Not only does this company have quality fitness equipment at an affordable price, but their service is outstanding. Jace and Chance have been more than accommodating while Justin and Ryan were able to install and QA our equipment in no time. Absolute professionals, I would strongly recommend these guys!
Great experience purchasing from Revalue Fitness. I ordered several plates and they arrived in good condition. When a question about my order came up Nikki was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She made sure all my questions were answered and that I understood the timeframe for delivery. In short Nikki was awesome.
I ordered dumbbells and a rack from revalue fitness. The ordering process was easy, their customer service always answered calls and kept me in know about my order. There was a delay in my order due to Covid that upset me but upon talking with their customer service reps the issue was resolved with them spending a significant amount of time working towards a good and fair resolution. Absolutely great customer service experience. I plan to make my next fitness equipment purchase from them.
Looking forward to receiving my spin bike! Josh Nelson has been really great. Late last night I sent an email inquiry through the Revalue Fitness website. I expected either a form letter or no reply at all. Josh replied about 10mins later and hooked me up with a better option than what I was originally looking at. If he is representative of this company, and I believe he is, don’t hesitate to do business with them.
Awesome buying experience! Chance’ was very helpful and friendly. She was able to find me exactly what I was looking for and even additional equipment to start my home gym. I was sent pictures and video to ensure I knew what I was buying. Delivery driver Reggie was very friendly and courteous as well. He opted to push the pallet jack across my drive to avoid possible damage from the heavy truck.I couldn’t be more happy.
Chance’ was an excellent customer service rep. What a great experience. If you plan to buy from Revalue Fitness, look at the items online, but call them and order over the phone. You’ll be glad you did. This is they way things used to be. Real people. So glad I called. Will buy from them again.
First time here. Wife canceled a few items due to a long turn around time. Guys worked with me as I was willing to purchase the items if they had extra in stock. Had a few cancelations and they made it happen! Headed home with everything she wanted! Happy wife, happy life! Friendly staff and very welcoming. Will definitely continue to do business with them. In the time of Covid, we all know its very difficult to find weight sets & plates with a reasonable shipping time, never mind at good prices. Revalue Fitness does both! I was finally able to order a quality Troy Olympic weight set and some additional plates. I will definitely look to Revalue for future purchases. In the time of the pandemic it has been much harder to service customers. Whether it is caused by problems bringing in product, an uptick in orders, or getting product shipped out to customers. I understood it would be a longer than normal process. What impressed me about Revalue was that every step along the way they promptly answered my questions, put me in touch with other people within their organization that could help me and kept me updated on the status of my order. The delivery went smoothly and we are loving their product!! I would highly recommend them.
Great company! Equipment itself came in impeccable condition. Delivered the equipment in a timely manner and also helped with everything after delivering. I am a chiropractor and professional powerlifter, so fitness is important to me as is honesty and integrity. I ordered some weights and there was a small issue. I called and spoke to Nikki and she was great at fixing my issue right away. Will order from them and refer to them again.

Jeremiah and his son just delivered the 3D smith machine. I’d give Jeremiah and Revalue 10 stars if I could.The price is amazing. I can guarantee you that you can’t get 3D smith at that price anywhere.Deliver was quick. Jeremiah and his son helped me moving the rack down, and boy, that thing is might heavy. I am a very patient person but when it takes 6 months to have all of your order delivered, it tends to push my limits. I also ordered a stairmill and when it arrived 6 months later it wasnt the one I had ordered. The stairs were rusted where they connected and the only mode that worked was manual mode. It has now completely quit working with less than 6 months of use. Now after several emails trying to get a resolution they just ignore me. Very poor customer service in my book and I am seeking legal routes.
A close family member Im living with purchased a significant amount of gym equipment from Revalue over two months ago. It shouldve arrived within the last week, but weve been informed that it will be at least another 3 weeks. If wed known it would take 38% longer to ship, we wouldnt have ordered from them, which Im sure they knew. Revalue is full of empty promises in order to make the sale they want.
Ordered 2 dumbbells during the Epidemic, so I knew they were scarce and thered be a wait for delivery. Received 1 dumbbell about 7 weeks later, but not the other. I was not a happy customer. I exchanged several emails with Jace at Revalue Fitness, and am still not sure if the second dumbbell ever got sent or if it was lost by UPS. Nevertheless, Jace located a more expensive second dumbbell and promptly sent it my way. It was received within the week. Now I am a more-than-happy Customer!Thank you, Revalue Fitness.
Terrible company. I ordered weight equipment Aug 3rd. I had to routinely call every time to find out where my order was after 5 weeks. They never communicated once to me. The representatives would give me a round about answer like they were about to be shipped any day now. By the 9th week, I canceled my order as the order was STILL never shipped. It’s honestly laughable this company remains in business. They probably hope people forget about their order and keep your money! I don’t care how busy you think your company is - it should NEVER take over 9 weeks to deliver gym equipment that you’re not even manufacturing. And I’m not alone, check their BBB rating!
Like many people my gym trips were affected due to Covid-19. Reluctantly, I decided to make a home gym with very basic equipment. I called and spoke with Chance. I decided to order various weights and bars. She was very patient and helpful in answering my questions. She also didnt try to upsell me or force me to purchase more than I needed. Chance gave me good customer service. If I decide to get more equipment, I will definitely contact Revalue.
I purchased a used Kaiser Indoor Bike from them. Promised delivery following week. The delivery service gave me one half hour notice before they were to arrive. When they arrived driver had no mask. The bike arrived broken and in poor shape. Next day called company and they were to send another bike. Eventually given number of driver who I had difficulty contacting. Took another week and bike was to arrive Friday. Called driver and he then tells me he will be at residence at 10:30 pm. Calls me and says he will arrive next day at 9 am. Never showed so I called and told him when he does I will leave broken bike outside and I was calling Am Express to cancel order. The issue was with the delivery company and not the salesman from Revalue who was attempting to be accommodating.
I purchased weight plates through their website, not realizing there was an extended waiting period for delivery due to COVID-19. When I reached out to cancel my order the Revalue team was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for fitness equipment.
Searching the internet for weight plates to match a set that I currently have wasnt turning up many matches. I came across Revalue Fitness and they had plates that looked like a match. I called them to try and confirm that they were indeed the same kind. Nikki Readdy answered the phone and provided excellent service sending photos with a tape measure on the plates for verification. She took my order and three days later I had my matching plates. Quality product and great customer service. Highly recommend.
After finally talking with them they had their tech Wayne contact me.Wayne did a great job in addressing my concerns communicating to me and arranging for pick up, repair and delivery of repaired cycle.Has been working great and I really appreciate his efforts in fixing it.You can see in my original post below that I was not happy. Apparently they had some people leave the organization and things fell through the cracks.Wayne deserves a 5 star rating...—————————Shipping was slow and the delivery guy dropped it off at like 2 AM and I found it on my steps with no notificationOn top of that the bike petals are slipping and it is making loud noises when you ride it.Called them three times, texted three times sent two emails. Got a return email saying the tech guys were supposed to call me. I replied saying I haven’t heard from them.Three weeks later still nothing.DO Not Buy from this company.
***Update: Delivery arrived on Saturday, as promised and everything smoothly. However, since the equipment is quite old and delivered in several pieces, it was a little confusing to get it set up without any instruction or product information. Nevertheless, I am happy with the product and everything was delivered correctly, so I will update to 3 stars. Better shipping, or at least better communication with the customer could have gotten 5 stars.**Update: a few hours after posting this, I was notified that it would be shipping today. Maybe it is a coincidence, maybe it because I had to leave this review to be taken seriously. I will update again when the equipment arrives.If you want gym equipment fast (or even less than a month), please look elsewhere!!! Please dont waste your time ordering from this company.. gyms will be back open before you get your equipment. Although we are currently in a very bad situation in the US and and this maybe be one of the only companies with gym equipment (allegedly.. i have yet to see it), I would encourage you too look elsewhere. I went out of my way to order more than I wanted to get the free shipping (over $1000) and I was still contacted the next day with a $290 quote for shipping. She then retracted the statement after I questioned her and stated that they would honor that, as a policy change happened shortly AFTER my purchase. However, I still see the free shipping advertised on the site, so it seems to me this was just a ploy to get more money out of me as it was not local and equipment is in high demand. I was told delivery would be in 2-3 weeks, which is not great but its coming from GA to NY so ok thats reasonable. However, after 3 weeks and nothing from them, I inquired and was told that they would be shipping it early the next week. Early next week goes by so I inquire again. Now it wont be shipping until later this week. We are approaching later this week and I am still not confident they will be shipping it, it seems they are just slowly pushing it off to get me off their back now. It has been for weeks now and if they ship it by the end of the week as they say, it will still likely be delivered at least 5 weeks since I ordered. Please dont waste your time ordering from this company.. gyms will be back open before you get your equipment. Also worth noting.. I have had zero contact from them unless I have reached out to them. If youre going to delay a customers shipment, you should at least pick up a phone or send an email. I will update this post again if and when the equipment is shipped and again when it was delivered.
This company is a mess. I ordered weights 6 weeks ago. They told me that the order would be shipping last week. Then last week they told me this week. Today I called and there was a change of plans and it will be next week. I can take an easy guess and next week will come and they still wont have it ready. Crazy part is the items have been in stock this whole time. Supposedly they just cant find a truck to ship it to me in Florida. This is a company in Georgia right above us! Dont waste your time with this company.
Payton was a complete pro. Made the ordering process very calm. Was always there when I had questions. He took care of me up to delivery. Delivery guys were great. We live out in the country and they had no issues. Updated me with ETA and unloaded fast and got everything together and moved where I wanted. And we had several laughs. I will be using Payton and Revalue in the very near future.
Spoke with the owner first then the extremely friendly Chance to put my order in. I’ve called all over the country to try and find a nice weight set at a decent price and got no responses until Revalue. They immediately responded to me reaching out and were very patient with all my questions. I will leave another review once the order comes in but so far very pleased!
COVID-19 is not an excuse to mislead customers. Revalue has a business practice of promoting items as in stock that are not in stock and they may not be staffed appropriately to handle their current volume of orders. Read other recent negative reviews here and also check out complaints on BBB (Better Business Bureau). Chain of events is below for my order which was ordered as in stock but took 11 weeks and 6 days to receive.9/10/2020 – order placed for Olympic Bar Weight Set and extra plates, order total $1046.84 to qualify for free shipping. When I placed the order, I had the online chat person inform me that everything was in stock. I requested an email copy of the transcript of the chat that was not sent/ website had a button to request transcript that did not work. Lesson learned for me is to screen shot future chats.9/11/2020 – I receive email indicating that there would be shipping delay of 4-6 weeks due to COVID.9/13/2020 – I sent an email complaining, one of the owners gave me the option of a refund which I greatly appreciated but I denied due to limited availability at other retailers. The co-owner also informed me that the order would take 4-6 weeks for me to receive which I accepted to proceed.10/30/2020 (week 7) – The product I ordered was received at Revalue Fitness11/13/2020 (week 9) – I was informed that my order would ship between 11/17 & 11/18, it did not ship11/20/2020 (week 10) – I was informed that Revalue is still waiting on a driver.11/25/2020 (week 11) - I filed an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau.11/30/2020 (week 12) - Revalue received BBB complaint and immediately shipped out that day. Product received on 12/2/2020.The positives - I am happy with the quality of the product received for the price. The staff did respond to my inquiries in a professional manner.For Revalue Fitness - you are losing repeat business for future sales and damaging your reputation with this approach of listing as in stock and then taking 12 weeks to deliver. You can simply fix this by telling customers on the front end that the real timing is ~12 weeks because you dont have the product in stock and COVID 19.
Representative Josh Nelson created a wonderful sales experience today. He is very clear and concise as he explained in detail how the ordering logistics delivery system works. Bunch of crooks. My wife ordered weights on July 28th and the charge fully went thought the credit card. They promised 2-3 week shipping. Then 5-6 weeks. It’s currently November 21th with no tracking #on the order. Just an email saying it’s in the truck. Called the truck driver who stated it’s not in the truck. The company has the audacity to charge way back in July and never even give us an update as to where the whereabouts of our order. I’m waiting for my refund. It’s crazy how I have to call them for my money back for they would’ve 1. Kept the money and 2. Never deliver my items.Order #14471.
Cybex 770AT Arc TrainerHighly recommend this place and their affordable prices. If I can give it 10 stars I would! Lets just say I’ve been wanting one of these machines in my home gym for years. I cannot say enough good things about Revalue Fitness! I live in PA, and I am the type of person who doesn’t like buying anything with great value unless I see it in person. I had a gut feeling about this place, so I went with it and I was 100 percent right! I’m SO happy I purchased it! It looks barely used and everything works as expected. They reassured me that they would test the machines out and clean them when they came in and they did all of that. The delivery guy was very nice and helped my dad carry it in through the back. Overall I was so happy I purchased this and have been on the machine everyday ever since I got it. Thank you Revalue Fitness, I will be shopping again with you!
After 29 years of never knowing what quality I was getting from the local gym source, I now rely on Revalue Fitness for all my new and replacement equipment. They delivered promptly. The machine was top quality and gave me better results than a comparable machine at L.A. Fitness. I could not believe the low price. They always pick up the phone. They exemplify Southern Hospitality and charm. I plan to order from them shortly to upgrade a shoddy elliptical I got locally, and to replace my pancake plates with grip plates.
I recently purchased a used Octane XT1 eleptical in excellent condition from Revalue fitness. The entire experience from purchase to delivery was excellent. The cost savings compared to buying a new octane eleptical is phenomenal! I was initially skeptical of what I may be purchasing quality wise,but the sales staff answered all of my questions and sent additional pictures of the equipment until I was confident I was getting a GREAT DEAL! (Thank you Angie and Rafael) Once I made the purchase setting up the delivery was easy and they where flexible with the delivery date and time. The delivery driver Jeremiah and his assistant stayed in communication with me while in route to let me know when my equipment would be arriving. I was impressed with how easily Jeremiah and his assistant where able to get the new equipment into my gym through a tight doorway with little wiggle room. Now I have a new used Commercial grade eleptical in great condition that should last me several years at a quarter of the cost of purchasing brand new! Dont hesitate! I highly recommend Revalue fitness if you are looking to purchase quality equipment and not break the bank.
I just got done placing an order with Revalue. Payton was very professional and very helpful. He assisted me to find other options that better met my needs and saved me money. I’m so happy with my Fettle Ultimate Leg Press . The delivery went well considering the high volume caused by the pandemic. The wait was worth it. The machine is solid. I love the single leg option. I ordered my treadmill few weeks ago. I tried to run on it few times but it kept getting turned off for some reason. Jason from revalue fitness helped with the issue. He was very quick to reply to my emails and ready to answer all my questions. He switch treadmills within just couple of days. I never had a service like that before. Love the customer service, love the store, and love my treadmill!!!
I just placed my order for an Olympic weight set with bumper plates and the process was super easy with Peyton’s assistance!!! The amount of information he needed from me was minimal (didn’t feel like the Spanish Inquisition), he was super personable and made the time it took to place the order fly by, needs to work on his version of a female voice but I can let that slide lol, just overall a great dude that Revalue Fitness should feel grateful to have on their team!!! Now let’s see if the weight set lives up to the same standard as Peyton’s service...
I ordered a treadmill 2 weeks ago. Still no news. After calling, they said they are backlogged and it will take another 2-3 weeks before I can see the parts.If I have to wait for a month after ordering, you better say that in your website. Horrible shipping situation.The story continues. The shipper delivered the treradmill in one piece and left in my garage. After calling revalue fitness multiple times, they have not contacted me back or helped my anyways. I wanted to return the treadmill and it is well within the warranty period. Revalue fitness does not replied me back through email or phone.Be aware before buying it from them. Once the treadmill shipped at your door (after 3-4 weeks of wait time), you wont get any support afterwards. You are on your own here.Update: Revalue fitness contacted me and tried to solve the issue. Even though the problem has not been solved, I am updating the rating to appreciate their effort for reaching out to me. The treadmill is actually working great.
Chance Pullen, Revalue Fitness Equipments salesperson, was a jewel! Chance worked with me to get my 15-year old son a 300 LB barbell set so he could continue his weight training regimen at home. She was very responsive, easy to communicate with and just a PLEASANT person throughout our three conversations to get the sale done. I ordered a Cybex 625T treadmill from Revalue Fitness due to there reasonable prices and free delivery. I made the purchase over the phone with Payton. Payton was friendly and very helpful. I was surprised it only took two weeks after ordering to receive the treadmill, since Covid has slowed getting fitness equipment drastically. The first delivery driver, I cannot remember his name, refused for deliver to the treadmill into the house and just told me what screws to remove and get it into the house. I didnt want to take a chance and hired a treadmill company to do the install. Once the treadmill was inside it did not work. Payton was immediately available by phone and tried to trouble shoot, but the treadmill would not work. Payton said give him two weeks and he would deliver a replacement treadmill. In under the two weeks I had the a replacement treadmill. The delivery driver this time was Seth. Seth disassembled and removed the broken treadmill, then disassembled, brought into my home the new one and then reassembled the new one in place. Seths was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly tested the new treadmill to ensure there were not issues with the replacement. Payton and Seth both deserve recognition for the outstanding help and support. The way both handled replacing the first defective treadmill was above and beyond my expectations. I have already ordered other fitness equipment from Revalue Fitness / Tredder. Thanks again Payton and Seth.
Placing the order was easy. Delivered product was great. Tracking and delivery was terrible. Delivery person told me three times he would make the delivery tomorrow and didnt show. He then contacted me three days later telling me he missed my delivery. He finally delivers and asks me to help him bring the weights in because he needs to stop smoking.
This is my first review that I am ever writing for a company.I am taking time out of my day to inform everyone that i can to NEVER do business with this company!I ordered a 210 pound barbell weight set on 9/11.With the expectation that it would arrive in 4-6 weeks, for which they state when you purchase from them online.6 weeks go by (10/20/20) and I have not heard from the company.I give them a call and they state my shipment wont arrive to their facility until November 3rd.I called on November 3rd to see if my weights have arrived. They said they did not arrive and will arrive on the 7th. They gave me an email address to write to, so i did, and the email address was fake (according to gmail).I then called on 11/7/20 to ask for an update on my order that I should have arrived weeks ago and they stated that they actually had received my weights last week.So they stated it will be on a truck next week.Next week comes and I did not receive any update on where my order was.So I then call on 11/12/20 and asked once again about my order.They stated it will be shipped the next day.The next day comes 11/13/20 ( the day im writing this review), I call, and now they say my weights will be shipped either next tuesday, wednesday, or Thursday (not friday because they dont ship on fridays, although last week they stated they would ship my weights on friday).So for about 3 weeks now, I have been getting the same response- that I will get my weights next week.And please let it be known that they have never contacted me or replied to any of my emails and that it is I who has to get all these updates on an order I should have received a month ago.Also, I only live an hour and a half from their center. So shipping shouldnt be a big problem for them.Although I still have not received my order, I would have happily gave them a hire rating if:1) they did not lie by saying they would have my weights to me in 4-6 weeks. If they were just honest and stated 10-12 weeks, that would have been completely fine.2) If they would give me updates on where my order is, as its already a month late. It is I who is reaching out to them.Please save yourself your money and time and order from a more reliable company.If you decide to work with this company because theyre delivery time is faster than other companies, just be assured that they are lying.I hope my poor experience (and continuing experience) with this company deters others from doing business with them.UPDATE 11.18.20: I called them today (wednesday), and now they stated they just received my order last Friday (11.13.20), and they dont know when it will be shipped (at least theyre finally being honest). The worst company i ever worked with. I will gladly post daily updates.
Just received my Octane 4700. Its nicer than any piece of equipment Ive used in my gym. If it runs as good as it looks I should be happy for years to come. I appreciate all of Jaces work in making this happen. I didnt mind waiting a little longer for my machine considering he went the extra mile for it to arrive in such great condition. Matthew the delivery driver was so helpful in getting it where it needed to be.

So I ordered 45 lbs worth of free Olympic plates ( tens and fives) on Tuesday night at 8:00 PM. My order arrived Saturday afternoon. WOW IM COULDNT BELIEVE IT ... I’ve been trying to buy free weights locally at various fitness stores and they’re always out... this place had personal service ( you speak directly to someone, Jayce, and in this pandemic that type of turnaround is amazing... didn’t expect anywhere near that speed.. products are great and prices were also very good ( especially used weights). I give them 5 stars plus!!!
After visiting other fitness warehouses and not having the greatest experiences in customer service, I took my business elsewhere to Revalue. Each time that I entered the huge warehouse, I was greeted with prompt and friendly customer care. From the employees to the owner, their professionalism, equipment knowledge and willingness to meet the customers needs has earned my business!
Very professional and responsive! I noticed a price increase on the day of my purchase (set of weight plates) and emailed the seller to inquire if I would be eligible for the original price. And was immediately issued a refund for the price difference. Highly recommend and will visit again!
I bought a used Spinning bike through Rafael. This was an excellent experience. The bike was in good condition and well maintained. At no additional cost, the bike was shipped from Georgia to my home in Ohio. This company has great service and well maintained products at a good price.

Revalue Fitness has a plethora of new and slightly used fitness equipment of all kinds...many of the machines and devices I had never seen before. Highly recommend you ask for John C. - he was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and had extreme patience with a 1st time buyer. He even went to discuss a reduced price to find into our budget for a barely used demo Spinning Bike - it works perfectly and looks great, very sturdy and works wonderfully. Finally, Rafael from Shipping contacted me a couple days after purchase and Jay - his delivery person drove through a servere thunderstorm fm ATL to SC to drop off our bike at the front door on the same day. Revalue Fitness is great. We ordered a pre-owned Cybex Machine. Delivery was prompt and the driver helped us move the machine. They also went above and beyond to make sure we were happy without purchase. Would recommend them for anyone looking for quality pre-owned commercial grade gym equipment.
I would like to share my experience with this company. I purchased a treadmill from Revalue and I was a bit apprehensive being they were in another state. Let me say, anyone that needs any fitness equipment these guys are First class 100% all the way. I would love to see companies learn customer service from Revalue Fitness Equipment. Professional and trustworthy all the way. They bent over backwards to help me. Thank you Jason and John for everything, you guys are amazing!
Poor customer service. Placed an order for a water rower in November, reached out to the company to provide shipping information. They kept passing me along to different people or would say they would call back. It is now February. We call almost daily. They finally told us today they dont have them in stock and havent since December. AWESOME.
I had a great experience with Revalue Fitness. After my product was delivered I had some questions about my treadmill. They were very prompt with helping me get answers to my questions and getting my treadmill going. I will be buying from them in the future as I continue to outfit my home gym. I recently made a purchase that I later realized that would not work out well for my home setup. The representative that I spoke with was understanding and helped me cancel the order without any issue. I appreciate their customer service and will definitely look to make future purchases in the future when things work out better.
Made my order, 9/7/20. Saw on the website that deliveries were delayed 6 - 8 weeks so I expected to wait. 10 weeks later, on 11/19/20 received an e-mail Driver #1 had my delivery in transit, and it could take an additional two weeks to deliver. Fine, were making progress. T weeks later, no delivery. Called office 12/3/20 to check in on timeframe. Staff said my weights would be delivered that day or on 12/4/20. No delivery. Received e-mail this morning, 12/5/20, saying Driver #2 had my delivery in transit, and it could take two weeks to deliver.This review isnt about the timeframe, although its been 13 weeks since my order and no delivery, its about the utter confusion in this company. Did Driver #1 actually have my order and just decide not to deliver to Norht Carolina this round? Do office staff even check on timelines when quoting when I can expect my delivery? Do anyone know anything at Revalue fitness? Come on guys, youre running a shitshow here.
Jace and the warehouse staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment he sold us. With gyms being closed down for right now, he understood our situation and he walked us straight to what we needed. He sold us an awesome power rack with all the bells and whistles. He made sure we didn’t forget a bench, barbells, and weights before we left. With weights in high demand, he mentioned that they would be getting a shipment soon and we will definitely be coming back! The guys in the warehouse helped us FILL the bed of the truck and sent us on our way. Great staff and friendly environment.
EDIT:I definitely wanted to edit my review. The owner, Jason, got in touch with me personally. He came across as genuinely apologetic for how my first interaction/ purchase with Revalue Fitness went & wanted to make up for it. He did go out of his way to check his inventory from my previous order to see if there was anything he could do to get me the benches that I was still searching for. I really appreciated that. Not only that, but he had an awesome bench shipped to me a couple days later for an amazing deal. So although my first experience with revalue wasnt great, my second experience with them was awesome. I didnt feel that leaving 5 stars was appropriate based on the first interaction. But I also felt that leaving my review at 1 star wasnt appropriate either after Jason went above & beyond for me. So thats why I gave it 3 stars. I would definitely consider buying from Revalue Fitness again. Thank you!Stay away from this place. I do NOT recommend doing business with them.I ordered 5 benches from them. Angie told me up front to expect delivery to take 2 weeks. After 4 weeks passed and my order hadnt arrived, I called and emailed. I was told they would get it shipped out immediately. Another week passed. Then revalue finally showed up after ordering a month prior. My order was incorrect and incomplete. 1 bench was completely missing from the order. 1 bench I ordered was not the bench i received. 1 bench was switched out (without warning) for another bench that was way more worn than the one pictured. So they only got 2 out of 5 benches correct. No one called before they left telling me my order was incomplete, incorrect and with the old switch a roo. I called and emailed repeatedly. All I got was very indifferent answers with not a single person making it a priority to fix the multiple mistakes with my order. They refused to fill my order. They didnt have the other bench I ordered. No one stepped up. I repeatedly called and emailed for multiple weeks asking for a resolution with only vague non answers as responses. I offered multiple solutions to which they said no. I finally got to the point where I told revalue that I would need a refund for the equipment I did not receive. I then had to call and email for another couple weeks and remind them regularly to send me my refund. My refund was finally issued. It took over 7 weeks from the time I ordered to get my money refunded.This company does not keep the equipment that they have pictures of in stock. Huge red flag. It appears that they are only collecting information from people. Credit cards and addresses and internet traffic etc. I do not think they are a legitimate business.After reading more reviews, It appears Im not the only person that they have done this too. The only thing revalue did correctly was take my money. Everything else was a scam. Bad customer service. At no point in time did anyone from that company step up & make it right. It was only made right by me calling nearly every day, asking for the equipment i paid for or money back.Also, I would take other positive reviews about revalue fitness with a grain of salt. The owner Jace had his mother leave him positive reviews on google to help boost his rating. I can only imagine how many other employees and family members gave fake reviews.RUN. I purchased a rower from revalue fitness and it’s monitor is not working from day one. I called and emailed multiple times. Initially they said a technician will help me over phone but he just sent me a video how to repair it. Even I tried that and it has not worked.I would strongly advice against buying any fitness equipment from them because if it is defective they you have lost your money and especially if out of state you can’t even check it out.Rizwan Kibria
I agree with the previous reviews! We ordered our weights 10 weeks ago and have not gotten any progress or information from the company. I called two weeks ago and they said they were sorting the shipment. And now apparently they are at the warehouse still being sorted two weeks later. If you can’t service people on the East Coast do not pretend that you can. It is poor form and bad business and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I could not be more happy with my purchase of a 95si life fitness stepper. Jace was awesome and communicated with me through the whole process. Even the delivery process was smooth and even the delivery guy texted me and called me with updates. I live in Utah and purchased from this Georgia company and had my skepticism but I’m so glad I went through this company. Will buy from again in the future!
I worked with John Curnutt. I bought several pieces of gym equipment and customer service, delivery and equipment were outstanding. I had one piece of equipment that was slightly damaged and John and his team worked relentlessly to rectify the issue. I would personally purchase from them again and highly recommend them for your fitness needs.

Will place another review after i get my weights.**UPDATE**My weights came in quicker than I thought they would. They are in good condition. Overall I am happy with the whole process. Easy to order. Custumer service let me know what brands were in stock so I could get them as quick as possible. When or if I get strong enough to the point i need more weights, i will buy from them again. Unless i can find them at walmart which is 5 mins from my house. But everybody is sold out as of now. Anyway, great company. Thanks revalue.

Purchased a used Cybex machine. Purchase and delivery were as promised. The issue I have is the equipment received. There was an issue with the incline. However, after speaking with Darrell he came to the rescue and made the situation right as soon as he was made aware. I don’t particularly care for speaking on the telephone; given these times we’re in, however, I felt it best to take the plunge, as it were, and connect with a live human being so as to have some realistic view as to availability/delivery times. Best call I ever made. Spoke with a lady named Chancy, the very soul of grace and kindness. Chancy patiently walked me through roughly one hundred and sixty two exhausting questions, steered me to best/better directions, clearly outlined reasonable expectations and, as a bonus, at least pretended to be amused by my sense of humor, such as it is. Seriously, pleasure to business with these folks, value is obvious, and, if Chancy is any indication, the organization exceeds it by a multiple. Thanks guys, happiest I’ve ever been spending a lot of money.
If I could give 10 stars I would. After running into an issue with a different company concerning flooring for my fitness studio, I called Revalue Fitness and spoke to Angie. Not only did she get me an amazing deal on flooring and sent out the invoice and completed it immediately, but my flooring arrived in NY SO FAST. Angie has no idea what a big help she was. They have a new LIFE LONG customer.
Everyone I had contact with at this company were highly helpful, timely, and professional. The person with whom I had contact with the most, Jace, was extremely helpful and made me feel important and well cared for. Definitely recommend if looking for quality equipment with friendly and professional employees.
I have ordered twice from them and both times the orders were messed up in the system. The first order was delivered on time however they keep calling to tell me order is on the way and I keep telling them I already received the order.Second order I still dont have and it has been over 30 days! Once again my order# on my receipt is not matching what is in the system...very frustrating. At this point I think I am just going to cancel who knows if they can even get a cancellation correct! I probably wont get a refund ever...I am seriously scared about that.
Owner of the gym I train at ordered a leg press more than 3 months ago. The company took the money and promised to fulfill the order within a certain amount of time . That time had passed and still no explanation of why it hasnt arrived. Just the run around. And poor customer service
Made a large purchase through this company for our commercial gym. Everyone that we have dealt with has been friendly. We did have some logistical issues with the order but the owner and sales team jumped in to make things right. We have been treated fairly through the whole process and the equipment we have received is in good condition.
Buying used equipment is always somewhat risky, but Revalue did a great job of making sure they equipment I ordered worked correctly before they sent it to me. Which, it actually wasnt so they ordered a new part for it, put it on, and then sent me the item. Much appreciated.
Promised delivery in 2-3 weeks, didnt arrive. Called and was told it would ship the next day with arrival within 4 days, which would be tomorrow. Just got an email saying it is leaving the warehouse today, with no projected delivery date. Buy from a company who is honest with their customers, not this one.
This company literally misplaced a machine I purchased. I called them a few weeks after purchase and they said they will tag it and ship it. After not hearing anything for another 2 weeks I called again only to find they misplaced 1 of 2 pieces I bought from them. BUYER BEWARE, they cost me time and I passed on the opportunity to buy this hard to find machine elsewhere.
I absolutely recommend ReValue Fitness. When I had a problem with my order the owner contacted me personally and didn’t stop until he made it right and I had the plates I needed!He went beyond the call of duty and had his Service tech personally deliver them to my home.That’s 5 Star service from a 5 star business
To be honest I dont really like their service. Back in March I ordered some 45 lbs plates and one week later they told me it was out of stock. I cant believe it takes them 1 week to response . Most of the store usually take 1 or 2 minutes to respond. Not only that , never got refund.
Save your money, I believe these guys are a scam. At least there online store is. I have 2 orders in now for over 8 weeks with no update and they dont reply to email requests for updates. One of there websites doesnt even exist anymore. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY..

I was thinking about purchasing a $125 indoor cycling bike, and called to see what the estimated shipping costs would be. I was told free shipping on orders over $300, and that if I was only spending $125, my shipping costs would be very expensive, and I should try to purchase $300 worth so I can get free shipping. Instead I decided I will buy a brand new bike for $250, which will still be cheaper than what it wouldve been.

2020-09-07If you are looking for a Full Power Rack for your home gym or commercial gym, look on further! I have been working out for over 20 years, and during that time, I have used a lot of equipment. When the gyms first shut down due to COVID-19, I started looking for equipment like many hardcore gym rats. I purchased the Fettle Fitness Full Rack with Rotating Chinup, a VTX Flat / Incline / Decline Bench, and a 7 Olympic Bar from Revalue Fitness. Along with 600lbs of plates. When I received the equipment, the quality of it was superior! I have used a lot of equipment over the years, and I can honestly say this is quality stuff that is well worth the price. They also deliver and set up the equipment for you! I am thrilled with my purchase, and I recommend Revalue Fitness to anyone looking for used or new gym equipment.

2020-06-01ANOTHER UPDATE: So after I posted my prior UPDATE, Jason called and left me a voicemail and let me know he would like to rectify the situation. I called him back and left several voicemails for him...but he never returned my calls. More of the same lip service it seemed. In the meantime I took the electronic displays apart myself and left them open for a couple of weeks and cleaned them a bit. It seems perhaps it was a humidity issue as they started working again and now work fine. So I am bringing my review back to 4 stars (3.5 if available)...which is more than generous after all the work I have had to do myself after being promised they would be in like new condition. The bikes were a good deal, but I should not have had to do the work I did. It seems their service ends immediately upon delivery, so I would not recommend taking their word for it. The rest of the story can be found below.UPDATE: My review was originally 5-star (you can see it below), but what started out as a good experience did not end up that way. Quick synopsis...I was told the bikes (we bought 2) would be in like new condition and would be fully operational. I was also told the bikes would be in within a couple weeks. It took about 45 days and I was told that was because there was a problem with the university that was delivering them and then was told it was taking longer because they were going over the bikes to make sure everything was working and in good condition. In hindsight, I am guessing they were taking that time to figure out a good story to tell me. Upon delivery, it was clear the bikes were not like new...there were scratches, dings, paint missing in several spots and there were several spots that had rust on them from sweat...there were even dried sweat spots on them...I mean, at least wipe the things down before you bring them to me. Also, 2 of the knobs on the bikes did not operate properly (they did send me replacement knobs to put on myself), and there were no batteries in one of the bikes to operate the displays (we had to put the batteries in ourselves, which is more complicated than it sounds, along with the help of the delivery driver). Once we got the bikes out, we also noticed neither of the consoles would accept input when pushing the buttons. Again, this is not fully operational. So clearly, these bikes werent gone over with a fine tooth comb as we were promised. Within a few weeks, one of the displays began to work so I told them I only needed one. Jason (the owner) assured me he would make it right even if he had to purchase a used one...which was fine with me...I just wanted one that works properly. Over the next few months (over 4 months), I have gotten the run around from Jason (the owner) and several other employees coming to a crescendo today when they told me they would not be replacing the display because it was $272 to purchase from Lifecycle. This is not really my problem...I was told fully operational and clearly...when you cant use the display the bike is not fully operational. Now I have a bike that we have to guess calories, miles ridden, cadence, etc because we cant use it. They have offered to refund money and pick the bikes up but we just want the bikes operational. If they pick them up, we are just back to square one of looking for bikes. I am changing to 2 stars instead of 1 because I feel like if it werent for the run around process Ive been run through and if the display was working, the bikes would be a decent deal for what we paid. Ill change my review if they follow through on their promises.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was looking for a couple of spin bikes for my home for the wife and I. I spoke with John on the phone, he was very informative, had good knowledge of the products and he made good suggestions based on our needs. He was very patient, professional and friendly. We ended up purchasing 2 LIfecycle GX models based on his suggestion. Waiting on delivery now, I will update review on the bikes and delivery once they arrive.

2020-10-27My first experience with revalue fitness was great. They have great equipment, I ordered four large stations (smith bench, leg ext., leg flex., and sit down squat) and was very pleased with all. They kept their word at every turn on delivery dates, no exaggerations and no baloney. Josh Nelson, my salesman, was fantastic to work with. He even tested personally which pieces would best suit my needs. Great company.

2020-05-05We cannot say enough about how amazing Revalue Fitness was! Just a little over a week and we received our products, during a time when getting your hands on fitness equipment is beyond difficult! The delivery driver was amazing! I know our shipment was smaller than the average shipment, but I felt treated like I was a gym ordering an entire set of gym equipment the entire time, which says a lot about their exceptional customer service!

2020-12-10I contacted revalue Fitness a little over a month ago to purchase several pieces of equipment for my new gym. Let me start by saying that the sales man josh that was helping me with this order is the kind of guy you hope answers the phone when you make a call. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to find the things I was looking for in the warehouse and send me pictures. He always returned my calls in a timely manner and was able to get things done quickly. When all the equipment was delivered two days ago even the truck driver was a great guy, I wish I could remember his name. In closing this was a great experience from start to finish. The equipment i received was in excellent condition. You cant go wrong with this company.

2020-05-18Im very pleased with the spin back I bought from Revalue Fitness. My entire experience was pleasant starting with placing my order with Jonathan and then arranging shipping and finalizing the order with Rafael. They were both professional, helpful and pleasant. I love my bike!! Its sturdy and in excellent shape. So glad to have this during these trying times. The spin sessions help relieve tension and keep me balanced. I highly recommend this company!

2020-03-15Nikki and the staff at Revalue Fitness were fantastic to work with! First, they had a great deal on the equipment I needed, better prices than any competitor I could find. Second, when there was a discrepancy with shipping costs they handled everything exceptionally. On top of all that, everything arrived 6 days after I ordered it. The delivery coordination and communication was handled very well between Nikki and the shipping carrier. The customer service experience that I observed will keep me coming back to Revalue for any future fitness equipment needs.
