My mother ended up stranded on the interstate alone in the wee small hours of the morning. Fred showed up quickly, and sat with her until I could reach them (I was already on the way out when she called him for the tow). I got lost on the way out, and he was able to help guide me in, over the phone. In stressful situations, we all hope someone this great will respond to our relatives. Mom said his showing up so quickly made her feel much safer on the side of the road. I highly recommend Robinson Towing, and would like to say a big thank you to Fred the Tow Truck Guy! Thanks so much for being there when we needed you!!!
I was stranded in Warner Robbins and called this tow company. They were the rudest and most inefficient company I have ever encountered. I was alone on some desolate road at 2 am trying to get home to NC and these guys told me it would be 3 hours before they could arrange a tow. When I explained the situation - a single woman in the middle of the night on a scary desolate road, they could care less and let me know it was not their fault my vehicle needed a tow and they would get there at their convenience. They did finally show up - 4 hours later. Do not call or use Robinson if you need any compassion.
My truck was on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck for over 2 hours and never showed up,I decided to contact ROBINSON’S roadside and he literally came out to help me in less than 30 minutes he towed both my truck and my boat trailer,And also took me and my husband to the dealership,honestly he was amazing!!! at 4:30am on a raining and foggy night he came to save us!!Thanks so much Fred many blessing for your company keep up the great work & Great service !!! 100% recommend them.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM ANYDAY OF THE WEEK!!! Had gotten a flat tire on the highway alone called them and Fred helped me with a tire and got me back on the road. I felt safe and welcomed as family He called me every five minutes to make sure I was safe until the guy came and changed my tire and even after I got back rolling he called again to make sure everything was right!!! Fred came to me on the side of the road on 49 west Sunday afternoon. Me and my boys were stranded. He was just so happen to drive by. He stopped and assisted us with no problem. He was professional and very helpful. I had a blowout and was terrified cause no was stopping. He was literally Godsent. He moved quickly and was even concerned about my previous tire. I would recommend him to any and everyone. Very satisfied!!
Excellent service! Passing through on our way to Florida and got a flat without a spare at 6am. Less than 2 hours Fred had us back on the road. Kept us looped in every step of the process. Also supports Veterans! Cant ask for anything more. Much appreciated!
The person on the phone had a trash attitude and was very rude. They need to learn customer service and manners.
Fred was so wonderful! He arrived quickly and was just a joy! A very nice and compassionate man at a time when we had high anxiety. He cared for our flat tire by changing it quickly and he actually repaired our problem tire too! Wow! I will definitely call on him if we need assistance again!
This man was the only person/towing company who was willing to help us when our car got stuck on a wet, muddy road in the middle of no where. Other places we called said they didn’t have someone in the area, or told us their trucks would just get stuck. But he was willing to help. Highly recommend if you are looking for someone dependable and honest.
Thanksgiving day 2020. I locked my family out of our RV. After an hour of searching for someone, my insurance could not find anyone. A Love’s Employee provided me with Robinson’s number.He arrived, did not charge me and provided me with a number that could help me. He also checked back with me to ensure I was in my rig and on my way!This type of customer service is un-heard of today.
Owner was very rude and unprofessional he told me it would be a long wait. I asked how long and he responded b***h you can call another company if you like. Thats not how you speak to someone. I said excuse me. He says bye cracker and hung up. Stay away from this place by all means!
Fred, the owner, was so helpful, kind, respectful, and personable. He treated us like he has known us our whole life. He showed a sense of urgency that all the other local towing companies in Warner Robins didnt possess. I called at 5:50 and he had me back in business within 30 minutes. The price was more than reasonable, he quickly took care of the issue, and even helped my dad fix a totally separate problem Prompt, courteous, and efficient... Thankful to know we have good customer service locally!
I was Stuck on the side of the interstate with two kids at night. Fred came right over in 20 min. He had us at the parts store shortly and had us back on the road with a new alternator in less than a hour! Amazing customer service. He made sure we were in a safe spot while he worked on the car too. Absolutely the best! #heroesdontallwearcapes.
Awesome guy! I called him to tow my car to be repaired. He had a great response time. When he got here he looked at it and knew exactly what to do, and fixed it for me so quickly. No repair shop needed! It was completely affordable too. Total lifesaver. Take my advice and definitely call him in an emergency.

Me my daughter and grandkids hit a deer on Hwy 16. Call my insurance company. They sent Robinson he got there quick to get my car off the highway and safely towed it home 73 miles he was very professional and nice. I work for Esurance Roadside and today the business owner called in to have me get in contact with a customer from 10/21 to make sure the driver he sent out upheld his service standards. It was great that he did that and wanted to check on the customer, not many of our providers do. The customer stated he had a great experience, the driver was like 3 minute late but not a big deal. Very professional and nice.

I contacted this towing company to help get my friends semi truck that was stuck in the yard in mud. I thought when I called him he was going to come out with a tow truck, but instead he came out to the house in a pickup truck. lll give an A for effort, but he shouldve known that a regular pickup without 4 wheel drive was no competition for a semi truck that was unloaded with just the tractor. And yes I was specific when I spoke with on the before he came out

Saw one of the tow trucks parked in a handicap parking spot at Walmart on 12/9/20, and they were parked so crooked that it was almost comical. Parking your work truck in a handicap spot when you don’t have a handicap plate or placard is a good way to tell people not to do business with you.
Im so happy that I was able to Google search and find this business. My battery died on me. Within 10 minutes of calling Robinson Roadside Service, someone was here to help. After about another 15 minutes, I was riding again. Thank you again Robinson Roadside Service for your fast and friendly service.
I called this business to come tow me off of a dirt road. and they said theyd be there within an hour or two. They never showed up AND stopped answering me. extremely unprofessional, would not recommend find someone else

We had already been waiting for over an hour in another service, when we called to see why we were told it would be another 40-45 minutes when we were originally told only 50 minutes. Called Mr. Robinson, and he got there within 15 minutes, was very friendly, and charged less than quoted by other service. Will be calling him first in the future.

The man told me he was going to be there in a few minutes waiting 3 and a half hours still never showed. Also stopped taking my phone calls, needless to so my car is still sitting where it was not towed or fixed. This is not the way to get customers or recommendations for business. Totally disappointed.

2022-02-12I do not typically take the time to leave reviews but this company (and the owner) provided me with one of the best experiences I have had in a long time so I felt I needed to make an effort to share! I was on the way home from Florida from a long soccer weekend and my vehicle stranded me 2.5 hours from home. We were panicked and tired and had no idea who to call where we were. I did a quick Google search and came across Robinson towing and made the call. They were SUPER responsive to my initial call. The owner knew I had a ride coming to pick me up so he specifically made a special trip over to grab my keys until he could get the vehicle picked up. He gave me a clear, honest price up front and told me I did not have to pay until he got it to my locations 2.5 hours away. He messaged me immediately when the truck was picked up and even sent me a link to follow him on Google maps as he made the long drive!! Once he got the vehicle to the dealership he took the time to complete all the overnight paperwork for the drop box for me and even sent me photos of the vehicle at its final location. He then honored the quoted price and sent a link for payment. I am not sure there is a more reliable, honest, and efficient towing company in this area!! If you have any needs I highly recommend calling them. Its obvious he takes pride in his business and customer service which is rare these days!

2022-06-12The towing company SAVED ME when my tire busted and it was stranded in Warner Robins with no money. I was on my way home to savannah when my tire busted and they sent an absolute angel to come help me. He towed us out of the road, got us some good used tires, and got them put on the for us for a criminally good price. They were so helpful and understanding of my situation and stayed with me every step of the way. THANK YOU!!

2022-02-10I called this company to tow my truck from Robins AFB to a nearby mechanic. I made the call around 3:30pm and I waited (at work) til 5:30 before calling again and check on the drivers ETA. He told me he had a couple tows ahead of me and would get to me as soon as he could. Around about 7:30 I called again and this time he didnt even answer the phone. This company has a blatant disregard for their prospective customers valuable time. I wish there was a value less than a single star because that is what my opinion is of this companys service. I wish them the best of luck, which Im sure theyll need if they continue to treat people this way. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!!

2021-12-21I used this tow company and it was great, he picked up my car and towed it with no problems, he even gave me a discount to use him again. However, when I called for the second tow, I told him the car had to be at the mechanic by 5:30 pm. I called Friday more than 3 hours in advance and he told me it would be an hour and a half for the tow so it could get there on time. An hour and a half went by and no response, I sent follow up texts and still no response. At this point I knew he wasnt coming as it was 9 pm with no response. I get a call the next morning from him saying he didnt forget about me and that he ended up being too tired and went home to sleep and would be at my house Monday at 7:30 am. Im all about self-care and understanding when someone needs to take a break because I know its a hard job but it was extremely unprofessional to not inform the person waiting of needing to reschedule and to assume he could pick it up Monday morning with no questions about what times would actually work. He definitely needs to work on communication.

2022-02-05Attempted to use this place. Called for a fuel delivery since I ran out of gas, said he would be there in 30 minutes. Waited 45 minutes then called back 6 times with no answer and he never showed. Luckily got ahold of another company that actually showed up.

2021-05-16I had an accident on the highway. I had called triple A and 2 1/2 hours went buy and they still didn’t have some one coming!!!! When I called Fred he was on his way and there in great time, considering the construction going on!!! He was very quick and efficient! In very short order he had us loaded and on our way👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Plus he was super friendly! Definitely use him again.
