Ate here on 1/15/2022 and was so impressed with the food and service we were back again on 1/17/2022. We were looking for a decent burger that didn’t break the bank and that seems to be hard to find now days. We stopped in and sat at the bar. First off, the bar tender/server was most excellent. She was very friendly and attentive! We both had burgers and “all you can eat sides”. We both chose side salads but also received “all you can eat fries” as an appetizer. No other places that we have found offers “all you can eat sides”. That is big time these days!! We were so impressed with the service, food and drink quality and atmosphere we had to stop back in a couple days later to have a beers and an appetizer. I obviously would recommend you try this place. My only complaint is that there is no outdoor seating. We sat in the next best place, the bar!
Its been a while eating here and my mom wanted to come here for her birthday. The staff was extremely friendly and made you feel welcome. We didnt have to even ask for a refill, they would just bring it. The atmosphere is great as well. They had football playing on all of the tvs. The food was delicious! All of our food came to the table HOT! We didnt leave anything on our plates and we would order everything again. Our server was amazing! I dont know her name but when I come back I will remember to be seated in her section.
My most recent visit to this establishment was on Sunday 7/10/2021. As usual when we arrived we were not greeted when we walked in. We waited over 10 minutes with one other group of guest in front of us seated waiting on seating. Once we finally got seated we had a male server whom seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Offered us items that were not on the menu on our last visit or at least were not offered to us. We order everything is going great. He brings my malt and this silver cup with more malt in it but of course it looks a little different in the cup. He dropped the cups so quick and walked off I could not ask what the other cup was. Finally a young lady explained what I thought it was extra malt that was left over that would not fit in my cup. Next our food came out. We began to eat, a few bites in my burger did not taste right so I opened it up. Now I had a Royal Red Robing Burger, with my egg cooked hard, extra cheese, and only mayo and mustard. I open it up and there is slimy egg everywhere and I was disgusted. I showed the gentleman server the raw egg sliding off my finger. He just simply said would I like them to fix me another egg. I was immediately angered, my husband got angry because once again my food is not correct and it is not being rectified. I just decided to pay for my food and leave and do a survey advising them I will be leaving this review with pictures.
Ate here last week on a work trip. I left a few days later and when I got to the airport, I realized I didnt have my wallet and couldnt find it. The only place I figured Id had it was there at Red Robin. I called the restaurant and explained the situation, the woman who answered said she would talk to a manager and get back with me. After waiting 5 minutes the manager got on the phone. He asked what my name was and I told him - he said we dont have any wallets with that name in them. Oh well, I thought I had done my best. Something about the situation didnt seem right so I decided I would call the next day in hopes I could speak with someone else. I called and connected to a young woman who checked the back, asked what color the wallet was as well as the name, and assured me they did have my wallet. Relief! I was so thankful to this girl and so upset with the manager I had spoken to the previous day who denied having my wallet. I had a local friend pick up the wallet and he kindly overnighted it. Upon arrival, I inspected the wallet and noticed that all the cash had been taken out; over $100! Not only did they lie, they stole my cash out of my wallet. I would not recommend leaving your wallet in their care! Also, the salad sucked, lettuce was old and soggy. Avoid eating at Red Robin in Columbus Georgia if you can.
So sad to write this review. My husband and I have always enjoyed the food, service, and fun atmosphere of this Red Robin. We arrived at 8:30pm on a Saturday. The 2 of us waited for 5 minutes with no one in line in front of us except 2 employees filling balloons for the lobby. No one talked to us. Employees continued to walk by us as if we were invisible. No one says a word to us until I stated that I felt like no one could see me. Finally someone came and says he would check the see if there was a table available. After another 5 minutes, he comes back to tell us he is going to get our table clean and sorry for the wait. We get seated at 8:45. We sit with our menus and waited 10 more minutes before a server comes for our drink order. We give our complete order including an appetizer. Our waters were delivered after another 10 minute wait and we had to wait again because my husbands glass was dirty with something floating in the bottom that didnt belong. Our original order was placed at 8:55, drinks came at 9:05, the appetizer and meals were delivered within 30 seconds of each other at 9:20. The server was pleasant but disappeared most of the time. She never asked to refill our drinks. The food was good but everything else was abysmal!
Attempted to go here 50minutes before they closed and was told that the kitchen was about to close and they could only put in to go order. Just wanted an appetizer and drink for 1 person that would take the same amount of time to cook whether I ate there for 10 minutes or took it with me which it would then be cold when I got to where I could eat it!
Pro: The beer was cold.Cons: The food was rather expensive. We were okay with that until we received the food. I ordered a half pound burger with a bunch of fixings(as we say in the south), so I was surprised when I received my order and the burger was smaller than one I would get from BK. Also, I received 15 fries. Yes, I did count them. But I figured that with the endless fries it wouldnt be a big deal. So my fries are eaten and I was wanting more. Our waitress was apparently really busy waiting on 2 other customers. I counted them to. To say I was extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant is an understatement.They have the potential to be a wonderful place to eat but need a complete customer service and food service makeover. I hope someone sees this post and helps these people out.
On 3/30/2022 my husband and I arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 not realizing that they would be closing in 30 min. However, it took 10 minutes for us to be seated and when we were be seated (by the bar) the waitress at the Bar rolled her eyes. This stunned my husband and me and we sat down and was discussing it when she then comes up to our table (as our server) had an attitude while shaking her leg and verbally spat out aggressive words. My husband asked if she was ok and her excuse was that she was trying to get the food ordered before the kitchen closes (in an aggressive tone). After taking our order she went back to the bar and started throwing stuff making an extreme amount of noise. The whole time we were very uncomfortable. Even if we got there late there is a proper way and a professional way to address that situation. Her behavior was unacceptable. Since I am sure the manager I spoke to today may not talk to her about her behavior I decided that posting this would be more helpful. We are ongoing customer’s of Red Robin’s and we’d like to continue to be but if this isn’t handled then I guess we will need to take our business elsewhere.
Went to this location after a funeral. The hostess was not at her station to greet the five of us plus 2 people before us. A person from our group had to tell someone, there were people waiting. The waitress an older Caucasian lady didnt like when we explained the flaw in one of the drinks. The drink glasses were dirty. Several items were missing on the order. We still gave the waitress gratuity. The service was not good especially after burying a family member. 2 stars is only because the bartender and a young man made up for the bad service. If it wasnt for their great customer service this location would get no stars. My advice if you dont like serving multi culture families in a restaurant setting you might need to change your occupation. I would hate to think Red Robin has workers who discriminate.
We went on 4-19-22 and the service was terrible. Arguing in the kitchen that we could hear it in the restaurant. My chili hamburger was cold and nothing worse that cold fries. Ask the waitress to take back and warm and the look she gave me was rude. We enjoyed Red Robin when Leroy was manager but now we will not be going back.
I may be a 17 year old teen but I must admit the burgers are so good and the waiter Jacob is so good the best waiter ever best service so nice and generous no problem no issue And I work at Ihop on 280 as a dish washer aka dmo and Ive seen waiters work hard this dude is by far the best excellent work. Give dis man a raise he is excellent.
Food was good but the customer service was horrendous. I thought for a minute I was at one of those restaurants where being rude was apart of their thing. The lady who brought out our drinks said “here’s your drinks; don’t know whose is whose so” and just slammed our drinks down and left. And then when we asked for more fries, half of us got our fries. Then we asked again and they kept forgetting them and then the same lady came out with our fries when we were checking out on the computer so when we asked for to go boxes she said “ask your waiter”. Honestly she was the worst and shouldn’t be working there.The nice ladies up front got us boxes when we were trying to leave. Otherwise, even our actual waitress was so nonchalant about forgetting our stuff.
My daughter and son in law brought me here for my birthday dinner and it was my first time ever coming. Our server Jennifer made sure I got the best experience and made sure my food was right. Thank you Jennifer for going above and beyond for our crowd we need more servers like you.
Service sucks. If u eat here mess your food up, meaning mess up any sauces or drinks so they will not be reserved to any future guests. Food and drinks were mistakenly given away to other guests. While waiting for my order I kept catching whispers and when listening closer…orders were being sent back. Tables dirty. 2 workers I met complained of wait times and being busy and expect empathy but didn’t even give basic respect to the customers. You know what? Forget respect, how about just basic professionalism? Just the basics: a clean table, tell customers their items are out of inventory before an hour goes by, don’t offer my order away to strangers, do not have workers sitting on the bar. I should of known when I walked in..a woman complained of her table while walking out and wanted an apology. She was not given one either. I do not recommend to anyone. Come here expecting bottom-of-the-barrel and paying too much for a sandwich combo.Waitress: Ashley.
It felt like we showed up at shift change. On Sunday at about 5pm. Some of the employees were giving the ojo, like why are you here. They only had 3 beers on tap for whatever reason. My burger, the pepper burger was good. My wife didnt like hers for whatever reason. Ill drop a star for that beer and the funny looks they were giving.Great place to sit with the fam watch the game and enjoy some beer. Great food, the kids loved the fish and chips and the voodoo Ranger on tap was good.
Ate here with my wife and kids. Overall experience was pleasant. The restaurant was fairly busy for the time of day and you could tell our server was moving as fast as she could. The food came very fast after we ordered and was 100% accurate. Drinks were never empty and the food was good. Overall a decent experience and what you would expect from Red Robin.
Im usually a fan of Red Robin. This location needs a lot of help. I think they may have some new management but the food quality is just trash currently. The fryer oil isnt being changed often enough and the bussers cant ever get a complete order out. Our food sat and wasnt prepared in any sort of logical order so my salad was warm and soggy and my fondue had a skin, the bacon was literally all fat and there was no cheese in the mozzarella sticks. I could suggest all these things to improve but Im just not sure where to start.i hope this place turns around
I ordered online Monday night 9/6/21.Haven’t eaten Red Robin in a while, but it’s usually our go to for gourmet burgers.Bring the food home and start to eat - I had ordered a Guacamole Bacon Burger - there was no bacon.Normally I don’t like to complain, I understand people make mistakes and that’s ok.But I decided to call and let someone know, since it’s a pretty pricey burger to forget the main thing you’re paying for.I explained the situation nicely to the girl who answered the phone, she immediately sounded irritated and transferred me over to the manager (apparently).The manager/supervisor, Parker, not only sounded too high to even handle a phone conversation, but after I told him my situation, he said “I’m sorry” and then didn’t say anything else.I had to ask him if there was some way I could get compensated for the mistake, so he said I could come in and get a free burger.He was about to end the conversation there without taking my info and I had to ask him if he wanted my information so someone would know who I was, when I came in.(I highly doubt if some random person comes in asking for a free burger, they would would just give it to me).After he finished laughing over the phone with his buddies in the background (maybe about me, who knows) he got my info and said they would honor my replacement burger, which is great.But the whole way they handled the situation was some of the worst customer service I’ve had and I’m pretty easy going, I get the food industry sucks sometimes.That on top of some soggy fries and sub par burgers - let’s just say I won’t be eating here again.It’s a chain so I know my one bad review and lost business isn’t going to hurt them, but it used to be one of my favorite places to go and it just sucks now.I wish they cared more about their quality of service and food, Columbus deserves better.
I would give 0 stars if it was possible.The Food was very poor quality, the plates were gross and dirty, the orders were messed up so my husband got his burger with only half of his toppings because they were out of the main ingredient of their award winning burger for days (she told us after she brought the food not mentioning anything)! So he re-ordered of course and we had to eat separate. Sweet potatoe fries were not good. From their bottomless fries we got only a handfull with the burger for 14$!! and then had to re-order. One burger tasted old and the other one was boring. NOT AGAIN!
This is the second time I’ve left without service. Staff literally walks off/avoids eye contact as soon as you walk in. After a few mins I made it a point to walk past the hostess stand hoping someone will acknowledge me. Instead an employee emerges from the kitchen, sits down w the already seated waitress and they both blatantly ignore me. Judging by similar reviews this happens often. No wonder the parking lot was empty. Management needs to do better
Love Red Robin! They have great food and GREAT SERVICE!!!! They also have some new cream sodas on their menu. They are delicious and are unlimited drinks. They come topped with whipped cream and if you get the strawberries & cream it has real strawberries in it. Stop by and try one they are all delicious and so good on a hot day!
Food was very good service was outstanding, my server, Anneleise, she is amazing!! Very attentive and professional.I did not give them 5 stars because I ordered a soup, as an appetizers and my food arrived before the soup. I informed my server and she took care of it.If you visit this location and Anneleise is tending the bar you will be taken care off and you will feel like family. Her sweet disposition and desire to please her customers makes the difference.To the Managers - Anneleise has potential and should be groomed to later become part of your management team.
Gross, I asked for a bun without seeds as they make me sick they gave me a gluten bun I asked for a regular after that and guess what? They seemed flustered! We had quite a trouble with the buns but after that it was fine other then our server being a little rude! The manager offered to pay for a dessert I asked for a vanilla milkshake it was COMPLETELY LIQUID! Not like a normal milkshake it was very thin like just regular milk…
First time eating here... I know, like where have I been, but I really liked it. I had a Smore milkshake, so good forgot to take a picture. With the whole Impossible Burger Craze, I had to try it. I am a big fan of eggs on burgers, so I did just that. BBQ Sauce, bacon and endless fries.(If youre anything like me, you might be to full to have anymore) Staff if very friendly, and are very quick. I went when they 1st open at 11am for lunch. It was a great treat for myself, on a Friday.
The manager Chace went above and beyond what a customer could ask for. We had a bad first experience and he called and had us come back in and he made it 100% right and we are now regular customers for every FridayPlease help me support a wonderful restaurant and a wonderful staff ....
My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday. The food was good, however, the service was beyond fantastic. Our server was friendly and amazing and brought ice cream to have with the birthday cake. Chad saved the day by finding a lighter for us to use on the birthday cake, and everyone came out to wish my daughter a happy birthday. It made her dinner very special. Thank you. Red Robin wasnt a place we usually see out to eat at, but that all changed today.
Our food was cold. Dont eat out much anymore, finding its like this pretty much everywhere these days, however, the cost for us is the same or really even more! I wont go back again. Ill cook at home before waiting for hours and then getting cold food and paying an arm and a leg for it. 🤷🏻♀️
This is my familys 6th time coming here. We noticed the service was dropping around the 3rd time visiting, but the kids love the food. We waited 10 plus minutes and still no service. When asked to see a manager they spent more time looking at each other and wondering what to do next. We seen only one lady working the others, laughing and horseplaying around. Just close the doors already.
The waitress was nice, a little slow on refills, but it was kind of busy. The food was good, but even though they ask how you want your burger, it will probably come out well done every time. If fries are bottomless, fill the basket up instead of giving you 10, and having to bring countless refills out seems counterintuitive.Short and sweet: Good serviceFood on par for a chain restaurantJust give more fries in the beginning since they are bottomless
A few things,Upon entering we were told that we had to put on a mask. Understandable, but then in an empty restaurant they sat us 3 feet away from people.I’m a vegan. I told that to the person who sat us, she told our waitress, the waitress came to my table and said “I understand one of you is vegan”, I asked what about what was vegan and stated that I cannot have milk, or cheese.Towards the middle of my meal, I was told that the food was cooked in butter and that they were so sorry.Then, the waitress charged the next two tables bills to our bill.What should I say about this people place?Nice people, but, this is a business.The manager did comp the meal. Thanks?
Wonderful food as always. I was so satisfied with corporate making my last disastrous experience right, I went back again. Unfortunately, the joy was short-lived. Waitress brought my order to the car & one of my soups spilled. I asked her to please give me another one. She disappeared and returned in 5 min. I tipped her $5. I got home & realized all they did was take the half bowl of soup & placed the top on it & brought it back to me! I know everybody is short staffed, but if you plan to keep your loyal customers, you have to treat them right ALL of the time.
ROBIN WAS THE WORST WAITER IVE HAD EVER!!! He was rude, he kept walking away from my friend and I every time we had a question for something. He yelled at us and told us to figure out the tablet pay thing for ourselves. We were paying separate checks and we never ate here before so we didn’t know how to do such thing. He huffed and puffed in our faces. It was the worst experience of my life. Additionally, he didn’t ask how I wanted my food, he just took my order and left.
The only reason Im giving it any star is because we were seated in a timely manner. Overall one of the worst experiences I have had in a while. Ordered my food ask for onion rings on my burger and NO tomatoes and got the opposite No onion rings with tomatoes. Received no napkins after asking twice and no silverware whatsoever. So I had to get paper towels from the bathroom just to clean our hands. Even worst it was my sons Birthday and we didnt get ice cream until I was paying to leave after we finished eating 10mins before. Just a disappointed customer.
If there was less it would be. I do not care if we have to wear a mask. But in all other business there is a sign on the front door. Now all the other restaurant is 100% open. And it is up to the people on the mask. And yes the business owner has the say. They need to put a sign on the front door. I do not trust no one who gives me a mask. After what the hospital up north has done. We have 2 time to eat there. Both the same problem lack of communication
The unlimited fries are addicting, the burgers are delicious, and the service is good as my drink was refilled with Coca Cola before it was empty. There are plenty of appetizers to choose from and there at TVs to watch sports and other events while waiting for your food. Underneath tables there was some trash and the windows had fingerprints but the waiter did clean the table before we sat down. I would come back or order ahead for pickup here again because the food was good and filling.
I had the best experience ever at this restaurant, everyone was wearing mask and gloves as required, (you don’t see that everywhere) All the staff was extremely courteous and nice, I never had to ask for anything. The food came out quick and was very hot and fresh!! It was nice that a manger (Nate) came out to introduce himself and just make sure my food and service was good! I will definitely be back after a wonderful experience!!! Best burger in town, And A1 service from
Waited for almost 20 minutes only for no one to greet us and when they finally did. Told us they were only due to go orders because “they are very short staffed”. Which was bull because they only had one table with customers and multiple workers passed us and was walking around doing absolutely nothing.
We got amazing customer service yesterday! It’s rare to find in Columbus so we definitely appreciated it. The food was good also. My only complaint is there didn’t seem to be a lot of variety on the menu. Every single sandwich was chicken. But we will definitely be back!
Pretty decent spot overall, no real complaints. Burger was tasty, service was fine and the food came out pretty quick. Biggest issue was the fries being a little under done, but theyre bottomless so you can just order another batch. Give it a try if you want a decent burger with lots of options to customize.
I went to their main headquarters over 10 years ago and hated it but decided to give them another chance. The fried pickles were great and the staff was so nice and quick on refilling the drinks. The three stars is strictly do to the burgers, they were miniscule and just okay... Not worth the money at all, also the garlic fries were decent. Just go to the Cannon or even Culvers.
This was a very disappointing Experience.I ordered the Black and Bleu Burger which I asked to be cooked medium.When it was served I had a thin fully overcooked Pattie with 3 Mushrooms and barely some Blue Cheese on in front of me.I don’t mind paying $13.99 for a Burger but what I was served was unacceptable.If you are calling your Burgers “Gourmet “I expect something more spectacular.I will never visit this Restaurant again and I do not recommend it to anybody else.The Prices for the Size and Quality of these Burgers are absolute ridiculous.
Horrible dinning experience! Sat us next to hot kitchen, as we sat there and sweated waiting 20 minutes and still hadnt had our drink order taken we left. While we where seated watching couples that came in after us enjoying there food staff seadly walk by. Called and made a complaint with management and got pretty much told better luck next time.
Its just okay. Service is SLOW. Portions are a joke on the fries. You have to ask for your next basket as soon as you get your first & then you still wait 15 minutes. Havent had great experience with meals through 2020&2021. Food is sloppy and cold by the time it hits the table.
The service was all around awful. 9:30 on a saturday.... drink orders were all wrong and they cut corners on the food. Also they do not close till 11 and by 10:20 they said they couldnt do anymore bottomless fries because they cut off the fryers? 40 minutes before closing and they cut off the fryers. Time for new management red Robin.....
Highly upset with this company. Tried going there yesterday. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. Welp the lady tried to make me wear a mask even after I showed her proper identification. I am a disabled army veteran and i had my children and my granddaughter with me. I felt very very disrespected infront of them. I took my business to IHOP and they were happy to serve me.
They showed they closed at 9pm. I walked in at 840pm. I already knew what I wanted and knew I would be quick. The hostess tried to talk me out of eating there, said they closed soon and asked if I still wanted to sit down, then walked around like there where no open tables. After I sat the waitress also felt the need to remind me they closed at 9. Another couple walked in about then and she said under her mask OMG, we close soon.If the they want to close at 830, put up 830. Not 9pm but we will be rude to anyone who comes in after 830. Food is normally good. But the staff this night seemed more concerned about closing the doors. If I owned the place I would upset.
The best burger spot to go to. Great service, great staff and they aim to please. One order of burgers was not cooked well done and the came back w manager to apologize and refired the order and actually earned the 16% tip. Hint: the food and drinks incl alcohol was over $80 so you can see we really enjoyed our visit!! Yup the are one the must visit again list
Oh my gosh it was so bad today. Ive gone to red robin plenty of times . The waitress could come to be us, they kept bringing refilles of drinks nobody had like , I had water but kept bringing me sweet tea, my boy a root beer and he had a diet coke. To of the burgers were burnt so bad my wife wouldnt want it and she wants her stuff burnt . When we had shown it to the waitress she said that how they do them due to covid. And for the 1.5 hrs there never got any side refills. You were horrible tonight.
Red Robins food has not changed. So if youre familiar with the fashion burger franchise, you will not be disappointed. Though it did seem like they slimmed the menu just a touch, unlike my previous review of Outback, it was hardly noticable. The service was great, even with masks on. They are attempting to social distance using every other table, but the building is designed to be a cozy place so its kinda hard. Red Robin is one of those franchises that will hardly be affected by this pandemic once things are back in full swing. The management of this one knows what they are doing.
Called in order at 6:04 p.m. . The lady who took my order told me 20 minutes. I got there at 6:27 which is 23 minutes after I placed the order. I seen a bag on the counter. I called red Robin and told them that I was in slot number four. I waited another 6 minutes. I called back I told the person who answered the phone that I was in slot number four and Ive been here for 10 minutes and the person on the phone who took my order said it would be ready in 20. I then saw a girl walk over to the bag that Ive been staring at for the last 8 minutes pick it up and then bring it out to my car. when I explain to her that Ive been sitting there in the parking spot looking at that bag for the last 10 minutes and had to call twice she looked at me like I had two heads. I will not be going back and I recommend anybody who does curbside keep an eye on the counter near the door because your food will probably be sitting on it getting cold before they bring it out to you
After being seating the waiter immediately came to take my order, which was great. The food cane out pretty quick which is probably the reason it was cold. I order the royal red robin (medium well, a little pink) and sweet potatoes fries. Fries were cold and the bum of my burger was hard as rock. I didnt want to keep complaining since I had already asked for hot fries, so I removed the bum and are parts of the sandwich like that. I definite do not plan to return.
Not impressed. Every Red Robin I’ve been to has been decent until now. Service was very slow & it wasn’t crowded at all. It took awhile for our food to arrive. The burger was cold, not cooked to “well done”, the lettuce was wilted, I ordered the egg on the burger sunny side up and it came with a hard dried yolk. So she offered me another egg and I said sure and told her sunny side up again. Get the egg and it’s rubbery and overcooked again. My kids pizza was tough and slightly burnt. It’s a shame because I’ve always loved Red Robin.
We moved to the area from the pacific northwest and have always LOVED Red Robin. We were incredibly disappointed each time we have dined at the Columbus Red Robin. We have eaten there three times and finally refuse to ever go back. One time it took over 90 minutes after placing an order and our food not arriving. We had to leave to have my husband back to work on time. Another time it took nearly 120 minutes for our food to come out. However, the final straw came this past weekend. The service was great and the food as we remembered it from home, HOWEVER and this is a BIG HOWEVER, we ordered our daughter a lemonade and she refused to drink it. So my husband tasted it and asked me to do the same to see if I tasted the same thing. It tasted like someone had urinated in the lemonade. My husband took the cup into the bathroom to wash out and he said when he dumped the lemonade the cup had an intense smell of urine.We are done with the Columbus Red Robin and I would NEVER recommend anyone ever step foot in this location ever. We are just so happy that we will soon return to the Pacific Northwest where Red Robin and its employees take more pride in their restaurant.
The only reason I am giving it two stars is because our burgers were good and hot but they should have been since they took forever to cook. Good luck with the endless sides or drink refills unless you get a server that actually cares enough to check on you. This place could be great but unless they get people in there to work instead of standing at the window fiddling with stuff we wont be back.
This location has a very wonderful staff. Servers who actually enjoy their jobs (you can tell by their attitude). Red Robin has seasonal burgers that dont disappoint. Not a huge selection for their desserts, but its still and upscale burger restaurant. This establishment is clean and serves food in a timely manner. One of the managers is always walking around to your tables to ask how everything is going. I appreciate the small things like this. Makes me believe you actually care how the restuarant is functioning and the level of customer satisfaction!
This place could be making so much more money. It took 15 minutes and a manager to get me a glass of water. All of the waitresses at the bar didnt even attempt to help me. They know nothing about the restaurant business or hospitality. Red Robin if you want to make more money fire all of your staff at the Whittlesey location in Columbus Georgia.
The food is always of high quality at Red Robin, so no complaints there. However, the restaurant in Columbus GA. is not following social distancing guidelines.We were seated at a dirty table that the waitress just quickly wiped off- not sufficient to kill Coronavirus. Then, although we requested to be seated away from others, the waitress seated another family right next to us, in the next booth. Nobody wears masks when seated, and we were only a foot away from others who may have been infected.All the other restaurants we have been to since reopening are only seating guests at every other booth/table. This restaurant is filling all booths and showing complete disregard for the coronavirus distancing rules.
I wasnt in the mood for a burger but my husband was. They have veggie burgers, turkey burgers, salmon burgers and wings. I left full and satisfied and didnt have to get a beef patty. I even had bottomless broccoli while he got bottomless fries. Good food. clean atmosphere and the waitress was very accommodating.
Great experience. Loved the family friendly atmosphere. My burger wa great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. One young lady up front actually went out of her way to ensure I had a good experience. That kind of service is hard to find. Kudos!! I enjoyed the food and Ill definitely be back simply because of the awesome service I received. Would recommend.
In with my family to grab a quick bite before heading our separate ways. Everything started out great until they completely screwed up our order! My step dad wound up just getting his to go because they couldnt seem to bring him the right burger and had to sit there while the rest if us ate our food.The French fries they brought my son were hard as bricks and inedible. Giving them 2 stars because their bartender was on point and the manager was decent. Not what Im used to when eating at Red Robin. Very disappointing.
Either I came on a bad night or this location has really gone downhill. I ordered sweet tea and what I got was barely sweet. My kids ordered burgers, I had the veggie burger. It was a pile of mush between the toppings. I asked the waitress for extra fries which never came. Id have been better off going to a fast food drive thru.
My family and I ate here (8/22/19) while visiting my nephew for his Army graduation. Army strong, HOORAH! They didnt have a lot of other patrons at the time. We were a large group, the food and service was okay. But the reason for the 1 star rating is because my nephew lost his air pods here. We called and returned to this location inquiring and looking about them. They claim no one found them. We know they were still here because when we looked up the location, it gave this very location. I cant seem to wrap my head around people without integrity. Here it is this young man freely gives up his freedom for others to have freedom; yet he cant get his air pods back because someone wants to be dishonest and selfish. All I know is you reap what you sew so I hope it was worth it.
We had a party of 10 adults and 3 children all under 4. Our waitress kept our drinks full, made sure our orders (along with all the requested changes) were correct and we were served promptly.Also with our party was my service dog. They were very accommodating and respectful toward the need for me to have her there. I greatly appreciate businesses that welcome us without any form of hassle. Because of what tasks I need my SD for, any form of confrontation triggers me... this is a favorite place to grab a great burger!
Always a great place to eat. Consistently great food. I had the cheeseburger and broccoli. One thing I like about them is unlimited sides. I could get more broccoli and hubby could get more fries..... which are delicious. Service is great. They keep a watch on the drinks but dont hound you
Very small burgers for the price. Waitress tried to make the best of a bad situation. Burger was decent but appeared to be cooled off when it arrived. Like I said, small for the price. You need the bottomless fries so you dont leave hungry. Plus not many big fries, lots of tiny crunchy ones. On top of this, after we had played games for 10 minutes, kiosk game asked us: Were you told games were charged? Before you answer it goes away. Then when we started to pay, it had added a $1.99 entertainment fee. Congratulations, that $1.99 was the straw that broke the camels back. They can enjoy that $1.99 because it just cost them a lot more. I wont be back and I wont recommend to anyone...For the price and lies, I would just as soon suffer a McDonalds Big Mac... Hoping Lacy finds a better place to waitress at..
I ordered the Royal Robin with the egg cooked over medium. When my order came, the egg was over hard. I politely asked to have it re-cooked over medium, emphasizing that Id like the yolk runny. The second time it came back, it was WAY over hard. The manager proceeded to inform me that they can either make it runny or hard. I asked to have it runny.... again, in an overly polite manner, so as to avoid the side of spit. Im not lashing out at Red Robin, it happens everywhere I go. How hard is it for a trained cook to make an over medium egg??

2022-07-03My first restaurant review & I hope my last. Im out with my daughter,16 y/o, and walked in with another couple. While waiting for the Hostess, several employees acknowledge us but no Hostess. It took the hostess several minutes to speak with me & another minute to seat us. While waiting, me & the couple heard some servers called for the Hostess, however she retort that shes on break. I desired to leave but my daughter wanted to eat here so I stayed. The food was great but the service was much to be desired. 😩

2022-06-22Ordered the Royal Red Robin, mozzarella sticks with extra sauce, a chocolate milkshake, and a brownie cake. Got there to pick up order and no milkshake because theyre out of ice cream. Thats fine I decide to take a refund for the milkshake. Fast forward 2 days later still no refund. As for the burger and entree they were ok. Brownie was literally missing everything on it so was basically a piece of dry cake. Normally I like Redd Robin but yeah this one not so much.

2022-06-19Food was Good! They were skimpy on the fries and especially the onion rings and I was finished with my burger before the waitress asked if I wanted more fries. The burger comes two ways, pink or not pink. Not pink is very dark outside, crunchy. Something in-between would be perfect! Five Guys has a better burger.

2022-04-023-10-2022 Most recent visit.This place is a bit pricey for my budget, so once or twice a year, my daughter & I go here for an inside-sit-down-stay-a-while meal.GREAT food. I ordered a soup and salad combo - got the chili for the soup, and some kind of southwest salad. The chili was probably the best chili Ive ever had - it was hard to keep myself from picking up the bowl and drinking it down in one go - I made myself take it slowly, to savor the flavor. Excellent quality beef in the chili.Good service: pleasant, professional, attentive.Bathroom functional but not super clean (this was 3-10-2022, so maybe now its cleaner. If the bathroom cleanliness matched the food & service I would have given this 5 stars....).

2022-05-28It was my first time coming here and it was great! My bacon Swiss burger was cooked perfectly and our server was so kind and fantastic. My daughter and I both enjoyed our meals and if we are in Columbus again we will definitely stop by.

2022-04-10I can’t begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff, service, and food at this restaurant. My oldest son has special needs and cannot chew food so we have to blend everything for him. We went out to dinner and brought his portable blender, not realizing it wasn’t charged until we tried blending his food there. Our waitress didn’t hesitate to ask the manager if they could use their one blender to prepare his food. The manager was more than accommodating, blended it himself, and to the perfect consistency. Our family was able to enjoy our meal together and my son ate every bite of his. If you are looking for a place with incredible food and staff that will go out of their way to make sure you and your family will have an amazing experience, this is the place for you.
