It was an awesome experience, when we walked in we were greeted so nicely, we were offered water and mints. The facility smelled wonderful and was very clean. The full body massage/ hot stones was amazing!!!
They were so kind and welcoming. The price was right. The establishment was clean and I really wanted to leave a good review.But this was not the kind of massage I enjoy. I feel sore after. I didn’t get the sense that my masseuse had any training. It felt uncomfortable and/or ticklish. There are parts of my body that should be relaxed but instead I feel stiff and sore like I was in some sort of accident. Unfortunately we will not be returning. I have had other massages at different establishments where I felt completely at ease during and after - this was NOT one of those experiences.
For my birthday, I was gifted a one hour hot stone massage. I went in feeling so tense and now I feel like my body is more relaxed than it has ever been. I highly recommend.

Hubby and I went and did our first couples massage. We found them on Groupon. It was very nice and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for some relaxation and bonding time with their significant other. Price was reasonable for service received

I Had a good experience, will definitely go back. I had a “heavenly “back and foot massage . The lady , (I think her name was yumy) took good care of me and was very friendly . She even waited with me for my ride to come and pick me. Thank you for your customer service.
First time here, and I will for sure be returning. I think this is my new vibe for my husband and I. Warm welcoming, and atmosphere. Service was everything!
Ask for one of the women! Each time Im assigned a guy, it feels like he is just trying to get through the hour. No intuitive massaging. Im extremely tense in my back and shoulders and have left feeling like I wasted my money. He will barely touch you or dig into any knots.My partner said each time he has had one of the women, they have worked out the knots in his shoulders. I have not personally had this experience. Nice place, well priced. Hit or miss depending on who massages you.
We got the luxury couple massage with hot stones, and it was fantastic! I felt so relaxed and brand new afterwards. I loved the relaxed ambience as well as the cleanliness of the spa. The wider tables were super comfortable. My only suggestion would be for them to let you know when theyre going to apply the hot stones or a hot towel. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spa!
Linda and Helen were EXCELLENT. Linda addressed all my problem areas with the right amount of pressure throughout the duration of the massage. The hot stones felt wonderful! The facility is clean, quiet, and has great ambiance. Will definitely be back!

I really like this location its clean safe, professional and very relaxing environment. This time I brought my mom and aunt to join. They loved it. My only issue was the lady I had ( normally I have a guy) she really focused on my shoulders more so than my back. So remember to tell them where to focus and the pressure.
Understanding, compassionate, and empthetic-- are just some of the words to describe the experience I had here.The woman at the front desk literally went out of her way to accommodate me. Blown away at the kindness I was shown. Highly recommend and will most definitely be returning.They also have a sports massage add on, for, i believe, $20 per person for a couples massage! So if your significant other requires that, this is the place to go!

I had such a great experience at Rejuvenate I cannot wait to book my next appointment. For one, I was able to book on the same day and there was even a special. I got a one hr massage and one hr facial as well. Both were heavenly.It was professional, prompt and the services were great. I’d recommend to anyone

I was looking for a relaxing massage and I found this AD on the web. When I arrived I was greeted by Emma. She seemed very happy about her job. So I accepted for Emma to give me a massage. I had bad stress and pain in my neck and she worked that out, now it is gone. I feel so much more relaxed then ever before. Before I left I made an appointment to return next week. This is the place to go! They are responsive to inquiries---great communication. My husband and I went for a couples massage with hot stones and it did not disappoint! The prices are right and they are just so professional all around. I am going back today on my own and plan to return in the future :) Also a very clean environment!
One of the best massages I have ever had. Had the couples Swedish massage with hot stones and aromatherapy. My therapist Sky was awesome. He was very attentive and worked hard on knots in my back and shoulders. They also honored the Groupon prices without even purchasing it.Will definitely be back!

Great spot. Went for a couples massage. It was our first time and it was amazing. Angela the owner took care of us. We had called two days before to book our appointment for a busy weekend and but last minute our plans changed which meant we needed our message appointment to be earlier. Angela chance it with no problem. We did the full body hot stone massage. It was great. The place is very clean. They took our temperature as we walked in and had hand sanitizer available as well. I highly recommend if your in the area.
Love this place ! nice quite and relaxing. we have their two hours package , body and facial . both of us are love it . body feels like a noodle face feels like a baby , clean and hydrated. the people are really professional and friendly. right on time for our appointment. will definitely be back and highly recommended!

Some of the worst customer service Ive experienced. Called yesterday and booked a massage. When I showed up today for my appointment, I was told that they had given my time to someone else because I had not confirmed my appointment via their app. Considering the appointment was made less than 24 hours ago, you would think that they would expect me to show up. If they are truly concerned about no-shows, they need to communicate the fact that you MUST confirm during the time of reservation.In response to the owner: When I booked the appointment, the employee took down all the information and confirmed that my appointment was booked. They never mentioned that any additional information was needed. Again...it was made the day before the appointment. If confirmation was needed, they should have requested that during the initial phone call or mentioned that it was required during booking. If the business truly tried to contact me several times, they never left any messages asking me to call back so obviously it wasnt that important to them to get confirmation. It really seemed like the employees just didnt want to do a couples massage and lied their way out of it. Very poor customer service.
Not a great experience. Communication can be improved. And the lady missed the spots by an inch hence it wasn’t very relaxing. Also she finished the 50 minutes before massaging my legs and I was charged extra $10 for an extra10 minutes for doing legs and yet the foot was missed.
Just got finished with a couples massage with aromatherapy and hot stones. Both my partner and I greatly enjoyed it and we came out feeling nice and loose. They got rid of knots we didn’t even know we had! I had previously contacted them about this massage (which was a Groupon special) prior to purchase and they honored the price without me even having to go through Groupon! I didn’t catch the name of either of our masseuses, but they were excellent! They had clean, relaxing rooms and all of the staff wore masks which made us feel really safe with regards to covid. Great value and great service! We’ll definitely go back! :)

I hate to do this but I went in excited to get a couples massage yesterday however the massage I received did not meet my expectations. My massage was very rough, I asked for my masseuse to go a little softer and he chuckled. I’ve never had such a rough massage in my life and I did not enjoy it, it felt as if it may have been his first massage ever because I felt every thumb and elbow and I am very sore today! He also kept coughing during my 60 minute massage which made me very uneasy.Pros: the place was very clean and the music was nice.
This is a business that knows about great customer service. When I was not totally happy with my first experience, they asked if I would come back and give them the opportunity to make things right. They welcomed me back and made me feel totally comfortable about my return. The massage was everything I asked for --and more. Please consider supporting this establishment with your business. They are lovely people and great professionals.
We had a couple massage and chose the hot stones and deep pressure. By far the best massage I have ever gotten. Place is clean and people are friendly and professional. We are definitely going to be repeat customers!
I’m writing this review in the parking lot so I make sure I don’t forget anything that just happened. I booked a 60 minute head-to-toe foot massage. #1 I did not get a private room which made my massage very un-enjoyable. #2 I received my “massage” in the lobby area, in front of the receptionist desk (while people walked in and out). After 45 minutes of rubbing on my feet I asked “what kind of massage is this? I booked a head to toe massage” he spoke to the receptionist (I’m assuming he was confirming what massage I paid for) and then he sat me up and rubbed my back and arms (in front of other customers) for about 5 minutes and that was it. This was my first massage experience and I know for a fact I won’t be returning. Very disappointed.

Horrible service. A waste of my entire anniversary date night, time and babysitter. Booked an appointment for a couples massage. Arrived and after waiting 15 minutes was told there was only one masseuse available. They actually asked my husband to wait an hour for me to get serviced and then i would have to then wait while he got serviced. Absurd.
Horrible service tried to cut my full body massage short as though I wouldnt notice. Dont drink the wine used same glass from previous massage. Would not recommend this place will try to nickle and dime you $10 for anything. Stick with Massage Envy in Buckhead.
I went to this massage shop a few days ago. I cant believe that there will be patients working here. He kept coughing and runny nose in the room. I could feel that he was in pain. I was scared. After I checked my body, I was infected. I will call the police. I hope it’s closed, friends don’t go there, it’s dangerous After leaving there, I just stayed at home, I was afraid that if I was infected, it would affect others
The best massage Ive received since Spa Sydell at 16. I wanted to kiss his hands.Not to mention the set up for out couples massage was beautiful and romantic. I already booked again for my birthday in January 😂.I got the Swedish deep tissue with hot stones.
My man and I went here today for the couples massage. They were absolutely amazing! Nice clean facilities worth every penny. Can’t wait to go again.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND PATIENCE: if you go, you may want to prepare to wait, even if you have a scheduled appointment. I had an 11am appointment, and showed up a little early. Was told that they were getting the room ready; it would be a 10 min wait. They then asked for my phone number and told me they would call in that time for me to come in. After 15 minutes of waiting in my car, and not receiving a call, I went back in....no one was up front, and they seemed very unorganized; running around. I got the attention of the employee who asked me to wait 10 minutes, and asked for a refund. She gave excuses of why they werent ready, and told me i had to contact Groupon. Im disappointed as I was looking forward to this. I tried to be understanding, but please dont tell me to wait when I have an appointment. COVID and sanitizing excuses that alot of business are using are inexcusable. Tell your customers ahead of time what theyre going to experience(i.e. wait and prep times, etc.), not when they get to the premises. Im sure they wont miss my money as they appear to be getting good business. Maybe this was just one of those days...I hope so given the good reviews Ive seen. Oh well, not for me...moving on.
Great massage! Have came here a few times. One star less because they lady seemed to be in a rush and didn’t really apply appropriate pressure because it was painful few days after.
Just another Asian massage place. They really messed up Groupon. You get $10 off from Groupon with the caveat that it has to be a weekday. Of course they do not clarify that on Groupon. We called them, made a reservation, drove half an hour, only to be told that they cant take Groupon on Saturday. It was pretty empty and the masseuse was available but they were just stubborn and wanted to upsell. Bad customer service and the Groupon is definitely not worth it for this place.
I would never come here again. A waste of money for sure. I booked a couple’s massage via phone. Upon arrival, we were never asked to fill out any paperwork with our names, information, nothing. We were lead a room to undress and told our massage therapists would be in shortly. When our therapists arrived neither one of them spoke one word of English! Literally the only thing she could say was “I don’t understand English.” My fiancé was having neck/shoulder pain and throughout his massage he kept trying to tell her that but she did not understand simple gestures either. I think it’s unacceptable to work in this type of environment and you can’t properly access your clients needs and concerns bc of your language barrier. It was so bad. Tbh, I really don’t even believe she doesn’t know one single English word. I think she just didn’t want to be bothered with performing her job correctly. I felt so sorry for my fiancé bc it was his birthday and we were looking forward to this massage. Also the male therapist who massaged me cell phone went off twice before he reached in his pocket to turn it off. And when he put the hot rocks on my back it burned. I jumped to try to get the hot rocks off me and he grabbed the rocks before they hit the floor. He did not say anything. I guess “sorry” is not in his vocabulary either. Truly, a waste of money.

Gia gave my massage today. I was in dire need for a good massage. Just moved here and haven’t found a masseuse yet. Said today was the day if possible. Called and Yumi got me right in. Loved the ambiance, it was so clean! Also, Gia listened to my body what felt good and what was too deep (my problem because I’m such a sensitive baby lol). She put me to sleep! My boyfriend used to give me my massages but since we’re done now- Gia was the best replacement I could ask for- and honestly did a better job! Thank you ladies for your professionalism and hitting all the right spots! Very affordable. I was so satisfied I scheduled another appointment. ❤️
Booked an hour deep tissue massage $70. Kay was my therapist.Overall it was an unique experience, and likely will not be returning.Positives – They got me in at the last minute-within an hour. The staff was extremely friendly and nice nice. The facility was clean. If you enjoy light relaxation massages, then I would possibly suggest this spa.Negatives – They don’t REALLY do a deep tissue massage. It was more of a deep rub down. I frequently get massages and anticipated more pushing of the thumbs and relieving the muscles with her hands. The therapist, although was nice, simply rubbed and annoying took a hot towel and rubbed me down afterward. Oddly enough, the hot towel would’ve been nice but she should have let it sit and absorb into the muscles. They didn’t have any soft music playing which would’ve been nice. You could actually hear people talking in the hallways while in your room. It felt like the oil they used was Neutrogena and it didn’t smell like anything. I’m used to going to the spa and it smells like eucalyptus when you walk in the door, but this place didn’t have any good scents or the oil that they used didnt smell like eucalyptus or any other natural oil (i.e. tea tree, jasmine, etc.). This is always preferred. Toward the end of the massage it felt like the therapist got tired and was lazily just rubbing with little to no oil.It wasnt a horrible experience but wasnt what I paid for either.Best of luck!
Wow. This place is great. Serene. Tranquil. Clean. Just a few words that sum up the environment when you walk in. They were highly rated prior to my visit (that’s why I chose this place) and I can see why. Kiki was my masseuse and she was very accommodating and spoke with a calming tone. I opted to get an hour massage because I had slept wrong and a muscle was very tight in my back. Kiki made sure to work on the area I’d shown her as well as the rest of my body. She did such a great job that I asked if I could get another hour...she obliged and the second hour was just as great as the first. She didn’t work so much on the problem area because she said my muscle needed time to rest a bit. Immediately following my massage she explained that I may feel a bit of soreness due to the work that was done on my back and if it was painful I could take a painkiller for relief. I never felt rushed and we had great conversation. I will be going back and I wholeheartedly recommend this place. We need to support businesses who provide great client service and this is definitely one of them! See ya soon Kiki!!
I just left Rejuvenate body spa they are amazing. Very professional and know what they are doing. I had a hot stone deep tissue couple massage. Mark was great. I had a lot of neck and back pain. Mark immediately went to my problem areas. I will definitely be back. Truly amazing.

I went for a massage today with a friend. I caught the masseuse taking a photo of me and of my friend during my massage. I feel extremely violated and upset. They admitted they did it, I spoke to the manager, drove back and demanded my money back and made the masseuse delete the photos in front of me, but they could have easily already been sent to someone or stored elsewhere. I’m filing a police report.

60-minute full body/deep tissue massage was great! And the price was great too!!! Only gave 4-stars because during my 7pm appt. I was able to hear the yelling/music from a fitness class next door. It wasnt too bad, but I caught myself singing with Beyoncé a couple times. Either I could schedule my visit for another time, or they could turn up the meditation music...but I will be back!!!!

Ive been going to Rejuvenate since they opened and wont go anywhere else. The best massage Ive had, its really clean, and the staff is both friendly and professional, and just better trained than staff than at other places Ive been to in Atlanta.
Great service but there was a funny smell when you enter. We later found out it was probably water damage or mold. Their was no music playing, instead there was workout music from the gym next door playing. Was not what we were expecting as far as a spa setting.
Definitely more than I expected and very rejuvenate from my experience, Angela has magical hands 👐 will definitely recommend her if you ever visit, I know I will.

2021-12-04I came in with the horrible lower back pain and leaving feeling refreshed and rejuvenated as their name promised!Jia was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable. Each time she switched her hand movements, she asked if I was okay. When she added the hot stones, she checked to make sure the temperature was alright. She was very thorough- she went from my neck, shoulders arms and all the way down to my lower back. When she got to my lower back, she made sure that was okay also! She also massaged my legs and toes; she took time to massage each individual toe, which was new for me.I can’t wait to book more appointments for myself and for others!

2022-06-22Because I have been so many massage places. I got proper massage, so I have a standard to compare. I don’t think the massage therapists in this place went through school or any properly trainings. Most of the movements I received were like myself scrubbing lotions or oils to my skin. I had more pain and some bruises after the massage.Those ladies who work there are kind and friendly even they don’t speak much English. I respect those who work hard to earn income. However, if they open for massage business, they should offer proper service and do their work correctly. When we go for a massage we spend money and time, we want to relax and rejuvenate our body and mind. We did tip those ladies because they did the work. We both laughed at out ridiculous massage experience. We will never come back to this place.I will NOT recommend this place to family or friends.

2022-04-03Received a couples massage. My partner was satisfied with his massage but I was not. Although I received a prenatal massage the focus was only on my back. I received no foot, arm, hand rub, or even a leg rub with light pressure. I understand being cautious considering my condition however to not massage any other part of my body is absurd for the money we paid. I’m disappointed because I’ve been here before and had a decent experience. The man who massaged me seemed to just want to get through the hour. You would think they would want to give moms to be a better experience. After all we’re tired and exhausted I was looking forward to a great massage and I left feeling upset and cheated.

2022-04-02This spa is a hidden gem. It took me 45+ mins to get here but it’s well worth it. I love their couple special which they have many. My all time favorite is either the 3hrs facial+body+foot but hubby kinda afraid of the facial bc he has a lot of acne; on those days we’ll do the 2hrs foot and body. We almost always get the same 2 ladies and they’re great. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover because those ladies are small but they’re so strong. I have to consistently tell her to lower the strength and mind you I’m a big woman. I love them and I will always recommend them. Until next time!!! Peace

2022-04-27My first visit here was because I received a couples massage as a gift. The massueses used great pressure and stretched us good! Overall, my boyfriend and I had a great experience - we will be back.

Angela confirmed, after a minor mix-up, that our anniversary would not be ruined. She confirmed a later appointment time and gave details about price and payment effectively.Cons:• None really on this visit and it was my first time.Would I recommend? Yes! 2022-07-04Made an appointment and came last weekend，the young thrapist Rita （or Reta not sure）did a great job and let me have a new start for my week.Next time ill bring my GF to enjoy the massage together！BTW，the environment of the spa is clean and quiet！Pretty good

2022-01-15Ive never written a review before, but I feel compelled to write this one because I just had the best massage Ive ever had in my life. I feel as loose as creamed corn. I will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly and the massage therapist was excellent.
