It was a wonderful experience saw this young man named Joshua giving superior customer service he was pleasant and very polite.
Great customer service. Yesterday the girl in charge was very nice and she helped me so fast with a return without receipt. They were 2 girls welcoming people; very nice. Unfortunately, in Ross located in Plaza Fiesta they didnt want to help me. Thank you 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Terrible service. This cashier called Toni was extremely rude, asked me to insert my card in the middle of the purchase without any explanation, just told me “I am telling you, insert your card. I know what I am doing!!” When I told her not to be rude she replied “I dont have time for you girl!” additional to laughing and giving my an attitude during the entire process.I still don’t understand the reason for her rude attitude and I definitely dont appreciate cashiers being offensive and raising the voice when I just want to buy and pay. Please train your personnel.
The girl at the fitting room told me she was leaving for the day and the fitting rooms were closed…at 5pm on a Saturday. Ridiculous
I have been going to ross since years. But this time at this location the employees were really rude. They were talking amongst themselves when u reached the register and when i was trying to find my card the guy employee said he will take the next guest and didnt even bother to say anything to me. And when i said wait a min he said i wont wait.Super bad experience.This location is really near to my house and was a regular here but not anymore. After this incident i am not coming back here.
I visited Ross at Lindbergh. The cashier Jeremy was extremely rude and snappish with me when I made my purchases tonight.. he had negative energy, too much attitude and not enough of anything that really matters. I didnt say anything when he messed up my purchase and had to do 2 seperate transactions because of his error. Because of Jeremy and his horrible customer service, I will never spend another dime in this store.
I had a girl ignore me three times while I was trying to ask a question, everything was mixed in together and absolutely nothing was sized. The goodwill down the street is honestly a much better shopping experience

I waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me in jewelry from 10:00 to 10:23am while the guy at the register say he was alone and could not help but had no customers in line waiting or waiting on. He was very dismissive and rude. Look at the camera at this time and you will see. He’s doing absolutely nothing on 6/27/21. I already knew what I wanted he could of just got it and took it to the register.
Definitely not the same store that I use to like , not much in it but I did find this little tommy dress which I normally don’t wear Tommy clothes but it was that cut for the price however when I got to the check out the cashier fondled with this one and said the tag is broke I have to see if I can find you another one or I can’t sell it to you , I said wow I don’t bring clothes without tags it was there , she looked real quick and came back and said I can’t sell it to you I said kool when the manager find a price can they call me she said I doubt it they never do but I will take your number, girl enjoy that dress if that’s how you shop .” Shysty “
Its one of the smaller Ross stores around town, selection-wise, but its generally pretty tidy and easy to find a few things. Seems to be unchanged in the COVID era.
This is a good store with good customer services. The ones who putting bad reviews are the ones who coming in store throwing clothes on floor and walk on them, and when asked can you pick up they get attitude. No other customers want buy nothing off floor that you throw down. What they need do is make sure they have some kind of manners when they come to store. The manager and staff are nice and work hard every night to recovery the store so that when next customer comes in and shop he can shop with dignity.
I had little help in finding my sports wear. Fitting room closed. Other than that it was a average shopping experience
Absolutely no clothing selection, very pick over and, not to mention no restrooms for the public stated the manager. Needless to say items that I wanted to purchase didnt get because of this. You need restrooms for customers. He wispered we dont have restrooms because he knew that was wrong.
Pretty good place, a variety of things. It is really a scavenger hunt, but what more to expect it is Ross !!“DRESS FOR LESS”!! Everyone greets you when you come in. If they are not busy everyone is very helpful. What really made my trip last Friday was one of the cashiers, she’s a tall Hispanic young lady, (not saying her name for her sake and privacy) I always see her, but she’s never rung me up until yesterday, she was so kind, asked how I was and kept the line moving. That day was one of their busy days, you can tell she works hard to make sure that line gets down
Good quality clothes for inexpensive prices greatThough they dont always have clothes in the sizes you want. Thats a point Ill hold against them. Good for buying a lot of stuff for less money
Bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper at all, a complete mess in the stalls, and one stall even had what I believe was feces on the floor. The janitor was downright rude when I had to have my friend bring me toilet paper and commented that if she would just hurry up, he would go in and clean. We were one of the first people in the store after opening, so they had ample time to clean before the store opened.
Terrible customer. No restrooms!! How convenient for Covid. Everywhere place, e.g , CVS, Michaels, QTs, etc., understand the needs of their customer. No worries, Im not your customer from here on out.

I I love Ross for buying clothing decor for the house the prices are very affordable the stores are very clingy you still cannot try on clothes due to the Coronavirus the staff is still very helpful I shop at the shop on Moreland Avenue
Wasnt too bad, always thought that this was a womens shop, and I think on some level it is, but it will surprise the bargain Hunter out there trying to find a deal. Which I did, and secured a pair of Nike tennis shoes for about 50$ ,😎🤗😉
Per Google, this store closes at 11pm Monday-Thursday. Such a disappointment the store is closed at 10:30pm. My 30 minute trip was wasted.

I had the most unpleasant experience at this location and a very bad encounter with the manager SHANIKA. Having shopped at next door Marshals, I went over to Ross and spent about 40 min. shopping for brand names items... socks, t-shirts, underwear, T-SHIRTS, pants and two brand name BASEBALL HATS. I asked if i could take the hats with me so i could match them with 5 of different t-shirts. Obviously it makes to sense to run in and out to see myself in the mirror with a hat on!!! I think my request made directly to the manager made perfect sense, since the hats HAD ALARMS attached to them! I didnt ask to take socks or underwear and i think given the fact I had a lot of things I wanted to buy she could have accommodated the request, INSTEAD she was quite unfriendly and declined. I said thanks then i wont shop here, and she said she didnt care. I went back to next door Marshals and spend a few hundred bucks there instead! I feel the manager was quite unprofessional, she was in the position to allow me to take these hats so that i could match them with rest of the clothes, she decided to decline. I understand the manager position as a position to resolve possible conflicts and ensure customers satisfaction, her attitude was anything but. Which might have costed the store loss of profit the store could have made otherwise. I hope in the future they will hire a more understanding a skilled manager though. Very VERY disappointed to have wasted my time choosing clothes there and end up spending the money at Marshalls.
Discount designer clothes, some of the rails of clothing can be hard to filter through so allow a bit of time when visiting. Store was clean and tidy and the staff friendly and helpful

Always find good things here!! BUT the same footage is creepily too big for their diminishing stock. Also getting fast fashion at even crazier low prices can kinda wreck your conscience.

I had a bad experience with the older lady working at the dressing room. I mistakenly left the one pair of pants I wanted to try on in the dressing room since they did not fit. As I was leaving she asked me to go and get them...No problem, I went to get the pants and handed them to her, and she flipped out, telling me I should go and hang them back where I got them. I told her, you work here, not me I placed the pants on the rack near the dressing room and left. She was mumbling something crazy under her breathe as I left. Very ghetto employees working at this location.
This place is awesome. It has good stuff for reasonable price. The only catch is you have to look for your dress in a plethora of dresses. Else, the service is pretty good.
I has a very important interview and simply asked if someone can check to see if there were any oxford style shoe in my size so I wouldnt make a blank trip. The employee proceeded to tell me that they dont do inventory and nietger her or any otger employee could leave to do so. Ive worked in customer service and the customer is first. I needed help and they let my down.

Only have one register open - one - with 11 people in line. Made a return and the cashier charges me for the item I was returning. Thankfully I caught it, then she had to two returns for the same item.
The manager LaRon does not know how to talk to people. On a register with a fan straight on him. Yells at you to go to the girl working across the way like cattle. Then when you dont move cause she already has someone he gets even louder. Being in customer service myself he was ridiculous.Theres also a sign on the door saying now hiring.... I can see why. No one probably wants to work with him.He also answered his personal phone as he was checking the customer out.
While this is one of the nicer Ross stores, their racks and shelves appeared thinned out. I thought I would not be able to find suits on a bare rack. But surprisingly I did and it was $24.99.
The customer service at this Ross was great. She made all the customers feel important and she was so personable.
A normal Ross which includes below average organization. If you find what you need, its usually a good quality item. Clothing is an average selection but if you look for your needs and find it, it works out much better.
This is by far the worst ross location Ive ever been to. I come here often because I live right down the street, but every single time I am here I leave angry because your workers are so rude, never friendly or helpful, and always have stank looks on there faces. Id rather drive across town and waste gas than come to this store again. Fix your employees.

The prices are very reasonable, but what I like most about it is the variety of plus sized dresses.
A very large variety in shoes and a good selection in clothes, perfect place to shop if youre coming from Latin America to buy clothes for all kinds of weather.

2022-04-28It is always a pleasure to shop here. Someone is usually there to greet you. They are getting their stock back in. TheStaff have been so sweet. Although it seems they are always understaffed they have been super helpful.

2022-07-19Have a great variety of things to choose from, my older son is giving me a hard time didnt wanna move to the cart u have with my other son so I left him few feet away but to where I can still see him and watch if he is gonna move down the Cart I guess the whole staff at the front think my son is alone that they have to start paging children should be accompanied by an adult which is ridiculous because I was just there. Anyhow, I tried to brush it off and started telling my kid infant of these staff that they will call the police on him if he doesnt move to the cart I have with his brother.I just think that this stuff could be a little bit more professional with their customer service instead of shaming a parent because obviously they knew I was just right there.They needed to be schooled on what to do with that kind of situation.

2022-03-09Okay guys this one is especially to me I love clothes I like to put my things together I do have pictures when I went out for my son birthday and what I wore I love putting clothes together and Ross is very affordable and if you are looking for something its best to go when it is early if youre expecting to get anything from now on in the afternoon I dont prefer that you do that but I loved it and give me a sense of classiness but still sheep and Ill go off on you if I have to all in one outfit it was a expression of deerments and sense of freedom and style so guys get out there put on your best be your best feel your best take time out for you love each other and fellowship like I say best be blessed not stressed have a good day 🎉🌅💟💃💞🙏💯🌍🤩🥰👏👏

2021-11-10Stars because I found something I like, lack of stars because of the below experience. If you are planning to come here with your dog because of Ross’ policy of allowing well behaved, leashed dogs, read onI frequently take my service trained pitbull to dog friendly locations to advocate for the breed and socialize him so he is well prepared for any experience. Ross and its various stores, such as Marshall’s and TJ Maxx, are all dog friendly to well-behaved and leashed dogs of any size. I took my dog back to the pet supplies section to grab some treats and, funnily enough, in that exact aisle there was an employee that didn’t realize we were there for about two minutes. When she did finally notice, she turned around, saw my dog, and screamed. He was sitting politely waiting for me to look over the shelf, but she still got into a verbal altercation with me telling me to leave the store because my dog is big. I informed her of the company policy and that her opinion does not override that policy, and just because she is scared is not a reason to ask a paying customer to leave. I confirmed the policy at the checkout and informed the people up there of what happened and they apologized profusely, but if you happen to patron this particular location, make sure to bring your big, scary, trained dogs with you and take advantage of such a wonderful opportunity to socialize your misunderstood dogs while you shop, and hopefully teach this particular employee about breedism and discrimination against dogs that don’t deserve it. 2022-02-28Wow. They look like theyre going out of business with the empty shelves and lack of stock. The only way to know they arent is that everything left isnt 75% off. I went to Marshalls next door before going here and it was night and day between the two.Visited again and if its even possible it was worse. Sad!
