I trust no one better than Lester Herbertson and Regency Fine Art! As a fine art photographer, I appreciate that the frame can and should enhance the art. I have had six photos restored, scanned, printed and framed with the added amazing talent of Lester Herbertsons imagination. He took photos and created stories behind glass that speak to the viewer at a glance. Regency Fine Art & Frame is my only choice for this kind of work. Everyone is professional and personable. I have used Regency twice before for framing of paintings and was highly satisfied. Thats why I came back to them for my next project. But this time I had a project that required creating a clear box to display 4 beautifully carved cane handles. Lester and I spent about 2-1/2 hours designing the box .When we had finished the design, we were both pleased, and excited. Two weeks later the box was ready. It turned out even better than I had imagined. It looked like a display you would find in a museum. Our time together creating really paid off. Regency does as fine a job of framing, or creating something unique, as anyone I have used over the past 40 years.

My husband saw a framed photo from this Gallery at an auction held by his fraternity. He was outbid at the last minute so I found their information in order to purchase the item for my husband for Fathers Day. The staff was amazing to work with and made sure I was able to get the item well in advance. Since I live out of state, they had to ship it to me. The item arrived broken due to an error on part of the shipping company. When I called the Gallery, they immediately replaced the framed photo with no questions asked! They didnt even require me to send back the damaged goods. The replacement arrived still before Fathers Day. Now THAT is customer service. I am so impressed by their professionalism and their inventory. My husband was over the moon with his gift. I am thankful to Regency for an exceptional experience!!
A civil war historical piece was transformed into a masterpiece, by the talented Lester and his master framers. Research and artistic creative talent by Lester produced a piece of art that belongs in a museum. Robert, Alice, Lester, Britton and their master framers are exceptional in customer service. They have one goal, exceed your expectations. For years I have been collecting art from this very fine company. They have earned my highest endorsement.
Customer service is the name of the game. The gentleman that did the work on my refurbished photo was Lester. Lester is a professional and a true gem. He treated me with kindness and respect. He single handedly made every complaint I posted go away. Will I return as a customer? Absolutely....but only when Lester, the gentle giant is there.

I first met the fine folks at Regency Fine Art through an auction at a celebrity golf tournament when I purchased an exquisitely framed piece of sports memorabilia. It was framed so creatively and uniquely that I ended up taking my wifes Ironman bib and medal to have them create a one of a kind frame that is also now proudly displayed in our home. I highly recommend having them create something for you.
We had spoken to the owners of Regency Fine Art several years ago and had discussed the possibility of their framing some of our Golf Memorabillia. We were a little hesitant in proceeding forward as we lived in the Palm Harbor Florida area and they are located in Georgia, however, upon the recommendation of others and speaking with Lester,we decided to proceed forward. The entire communication was via phone and email. When all was completed and the items were shipped to us, we were amazed at what they had created. They took our thoughts and ideas and made them come true. The frames are gorgeous! Their ideas created pieces that are envied by all that see them.We are very thankful to Lester and his entire organization for their amazing work. I had a prized piece of Memoribilia that had been framed many years ago. A good friend suggested I have Regency re do it. I brought them several pieces to get their ideas. The found the perfect way to fram a leather vest and other pieces in a beautiful classy way. Every detail is superb, the way it is mounted, the colors, and the mats. It could not possibly be better. It far exceeded my expectations. I do not hesitate to recommend Lester Herbertson and his staff. Every time I have been in their shop I am always amazed by both the range, quality of their products, and how exquisitely they are put together. My Treasure went from Prized to priceless. I cant begin to tell you enough just how impressed I was with this company. I found them online. I Took the items in (autograph Muhammad Ali trunks and memorabilia) sat down with Lester and he went over the different options. (This was a gift for my husband in honor of his father who passed away.) My,tough exterior, husband,was so surprised and touched by this that it brought him to tears. Overly high priced and expensive. I was charged $150 for one 16 X 20 canvas print with a no show frame that I could of gotten anywhere else for $40 or less. they originally tried to charge me over $800 for a set of 7 photos. I literally called them back after 15-20 minutes after leaving because i felt like i was robbed and had been taken advantage of to cancel the order and request a refund and they told me it was too late and they had already started the work which was a complete lie considering my order wasnt due to be ready for 3 weeks maybe more. Then they told me they will give 3 of 7 just because of the way everything went down. I waited 3 weeks for the photos to be completed and when I went to pick them up, there was only 1 photo done. I asked them about the other 2 and they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about. Once I somewhat reminded them of the conversation they somewhat remember and handed a unfinished print saying this is it. I couldnt believe these guys. I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping here or using their services AT ALL. Total rip off.
Expert care and knowledge from a family thats been in the business 40 years. They took our idea and gave it more depth and presence, taking into consideration where the piece is going on the wall and more. Id highly recommend Regency to anyone from now on.

2022-02-16I had a uniform jersey framed here for a Christmas present. They did a terrific job. I wasnt sure what to expect since it was my first time getting an item professionally framed. The staff was very friendly and they patiently walked me through the process. I was very pleased with the final product and the entire experience! The pricing was very fair, compared to my online research of framing jerseys. Thank you, Regency! Great job!

I have worked with Regency for over 10 years now and their level of service is excellent. The creativity they have on their displays consistently draws compliments from our visitors and they are worth every penny. As a plus, they always have a tremendous inventory of framed memorabilia for sale which is worth a trip to their Roswell store.

2020-08-17Couldnt be happier with how my son’s framed Nat’l championship hockey jerseys turned out. I’ve honestly been waiting years to figure out how should I frame them. Shopping at the Home Depot next door, I decided to poke my head in Lester’s buisness for some ideas. After seeing one of the pieces on their wall, I knew right away...thats how I want it done! Lester and his team did a fantastic job listening to some of my ideas, offered a few of their own and built something better than what I envisioned. 2020-07-02I had a signed Pink Floyd guitar shadow box framed by Regency and could not be more pleased. I discussed my vision of the framing with Lester and we emailed ideas and designs back and forth and he created a masterpiece. I would never go anywhere else for this kind of framing. As a Real Estate Agent it seemed like a perfect gift for a client and friend who is also a dog lover. I am very pleased with the quality of the print, frame and matting.
