Ive been living at Revival on Main for two months now and I love it! Before I moved here in January, my home was burglarized. It was the worst feeling ever and I did not feel safe. Since moving to Revival Ive felt more safe than ever. Not only is the community secured but there is a police station right across the street! The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are great. Im looking forward to calling this home for a long time to come!
I have lived in Revival On Main for nearly 2 years and I love it. The staff are friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew is amazing. I live on the main street side and yes the trains in traffic are noisy but I’ve become very fond of that noise. I love the floorplan and the layout of the apartment. The amenities like the clubroom and the pool are great. It is really nice to be able to walk to multiple restaurants and not have to worry about parking and traffic. The parking garage and elevators were a major factor in my decision to move here. I have met many great people living here. It’s a great place to call home for families and singles of all ages! Keep up the good work Revival On Main!
Selling a house and looking for a solid property to move to with dogs was a bit overwhelming. Andrea absolutely made my move in experience a great one. The high level of communication was much appreciated!!So far I love the property! Beautiful finishes, well appointed! Very crisp and clean. I LOVE the amenities; a huge selling point for me was the gym and the yoga room. I have been a longtime resident in Kennesaw and I didnt want to leave the area! I am so excited I got to stay in the Main Street area. This property is within walking distance to basically everything.YES the rent has been called high but its a new property, the amenities are what I would actually use, the ongoing events are a great way to meet the neighbors and network, and the level of service has been fantastic. Other properties in the area are 20+ years old with questionable upgrades and antiquated amenities for comparable cost. As far as deposits go, the fees are absolutely reasonable. I feel pretty good about my choice to join this community!
I moved in during COVID. The situation was very well handled. The gym was closed for a while and when it was opened again they were very good about it. With times, and eased people into cleaning their machines after use. Their are restaurants and shops close by, I makes grabbing food easy and we can walk to the restaurants close by.
I have been meaning to write a review for quite some time because the wonderful ladies who manage this apartment complex deserves so much praise!I have so many great things I could share, Im not sure where to start, so I will just start from the beginning. I have the tendency to write in great detail, but I will make my best effort to share what matters most, rather than write a dissertation. 😆😉I was a new resident to Kennesaw, so I wasnt familiar with the apartment complexes in the area. Having come from what I considered to be the BEST community I had ever lived in since moving to Atlanta, and the LAST apartment complex I would ever live in (in the Smyrna/Vinings area), I made careful considerations about the next place I would call home. Unfortunately, due to my circumstances at the time, I had to move into another apartment complex (temporarily).I discovered this gem 💎in an area I didnt think I would be too fond of. At first glance it didnt seem to be fitting to my lifestyle. I happen to be a city girl and this community was in a country town. The few apartments I found were decent, but I wasnt completely satisfied with my options, so when I received a follow-up call from the staff at Revival on Main, after submitting my application online and based on reviews, I decided to stop by and check it out.I was SOLD immediately! From the moment I walked into the lobby, met the staff, toured the community and apartment home options and got a better understanding of what the area included, I was SO happy I had given it a chance. Brooklyn ~ Leasing Specialist, Andrea ~ Assistant Property Manager and Cheryl ~ Property Manager and their maintenance crew are absolutely AMAZING, and the community truly is modern living with Southern Charm and Hospitality! 🤩It would be too much to describe the specifics of everything they did for me, so I will just summarize it by saying, they went above and beyond to make me feel warmly welcomed, given special treatment, they were attentive to all of my needs, they were compassionate and really accommodating, and everyone was professional, knowledgeable, timely and meticulous about their attention to detail. Everything they did was with a smile and all of my interactions with them were friendly. 🤗Not to mention they are reasonably priced, considering the amenities, features and benefits of living in Downtown, Kennesaw, and the proximity of the community is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, freeways, etc. Its also a safe neighborhood, with a nearby police station, which makes it ideal for walking any time of the day. 👍🏽😀To bring this review to a close, I will just say, I very much appreciate the experience I had in the short duration of time I called the Revival on Main Home. It was truly a blessing that I found this gem nestled in such a vibrant area. If you are looking for your next place to call home, I would HIGHLY recommend this community. You wont be disappointed! 😊THANK YOU Ladies for ALL you do! Sending good vibes your way! Best wishes! 🙏🏽💖
I love living at Revival on Main!I have been here in the community for over two years now!It goes without saying that my living experience here is the most rewarding time that I have had living in an apartment complex. The staff is most efficient to accommodating me and all my needs including all appliances in my unit. Also, I have a pet dog named apple who i call little girl who keeps me company and loves her long walks around the community and her treats from the office!I find the front end staff very enjoyable to be with and most importantly to see their smiling faces every time i come to the office area!Looking forward to signing my lease.
I lived at Revival for four years and loved it! The staff are awesome and anytime I needed maintenance it was taken care of immediately! The amenities are great and lots of seasonal events within walking distance. Awesome experience and I highly recommend this community! Thank you Revival for an awesome home experience!!
I have lived at revival for about 2 weeks now and have had a great experience thus far. The apartments look great, the amenities are well taken care of, and the staff has been very accommodating in helping me get established in the area. The community care team they have on site seems to be a great resource. Since I have moved in the parking gate has always worked, the doors/locks function properly, and neighbors have been just fine. The apartments are a little more expensive than what is in the area but you also get a lot more from the area as a whole. So far I have had a great experience and look forward to the events/festivals held in town.
My husband and I just moved out of the apartment complex after a year of living here. We loved it! The front office staff is very friendly and helpful! We had lots of community events that we loved attending! The only complaint we had is that we lived in the back while they were doing construction on Watts Road and they would be out there from 6am sometimes until 9pm. We ended up buying ear plugs lol This is nothing that could be controlled by Revival though! Just make sure construction isnt going around! I would highly recommend this complex to anyone! Loved it was also close to downtown with all the festivals and restaurants! And the maintenance staff is amazing! They would come in and fix things sometimes the same day I put the order in! We are sad to be leaving!!!
The approval process was a breeze. The property manager Brooklyn literally want me through the entire process, start to finish. She was even kind enough to squeeze me in when I was late for the initial walkthrough.. I couldnt ask for better service/support. Facility is beautiful as well. Looking forward to my new place.
Revival on Main is the most beautiful place to call home. It is right in the middle of everything you could desire. The community is so clean and we have a maintenance team that we would lose our marbles without. Thanks Steve & Luis! Give or take some train whistles I would not want to give any other community my vote. 5-stars for everything the office staff does to make the residents happy and 5-stars to the residents for being AWESOME. Main Street living is a lifestyle and I approve this message.
Ive been a resident at Revival on Main for almost three years now and can say Ive enjoyed every bit of it. The amenities are top notch, the apartments are superb and the staff is super helpful should an issue ever arise. Also, the neighborhood is great and is only getting better with the recent addition of Bernies and the new bakery that is opening this summer in the ground level retail space. I look forward to spending another year here.
Very poor experience and way over priced for the quality. First of all my daughter had a basement unit and continually experienced noise issues with the person living above us and despite numerous complaint it was not appropriately addressed. My bigger issue was their deceptive practices on the 60 day notice..let me explain we intentionally selected Revival because we needed a 4 month lease as opposed to a one year lease. We knew this would likely double the price but because we had a committed living situation in January we wanted a 4 month lease and do not want to have to be stuck with a sub lease. When I signed the lease and reviewed with the representative the details of the lease, I pointed out to her that we were leaving in 4 months as I had discussed on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS and would gave her a notice to vacate now. I signed the notice to vacate and she indicated she would pass it on to my daughter to sign in her paper work the next day in her packet but she forgot to do so when she moved in the next day.So fast forward 30 days prior to moving out they claimed they did not have my daughters signature on the notice to vacate even though I had given notice as the guaranteor Also when they discovered their error their representative told us it should not be a problem and it was only after we vacated we were charged $1,800. Very deceptive and quite frankly the agent was dishonest in how she represented the original discussion when we signed the lease and than communicating that the mixup should not problem. I offered to negotiate new meet them half way but they refused. I encourage all future tenants to be very careful and in general the property is way over priced for what it offers.
Revival on Main is a great place. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The amenities are great that include a pool, gym, and activities area. Andrea and Ida are awesome in the leasing office. They made the leasing experience painless and helped me in many ways. They are personable, helpful, always pleasant, and they never forget who you are. I highly recommend Revival.
I work for a local corporate housing company in Atlanta, and we have several apartments with Revival on Main. From the get go, they have been nothing but helpful. Great prices, in a great area.Cheryl and Andrea have always been very responsive and easy to get a hold of, which is not always something that can be said about community managers!I definitely recommend them, and hope to do a lot more business with them in the future!10 out of 5 stars!
I moved in with my family in the summer and so far its been a great experience living here. I like that theres a parking deck so I dont have to get in my car in the rain as well as the elevator so I dont have to climb the stairs to get to our apartment. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating so thats a breath of fresh air from leasing agents/maintenance crews that dont care about their residents. We moved from a house with a yard so our two bigger dogs have had to get used to being around new animals and smells but it hasnt been too difficult. I would highly recommend Revival on Main to anyone that asks.
Greetings, I’ve been a resident at the Revival on Main for two years now. The staff is impeccable! Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Inside and outside areas are always clean, maintenance requests are always completed the next day, and the tenants who live here always greet you with a friendly smile. Amazing place to live. See you after you move in!
Just moved in on Thursday and cannot be more please. The leasing office is amazing - all four ladies. However, I mostly worked with Ida and Andrea, they went above and beyond to help us with a smooth transition from a house to an apartment after downsizing. Steve and Rico, the maintenance crew are exceptional as well. Have not had a chance to use the facilities as of yet but the grounds are maintained to high standards
Fantastic leasing and move-in experience! Have been here for a week and already love it. By far the best complex in the area...and Ive looked everywhere. Incredibly clean and well-maintained complex. Beautiful apartments that are very quiet; have not heard anyone around me yet. Killer area with so much to do and see around downtown. Andrea made the move-in process very easy - so make sure to find her if you are considering Revival on Main. Only regret is that I had not moved here sooner!
I moved in last spring and the entire staff made me feel like I was part of the family. It was nice to come home and everyone knew me by name. The apartment was beautiful and clean. The few small maintenance issues were completed with 24 hours. The location cant be beat, downtown Kennesaw has so much to offer, food trucks, farmers market, train museum, shops and lots of great family events throughout the year. I highly recommend the Revival!!
We had simplified our life from a large house to the apartment. We have been in the apartment for 2 months now and cannot be more pleased. It is so relaxing at Revival on Main and the staff is unbelievable. Cheryl, Andrea, and Ida are quick to answer questions and always have a smile to great you. The maintenance crew, Steve, Rico, and Janita go above and beyond. Service requests are handle very quickly and resolved. I would highly recommend moving here you wont regret it.
I have lived at Revival On Main for a little over a month and I have never been so happy living anywhere! Andrea Elder was so helpful every step of my journey getting here and the rest of the staff has been wonderful also! A big shout out to Steve the maintenance supervisor for quickly attending to a chirping smoke detector as well as helping me by delivering ordered furniture straight into my apartment!
I recently completed my one year lease term and extended for another year. I REALLY enjoy living in the complex and the area. I feel VERY safe living here and enjoy walking across the street to the local eateries and bars. I do with they would do more to fill the retail space on Main Street. Highly recommend you dont live on the Dumpster/Cemetery side of the building. But that is commonsense, YOUR trash stinks. Yes, there is a train track across the street, so yes, expect to hear the train 24/7, I enjoy the horn and am use to it. The fire alarm issues has greatly improved, cant remember the last time I heard it. The front office staff and maintenance staff are spot on. Many people live here so you have to expect resident issues from time to time . . . its multi-family. The three hour parking limits within the complex are crazy BUT thats the city of Kennesaw. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend living here.
Oh my gosh! Totally love living here! My wife and two daughters are absolutely thrilled to have everything we need within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully equipped and the community amenities are 5 star quality. In fact, we often call Revival our hotel! The staff from the front office to maintenance are amazing! We plan on staying here for sometime.
Lived here for almost a year, and I absolutely LOVED the apartment. The reason for the 3-star rating is one thing: BUGS. For the entirety of my stay, my unit was full of them-roaches, spiders, fleas/gnats, and others I didn’t recognize. Despite frequent pest control, changing of the weather stripping and even visits to the apartment by management, the issue was never resolved. Ultimately I surmised that the bugs were getting in through the bedroom window, so I placed about 10 glue traps in the window sill and on the floor beneath. The traps were full of bugs! But nothing was ever done about the window. I never slept well because I was always looking for bugs. Terrible!
I’ve lived here since January of this year and my overall experience had been nothing but pleasant. The leasing staff is amazing and the maintenance team responds very quick to issues. Best apartment complex I’ve lived in since moving to Georgia in 2009. I dropped my car keys down the elevator shaft and they were recovered the next day. I’d definitely recommend Revival on Main to anyone looking for a home in the Kennesaw area.
I love living at Revival on Main. I moved in October 2015 and have been living here for almost 3 years. I recently got engaged, so my fiancé and I will be moving to a house soon, but out of the 14 years that I have been an apartment dweller, Revival has been my favorite by far. The ONLY REASON it is getting 4 stars is because of the price. It is a small town of Kennesaw and the prices of the apartments are close to that of living in downtown Atlanta. We can afford a good size mortgage for the price of some of the units....BUT, Other than that, the staff are amazing, the apartments are close to all the action for the festivals on Main Street. We love being able to walk out and immediately be part of the action. Cheryl, Andrea, Denie, and Ida are all awesome front office staff. They all know me by name and they take care of you. We have an awesome CARES team that runs events each month and really bring the community together. The amazing clubroom was large enough to host my engagement party so that saved us a bunch of money in being able to utilize that space. So much so, that we decided to host our post wedding brunch there too. The pool is very hip and its a salt water pool, and the gym has more equipment that any other apartment gym Ive been to. I am a crossfitter, so lots of weights and equipment is a plus for me. My fiancé and I love that there are 3 grills available for use and definitely utilize them a lot during the spring/summer.I think this place gets mixed reviews because there have been multiple owners and in the beginning there were new building issues such as fire alarms going off and some other issues, but in the last 2 years when all of the dust settled and the new owners took over, it has been very pleasant and a great community. We love our Revival community.
I lived at Revival for a little over a year while I was having a house built.Revival is not an apartment complex: it is an apartment community. There is a big difference. When I moved in, Revival had a different owner. Although the first owner seemed a bit hands off, I did not have any problems with it.After I had been there about four months, the first owner sold to the current owner.I absolutely love the current Revival team! They are very proactive. They genuinely want every resident to have a great experience, and they go out of their way to ensure we do. They have regular mixers and fun events: trivia, breakfasts, dinners, games, parties, and so on. I had surgery about 3/4 of the way into my stay: they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with package deliveries and so on while I was down.I also cannot say enough good things about the maintenance team. If I ask to have something fixed (e.g., light bulbs replaced, a fan cleaned) I generally tell them it is no rush. In spite of that, the work is invariably done before I get home from work. The apartments themselves are fine: well-designed, well-constructed, and well-appointed. The parking garage is large and very convenient. My house is now complete and I am moving in a few days. I have mixed feelings. I will genuinely miss Revival. If I ever return to Kennesaw, I would be happy to move back in.
I Recently moved in this past week, and I’m really enjoying it! The location, the unit itself, as well as the buildings are incredible. Andrea and Brooklyn made finding my new home incredibly fast, and easy! They were there every step of the way to help make sure all my questions were answered, despite having to do everything over the phone. I look forward to my time here!
Ive been living at Revival on Main for about two years now, in three different unit styles (Two Bedroom, Three Bedroom, and now One Bedroom), and all of them have been spectacular to live in. Maintenance requests are finished extremely quickly, trash is picked up Monday through Friday by simply placing your can outside your door, and theres even fiber internet available. This is to say nothing of the leasing office, who have been extremely helpful in every interaction Ive had with them, I honestly dont think Ive been anywhere with such courteous residents and staff! The only negative, if you can really call it that, is the close proximity to the train tracks, and the noise is hardly distracting. Even if youre facing the tracks (like I am in my current unit) your windows and doors will do a great job of keeping the sound from being overwhelming. I highly recommend considering Revival on Main both if youre a student or looking for a more permanent residence.
From the location to the amenities to the management staff to our beautiful apartment, we are loving Revival! We moved here in January and have been more than satisfied. Our dog loves it more than anyone, though... He thinks this is HIS building! Great complex for those wanting high-end in a great location.
My fiancé and I have lived here since September 2016 and have loved every minute of our experience with the management staff, property, and surrounding area. We have never heard fire alarms as others have stated (maybe they were having issues when the property was first built but not as far as we know now). The apartments are beautiful inside and neighbors have been nothing short of nice and respectful towards us. The grounds are always clean and the staff here on property are always sooo helpful and friendly. Residents are always notified of events happening and given weekly updates. We honestly have nothing bad to say about our experience so far. We are just hoping some businesses will move into the store fronts that Revival offers on Main St. to help Kennesaw continue to grow. My fiancé said this is the best apartment management/property he has ever lived at and we definitely hope to renew our lease when the time comes. Thanks so much Revival!
The clubhouse is decorated super cute and the pool is great. Every time Ive been to either areas its well kept and neat & clean. The staff in the office is nice and they keep everyone up to date on community events and they show their support, which i really like. I also like the convenience of the complex to nearby restaurants.
I’ve lived at Revival on Main in downtown Kennesaw for almost a year now. I love living downtown where I easily walk across the street and have a gourmet dinner or a delicious burger! The staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any request. I’ve really enjoyed entertaining my friends in my very modern finished apartment or in the outside grilling area by the pool.
Not worth the prices for the facility/location. Updated facility, nice leasing staff, but overall not my favorite place to live. The walls are EXTREMELY THIN. Several times I had the pleasure of hearing my neighbors argue in the hallway. Any type of noise outside radiates through the building including the train nearby.Don’t expect good service inside the building at all. I had to stay on WiFi calling my entire time here due to having 0 bars 80% of the time. It’s expensive for a 1 bedroom apt on top of upping prices for the next lease term.EDIT: The leasing agents are a lovely group of people and very prompt in fixing issues and sending maintenance groups in. It does make up for some of the issues I’ve had with the complex. Today is my last day and it’s a little bittersweet from the experiences I’ve had with the people here. Andrea was the best person to have my first leasing experience with. Nothing but kindness and so sweet to my dog!
I haven’t been here very long but I so happy with my decision to move here. The management is extremely helpful and kind. They are very quick to answer questions and if there is any issues they resolve in a timely manner. The apartment itself sits close to the train tracks so you will hear some noise every so often but I like it. It gives you a small town vide but in a luxury apartment. Most of the residents are quiet and respectful. You don’t have to worry about smoking or anything silly like that due to their strict policies and enforcement of those policies.Overall I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else right now in my life. 10/10.
I have loved living at Revival on Main in down town Kennesaw. The apartments are new and the complex itself is always clean. If i have had a maintenance request, they always tend to it in a timely manor. The staff at the office is quick to reply and helpful. I will miss this apartment complex.
Revival on Main is fantastic! First, the apartments have modern floor layouts that effectively use the floorspace. The kitchen has nice granite countertops and stainless fridge. Washer and dryer are included and stored in a closet away from living space. The facility is clean and well kept including the gym and pool. I love the club room which is awesome for entertaining friends, and includes a billiards table, shuffle table, and TVs with cable throughout. Neighbors are nice and the staff is awesome and really go the extra mile! There are some new businesses that are opening up on mainstreet and I look forward to going there in walking distance. Truly a great place and location in Kennesaw!
Initially moved here for my wifes work and I was hesitant since it was farther from my job (Atlanta), and sacrificed space for upgraded amenities, but I have honestly grown to love this place more and more.Ive lived in a few complexes and this has been by far the best. Had a few problems at the beginning; any current resident will tell you about the great Fire Alarm plague in early 2018 when the alarm would go off randomly at all hours constantly. There was also an electric issue where some of our bulbs would burn out quickly and have to be replaced monthly. Why am I sharing this info if I like the place so much? Because theyve fixed everything that has ever been an issue, which is important.Pros:- Has a great sense of community, always has events and (more importantly) free food several times a month- Staff is awesome and friendly (which is a rarity in the apartment game)- Maintenance is always prompt- Amazing location, which is honestly what Ill miss the most. Has everything you could want within 5 miles, and since its right in the heart of downtown Kennesaw there are plenty of restaraunts/fast food within walking distance. And a sick skate park (Swift Cantrell) down the street for my gnar bros out there.- Safe, quiet, + Parking deck. Lived here 2 years and have never seen a car break in.- Fitness Center is top notch and 24/7. Has everything you could need, plus a couple of TVs, with cable, and remotes. The pools nice and big. Didnt want to blind my neighbors with my paleness so I never really used it :)Cons:- Near train tracks. This might not be a con for some, but there is a train track across the street from the complex. The trains arent too frequent but depending on which side of the building you live on, youll usually always hear them pass. Like a lot of other people, I was annoyed with it at first but grew to really enjoy the sound. I dont know...theres just something comforting about it.I usually dont write reviews but since Im currently looking at other apartments I know how important these can be. Wouldnt move if I didnt have to!
It is my pleasure to express my satisfaction with living at Revival on Main. The staff is the best, and I have never had a situation that wasnt addressed and fixed within the shortest period of time.I have to begin with Ida, she is one of the sweetest young ladies that I have ever met and very competent in her job. Next I would like to express my satisfaction with Andrea, she is well-versed in her position and is just as knowledgeable as Ida. Next, without falling short, would have to be Denie, who is also one of the most complete and knowledgeable people here at Revival. But everything starts from the top, and that means Cheryl. She is the one that directs the other 3 in their jobs and is very satisfied in their performances.Steve, the maintenance supervisor, is probably able to work at any other location of this type with no questions asked. He is one of the most versed individuals I know. Whether it be plumbing, electrical, drywall, or any other form, he can fix it, along with his partner Rico.In conclusion, I would personally like to once again thank the staff for the great job that they all do here at Revival on Main.
Revival on Main is an ok establishment, that being said the amount that you pay for an ok establishment is not okay, for instance (i know this cannot be fixed, but i believe it should be taken into more consideration when determining the rent cost, and I also wish that I would have been warned about this) Revival on Main is in a very poorly placed environment at the moment, there is construction right outside and it has woken me up every weekday and even some weekends between 6-8 AM almost every time, and it continues on until sometimes 5-6 in the afternoon. Not too mention they schedule leaf blowers to come out as well which wakes me up every time they are there (around 6-7 am). Also Revival on Main is very close to railroad tracks so be prepared to be woken up around 3 am every other night, it runs probably 2-3 time each night. I know that they cannot fix these problems, but paying close to 2,000 dollars for sleepless nights and sleepless mornings is ridiculous in my opinion. Also you live right next to a police department, which is not as fun or safe as it sounds. Furthermore, I have also been woken up by several fire alarms, which they can control, Id say it happens about three times a month (sometimes more sometimes less), and its not due to an actual fire...ever. These fire alarms have the most piercing sound, and I wouldnt be surprised if no one evacuated the building during an actual fire because everyone has learned just to ignore them. Another thing is that the power goes out very often in this area, and it does not get fixed fast at all, it is awful. While maintenance is great and friendly, they are not provided the supplies they need. For instance, in 1-2 months we had to contact maintenance 5 or 6 times because our lights kept going out, we found out that it was because they were only provided with cheap light bulbs. I blame the owners for this, how are you taking in 1200-1900 dollars per apartment and are not able to provide decent lighting? We have also dealt with poor downstairs neighbors, we had the cops called on us because one of us ran across the apartment (twice maybe three times) at 11 p.m. I understand that we should not have ran across the apartment at 11 p.m. but sometimes things happen, but we had never done it before now, despite this when the cop arrived he said that this wasnt the first time we had done this and treated us like children because we are in our 20s. He was very cold and rude. Our neighbors or the complex have never personally contacted us, and told us that we walked too loud, if they had we would have stopped, we were unaware we were loud. I spend my nights tiptoeing around my apartment and having an anxiety attack if I accidentally drop something after 10 p.m. It is frustrating to have to deal with cops, instead of just having a polite conversation face to face, in all the people in the complex can be stuck up. The fee to own animals is extremely high (300 dollar initial fee + 15 a month or so). Another thing is that there is a maximum of three hours parking on the outside of the building, so if youre entertaining guest you have to go down stairs and manually let them in with a clicker. We have gotten two 60 dollar tickets for being literally 6 and 11 minutes late to move our car. During holidays there isnt anywhere to park because the guest parking is in the parking garage. The doors dont shut properly, you cannot have lights on your porch, there are a few other little things that are aggravating. That all being said Im giving this three stars because while the ownership is poor, the staff is delightful, honestly some of the nicest people I have met. They are always happy to help, the maintenance is nice, and there is couple who always host events and they are so nice. They try to include everyone and are just so kind and welcoming. Honestly, without the staff being so amazing I would give this place 1-2 stars, but the staff makes everything as comfortable as possible. 5/5 stars for the staff!! I wanted post anonymously because I have not moved out yet.
We recently leased an apartment at Revival on Amazon and are very happy with our decision! Andrea made the leasing process fun and easy and we love the convenience of living so close to local restaurants. Our two pugs are super happy and are enjoying the walks in the neighborhood
I’m sad to say this after living here for 5 years. But it’s been a steady decline in quality of living here. Hallways in need of painting, walls in need of repair in public spaces. Weeds out of control (At least now during COVID), but hard to imagine we don’t have the ability to attend to the beautification of this place I’ve called home. Amenities have been closed for COVID but even when they were open, we had gym equipment that was often times broken. TV’s that don’t work, etc. It’s a shame. I would not have posted this if I didn’t get an email from Revival asking me for my experience... so here I am... the front of the building on the street wreaks of dog urine... it’s not what it used to be. And has declined with each passing year.
I will not be renewing my lease because management is unconscious of the impact on our lives of the fire alarms going off atleast twice a month at all times of night. There are many problems with the amenities around the property to name a few the parking lot gates stay open for hours, the automatic doors are frequently being worked on and the hallways are unkept and dirty. The rent they demand is equivalent to well run, high end apartment complexs, but the services and management involvement is well below standards. When I ask management about my concerns there only answer is well we unfortunately cant do anything about it. Failure to change and listen to your residents is going to cause an empty apartment building.
STAY AWAY, This place is the worst place I have EVER lived, To be as new as it is its a shame that its in the shape that it is, If you live on the side by the cemetery close to the dumpster is smells all summer long, You cant go on you balcony when its hot outside for the flies & smell, Repair, Upkeep isnt done and the rules are not followed or enforced, They seem to never to be able to correct the fire alarm issues last fall (2016) so it seems they just turned it off by the looks of the letters posted by the Fire marshal in June 2017, JUST BAD OVERALL
We used this apartment complex for corporate housing. We worked with Haley Brown who is PHENOMENAL!! She made the entire process so quick and easy. Got everything set up and done in a week. She responded back to my messages within 30 mins every single time I reached out. I had so many questions and she basically held my hand the entire process and was so patient with me. Very professional highly recommend this company!
The automatically locking doors around the complex are not working like they should. Fire alarms go off unexpectedly during all hours of the night. Now, we cant enjoy the pool because they are constantly having to empty - refill - empty - refill because of glass. Love my apartment, but will not resign. Too much money for mediocre amenities that we arent even able to use right now.
Great place....but I came for facilities and the fitness and common areas haven’t been opened. People finally spoke loudly and the pool opened. Please open fitness area at a minimum. Gyms are open and people who use also gyms responsible and clean equipment when done. Thanks
Do your self a favor and stay away from this place. I fear for my wife’s safety when I am away on business and there have been multiple times people pound on the door for no reason or even try using a key. We have neighbors who are most likely drug dealers and have visitors coming and going at all hours of the day and night, we refer to this resident as “ol hotdog neck.” We have noticed packages being tossed from balconies to individuals waiting below. The management company cannot keep residents in this place even with free rent. None of the retail space has ever had any type of retail in it which is quite a shame considering that was one of the reason we moved here. The gates and security doors work intermittently at best and when they don’t they end up broken. Why do the doors end up broken? Because when the system fails or the power goes out you can’t get in or out so residents are forced to break out! While this place is very disappointing the ladies at the front office have always been nice and helpful as possible. I would hate to be in the position and only be able to respond with “sorry there is nothing we can do.”
No longer satisfied and have had to complain about this and that numerous times. Many of us are asking when our amenities are going to be re-opened and havent gotten a definitive answer for 3 months now. Every gym and restaurant is open in the county, so are we paying our rent and not receiving all components of what were paying for? Whos pocketing the difference?
Im only putting 3 stars because that seems average and Ive never been here, but I would just like to put a comment out there to management. I am moving down to Georgia at the end of the year and the most important thing to me is the customer reviews. You really ought to take the complaints seriously because bad comments deter me, and others Im sure, from investing in your complex.

2022-07-05I have lived at Revival for over 2 years now, and I have not had a community like this anywhere else. First off, the staff are great and you can tell they love what they do. Brooklyn (property manager), Adrianna, and Tommy are super helpful and are always warm and friendly. They also love my sweet furbaby, Cosmo, which is always a plus. I also absolutely adore Mr. Steve (maintenance). He is always super responsive and gets things DONE! Even the sanitary technician (I don’t know his name :( ) is fantastic, friendly, and does his job well. While I’ve been here, I’ve met some of my closest friends and I have neighbors I can go to if I need to borrow an egg or a cup of sugar! Everyone actually participates in and enjoys the events and we are honestly just one big family.

2022-06-21Revival on Main was my home for 3.5 years. My only reason for leaving was a new job in Tennessee. The people, the staff and the neighborhood were amazing. Thank you for being more than an apartment…you were like family.

They are always super helpful and just the nicest ever. The amenities are great and the building is always having fun get togethers . It’s safe, clean, and worth every penny.

2019-06-24I work at Dental Excellence of Kennesaw! We serve many people who live in the Revival. You have a wonderful complex and an even better group of people who live there. Our practice enjoys being able to provide wonderful care and service to the Kennesaw area.

2018-05-10I love it here! The apartments and amenities are absolutely beautiful - I fell in love at first sight! Having so much within walking distance is a huge plus as well. There are always community or city events to go to, and the train and parks give a great small town feel, while just being 20 minutes from Atlanta!Everyone in the office has lived in apartment before and I think that plays a huge factor in us wanting to give residents the same customer service and care that we would want from our own apartment community. Wilkinson is a wonderful management company and the family dynamic we share in the company definitely spills over to our residents. Everyone is always coming through the office just to say hi and chat - it really is like a big family here!
