I mainly go to Kroger in The Riverbend Mall parking lot at far end. Love to shop here with good sales prices! But their cat food section is always bare shelves with hardly no dry food or cat frisky treats or just one or two kinds to choose from
Its were I got a important x-rays that they are very nice about your body care.

Not too crowded, recently checked out kroger and was to excited for a grown up .. very clean & neat me and my husband go often we usually got sushi and got out ..did lots of Christmas shopping & still was not crowded.
Kroger, Barnes & Noble, and TJ Maxx and etc is in this shopping center. Some places are great and some places are not.
Found everything we need in a reasonable time and all for a reasonable price as well. As a good place to just hang out and kill some time as well
Lots of shops and stores. The buildings appear relatively new and the parking lot has new blacktop and bright, freshly painted lines. Its easy to get into and out of. The parking lot is very clean, not a speck of garbage anywhere. I went into the Walmart to grab a few little things and the store appeared new or newly remodeled. It also was spotless. Much cleaner and nicer than any of the 3 within 20 miles of my house.
Several store I like is right there within walking distance!
A decent shopping plaza, though entering and parking can be a bit of a hassle.
The shops are good it is definitely improved from ten years ago. Good service moderate parking. Shout out to the TJ Maxx they got us put of there the other day in good time even with the Christmas crowd.
I stop by the Ross here about once a week. The staff is consistently super friendly, at least to me, but I dont go out of my way to be as awful of a human being as I can to them either, so there is that. It could be that they are either somehow completely ignorant of how awful customers can and will be, perhaps through some sort of mystic arts or even hyper-tech lobotomies, or....simply very professional. Ya, it is probably that even though a hyper-tech lobotomy could be pretty fascinating.Everyone I have interacted with over the last couple years, some on a fairly regular basis, is totally Trans friendly. It is a pretty small town (in the south even), so I suppose theoretically, someone with Neandertal-like thinking could work there somewhere in the deep dark recesses of the elaborate tunnel system they have in the basement that goes straight through the earth to China where they get most of their super cool, insanely cheap clothing that I cant seem to get enough of. but personally....I dont think so.

This is becoming a better shopping center than it used to be but the parking and the lanes to drive in are AWFUL. I was almost hit twice today by people flying through trying to beat someone else to a parking spot. Its just way too congested.
I love this mall. Great layout. The calm relaxed vibe of this mall really captured the family day feeling.
Riverbend is a great place to shop. There are a variety of stores to pique anyones interest. Parking is plentiful. Always keep a mask available, as some stores still require one. Its best to keep you and your family members safe.
One of the stores I visit most here is Kroger. The store is always kept clean and well stocked . Employees are helpful and quick to offer assistance. Hours of operation are six am until midnight seven days a week.

Phenominal group of stores all in one convenient location.From steak to sandwiches in choices of food. BARNES & NOBLE, MICHAELS, KROGER and some discount all around anything you need stores (i.e. TJ MAXX).
We went to Michaels when we entered, no greeting as we shopped we were greeted by a nice associate in the frames counter. Checking out was a total game changer for us, we watched as the cashier greeted a customer as she entered my wife said we didnt get that. We continued to check out with the cashier offering No interaction at all. We concluded our transaction and proceeded to exit when my wife said your welcome the cashier said nothing. It would seem that the cashier had a problem with certain people ☹️
Good location with a lot of great storesI dont know if its an attempt at insurance fraud or just ignorance. But watch out for pedestrians who like to pop out from behind shrubs, pillars and other obstructions with no concern for their own lives or practicing safety at any level.Im not a d***. Just make eye contact so I can safely stop before you cross.
The 3 people working the dressing room was 2 busy poor mouthing the manager about how poorly the manager dressed and never gets her hair done to help customers...
I go to the Drs office there! Its been a very good experience. 😄
This where Gamestop, Kroger, Ross, TJ Maxx, Outback Steakhouse, Barnes & Nobles, & a few other places are located.
There is something for just about everyone in, both, this shopping center and others within walking distance. The stores I visit most frequently include: Sally Beauty Supply, Michaels, Ross and Hibbett.
Barnes & Noble never ceases to impress me.
The shopping plaza is very modern and clean
This is where I buy groceries and get my gas..Sometimes traffic is very heavy but go early and its faster
Parking is decent, cant say much about all of the shops as we only come here for books and coffee at the Barnes and Nobles. I see several high school and college kids here in weekends so they must be doing something right.
Love Ross and TJ Maxx! Two of my favorite stores. Also, love the Kroger! I get all my meds at the pharmacy drive through. I also get my gas there and sometimes groceries. Love that there is a back entrance to the shopping center which avoids the main congested entrance!
There are a lots of stores I like in Riverbend; TJ Maxx, Ross, Michaels, Panera Bread, Kroger, Talbots & Outback is in this Center too. Kroger has gas pumps too. (Pier 1 was here but theyve closed all stores nationwide, I believe.)The downfall is the parking lot. Its too small for the volume of shoppers for all these stores. I as always fear a fender bender there. I dont know how it could be changed / redesigned within the given space.
Can get some great shopping here from named brand clothes and shoes to the best selling author of your favorite genre; to grabbing a hot meal in a relaxed environment or grocery shopping for dinner for the night.
Barnes and noble: 5 stars, great selection is books, almost always a sale, staff is great!Game stop: 3 stars, customer service was non existent the first trip; we were treated as a we were a hindrance. Second trip was fine the fair was very knowledgeable. Not to much of a selection.Kroger: 5 stars, always happy with purchases and employees!
You can shop for groceries, clothes, books, and grab a snack at Panera all at the same place. Its great. Almost always packed when I go.
Kroger in Rome is a great store but the other customers drift around in their own universe. Two or three rows completely blocked by idjits with their buggy in the middle of the lane, playing with their damn phone.
Krogers points that you use for gas is always great. Krogers gets 5***** for everything. Great store.
Parking lot seems to always be busy but the stores in the place are good selection of places to have in a mall setting
Looks better but can become congested in that area. Some places we need and about three places that we dont. Over all its a good place to shop when you want to get away from home.
I never, ever shop this place. Undesirables lurk around Kroger and beggars as well. I will slip in and out of Outback Steak House but not that often. Plus the whole back half is medical in nature
This little shopping center has good stores. Kroger is almost always has more customers then East Rome Walmart does, 2 of the cashiers are fast, always uses the coupons off the products you are buying.
Okay, so I dont have any complaints about any of the businesses inside the shopping center. Mostly, the reason I chose to only give Riverbend 3 stars is the PEOPLE who SHOP in the center. For whatever reason, many people walking into Panera think its cool to just take a leisurely stroll from their cars to the restaurant, nevermind the stopping of traffic. Oh, theyll dart out quickly in front of your 1 ton+ car, but then stagnate like molasses. And why is it that so many think the no entrance sign or whatever it says off McCall doesnt apply to THEM & its fine to jeopardize lives, including their own, to turn in at Kroger rather than at the light? Okay, rant over (though Id like to complain on other issues). As for the shopping center itself, its always been convenient for me. Theres been times Ive spent all day there & able to get done all I needed to. For instance, a few months ago we had a semi-formal event. We got our nails done, then to TJ Maxx for new shoes (& a few other things I didnt exactly tell my hubby about), then to Supercuts for our hair (Stacy is awesome), then over to Kroger for corsages & drinks. We also grabbed lunch at Outback & a snack later at Barnes and Noble. My daughter & I enjoyed our girl time whilst my husband occupied himself at GameStop & B&N, all without moving the car & leaving it centrally parked. So its nice to have such a variety of shops and things to do. Weve had similar excursions numerous times, so Id like to have given Riverbend a higher rating. But if you go, just be careful as apparently few people in this town dont obey traffic laws & seem to think that because theyre eating at Panera, they think theyre something super special. 🤷♀️

Good mix of different stores. Kroger has a gas station here as well. Guess Im still kinda nostalgic for the old Riverbend Mall, but, times change. How I miss the 80s sometimes!
A great mall. I have been coming to this mall for probably 25 years. It has been totally renovated and is awesome. Lots of good stores with great merchandise. I drive 35 miles to get to the book store here. I love it. I would recommend this mall over any others I know of in Gordon, Whitfield, Bartow area.
I enjoy shopping at a several styles of shops at one location while being able to park once and walk safely to the next. Several food options (Panera, Outback, Barnes &Noble, and Kroger) allow me to stay longer at this location to complete my errands. The people in these shops are friendly and helpful. The shops are national chains that observe sales and savings programs.

Love this little strip mall! Kroger and Barnes & Noble, etc. All very friendly staff from what I have witnessed so far! Very convenient to my home. Alwsys has great selection of anything I need!
Great place to shop if you have money to shop there just dont give money to everyone that ask for money when you see them bounce from car to car or flagging a sign surprise the ones with backpacks that dont ask and smile at your with respect and too much pride to ask for a dollar cause karma and good deeds to those that are hurting will go to a better cause than the dealer the others seek in asking for your hard earned money. Be fruitful in your blessings for the needy not the greedy.
Edited: Great place to shop. Especially if you have a gamer in the house or a fashionista who has champagne taste and Wal-Mart budget. If you like to ride your bike at night in a well-lit place instead of taking on the road and risk getting sideswiped or getting heat stroke during the summer. I found this is one of several malls and larger parking lots that are boring, but safe, places ride. There is security that patrols the lot. Just load up your bike and head over. You might run into me.
Loved it we were up there for my husband who had day surgery at floyd an I had to kill some time cause of covid restrictions at hospital an didnt wanna drive over an HR home an hr back an I love kroger an micheals craft
Crowded, a good thing. People out being consumers again. Now just need more employees.
Did not have much time to shop here as I went to the Krogers for Starbucks coffee. Know that this Starbucks does not open until later. Early coffee goers will need to go to the Starbucks on the north side of town. The Kroger was very nice and had a great selection of everything compared to a standard Kroger store.
I shop here every time I’m in Rome, either buying gas, Kroger for pharmacy or groceries, Panera Bread to take my grand daughters to Brunch, or to Ross. Wish they’d get more security in Kroger parking lot.
Nice little area with lots of diverse stores and restaurants-many within walking distance. Its pretty well-maintained. Its clean and lines are well marked. Its well-lit. Were here at least once a month. It can be tough getting out, being so compact an area, but it could be worse.
Its hard to avoid the shops here if you live in town. Chances are, youll have to go here as there arent that many other options nearby. Although they keep the shopping center clean and well-maintained, the cramped parking spaces and narrow lanes make it a hassle no matter when you go. Late at night and early mornings are the best for getting in and out quickly.
During the daytime its fine; I dont like shopping here after dark because of the recent crime spree & lack of adequate security, specifically on the Kroger side.
Some good shopping here, but parking can be difficult. The lot is crowded with tight parking spaces and lots of speed bumps. Can be a little tricky to get in and out of safely in a medium to large vehicle.

Great shopping center. Has a lot of my favorite stores there.Like Sallys, TJ Max, Ross, Hobby store and Panera bread.Center is easy to find from normal traffic. Big shopping center, off a main street, through town.
Its a good place but Barnes and nobles are not very friendly. They were so rude to us. Will not go again.
There are a lot of good stores here at Riverbend Shopping Center. So glad there is a Barnes and Noble here. Pier 1 is closing its store. But you still have Michaels, Ross, and TJ Max.

They have so many stores I love here. I like shopping in almost every store in this shopping center. Its easy to get in to and out of so no complaints with it at all
There is a bunch of stores right beside each other can go grocery shopping then turn around and go shopping for clothes they also have a book store in the same area and gaming store jus anything you need is in the area
Good cluster of diverse amount of stores. Alot of shops in the mall would like to relocate to here. Business traffic is good and variety gives you enough for alot of options. Theres clothing, beauty, craft, groceries and options for eating. Parking and getting in and out of plaza is the worst being the biggest downsize.
Variety of stores and has a few places to eat. Barnes and Noble bookstore is one of my favorite places also and I love being able to stop by to grab some coffee and browse all the books!
5 starsfor the business there... except Gamestop. Dont go to gamestop. You would get better deals on pawn stars. They are horrible people with a horrible business ethic and morally corrupt. But I digress. Parking is almost as bad as Gamestops reputation. 1 star for parking. And zero for gamestop. I think you have to have a pro membership to be aloud to say gamestop. Otherwise I can get in trouble for copyright infringement from them. They are literally that bad.
I just go there to shop at Kroger or get fuel at the Kroger pumps. Always lots of parking since the mega strip mall is dying a slow, agonizing death, as it should, especially Panera. Why would you get soup, salad, and bread from the Panera dimwits when you can make better soup from a can of Campbells, and have fresh bread and salads from Kroger or Publix, for 1/5 the cost!?
The area has basically everything you need. Krogers for groceries. Different clothes oppressions from sports to dressy. A makeup store, game store, jewelry, and places to eat.
Great ribs, love the weekend deal on the rack and four sides! Sides are decent, you dont get much bbq sauce on a takeout order but its tasty.
Kroger pick up. Service is always great
I love Morrisons Cafe!!! The food court is amazing too. Love a slow day when I can play on the handy ramp and enjoy a few video games at Aladdins Castle...Bon-ton is worth s second glance too
This is a busy place. Use caution entering and exiting.Please do not make a left turn from Turned McCall BLVD into the entrance at Kroger Fuel Station. Traffic is backed up enough without your illegal turn.
All thats missing is a nature trail that connects too the old k-MART WHERE A FUN POLOSSA LIKE A FUN PARK FOR IN SIDE WOW THIS WOULD BE GREAT.NEAR THE BRIDGE AND RAIL A BIKE TRAIL HUGE PARK AREA ROME NEEDS A LOT MORE ACTIVITY FUN THINGS BUT THIS IS A HAPPENING PLACE NICE SHOPS.
Alot of nice stores
Theres not much here like there used too be but its still worth going too for the basic stores you wanna hit like VS, Bath and Body Works, JcPenney and more. The pizza place inside is good but wish the kids play place and the carousel were still there.

Great place to do your shopping. Currently Krogers ,Hibbett sports, TJ Maxx and Barnes & Noble is located there plus a Michaels and an Outback is also their close . A Chilis bar and grill is just right across the road plus a home Depot.
My daughter had a great experience she had a nice steak and it was cook very well it had a little pink in it but it was really juicy as she said we were celebrating her 21st birthday so she had a frozen drink I forgot the name of it but its Peach and that thing was absolutely awesome every time I go there always order that Frozen drink I forgot what its called but its Peach and is one of the main sellers on the menu.
This place has many shops I love to visit. Michaels was great with a lot of sale items.
Nice area for shopping and eating needs. The exiting of the parking lot can be a hassle, but other than that, its a good spot to shop for clothing and other needs. Nice plaza for a good shopping trip
This is the best mall in North Georgia, lots of great stores. Mall has a number of really good restaurants on the property as well as an impressive food court. There is also a large number of restaurants and shops surrounding the mall.
I come here for Kroger but Ross, GameStop and TJ Maxx are also great. I sometimes go to Barnes & Noble because I love the bookstore atmosphere. I also always carry my pistol here because of a YouTube video of a lady getting mugged at this Kroger. I can see how the entire place could be a target for things like this. So far Ive not had a bad experience, just be aware.
THE stores they did have were very clean. Customer friendly. There DEFINITELY NEEDS MANY MANY MORE STORES AN DRINK MACHINES. AND AÞ VERY NICE RESTAURANT, AN IF NO RESTAURANT AT LEAST A HIGH END STORE AS A HOLLISTER, AMERICAN EAGLE, OR ÒLD NAVY. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Almost anything you need in the most convenient strip mall in Rome in my opinion. Gas, Groceries, Prescriptions, pet care, Clothing, banking, nails, hair, good reads,game stop, medical offices, sporting, hobbies, crafts, good food. Jewels. What else could you need?

One of my fav places to shop because of the diversity. Everything from crafting to reading to gaming to clothing. This place has everything you need for a shopping excursion. I highly recommend it compared to any other shopping area in rome.
This shopping center doesnt have a lot of space to maneuver. People fly through this parking lot.It has a kroger, Sallys, game stop, paneras, outback, jewelry store, hibbets, Ross, TJ Max, Kroger gas station, Talbot, haircut place, region bank, and a Michaels.
Barnes and Noble, Gamestop, Ross, TJ maxx, Sallys, Kroger, and Panera. As far as Rome goes this is like the best place to shop lol

Earns a 3 for store selection but 1 for traffic flow. ALWAYS a pain to get in and out of this shopping center, so much so that I avoid it and shop elsewhere. Its definitely busy during the holidays.I hate to share my trick, but if TJ Maxx is the reason youre going to Riverbend, then avoid the clogged first left turn into the shopping center and go around the back. About a quarter mile down there will be another, nearly empty street you can turn onto. TJ Maxx, Kroger, and Hibbett Sports are all right there.
The place is not got enough parking... Had to get some things at Kroger and I should have gone to Walmart instead!

T J Maxx is another store I like to wander occasionally because of their cookware and home goods.This store is staying true to the chain and has not stocked down to local standards.It still is a favorite!

The parking spaces are miniscule. If you drive a large vehicle, you will have to park far out and walk. The Kroger gas station traffic is ridiculous.
Wish they had more bathrooms at different sites in there because Jay almost did not make it to the restroom at the other end
I do most of my grocery shopping here at Kroger. They also have a Kroger gas station, which us great if you do a lot of shopping at kroger. The gas prices tend to be the cheapest in town.Others stores in this center include: TJ Maxx, Barnes and Noble, Hibbets Sports, Ross, Game Stop, Pier 1, Panera, Outback, and Sallys.

This shopping center has multiple stores with different hours its anchored by kroger which is 24 hrs. It also has Michaels, Tj Max, Ross, Barnes and Noble to name a few.

I shop at Kroger and TJ Maxx Rosss GameStop Panera Breads Pier One Barnes & Noble Starbucks in the shopping center. Its clean for the most part and the people in most of the stores are friendly.
The bookstore is so nice. The employees were super helpful and very nice. Tjmaxx was very bare. Super disappointed.

It was ok...was going to Rosss to get a dress...went into store and walked back out bc the line was to long...only two cashiers during this holiday season.
A grocery store, book store and other retail is located there. Never have a problem parking but I always exit beside the gas station or out the backside to avoid the people who are unsure how to drive at the exit next to Panera bread.
Live to do most of my shopping in this area... Usually fast .. centerally located and all the name brands Im looking for

Went to Coosa Imaging. Great place for X-rays and MRIS. Very thorough and very nice staff.The MRI ,they play your choice of music with headphones.

You shopping center has a very midtown Atlanta feel for shoping up class stores Panera Bread a Michaels and big name shoe books and clothing vendors also along which Kroger
People dont stop at stop signs and the parking spots need to be slanted to allow for easier parking for larger vehicles.
Good shops but the parking lot is really bad. It was designed very poorly so the result is the flow of traffic through there can be very congested at spots for no reason.

Michaels craft store is a great place to shop for crafts. It has different craft items than HL. I like that. Its a treat to see different somewhere.

Convenient strip mall. Easy to access. Groceries, gas, sporting goods, clothing, books, salon/beauty supply, moderately priced restaurants.
Lots of variety to shop. Not a closed in mall so you are able to take a breather between stores.
Great stores but every shopping experience is a hassle thanks to a horribly designed parking lot that is perpetually clogged.

Only reason I cant give 5 stars is because getting in and out of there is a nightmare traffic wise... took me 10 minutes to get out of the parking lot
Should be 5 stars but i hate a bunch of people in one place so i take 2 stars off cause of all the zombies i mean people

Decent shops, but this place has a very poorly planned parking lot. Going is an annoyance if its busy.
There are a few shops in there that is great but I wish they would put the carousel back and out to bring in more business
It is a nice shopping center. The parking is always full and the place is crowded. It is difficult to get in and out of.

Love the stores but I hate trying to navigate the parking lot. Not always enough space to get where you are trying to go with the layout of the parking lot and tight squeeze of the spaces.
My biggest difficulty is the layout of the parking lot. Its hard to maneuver when its busy. Otherwise the shipping center is nice
About the only choice for a true shopping center/strip mall in Rome. Books, clothes, grocery, video games, restaurants. Prime location.
Love this place. Where else can you eat out; Buy video games, books, art supplies, clothes; get groceries; get gas; and have your eyes done!
This is a wonderfully clean and safe shopping center with great stores, and great for short excursions away from home.
Only place I get my gas at, Ross and TjMax got crazy cheap deals on clothing, got great food, and ofcourse Kroger..Love Kroger.
A wide variety of shops including Kroger so basically covers all your needs in one stop which I really like.
Little bit of everything in here, from Barnes & Nobel to panera. Kroger to pier one. Nice place to shop.

2022-06-21I got to this shopping center a lot. This shopping center has stores of all different kinds of varieties. Grocery stores, restaurants, book store, arts and crafts, video games, clothing store, etc. Its nice cause I can get a lot of shopping done in just this one plaza. Very convenient for when you have multiple stores you need to visit. So much easier when theyre all in one spot. Recommend this plaza to anyone.

2022-07-30Love to go here. HATE the parking!! I am in a wheelchair and am alone 98 percent of the time. You have to have extra room to get a wheelchair in and out. The spaces are very small and never enough of them. Wake up world 🌎 people in wheelchairs shop too.

2022-07-22Has a GameStop TJ Maxx Ross Panera Barnes & Noble inside is a Starbucks that also serves desserts from The Cheesecake Factory. Theres also a Kroger, a Hibbets, a Lenmark, and a Michaels arts and craft store. In the parking lot is a Murphys gas station. An Outback Steakhouse, nail & brow salon, Talbots.

2022-04-03Outdoor strip shopping center consisting of several stores including Kroger, Michaels, Barnes and Noble, GameStop, Outback Steak House, CBD shop, beauty supply, and other retailers. Nice but busy location. Just Be aware of impatient drivers in the parking lot. Easy access to Turner McCall and the back entrances provide access to avoid the busy light in front of the shopping center.

2022-06-02Many places to go here. Kroger is where I go mostly, but Ross,TJ Maxx, Hibbetts Shoes, Michaels and many more places are there. You can purchase gas with Kroger Card and points. You are near many dining places as well.
