I was out of town in Waycross when the battery went dead on my car. It was covered under warranty so I called the service department. Devin assisted me and I could not ask for an easier and more helpful experience. He was very professional, attentive, and he is a go-getter. I would absolutely recommend this service department and their employees. Thanks, yall!
I purchased 2 pickup trucks from this Ford dealership; the first was an F150 platinum around $45 or 50 grand price , a couple days after the purchase I started having problems with the sunroof, took it to service and they kept it for almost 2 weeks, when I finally picked it up after a day the roof started making a cracking sound once Again I took it back to the dealership and service kept it a few more days . I got it back and the same problem AGAIN … At this point I did not feel comfortable with that vehicle so I expressed my concern and ask for a different truck , we went back n forth about the process , so I was told I couldn’t return it but I could trade for another. I put a substantial down payment on this truck I might add . $20,000 . So They got a 2017 F 250 for me $59,000 , I gave another big down payment $30,000 , truck came in look great , did all the paperwork took it home . Almost 20 month’s later I decided to get an appraisal, by this time I put $18,000 easily in up grades into it. So I contacted a different Ford dealer and they tell me I have a truck with a branded title , basically it’s a lemon , bought back by Ford for for issues , similar to a salvage title , so my truck would normally be between $70,000and $80,000 in today’s market , . I’m having problems with them today to do the right thing , I would NOT advise anyone to purchase from there . What major dealership sells a truck with a branded title and what major dealership would push a truck with issues like the F150 out the door with a dis functional roof . Would not let me return , told me I had to trade . Let me be the lesson for you !!!
Service went way down hill since 2020. On one car, took 3 days to put on tires and do an alignment as their alignment machine was down. Ordered tires in person for a 2nd vehicle and was never called saying theyre in and bring the car down. Long time customer and will not return for tires or routine maintenance. New service manager lacks professionalism and communication skills. As a customer, I felt blown off. Who waits 3 days for tires and alignment when down the street this could be done in an hour. Id give a rating of 0 stars if the option existed.
I bought my used vehicle at this dealership last year. After the purchase, they introduced me to Adam, who is part of the Service Team. Smart move! I’ve had several repairs completed and when I drive away, I know the work was completed correctly.I drive 65 miles one way to visit this Service Department, so that should speak for itself!
Dealership did not call customer with updates. The initally diagnosiswas completed with no call to me. I had to call to find out and gave permission to proceed. Due to a mixup parts were not ordered on time adding an extra day to repairs. Again, when the job was complete, I had to call to get status. Very dissatisfied.
I called the service department and told Adam that I couldn’t crank my Ford Edge. He said he would have someone to me in 5 minutes. Coty arrived to jump off my Edge. He then followed me to the dealership and check to see what the problem was a then changed out my battery. Adam and Coty was my heroes of the day, so thankful for their help and getting me back on the road. And it was done quickly.
Very professional, friendly, affordable, they get you in and out in a timely manner. I highly, highly recommend this dealership for your vehicles service needs. Even if your vehicle isnt a Ford give them a call and check on service. The best place to get your vehicle seen about!
I would give it a higher rating as i use to work there and Mr Robbie is an awesome boss but the way Cindy in the office treated my wife over the phone knowing how ill she is and telling her she dont have to be nice to us because i quit, i will not be doing any business at all with them and everyone that knows me personally also said they will not be back, the business will continue to go down until she is gone from there.
We bought a pre-owner vehicle today and we’re very pleased with the whole process. Nikki was very informative and honest and listened to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect vehicle for us. And the finance manager Tracy was very helpful. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
Super friendly staff that goes above and beyond. The service center is amazing and you can truly trust their technicians with your vehicle. The shuttle service during services and online appointment scheduling is also a major perk and convenience. I was able to get 2 recalls and an oil change done in less than 2 hours. Robbie Roberson will definitely be my permanent choice for vehicle needs.
Dewey was a lot of help getting us the vehicle we needed & at the right price. Office staff was very friendly. Even though this is the first vehicle we have bought from Robbie Roberson, we have had our vehicles serviced there for a few years. Adam does a great job scheduling the repairs and service department works hard to get it done in a timely manner.
Awesome Used Car purchase experience!! The Car(2014 Mercedes Benz MLS 350) pictured on the website was exactly what I saw when I arrived to see the car in person. The exterior was clean and the interior was in like new condition. I drove 5hrs not knowing what to expect when I arrived at the dealership. Im very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend friends and Family. Mr. Wooten(Sales Person) was helpful and very polite which made the experience pleasant/hassle free. Mrs Lloyd the finance Manager was also Polite. I drove the Car 5hrs back to Columbia without any issues.
The repair service at Robbie Roberson Ford in Waycross is VERY SLOUCHY. They seriously need to get-it-together & treat EVERY customer & their vehicles with respect. I would not recommend Robbie Roberson Ford in Waycross, Ga to no one. SLOUCHY SERVICE may verily well indicate a SLOUCHY sales contract as well. And LIES are NEVER good either.
I came to Robbie Roberson Ford looking for a car after a very frustrating experience with a local Dealerships Used Car Department. I called the Sales manager at Robbie Roberson and explained my dilemma. I felt I needed to go right to the top to avoid any more issues like I experienced at the other dealership. Within 5 minutes a very nice and helpful saleswomen named Marissa had contacted me and invited me to come and sit with her so she can help me. She helped me through the process of finding the car that was right for me and my family. Marissa stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Service was top notch! I will recommend them in the future to others and appreciate the quality of customer service I received.
I have been wanting a Ranger since they were released in the USA, and I wanted a local dealer I could trust. I had maintenance performed previously at Robbie Roberson Ford and decided to talk to them. They gave me an excellent trade in price for my vehicle and were able to get the Ranger I wanted within one day. The only reason I give them less than 5 stars is after taking delivery of the new Ranger, I discovered all 4 tires were over inflated by more than 10 psi each. But that was easy to correct, just someone should have done a little more checking prior to me taking delivery.
My wife and I bought a new vehicle from these great people at Robbie Roberson Ford. The experience was awesome. Tracy was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. Nikki was our sales lady she is wonderful. If your looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Robbie Roberson Ford and make sure you ask for Nikki!!!
I bought my Ford Escape there several years ago. Its been a good car & I plan to keep it a long time. The salesman was very patient with me; I have chronic, severe low back & hip pain. Driving can be a nightmare in a car with an uncomfortable seat. I sat in a lot of cars looking for just the right one. It turned out they didnt have an Escape Titanium in stock that met my criteria, but they did some searching & found the right one at another dealership. I think this is the only time in my history of buying cars that I feel like I didnt get screwed. Im not much of a haggler, & Ive often settled for a car that wasnt quite what I wanted just because it was there on the lot & I was exhausted, but this time I was determined to get exactly the car I wanted at an acceptable price. I feel I got both, so yay! Definitely recommend.
My old truck died. Trouble is, it wasnt an old truck. It wasnt a Ford either. I met Robbie a couple years ago and was immediately impressed. Somehow I knew he is a man of character, morals and integrity. I knew if I ever needed another vehicle, Robbie Roberson would be the place to go. Im in a new truck---actually, a NEW truck. I feel good about the truck, the deal, everything. I really feel good about being rid of the old truck. Thanks, Robbie. Ill send everybody to you!
I have bought 2 vehicles in the past 3 years from this dealership in which I have had great customer service to achieve a good deal on my vehicles. Lyn Wooten and Robbie Roberson have been very helpful with the finance options and rebates on the new vehicles in excess of 90k in vehicles. I would recommend anyone to use this great dealership for their knowledge and honesty in buying a new vehicle.

Robbie Roberson Ford takes good care of their customers. It doesnt matter that your car may be a year old or in my case older, the salesmen will still help you. To me, that is what I call good service. I will continue to use this business. The service department has gone out of their way make help me. They are a blessing to me! I highly recommend this place of business!!
We recently purchased an F250 truck from Robbie Roberson Ford. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Our salesman, Lynn Wooten along with David Dubois in service, went over in great detail specifics about the truck. The lady in fiance also explained everything in detail and made sure we had the right plan.All in all I would recommend Robbie Roberson Ford to anyone, and my next purchase will be from them.
Poor customer service! Took my Navigator in for an oil change and tire rotation. While speaking with the first service advisor about other questions I had about my vehicle, he walked away before I was finished. Second service advisor was friendly. Picked up vehicle, and paperwork showed that the tires were rotated, when in fact they were not! Makes me wonder if the oil was even changed! Had them adjust the paperwork showing that the tires in fact were not rotated as original papers showed.
On a road trip in my new Mustang GT ragtop, I filled up in Waycross. In less than a quarter mile, on the way out of town towards Lake City, FL. she sputtered and died. Her first hiccup in four months, 8 thousand miles. Started back up in 30 seconds, got off the main road and she started again. Called Roberson service as I was headed into some rather remote Okefenokee roads. Service rep Dewy recommended bringing it in for a check. She ran flawlessly on the way there.Like a Harley shop, touring drivers are given priority at Roberson Ford. Dewy had her in the shop in fifteen minutes. He told me that a Senior Master technician would look at it. A top man. After cooling the fuel system with a fan, purge valve and fuel pressure sensors were checked. Dewy even offered me a courtesy car while I waited.After a thorough examination and test drive, it was impossible to duplicate the malfunction. As a former electronics specialist on medical equipment, I am well aware that digital systems can, on occasion, glitch and reset on a power restart. I was confident that the tech did his job.Work was done under warranty. My offer of a gratuity to the tech was refused. I paid my verbal compliments to the manager and drove 250 miles to my home on Gulf coast Florida without a hiccup.Thanks again Dewy for your courtesy and attention. You guys are alright!
Over all the price i considered fair and the car has had no problems. However the interest rate(almost 10%) that they stuck me with is the got cha in the old ribs along with the extended warranty for 2 yrs for $2ooo . I dont blame the sales people for i did have the ootion to say no. I should have gone through my cediit union but the finiance lady at the car dealer assuresd me i couldnt get a better rate there. If the bank had approved the ammount it would had a rate of 2.9%. Big difference. Pay attention and try financing ouside their company.
I have taken my truck to them 2 times the first time they had it for a month when I drove it off the lot it was still doing the exact same thing as when I took it to them in the first place, then I took it back thinking they are the professionals much to my dismay they again kept it two weeks and even though it does run its still doing the exact same thing it was doing when I took it to them in the first place 2 months ago . Their final word to me was and I quote we have no idea what is wrong with your truck unquote.
Had nothing but the best customer service of any Service Dept I have ever had dealings with...The care that was given to me throughout the entire time was far above my expectations...took the worry completely away while having work on my car done...Appreciate my whole experience with Robbie Roberson Ford...from buying my Vehicle to now caring for our New Baby Girl (Ford Exlplorer)..
Customer service is top notch on vacation visiting from Va and my car was making a funny noise called all the local Ford Dealerships and Robbie Roberson Ford was the only dealership that could get me in asap the staff were all incredibly polite and welcoming shortly after dropping my car off they found that my air box was not put back together properly by Walmart after a oil change needless to say will not be taking my car back to Walmart for any service after Ford fixed my car they told me the visit was free of charge I wish my local Ford was as awesome as these guys
I got a work order on a truck and took it to to my bank and they got every thing ready for me to buy so I called the the salesman Lyn wooten and he told me the truck was available and to send him a copy of the work order and a pic of the check so I did all of that and was on my way to get the truck he called me and said that the truck was being being sold so he made me waste all my time and my banks time getting everything ready he should have told me that the start with but no I think he lied to me so if you go here do not let Lyn wooten deal with you because you dont know what to believe from him and tried to blame every thing on another salesman they just dont have it all together over there
The mechanic that take care of me yesterday said that I had a leaking radiator and that needed to be replaced so I got home and I checked everything out and I taught not to sit at took care of it I dont unfair why he didnt do that but he come up to me and say it that ever he M he retake the so so how and let him do it for about 3rd of the price.i
I HAVE BEEN USING ROBBIE ROBERSON FORD FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. THEY ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET ANY PROBLEM SOLVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE...I WOULD RECOMMEND ROBBIE ROBERSON FORD TO ANY AND EVERYONE FOR GREAT SERVICE.LARRY H BARBER

2022-03-20While they do offer a lifetime powertrain warranty on new purchases, they unfortunately add on an additional $3,000 markup on every new vehicle they sell, which is just not how car dealerships should do business, especially in times like these with gas prices skyrocketing through the roof, and folks still recovering from the pandemic. I was shocked that they would take advantage of these situations to price gouge their clients by charging such high fees to purchase a new vehicle which they have very little stock on hand as it is. My take is that YOU DESERVE BETTER, no honest business takes advantage of its customers just because IT CAN. Thats not how you deserve to be treated, and I for one, would NOT do business with this group of con-artists. Youre far better off taking your business to nearby Blackshear to Mike Burch Ford where such shenanigans arent carried on. If theyre willing to take advantage of you at the start of doing business with them, its highly likely theyll continue to take advantage of you in the future. Im sorry, I dont do business with those who value the $$$ over their relationships with their customers. Its their loss that they refused to give this DISABLED VETERAN a break on the cost of a new vehicle. They can find customers who are MORE gullible than I, but its my recommendation that you take your valuable business ELSEWHERE. They dont deserve it. Theyre price gouging folks, and I will not stand for it or support it. If you wish to do so, by all means, feel free to let them take advantage of you, I refuse to let them do this to me. I SHOULD HOPE YOULL CHOOSE LIKEWISE.

2021-07-21I have always had nothing but praise for this dealership. I would have continued to give them a 5 star rating except for the fact that their service department has slipped recently. I find it much more difficult to obtain an appointment and on my last visit, not all of the requested service work was performed. This is extremely frustrating since I do not live in the Waycross area, I only visit there about twice a month.I know that they have had turnover in the service department so I hope that the service improves going forward.

2021-06-09Longtime customer. Bought my first car here and have used their service department for everything. Today, I picked up my car from the service department. It needed a tire change. Took it in Friday got it back Wednesday. Felt like I was given the runaround when I called to check up on the progress. First it was wrong tire sent. Then the wrong tire again. Finally the right tire was received and put on. Now, this could have been true, but the fact the don’t call to tell me of an issue and I have to keep calling them about what’s taking so long on one, has made me want to go elsewhere. We had a good run Robbie Roberson Ford but I feel it’s time for me to move own. I wish y’all the best of luck.

2021-10-25First i will say that the older gentleman was nice, for that i give them a star. Besides that the experience was a waste. I was looking to compare something i customized at the chevy dealership across the street. I bring that print out in to ask some questions so i can compare trims, accessories, etc. I was basically told to go online and configure it. Ive been a computer consultant for over 10 years. I know that if someone comes to me to for advice on comparison they dont know the difference between an AMD and Intel processor. They rely on me to help them make an informed decision. To translate the difference in product lines and choices. That is what i expected and where they failed. There was no one in the show room at all. Darn near a ghost town. The gentleman didnt even try and say lets look at what you got.As a Ford Explorer owner i was disappointed. I guess its time to switch sides as i go for my first 2500 class truck. Those guys at Chevy were great and helped me understand what i was getting. They said, Hey order the truck and you can cancel it if you want, we know its gonna sell. They wanted my business and they will get it.
