Michael ( Assistant Store Manager)Had extraordinary customer service skills he never left my side while I looked at and decided on a reasonably priced carpet for my bedroom. He took his time helping me and he even helped me load it up in the car. Outstanding service and even better prices @ the Thomasville store. Thank you so much Michael you made my shopping experience so easy and enjoyable.

I was in search of a durable & stylish dining set. I’d been to multiple stores & left unsuccessful. I called the store to inquire if they had any sturdy glass dining sets. I spoke with Michael one of the store managers and he told me that had a wide selection of dining sets that included a few glass. When we arrived in the furniture department, we were greeted warmly by Michael. He asked where we looking for anything specific and begin showing us the inventory. We found the perfect set for our place. Michael was both professional and personable during the shopping experience. Afterward, he helped to load the set into the vehicle. I would recommend this particular store for your furniture store for your needs.

The professionalism exhibited by the assistant and general managers Destiny Padgett and Kristie Lindval is in my opinion unrivaled!!! Not only do these associates exude courtesy and patience as you shop but their extensive knowledge is immensely appreciated when asking questions while also showing a deep regard and self respect for ones career.As a project manager myself I believe I would be rewarding the hard work and dedication here so that I could guarantee the superb service for my customers and corporation in said future.

Appearance has improved here alot and I got a great deal on mattresses and bed frames for the whole family. Was able to load it all up that day and take it home. Kristie did a great job at making a sale and had a friendly attitude. She helped me out alot and I do believe I may return for some living room sets as well.

I dont live in the area anymore but came down from Atlanta to make a purchase with the Thomasville store. The manager Michael was extremely helpful and provided me with great customer service and they had great prices as well.

I post a lot of reviews and rarely give 5 stars, as there is always room for improvement. Not today. I dont like shopping for furniture and mattresses but this was one of my best exeriences. Kristie helped me and she was a delight. Ill have to admit, my previous visit, which was many months ago, was not so great. I was not impressed with management and almost did not come back again, but that young lady turned it all around.

Traveling thru Thomasville we stopped at Roses. Saw a table that I absolutely HAD to have. Kristie was such a sweetheart and sold it to us. Brought it home to Alabama and it fits in PERFECT with my dinning room decor....
