Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in other cities:
Delicious burgers, good service, and refills on sides. In this particular instance we had a special order that involved food sensitivities; the order came out correctly the first time. Also, to reduce my carb intake, I got the lettuce-wrapped burger. I (surprisingly) didnt miss the bun at all; it was excellent!
Hamburger was cooked a little more done than I like it. Was very overcooked around the edges. It was absolutely freezing inside also. I had to wear a sweater and still got cold. We were sitting next to the thermostat & it was on 68. Way too cold. Dont like that I cant enjoy my food because Im so cold.
Stopped in for lunch while doing some shopping at the Collection. System was down for taking gift cards/rewards. We had a free birthday burger we had been planning on using. Our server Sasha brought out Kevan the kitchen manager. He informed us that he understood our time was valuable and we had driven a ways to get there. He informed us we would be taken care of despite the system being down. We appreciate the care and consideration shown by the service team and will be back to this location. Now onto the food...salmon burger on a lettuce bun was fresh, cooked to perfection and flavorful - highly recommend! Sasha was great about refills as well. My lunch partner ordered the burning love burger and was also highly satisfied. Fries were seasoned perfectly, not too salty. Overall a great experience.
Email guest relations on 2/9/22 as they had asked in their reply below and as of 2/19/22 no response from my email, so again no follow up on customer service from this location!! I was charged for an order I did not get on 12/31/21 & after speaking to several managers including John and the then the General Manager Chris on 1/21/22 which I have to say that after speaking to him I thought all would be resolved. As of 2/19/22 there has been no follow up on this issue from Red Robin, not by any of the managers, General Manager or the corporate customer service department. I have already put in a claim dispute with my financial institution that is now handling. Just be aware that while visiting this restaurant you will not receive quality customer service!! At least this has been my experience!
Edit: Still 1 star after Guest Relations asked me to reach out to them and I have emailed twice and never heard back.Original post:Every time I pick up an order for carry out something is either missing or the food is cold. Today picked up our order and luckily my husband showed up 10 minutes earlier than we were supposed to. The food was already done and had been sitting there. So when we got home (two minutes away) it was cold. Imagine how much colder it would have been if we had waited the extra ten minutes to our actual pickup time… they also forgot two orders of extra fries and 3/4 sauces for our order. Again.
The burgers were surprisingly tasty for the chain and the french fries were nice, too. Maybe a bit overpriced for $15 each. Coffee was half-cup and cold. They clean the tables but not the interactive menu which is really dirty. There was no toilet paper. I wont be going there intentionally again but may pay a visit if Ill be nearby and starving.
I wasnt that impressed with this place. Im an older patron, and I really dont care to have my ear drums blasted by Rock & Roll. I ordered the Fish & Chips and a side of Steamed Broccoli. I had problems trying to cut the fish since they did not furnish a knife. They did however offer endless steak fries and they kept my soft drink glass full. This establishment is more suited for those folks that need booze in order to enjoy an $15.00 to $18.00 Hamburger. They seemed to be a little disappointed that I didnt order a cocktail or beer to increase my tab. Sorry guys, I gave that up years ago.
It was first time i tried Red Robin burgers and was not expecting a lot because I never heard about them from my close circle friends, but unexpectedly they were really Good. I loved the flavor, quality, quantity of burger as wel as fries. I just felt they are little over priced. Overall good experience.
Oof, unfortunately, this place has gone way down-hill. Portions reduced to keep prices at level. Understaffed. I realize that COVID has made things harder to get and harder to staff. Other places have adjusted fairly well. This corporate chain just has a bottom line to meet.
Food is pretty good across the board. We were never asked if we wanted more of a “bottomless” fries, not once. Got a couple of drink refills but service was a little suboptimal to be honest. Outside of that like i said great food as it’s always the same in the entire chain!
I had the Madlove burger, and let me tell you that this burger is simply a masterpiece. All of the ingredients work together to create this wonderful symphony of flavors in your mouth. I just couldnt get over how delicious it was! The garlic fries were amazing as well. We had the mud pie for dessert, and its definitely something you need to share!!! The service was very good. Our server seemed to be a little frazzled, but she was attentive. Everyone was kind, polite, and sincere. I really enjoyed our experience eating here. I also liked how the restaurant is socially distancing the guests. I really appreciate that!
The wife asked me to take her to the No. Atlanta 400 Corridor, to eat the best COD, available, and I did ... I took her to the, Red Robin (400, Exit 13). It is served in a basket, w/ big thick French fries -as a side dish. But, there are other side- dish options. At $15/ration is no give away, but a fair exchange, when you notice the cod melting in your mouth. Some, treat !
Personally, not a big fan. I dont feel the burgers are not that great for what they charge. Yes, they have many combinations of things to add on them but the meat itself could be anything I could make, especially when youre charging $12.00 to $16.00. Its a burger and fries. I feel theres better places.
Waitress was rude, wasn’t friendly didn’t care much about the customers, I had the whisky river bbq burger and the wings I couldn’t finish them because I got disgusted I didn’t feel good the whole day and threw up the whole night. I’m writing this right now and I’m still sick from their food. I will never return here ever again and I will let all my friends and family not to be going here.
Food was good. Service was so-so. We were told 15-20 min. Apparently, they were telling everyone 15-20 min, but the actual wait time was 30 min or longer. We waited almost 10 min before we were greeted. We ordered with drink order. It took 10 min to get our drinks. The server checked on us once after we recieved our food.
I usually enjoy my time at Red Robins, but this location seems to have an attitude problem among their staff members. Some are friendly and helpful, but others are definitely more aloof and hard to find when youre ready to make an order or ask for a refill. The food is always great though, so we keep going back.
Burgers seem to be hit or miss. Mine was fantastic, but my fiancés wasnt. Either way it was a bit over priced. Our server was rude to the point that the teenagers saw her rolling her eyes and scurrying by our table when we tried to get her attention. Im pro labor and pretty understanding, but right out the gate we were treated like an annoyance. Weve told the teens Red Robin is off the list for Wednesday dinner, they agreed.
We decided to make another visit since last year and boy was it a disappointment.Took forever to get greeted, then when my son and I were were greeted the waitress said she would be back offered no drinks only to get a new waitress mind you we had already been seated for almost 30 mins till we finally got our drinks then I wasnt event given a straw. Better training and service is hopefully on the books for this spot.
Disappointed.... We love this place and never had an issue. Food came out cold..order mixed up. Zucchini fries were just batter and cold. Slow service with getting refills on drinks or fries. Order coffee after and just gave up on getting it...as we rose to leave they were bringing the coffee. With alot of places closed for indoor dining we were excited to be able to dine in..... unfortunately excitement was short lived. Will have to try a different location I guess.
Hostess was sooo rude. I asked her 2 questions and she ignored me. Server was just nasty to my mom and I. I am Celiac and asked for Gluten Free menu. It, apparently, ticked her off. She walked away and came back with a tablet, slammed it on table and walked off. I had no idea how to use it. She finally came back and explained. I then just ordered a burger with fries and she said fries were GF but could be cross contaminated. It says onine and in my Celiac groups that the fries are safe. She was just ugly to us. Never again!!!
We had a nice experience here. It was only our second time eating here but the staff was friendly, had good communication, and was apologetic when items were not in stock (likely due to pandemic shortages). We felt we were safe and socially distanced while eating here and had an overall great experience.
I wanted to give a shout out to Chris, the manager, and his team for outstanding service. My daughter placed her order for her birthday reward burger mistakenly at the Lawrenceville location. Chris made sure we were able to redeem her birthday burger at his location at the Collections, even though the coupon code was no longer in her profile. He brought us her burger promptly and wished her a happy birthday, no questions asked and apologized for the wait! Two other team members came out to check on us and were ready to help. This is service at its best! Thank you!!!
I love this restaurant. I love the food. The food is always fresh and full of flavor. My family and I are regulars here and order for pick up and dine in all the time. The reason for my 3 stars is due to the most recent phone experience I had with Cheyenne. I called to place my family’s order and anytime I opened my mouth she said “anything else?” (before I was done talking). She was in a hurry to get off the phone and was not interested in listening to what I had to say-I had a few substitutions to make as I have a family member that is gluten free and it sounded like it was a problem to have substitutions. When we parked in the “yumm 2 go” parking space she came out and spoke to my father and had an attitude and it may not have been directed at him but the tone in her voice was extremely unpleasant. No other complaints other than the poor customer service from this employee (Cheyenne).
Fantastic. Love the bottomless fries and tasty burgers. This time, I had a Mad Love burger. I liked the fact that they still have physical menus (and digital ones - but Ive had connectivity issues enough to value this) plus a way to pay right at the table. That is a great idea that I hope spreads quickly.
Burgers are one of the easiest things in the world to cook, and yet somehow this Red Robin served us the most horrifc failures of a burger Ive ever seen.Literally burnt so badly they were like a bitter cracker made of meat. I dont know what the cook who prepared these was doing, but it definitely wasnt his job.The hostess was nice though.
I love red robins but we will never go back to this location. The outside is missing signage and decoration which makes it look decrepit and closed down. The only reason we knew it was open is because we saw some people walking out. Our waiter was nice. The food was just ok. There was just something off about this location compared to the Snellville location. I guess the only real complaint other than the atmosohere would be with the bartender because the drinks were not good at all! I sent mine back twice and both times the drinks tasted watered down and looked clear. I didnt get to enjoy it and I had the manager remove it from the bill.
So, we tried Red Robin again tonight and I stick with my original review. The service was fine, she was very sweet but we never got drink refills, never got the appetizer dip, and they tried to give us and charge us some to go drinks that were not ours. Food was fine but not worth the price. Onion rings were good. We gave them another chance but there will not be a 3rd time. Not great. The service was OK, but not great. We were not given silverware or napkins and had to ask for those. There were no clean knives so there was no way to cut the big burgers in half. The hamburger (actual meat) itself was good but I could get something equally as good somewhere else with better service and food. I had a sesame seed bun which fell completely apart within the first few bites. My daughter, who is gluten free, had the gluten free bun which was awful. You could see her have to pull the bun that actually stretched as she bit it. It was very chewy and she decided not to eat it. The steak fries were good. The bill was $29 and not worth it. We will not eat here again.
If you stop by this Red Robin, you can be sure to find a great burger, or even a tasty fish sandwich... The restaurant is clean, and its a fun and friendly atmosphere.... Not sure what was happening with our waiter this night?? His service was found wanting... Good news for us and this Red Robin, he had a young lady, on his team of wait staff , who backed him up and made us willing to come again... I would be willing to give this young man a chance since he was out going, but he definitely needs to up his game with serving his customers.
Never had a issue with this location til today, 30 min wait and the restaurant was basically empty. We waited just to have to listen to the kitchen staff yelling, banging on counters like some sort of circus and playing music very loud. Very hard to enjoy dinner with all the commotion, must not be any management in charge. Next time I’ll just order to go, very disappointing.
Dining in with Robin Hood is superb, but Ive never had a DoorDash delivery order arrive correctly, and the refund process was such an incredible hassle. Dont recommend for delivery, but for a good dine-in experience, this is a good place to eat. Food is fantastic and the fries and burgers are so good when you have the craving.
Food is decent, Burgers are good value but most of the time they are undercooked. Steak fries are very good and again with refills is great value. My issue is with service delivery, sometimes you get your order in 15 minutes and sometimes its close to 1 hour, its hard to keep kids entertained for an hour.Id say fix the service issues and to me this place would be a 4 and a 5 on value but with spotty service it gets a 3 but I keep returning so Ive tried not to slam the place in my review.Update - The food is still decent but the service has gone downhill to the point that I wont return. They advertise bottomless sides but it took about 30 minutes to get each of the salads I ordered. It seems that the layout of the restaurant means that the servers seem to have to walk everywhere in the restaurant to serve their tables. Management seemed to be helping bit never once approached a table to see how their meal was. The kitchen seems chaotic at best.Again, the burger in a lettuce wrap is good, the sides are good but the service is very slow and that was with the place half full. The servers are friendly but ineffective.
Surprisingly this was the first time Ive eaten at a Red Robins even though Ive seen them for the past 20+ years. I was headed to the mountains with my girlfriend and we wanted to try something new so we stopped in. The place was friendly, organized and inviting. We ordered the burger that came with endless side. This was a huge plus that we didnt even realize was an option. We were able to enjoy our burgers while also trying a few salads and french fries. They have a seasoning shaker that is great on the fries! We look forward to coming back the next time we are in the area.
I really do not see how this place has the number of stars that it does. The first time I ate here two years ago the food was horrible and I swore I wouldn’t go back. My wife mentioned and said here friends at work said it was good so we tried it again thinking maybe a management change occurred. Not so much. Slow service, waiter didn’t even listen to the order. My wife wanted extra well done on burger no pink, it was pink. My burger was all pink and the egg I ordered on top was supposed to be fried not sunny side up. I got a two minute patty with a sunny side egg and cold steak fries that taste like they come out of a freezer bag not fresh. So for $32.00 plus tip you can get two burger plates that are awful. Not that it matters but the bottomless fries we were never asked for another batch, who’d want a second cold order. Even the survey at the kiosk asked that question if you are offered a refill. The bread on the burgers has that taste like it’s about two days from being stale. Way better places to get a burger around town.
Katie, our waitress was excellent. Provided great customer service!!!! The food was also great but her service was impeccable!! Not sure of the spelling of her name but she was a young lady, slim, brunette, who worked this evening and was wearing a pride mask. My family and I just want to make sure she gets recognized!! Thank you Katie!
We had an amazing visit yesterday! The staff all had masks and there were precautions being taken from the moment you hit the parking lot. We felt safe! The hosts were awesome! They made sure our party of six was safely away from others. The facility is handling social distancing very well! The food was amazing! Heart of the house is definitely serving the meals up right! Yum! Our server was Sydney and she was awesome!! We managed to be quite needy actually and she handled everything with a smile. She even made our last minute milkshake decision in less than 2 minutes and had it back at the table WITH SPRINKLES for our 4 year old. The manager visited our table. We never ran out of bottomless fries thanks to the sweet food runner. A few other servers stopped by the remove plates as well. We had an amazing experience and really appreciate all that the entire team is doing. Great teamwork in that building! Highly recommend!! We loved getting out of the house and feeling safe while doing so! We will be back.
We ordered delivery which took just shy of 2 hours to get here. Frozen cold when it finally arrived. Sadly missing items as well. * UPDATE * I had reached out to customer service about our experience and they were very helpful and committed to making things right! Their customer service was so prompt in setting matters straight.
The experience rated a three for a few different reasons. The server despite having a small section and a few customers didnt provide the guest experience that should be standard. My order included a burger that should have had a sauce on it but the amount was less than the same burger at other locations.
Well taken care of, and food was good. I think they have a very sensible distance between the tables during covid, which is good to see. I still think there is a disparity between the quality and price of the food though, but its still a good place to come to from time to time especially with kids. Menu is very varied.
The food was great !!!BUT!!!! The people who work there are amazing. I got a call that my 5day old daughter wasn’t breathing and I was freaking out and the lady who I stopped said just go on and it’s covered. I called a few hrs later to thank them and ask about paying and they said still don’t worry about it and was VERY nice. If I could I would give more stars for a restaurant that doesn’t just care about money and puts their customers first.***************************
We absolutely love this place. We traveled over 40 miles just to dine here. My family chose chicken sandwiches this time. We had the Whiskey river BBQ chicken sandwich, Teriyaki chicken sandwich and California chicken sandwich. These topped with the bottomless fries and the Bonsai wings was spot on. We will be back. Our server Spencer was great.
Amazingly designed restaurant with a electric servers for games, the bill, and more. Amazing servers, especially Alex, quick service even on slow nights! The lettuce wrapped burgers are my favorite and great if you want a burger but nothing too heavy. Amazing place to eat in the Avenues/Collection.
Red Robin, yesterday, my husband had a craving for Red Robin burgers. Husband was greeted by the hostess and explained we could not hear her with her mask on and asked could she please remove her mask for a moment so he could lip read. The hostess was nice but kept speaking with her mask on and would not lower it. I was sitting in the lobby and just happen to hear the word dining and mentioned we were not dining inside but ordering takeout. She gave us paper menus and motioned for us to go wait outside. Husband became upset - he still could not hear what she said and I told him now we have to go back outside and wait for someone to take our order! There were hardly any customers and parking lot almost empty as it was after 1:00PM. We were already sitting in the lobby reading the RR paper menus and now we are told we have to go outside to wait for someone to take our order. We left. Had I thought it at the time, we should have been provided a console tablet - like the one at the table - and placed our own orders without going through this nonsense. I mentioned to the hostess I came here a month before without a mask and waited for my order in the lobby so why now do we have to go outside and wait? Husband mentioned if we had been dining in are we supposed to eat with the masks on???? All this inconvenience over a stupid piece of fabric that does nothing - as it does not even prevent this virus. Never mind we will order from Ubereats from another restaurant. No more Red Robin for us.PS: The month before it was due to Red Robins mistake in putting incorrect food order on my Ubereats ticket - wrong hamburger - so I had to drive over to get correct meal - after I paid the Ubereats driver for delivery!!!
I called the location to check what time they close. One of the employee told us they close at 10:00 PM. I called to check as holiday timings are different and things have changed because of covid. My husband I were driving from Savannah, Georgia going up to Chicago. We reached the location to only find they are closed. I called them and an employee picked up telling me they are closed due to holiday hours. I told her I had called earlier and one of their co workers told me that this location closes at 10:00. She asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager and I said absolutely. The manager on duty David came out and spoke to us. I was hysterical and told him we had been driving and have been waiting to eat. I told him we are vegetarians and have dietary restrictions and we may not find anything open at 9:30 PM. Not only did he apologize for the misunderstanding but also asked us to come in to eat. He had to literally go in and make burgers for us as the staff was wrapping up and cleaning the restaurant. I am so thankful to him for his understanding. I would just go back to the location for David. He is a phenomenal guy. I can’t thank him enough for making an exception and being so considerate. The night could have ended badly for us but David made sure we didn’t go hungry. Thank you for you hospitality David!!! The vegetarian burgers that he made for us were great too.
Would have been a fine experience if our server Frank wasnt adamant on telling us how much of an anti-masker he was 😖. For Whatever reason, he told us he doesnt have to wear one for his other job and that he refuses to wear them in other establishments. He also told us he pushed back when Red Robin told him he needed to wear one, or hed get fired. And the whole night he continued to wear his wrong. This was the first night Ive been to a restaurant in a year, and this was not a pleasant experience. Definitely not returning here if these are the kinds of people they hire. At least have the decency to keep that to yourself. My one night to feel normal was ruined by fear.
Last night was my second time going there. Service was great from the waiter and food came our promptly especially for a Saturday night. The fries were cold even after requesting more. The main reason they get two stars is because I now have food poisoning. After about an hour of leaving there I felt terrible. Stomach cramps, dizziness, and all of the food I ate came out...etc. I wont go to much into to detail. However, I wont be going back.
So I decided to go to this place with my family. The food? Pretty damn good. The service? Some of the worst Ive ever seen. When we first walked in we asked for a table for 5. There were numerous empty tables but yet it took them a whole half hour for them to get us a table. My brother ordered a burger that was supposed to come with an egg, but they forgot to put it on the burger. When he asked for just one egg, it took them a whole 20 minutes for them to get the egg. Very disappointing experience.
I go in to eat, and I learn about the unlimited fries they have. My buddy and I both order burgers, and they turn out to be absolutely worth it. The quantity of fries we ate seemed to matter more than the actual taste of them, but the flavored lemonade and refills... Ill definitely be coming back for more around spring time.
This has always been a favorite restaurant chain of mine, perhaps because there arent many near my home. The service at the bar was pleasant and they had an acceptable IPA on draught. A new (for me) offering on the menu caught my eye and was excellent! The idea of having the burger sandwiched between lettuce leaves instead of bread is great!
My favorite burger is Reds Tavern Double. It tastes like a Drive-In burger from my childhood. The reason for the 3 stars is this location has issues with serving food hot. The last 5 times we have gone the food comes out lukewarm, burger and fries both. The meal comes with bottomless Steak Fries, but they put 7 on your plate to start with. So I have to place a reorder when I place my order. The burgers are very balanced on the items on the burgers, lettuce, onion...ect. Also, no Salt or Pepper on the tables. The waitstaff is also not very attentive. She came out to check when we were almost done with our meals. Same issue the last few times we were there. Also, the bathrooms are always very wet and the trash is overflowing.
Edit:I think Red Robin has improved. I gave it another shot two years after writing the below review and was surprised. Ive been back several times in the last two months and have tried several burgers. They were all good. I suppose my comment about being just another boring suburban chain could still have merit, but ya know what? You still need to eat when in the burbs, and this will do! The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. Im going later today. Sorry for negative review, RR. Good job on the improvements!Old review two-star review form 2 years ago:Below average. Flat burgers. Stale fries. This is just another boring suburban chain with food just barely good enough to be edible. To call it gourmet is laughable at best and insulting at worst.
When I eat here, I always come away feeling like I paid way too much!!! Could eat at Steak n Shake for half the price, easily! The service is usually too slow as well because the poor servers are usually overloaded and the bottomless side refills come out in such paultry portions. But, Ill give recognition where its due. Brandon, our server tonight, was fantastic and made the experience enjoyable. I give Red Robin a passing grade. But its overpriced and the food does not deserve more than 3.5 stars.
Burger was delicious. Burning hot love burger only had 3 jalapeno bottle caps on the burger. I asked for extra and was told that there would be an additional charge which I agreed to. They charged $1.49 for 4 bottle caps, ridiculous. I complained and the manager gave 5 additional caps. They fixed it but the burger should come with more than 3. Over all excellent food.
Sam the bartender and Sheniqua sorry if I misspelled it, were great. 1st time for me to ever eat here, and I enjoyed it. Ill definitely be back.Ok update for 7/23 pickup order. Of course Sam was pleasant. But Im truly disappointed by my food. The 1st turkey burger was great. But yesterday it was burnt and dry almost like they forgot about it on the grill. Im not sure this counts them out as a restaurant to stop by from time to time, but u gotta have consistency. Pickup was a horrible experience definitely different from dine in.
Yuck! Food was terrible and it was a lot of money! To me it is usually just average but las night was awful. Burgers dry and flavorless. Turkey, bacon, tomato and avocado on croissant (normally pretty safe) was stale, parts of it was frozen and there was a seasoning on it that did not belong.
Great burger place. Always great service! The salmon its also very good I usually get it with a side of broccoli. The only complaint I have is the broccoli doesnt seem that fresh and it doesnt really have much taste. I usually have to season it with the seasonings on the table. Overall great place.
My son had been asking to come here for awhile, so I decided to take him. Why did I do that? The server seemed as if we was bothering her when we would ask for something. Like a straw to drink out of, more fries, you see the cup is empty you think she would just bring another glass nope. My child had to ask her for something else to drink. Never came to the table to see if everything was ok, because she didnt care. I put in and order for a milkshake, she came to my table where she sees no milkshake and ask me did I get my milkshake. Youre the severe not me you see that I didnt get it and you know you didnt bring it so answer that question yourself. I then had a coupon for $5 off she didnt even ask me what it was for she just assume if was for a birthday. The manager came over we ended up showing her the coupon that said nothing about a birthday on it. The manager was then able to give new the discount. All you have to do is communicate with your guest it isnt that hard. To that manager that you for going the extra mile to figure it out. Servers you want a tip and get mad when you dont get one but dont do the work for it. Yes I did leave a tip but it reflected your service you gave to my child and me.
Ordered pick up. I called, woman answered and I let her know I was there for curb side. She had an attitude and said she would let him know, was placed on hold for 7 min. Called back and said I was here for curbside, gave her my name. A young girl brought my food out. I looked in the bag and asked about my alcohol. She said that they stopped doing that. I asked if she could refund my card. I handed her my card. She comes out and says there was confusion and they could do curbside alcohol until June 12th. She goes back in. A couple minutes go by and a manger comes out and said they didnt have the alcohol I requested. I said thats ok what kind do you have. She said that she already gave me a refund. I said ok thats fine can I get my card back. She gave me attitude and said you paid online I dont have your card. I said the waitress helping has it. She walked in and then the waitress came out with my card. I have NEVER had a problem with Red Robin. It has always been my favorite restaurant. I was happy that when I moved to GA there was one within driving distance. I dont know if there was lack of communication or training, but I have NEVER had such an awful experience. I would understand if they were busy or have a lot of pick up orders, but they didnt. I was the only person picking up and there wasnt a lot of people allowed in the restaurant due to the COVID virus. This experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. This was my worst experience and will be my last. I have unsubscribed to the emails and the rewards. I hope in the future you can train your employees on courtesy and communication amongst the staff.
This is my first time at a Red Robin. Service was so great. Gabby was amazing and helpful. It was not very busy, but she was always moving and working. Great waitress. She deserves a 10. So does Sasha! Gave a 4 as i came specifically for one burger and my expetations were higher. I think that the Mac n cheese burger could be better with the noodles being mixed in the cheese that is on the voodoo fries. It would be much more tasty.
Best burger and fries that Ive found around here so far! The meat is top quality Angus. You can just tell. The service was just ok but it was Saturday, during the week it was stellar. Loved the raspberry cream soda! That was heavenly although a bit too sweet for me. Id give it a 5 if it wasnt so expensive and if it was cleaner.
Our waitress could not get our order right. It took her twice to come back and get everyones orders. Forget about a drink too. She came to ask me twice what I wanted and passed by another two times to tell me it wasnt her fault and yet my drink order came out wrong. The food was alright. Onion rings are pretty good.
We requested burger with vegetables topping only and no meat and twice we were served burger with bacon. Second time they even charge us for burger that we refuse to accept. We looked up menu online and ask for quinoa burger. Server was confused as she started week ago but manager who claim to be working there for 3 year responded that none of their burger have quinoa. I had to look up twice to be sure but can you trust restaurants where their employees don’t even know their product. Especially after working for 3 years. Smh 🤦🏻♂️
Really nice restaurant to bring the family or the friends, whether you want to watch the game, or just have a night out. This Red Robin has excellent customer service and always gets my order right. Highly recommend this restaurant for graduations or any celebration.
Ive now been 3 times to this location because its nearby, but never again. They consistently make us wait an extremely long time. That bottomless fries or float means they dont charge for refills - because they *never bring* them. You can not get decent service here.
Update: the prior review stands but they seem to have raised their prices by about 40% (my wifes bacon cheeseburger that used to be about $10 is now $14) -1🌟. Food & unlimited fries are great. Service is solid to great. Their loyalty program is crappy (-2⭐) - Im not a fan of overpriced Starbucks but their loyalty redemption is handled properly (when you redeem a free item, the costliest item is credited). Red Robin gives you the cheapest item on your bill free once youve earned a freebie (making you pay for more expensive items). BOGO free lowest priced is free is reasonable but when an item is just free w/no purchase necessary, costliest should be free.
Had the pretzel bites as an appetizer and was beyond disappointed. The bites didnt taste like dough but dense cornmeal or something similar. We asked them to take it back and the waiter was very kind in the fact she took it off our check. However we continued to order our burger with fries which also turned out to be disappointing. The fries came out cold and soggy. Again customer service was great and she had them bring out fresh fries that were warm. Food service very low and not worth the meal. Although customer service was wonderful server wise I am still not sure I will be coming back.
First time visiting this restaurant with my boyfriend. It wasnt worth the money we paid or the difficulty we had ordering our food. The menu advertises vegan options, but it seems that many of the staff are confused about what vegan food is. We asked our waiter if any of the buns were vegan since we didnt want just a lettuce wrap (vegans dont just eat salad), and our waiter told us the buns shouldnt have meat in them. I clarified that as vegans, we dont consume milk or eggs either, and he seemed very confused. I had to ask him three times to go check the ingredients of the buns to see if they were suitable for us to eat, and when he returned, he said none of the buns were vegan and we could only have the lettuce wrap since were vegan (definitely not worth $10). This didnt sound right that a vegan patty would be offered but not a vegan bun, so I spoke to the manager. She took the time to listen to my concerns and actually did bother to check the bun ingredients (our waiter never checked at all like we asked him to). The lovely manager informed us which buns were not vegan, so we were finally able to place our order. After about an hour of being there, our meals were brought to us, but the burgers were drenched in some kind of sauce that the waiter told us was thousand island dressing (this wasnt even supposed to be on the burger according to the menu). Also, our burgers were missing tomato salsa, so we informed the waiter. He took the plates back to be remade. The new burgers came back just fine, but they were missing the salsa. The waiter told us we couldnt have the tomato salsa since we were vegan. I informed him that it was featured on the make it vegan menu option. He then proceeded to tell me again that since we were vegan, they didnt serve it to us. I again told him it was featured as vegan on the menu, and he finally got some for us. As for the food, it was decent. The burger lacked the kind of flavor we expected, but overall it was tasty (judging from the one bite I took out of it). The fries were pretty good and filling. I asked for a to-go box for my burger to take home and filled up on the bottomless fries. The waiters serve the fries in very small portions so you keep having to ask...and ask...and ask again for more fries. I know our waiter was busy and had more to do than deliver fries to us every 5 minutes. The manager was checking on every table and was very involved with the customers. She was especially friendly, helpful, and kind to us, and she let us know that there were some new employees that were still training, so I can understand to some degree why the service was less than exceptional. I just dont understand why our waiter could not have taken a minute out of his time to ask his manager for assistance when he didnt understand which ingredients we were trying to avoid. Also, perhaps a quick verbal/written note to the cooks in the back would encourage them to be more cautious when preparing food for customers with certain food preferences, whether it be vegan customers or those with allergies or food intolerances. We paid our bill and walked out to the car. We were out of the restaurant for only two minutes when we realized Id forgotten my to-go box, so my boyfriend ran back inside, but the table had already been cleared and my food had been thrown away (which is a huge shame because it was a whole burger Id only taken one bite out of and we paid over $10 for the meal). I was so eager to try this restaurant because my mom and sister brag about it all the time, and they love it, but my boyfriend and I werent impressed. I wanted to have a great experience so that wed have another restaurant option that served vegan food, but to be honest, we probably wont be returning any time soon. Well have to stick to Chipotle, Mellow Mushroom, Thai House, and Sweet Tomatoes...those are great choices for any fellow vegans out there who need some vegan-friendly food options!
The signature Red Robin burger is good for a change of pace. Unlimited fries are hot and have a good potato taste. Bar service is good. Good value for the food quality and quantity for a burger spot. Inexpensive drinks and draft. Watch out for cold burgers way under cooked. Avoid the chicken tenders.
When we were seated a waitress took our drink and appetizer order. We received our drinks and a different waitress took our order. We didn’t order that much because we were expecting a fairly large order of nachos. About 30 minutes later she finally checked on us at our table, to let us no that our order be out shortly. Too late for the appetizer now, so I asked her to make sure that it would not be on the check. We received our burgers, and the buns were stale. Waitress never checked on us or offered refills until we were disgusted and leaving. Food & service was terrible. What a wasted dinner with the family, would have been much better at McDonalds.
Service was ok. Food took an extreme amount of time to come out. It seems they need new management since things are not running well because it was not overly busy the burgers were cold as well as a fries which indicates its sat and waited at the counter before serving. This happened the last time we were there as well. The good thing was they said 20 to 30 minutes to sit down it was more like 5 minutes. It seems things are not running well because it was not overly busy as usual.
Red Robin, yumm! Im a sucker for the Reds Tavern Double, and the unlimited hot steakhouse fries cant be beat. They are usually pretty busy and can sometimes feel a little overwhelmed, but they rarely let me down when it comes to getting your food fresh and hot. Onion rings are excellent - get the tower for an appetizer. I think that I have had dessert once here (which was good) but usually I get filled up way before that on the yummy fries.
The burgers are always prepared how you ask and taste great. The bottomless fries promotion has because a competition to see if you can keep them coming as fast as you eat them. You get like 7 fries to start and with each refill. It certainly keeps the servers moving around needlessly.
Living in Canton, the drive to this location was 45 minutes. Im very active, into weight lifting and watch what I eat, but every 2 weeks I get my cheat meal. I was literally looking forward to eating Red Robin for 2 weeks. I love Red Robin and know what the food *SHOULD* taste like. From start to finish, it took an hour and a half... For starters, nobody took our meal order until we had already been there for 30 minutes. Then they brought my sons food out 15 minutes before mine. When I finally received my order, my boys had finished their plates. My burger was cold, like the bun felt like it had been in a fridge. There was no BBQ sauce on it, and the cheese wasnt melted anymore because it had been sitting so long. I was so disappointed in this meal I had been looking forward to so long as a reward to myself. I took one bite and put it down. If I was gonna blow all those calories, it wasnt going to be on that burger. Not worth it.The manager could obviously tell something was wrong and came over. I expressed politely what the problems were. She was very apologetic, sent my order back to have it remade, and discounted my bill due to how much of a headache it was. By the time I got my fresh order, I wasnt even hungry anymore after snacking on fries, my kids were climbing up the wall, and I was just plain irritated. I allow myself one cheat meal, not a cheat day. Whatever I dont finish when I sit down at the table for said cheat meal, I dont eat the leftovers. So my kids are just going to eat my burger for dinner. Completely dissapointed in this location and will never be back.
I dealt with the up and down food safety score. Ive dealt with turn over from great wait staff to now. Ive dealt with subtle menu changes. My food wrong. My food with paper cooked in it. Yet, every few months I try againMind you I used to be a weekly regular. The last couple of years though. Tonight just tore it. Still on the menu was a patty melt. They usually have pretty good ones. I was informed that they no longer make these. Still on the menu. So we canceled the rest of the order and left. This place just cant seem to get it back together. Sad it was really good a few years ago.
Burgers are mediocre at best. Fries were cold. Ordered more fries and 15 minutes later, still not there. You would think that a restaurant whos niche was unlimited fries would have an ample supply of hot fries for the patrons and there would be no wait. 20 minutes later they arrived and I am glad I wasnt hungry because Ive gotten more fries in a McDonalds kids meal. Their unlimited fries is kinda a scam. Make the customer wait & wait and then serve them what appears to be a kids fry. I wont be back.
Food quality always excellent. Id come here way more often if it wasnt such a drive. Why doesnt Red Robin have any establishments closer to the city or west side???Servers here can be hard to track down, but the food is always on par and who can say no to endless fries? Ive never walked away unhappy or hungry once from any Red Robin.Update: came here on April 29th, 2018 and had a 50 minute wait. There was no order to the chaos in the front of the store at all. Places get busy, so this is totally understandable, except when they went to seat us, I realized there were well over 20 tables open we could have at least been able to sit at and wait for a waitress instead of sitting in the very hot waiting area in the sun. The hostess that sit us said, now that wait wasnt too bad, was it? I asked her if she knew how long it truly was, as this was obviously poor customer service. She was the one who checked us in and the only person in the front the entire time. Had I have not drove over 30 minutes to come to this restaurant, Id have walked out. It took another 40 minutes to get the food after ordering, we asked for a couple things, which took the waitress another 20 minutes to get to us, so we were already done eating by the time she got there. Had problems with the automated check out process, so had to flag down the waitress to pay, which took another 15 minutes and she assured me my card wouldnt be charged twice and appologized for the slow wait because there were problems in the kitchen. I ended up being charged twice, so had to call my credit card company, and both of us got very very sick for the next 3 days after eating here. I think this restaurant needs a health inspection. Im never coming back to this location and have changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star. Horrible location and management.
Theyve gone downhill in quality over the past year. I always order a Bonsai Burger, and now the patty is so mich smaller. The bun fell apart after a bite or two. And what happened to portion sizes of fries? I had to ask for two orders of bottomless to get a decent amount of fries. They used to be better...but i can get this meal at steak n shake and ask them to throw pineapple on the burger. Bring meaty burgers back!
We spent 95% of the time with empty drinks, we actually being ignored altogether. She would walk right up to the table next to us and completely ignore us even where we raised our voice to call out to her hoping she would hear us. My food was terrible and they didnt try to fix it at all.Not going to return, the manager even walked the floor.. and completely skipped over us which is hilarious considering how unhappy Im sure we looked. We plan to contact corporate, maybe they will actually hear us out.
Service was outstanding! Hosts greeted us with an open door and big smiles. We were seated quickly. Gabby waited on us and was very attentive and friendly. The VooDoo fries are amazing but if you dont like hot, definitely ask for the ghost pepper sauce drizzle on the side. I ordered the fish and shrimp. The shrimp was perfectly cooked. The fish was a little greasy but taste was delicious. Sasha, another server, stopped by and gave us recommendations and later checked back on us. Love it! Yummmm! 😊
Everything from the appetizer to the fries was burnt. Never again will I visit this restaurant. We were placed in a booth that had no ketchup and the service was horrible. I like to always tip my servers since they work hard st customer service but this chick hardly worked like the manager in charge! Next time I want Red Robins I will drive to Snellville. Too expensive to have horrible everything!!!!
The food was good (burgers are much smaller than they were a year ago), but the service was inconsistent. After being seated our waitress was very attentive for us to order food, drinks, and appetizers, but then she ghosted. She brought the food out and we asked for silverware, which happens so many places we go, so its not a big deal. We waited 10 minutes. In this time I ate 90% of my fries. She came back to collect an empty glass and then realized she had not brought us silverware. She then came back with the silverware and we never saw her again. This would have been a great time to ask if I wanted a second order of supposedly bottomless fries. That didnt happen. Ive actually never been offered more fries even though they advertise that. Sometimes I take it a little personal since Im not stick thin, I guess these folks think i shouldnt eat more. Anyway, I hate half my meal and we sat for ten minutes. I was still hoping for more fries or a box to take my burger in. No one came. At this point I just decided it was best to finish my meal and wait another 10 minutes. Maybe we could take desert to go or someone would just check to see how we were doing. Nothing. We paid for our meal on the device at the table and left. Our waitress didnt say bye. I have no clue how we were suddenly forgotten about, and cant help to think its those silly devices the chain restaurants put on the table. It cuts out human interaction and service, but more so the less you serve me the less I tip...so they are only hurting their employees.
Fantastic burger options, and always something new. Red Robin Loyalty earns you a free Gourmet meal in your birthday month. The only reason for my 4 star rating at the Forsyth location is slippery floors. ALWAYS. Maybe its the bottomless fries taking servers through the kitchens fry line...who knows, but Ive slipped just walking to my table nearly every time Ive visited over the past three years. Ive seen other patrons, servers, and even managers on duty slip. Thank goodness ive never seen anyone hit the deck, and I hope it never does.Red Robin Forsyth...figure this out please!
Inconsistent is the word here. They either make a great burger, or a burger you could have gotten at Applebees. The staff is ok, depends on how busy the store is. Basically, its mediocre. Youre fast food of choice might be a safer bet. The burgers are thicker though, if that matters to you.
This restaurant they are always so nice, and accommodating. The waiters check on you a lot, and the food is amazing. Always clean and the atmosphere is very American, its wonderful if you can enjoy American memorabilia. If you enjoy hamburgers though, you will love this place regardless.
My last visit to the restaurant was not the best. We waited 8 minutes just to order our drinks. Although their menu is great, the waitress/kitchen staff cooked our burgers to the wrong preference (they were mixed up). $14.99 for a burger seems a little expensive. Overall, the meal and the rest of the experience was great.
I love their bonsai burger. I loved when I get unlimited salad with my bonsai burger. The restaurant is typically clean. The staff is always attentive. The atmosphere is kind of cute. It does make me long for my favorite burger joint in Little Five Points but the location of this Red Robin’s is so convenient. There is even a Pokémon Gym in the parking lot that you can hit from parts of the restaurant. You should definitely sign up for their burger club because you get a free burger after purchasing I think 10 burgers plus a free burger in your birthday months. This is one of the few restaurants of this type where I actually preferred the entrées to the appetizers. I think that says something about the quality of the dinner options in red robins. When I go to similar places I typically order like a potato skins or something similar but I always go straight for the burger here.
Good burgers and fries. Not very good for those trying to keep the fat grams low. If you are up for this sort of food, this is the place to go when you are at The Collection. Geared towards a younger crowd who have not even begun to think about what this is doing to your carotid arteries. Who can resist a good burger every once in a while?
Walked in with a party of 4 Adults and 3 kids (1 toddlers) and was told my wait would be 20 - 25 minutes when the restaurant was very empty. Another party walked in with 7 (2 adults and 6 kids) and was seated within 5 minutes. This is my second visit with a very similar experience. I don’t think this will be a place I will spend my monies at ever again. Really wanted to give 0 starts but not an option.
The food is typical Americana but they advertise Special Military Discounts however the do not offer a comprehensive one. Its only sometimes and only if you sign up for their email list. Either offer it or dont, the deception factor at this place is so high that the server couldnt even tell me if they were offering the discount that day.
This used to be one of my familys favorite places to grab a burger, but it has really gone down the gutter. They have gotten at least one thing wrong with our order the last couple of times we have gone there, and the quality of the food isnt even on par with Five Guys. When you pay twice as much for a burger you expect a better experience. I dont think we will ever go back.
Dont go on a Wednesday if you want good food and fast service. Thats when the big families come for the 2 dollar kids meals. The kitchen was backed up and I waited for an hour for the food. I got the pub mac and cheese entree with a ceasar salad. The mac and cheese was barely cheese and in a little bowl compared to my salad that took 2/3 of the plate. I didnt enjoy it and i now know why my family only went once during my childhood. The End.
Terrible experience! We had bugs on the windows and floor, near our booth. We had to ask our server several times to be m9ced to a different booth. And finally when we got the food it was cold. Im sorry, I have had better experience during my previous visits but this was the worst and we are not coming back.
Had the worst food. Ordered fish and chips; the fish was way overcooked and bitter. The appetizer onion ring tower was greasy and bitter. Wound up re-ordering everything and the 2nd order was mediocre at best. Our server did not offer to get management or tell us that the food could be remade using fresh oil etc..... Management should have comped the meal or at least a part of it and should have dumped the fry oil. We will not be going back.

2022-05-21I stopped in for the birthday promotion but the burger really was excellent. I am going to have to come back again soon. I also enjoyed the freckled lemonade, although I kept getting berries stuck in the straw. I liked that I could get a side salad instead of fries to make it a tiny bit healthier.

2022-04-09Firstly, the hostess here does an outstanding job. She greeted me promptly and pleasantly. I was immediately taken to my seat. They arent joking about the gourmet part of their burgers! Theres nothing frightening about the Monster Burger. Its a treat. Good service. Promptly refilling my sweet tea was much appreciated. This location is special.

2022-06-11This used to be the place my wife and I relied on after a movie. Very disappointed, guess Covid and generation Z ruined this place as well. Waitress was less than enthused to have to take our order and seemed offended when I ordered the Golden Old Fashioned. My wife asked for the Sangria but as all things now a days it was out of stock. That was the last time we saw our waitress, at least at our table. Others brought the drinks and requested food to the table. I had (8) eight fries on my plate, but wasnt concerned as they are supposed to be bottomless. However I found out when no one checks on the table or asks if u need anything else the fries are not bottomless as advertised. We finished our food and talked for 20 minutes to see if the waitress would happen by again, as she was standing in a corner doing nothing, She did not so my wife skipped asking for a to go Shake. Its a long drive for us to be in this area to see an IMAX movie and there are other restaurants in the shopping center that also serve burgers and sandwiches. Guess in this returned down turn economy and excessive inflation some restaurants dont need repeat customers.

2022-03-16I was not impressed. Their rock & roll music was too loud for my liking, and I just dont believe in $15.00 Hamburgers. My waiter was great, he kept watch on our table to refill drinks and their never ending steak fries, so I got plenty of soda pop and fries. The place appeared to be clean, just too damn loud!

2021-08-21Food quality was good! Try their pineapple margarita! The spice from the jalapeño is perfect . It’s worth a try. Just the wait time was a bit longer than expected but other than that it was good. Definitely will visit again :)

2022-06-18Red robin was incredibly delicious and super clean.Tbh this is the cleanest restaurant I have ever visited.
