Not much of a selection like in the past, however, I did find a few decent items for my niece.
I usually llove the bargains, but I couldnt make my purchase because they were short of cashiers and the line was to the back of the store.
I always go time the store opens to avoid the crowds and the best selections. Go early for selections. They have great deals.*Service lacking,

Rude and unwelcoming staff. Bathrooms are disgusting with no seat covers for anyone who’d like to use them without having to press your bare skin against the last persons urine that’s half dried on the seat. Every toilet was like that.
The store was well stocked and very clean. It wasnt junked up, easy to move through the aisles.

Great store to find nice quality stuff, clothing for the whole family, bedding, home decor items, luggage, cookware, pictures, rugs, bathroom decor, furniture, jewelry and so much more all at below retail prices! I was told new items come in daily.

I walked in the store and there was a lady ready to keep everyone safe w/ mask & hand sanitizer and I also found a dress that no other store I went to had.
I had the pleasure of working with a young lady I think her name was Delayah at the service desk. She worked fast to keep the line moving and had the most pleasant personality. I was looking for something for my granddaughter and she helped me find earrings and a bracelet. Thank you Delayah
Very busy only 2 registers opened. The line was long, I put my stuff back. Bathroom was dirty.
Always busy and every visit I never see them do a temperature check. This was before, during, and since the CDC Lifted the guidelines.However I can say the lines are long but they move very rapidly. Plus the cashiers that Ive encountered were very attentive and friendly.

This used to be my very favorite store. Its been a few years. Ive been living in India, serving those less fortunate, but had to evacuate with my toddler because of covid. Today, my child did start to throw a tantrum because she didnt want to give up the item in her hands, but I was trying to quickly go to get another to be rang up. The cashier didnt know, but my child and I have been through severe trauma in the past month. I didnt need the snarky remarks about my child. Thanks for trying to mommy-shame a Mama that just wanted to pick up a few things. My toddler didnt deserve the unkind judgment, and neither did I, Aunty. Badly done. The store looked nice, the prices were good, but I wont be back any time soon. Ive had much kinder treatment at lesser and greater establishments.

Cashier 2107173 is horrible all she did was talk to the other cashier and left two ink tags on my outfit. Keep in mind I’m there from out of town. She had one damn thing to do. Just lazy this happened on 11/26/2021 on reg 01 store 0595
Managers were great assisting manager was great and store associates are great no complaints. They are getting g ready for season change and the store is a little messy but still organized where you can locate whats on your list
Wife loves the place. I somewhat ambivalent about it though. Went tonight and crowded as hell. I think they have the fastest checkoutbin town.
We often go on Senior Day every Tuesday. We tell the cashier about the 10 percent discount for seniors, and they acknowledge it, but once again, after arriving home, find out the cashier failed to deduct for the senior discount. So this time I decided to call to tell them so I call on Thursday and they put me on hold and then they disconnect from me. All seniors! Just remember at this store the cashiers are not your friend, dont trust them! Make an extra point to check your receipt and make sure they dont rip you off by not giving your your discount even after they tell you they gave it to you.Okay its Tuesday April 6th and I clearly tell the cashier Im a senior I get 10% off and I told her the last time they didnt give it to me and I got home. So make myself extremely clear and then I had my hands completely full and I take my merchandise to my car, and I look and I noticed cuz she failed to give me the 10% senior discount. So I put the merchandise in my trunk and go back in the store with the receipt and they say well you have to bring all the merchandise you purchased back in the store and get back in line to get a credit for 10%. How ridiculous so I just said its not worth it especially with Coronavirus to hang around in the store for a long time. So all seniors make sure even if they acknowledge that you tell them you get 10% off, they still wont give it to you, this is twice in a row. So you have to check your receipt while youre at the register. Unbelievable incompetence!

Me and my family love this store a lot is because you can find a branded goods, apperals at way low prices and are genuine one. This store keeps on rotating its inventory round the year filling in new apperals. It also keep couple aisle for clearance throughout the year. Customer service is very great.

They only had two registers open in the whole store. Stock was very low. My prayer is that they can get enough staff to accommodate their customers. Lord bless this establishment and those that work there in Jesus name. Amen
I picked up some nice skirts and some warm clothes for the cold days ahead, and the quality was good so is the price.
I took my kids shopping for clothes and they were able to find what they needed and my son found some good quality shoes too! It wasnt too crowded especially being Saturday.
It is rediculous all the sizes are always out of order and you stand in line for an hour but they refuse to hire people with a lot of tattoos. I can run that register just as good as anyone else but because I have tattoos I dont deserve a job. I have been there two times this week spending my hard earned money even still and stood in line for about 45 minutes both times.

Now this place has good stuff. I like the fact their stuff are affordable and on top of that theyre very nice. Now a lot of places have that. Although they should get more plus size I intimate clothing. But everything else is awesome. They also have some nice and affordable shoes. Oh I love their sandals.

I love Ross, they always have great items for affordable prices, its best to get there early. If you see something you like get it you can change your mind. If you leave it when you return chances are it will be gone and you will be mad at yourself.

Lines are long. On the weekend the stores dont have much inventory. Ive been there on a Tuesday and they had good selections. I enjoy shopping here. The cashiers are usually very nice.
Well if youre looking for two piece women suits this is not where you want to go, but I got a really cute pair of jeans regularly priced at $42.00 for $16.00. The quality is excellent. I attended a barbecue and my friend spilled her drink on me and I figured the drink stain would set in my H+H jeans leaving the spill mark once it dried, but once it dried, my pants returned to their usual look. I also got some cute earrings for a reasonable price.
One cashier with red hair was absolutely awful, demanding customers take the hangers off prior to reaching her register. At one point telling customers to leave the line until the hagers were off. How rude!!!!!
Store has no automatic door entrance or exit opening. Which made it hard for me and my wife thats in a wheelchair to enter and exit. Hopefully Ross will invest in automatic opening doors, we like the store service and prices..
Very disappointed in the store. It had possibly one-third of the merchandise that it should have had. Some of the furniture should have been taken off the floor because it was broken. One positive was the clerks were very friendly.
My favorite store. They have cute clothes to fit almost everyones style, cute house appliances, amazing candles(i just got one that smells like sugar cookies for the holidays) theyre true to scent. Prices not too bad. You can find some nice shirts or sweaters for 8 bucks. Pants are more expensive than the tops but still not too bad. Nothing over 30 bucks.

Post covid sales were only good the first 2 days. Theres nothing worth going into this place now for. Trust me, youll stand in line and see folks walking out empty handed. I got there the first day they opened back up and spent $700 on baskets full of home furnishings and clothes. Now it appears as if theyre going out of business.
Great place to shop for womens plus size clothes. Very organized. Sizes where they need to be. I usually find a great shirt just wish there were more pants options. Sometimes hit or miss.
I liked this store. It deserves more attention. Ross has a lot of items to offer. I plan to visit there much more often. Its competition right next store maybe why they go un-noticed. They have so much in other areas that the competitor does not. Friendly staff and good sales as well.
I had went there Saturday night with my parents. When I went to pick up a vase, a shard of glass got stuck in my finger. I told one of the employee and she said that the way the vase was suppose to be. When I call tonight so that I could go to the hospital because of the injury, the person whok answered the phone had a real nasty attitude. I just want to get in contact with whoever is assign to my clai. so that I can get seen about.
Ross and Marshalls are my favorite stores. Amazing prieces on Name brand clothes and items. I love this place. I got Nike pros shorts for $14 they retail for about $30. I got a pair of Clarks leather shoes for $20 they are brand new! I always am impressed with the deals I find here!
I dont know why I always give this place a second chance. Every time I go I feel like a criminal. The buggys have sensor locks. If there is anything left on the shelves in the hair and makeup area it is in lock boxes.The floor always looks like a tornado has gone through it. There is never enough merchandise on the shelves and looks disheveled if there is. I walked out.I have been to several in different states, NJ, Pa, .Ca. and Hawaii. They all look the same.- They really need to look at their competition-( Marshalls).
August 22 Bathrooms are closed ( Managements choice to open them). She won’t, they don’t want to be bothered cleaning them during Covid. Ross has been one of our favorites for years! Won’t be shopping there regularly anymore Managers attitude is wicked. So disappointed!!
This location is always well stocked. Ross is one of my favorite stores to shop in. Their prices are wonderful as well as their selection. I didnt encounter any rude employees or any subpar customer service, and the line moved along pretty quickly considering how long it was. So I feel like they deserve 5 stars considering the times Ive shopped at this location

Trash Customer Service (non-existent really) + Trash Staff + Trash Management + And definitely a Trash Plastic Patrol Security Team. I definitely will no longer patronize this ROSS location after having 2 incredibly horrible shopping experiences in the past two weeks.If you dont value your time, money, or energy, continue to be one of their unfortunately loyal customers. If you respect yourself enough and where your time and dollars get spent: STOP (or NEVER SHOP for that matter) SHOPPING HERE! Youre not truly valued.

First Ross I have been to that was really organized. Doing was easy the staff was pleasant and helpful. I especially loved that many of the home items were coupled. This made it easy to buy items for my home.
The manager refused to hold a chair for one hour while I drove another purchased chair home and could not transport due to space in my car. The district manager took two weeks to return my call regarding the concern. I have not returned to the McDonough , Ga. Ross though I have previously spent thousands at Ross. . I am now shopping at Marshall’s and at Home Goods.
I had a bad experience with customer service on 06/23/2019 at the McDonough store. While going around the store I found a cell phone. I took the cell phone to customer service and I told the employee that I found a cell phone. The employee took the phone and told me that the was hats son phone. I though it was strange but I moved on. Later when I was exiting the store I heard a lady asking the security guy if they had found a cell phone or somebody turned one because she has lost hers. The security guy was telling her Im sorry no without even asking customer service of they have a cell phone. I stopped and let him know that few minutes early I had found a cell phone. The lady described her phone and it was exactly like the one that I found. For my surprise both the security guy and the customer service lady that I have the phone told me and the lady that they already gave the phone to somebody else. I got a bad feeling because clearly they did not want to help the lady and their behavior was really suspicious
This Location could use alot of organization and better customer sevice overall, the selections arent too good for women, very limited for kids, but okay for teens and men, the shoe depatment is very sad and accessories are on the lower end of trendy. I have seen better ross stores but this just happens to be the closest location for my convenience.
Always love shopping at Ross , specially this Ross. always have great finds, great prices, and different items every time i go back. when you see something you like buy it or it wont be there next time.
I really prefer to shop at this Ross, they offer much more than the others in my area, and the staff is always so helpful. Dressing rooms stay neat as well as the racks, even on busy days

Went to check out and the cashier asked me politely about the discount on Tuesdays. Was not aware....discount was applied and savings was greatly appreciated as I was shopping due to an emergency. Thank you Ross!!!

I get in trouble in any Ross I go to, it would be appreciated if staff went around to ensure opened packages are confirmed you have everything you are supposed to be buying in it. Good variety of this and that.

Not many items on clearance
I do love Ross. Really I do. But this place (and most all the others Ive been in) DO NOT have enough cashiers! I waited over 30 minute to just one thing. The store is always a freaking mess, though its got better over the years, but they pay to have a guy stand at the door and harass everyone but cant get another cashier that probably makes minimum wage.

Quality clothing at an exceptionally low price! This place has great home goods, too. Be ware of the long lines. Shop late and the store shouldnt be as crowded.
So many brand names for less. My favorite perfumes are discounted too. I always buy my cruise cocktail dresses here for soooo much less!

I was headed on a cruise and decided to visit this store to purchase a piece of carry-on luggage. While I typically do not purchase or like cheap shoes, these were really cute so I decided to get them anyway. As soon as I walked through the airport and sat down waiting on my airplane, all of the little Petals on the shoes started to fall off. I was so embarrassed I took them off at the airport and should have thrown them away, but I decided to try to return them to Ross. I went inside Ross today and yes the shoes were worn and yes their return policy states they do not accept worn products, but I felt they could at least give me the information so that I can return the shoes to whomever made them. They were so rude and the manager or the black heavy set loss prevention guy told me that I would need to search for the information myself. This was the worst display of customer service and customer satisfaction I have ever seen in my life. Do not shop at any Ross stores, their clothes are cheap and they do not stand by any of their products. Additionally they hire people who obviously do not have any customer service experience whatsoever.
I always find something I want. Great selection. But there is seldom a quick check out. Usually take longer to check out than to shop.
Reasonably priced clothes
It is reasonably priced,but their styles for my size looks like same patterns.My mom size is always gone(size 16) very little on that size.
The prices and clothes are great but the service is absolutely trash. There was only one register open when there were 12 people in the line. And the other two workers were just walking around playing and goofing off.

My wife and her sister went to this store took the time to shop,ready to check out and the only cashiers were in customer service,the two women was waiting on customers.one lady said you have to get in line,so they got in line.her sister checked out.While my wife was in line,two ladies got in line.one women was returning something the other lady was trying to buy something also.the lady working looked at my wife,told her she was in the wrong.So she moved and they took the lady that was returning something,they were not any cashiers in the normal cashiers they were onlythe customer service ladies,they should have not been two lines because the same two ladies was waiting on everyone.So to them the people returning stuff was more important to the people at Ross than the ones trying to buy something.so to me that is very bad business policies

2022-04-30This location had a lot of good merchandise but the line was outrageously long. Like unusually long for a Ross. I did not see any manager or anyone attempt to even try to help or open another register. Nobody communicated with customers. It was a disaster. I love Ross but will not visit this location again.

2022-06-18Need to retro fit to self checkouts. The staff is not attempting to move fast and ai understand. It will take u no time ti find what you want but 3 hrs to check out.

2022-03-31Did y’all know that this store is open till midnight on Saturdays?! I didn’t until this past weekend! Ross rocks! Awesome experience and that’s for more than the cool manager Candice that held some items while we made our way to dinner. When we returned to make our purchase, Candice was right there, just like she said she would be. I will never forget this weekend at Ross Dress for Less.

2022-05-16The lines wrapped the store and the cashiers were more focused on goofing off and talking to each other than checking out customers.At one point one of them shut down her check-out so she could be better focused on the arbitrary conversation with her work mate, who was the only one really working and distracted her and she moved even slower.

2021-06-09Found some wall decor for the kitchen, great prices and Great service. No complaints. Found that they were lacking on some kitchen items. I believe thats due to the pandemic.

2022-05-06I found a blue cart right outside the entrance to the store and walked through the automated doors. I was quickly acknowledged by two very rude women saying “Un-uh, un-uh! You can’t bring that cart in here!”I didn’t realize they were talking to me and then they started to say it again. I said I’m sorry, are you speaking to me? Then one of the women said, “that cart can’t be used in here. You need to take it back outside and then get one of our carts. The ones with the long poles.”I was floored by how rude they were and quickly decided that Ross would not be getting a penny from me. Unbelievably rude employees.

2022-02-02First time going to Ross for some Valentines cookware, prices were amazing. Quality seems good, will see how they withstand once I start using them. Staff at checkout was super friendly and kind.

2022-05-05I love ross but I notice that its beginning to carry less plus size options in some locations. Which decreases my desire to shop there
