I absolutely love this store. Its the ONLY store I purchase my bras and swimsuits from. I no longer live in Atlanta but was in town this past weekend so I stopped by and was helped by Shernay. She was the best. She gave me great advice and introduced me to a couple new styles that I had never seen before. For the best lingerie coverage, feel, class and quality, you should have the Rigby and Peller Experience at Phipps Plaza in Atlanta, Ga.
This store is a gem in Atlanta.I have been buying my bras at this location for many many years. The quality of the lingerie is amazing. I have always had a pleasant and informative experience any time I have been in for a fitting (scheduled or not).The items here are pricey but the quality is worth it. All of the items I purchase last years and years.If you are in the market for something new, give this place a try!
WHERE YALL BEEN? This lady (so sorry I forgot her name) looked at my chest for 3 seconds and came back with a handful of HEAVENLY fitting bras. No measuring tape, just expertise! She was so informative and helpful. As a big chested girl with a small frame, finding supportive bras has been the fight of my life. I’m so happy I finally decided to invest! If you’re checking reviews to decide if it’s worth it, IT IS!
I have shopped at Intimacy for years and was thankful to learn that Rigby & Peller is the same store (just a different name). This is the only place in Atlanta that I trust to buy bras. My bras are always comfortable; they fit well, and last for years! The staff at Rigby & Peller is warm and welcoming. Mansi was an awesome stylist that had me fitted for two bras and out the door within 30-minutes. World class service and quality products - what more could one ask for? Thank you, Rigby & Peller!
I had an great experience here on Saturday! Amber was the fitter who assisted me with sizing and fitting me for some new bras. She was very professional, yet still made us laugh and have an enjoyable experience the whole entire time we were in the store. Amber was very knowledgeable about the history of keeping your bras in great condition. I purchased 2 bras, both totaled to $140, and I must say they are well worth the price you pay. Im very busty (36K/36H) and Im used to spending this much money on Bras at Hanes, and theyre not comfortable nor my correct size. I will be returning to purchase more bras this weekend to build my collection of bras. Thanks Amber and Rigby & Peller!

Horrible company that refuses to give me a refund for years that I’ve been begging. They bought out a wonderful company that I had a store credit with and that location closed and I want a refund to my card and they are refusing. There is no store anywhere near me and buying online from a new company whose products I don’t know or trust from a company holding my money hostage is extremely irritating. They have $168 of my money that they refuse to refund to me from the old company. Absolutely horrible customer service. Greedy company. When the bought the previous store the service went downhill and their customer service now is just the same. Awful. Would never recommend.
If you are an unusual size, this is the best place to get a bra that fits properly. Shernay helped me this time and she was great! Shes fun, has great taste, and makes the whole process very comfortable. She really listened to my preferences and helped me get exactly what I needed this time.
Monifah was amazing! She took her time and explained half sizes, why my bras werent fitting right and what other specialists werent doing for me. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and relate to. I will definitely be coming back and while the bras there are pricey they are an investment and Mo helped me realize just how much they add to our self esteem.
This was the best bra shopping experience ever!! Syreeta was awesome! She took her time to look for the best bra for me and we ended up with 5 that fit perfectly! So excited that I’ve finally found a good bra store. I’ll definitely be back again!
Anytime I go to this store I have to work with Shernay. She is awesome! She has you in and out in less than 20 minutes and she provides excellent customer service. She is very friendly as well and I feel comfortable with her. Ive purchased about 4-5 bras so far from her recommendations based on the style and fitting and I have no complaints. I recently I had a baby and luckily she was there to assist me, I was very pleased with how professional, courteous and knowledgeable she is. The newly renovated store has the beauty, but not the brains. I used to love the customer service I received at Intimacy in Phipps, but as the new interior has been installed, the old customer service has been disregarded. I ordered a bra that the store didnt have in stock, so they said they would ship it to me. They told me to expect it in 1 week at the latest. I thought that seemed like a long time (most high end stores send within 2 days), but that was fine. Three weeks later, I still didnt have my bra and had poor customer service each time I called to ask about it. Finally got a refund today! At $130 per bra, the service should be excellent!
For the last few years, my plan was to go for a bra fitting because I was unhappy with the fit and feel of the bras that I was purchasing. I finally decided that I had enough of buying bras that were not satisfactory. I did a google search and found Rigby and Peller. It was easy enough to schedule an appointment online. So feeling a little anxiety about my appointment, I showed up on Saturday morning at Phipps Plaza, and walked in. I met Shernay, who has to be the Queen of bra fitters. She welcomed me, thanked me for coming to their store and immediately put me at ease. Shernay asked me of my concerns, explained why I was having the issues that were bothering me, and proceeded to visually size me up. She is absolutely amazing. Her skill at determining appropriate size, knowledge of their products and most importantly, her demeanor, have made me a Rigby and Peller customer for life. I left the store with, for the first time in my life, bras that fit and felt good. I will continue to refer people to Shernay so that they also have the opportunity to experience the comfort and grace she provides in a fitting. Even if you dont purchase anything, just go, meet her and get fitted so that you have the correct information for the future. Trust me. Your body will tell you, its time to do something good for yourself for a change. You deserve to feel the comfort of a properly fitted bra by Shernay from Rigby and Peller. And of course, my man is quite pleased with my purchases. They are beautiful...
The same great service as Intimacy (previous name of the company before they were acquired by Rigby and Peller). Definitely worth the three hour drive from my house! The selection is great, everything is the highest quality (my last bras from Intimacy lasted 3 1/2 years) and Shernay took great care of me. Very happy with my experience and I will definitely be back!!
Excellent experience! Amber Farmer was the person who helped me with a fitting, then patiently brought me item after item until we found the perfect fit and style. Good quality, and a good price (there are more expensive items there, but Amber also brought me choices under $50). I left with exactly the right items for me, which Ive enjoyed for several weeks now. I highly recommend Rigby & Peller at Phipps Plaza.
Shernay was simply fantastic! I was so impressed with how quick and professional she was. I was a nervous first timer but she immediately set me at ease. I left feeling confident and pampered. The selection was amazing! The only downside of the appointment was that I couldn’t buy every bra Shernay brought me. Each one was so comfortable and flattering!

I still cant get over the great experience I had at Rigby and Peller! THANK YOU SHERNAY! Coming in, I was a bit nervous. The last time I had a fitting, it was with a different company and i left with a bra that was ok, but not great. I started to think that finding a comfortable (and maybe even cute) bra that truly fit just wasnt going to be possible for my size. Shernay took one look at me in one of my older bras and she came back with a bra that FIT me. I felt totally comfortable in a bra for the first time. AND, it was so cute! I felt stunning. Shernay was awesome. She was professional, knowledgable and fun. She had me try on a few different types of bras and explained the differences. I ended up choosing 2, but could have bought all of them. Shernay had created an account with notes about the types and sizes of bras that fit me best and added the other bras to a wishlist. Ive been a customer of Rigby & Peller since before the name change. Ive always had a problem with finding a right fit bra until I made my first visit to Intimacy (now Rigby & Peller) and met Shernay. Shernay help me to find bras for everday use, a half bra and convertible bras and they fit perfectly. Shernay has been my consultant for several years, and she now fits my daughter too. On a recent visit, she helped me to find a swimsuit top that fits me perfectly!
Luxury womens undergarments with a staff to match. From the moment you walk in, you will be treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. The garments are beautiful, and the staff are really good at their jobs. They work with ALL body types, so dont think you have to fit a certain mold to go in and feel pampered.Word of warning: it is easy to spend more money than you expected to here, so come prepared to either call yourself at a certain spending level, or to just blow the bank. Youre going to fall in love with the way you look and feel in these garments, and it will be hard to say no.
I am a regular customer of Intimacy and for the first time, was totally unsatisfied with my fitter and will complain to their corporate office about it. Her name was Angela and she was borderline rude, curt, and frankly dismissed me saying they had nothing for me at this time. I had called in advance, made an appointment stated I was looking for a certain style swim suit, stated my size (which they have on record as well as past purchases) and the appointment setter, after putting me on hold, said they could accommodate me. Had my fitter checked my profile, she would have seen my history and the fact that I never walk out of there empty handed, for the first time, yesterday, I did. She obviously did not as she was asking me what size I wore, name brands, and etc (all listed on our Intimacy history kept on file). This was the most unprofessional visit I have ever had there, not typical of Intimacy and had it been my first visit, it would have been my last. Angela even had the gall to tell me the last swim suit I had purchased there, she had never seen in the store and she had worked there a long time. Again, my purchase was on my record so she would have had proof that I did indeed purchase said suit there. Beware of Angela in Phipps Plaza Intimacy location. She will be reported to her manager, I assure you, today.

I am from Louisville, KY and unfortunately there arent any Rigby & Peller boutiques nearby. So, I ordered online and since I had always been sized in a DDD from Victorias Secret and Soma I ordered an F from R&P as it was the comparable size. I wanted to be sure I had the right size so I took my measurements and called the Atlanta store to see if they could help me based on my measurements. Let me just tell you they went above and beyond any expectations I ever had!When I called Shernay answered and pulled my order up. She asked if I had the bra on. I didnt. I had just gotten it in the mail and I hadnt worn it yet, as I wanted to be sure I had ordered the correct size. I told her I was home and could put it on. I figured she would ask me to tell her how it fit, etc. No! She asked if I had an iPhone (I do) and she told me, Put your bra on and FaceTime me.Shernay was sooo helpful!! She showed me how bra should fit and fortunately the one I had ordered was the right size (I was so excited to wear it and didnt want to wait to exchange it). She explained to me how different types of bras would fit etc.Keep in mind, this wasnt for a sale. I had already made my purchase, they had their money. Shernay and Rigby and Peller helped me simply to helpful. To make sure that their customer was happy. And I am truly happy with my purchase.My bra is beautiful! It fits like a glove!!! Its so comfortable I sometimes forget I am wearing it. I cant wait to stop and visit the Atlanta boutique on the way to FL this summer! Although, Im tempted to make a trip before then 😍😍

Madhura was FANTASTIC! I am only able to find my size at a specialty shop, and in the past it has always been nerve wracking. I had to drive quite a distance to their location, and I went in to buy a swimsuit. Madhura was very patient and listened to what I wanted. She probably brought in a dozen swim suits, and they all fit my size and shape. I was shocked at the huge selection of styles and colors! I ended up going with one of her suggestions that I had not considered on my own, and I am very pleased! I will most definitely be a repeat customer!

I love Rigby & Peller!!!I dont like to try on clothes. I went in thinking I was going to be there trying on lingerie for an hour. Upon walking in Shernay Burks greeted me with a smile, asked me did I have something in particular, and took me to the dressing room. She was so nice and very helpful. She picked out a lot of beautiful items and helped me put them on. I tried on several items, got dressed and paid for all of the items I wanted. Ms. Burks also educated me on how to take care of my items so they will last. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. OMG...of all the times I have went to this store, this has never happen!!Thank you Shernay Burks, I definitely fill better about shopping. I wish there was more people like you. The concept of personalized fittings for womens intimates is brilliant. Sadly, the outcome isnt always right. And considering the prices, that just doesnt work. I bought three bras and all three are uncomfortable after a few hours of wear. The sports bra was such a poor fit that it chafed me to the point of drawing blood and I had only run two miles. The store layout and decor also feels somber and depressed, making a tedious task even more unpleasant. #Buckhead #Shopping #Phipps #OverTheShoulderBoulderHolder
The lady took one look at me and knew my bra size. They are really professional and informative and I have a lovely experience when I go there. Great for women who are trying to find their true size. And for women like me who have special sizes.
The fitting rooms are dirty and dated. But the worst is the service. No measurements at all, the fitter just eyeballs you and brings bras. She sold me two bras, one a 36 and one a 34 (same cup size). I told her I always wore a 36 and she said this style was made larger in the 34. I tried it on in black but wanted a nude color. I got home and went to wear the new bra 2 days later and was shocked that it was so tight and created back fat. I could barely breathe. I went to return it, annoyed that the Fitting specialist told me the black bra was a 34 but the nude bra I was sold did not fit even remotely. When I went to return it I was treated with disdain, told that they do not do refunds as stated on the receipt. Who reads the receipt after the fact? What high-end, quality retailer doesnt do refunds. Victorias Secret gives refunds on their lingerie.Bottom line: dirty, unqualified fitters, terrible customer service, overpriced.
If you are busty, particularly on a smaller frame, just go ahead and accept that buying bras that fit will be VERY expensive. And then go to Rigby & Peller. The service is outstanding. You might pay a bit more than your would on-line for the same bra, but it is worth the extra money to make sure you have the right fit. If you are going during a busy time, like on the weekend, schedule an appointment. I went in on a Tuesday morning without an appointment and waited about 15 minutes, which I expected.
I have ALWAYS hated shopping for bras, and at 41 found out Id been wearing the wrong size. Shernay did my fitting and I couldnt be happier!! My experience at Rigby & Peller was a great one. I walked out feeling like a new woman.

Bras are absolutely great and the sales assistants are really wonderful and helpful and knowledgeable. However the pricing is kind of crazy. They are almost twice as much has the similar bras cost in New York City!

Sundra, who helped me during my last two visits is very knowledgable, kind and has never steered me wrong with any of my purchases. As long as I live in Atlanta this is where I will get my Bras.
Purchased a bra from there. Was informed by the sales person that it would work with any outfit. Keep in mind that is was way more expensive than the original one I asked for. I tried it on and purchased it. It was the most uncomfortable bra that Ive ever worn and it didnt work with every outfit. I returned it . The service there is not customer oriented. It seems like they are just there for a check. I thought for the price of the merchandise, they would be friendlier and smile....NOT....
I’ve been shopping here for years this is my first time in the Atlanta location.They overlooked me several times I don’t know whether it had to do with my appearance but I was very dissatisfied with the service I receive. I did not get a personal stylist I would definitely recommend the product but not the service.

For $150 bra, I expect top-notch customer service. Had a much better experience when it was under the name Intimacy. I suggest walking down to Belk where the associates are nicer and the bras are a quarter of the price.
Best bra buying experience ever! I would have purchased everything she put on me. Everything fit so well. I will never buy a bra anywhere else.
Recently changed from Intimacy to Rigby & Teller. Special orders are lost and no follow up. In store experience is lacking. Even if you make an appointment you must wait while others that just walk in are sometimes served. We waited about half an hour past our appointment time. Check out Bravisimo instead.
I enjoyed my time in the store. I was in and out with my bra in 15 minutes. My stylist, Sherman, was helpful, attentive, and informative. I’ll definitely be back.
Customer service is so poor gosh I ordered my bra from online but since I know they have store in ATL,GA so I thought will give it a try so I can return some items in store but the person I speak with so rude really disappointed. By the way spend almost $900 they need to change their attitude being nice to sumone doesnt cost a penny.

I called to find a bra in my size (32H) because I know that size can sometimes be difficult to find. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was very pushy and she seemed to not even want to help me out. I used to be a customer but I will be going elsewhere from now on.

2022-03-23Excellent shopping experience, they walk you through the fitting process step by step and don’t give up until you have the perfect fit. While the bras here are a bit pricey, they are impeccably made and last as long as 3 or 4 bras from other places, making them a value overall. Trust me, you are in great hands and your money is well spent here.

Where do I return the $75.05 items?My bank has since credited me for the $75.05.I inquired about one of your items, i certainly did not order anything.I am curious to know how you charged me for this item that I DID NOT ORDER!I need a return slip from you with no charge to me.

2021-08-19It’s been a rough week but my visit here really made me happy! I have been complaining about my back and how bad my bras are to my husband so he told me I could go ahead and get a new one no matter the cost if it helped me feel better. After a google search I found this spot with great reviews! Turns out they weren’t just talk. The woman who helped me was so personable and figured out my size at a glance. She put me in a few styles that felt so good on my back and looked nice. One of which she owns herself! If you can wear what you’re selling I will know you believe in it. And tbh it didn’t break the bank. Better than going to Victoria secret and regretting the purchase a few months later. Thanks so muchEdit- almost a year later and both bras I bought are still holding strong. Going back soon to get another one since I only wear these two and could use another.

2017-11-06The fitter was very nice and knowledgeable. She was able to size me just by looking at me with my top off and actually sized me to bras that fit more comfortably than anywhere else and made my breasts look great too. I bought a few, and will see how the comfort lasts throughout a day or two.I was very impressed since most places it becomes very obvious Ive been sized wrong when I try the first bra on and it doesnt fit, usually is much too tight and causes a line in my cleavage that is very noticeable.

2021-04-24Candace is the best! Years of experience, no judgment, so awesome! New fitted bras are expensive but life changing! So worth the price to feel good about how you look and feel! If you are wearing a luxury bra that fits correctly, you won’t mind wearing it! And they are pretty, so that makes you feel great too!

2018-04-21The bras are wonderful. I have been buying all of my bras there for several years now because they fit better and last longer than any other bras I’ve worn. The service is top-notch. The fitter yesterday, Shernay, was extremely helpful. She figured out which bras would be best for my size and lifestyle and brought me a selection of bras I would not have tried on otherwise. She was low-pressure and gave me lots of time to try things on over and over to compare. I love the bras I brought! The bras that I like at R&P are very expensive but I am willing to splurge there because the bras fit me like no others, look beautiful, and last a long time.

2020-02-03Love this store! It is difficult to find bras when your back is small but your breasts are... Well... HUGE! Candice is always helpful, whether she is accessible at the moment or she directs you to someone else. Syreeta is a new face for me but her knowledge in sizes and her patience as we identified the right bra for me was greatly appreciated. The staff at the Phipps Plaza location are friendly, helpful and all around amazing! Keep up the good work ladies... See you in a few weeks to add to my collection!

2018-06-02After years of trying to squeeze into bras from stores like Victorias Secret, etc, I finally gave in and took a friends suggestion to try Rigby and Peller. I showed up without an appointment on the Memorial Day Holiday and was told that it may be about 30-40 minutes as they were pretty busy. No prob. I figured theyd be busy since it was a holiday so I cruised on down to Davios for a cocktail while I waited. Within less than 20 minutes they were calling to let me know I was next! I headed back and met with Candice who was awesome! She spent a good deal of time explaining the different styles they had available as well as how my bar should properly fit. Turns out I was in the wrong size and she found me several bras that not only fit perfect, but also addressed some of my look & fit concerns as well. I read a review or two about people who felt they were looked down on like they couldnt afford to be there. This was absolutely not the case! I am fairly young and was wearing crappy, torn-up gym clothes and probably smelled like a shoe - and they were nothing but nice and helpful. I ended up buying 4 bras that I absolutely love and actually feel comfortable in. This was hands down the best bra buying experience Ive ever had. Im not going to lie, the bras are a little pricey, but Great quality and definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend R&P to anyone, especially those who are in a small band/large cup size range. I will definitely be back!! :)

2018-07-08After multiple issues with purchasing bras online, I finally made it in to Rigby and Peller this week to seek help from the experts. Everyone there was very courteous and helpful. I only waited for about 10 minutes for a one-on-one appointment. My stylist was Shernay. She was very helpful. She figured out which bras would work best for me and made suggestions on bras I never considered wearing before. I never felt rushed or pressured at all. I totally love the bras I bought! Getting the right bra with the right fit made my day! Kudos to Shernay for making my first visit a success! I will definitely be going back!
