Cook Out in other cities:
Good food, bad service. We asked for no meat in our quesadillas multiple times, and were blessed with, you guessed it, baby bird meat in our cheese quesadillas. Now, I am not an expert in avians, but I am pretty sure that baby bird meat is still meat. So, I will summarize. We asked for no meat, and we got meat. This is unfortunate, BECAUSE WE CANNOT EAT MEAT. So, pretty good overall except for the fact that there were baby birds in our vegetarian (in our dreams) quesadillas.
Normally I gave zero complaints about this cook-out location, but my husband ordered the Cajun chicken tray and the chicken is insanely small(the piece of lettuce was bigger than the piece of chicken). They could also kindly let folks know that it is a sandwich and that it has tomato on it for food allergen purposes. The taste was still on point though.
Yesterday, Feb 23 was my first and definitely last visit to Cook Out.All I ordered was a chocolate shake. What I got was a styrofoam cup of vanilla ice cream with a small swirl of chocolate syrup. I went to the grocery store and 25 minutes later it was still too thick to go through the straw and still vanilla. I dont know what it was made of but it never did soften. I suspect I paid almost $4.00 for a chemical swirl.
First they gave us someone else’s order entirely, and after we gave it back to them we got our order which was completely wrong. I understand they’re understaffed, but it doesn’t take but a few seconds to read the receipt and check the order to ensure that it’s correct.
The outer speaker seems to have problems as the young lady that was initially taking my order kept asking me to repeat myself then a very rude man took over. When I finally got my order, there were several things wrong including not receiving two of the drinks we ordered. Most of the mistakes we didnt find until we got home a half hour away. We had missing foods, partial orders, no napkins, no ketchup, etc.
Would give it a 0 star if I could. Waited in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. Got to the speaker and sat there for ten minutes. Drove up to the window and the guy asked me if he could help me. I said “yeah, no one answered at the speaker” and he said “we’re a little busy” and closed the window. I’ll never be back.
I’m still trying to wrap my head around the ability to order a quesadilla as a side. Love it! They semi-recently added a Jr Menu so you can get a whole tray of food for $3.99. There is a lot of seating and parking here right off of Epps Bridge, so it’s very, very easy for me to stop in for quick, cheap, and tasty fried food.
Got to be honest its very refreshing to go to this cookout the way that youre treated. The food is always hot and the customer service is five star rated. Really nice respectful workers that make sure the orders are right every time. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a good burger or hot dog or chicken sandwich
Cookout its such an interesting little restaurant. They have hamburgers hot dogs corn dogs quesadillas chicken in addition to a huge variety of Milkshakes. The cookout tray is normally come with a main item two sides and a large drink for roughly $4.99 which is about as good a deal as you can get in Epps Bridge. The quality is consistent and the staff is friendly. Also, this is one of the few restaurants where you can get a small order, of approximately 10, hush puppies for $0.99.
Honestly, the only reason I went here was cause ethe wendys next door was closed. The burger j got was just sad. The patties didnt even fit on the bun properly, the didnt put tomatoes on it like I wanted, and there was so much mayo I had to scrape it off with the cold fries it got.
Nothin quite says “quality customer service” like a 20 minute wait to get to the menu then being told this menu isn’t open and to go wait in line again. So do I bother waiting in an even longer line (looking like 30 minutes now), or do I just go somewhere else?Update: no where else is open, got my food finally after almost an hour waiting in line at cookout. Great job.
The drive through workers were very un friendly! First our drinks were not correct and when we asked for the correct order, we could hear them talking bad about us. When we left there was not have a good day or anything.. they just shut the door on us while we were talking. Our order was not correct. Our order was supposed to be a double cheese burger but we got a chicken sandwich.
The person taking our order was less than friendly and kept cutting us off. When we pulled up to the window we were not greeted just given a total. We told her thank you and she just glared at us and closed the window.Go spend your money somewhere where they appreciate your business and don’t have a chip on their shoulder.
Im not sure whats going on but the person taking orders kept having a hard time hearing our order. When we got the total, it was clear they were missing something so we had her repeat it to us when we got to the window. We let her know the 2 chic strip meal was missing. We thought she added it on but she added 2 combos on so we were charged an additional 10 dollars and ended up with an extra meal we didnt need, had an extra hot dog we didnt order, and were missing a quesadilla we did order. Also, even though she added on 2 chic combos, she didnt give us 2 drinks so we were short a drink. It was after 10 pm and not much is open later and it took a while to get through the line. When it was all said and done, it was too late and exhausting to do anything about it. It was the 2nd time wed been there in a week. The previous time, wed noted that the burgers had changed since pre-pandemic. We didnt care for them so we tried other foods. We probably wont be back for some time.
The food is reliable and filling, and service is reliable and friendly. I like my hot dogs a little bit charred, and thats how they cook them. The egg nog shakes in December are a rich and delicious indulgence, and the hush puppies are a tasty sweet/salty snack. I just wish they had sauerkraut for the hot dogs and toasted their buns.
We visited Cookout on a Sunday evening. The employees greeted us and were enthusiastic about the menu and offered suggestions. Their 4.99 deal has a variety of choices and should cover everyone’s desires for a fast food restaurant. Our food was ready quickly and was very hot. Fries and onion rings were average. Hush puppies were tasty. burgers were average. Nothing to make me want to hurry back anytime soon. Restaurant was clean. Decor was appealing. Lots of guest. If you want a lot of food for $5, this is your place.
Ive never had a bad experience at any cookout Ive been to but this one is the best one Ive been to! Food is always prepared properly, prices for the amount of food is way better then McDonalds. Plus the quality of the food makes the one of the best fast food places for anyone to go to! Ice cream is also a huge plus considering most fast food has overpriced ice cream
Repeated my order 3 times. Each time louder and the lady literally says I cant hear you speak up or go somewhere else. How rude and if we all start going somewhere else you wont have a job. Dont forget the customers pay your paycheck. Terrible customer service. If cookout gave better hours and insensitive to workers might get better quality staff.
Those unfamiliar with this chain wont know that the chili isnt the type like youd find at Wendys... It has no beans and is extremely rich. But the burger and fries are sublime. The fries were hot, slightly soft, just a bit of saltiness to cut the fat. The huge burger was a bit much, certainly truth in advertising here, but very flavorful and with a perfect texture. Staff is AWESOMENESS... Everyone is very nice and service was much quicker than expected. Food was received within like 3 minutes. Drinks are all-you-can-drink. Perhaps if they offered some malt vinegar for the fries it would be a bit better?
Very disappointed. The food did not taste as if it was freshly cooked and just did not taste good at all. The parties were dry as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The burger orders were were wrong with the toppings. I ordered a chicken tender sandwich (which is odd that this place doesnt have a crispy chicken fillet) and only received chicken tenders. The shakes were the only thing that tasted good which saved the meal. If I were to come back, I would only buy the shakes. The staff was very friendly! I wish the food tasted better.
I typically never have problems with this cookout, but tonight i was pretty disappointed. they didn’t give me my drink (kind of my fault for not realizing until almost home, but i had already waited in line for almost 20 minutes and i was tired ) then come to find that my quesadilla was burnt.AND she didn’t bag my food. just handed me everything and my sauces.
I LOVE THIS COOKOUT LOCATION! Being new to Athens, I was so happy to find that I had a Cookout so near to my house. This is the best Cookout I’ve ever been to. The employees are always kind and respectful, quick and the food is always great. Today, my car broke down in the drive-thru and two employees helped me move my car and jump it off. I am forever grateful for their help and understanding! Also, luckily, the store is located right next to a car shop so I was able to get my battery replaced.I digress. I come to this location for the food, but always feel taken care of which is why i come back ☺️
The service was woefully poor. I ordered two chili cheese slaw dogs.I asked very nicely for them to use shredded cheese in place of cheese sauce. It took what seemed forever to get my food because they put cheese sauce on my hotdogs. When I got my hotdogs, I saw that they forgot the coleslaw. I went back through the drive thru and alerted management. Instead of taking the hotdogs back and fixing them properly, they gave me two cups of coleslaw. They couldnt be bothered to do the right thing.I received no apology, they just sent me on my way. I wont be dismissed like that.I will never eat at Cookout ever again. I will encourage my friends to do the same.
The food is good and the service is usually good, except on this visit. The cashier took my order, turned around talking to someone behind her and laughing, while my husband was waiting to give his order. We had to stand there and wait on her to take his order. Customer service is not like it used to be; we were taught that the customer comes first, customer doesnt stand there and wait, and the customer is always right.
Best fast food burger, hands down. Tastes like you just grilled out. When I want a burger, I go here and its no contest. Low prices, and I can find something for everyone in my family from a chicken wrap to corn dog to grilled cheese. Shakes are also a must-try! They are always quick to serve up your order. Never had a problem here.If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up! Thanks!
Service was awful food was awful the cashier markeese was extremely rude wouldnt listen to our order and repeated “is that all” as i said no he proceeded to tell me my total so which i had to go back around and order the rest with a different cashieer which rudely said welcome back and the second order was also messed up.
Their food sucks, Ive been twice. Apparently theyre known for their amazing shakes but corporate or individual stores do nothing to train employees how to make one. How hard can it be to make a chocolate malted? Both times the shake needed more chocolate, needed to be mixed better and needed to not have big clumps of malt powder in the shake. Disappointed, will not try again.
I really like Cook Out. The food is all youd expect from a fast food place but its the atmosphere that impresses me. From the staff to the customers themselves, even the Christian music, is upbeat and enjoyable. Fast. Efficient. Wholesome. Went inside because we didnt know how to order from the drive thru😂😂 and the cashier SUSAN was very pleasant. She loves her job. Very helpful throughout the experience while she was training another associate. She even walked around the counter to assist us with the menu. Thanks susan and staff
I got 2 hotdogs from here an they where swiveled up an the chili looked like it was days old because I just stopped by on my way bac to gwinnett co I was so disappointed because I would hav taken them bac an asked for my money because at tht point I didnt want anything else from them.. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
Our family had a wonderful time at Cookout! Our sweet server was polite and friendly and was patient and wonderful with our 4 children. Our order was correct- all 6 orders - and the food was hot and yummy. Plus, can’t beat the affordable price. We highly recommend and can’t wait to return for a family night out.
Drive thru has two lanes, but every time I go through the 2nd lane at night time, no one will take my order. I just sat there for 10 minutes, while I watched 6 orders taken in the first lane. I finally left, and drove back around the building and got in the first lane just so the other person would wait on me.
Service was pleasant. Food was ordinary but tasty and soon realized a diuretic. We rented the food for about 30 minutes. And spent more time in the bathroom then at the restaurant. Will not be going back there again. Second time eating at Cookout. Will not be a third.
Awesome food at an insanely low price! Got a quarter pound burger with bacon, fries and hush puppies, two hotdogs with onion rings and a corn dog, two large drinks and two shakes for less than $20! The food was delicious and really did taste like a backyard cook out. Our cashier, Emily, was wonderful and super friendly. We will definitely be going back!
I don’t eat at cookout often, but when I do, this is the location I choose. The food is always fresh, and the service is always friendly. I have tried the one closer to downtown Athens a few times, and I am always exposed to poor service, extremely long wait times, wrong orders, and a dirty dining area. This location in the Epps bridge area, always has welcoming vibes and is clean. Well done, staff!
Whoever works the drive thru at 11:30pm on Sundays needs to be checked. She was so rude to my fiance, yelling at him through the mic with an attitude. If the mics are that bad, get new mics. That attitude she had though needs to leave her and the rest of the employees. I usually love cookout. The price is great and the food is good in my opinion. But the service for the past few months have been terrible. There was even one girl who rolled her eyes at me. Tonight was the last straw. I am tempted to no longer eat at cookout due to the nasty attitudes that some of your employees have.
The service at night (when I always go) is always outstandingly good! Whoever owns/manages/trains this staff has their customer service skills perfected. The girls are always so nice and helpful and so is Steven! This is the only place I have never felt like a burden when asking for more napkins, ketchup, etc, every employee treats you with kindness and respect and is why I keep coming back! The food is very good, lots of options and I highly recommend trying everything! Thank you Cookout for being such an awesome and fast food establishment! From, Reese’s, Snickers, Oreo milkshakes girl!
I would have rated a 5 if it had not been for BRANDY at the drive thru window on Sept 21, 2020 at 17:52 order # 1203. We placed our order in drive thru since the dining room was closed, 4 people in our car. We ordered the first 2 no problem proceeded to order our last order for which we were completely ignored. Ok no problem maybe she didnt hear us so we drove up to where we were still ignored by BRANDY, thankfully the other guy in the yellow hoodie came over and took our order, we give him all 5 stars. I understand if you hate your job the dont work there and make guests have a horrible experience
Usually this is my go to for a good inexpensive drive thru meal. This trip was the exception. Very slow service in the drive thru, my burger was way over cooked (think close to hockey puck) and the sides were cold when I was handed the bag. Hopefully this was a one time thing. Ill give it another shot.
The cashier name Jaquoya on the drive at 9:30 pm was extremely rude. She was saying oh my God annoyingly while I ordered my meal. She kept taking her mask off, as a health care worker if I can wear wear N95 mask at all times so can she. Also they I am missing a side and got my order a bit wrong.
Great food at great prices. I dont bother going to other fast food restaurants or overpriced burger joints because the cookout has the great taste of a burger place but with the pricing and quick service of a fast food restaurant. My kids always pick the Cookout over other places when choosing a place to go out to eat (even without a gimmicky kids meal or toy). Staff is friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. I love the Cookout!
Went inside because we didnt know how to order from the drive thru😂😂 and the cashier SUSAN was very pleasant. She loves her job. Very helpful throughout the experience while she was training another associate. She even walked around the counter to assist us with the menu. Thanks susan and staff
Food is good for the price. The girl, I think Dee was her name, is very friendly and does a great job as well as the younger black guy whose name I forgot (sorry). Other order takers rush you and are rude. They sometimes put too much ketchup and mustard on the burger. Just have them give you condiments so you can do it yourself if youre picky. :)
What kind of service do you get from such a low-cost eatery? You get what you pay for. In the past the drive-thru was quick and pleasant. Now, I hesitate to come here at any time of day due to the fact that it takes forever! Youd think they were doing mortgage applications at the window. Spend a little more and preserve your taste buds as well as your peace of mind.
As always, the food was good. Vomit right by the front door no one bothered to clean up. Thats okay, stuff happens... But then the table was so wobbly that a drink ended up in the floor. While Im cleaning up as best as I can, I see this drain that was clogged. I was pretty disappointed with the place.
Well, the food is great and they are open late. My only complaint was somehow they forgot I was in the second drive thru lane, but they did acknowledge the mistake and apologized. AsI had some businesss to attend to online, it wasnt that big of a deal. Although, if it happens again then they wont be getting much praise!
I have been there 3 times now first 2 times great but this last time was just nasty. My childs hot dog was not cooked my wifes chicken sandwich was uneatable and my double cheese burger had two burger patties that were smaller then a McDonalds kid burger. It will be along time before we go back.
Good. Fast. Cheap. Who says you cant have all three? If I feel like clogging my arteries this is the place that makes me feel the least bad about doing it. Burgers and fries are tasty and the staff trie ms really hard to be friendly. Blaring Christian music is an acquired taste.
Super slow when we went. Only two cashiers and you could tell they were doing all they could to keep up. However they were out of tea the entire time I was there even thou multiple people asked for some. Out of straws as well. And it took over 20 mins to get my food.
The prices are a great value here. Our service is ALWAYS friendly when we visit their drive thru. We like their burgers & onion rings. We’ve visited 10+ times since they’ve been open.Today was mind blowing! We literally asked for the store manager come out to make him aware. Trey is a rock star!!! He is SO awesome. Six of us dined in. I can’t even list everything he did perfect but I’ll try in a brief synopsis. He confidently, and warmly greeted us right upon entry. He listened attentively and made recommendations when asked on our LARGE order. He nailed our difficult order in its entirety. Just when you think things couldn’t get any better, he magically appears right before our eyes in a beautiful table service that was so appreciated. Did I mention this is NOT a table service restaurant. Not according to Trey, he does it all! He was determined to take our experience to the next level, and not for one moment even having any idea of the fact that I am a highly ranked reviewer with google and an Elite Yelper.Don’t know my current number of listed reviews here, somewhere around 300. Trey wins the gold metal for the service our family has received in the last several years. Thank you cook out for a job well done! Thank you for running your Christian based business and showing that in your actions or how you treat your patrons.
I met a friend for lunch here last week, my food came out quickly and was hot. Unfortunately my chicken was red on the inside. I asked for another and it was fixed. The girl taking my order that day was extremely friendly and was very caring about my issue. My friends simple burger took 15 mins to get out, other orders made after hers were out before hers. Now, Im not writing this review about that particular day, because all in all I was satisfied with my care that day.Feb 5th at 7:00 PM I stopped at the driver thru- lane 2 to order dinner. Everything was going well until I decided to add an item to my order. The girl seemed annoyed but added the order and told the back people. The total came out to $15.73, I handed her the $15 and was grabbing change for the 73 cents. Anyone with nails knows the frustration of trying to get your coins out of the coin holder. It literally took me 1-2 mins to get the 73 cents from the coin holder.Im guessing the manager or someone in charge for the night got frustrated about this, I just didnt want to break bigger Bills when I had the change to get rid off.She comes to the window and LOUDLY asks what the hold up is, the drive thru girl replies that Im taking my time with my change. I got to hand the manager or whatever this woman was my 73 cents and asked her 73 cents right?, she does not reply she just jerks her hand and slams the window shut. They proceeded to hand my drink and food, slammed it again. No have a nice day, or anything!I would understand their frustrations if I was counting the whole $15 out in change, but to get irritated about 73 CENTS? AND NO IT WAS NOT ALL IN PENNIES.I then drove 30 mins home and my order was wrong.Maybe if they would have taken that time to check orders instead of pester me about hurrying up this review would have went alittle bit differently.
This place is great! First let me say that it is a fast food/borderline fast casual restaurant. Second the price/value almost made me think I was back in the 1990s! The combo I purchased was $4.69 and came with the Big Double Burger, 2 sides, and a large drink. The food was cooked to order and the burger was very tasty. That brings me to the sides - they have a variety of sides that many places wouldnt consider a side. I found that to be the best part of the experience. On top of the burger I was able to order some nuggets and fries as my side. They had everything from quesadillas, chili, slaw, fries, onion rings, and wraps (I could be missing a few). They also seemed to be from the Carolinas so they had Cheerwine at the fountain and that was awesome as well!
Get a full meal of good food at one of the best price points around these days. The BBQ sandwich was a little light on the BBQ sauce, but if you ask theyll give you some free. Bout the only thing that I would change here, is Id replace all the UGA stuff with proper Ole Miss paraphernalia.
Burger overcooked. A piece of leather is close to the burger. Cold French fries, staff sitting out in the booths as if they had nothing to do. Every 10 minutes or so get up walk around and refill their drinks or just get new ones. This place has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Very disappointed
My friends and I were excited to try this place because of all the good things one of them heard about it at work and the good reviews online but after eating here I was quickly disappointed with what you get even for the price.A platter, what seems to be their signature menu item and that includes an entree, two sides, and a drink, is $5.02 after tax (the food without a drink is $3.00 plus tax). When I saw this pricing I was excited but that excitement shortly fizzled out once I received my food. The pricing of the food is not a great bargain or some oversight; it is simply in line with the portion sizes. I got onion rings and chicken nuggets as my sides and received a whopping four onion rings and an incredibly generous three chicken nuggets which did not at all impress me and made me feel slightly cheated. In addition, I ordered the grilled Cajun chicken sandwich as my entree and it had an overwhelming beefy grilled taste which made it hard to finish and not very good since Ive never liked the taste of hamburger and do not eat beef.Overall if you want to visit a country eating establishment with a somewhat nice but crowded atmosphere that serves acceptable food and that has bible verses printed on their styrofoam cups then this is the place for you, but if you want to eat somewhere that is cheap and that will actually fill you up with good food then Cookout is not the place for you.
Really like the way they cook their burgers. Good helping of onion and tomato, but the lettuce leaf was the size of a couple pieces of salad. They offer some great sides, including onion rings and hushpuppies. Overall great price for the amount of food. I went through the drive-thru and got home only to realize they had given me the wrong order. Drove back and had to wait through the drive-thru again (it was late night, the inside was locked off). They got me the right order the second time, but no further offer was made to make up for their mistake. But they were nice and apologized for the mixup.
The food is just OK, the woman in the front makes me not want to go back again. When I asked if the Chilli has beans in it she said yes but when I started to order it she said it didnt but it was a very beany chilli (without beans). There was no cheese on the cheese burger & when I went to get condiments off the counter she said I wasnt allowed to get those myself!? It was an all around a bad experience just to place a to-go order that was incorrect.
They cannot get the order right. I used to go every Saturday after Walmart. I keep ordering without onions and I get onions. Today, My order wad wrong again. I usually just taker onions out when i get home, but today I asked for bacon ans cheese and once again, just a hamburger. I guess Burger King will get my buisness from now on.
This location has disrespectful management skill. Very rude and disrespectful to their employees. I mean seriously are you running a business or running a high school cafeteria. What logical reason does management have for throwing food at an employee? If an employee isnt doing their job, you write them up and/or fire them. You dont throw food at them.
The hospitality was terrible I ask for ketchup she gave me 2 packs asked for more she gave me 2 more packs I saidcan I have some more please she said they was out which I knew that was a lie Im disable and I had to go inside a young lady which was which was Black gave me more the young lady in Drive-throughwas a young white girl why did she lie about it please I order a junior tray With cheese, mayo, ketchup, onions and tomatos nuggets with a Sprite please Im sure that you can look back and see who she was and she nds to smile and say hi at all times very poor customer service that wasnt very nice at all and I also told her what if I told you that I dont want the food since you are out of ketchup thats why you have to make sure that everyone is treated nicely enough to come again please thanks for nothing please never got treated like that before there please she wasnt nice just wanted me to just go ahead with the 2 packs please hopefully you will check it out have a wonderful and blessed day/nite💪💪💪👌😘
No no and no. Every time my husband and I come here for his lunch break they mess up our order. The black girl (wish I knew her name) is so rude... it’s like she doesn’t even care.. my husband clearly stated no mustard.. we have never seen so much mustard on his burger... every single time.... we haven’t been back there in a long time. We go to the Winder location now and at least they act like they care....
My daughter got very sick after eating here. She was the only.one who had chilli dogs..she was fine all day. So we thought. It was cook out. I called them to let thm know, and wanted to known if anyone else had complained. I wasnt accusing them But I really.wanted to find out. The guys was so rude. He asked.me, what do you want me to do about it. I kjust explained to him that I just wanted him to know incase anyone else called inquiring it. He told me to tell my.daughter.to.drink.last.water.a lay down. But He was.very rude. He kept asking if I want a free meal I need my.ticket. I said I do not want a free meal. I.just wanted to know if anyone else.got sick.and alsomlettig him know my.daughter for sick. Je said.it takes.24 hrs.to get food poisoning. It told him not necessarily . I just said never mind. So I hope there was no outbreak. She is fine today. I known if wasnt the flu that shop has already came and gone.

2022-04-08I don’t ever leave reviews but my experience at this cookout is terrible. First off employees don’t even let you finish telling them your order before interrupting you. Second as you can see in the picture I got maybe a total of 6 fries. Not only this, they also put everything on my burger when I did not ask for everything and did not give me any cookout sauces when I asked about 3 times. They probably didn’t give me any because they couldn’t hear me asking for it since I just kept being cut off.

2022-02-20Now ion usually leave reviews like thay but this location STAYS actin up. I asked for 3-4 cookout sauces mans gave me 1 and closed the door 😭 I ordered a 2 chicken quesadilla tray with a bacon wrap and hush puppies. Picture below is what I got (3 and a half onion rings? Bruuhhh) Hadda remind homie to give me my shake and cheese bites before I left. Shake came with no mint or chip lmao

2021-12-13Disappointed since I love cookout. Burger patty was half the size it should be, didn’t put cheese or lettuce on it like I ordered, and fries and onion rings were ice cold and soggy. Not sure what’s happening with this location but it’s sad!

2022-06-28Sometimes they are a little slow with service. Food is good but when I order double fries, they short me and give me a single size portion. Also I always order a double patty burger and I have only gotten a double 2 times. The rest of the time Ive paid for a double but got a single patty.

2022-04-27I dont write bad reviews, but good gracious. Were waited in the drive through for around 30 minutes. Ford was great! Service was less than stellar. Hurts me to write this because I do love this place. But yall need to clinic with Chick fil a on service!

2022-04-10Outer drive through line took three times as long as the inside line. Took 38 minutes to get my order and it was wrong and cold. I even corrected her on my order before I handed her my debit card. Lady at the window was incredibly rude. Her and the manager proceeded to talk rudely about me even though I could clearly hear them through the window. She tried to tell me it was because they are short staffed. I get it we’re short staffed at my job too but I don’t walk around treating everyone poorly. Do better.

2022-03-18The WORST experience tonight. i’ve never had a problem with cookout until recently. the workers are so disrespectful and do not care about how they are treating their customers. i went through the drive through with my husband for a milkshake and when we got to the window you could tell they had no respect for the customers. one guy was eating a bag of chips while making our milkshake. they handed us our milkshakes and shut the door without saying a word. my milkshake was wrong so i went and tapped on the window (because it is still closed inside) and they got angry and said to get in the drive through line. i finally got to the window and they ignored me. FINALLY i got my correct milkshake. Manager/ Owner PLEASE ADDRESS THIS! you’re loosing business!

2022-03-12The burger was adequate...fries were decent. Staff were hurrying me along often and there was no one behind me at the drive through...shake was all World though and I noticed a Psalms 128:13 reference...made me woder if the folks that own In n Out Burger-out in Cali-also own this place...similar style menus, type of configuration of meal items etc. Guess I should Google it...

2022-06-07Food is usually good when they get your order right, but its hit or miss if they do. Very annoying that they still havent opened up indoors, drive thru only. They do interrupt you when youre giving your order, and this time when I went, girl opened the door and handed me my food without saying a word or even looking at me. Very rude. Short staffed doesnt give you a right to be rude. Treat your customers with respect and theyll return.

2022-05-04The management needs to have more employees working late at night. I would like to say thanks to the employees who were there last night. With a line of cars to the road, you still managed to get us are food in a timely manner.
