Katey Sages is the best! While on a road trip, I noticed my Town and Country was running hot. Being from NJ, I googled the closet dealership and was directed here. Katey was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt at ease knowing she was assisting me with the repairs. She made sure we were able to get back to our road trip quickly. She is a true gem! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an appointment in December right before Christmas to have an electrical issue looked at in my vehicle, that I bought from them a year prior. I was told the diagnostic for that would take 24-48 hours and a loaner would be provided. When I got there there was no loaner, the last one had just been given away, even though I made my appointment weeks in advance with that specification. They did the oil change and tire rotation, but not the diagnostic for the electrical as I would not be provided a loaner and they would be keeping my car over Christmas. I call again to get an appointment for the electrical issue as it has worsened and is now effecting my car even being able to turn on. Now the first appointment isn’t for 20 days according to the first person I talked to but 21 days away according to the second person, and no loaners are provided period to customers and I will need to secure a rental. And the good news is IF it’s something my warranty covers then the rental will be covered but they can’t tell me anything before hand. Also, that’s IF there’s a rental available because they also can’t hold cars. It’s the lies and terrible customer service for me. I will never buy another car from this place ever again. EVER!!!!! this is my 3rd charger and I would rather give up the car I love and drive a Honda than deal with these folks ever again!!!!! Can’t wait for my appointment 21 days from now just to see IF anything happens.

I was handled with such care. I am grateful for the service I received from Lance (My Service Rep) & Darrell (The Service Mgr). I had all of the hoses on my SUV replace, but shortly after getting my vehicle back my check engine light came on. I was able to return to the dealership that following morning with ease. My SUV was taken in for inspection right away without an appointment. The second time around the repairs we extensive and pricey. Darrell took the time to listen to me through my tears, and then assisted me with getting a rental equivalent to the vehicle I already owned. Their has been a poor perception that women are mishandled when attending a dealership alone. This is not true of the staff here at Rick Hendricks Chrysler Dodge. Both the Darrell (Service Mgr) and Lance (My Service Rep) Communicated with me thoroughly throughout the whole process. No service to my vehicle was completed without my approval. There were no surprise fees. Their word is there bond. I literally drove pass 2 Dodge Dealership (Gainesville Location & Mall of Georgia) to come here for service, and will continue to do so. This dealership is highly recommended for all of your vehicle service need.
Let me start this off by saying WE WERE TREATED LIKE FAMILY. Do not go anywhere else.If they don’t have the car you want, they will find it.Donny and Brady took care of all questions my family had in finding our new vehicle. They guided us in such a conversational way. Sharon Hester did everything in her power to make sure I rode out of this dealership with the car that I wanted. She even went out of her way to take us to a different dealership to get the car that wasn’t in their Inventory. Definitely a good experience, she was highly respectable and knowledgeable.
I dont often go to dealerships to get my car serviced.. however this time it was necessary. Katey Sages was an absolute doll she walked me through the process and how gave me an estimate of how long everything was going to take. Places need more employees like her. KATY SAGES was awesome! I was eagerly waiting for a used vehicle that I had recently purchased sight unseen. Which I almost never do. But given the current inventory shortages, I thought it was the only way I could make sure I didnt miss this one. My apprehension proved to be unnecessary. She made sure she kept me updated on the progress of my incoming vehicles services and all the things needed. I see a raise or promotion in her future. They need more employees like her. AND I got my vehicle sooner than I expected. I would highly recommend this outfit to any one looking for a quality used vehicle.

Bad business. I made an appointment over a month in advance. My vehicle has some electrical issues and it is under warranty. When I came there and showed those issues to a representative, I was told that it would take at least 5 days for them just to start diagnostic. I was also told, that they dont have a loan car, so I will have to rent from Hertz or Enterprise. They said, that the warranty covers 5 days of renting. Using advanced mathematics I figured they asking me to pay the rest rental out of my pocket, so I asked them if that is true. The answer was yes! I tried to object, that I scheduled over a month in advance and nobody told me this over the phone. The response was: The appointment is for you to drop of the vehicle.- can I drive it and come once you are ready to diagnose?- no. The vehicle supposed to stay on the lot.Nothing of this makes sense. As I said: bad business.P.S. you are probably going to find a standard comment from them under this post. Do not buy it. I have tried to call numbers listed there. No resolution. They will just send you to a standard phone queue to schedule another appointment with the same result.
Went to Rick Hendricks just to see the wrangler with no intention in buying. We were actually going to buy off carvana. But they did everything they could to get us into this awesome brand new wrangler with monthly payments we were comfortable with. Roberto our sales guy was amazing! It’s always a long process buying but we chatted and got to know each other and it made the experience so much better! This our 2nd purchase at Rick Hendricks and love them!

Sales department are great parts department awesome service..But when it comes to service the service department is the worst I’ve ever experienced .They don’t wanna honor bumper-to-bumper warranty with 18,000 miles on a vehicle they don’t return calls Nothing …I went to another dealership within seven minutes of getting there they ordered the part free of charge I will never buy another vehicle there for this reason I spent over $200,000 in three years with these cars service manager doesn’t have the courtesy just a call on the phone lost my business

Montae Williams at Rick Hendrick In Duluth Ga, was my amazing service specialist and did an exceptional job with all the repairs my Jeep needed. He was extremely thorough, and meticulous communicating issues. He was very Professional and his customer service shows he truly puts the customer first. Montae went above and beyond working tirelessly with my extended warranty Company, while keeping me up to date daily. I always informative texts and emails from him. He is very solution oriented and made my experience less stressful with repairs and so pleasant to work with.

I literally walked not expecting to buy a jeep today just to meet with a finance manger about my previous warranty, but mark talked to me told me he could get me in another one after my last jeep was totaled. Asked me did I see anything I liked and I took him right to what they call her “ sour patch “ lol assigned Sha’ron to me she took me on my test drive and I was sold. They’re customer service is one of the best services I’ve ever had before and so appreciative for it. Thank you so much for helping get back in a jeep and one that I love
They (Sharon & her boss) literally changed the price of the vehicle I wanted RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME claiming that the price I seen online was a misprint. Smh, I knew right then & there I was never going to do business with them again. Just...peep game and be aware of the shadiness. I hope your experience is better than mine.
Lance in service is absolutely amazing. He does a great job with communicating and letting me know EVERYTHING I need. I’m not sure where you found this gentleman but his personality and his outstanding knowledge of business was more than I expected. His customer service was out of this world. Came for an Express Oil Change. 2 hour 20 min. Never again. They need to remove the word Express from the Express Oil Change sign. This was my first and last time at this dealership. The general manager is out of state. I am an upper end customer who buys cars over $80,000. I wont stand for poor customer service. This dealer will never get a car sale from me. It is a good thing that I have 2 other dealers near me.
After visiting 6 other dealerships today we happened upon Rick Hendrick Crysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Duluth and we couldnt be happier. Our sales rep Angel L. was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that we were looking at and took the time to answer purs questions. Angel was very respectful towards us and did not try to push us into something we were not comfortable with. 10/10 would recommend!
Went to the dealership to buy a Jeep Renegade that was listed on their website called earlier in the week and called 3 hours before arriving to ensure the vehicle would be there. After driving an hour and a half my family and I arrived to find out the car was not available and was now a service loner. They did have another one for $3000 more. Typical bait and switch tactics. I advise to find another dealership to do business with if you want a vehicle.
Worst dealer service experience ever. We scheduled recall service and were told 2-4 hours. When we dropped off the car, expecting and needing it back that day we were told there was another recall and parts would have to be ordered, they would have to keep the car until next day. We were not contacted as promised and when we called to check on the car, service advisor M.W. had arrogant, snide, sarcastic attitude same as when we dropped it off. After a full week and management intervention - finally got the car back. We were never offered a loaner car. We will never return to this dealership for anything.
Always come to this location and when i do its always good customer service and great energy from ashton in the service department. I know my car is in great hands. Ashton keeps me up to date on everything dealing with my car and always tries to help in any way possible.

Came to visit family in Atl and decided to help getting my niece a graduation gift. We canlme here and were helped by Katey Sages to look over the lot and view the different options. My niece found a vehicle she liked but it was a little over the current budget. Katey however was very understanding and said shell be waiting for our return. She also took note of the vehicle and said she will keep tabs on it and similar models just in case.

One of the worst car buying experiences I have had to date and not because I didnt drive away with a new car Im not blaming them for my bad credit. However as a customer service representative also in sales , I treat everyone the same rather Im closing a deal or not. We were treated with complete disrespect. I really wanted to do business with this establishment.Its sad that I wasnt treated with the same respect as the high rollers you cant buy loyalty.
I walked in and was immediately greeted by DeMarcus Copeland. I explained I was looking for a car for my son and he gave me safe options for a student driver. DeMarcus was kind and patient on helping me find the right one. He had great customer service and I would definitely recommend.
I was stranded with my car in Alpharetta over 600 miles from home and Ashton Faircloth was so incredibly helpful. He got my car in short notice and was able to get a tech to diagnose and fix the issue same day. I believe the tech’s name is Sean and he was so knowledgeable and quick to fix the issue! So grateful to have been served by them! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!
I bought my car January 28th, 2022 Dodge Charger 2021 the car is perfect, but definitely false promise made. First one, my salesman Brandon and financer Allen stated the car came with tent but it honestly didnt look like it so they said I would get a check for $350 for tent. That never happened. Also, I never received my financing paper work. I couldve sworn they told me my note would be $518.23 but when i received the paper work it was $100 more. One star for having the car, and one star for it actually working
When my vacation was interrupted by a minor service issue, I ended up at Hendrick CDJR. Katey Sages was warm, welcoming, accommodating, and informative. She took wonderful care of my concerns and made sure my family was more than comfortable while we waited for a seemingly simple fix. UPDATE, 4/7/2022: do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. They’re incompetent, predatory, and still withholding my ability to register my car. 3 weeks ago the dealer was alerted that the documents they sent my local tax office were rejected, yet they have not addressed this. I am currently on my 3rd temporary tag because they have failed to provide the correct registration documents since November 23, 2021. How is it possible that I am legally not able to drive a car I purchased over 4 months ago, all because the dealer I purchased the car from is too stupid and shady to send the correct documents to the government? The BEST thing about this situation is that I told them I would rather handle the registration process for my car, but they told me verbatim “oh we process hundreds of out-of-state registration a week with no problem”.Jon was awesome! Best sales person, caring, very focused on giving the best customer experience.3 stars solely because of Jon, otherwise 1 star. There were so many weird things going on - at least 8 different employees contacted my family over 20 times introducing themselves but not actually doing anything; I spent 6+ hours at the dealership over two visits (barely any other customers there) and I told them multiple times that I didn’t have time to wait around and was hungry, yet whenever I was told someone was going to “get” the next person I needed to talk to, I would sit for another 25 min while watching the person I needed to speak with hanging out and making jobs with other employees; I was never told the price, and assuming the price on the website was correct, but when I went to negotiate since the car had been on the lot for 45 days, was told that the absolute lowest the dealership could do was $1,200 more than the price online.Maybe this is how the buying a used car process works, but I’m definitely never using a dealership to purchase a car again.
Used Buyers Beware!I will start out by saying, these guys are super friendly, but now I will chalk it up to typical used car salesmen. They seem to have a great team culture and no doubt they work well together. As a customer, that is the where the positive customer experience falls off a cliff. They will make every promise they can to get you to sign the papers and drive off the lot, and they will never honor a single thing they say. I made many attempts to reach them over 9-months and have waited to write this review to provide them ample time to make good on their commitments, but they no longer return calls.I bought a fully loaded, top of the line 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from here in October 2021. Due to the used car market, I went in with the full intention and expectation to pay full dealer price on the vehicle. When I went to take possession, the driver side tail light was broken, the UConnect screen was delaminating, and the car was FILTHY. Donny Wilson, the Used Vehicle Sales Manager, put in writing that they would replace the tail light and the screen at their cost, and after 9-months, they have yet to make good on these commitments.In April 2022, without any other options, I sent an email to Steve Ostrovich, the Dealership General Manager, who also never responded.Lessons learned, never take possession of a large purchase without having everything completely in order.Rick Hendrick of Duluth will do anything they can to get your money and then they could care less about anything else. Good luck to anyone who shops here.
I received the most horrible service today and a total waste of my time! I made an appt for a recall on the last visit for today @ 8am. The recall was for a software update and after 5hrs after went and checked to see the status I was told that my vehicle hadnt even been looked at. So, I have wasted over a half of day pay from work because they couldnt get a hold of the service tech/manager that was in meetings all day and wouldnt respond to his own team. Recall still needs to be addressed and Im out of over a half of day of work when it should have been 2hrs at the most. No apologies or any reconciliation offered.
This dealership is full of CROOKS, they don’t fix your vehicle and then pretend they don’t know or remember you coming in. My AC went out in August right before it got too cold to need it and they charged me almost 1000.00 to not fix it, just for it to not be working once the weather warmed up. Now they act like they don’t know who spoke to me and refused to fix it unless I paid for them to re diagnose, put die in it and then fix whatever they find is wrong.They told me yesterday it was a warranty on the repair but now they said no one told me that.When in first purchase the vehicle from the scammers they didn’t tell me there was corrosion underneath and there was a lot of work that needed to be done to it. They refused to fix it bc the warranty was Canadian bc that’s where they shipped the vehicle and they couldn’t honor it. Once they realized they had to fix it they cut a wire and didn’t say anything until the truck broke down in the middle of the street when we pulled out.This is the worst dealership in Georgia and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for anything.
This dealership gets it. I was hanging out so comfortably in the wait area that my car was ready and I didnt even notice. Staff is phenomenal. Everyone has good jokes. The lot had some nice whips. Mean Jeep Gladiator sitting on some big boys. The service advisor Montae is that boy. If he helps you out, take advantage. Ask him about what he drives, he got some toys. But nah, everybody here is tight. I appreciate yall keeping Chally on the road runnin smooth! Mad Love!

Horrible customer service. Called them 3 separate times to make sure the truck I was interested in was still available. I called once the day before I went to the dealership and TWICE an hour before I went in. They told me the truck was still available for my 2pm appointment. I get to the dealership and the truck is not available. No respect for people’s time. Would not recommend.
John best salesman they have here. He is honest and works very hard for his customers.Service dept needs many improvements. I was sold a maintenance plan that now Im being by service dept they wont honor because its a vw. Didnt you know it was a vw when they sold me maintenance plan. Says they cant work vw because they dont have the products to or is that really it. 🤔 so now vw needs maintenance and im being told by service I need to take vw dealer. Dont take your car here for maintenance and dont buy the maintenance plan either.
I have had nothing it great experiences with this location. From the sales point with Jaquez to the servicing department! Matt and Montae have always made sure to get me right. I had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to get me in right away when I expressed that I was pressed for time! If you’d like a great experience and less stress, make sure to see them all!

We have had 2 issues recently with our 2017 pacifica and did not have good service at the mall of ga. I went to Rick Hendrick and it was a huge difference in service. Lance helped us throughout the entire process and went Above and Beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We will continue to work with Lance and Rick Hendrick moving forward even though mall of ga chrysler is a lot closer.

Terrible service. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had an oil change service and today it is June 3rd and they tell me that for 2 more weeks there are appointments and worst of all with a workshop without vehicles. all with phones in their hands and no one can provide the service.
I went to this dealership and spoke with demarcus copeland regarding on getting a new vehicle for my family! He was very attentive and answered all of my questions! He made the looking and decision making easier than baking a cake!!! He needs a raise! Thank you again you for everything! I will certainly buy my vehicle here once we make a decision!

2022-02-20Great experience from start to finish! I was in the market for a 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie GT but wasnt available in any dealer inventory. The staff at Rick Hendrick helped me place my custom order for the build. It took little over 2 months for the truck to be built and delivered which is quicker than I expected especially during vehicle and parts shortage! I want to specially thank Gerardo Hernandez and Erick Nunez for all there help during the purchase. They made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend checking them out with your next vehicle purchase.

2021-11-22BEWARE! PLEASE READ! My son and I went to Rick Hendrick Chrysler Jeep located at 2473 Pleasant Hill Road on September 29 to purchase a Dodge Durango. After spending many hours there with Michael Chang (later told no longer working there), we were told by the finance manager McDaniel that we were approved with 0% financing as we requested. As we were discussing whether the monthly payments were feasible, he took the cash down payment from off the table and had us sign the documents. After business hours and finally signing documents, we were given the keys to the vehicle and allowed to leave, thinking we were now owners of a new vehicle. We were told we would get the paperwork later as a flash in the mail. We were also called and told to leave a 5-star review in exchange for $100 gift card in the mail (never received).To our surprise, however, we received a letter in the mail from Capital One, over a month later, stating that we were denied. No one ever informed us that we had not been approved, though they later admitted they knew on September 29 (before we left).When my son returned on November 9 to return the car and pick up the down payment he left, the sales director, Steven Ostrovich, ignored him for hours then tried to force him to sign new documents with a much higher interest rate. When my son declined, he refused to give him the down payment back, he and Allan Magellas had another employee named Will Hawthorne block him in and called the police. He was cited for trespassing, though he was the one called in to return the car and get his money and made to return the keys by the police.We also later found out that our credit had been run multiple times, making offers to different finance companies, causing both of our credit scores to drop. When I had called before going to the dealership, I had inquired about the zero percent interest deal that Chrysler was offering. I was assured that with good credit (which I had prior to them making it drop), I would qualify. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! ILLEGAL ACTIVITY DONE!
