Brian and Ricky helped us with the purchase of our 2022 Traverse on 12/12/21. They were easy to work with and helped locate the vehicle we desired. However, we did not receive it until 02/17/22, more than 2 months from time of purchase in full. This was due to trucking and other matters out of their hands which we understand. However, communication was poor on their part. I had to initiate all the texts and phone calls to check status. And often it took multiple texts and calls to get an update. We were offered nothing in return for our troubles of having to wait for over 2 months to receive the car. We’re happy with the car but for future customers please over communicate with the customers, especially if they’ve bought something in full without immediately having the vehicle.
I was in the market for a car for my son. The staff at Rick Hendricks made this a very easy process. The sales person, Brandon Robinson, went to Newnan and got the car we were looking to purchase. The car had to stay at the dealership for a couple of days before we surprised my son with the car. He made sure the car was cleaned and ready to go once we were ready to pick the car up. Thank you for taking care of my family and making our experience great. I will definitely recommend Brandon and Rick Hendrick Chevrolet.Renaldo Robinson was the finance manger when we decided to buy the car. Renaldo explained all of our options and made the finance process very very easy. I think the whole finance process took about 30 minutes, if that long. It was really cool to have the paperwork electronic and the ability to sign on his desk. We left with a flash drive with everything we signed. I recommend Renaldo and his knowledge and patience at Rick Hendricks.
Top Notch. Upon initially purchasing the vehicle brand new in 2019 to my latest service repair, the dealership has listened to any concerns and went above and beyond on more than one occasion. I applaud the Sales Mgr at the time of purchase for tirelessly hunting down the exact specs I wanted after a minor mix up. Service Dept has also been excellent! Service Director is a strong leader and took additional time to ensure my confidence and trust with the Dealership. Service Rep. Justin was on point with communication and updates. Great Team!
Went to look for a car and the salesman Jerome assisted me. Very honest, transparent and outrageously helpful. I told him my budget up front and he DID everything he could to meet that for me. Actually listened to me and showed me a car that checked off all my wants. I ended up no longer in need of a car , but although I didn’t make a purchase from him I will be referring anyone I know. Overall good experience at this dealership - honest, helpful, assertive, attentive and they will go the extra mile. Ask for Jerome!!!
I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone hesitant about buying. Patrick (Finance Manager) and Jerome Wilson (Salesman) will go to all lengths to make sure you are happy as a buyer. Brian Henry and Jamel Dennis were excellent reps. My husband was hesitant about a Cadillac purchase. We visited other dealerships and didn’t find the quality that you offered. I recently bought a car there last year and I had one of thee best experiences I’ve ever had while looking at and purchasing cars. The sales rep that helped me, Justin Annis was amazing! He took so much time to help me with my different options and didn’t come off as impatient or pushy like most salesmen do. I am definitely sending anyone that I know to shop with Justin. Rest of the staff was friendly as well. Great place if you’re looking for quality customer service and a good car

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Atlanta has great employees. My daughter told me to go to Rick Hendrick and the first person that greet you, will be the one you need to conduct business with. I ran into Delano Ball. This guy right here was phenomenal. He went over and beyond looking for a vehicle that my daughter wants. He searched up and down for my daughter a vehicle. We didnt find anything that day but he said he will continue to look. He follows-up with me at least once a week to let me know he is still looking. This is the first time I ever experience anything like this, especially with looking for the right vehicle for my daughter. Great dealership and salesman.
Brought my car in for an oil change & tires rotation. Asked Justin Lester in service if while Im here, if could check on my back sunroof door latch, it wasnt catching to close. I had been advised that they may couldnt get to it today. Justin made it happen to where I was able to get it fixed while I waited. Plus he kept me updated on the status of my car. I feel Justin is someone I can trust with advice on my car.I dont feel hell sell me something I dont need! That goes a long way with me, especially being a female.Thanks Justin, youre the best!!
The service department is awesome! My check engine light came on and they were able to see me in two days (great timing since everyone else has appointments weeks out). My car needed a few things done and I was able to get it back the same day. I will update later with my representative name who was fantastic! I will only use this location for now on, even though it’s a long ride for me.
I called to get my car serviced and was amazed at the excellent customer service and overall care I was given by Jonah. I had anxieties about bringing my car in and he made everything so easy for me and got me set up for the proper maintenance needed for my vehicle! Definitely a five star experience from this passionate young man. I will be coming back and referring this dealership and Jonah to anyone in need! I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had at a dealership in a very long time. I was looking for a 3500 dually which are almost impossible to find right now and Matt was extremely helpful, found me a great truck and was willing to help me out with the price and my trade in even though he didnt need to with demand being what it is now a days. When its time to trade for another truck I will definitely be coming back to see Matt first
Went to the dealership and met with the salesman Matt Dupree. He let me test drive a Jeep SRT they had in inventory. The one I drove wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, but Matt found another one in the Hendrick inventory across the US. We came to a deal and it was transported out to this dealer within a few days and I made the purchase as the Jeep was perfect. Purchase was smooth and fast. They gave a good price on my trade in as well. Second time dealing with a Hendrick dealership and they are great.
Jerome Wilson set me up with the car I needed without hassle! 10/10 recommended you going to see him. His customer service is excellent, and he will definitely do everything in his power to try and get you the car you want with the price range you set. I definitely recommend people go see him!
My husband and I came here to look at a vehicle we saw online. We first noticed the vehicle’s miles were off by 1k (at the same rate). We test drove it and decided to buy. The finance guy said that they were going to take the vehicle to be cleaned and oil changed. Great! A day after purchasing the vehicle, my husband noticed the oil was at 80% (the 20% was probably used during the 1k miles that was missing). My child notice how the vehicle was not properly cleaned. The cup holders were filthy (among other areas). My husband called and was told by the salesman he would let the sales manager know. He got no call back. Days later, he called back and spoke to the sales manager (David) who had little concern about what was told. He made excuses as to why the oil wouldn’t be changed and did not offer to have the vehicle properly cleaned. I’ve purchased vehicles from other dealerships and I can say this was by far the worst experience. Don’t waste your time here.

This Chevy is one of the best. My husbands alternator went out and the car cut off on him just as he pulled into their lot. They took the car to service without him having an appointment. He was able to wait comfortably in the building while I drove to get him. No pressure to buy or trade-in while he waited. The car was ready next day! Definitely will return for service here.
I brought my car in for service due to the check engine light. I was greeted by Justin Lester who was kind and helpful. He informed me of what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost. The customer service was excellent at this location. I had visited the Buford service center which is closer to my home and the person I spoke to was not helpful at all. He immediately turned me away. Thank you Justin for your excellent customer service!
Having to buy a car is not always the easiest thing to do, however Brandon Robinson and Cedric made this a pleasant, purchase. My car was scheduled to come in 2 weeks after the sale they made sure I got to work no questioned ask. My family has purchased 5 cars from this location this was hands down the best experience. Stay away from this dealer. Bought a used car from here with their safety inspection and less than 20 miles of driving after purchase the engine light came on. Took the car back to see if theyd make it right and all the did was try to sell a car 2x our original purchase. 1. If I wanted to spend that much I would have. 2. All I asked for was to look at it and tell us what the problem was. Basically told me if I wanted a safe and reliable car I needed to spend a minimum of 20k. More importantly they were dismissive and informed me that their safety inspection only looked at brakes and a few minor other things - basically... can they get away with driving it on the road or not. Dont waste your time here, save your money and go private party. We went to a dealer thinking wed be better protected and have less to worry about it but its a lie. They dont care, wont help and at the end of the day unethical.
I had a great experience here. I’m looking to purchase a vehicle and got some help from Jerome Wilson. He took his time to help me find a vehicle that suits me, and didn’t give me the same spiel that salespeople are notorious for. When I’m ready to purchase a vehicle, I will definitely be coming back to work with Mr. Wilson.
The process to see the cars took a little time as they had to bring one by one from the back but the service at Rick Hendrick was excellent. Raquel, our sales person was attentive and friendly and she got us the car we wanted. It is also a plus that they have a kids space so our toddler was entertained and we could focus on the business. I recommend them!
Courtney Torres was amazing, I had the absolute pleasure to be assisted by what I believe to be probably one of the best sales people Ive ever encountered. She was knowledgeable, professional, and had my best interest at hand. I especially liked the fact that I wasnt pressured and that she took her time to show me the inventory near and far. Bought a car last week from Jerome Wilson. He listened to everything we wanted, and worked hard to get us where we wanted to be price wise. He stayed late to close our deal and even drove over an hour the next day to deliver us our car. He was super easy to contact and made this process so smooth!
Eddie Cano was very helpful. He introduced me to a great car which I would never have thought of. I ended up going with that car instead of the car I originally planned to purchase. And we are super happy with the new car. The whole process does take a couple of hours but Im glad we covered all our basis.

Financing was also quick & easy and instead of a binder of crazy dot matrix printer pages a mile long, you get a electronic records on a thumb drive. No more figuring out how to scan that stuff in! Very handy.
Fernando and Colton where easy to deal with. Very understanding of what I was looking to accomplish and patient while I made up my mind. Once I had agreed to the deal it was a very quick process getting through finance and out the door. Got the right vehicle at a price that was satisfactory to me. Was one of the better car buying experiences I’ve had.
My sweet ride stalled, so I had it towed to RH. I received a call from Auto Tech Justin, he was super nice and responsive. I was kept up to speed on everything. I knew it was going to be an expensive repair, and it was, but I got what I paid for. My car drives like a dream again.

When I tell you this place is amazing. I finally got the car of my dreams. Everyone from front desk to sales is very friendly proffesional and polite. I have had an amazing experience on yesterday i purchase an 2019 traverse. My whole process was great my sales person was Phil he was patient with us he was he explained everything to make sure we understood what was going on to top it off James in the finance department was amazing as well. This my second time purchasing a vehicle there I always go there to purchase more vehicles. They make you comfortable as possible. So if you ever in the market to get a car go see Phil to get you in the vehicle you want.
I just got a 2019 Honda Civic Si from them, Jerome was my salesman and listened to my concerns and what I wanted, he stayed on top of everything through the entire process, and was able to get me the exact car that I really wanted, he did an amazing job and accomplished things that I thought would not be possible with my bankruptcy, but he still got it done. We worked with Delano Ball on the purchase of our brand new 2022 Chevrolet Traverse LT. Delano was so great with us and kept in touch with us to let us know the ETA. Delano is very professional and very personable. He had a good bit of the paperwork done before we got there so we did not wait long at all. Respectful and knowledgeable: these 2 words describe the kind folks we worked with at this location. Janice Curry is the hardest working sales associate I have ever seen. Nevertheless, we could tell that she really wanted to accommodate us- and boy-oh-boy, she really did! We are so excited about our new truck!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I scheduled a test drive and was assured 3 different times that the vehicle I was looking for was on the lot ready for a test drive. When I got to Rick Hendrick, I was taken to 3 different vehicles (none of which were the ones I asked to see). Following that, I provided the exact VIN # for the car I was looking for. After 15 minutes of waiting, I was brought 3 pieces of paper (none of which were the truck I came to see). When I asked about the VIN # I had provided, I was told that vehicle had sold a few days before I got there (even though I was assured by 3 people that it was there ready for a test drive, prior to coming to the dealership). After I told the associate that I was not interested in those, they attempted to sell me a Dodge Ram, a Ford Raptor, and a GMC Yukon. I took the word of a few of the associates, and ended up wasting an afternoon having to continually turn down alternate vehicles.
Wait time was great. In and out in less than an hour. Unfortunately, they did not top off fluids during oil change as expected. I also asked service rep I worked with if they top off fluids and they told me yes. Windshield wiper fluid was still empty and other fluids do not look like they were touched.
You looking for honest sales person contact Courtney. We lived 21/2 hours away so a lot of this was done by phone. She helps us and did exactly what she said. There were no games It was refreshing. Thank you Courtney for being honest and representing Rick Hendricks Chevrolet so well.
Regarding the Comment from owner below - the so-called direct line is just the dealerships phone number. When I called, I tried to connect to the customer care team, but I just got bounced around the dealership until I got someones voicemail because there is no customer care team. Lowering to 1 star for that additional unpleasant experience.I was preparing to buy a 2016 Traverse, and the only option the used car dealer gave me for an inspection was to take it to a Chevy dealership, so I made an appointment for last Tuesday (6/7).First, I want to say that Justin, my service advisor, was fine. I dont have any complaints about him.However, the service I received was disappointing, especially considering the cost of $340 for a pre-purchase inspection (my mechanic charges $110, for comparison). Justin explained what the mechanic found - dry rot on all 4 tires, moisture inside the taillight, and brakes marked as red (needing replaced) in the front and rear. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle, and over the weekend went to my usual mechanic to get tires and brakes. They confirmed the dry rot, so I got new tires.After inspection, they told me my front brakes were at 30% - getting close to needing replaced - and the rears have 60-70% life left. I was surprised to hear that, happy that I didnt have to pay for brakes but disappointed that the results of my overpriced inspection at Chevy were incorrect. They went ahead and checked my fluids and found that the oil cap had been left off by your mechanic, another disappointment. Finally, I ordered myself a new cabin air filter because the car has a bit of an off smell, and when I went to replace it, the filter (that was supposedly checked at Chevy and marked as green) was filthy.There were some small touches that could have been improved as well, like the mechanic left all the buckles in the car buckled, left the protective paper and plastic in the front seat, the car was off in a parking lot instead of pulled up, etc. These are minor compared to the issues I had with the actual service though.Overall I was not satisfied with the service I paid for, and I feel I should be partially refunded.And for fairness, some good points - the waiting area was nice and clean, and I appreciated the separated desk space for my laptop. It didnt take too long to complete the service (but that may have been at the detriment of the quality of service).I tried reaching out to the service manager directly via email before posting any reviews or responding to any surveys, to give them a chance to respond to my concerns, but I did not get a response.
Justin Lester has partnered with us on multiple occasions to handle various service issues related to our 2013 suburban. The service he provides is consistently exceptional. He is humble, honest, kind and professional. He does a good job communicating with us about the work to be done, the cost and updating on us on the completion time. My husband and I joked that we’d consider buying another suburban purely because we found someone experienced (30ish years in the business) we can trust for any/all of our maintenance issues. Kudos to Justin, and therefore Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, for outstanding customer service.
This place is TRASH!!! I noticed a really nice truck that this place had online with a good price. Called and spoke with Brian, I was insured that the vehicle was there. Once I arrived after driving 2.5 hours, only to be told that the truck was sold a few days prior by another salesman. So I asked to speak with Brian about this issue. Needless to say Brian didn’t want to speak. Don’t waste your time here.Instead go to Jim Ellis Chevrolet on 5900 Peachtree Blvd. This place is honest, reliable and will treat you right.
The representative Rick was absolutely awful. I have been coming to Rick Hendrick for over 5 years to the same location. I have been waited on by most of the people there. I came in on a Saturday with an hesitation issue with my vehicle. Rick informed me that you don’t do that on weekends. He made an appointment for Tuesday. I cam in he informed me that his transmission people was my there. He was never well informed. When I went to get my vehicle he did not include my military discount when I looked at the invoice it was not there. He lied about it. He said he can redo the invoice but he did not want to do it. He further said he would do it this time. I repeated his words, this time, I laughed. He told me never to come back to him again. I told him not to worry. I tol him if Rick Hendrick needed this money that bad I relieved him of the burden to change the invoice. I paid the full amount. I have been in customer service for over 30 years. This gentleman is a poor representative of Rick Hendrick Chevrolet.

I bought a new Tahoe. Blake and Keith were great to deal with. They were also very straight with me about the time frame and were careful not to overpromise on my order in these challenging times. The truck came in and was exactly what we ordered. If you are in the market for a new Chevy ride, they are the ones to go see.
Came into this location for a new(er) car. I bought my previous car from here, so I figured I’d check them out again. Raquel was the salesperson that helped me and she was very patient and did her best to work with me to find the vehicle I wanted with the payments I wanted. Everyone that assisted with the sale was great and made the process stress free.
Just finished the purchase of a 2023 Corvette from Rick Hendrick Duluth. Miguel Guerrero was my salesperson. I put the initial deposit down in July 2021 and Miguel spelled out the process. Its been a long journey with delays due to supply chain shortages and even a tornado hitting the Bowling Green plant, but Miguel was always responsive to my monthly status checks and kept me up to date every step of the way. Miguel and the dealership did exactly what they said they would do and completing the purchase was the most hassle-free car purchase Ive ever had.
This by far has been the single worst car purchase i have ever experienced in my life! I dont know where to begin.........1. The salesman Troy was the only positive thing I could mention about this place.2. The dealership drew me in with an offer of a $100 gift card if i let them appraise my car, a month later and i still havent seen that gift card.3. After spending most of my day at the dealership i finally found a car that i like and accepted their trade in offer for my car. My monthly car note went up over $200+ a month. Which was not the amount i was told it would go up. That i blame myself for.4. Not having strong credit they then tell me i need a co-signer, so my wife agrees to co-sign for me.5. Without telling us, They put the registration in my wifes name, so when i try and get the tag for the car i thought i brought, im denied my tag because the car is only in my wifes name.6. I almost forgot that the finance employee (Renaldo Robinson) who needed my wife to come out and sign her portion of the paperwork, threatens to have my temporary tag suspended if we dont get back to the dealership when he wanted us to. At a time when i couldnt make it back out there due to medical conditions.7. Not even a week after driving the car the (Engine Maintenance required) light comes on. Keep in mind that this is a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE. That was checked out by the dealerships mechanics.8. I called the dealership several times to get some clarity on this entire mess, but always get put on a long hold. And no one ever returned my calls.9. Last but not least, the finance company calls my home to go over the terms of the car that i brought, and ask to speak to my wife because the car is in her name. Also, they asked if we put down a $500 down payment, that we never put down!10. My wife finally makes it out to the dealership, but was having a hard time accessing her pay stub, so the finance managers boss then tells us hes going to keep the car until we can get the bill and or bank statement. And well have to find our own way home with our three little kids. We live over an hour and a half away from the dealership. We ask them what we are to do, and they respond.....sorry but we cant help you. Thankfully my wife was able to access her information needed to complete the process.I end this with this....excuse any grammatical errors. Please save yourself the headache, the pain and suffering .......DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!

I am very unimpressed with my interaction with Rick Hendrick. I was working with a sales person wanting to purchase a new truck and trade my current truck. For my trade I had sent pictures and vin, the sales person asked for payoff. I did not find it necessary to give pay off because what I owe on my truck has nothing to do with what they are willing to pay me. I explained that and they refused to give me a trade value without my payoff. I ended it there. With my experience they conducted themselves very unprofessional. At this time I don’t have plans to use Rick Hendrick Chevrolet again.Update!I was contacted by Bruce from Rick Hendrick about my google review. He wanted to apologize for what happened and what store it was from and who. After giving him the information he felt he had done his part and asked for me to remove my review. He didn’t try to connect me with anybody until it was prompted from myself. When asked to remove my review I said I’m interested in a specific vehicle and if connected with somebody and my questions are answered I will remove it or change. The sales manager was supposed to contact me. I did not receive any phone calls, voicemails, texts, or emails. My review stands and I will not be giving this dealership another chance.

Matthew Dupree is who I went through to get my new car. Which happened to be my first “big girl” purchase. He made it super easy, and he was reliable. Out of all the questions I had (which was a lot) he answered all of them very thoroughly. I highly recommend Matt. I finally have my dream car, and I could not be happier! This will be the second time I’ve (we’ve) had an issue when dealing with the maintenance dept. My wife brought in her car for oil change and tires. We we told the tire has a puncture and can be repaired and the cost was $39.99 which was fine. The tech advised my wife he would check the other tire(s) and place air if need be. I’m on the road and my wife calls and states she’s caught a flat just after she leaves the dealership and they’re closed now. So my wife had to change the tire which she was told was fine and now no one is contacting her back about the situation. Same issue I had before, thumbs down
I came in wanting to trade in my car. We were able to find me a car but I really didn’t like it and Fania Marte went above and beyond for me to get me the car that I wanted all they way down to getting me the payments I wanted. I went in today to just look at prices and I meet Eddie. Very nice salesman, he was patient and honest. I appreciated that most of all; I didn’t leave with what I wanted but I feel everyone should ask for Eddie no pushy salesman trying to make a sale he was humble even when I knew I wouldn’t bend on what I wanted. If I ever buy another new car it be from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet!! First of all, I live in another state and the fact that my salesperson, Fletcher (who is now a manager) got me the car I wanted (all black Chevy Impala LTZ), color and everything, all I had to do was show up and pick it up and thank him for everything that he did. However the story doesnt stop there, lol.... The following year, we bought another new car (All White Chevy Impala Premier), and this time, Fletcher was a manager, so Raquel helped us out, but Fletcher was there to make sure we were still satisfied customers, which we were!! This started back in 2016, so 6 years later, I still rave about my service and Fletcher.Ive also gotten the 16 Impala serviced here as well, and they are just as great as the Salespeople, they are super quick and precise, and they are very thorough with their checks on the cars and when they describe whats going on and what was fixed, I can honestly say that the team as a whole is nothing short of amazing, they will always get my business for new Chevys.
Please do not even think about going to this dealership. Worst experience of my life. I found a Chevy 3500 LT on their website, called and confirmed truck was on lot. I also received an email with an appointment to test drive it. When I arrived for my apt, they told me the truck was in Detroit,Mi This is totally unacceptable. I also went right next door to their Honda dealership as they had a similar truck on the lot. I just could not allow myself to give Rick Hendrick my money. I hate that, Ive been a fan of his my whole life.Stay Away!
I have been taking my vehicle to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, Duluth for some years now for service. I am very particular with my car, and admittedly hard to please. However, I am ALWAYS highly satisfied by the service that I receive at Duluth Chevy. The service department is run by people who actually care, and is a well oiled machine, where my vehicle is always diagnosed accurately and repaired to my satisfaction. Also, thanks to my chosen service advisor, Jonah Toncz I receive prompt and courteous communication on the status of my car every step of the way. Also, thank you Paul Bedenbaugh and Mary Poole as the service managers… I’m thankful to have somewhere that can help me keep my high mileage car in tip top condition and dependable! These folks have earned a loyal customer for life, as I am particular enough that I have been disappointed many times before I began visiting Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, Duluth. Highly recommend!

Our family recently made the decision to purchase a larger truck to pull a fifth wheel. Jerome and Cameron were amazing at listening to and finding the perfect fit for our need! They worked around our crazy weekend schedule of our boys’ birthday party and Father’s Day to make sure we could be where we needed to when we needed to. My husband noted that the paperwork process was streamlined and painless. We’ve bought a vehicle or two with our kids in tow, and this is the first time they haven’t been bored out of their minds! Location: This is my second vehicle purchased from this location and it did not disappoint me. We went in for another sales representative who was unavailable but Frania helped me without hesitation.Customer service: is every potential buyers dream. She is patient when it comes to indecisive buyers Me and lets the customers lead the way. I loved that she was able to lead me into the right direction when she felt that I was not going to make a decision by asking clarifying questions. At no point was she pushy or made me feel that I was wasting her time.Price Negotiation: I was able to negotiate my trade-in amount, on a suv that we had for less than a year.

I’m redoing my recent review on this dealership. They sold me a car that wasn’t ready to be sold because it needed service done and it would be ready the next day. So that’s the lie that they told me to my face. The next day they tell me that because of the finance company that made the deal….they don’t release the car until payment is received. Then to make matters worse Patrick Bradley the financial manager hung up the phone on me. While telling me I’ll refund you back your money and that’s all I have to say!! My sales person DC Curvey is ghosting me. So unfair especially since I needed their services because of a bankruptcy discharge. So unprofessional to lie that way. So I say be careful of them if you so choose to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Now I’m waiting!!!!

Incredible service experience! Ric and Mark took immediate care of my lingering audio/electric issue with a smile! Where other dealerships I had taken my Tahoe to had misdiagnosed the problem, Mark took the time to listen to the details of my problem and had it resolved in no time. IT MADE MY ENTIRE DAY since I have been driving around for months frustrated that I couldnt get someone to take the time to help me out..... and these guys fixed it quickly and professionally. I normally have great experience but last visit was ok, I asked to have my tires rotated and provided the wheel lock. My appointment was at 8 am for a brake change. I tow with my truck and was told my back brakes were at 50%. I opted to have the back brakes done and tires rotated, (I even asked to make sure they were.) Its now near 12 pm and was notified my truck was ready. The tires were not rotated. I just wish the service staff would be more attentive to completion of the work requested. That is all. I didnt have time to go back and have them rotate them as it was my birthday and had other many appts to attend.
Miguel and Justin accommodated my brother and I’s c8 deliveries and order process. Both were friendly, kind, quick and professional. We decided to pick our cars up and drive them back to SWFL as a fun little trip instead of shipping our cars and I even received a call from them to ensure we made it home safely and making sure we were happy with our purchases. Communication after the sale is rare in todays world, but these guys nailed it. Any GM vehicle I purchase in the future will be through Hendrick. 12/10!!

I had made an appointment for brake service on Saturday, I had to come back Monday because the manager wasn’t in due to the fact that my brakes wasn’t covered under warranty & I just recently bought the car two weeks ago. I came back Monday to have the brakes and rotors put on just for them to tell me that they didn’t have the rotors in stock 5 hrs later. I wasted a whole day for nothing mind you I live an 1 half away, So I have to come back a third time whenever they have to part in stock. Great
I have to give this dealership 5 stars for everything they do for me. I have been working with Jerome Wilson to find a Tahoe that I am comfortable buying and he is doing the greatest job staying in touch with me through the whole process. Even with the inventory shortage he is still being very open and transparent. I wish I had a salesman like him for all my past purchases.
This dealership is as unprofessional as it gets. Not only will their salesman reach out to female customers that is in no way business related. They will also get tickets in your car while it’s in their possession on traffic cameras, with no notification, only to find out once the ticket comes in the mail. On top of all that they will call an out of town customer to let them know the chip they’ve been waiting for has arrived and schedule a day for you to drive two and half hours to drop off your car. Then when said customer arrives they check once again with the dealership that they do in fact have the chip before they leave to receive an answer of yes. Only to receive a call from the dealership when you have almost returned home on your two and a half hour drive that they don’t actually have the chip and that you need to turn back around and come pick up your car that same day. If you enjoy being lied to, harassed by salesman, and receiving tickets in the mail then this is the dealership for you.

Was specifically advised that my credit would not be run before I drove 1 hr and 30 minutes to get there. When I get there I AGAIN advised I did not want my credit run as I was informed my credit app was already on file and they would not need to run my credit again. I get a credit monitoring notification on my phone showing they have ran my credit with SEVERAL credit agencies. Keep in mind I did not sign anything authorizing them to run my credit. This is totally against the law and I will be reporting them! Beware!
I was looking at a 2022 Trial Boss online that they had listed at $52,715.00, so I got really excited about because it was in my price range. That evening I went to look at the truck.... It had a $64,00.00 price tag on it.... Online fake prices are to get you in the door. This is frustrating because they wasted my time. What if I came up there and spent 3 hours with a sale member and then told him I think Im going to by a Ford?** Online prices are False***
Coming in I didn’t really know too much of what direction I was going in terms of getting a new vehicle. Down to the point of whether or not I wanted a new or used car. In all honestly it’s because I normally get a bad feeling from car sales people. But their associate Jerome Wilson completely changed my mind. He was clear and direct when presenting all of his information. And what’s more importantly I felt that he really cared and I could trust him with everything he was saying!!!
Showed up for an appointment and was told they had 2 vehicles in stock that I was looking for. Drove an hour to look and buy a car, and I show up and they aren’t here. Said they are being built, basically lied to me and took up 2 hours of my day to get me in the door. Zero respect for the customer. Shady as it gets. Then wanted me to wait an hour to speak with a manager to express my irritation for the lack of care of my time
Absolutely worse experience, I came to yall with a trade in. Renaldo processed trade in, I take new car home , 30 days later my loan was rejected , so I had to bring back the new car and pick up my original vehicle. When I signed the paper work I had to pay a $500.00 deposit. Since contract was rejected or loan wasn’t procced correctly by the finance officer, i am due my refund, also when I picked up my original car the dealer ship had put over 4,000 miles on my original car . Bs . The most shadiest place I’ve ever been too.
Came to Rick Hendrick Chevy with my husband, to see if we could possibly trade our car in for something else with more space we were looking for. But before doing so we did inquiries online and talked to Matthew Deprees, we came in that same day (3-26-22) and after going back in forth in test driving vehicles, and when we thought we would be leaving with no new car, Matt and his colleagues found something for us, ran numbers, and sure enough finally made a deal. He is super patient, and Rick Hendrick workers literally are so great in general. they definitely try to get you in that one vehicle, they take the time to run numbers, don’t treat you any different whether your scores are low or high, like other dealerships i’ve been to. I highly recommend Matthew Duprees as your consultant!
I came into Rick Hendrick Chevrolet expecting 100% satisfaction with regards to an unexpected issue dealing with my Chevy Silverado. Unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. My truck is under warranty and I expected to be in a rental within a couple of hours to be able to go about my day with my family considering my truck needed to be serviced. Instead, my husband, 3 year old son, and I ( Im currently 7 months pregnant ) dealt with an immense amount of UNPROFESSIONALISM. Specifically from a couple of workers- Mary Poole, who is suppose to be the directing manager in the service area but REFUSED to speak with us, Phillip Armstrong, who was the assistant manager but refused to help us get reimbursement for our rental car, and Blake Palmer, a worker we werent even in conversation with that decided to make a sly comment and told us to just buy another car. Keep in mind, the truck we brought in was less than 9 months old and we put down 30k cash for this 2020 Chevy Silverado with 14k miles on it. ( BRAND NEW ). Ultimately, we got infuriated after sitting there for 5 HOURS, without any assistance. Then we were told we have to walk to the nearest enterprise to get a rental since there werent any available on the lot. Refused to bring a car to us, refused to help us in ANY way, refused to be simply professional and respectful. I have contacted Rick Hendrick Corporate Office with emails, calls, and left voicemails. I will be contacting the GM, Tafi Jaji , and I will be locating the HR for this specific dealership. We will never be buying a car from this location or ANY Rick Hendrick dealership in our future, nor will we recommend anyone to purchase from this company. I want to give a simple thank you to Don Peterson, in the service dept. , for doing everything in his power under this incredibly unprofessional and rude management team. Think twice about buying from Rick Hendrick if you are considering. They will be GLAD to help you get the car off the lot, but the moment you need assistance with your vehicle even while its under warranty they give you the least assistance possible.
I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Renaldo Robinson in Finance who helped me on something that I have been trying to resolve for a few years. I dont know why it took so long previously and why others couldnt resolve it but Renaldo was diligent, professional and resolved my issue in a timely manner. Such a smooth trip to Chevrolet, came to see a vehicle and was helped by Raquel (really awesome) and Caiyou (super great at keeping the conversation going) showed me some options and then were able to pull the vehicle I was interested in from their dodge dealership. Both Phil and Edinson were a big help in getting everything together to come in and go into finance. Definitely a awesome team.
Ms Tameaka Bennett is the one to see! Not only was she a pleasure to be around, she truely cared about what I wanted. When I came in, I honestly wasnt expecting anything. I had a 2 door and was thinking of upgrading to a 4 door. Suburban is the car Company has to have one for business. Trans fail , GM common issue. Part arrival timeline keeps delaying~ no shuttle no loaner even $10 Uber coverage. Understand car is limited now, I asked if someone can drop me back to Suwannee and got denied ~ People here are very nice and friendly, but working process and service quality needs accuracy and detail. (USA style lol) Spent $5000 on the trans and I walked to Honda dealer take the odyssey shuttle back to my work~
Jerome Wilson is a great salesmans. Hes very cool, helpful and kind. I absolutely loved doing business with him and Sedrick. They are AMAZING. Ask for them if you ever want to purchase a vehicle from this particular location. Also, Kerry in the service department was very very helpful. When in for alignment it took literally all day. Never had to wait that long. Came in at 930a.m. i left at 330pm. Still didnt have ready had to come pick up following day. Lost of my day here. They told me two hours that was a lie. Came back told me another 2 hours that was a lie i asked about vehicle told be done 30 mins that was also a lie.
AC diagnosis you told me $185.00I dropped my car you charge me $509.00 without any reason the Ac problems are common problems why why you charged unexpected more money your repeat customer I have very concerned about it. My AC blow air motor and resistance I changed new parts two weeks ago before diagnosis.After diagnosis the mechanics told me the AC blow air motor’s doesn’t work for that find the problem charged that much money really unfear payment. I recently contacted Rick Hendrick Chevrolet regarding the purchase of a Trailblazer. I specifically asked sales advisor Justin Annis if the dealer was charging over MSRP for vehicles, whether through a market adjustment, dealer markup, special pricing, protection package or something similar. He assured me the dealer was not marking up prices. After driving 30 minutes to the dealer, I was surprised to see $5,800 of markups above MSRP. Justin seemed confused as to why this would have upset me. I suggest being careful to confirm pricing, potentially through a photo of the sticker before driving to the dealer to look at a vehicle.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by DeMarcus Copeland. I explained I was looking for a car for my son and he gave me safe options for a student driver. DeMarcus was kind and patient on helping me find the right one. He had great customer service and I would definitely recommend.
They definitely made out better in the deal than I did this time. They weren’t willing to negotiate much at all, but they had the truck I wanted so it’s not their fault obviously. After getting the truck, I noticed an issue with it the next day while driving it. I contacted them and they helped me take care of the issue so they get props for that for sure.
I had the pleasure of taking my 2017 Equinox Premier for its 60,000 mile service yesterday to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth.The Service Advisor assigned to me was Jonah Toncz. Jonah was very friendly and professional. At the end, Jonah explained the items from the inspection.I was pleasantly surprised everything in the inspection passed. I’ve had the car since July of 2020 (Certified Preowned), but I have put 28,000 miles on it. I was prepared for something to require a repair. That wasn’t the case. The Equinox has been a great to me.I am giving Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, Jonah, and the Technician Eric Garcia Stars for my positive experience yesterday. Well done!
My experience at the dealership has been very disappointing. Although theres a few workers that are always gracious the business that they conduct on single women is misleading and this dealership take advantage of single women they heightened the prices and every time you return they tell you something else is wrong with the vehicle. Even under warranty but doesnt get fixed the manager never calls you back. This one mechanic in particular that single women need to watch out for this place will take advantage of you. Mary Poole is rude and a horrible example of a manger who asdit with over charging, she refused to assist with the neglect of her service agent. If hope this helps some women out there not to bring theyre vehicle to this location. I would like to speak with Tafi Jaji.

Had a horrible experience buying from this location. They purchased a vehicle from their N.C location and had it sent here. When I got the car the windshield was broke and haven’t gotten it fixed yet. When I went to get my tag, the car didn’t have emissions and I couldn’t get the tag. Went back for an appointment to get everything fixed and he nor his manager were there.

2022-03-08We just purchased a C8 from Brandon. We ordered this almost a year ago and it was every bit worth the wait! Brandon went above and beyond to get this car delivered for my husband’s birthday and even put a bow on it for him and got us the car exactly when he said he would! He went the extra mile! Renaldo got us a great finance deal and also went above and beyond for us! Bruce is the manager of customer service and he also went above and beyond for us to get a spoiler put on.! The dealership is definitely a go to if you want a new C8!

2022-05-03What an amazing car buying experience! We worked with Nick on the purchase of our brand new Tahoe. He was nothing short of professional! His communication was always great, he was honest and upfront, and always had a smile on his face. Every time I called he answered. I never felt like I bothered him when checking on my vehicle’s eta. Nick was also very personable which is always a bonus for me. We took a picture when the sale was complete with a custom sign and he even gave us a customized key chain. He’s the only salesman I want to work with. Jermile, the finance manager was also great! He’s pretty funny but fast and professional. He made sure we were taken care of. Veld, the sales manage was super professional as well. He called with updates and was always very nice. I never felt like a bother. Last but not least Tafi, the GM was beyond amazing! He really made sure my husband and I got the best deal and because of his professionalism , knowledge, and customer service I can see why everyone under him carries themselves the way they do at the dealership. I felt so important. The service was top tier from beginning to end. So thank you all for the best car buying experience. My husband and I really appreciate it!

2022-06-25At first I was in shambles with this dealership! I waited a week to get the car my first salesman sold me just for a part to be missing and the check engine light to come on not even within 24hours of having the car ! Then Jerome saved the day! He put me in a 2019 Jeep Compass one of my dream cars ! It has automatic start and stop which saves gas! Back up camera, loud speakers, and is safe family friendly! Jerome really helped me feel respected and like a well appreciated customer and not just a sale ! Him and another salesman also freely delivered my car an hour away where my residence is located! I really Appreciated his customer service and I will be back to see Jerome anytime I want to make another purchase!

2022-01-26My only option was to buy a car not yet delivered to the dealership. I waited about 5 weeks for delivery. The sales manager kept in contact weekly. Their customer service manager is fantastic. I wish my sales person would have been a little more attentive, kept in contact a bit more, and answered questions a little faster. The gamesmanship on coming to a price is very much in place, but no different than any other dealership. They still seemed genuine about wanting to satisfy me as a customer and make sure I had a good experience. But all in all, I would return business to this dealership and will use for servicing. I love my new Equinox.

2022-02-24I called to inquire about a vehicle I found online. Justin was quick and friendly finding out if it was still on the lot. He set up a same day appointment for us later that evening. Upon arrival, we met with Nathan. He was extremely helpful, prepared, and knowledgeable. We were test driving within 10-15 minutes after a little paperwork and talking. Once we decided to proceed, Nathan made the process smooth and swift. James in financing did a wonderful job getting where we felt comfortable on payments/trade in. Overall, we had an absolute great experience! Highly recommend!!!

2021-12-29I set up a time to come view a specific vehicle and was greeted promptly by Justin Annis. Great details and knowledge of all features and we took it for a test drive. Once it was time to get down to the business aspect, the negotiating was very fair, above board and reasonable. There were really no surprises. We were able to come to a fair agreement on price and trade value and everyone walked away feeling like it was a fair deal for everyone. This felt different in a good way regarding the purchase of a used vehicle.

2022-02-17Best visit to a car lot since Ive lived in Georgia. My wife called and set up a test drive. We were there on time and they had the 2 cars e were interested ready. Great attitude from sales lesson and manager. Not pressing, but honest about the inventory and how fast they sell. Price is a little above what Ive seen as average for those particular cars though.
