Room was clean, bigger tv than normal. Staff was less than impressive, needed help with wifi, came to the door (3 people) smoking and sloppy. Would not let them in.Was charged $125 plus $15 for my Cotin de Telear, Saw Roadway website fpr this mptel advertised on website as $64. Ripped off ! charged double, Motel was empty when took the room at about 6:00pm . Never again. Vending machine OUT OF ORDER washer out of order But lots of ICE!
DO NOT STAY HERE. The absolute worst customer service, specifically the man that works in the front. I booked my room for the wrong date and asked to change but the lady who worked at the front (at that time, I don’t believe she is still there) told me she had no idea how to access the company email, change reservations, or give refunds. I arrived before the date I booked online and still had to pay for the room that day. Both the lady’s in the front assured me the owner would issue me a refund when he arrived. This was August 8th, 2021. It is not September 13th with no refund to my card. I’ve called multiple times. The owner has apparently hasn’t been there in over a month? I’ve made a claim with choice hotels and they have also called the business twice. They tell choice hotels one thing and tell me something totally different. The man working there lies every single time I call. Also, if they’re advertising a pool that’s a lie because the pool is actually green and disgusting. You can’t use it. I don’t even want to give up them a star because of how mad I am that I can’t get a refund. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one night. Absolutely ridiculous.
My brother rented a room for a week at $380.00 a week . The man that runs the motel is so rude . I called my brother at 7 his only phone call for like 3 days and the man answered and screamed at me for calling my brother and actually hung up on me . He was extremely rude .
The room was recently remodeled, and in the photos, it looked really nice. But in person, it was not as good as we originally expected. We switched rooms as the room smelled of a smoking room, and the new room also smelled the same (I assume the hotel used to allow smoking). The bed sheets had spots where it was slightly dirty, and has a burnt spot possibly from the smoking. The faucet broke off, and the door handle came off too. The TV was not attached to anything, so it showed no signal. After asking about it, they said we needed to plug it in.Again, this hotel is a budget friendly hotel, and I wouldn’t expect too much, but this is my experience with the hotel. It is definitely worth staying here for a night or two for the price, but don’t expect a luxurious product.
Office staff upon checkin were nice and accommodating. Entering room was a science of our AHS. Stained bedding, pillows, towels. All walks of low life in the parking lot. Could not use shower due to no clean towels, bugs in tub, and overall cleanliness was less then disarable. 0 out of 10 recommendations. Housekeeping should be fired IMMEDIATELY. Would NOT RECOMMEND. Even if like myself was using as a half way point/sleep destination. We literally shared our location with friends and family in fear of something happening to us throughout the night.
Room was dirty. Housekeeping does a very poor job. The sheets/pillows/towels/beds are disgusting and need to be replaced immediately. Room smells musty and gross. Did not want to touch or sit on anything in the room. Will not stay again. Very disappointed in the stay.
I’m not sure how or why this motel got such high reviews. They charged higher than the price advertised online and called it a stimulus price surge. The surfaces inside the room were wiped down, but I’m fairly certain the bedding had not been cleaned since the last stay. There was animal hair in one of the beds and every single pillow case was stained with yellow splotches. Our door in one of our rooms didn’t lock when you closed it, so we made sure to use the deadbolt. There were people coming in and out of their rooms all night partying and we had a pretty restless night after a long day on the road. There were no lamps in the room - just one light switch that turned on several overhead fluorescent lights at once. The TVs didn’t work in the 2 rooms we stayed in. When we complained to the front desk, she said it was bc of inclement weather, despite the fact that it was completely clear outside. In the morning, the hosts made no attempt to rectify the situation and seemed accustomed to fielding complaints. I would not recommend staying here. There are many other hotels in the area that also got decent reviews. Stay away from this place.
I did sleep very good even tho I was scared of what the stains were on the sheets. And I will say they were nice enough to turn off an alarm that was left on next door when I called about it. Dont even try or waste your time using their fridge they provide. Nothing was cold or kept cold. The ac unit smells moldy but works pretty great. Definitely dont expect to swim in the pool🤮. Overall a typical motel stay.
Positive: nicely renovated space and comfortable beds very very nice and helpful staff very convenient location Negative: no lights but ceiling lights --no table or bedside lamps too spartan and desk chair was inadequate--too easy to tip back bathtub too shallow to get out of even with grab bars--needs new tub
Im going to start off by saying the beds are comfortable and if you bring a chrome cast or firestick for the TV itll make this stay better. but this could be a very nice inn if they had any sense of cleanliness. when we walked in and checked the sheets there were stains and dirt as if someone had only put the sheet back on from the stay before us. visible crumbs by the nightstand, toothpaste and water spots on the mirror and barely a roll of toilet paper.. when we had called the front desk for a new set of sheets they gave us 2 top sheets so we had to walk back for a fitted. we were called at 10:30 to check out and when we were past 15 minutes we were called again given attitude and told housekeeping needed to get into our room. when we got to our car it didnt really look like housekeeping was hurting for our room. we felt rushed and uneasy about this stay here. i dont think well be back.
Absolutely horrific. I understand “you get what you pay for” but we were desperate for sleep and everyone else was sold out. We took a gamble we NEVER should have taken. We lasted all of 25 minutes in the room before it became too much. And as tired as we were, we made an effort.. even going down the road to purchase a can of Lysol to try and make the smell go away and make us feel better. Stains on the bed sheets and comforter, hair balls galore everywhere, bathroom was atrocious, mouse droppings in office desk, half used toilet paper roll... a NIGHTMARE. When we asked for a refund, the lady up front tried to deny us one until we started showing other potential guests the photos of our room. I didn’t expect the Hilton but for $108, I thought we’d at least get a fresh roll of toilet paper.
This is a very nice little hotel. NO coffee pots in the rooms though not they do serve coffee 24 hours in the lobby. There is no breakfast right now due to covid but they are very close to lots of restaurants and gas stations. Very friendly staff and very quiet place. The rooms are very nice. It looks newly remodeled. The beds are super comfy. We enjoyed our two day stay. We were able to check on early and stay late. The room is $10 an hour extra past noon but it was worth it for us to stay a couple hours. It is a pet friendly hotel and the pet cost is only $15 per pet so we were very happy over all with our experience and would stay there again.
The Rodeway Inn at Calhoun greatly exceeded my expectations! My husband and I were looking for a hotel in this price range because we were running low on money after a week--long vacation, but our expectations were pretty low, based on previous experience with other hotels in this price range. We expected to find dim lighting, musty smell in the room, room in disrepair, etc. This was not the case at all! The property was well lit. The room was clean and smelled clean. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The TV was huge. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and we had a wonderful nights sleep. We will definitely stay there again next time were in the area.
The room was very clean and it looked as if it had just been completely redone. The bathroom was very clean and there were plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable. The only issue I had was the remote to the TV was missing so we had to get one from the office but the manager was kind enough to bring the remote and program it to the TV.
This property is like the old fashioned motor inn where you can back your car right up to the door which is very convenient. They have recently remodeled but our room only had overhead can lights, no lamps. Also the wash clothes were so dingy, we would never use them.
This was my second stay at the Rodeway Inn, and both occasions I stayed an extra day or two. Its quiet, well maintained since its makeover some months ago. The rooms are very clean, fresh smelling with no dank aroma sometimes associated with hotels rooms that has carpet. My biggest thumbs up goes to front desk check- in.For Me Check-In can make or break my final decision on staying at a hotel. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly front desk clerks makes checking in a breeze! And when youve been on that road and all you can see is a hot shower and a bed, a hassle free check in nails it Everytime, and so far the Rodeway Inn offers just that, a Hassel free check in... location is excellent, its literally right off the Interstate 75, my only complaint is the entrances. The main entrance in my opinion is to short of a distance from the signal light, if you ever visit Rodeway Inn and use the main youll what I mean.I give Rodeway Inn 4 out of 5 Stars!
I had read several positive reviews online, but I wasnt sure what it would be like until we got there. We were shocked at how nice it was -- my wife mentioned that she was skeptical that it would be as good as it was until we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the shower clean, the breakfast tasty, and the service outstanding. It was certainly the nicest Rodeway Inn weve ever stayed at -- very well done!We didnt get a chance to try out the TV or swim in the pool, as we were just passing through. But all in all, it was a very nice stay.
We usually stop at this hotel on our way to Florida. Its about halfway in our journey. The room and bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has rails in the shower area. The breakfast is standard, but the meat was greasy on this trip and there was no serving tongs for the bread or waffle station. Check-in was quick. I like the shades in the rooms rather than curtains. They afford complete privacy.
For this to be a motel it is not bad. Clean rooms. Clean sheets and bedspreads. The sheets are from HILTON. I don’t understand the previous reviews on here about dirtiness. Maybe it was under previous management? I’m staying here a week and so far so good. The only bad things I can say are that the chair in my room has a broken back and the pool is most definitely slimy green. Which was intimidating to pull up to. But I opened the door and it was clean and comfortable. Oh also, I slept like a log on the bed. It’s surprisingly quite comfortable. That’s saying a lot. I have a terrible back. Great bang for your buck.
I arrived at 6 am on Monday morning looking to stay until Tuesday the woman at the front desk told me the price and I paid it I repeatedly ask her if I check in now when do I have to check out she kept telling me Tuesday so went ahead and signed the paperwork and gave her my card info. Then at 10 am on Monday morning the guy at the front desk was calling telling me I had to check out. I went down and proceed to explain what happen and what the woman had told me. He said that it was worth omg and I had to check out at 11 am I asked so it was my fault that she told me that I could check in at 6 am and stay til 11 on Tuesday and he told me yes it was my fault and because I came before 3 pm then he proceed to scream and yell at me even his house keepers was confused and tried talking to him but it done NO GOOD.. He is very unprofessional and very rude... I will sleep in a card board box before I ever pay even a penny to stay there
We stopped at this hotel to rest while driving from Indiana to Florida. The room was modern and mostly clean. The bathroom needed a little attention but we were just there to sleep so I didn’t say anything. There were a lot of Uhauls parked here and one was in front of our room using our parking space. So we had to park kind of far down and walk with a small child and bags after all that driving. But I would definitely stay here again. It was a great price and right off 75. Breakfast was only from 6-9 so plan accordingly. Also, the beds are really tall but very comfortable.
I was skeptical about staying at a Roadway Inn, but I read the reviews and gave it a chance. It was so nice and extremely clean. It is very lit up and safe. We stayed close to the office facing the pool. It was very nice. The beds were a little high off the ground, but very comfortable. We slept very well and the shower was better than the upscale hotels we have stayed in. This hotel has been completely upgraded and it had real nice decor in it. The staff is excellent and is right on top of anything you need. We had a problem with one of the beds, and as soon as I called, the manager was right there to fix the problem. Just check your beds before getting in them, because one of ours wasnt changed out. The other one was. The staff treats you so nice that we felt like we had been friends for a while. They have great hot food, but no fruit. The pool was about to open in two days after we left, but it looked like it would be great. They had a great tv too. They have a small dining area, but we were still able to eat. It was well worth our stay. If we are that way again, we will stay.
This hotel has obviously recently been remodeled. It is very nice, and exceptionally clean. They provide the largest TVs I have seen in a hotel room. Better breakfast than expected. And most importantly the person who was running the office when we arrived was the nicest I have ever encountered at most any hotel ever! And all for an unbelievably low price.
Recently completely remodeled inside and out. All new, very modern interior designed rooms and lobby.Brand new XL TVs with Direct TV programming. Every room is equipped with a small fridge, iron and ironing board, microwave and blow dryers.Laundry room available with soda machine and ice machine. Unfortunately, due to the current situation the free breakfast had to stop for now.But luckily the Inn is surrounded by many terrific restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The location is perfect, just seconds from the outlet mall and right off the exit ramp of I 75. There is two entrances/exits into the Inn. Easy parking for anyone.Special Handicap room with walk in shower. All rooms are on one level and are wheel chair accessible.Although the Inn is 100% non smoking in the rooms. There is seating outside for smoking. The pool is closed, per the CDC regulations as with all Motels, Hotels and Inns. You can tell they go over and above the guidelines for cleaning the Inn and keeping it as germ free as possible.I recommend this place the prices are very reasonable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Fair nothing changed it remained the same.. I listed my only concern other than that my stay was as usual. Thank you very much. See you next time. Thats all I have to say about my stay. Lol why do you have to type so much if your stay didnt come out to be all these words. This part is nonsense
From the outside, this hotel may not look like much, but in reality that is furthest from the truth. The rooms have been completely remodeled and are roomy, well apportioned, quiet and comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable and there is more than enough storage. The refrigerator is larger than Ive seen in most hotels and actually has a usable freezer section. The air conditioner/heater was quiet and easy to operate. I loved the big flat screen TV on the wall (I could even see the TV from the bathroom). I especially liked the shade on the front window rather than curtains. I feel it afforded more privacy to the room. The bathroom is to die for! Large enough to accommodate a handicapped person and very attractively remodeled. The tub is very roomy yet low enough to enter easily with assist rails all around, not just one side. The bottom of the tub is completely coated with slip-resistant coating. There are two shower heads - one stationary and one handheld. The hot breakfast is your standard Choice Hotel fare. The price was very affordable and the evening clerk, Angie, was very friendly and efficient. There is also an outside pool. The only downsize I could find was the lobby and breakfast areas were small, but to me that is minor. We will definitely be stopping at this hotel each time we travel to Florida.
We needed two rooms. One of the the rooms we got smelled like fresh urine so we kindly asked for another room. After checking out the replacement room there was stains all over the sheets and the floors were wet. The staff was helpful in this situation and gave us a refund. Still unacceptable to put guests in a dirty room like that. Do not stay here even with the price.
I have stayed here 3 times. The last time by myself with my faithful traveling companion. (Large tuxedo cat) Three things standout for me safety, ease of room access and cleanliness. I am 78 and being able to get him and all of his trappings in and out and yet feel safe is paramount for me. And the staff have always been extremely helpful.
We usually stop Calhoun or Dalton on our way quarterly trek between Ohio and Florida. I was not happy with our previous stays at another hotel. Did some research and normally don’t believe or rely on others reviews, but this hotel had such great reviews from others over multiple sites that i decided to try it. IT WAS GREAT! Newly remodeled, clean and great front desk personnel!
Stopped here on our way from Michigan to Florida. We arrived there around 9pm and checked in. The night staff was friendly, and checked us in quickly. Once we got to the rooms, I walked around checking them out, and they were surprisingly nice for the price. I read other reviews staying they were nice, but I was expecting something more along the lines of a Motel 6 type place, but I was definitely pleased by what I experienced. The rooms were nicely decorated, with a gray color scheme. They looked very modern, and felt a lot more upscale for the price. They were very clean. The only complaint I had was that the sheets were really static-y. Lol! The beds were pretty comfortable, and there was a mini refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board, and a built in hair dryer. They had free continental breakfast, too, and it was a lot more than most continental breakfasts Ive had. They had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, diced potatoes, fresh waffles, an assortment of cereals, bread and bagels, and yogurts. Most places Ive been usually have cereal and other cold foods. This was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this location if youre in the area and need a fairly priced place to stay!
Disgusting. If I could give this revolting motel zero stars, I would.Dirty/used sheets on both beds, dirty towels. Dirty bathroom. I couldnt even bring myself to take a shower here.Absolutely horrendous.Dont stay here, dont sleep here, dont stop here.Just keep on driving, because it was repulsive.
Very clean, modern room. The tv was pretty large and the shower head was DIVINE. This hotel is convenient to the interstate, restaurants, gas stations and a Walmart. Every member of the staff I encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant. I stayed 4 nights and felt like I was staying in a friends guest room. Ill always recommend this hotel, especially at the price point.
The Roadway Inn South in Calhoun made a non typical stay possible when the other hotels in the area said impossible. As a subcontractor in the medical response field most assignments are second shift and involve travel. This Roadway Inn let me check in before normal check In times after driving all night. The Rooms are very Clean. Everything in the room works Bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is strong and hot. Plus their rates are easy on the per diem .
Room was disgusting! Smelled of cig smoke, someone covered the smoke alarm with a styrofoam cup and the MAID DIDNT REMOVE??!! Bedding was stained, grimmy, didnt smell clean, bath towel had holes in it, carpet wasnt swept, black hairs in sink, tpaste on the counter. If you have kids DO NOT STAY HERE!
Our room was clean, fresh and better than what we expected. It looked like it had recently been updated. The pool was being filled although we had no plans to use it. Very quiet. Area felt very safe. Lots of food and dining options in the area. The staff unhand for evening and morning shifts were both very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.
The people at the desk were pleasant. The room was on the back side of the hotel which was fine but, I dont believe it was actually ready for guests. The ceiling had been patched and hadnt been repainted. (I have a picture if you would like to see it) There was trash underneath the desk. The was a straw on the floor behind the waste basket in the bathroom. The shower floor had hair on it. The cover on the bed had stains on it. There were no hangers for hanging clothes. Some one was in our room after we checked in. We turned the lights off when we left and they were on when we returned. I think they installed the holder above the toilet to hold towels. I didnt see it earlier. When we returned to our room later in the evening our key cards would not work. There were no reading lamps in the room, Just the can lighting in the ceiling.
We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. At the price, we expected a bare-bones, older unit. Instead, we found a beautifully remodeled room with plenty of space. Our desk clerk, Angela, was very pleasant and accommodating, and there were a variety of restaurants within walking distance. One suggestion though. The pot lights in the ceiling glare into your eyes when you are in bed. If you want to read, there is no bedside lighting so you need to have the room lights on--in your face. The breakfast selections were the typical complimentary fare and okay, except for the eggs, which were awful. All in all, a surprisingly good stop for the price.
The room was not clean. The bathtub and sink, as well the surrounding area were dirty and so were the floors. The sheets had stains all over them as well. I asked to speak with the manager about these issues and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours. No one contacted me, which is very unprofessional. The only positive was the price, but this is not the only hotel Ive stayed in for such a good price. The difference is that those rooms were clean.
Convienent to I 75 , outlet shopping mall and most every restaurant you desire, with fabulously updated rooms. Memory foam beds, and pillows and let us not forget that each room is equipt with a 55 inch Tv .The people here are very professional, helpful, and friendly. ..Locals say plenty of history lies within the walls of this Pleasant Place To Be.
Great place to sleep comfortable bed large flat screen tv very clean and quiet. My only issue was the fact that if the parking lot wasnt quite big enough for my truck (F250 4 door long bed) to maneuver comfortably. apparently they allow pets the room beside us had a small dog that barked when I walked outside the next morning. I dont know if it barked while I was in my room or not but I never heard anything from either of the rooms beside me
Easy access from highest. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was recently updated and very clean. It would have been nice to have a lamp on end table next to bed and plug ins for charging electronics, but not a deal breaker. This was by far the best Rodeway we have stayed at.
Room was clean and amazing for the price. They were the only place we could stop to take a short rest from moving from north TN to Tampa, FL with two dogs! We came in at 4am and Jessica took good care in making sure we had a place to take a quick nap nefore finishing our trip with our sweet boys. Thank you again!
We had stayed in the economy hotels at Disney World and were on our way back home. We called on the way to see if there were vacancies. They had vacancies so thats where we stopped. The rate was so low that I was concerned, but we were tired. We were pleasantly surprised with very clean recently-renovated rooms, pleasant front desk staff, and complimentary breakfast that was not bad prior to hitting the road. The rooms were larger than our room at Disney World and about half the cost! We were very pleased.
Oh man, I was 100% pleasantly surprised.I was traveling Louisville to Atlanta for the next leg of my work trip, I knew i wouldnt make it to Atlanta, but didnt think to stay further north. I hit a truck stop for a snack at the next exit down, let my dog out for a run, then checked the Choice Hotels app for options. This hotel was a pretty cheap price, had rooms, and was only about a mile back up the road. However, I could not book via the app since it was after midnight. I drove up there, they matched the price in the app for the room, checked in quickly with a friendly overnight clerk, only brought the essentials inside, and fell fast asleep.Cannot comment about breakfast choices, since i set my alarm for 45 minutes before checkout, woke up, took a quick shower and hit the road.I CAN comment on the rooms. Paint was in great shape, contemporary dark colors that are the trend, bed dressings were white with patterns, also the current trend. That tells me that it was obviously recently updated. Bathroom was large, nicely equipped, bright, separate lights above the sink and toilet/shower sections. Good water pressure, my shower had both a fixed and handheld nozzle which was nice. Soap was not the cheap generic stuff im used to from lower end brands, smelled nice. Both the soap and shampoo were tiny portions, but there was two of each and that was fine.Room had fridge, microwave, desk and table, plenty of outlets, chair and a single bed.AND THE BED.I dont know if they got an amazing deal on these or what, but the BEDS were the most comfortable ones ive had in a hotel in a long time. Supportive mattress, pillow top, and FIVE high quality foam type pillows which was an amazing surprise. I slept so well in this hotel, I was super impressed, and am writing this review specifically because the beds were so great.I kind of regret this little town is so far away from where im staging for the next week of my work trip, because if I could stay here for the next five days, i would have been super happy. If I end up in this area again, ill be sure to stay here.
A one story small motel. Very nice room. Newly decorated and clean. Nice sized room, good beds, large TV. Good breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread, bagels.Good location, lots of security cameras on the parking lot and vending/laundry room.
The staff was friendly but there were issues with the bedding (weird stain & hole) that wasnt resolved when I returned to my room many hours later. It was late (somewhere between 10pm - midnight) when I returned so wound up changing the sheets myself (although I was provided new sheets when I asked again). There were no issues with the other bed in the room.
Not sure the ratings do The Roadway Inn justice. We found our room to be very clean and the staff to be very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. For the price you will not go wrong ok ng staying here!
This is honestly one of the best one-star hotels Ive ever stayed in. The rooms look recently remodeled with huge flat screen TVs and huge showers. I just have a few minor complaints. The continental breakfast didnt have any fruit, and there was a blood stain on my bed sheet.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! Worst place Iv ever stayed sheets where nasty and had holes in them also found weed in the bedroom on the coffee tray witch means the room had not been cleaned took it to the office and all the owner said was to throw it away your not getting a refund!!!!
This is our second stay. It is very quiet and clean. The best value for the price I have seen in a long time. It is located 1/2 between Our IndianA and Florida homes. So we will always look to stay here first. Owners and staff take pride in this property. Several restaurants nearby
Bare bones motel. Does not offer any breakfast. No lamps in room only overhead fixtures. No convenient wall plugs to plug in chargers or my husbands cpap machine. No coffee in room...which might be due to covid. Bedspread soiled...not the cleanest. Wouldnt recommend.
The room was new. The largest TV Ive seen in a hotel in this price range an above. Bedding was top notch. I will drive the distance to stay at this location. If this is the new model for future locations, I see a boom in guest. I would like to see the plumbing covered under the sink in the future.
I was disappointed to find zero Choice Hotels with interior corridors in Calhoun. This was the first time in ages I can remember staying and a place without interior corridors. It was clean and quiet except for the construction workers who started up vehicles and left early in the morning. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, and waffles. Cold cereals and several other things were also available. Was very surprised to have a mini fridge and microwave in my room but no coffee maker. The staff made my stay. Never met more friendly or more courteous employees.
Theft. Literally. Check your bank statement. Bad business. I booked 2 rooms for 1 night. I specifically booked with them because Angela, the front desk woman told me SPECIFICALLY I could park my semi truck in their lot. When I arrived there was CLEARLY no parking. I explained to Angela the situation and she seemed to genuinely care. Said shed remove both rooms. NOPE! sure did follow through completely. Still tagged me for 66.00 and I didnt step inside any if their rooms. So, Ill use social media to get my point across.
I would drive on by this Rodeway Inn! The room itself was average, but we were charged twice for the pet fee and was told it would be refunded when we checked out. Needless to say it was not and after two months, Ive given up on getting it resolved. Almost $100 for one night at this hotel is ridiculous and the customer service is terrible.
Once the mix up was cleared up and we found there were 2 Rodeway Inns and this is something people need to know because my GPS only recognized one of them. The wrong one! The hotel was clean, friendly people and the accommodations were excellent. Very nice breakfast.
Up to date Nice large clean rooms, comfy bed large tv friendly staff who lets you enjoy your stay without being nosy and restricting you with tons of rules ..no smoking in the units but they have made it convenient for smokers via chairs outside your room door.. Id say all in all Ill give it a 👍🙌 Id definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
Impressive , My sister was Ill and was in hospice and you hotel provide me with awesome rates ,friendly and accommodating. When I travel now Rodeway in is one of your hotels I will do a search for. Choisehotels is setting the standard for which all hotels can go by for todays traveler. Thank you, Steve Starkey

2022-03-30Below 0. We were on our way home and all the hotels were sold out so we stayed here. Yuck!,,The towels were FILTHY and yellow and stained. No hand towels. The bed linens were dirty and stained also. My daughter slept in her clothes with a sweatshirt on her pillow so her head wouldn’t touch the pillowcase. We’re lucky we brushed our teeth ! The pictures on line on deceiving and the price is also. There was no breakfast. I wouldn’t eat here anyway. The carpet was dirty also. I have friends that work in hotels and this is unacceptable! Don’t stay here. Very expensive for a place like this 149.00 + tax. Also, wanted to complain but a sign was put on the door “sold out” and the front door was locked.

2022-05-10The worst customer service I have ever encountered from a manager and his wife. She accused us of taking their stained white towels. They knew 3 people would be staying and they only gave us 2 towels and 2 washcloths..thats how many are in the rooms. The manager and his wife got in my face, my grandson and my granddaughters face screaming telling us to shut up. Im 65 years old and the manager is around 30. I felt very threatened when she pointed her nasty finger in my face, screaming at me.I told her to get her finger out of my face, but she continued! I have never been so disrespected and treated so unfairly. I would not recommend, nor ever stay at this hotel again. The housekeeper and her husband were absolutely the kindest, most helpful and accommodating people. Too bad the manager and his wife dont take their example and treat others the way they should be..Also..we stayed for a week and was treated this way after we paid nearly $480

2022-04-24Ive stayed here at least twice a year on trips to Florida. Stayed on April 20, 2022 and was billed $90.10 for a 2 X queen room for one person. This was not the rate listed when I signed and of course the office was closed when I left in the morning so no receipt. Guess they figure they can add more to the bill if this is the situation! Trust is something earned, Ill find a new place to stay next year! Also the room wasnt cleaned as it should have been, misc. issues!

2022-06-25The tub was gross. Got in and someone elses hair was still there. Badly stained. They have replaced everything else but that. Except there are cable boxes and two remotes. Bed was comfortable so two stars

2022-06-08Positive: They accept pets for an additional fee which if fine. Negative: I did not consider the room adequate. Only 1 Electrical outlet close to either bed. No USB adapters. There was a section of the wall 2 x 3 feet that had been cut out and replaced poorly. The room had a musty smell and really needed to be updated.

2022-06-03Positive: The location was the best thing about the hotel. Negative: The bathroom was not clean. We had to clean the bathtub before use. There was food/crumbs in and around the microwave. There was a musty/moldy smell in room and the carpet was very wet. We had to wear shoes to walk. Disappointed the pool was not open.

2022-05-21Positive: Location and large flat screen TV Negative: Top of remote was broken so batteries kept coming out, linens were not very clean and stains could be seen, polyester sheets. I have no idea what this hotel has such a high star rating

2022-03-15Positive: Location, price. Negative: The room was cold and the heat took a long time to warm the room up. There was no separate heat or vent in the bathroom. The continental breakfast advertised did not exist, with no explanation or apology--just someone hollering from the back of the lobby.

2022-04-10We were desperate to find a hotel but everything was booked except here. I have never been to a rodeway inn and had very low expectations due to the price. Besides a couple stains on the beds and a bad paint job I don’t have any complaints. I was too tired to care lol
