Just started shopping here after I picked up an old chassis from OfferUp. The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me to get it ready for practice on the track. I’ll definitely keep shopping here as I eventually get another kart to compete.

Awesome service. I ordered from their website. Unfortunately the item I wanted was out of stock and backordered. I called them and they processed a refund for me instantly. They even asked around for a used one to get us by. Thank you!!

Steve & Stacy Roberts are two of the nicest people youd want to meet. I gave Stacy my colors and number for a wrap and I couldnt be happier with her design. Steve knocked out the scaling on my cart in no time and has more than patiently answered all my questions (new to karts) THIS is my place for parts and service from here on out!

They are who we reached out to when it came time for our venture into karting. I could not be more pleased with our decision. Recently, I purchased several items for Roberts Kart Shop. A few of the items were on back order but instead of delaying my order, the staff called me and offered other alternatives to meet my application, Very Impressive! There was a billing issue with my order as I was charged for a item that was not shipped, again on back order, but the staff refunded my money without hesitation and gave a sincere apology for the mistake. Which in todays age is rare because everyone tries to deflect blame or take ownership in mistakes, but not the staff at Roberts Kart Shop. they understand that its not about making one sale, Its about servicing a customers needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy racing parts for their go kart and say that you can order with confidence. Happy Racing from Arkansas!

2 of the most honest and helpful people Ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. Family owned business for decades. They only sell good quality parts at a fair price, no Chinese junk. Not to mention I think Stevie could build any gocart engine you could ever need that would out perform anyone elses! With in house vinyl printing for absolutely any lettering you want to do on the cart or even signs, banners and so on. Always clean and courteous, I wouldnt go anywhere else for printed vinyl signs, lettering or FAST dependable racing gocarts!!

Unless you want to get DQed from a race do not use RKS. Absolutely ridiculous. You would think after so many years of experience he would know better. I trusted him with my kids kart and he let me down
