Lines were a little long, the cashiers were quick in handling purchases.
Theres like 20 people in line, 7 registers and 1 person taking purchases. The other person is standing there waiting for returns and exchanges which hasnt happened once in the 15 minutes ive been in line.1. Whats the point of 7 registers if you utilize 1?2. Why have 6 employees in the floor and one to take their money? If I ran a business Id want to take the cash as fast as possible. Im not sure why youd give your customers time to say well screw this ill go next door to the maxx.
This Ross location always has a good selection of suitcases, occasional shoes and socks. I will continue shopping at Ross and specifically this location.

The store is very clean and orderly. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the customer service is exceptionally good. I like the wide array of choices, from kids shoes to maternity clothes, and I like how the prices are low. My only complaint about this place is that the casheirs are too slow, more focused on making small talk than they are on actually working. Again, they arent that slow but its enough to take some time out of my day. Also, I feel like the music choice (specific, but still) should include more genres of music.
I went into this place shortly after 11 PM and TO SAY THIS PLACE DOES NOT IMPRESS IS A HUGE UNDERSTATEMENT!!No one was even REMOTELY friendly whatsoever!! When I entered the store the Security Guard didnt say ONE WORD to me!!Normally when I have been to OTHER Ross stores they say Welcome to Ross but NOT at THIS STORE!!I needed to use the restroom but guess what?? They are closed!! That was STRIKE 1.Most retailers I have been to do not close their restrooms because of COVID- 19.The selection of merchandise was ABYSMAL AT BEST!!Can you say Slim Pickings??.I knew you could.....LOL!!STRIKE 2.Furthermore the clothing I did see looked wrinkled and soiled. Some items obviously were on the floor and were COVERED IN DUST AND LINT!!STRIKE 3But WAIT.....IT GETS EVEN BETTER!!The employee kept making an announcement over the PA system starting 45 BEFORE THEY CLOSE!! VERY ANNOYING AND SHE WAS RUDE AND SO LOUD I NEEDED PROTECTION VIA EAR PLUGS!!I overheard 2 other customers comment on how RUDE the person on the PA SYSTEM was and remarked that the company must not be doing well!!Not DOING WELL INDEED!!Such a UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!My advice : STAY AWAY AND SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
The following review has nothing to do with the staff. They are understaffed, underpaid (they literally start all employees at minimum wage and as part-time), and overworked. And even with all that, when Ive been in there, the employees are friendly. So again, this has nothing to do with the employees in the store.The customers, on the other hand, are horrible. Go there on any given day and youll find merchandise thrown all over the floor (because the minute these adults walk in the door they forget we live in a civilized society where we put stuff back where we found it), children running around while their parents act as if they couldnt care less about them, and then pissed off because, oh heaven forbid, they have to wait in line. They have to wait in line because A) Ross business model is to hire as few people as possibly at the lowest wages allowed by law (thats how they get those low low prices) thus there arent a bunch of cashiers there at all times & B) other people exist in the world (who knew!?!) and got to the registers first.Now, lets talk about Ross the company. The store is ghastly and in desperate need of updating (even when they are brand new) but thats not going to happen because Ross business model is to spend as little money as possible because, again, those low low prices.
Dress gor less no doubt, but other shelves were almost empty... May be my timing was bad... Shall visit again yo check out the stuff.
The front store is neat and the workers are nice.But the dressing room baffles me. Walking to the back of the fitting room, you can tell the a/c doesn’t work in that area, which sucks when you are trying on multiple items. You pick a room and realize there is no door lock or a magnet to keep the door closed! Floors look as if they haven’t seen a mop in a few weeks, so One will have to stand on their sandals to avoid touching the floor with their bare feet
I purchased a mirror and it had a crack..broke in millions of pieces and on my foot..promised they would find me another mirror and give 50% off..They didnt...I found it ,at this location and the district manager said and his regional didnt care about my fitting, stitches or what had been told to me...They dont care and will give me 30%..I guess if I had lost my foot instead of stitches that wouldve matter either..District manager Georgievery rude and has only been with them 2 days...Wow!!!
The store closes at 11pm yet the fitting rooms close at 9:30pm?? So The staff let’s you walk around the store with a hand full of dresses and then tells you they close the fitting room at 9:30pm. It seems this store loves to make up and change hours at their convenience. If you work here and want to get off early take an earlier shift.
Wish it was possible to give negative stars. Horrible place and worst customer service. The store manager Ragi is super rude. Please do not expect any help from him, but be prepared for some backlash instead
Normally I love Ross but this one had the absolute smallest mens department Ive seen in any of Ross store. It was so small I almost missed it. Store was chaotic and unorganized. Good prices on the stuff they did have though
Unprofessional and rude staff. When checking out cashier doesnt greet you or thank you for your patronage. Cashier will not properly place your purchased items inside the bags properly and will leave the bag on the counter then walk away instead of handing it to. Staff talks amongst themselves instead of focusing on the customer thats in front of them. Store is very disorganized. Merchandise needs attention with organizing on the shelves. Found only one staff member who smiled in the store. Everyone else has uninviting and miserable facial expressions. Received better service from the Tjmaxx next door. Wont return to this location.
Good prices and a large selection. You will have to look through a lot of merchandise to find something you want, hut when you find something it is a great price. Its definitely not a high end department store nor is it organized that way, but you go for the discount and thats what you get.
I would give a zero star if I could. I wanted to return a defective item, and the store assistant said we broke it and therefore no return! They absolutely do not trust you and look at you as someone who takes advantage of them.

Shopped here about a month ago and after I paid, I was told by the cashier that I cannot take the cart outside the store due to the security bar on the cart - yes, that annoying blue bar that installed on all of the shopping carts. I asked why tell me this after I already paid for the stuff in buggy with no way to carry all the heavy bags to load my own car without aid of shopping cart? Cashier says I had to move my car to park in front of Ross then I can grab my items. Never mind these are paid for and left in the cart inside store while I get my car. Never mind that there is a fire hazard no block in front of the store. Ross: Strike TWO.
Good store, has good value....my complaint is the speed of checkout. Usually only has 2 cashiers. Could stand to have 3 on most of my visits.
**ZERO STAR REVIEW IF I COULD** The rudest customer service Ive ever experienced!! One of the employees had the nerve to SHOVE ME in my hip with the carts because she was frustrated. At first I thought it was simply an accident, and then she did it AGAIN. After that, I looked over wondering maybe she didnt see me... NOPE. She gave me the most attitude, hostile glare and CONTINUED to shove the carts at my hip. I left and called and asked for the manager (I wasnt even angry on the phone), and he asked me if I could please hold to find out what happened, and immediately the phone hung up. I called again asking for the manager, and this time, they just hung up on me. I will go out of my way to go to any other Ross, or any other store really, than shop there regardless of their low prices.
They close at 11. I want in to grab something quick and I know exactly what I’m getting at 10:28. The lady with blonde hair said they’re closed. Absolutely unacceptable. You close at 11 online on yelp, google, and your website. They wouldn’t even let us in the door.
Come for return 2 items without receipt. They paid back full price for 1 item $11.99 and only paid $1.99 for MK shirt that I paid $27.99. First, Im ok because that is their policy. But when I read the return policy their is nowhere that state that in the receipt. I come to the manager to ask about that. He could not find anywhere in the back of receipt state that then he find their policy in HIS table does says do not pay full price. Why dont they put that in the customer receipt? Staffs and manager are rude. Never go back.
I love to bring the children here for graphic tees. The staff is nice. The facility is clean and organized for a store of its type. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

One of my favorite places to get a good deal on clothes / shoes (mainly sneakers) but hey they have a home goods section that carries: dishes, art, nick nacks and even tools! I kid you not I bought a Stanley Hammer there for like two bucks!
On November 27, 2019 at 10:20 p.m., we visited this store and upon entering, an employee who works there told us that they would close at 10:30 p.m., when the store hours are at the entrance door and says it CLOSES AT 11 PM !!!! I told her that the sign says that the store closes at 11 pm ... and she replied that this was the NOVEMBER OF 2018 schedule !!!!. Please, do not believe me silly ... MUST BE SERIOUS IN THIS STORE WITH THE RIGHT SCHEDULE and not disrespect the client ..
Ok, I found a nice pair of Nike shoes. But other than that it was HORRENDOUS. I don’t even know what was going on in there. Why the hell does it smell like cigarette smoke and mildew? It’s actiall the worst ever. The selection was low on EVERYTHING. The store was practically empty. For such a nice place I expected a NICER Ross, instead for a lame excuse for a store. I’d rather dress myself for less somewhere else
I came here to do some last-minute Christmas shopping and they were open till 1 am. I thought to myself those are some work hard working employees and that usually results in too tired employees working those long hours however at check out the girl was very very sweet and I must say they have great customer service because even the other employees were attentive.
Good place to look for unusual things at a low cost. Theres seems to always have long lines they need more open registers.

Typical Ross store. Not busy, but only one register open and had to wait for a return. Found a great deal on cleats for my daughters. Selection of mens clothes was ok.

There was only one employee on the sales floor to check out customers and take exchanges. 3 customers left their purchases and walked out. Employee said everyone else was in the back unloading a big truck that had come in. She did not call for help.
Tons of variety, great prices. Shelves are usually messy. But if you search you can find some good deals . Note, The reason items are out of place is from customers, not employees.

I have traveled to many Ross stores in different states and this one by far is the best. They do have some very inexpensive clothing items, but they also have some great name brand items as well.
Extremley rude employee, once i went to return one item they refused to take it and once spoke to manager than manager and eployee are giving different reasons. and experienced the rush at night to close even closing time written there is 11pm.
Will not be shopping here. Called to ask a question over the phone and they were not only rude but they were no help at all. Didn’t answer my question.

Large selection of beddings, cookware, homer accessories, mens & womens clothes and shoes, jewelry for men & women, bedding, showcases, garden products, art supplies, gift supplies, artwork, food staples, hats & gloves, car accessories, some automotive accessories, cat & dog goods, bathroom needs, candles, lamps, candles, sheets, pillows, kitchen accessories and much more.
They have some great items for really cheap of youre willing to look. But you have to be quick. So many people so here daily that you really do lose out on things if you wait for even an hour.
Rude employees walking across and in the middle of the parking lot after close taking their time with no concern for the cars waiting for them to cross. Actually stopping in the middle of the road while car is waiting for them to cross

No compliants, but this is a discount store with a number of items, everything from toiletries to clothes to houseware and everything in between. Its similar to Marshalls and TJMaxx...but the prices are pretty good and you can always find something

We had a very bad experience. It says that the store should’ve closed at 10 pm and they rushed everyone out at 9:40 pm. They closed all the cash registers at the time that they weren’t supposed to and fitting rooms closed at 8:30, an hour and a half before the store even closed.
Friendly service, cheap prices. There are lots of cheap things, but in between there are some inexpensive gems. You have to take time to find them.

Ross is just a mess. If you like digging for bargains, its not bad. To me this is like thrifting. It is hit or miss and mostly a miss.
Seems to always have something I need, and garments that fit. Friendly staff, well implemented merchandising for a discount outlet, and not so ransacked like most Ross stores.

Worst customer service. I have to admit first I am not a big fan of Ross stores in general. The store is not very organized and the clothes are of a lower quality. The customer service is one of the worst I’ve seen.
I went to khols to buy underwear. A 4pk of hands was $40. At Ross a whopping wait 4 it $7.00, Dress for less.

2022-04-03Great place for mens, womens, kids clothing, shoes and home deco at reasonable prices. Much variety to find almost for every taste i think. Best thing was how nicely they had sorted and labeled all clothes and shoes to find your size easily. Would visit again.

2022-05-26IF i could give this store a 0, i would. This Russian lady who claims to be manager is the most horrible. she is rude and she offers the horrible customer service. i brought items that i have purchased from different Ross, but because this location was close to my house, i have decided to return my items here. she accused me that my items was not items i had bought, which is a scam because all the tags matched to receipt number. is that the new scam employers do now to customers? so they dont have to do the refund? i took to another location, and i had no problem refunding this items because i had receipt presented. this lady has no logic and she should be fired right away.

2018-09-10When you first enter the store there is a long wall, which isn’t a pretty sight to see when you first enter any establishment. The location is spacious with various mini sections of items. They have a pet section, a car section, kids, men and of course a large women’s footwear section, a toy section, handbags, gym bags, luggage, kids clothing adult clothing and a juniors clothing section, eye wear and even a seasonal section. There maybe more I forgot to mention. The fitting room area is nice and large to accommodate the customer volume. I really like the children’s footwear area because of the variety of items given. The location is in a nice area and the surrounding food options after shopping is good. I did see a few employees upon arrival, but wasn’t greeted by them. When purchasing my items my cashier KAILEY didn’t say hello instead she said debit card right and motion me to her counter. Not a really good introduction.

2022-04-08There are GQ guys and then theres me. Even I realized I had to upgrade a few things. Ross helped me to do exactly what they said...Dress for less. I got a belt, some pants, and was on my way.

2022-04-15I’ve seen what I needed to see. Management/Corporate do not care about their employees having these poor workers short-staffed since even before Christmas. Ignorant customers complaining to them like it’s their faults, like they have a say on who to hire. It’s ridiculous, and they honestly deserve to get paid more than what they do now.

2018-12-06Got some awe3 deals on socks for the girls. Lines was a little long due to only two cashiers working and one guy buying a 200.00 in giftcards that all has to done o e by one, but that is a expected this time of year. The cashier told the other worker she did not care that ppl wanted to wait in long lines thats why they came to the store. I personally dont think that was okay to say in front of a customer. Overall experience was great. I look forward to going back and waiting in long lines due to me not ordering online... sucks to have to go get that card eh. Enjoy great shopping. Great bargains and screaming kids.
