Riverwatch Car Wash in Augusta
May i please get the number for customer service? It was my first time at this car wash and I was under the impression that once i finish washing my car, i will be able to vacuum as well without any charge considering i chose the most expensive option. I feel very misled and unfortunately there wasn’t anybody on site to help me with my issue. Hoping somebody can get back to me and get this sorted because i am very disappointed-Edit:I was able to get into contact with the office and the fact that they were forthcoming with helping me get the tokens and also apologized for the situation is something that I must commend them for. The respect and taking of responsibility is something that I appreciate. Thank you!
I paid for was an didnt get my tokens for free vacuum the wash was good yet i could of paid $8 an got what I wanted
Not a good value. I came to vacuum my car. It’s $2 for four minutes. I have a compact sedan and it doesn’t even have cloth seats. Four minutes isn’t nearly enough time to thoroughly vacuum a car. They should also accept card or at least cash in this day and age. Only accepts quarters.
I’ve been using this drive through car wash since it opened. But for the last few months receiving the tokens for the vacuuming has been hit or miss. Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don’t. Also, I always purchase the ultimate wash, and on the receipt is a coupon for 2.00 off my next ultimate wash. This hasn’t worked since last summer at least. I’ve tried calling and explaining the issue, but no one calls me back. Kinda annoying for not fully delivering on what I’m paying for.
I love this place because it is well lit All night and seems to be in the middle of the night that I have a moment to clean my car and I feel safe vacuuming there at any hour

Very nice and excellent equipment....you can use you credit debit card here....water has fantastic pressure and the vacuums have always had plenty of suction to get all the pesky sand out of your carpet....never any loud obnoxious music rattling your spine!!!! Always a plus!!! Shaded vacuum and wipe down area!!!!
A year ago i probably rated it in 5*, it was perfect. But... My car is dirty, i guess out of two stations only oblne has brushes and it does not work. Vacuum does not suck well. In 4 minutes that they give i was able to clean only i rubber mat, not telling about anything else.
First visit the machine cut off mid wash. They sent a code, i went to the other machine which offered a $13 wash just like the other side did. Wont work unless you go to the same side. That wasnt apart of the email and joycelyn had a smart mouth in proceeding emails. The machine only cleans the top of the vehicles anyway. At least at Tidal, LuLus, and Sparkle if its not clean they will run it through again or wipe it down. I will try my best to persuade any and everybody from going here because of that mouth.
Very nice place. It is kept clean and the prices are not bad. I even brought my own bucket and washed and waxed my car, nobody had any issues. Would recommend.
Card reader on the left bay works poorly. Almost never reads card. Screen freezes. If you add the extra $1 to get the vacuum token, it’s hit or miss on whether or not you will actually get the token. The rest of the car wash is fine, but the lack of being able to reliably get what you pay for (especially the $1 vacuum tokens) almost makes it a waste of time. Lastly, the air drying machines at the end of the wash (left bay) don’t seem properly calibrated. One side of my car almost always leaves wet.
The Coin Dispenser is empty! There is overflowing trash everywhere at this establishment! This is my Favorite Carwash! But, I cant believe this is happening on this side of town! The last visit was the same! I will include pictures as I re-visit this Afternoon! This is tragic! Once again... This is my Favorite Carwash Location in Augusta! Someone contact the Business Owner and let him know that whomever is responsible for Trash isnt fulfilling their Obligation!🤬🤔
Touch less car wash down. Never gave me my tokens for a free car wash.
Make sure to bring your own quartets. Vending machines wont take coin dollars but thats all the change machine gives. The vacuum does take them though.
I have to rate halfway on this trip. I couldnt believe the mess I seen this morning. Its like someone just trashed the place. I also noticed the $3.00 car wash I put on my card was $10.00 on my card afterwards. I assume thats the bank putting a hold on the card.
Great self car wash that has an automated car wash too if you want to use it. They also have a huge ice machine here were you can get as much ice as you can carry. Very clean and neat car wash. Probably one of the nicest in town. I definitely recommend using this car wash. Low prices and they except credit cards if you don’t have cash.
Wouldnt change a 20, the vaccums were all clogged up ,wasted 6 dollars trying to find a unclogged one , trash was overflowing
Use to love this car wash but it has went down hill. Pulled in, put a $5 bill in an the hose was busted. The vacuums hoses were also messed up on a couple of them.
Had to pay twice for a car wash to get it to work. Then it froze up while I was in there and I had to leave without a dry. Honestly I never thought I would have to leave a bad review for a CAR WASH but honestly its not worth the money. I can get more and stuff that WORKS at Sparkle a mile away. Never coming back.
Its a hand car wash and I have a solid black truck. Not for me. Cant give it one star because everything worked, technically. Saw several other people, cars looked great. So try it if you like, I wont use one again.
I really hate to leave any kind of negative reviews but after three trips through the carwash it has glitched out each time and stealing money when it glitches out it happened one too many times for me to honestly recommend this carwash. Please fix the automation or least have someone on site to fix the glitches and to see why the vacuum lose suction over time
Need to update their bill readers for the full service wash, it refused a new $10 bill and a new $5... those bills were updated 12 years ago, time to replace/update your bill readers. Ended up using the self-service wash (with a new $5 bill, worked fine) and was pleased with the amount of time $5 gave me (10 minutes maybe?) I would have liked a foaming brush... which I feel like they used to have.
Sometimes you pay full price for a touchless car wash that Is not completely full of proper chemicals. Other than that, it’s OK. Too bad you can’t get your money back when that happens.
Great place been using Riverwatch for years now. Just be careful with ur windshield wipers,and side mirrors when using the drive threw wash w/brushes. Lol that jant dont play ..It Gets the job done .

Bay didnt have any shop to wash a entire Dodge Ram truck and overcharged for 4 min @ $3...spent well over $25 and truck still wasnt clean 🙄
This is a great do-it-yourself car wash with do-it-yourself vacuums. They also have an automated wash thats helpful for large vehicles like mine I cant take mine through a regular car wash because of the running boards.
The car wash was okay, disappointed with the overfilled trashcans, caused us to wait until later to vacuum the car.
Visited with a friend while he cleaned his car and couldn’t stop watching another patron washing their landscaping equipment. Very clean and well maintained from what I remember.
Didnt even begin to wash my car!!!! It looked just as bad coming out as it did going in. Used to be pretty good. Wont be returning!! Just awful!!!!
Place gives you the best soap water pressure in the city. Only complaint I have is that the time for the quarters are not long enough maybe want to calibrate your system please.

The only place that I have found that you can drive a Class A Holiday Rambler RV through and clear the height! Thank you. You just made my job cleaning that beast a lot easier.
Worthless auto wash. Truck came out looking the same as it went in. This is the second time I’ve used it and I’ll never go back. Don’t waste your money on the auto wash here.

Touch free wash sounded good but definitely does not do a good job getting the car clean....especially for $11...good for the cheap wash just to knock the pollen off but not worth $11

I used to work at other self carwash places for 24 years. I wont use any of them. Ill only use this one. Employees are all awesome here.
Clean property, all machines functioned properly. The only thing that could have been better was the selection in the vending machine, they had just about everything but glass wipes. All else was fine.
Worst I have ever used wasted 12.00 bucks for nothing there carpet cleaner only made my carpets soapy vacuum has no Suction did nothing for what I need it to do what have to spend 25 more dollars just to get my carpet clean will never use this place again and that sad because its my 1st time coming here
This place is good and the guy who manages is a good guy we had a leaky gun at the car was I got water all over me car wash was on them so good place!
For some reason the ice machine over there is always down.
More times than not Ive been here and had problems with this carwash... Today rendered $3, which isnt the end of the world, but when you drop coins (which the next sham is it only accepts dollar coins) you expect to be able to wash your vehicle only to find the end of the hose is blown off... So, disappointed you pull into the next bay, aggravated but still you need to clean your car only to find the next bay keeps spitting the coins back out... So you wait for someone else to finish their car so you can get into a suitable operating bay... By the time all of this is done youre now extremely aggravated and late getting where youre going... Oh, just to add insult to injury, I didnt see a phone contact posted anywhere in a conspicuous spot to get my money back.. If this was my first bad experience here that would be one thing but this type of thing is a regular occurrance This is my last stop at the River Watch Car Wash...

Clean well maintained facility, with do it yourself bays, touchless automatic, and a spinning brush scrubber that can beat the dirt off of any vehicle.

Vacuums are horrible, tried two different ones and there is hardly any suction on these vacuums. Couldnt do a good job on my vehicle.
Car wash stopped half way during the wash with soap still on my car. Of course there was no phone number to call. Horrible experience.

2022-05-08Nice clean car wash. However... the other day I stuck a $20 in to get change and it said byebye! I didnt get any change. Then after repaying for car wash I spent another $20 so $40 to wash my car pretty much but then I get to the shampooer and 🤨 the vacuum had no sucking pressure to remove the excess shampoo out of the set. Then I tried to sort the fragrance $2 it took my money as well. I think $3 is a bit high giving the fact you barley have timeto brush the car down with soap before. The wash in North augusta is only $2 for 5 minutes. I feel like I was taken advantage of at this wash. Other than that I have no complaints.

2022-06-19I came here after trying the car wash down the street because they didn’t give me enough time to finish off my car wash. So I start washing the car with “high pressure soap” and was just gonna hose the car off with a “high pressure rinse” …. WELL THE RINSE BUTTON DID NOT WORK!!! So instead of spending another $3 I just drove the car home with soap all over it, highly frustrating I’m not one who wash’s their car often too. Next time I’ll go to LuLus

2022-06-10I came here and purchased the 13.00 dollar deluxe wash and wasnt issued a receipt by the machine, nor was I given the free car vaccuum tokens that were suppose to come with it. Might be ok if you dont use the automatic wash

2022-05-06The card machine is not working today on the touchless. After I put my card in nothing happened. This is the second time this has happened. You are losing money today if the machine won’t accept payment. I took down my first review because Jocelyn from Riverwatch Storage contacted me and gave me a free wash. There was another customer behind me today so I told her the machine was down, so we both left. I called Riverwatch storage and the attendant said she’d have the maintenance person call me. The owner needs to be contacted not me.

2018-08-25This is a very nice car wash. It offers 2 drive through wash bays that offer 4 or 5 different wash packages. There are also 5 or 6 DIY wash bays and another 6 stations for vacuuming and cleaning car interior. The location is always spotless. Very well managed and maintained.

2021-10-29Place was creepy at dark. Machines might work. If you take your time and work thoroughly your likely not going to!Inevitably there will be a weirdo in the next vacuum spit. Said weirdo will be there well before you arrive and well after you leave doing nothing at all related to his or her car?Just have to get that car clean as this place will get it? Go for outside of car.No suction in vacs, the air fresher thing is ridiculous and dont even think that one claiming to remove stains and shampoo will do that- it wont.

2021-03-12Thursday I used the automatic car wash service. I’m very disappointed with. It’s the service and customer service. I’m also reporting this to the better business bureau only because I can not reach ANYONE to express my concern and complaints. I went through the car wash and selected the $11 service which h also gives me free vacuum tokens. Never received my tokens and my car was filthy still. I took pictures immediately. I googled their Telephone number and called. The number is disconnected. I also went on their website and under contact us the number ewe listed but also disconnected when I called. They both appear to be the same number. I am definitely going to make this my business to spread that this company is stealing peoples money by charging $11 dollars for a service and not following through with their promise to their consumers.
