the guise of humor, the waiter was insulting, and one member of our party had to point out that the fish on his order had been left out. Otherwise, I would have given Five Stars.

2022-02-22I have had lobster pizza at several restaurants, even upscale. Today, for the first time, we had the lobster pizza at Red Lobster; it was so delicious. It was loaded with seafood and cooked to perfection. It came out a little late, but it was still warm. Imani was great; she was patient with a beautiful smile.

2022-06-23Went here to treat myself on my birthday.. I thought i would get a dessert or appetizer free or something through my points but I didn’t.. maybe they didn’t think it was my birthday because i was eating alone… but the service and the food were both impeccable! I haven’t been to red lobster in for ever and i am so happy that I stopped in on my birthday, will definitely be back

2022-07-09Everything else was great. I’m so disappointed that this is considered a dinner to go lobster pasta meal! Not happy at all. I was looking for a full size/larger meal. What happened to the full size and 1/2 choices at red lobster? Not happy. And for $26 not satisfying… I hope this can be fixed down the line. The cheese cake was very frozen my spoon 🥄 couldn’t cut through it. Sad face…

2022-01-22As a regular customer, I entered the bar area with a warm greeting from the bar area. Her name was Kayla. My order was received and shortly afterward, I received my food fresh and hot from the kitchen. My regular patronage at this particular spot is due to good personal skills by your bartenders...MV Miller- High Profile Protection

2021-09-03I’m giving this restaurant two stars due to poor upkeep. The windows on the doors were filthy , dirty paper napkins were on the floor. I know they maybe short staffed but someone should be in charge of keeping the place clean. I saw several employees looks at the napkins on the floor and keep walking. The waitress was fine however, we didn’t get our biscuits until after we were done eating! We were told the biscuits will be out in 5 mins.. an hour later we finally got biscuits, which were put in a to go bag because we were leaving. They have to do better!

2022-01-01I had a messed up order and honestly Im glad I did. I got to meet Addy, the manager!! She promptly fixed my items and asked if there was anything else she could do. Just her service and pleasant attitude as well as eagerness to get it right made me happy this happened in the first place. What a wonderful customer caring attitude!! Kudos to her!!! I genuinely felt that she cared about me as a client and wanted me to be happy too. Its rare to find such hospitable service! Thank you Addy. You are amazing!!!

2021-12-31Food good but they let too much pileup on the table. Not quick to ask you for a refund
