I have been a customer of Roswell Auto Brokers for almost a year. I was referred to them by a current customer, Nikki Radford. I chose them for their services and purchases a 2017 Chevy Spark. By purchasing the vehicle as a referral, I was told that Ms Radford would receive a 50.00 payment by Roswell Auto offers as a referral payment, however, Roswell had sold hed account h.

Roswell Auto Brokers, where do I start. Got a truck from them less than a year ago, and was on payment plan of every two weeks. I was paying accordingly maybe a day or two late, but when the pandemic hit stll was making payments, so I ended up with Covid in October still maintain payment. I was out of work for two months and was behind less than over a month, asked if I could defer payment or anything to help and “stated can’t offer anything, but texting THREATS OF REPO . I’m mean I wasn’t trying to hide vehicle since it has a track device on it and don’t mention it in paperwork , but that’s no problem at least make it aware to your customers. Any how, they drove 6 hours to another state to repo vehicle that was ONLY $400. Behind 😂😂 . That God I had another vehicle, but y’all ought to be ashamed of yourself!!!! Rip off 2007 for 19,000 y’all did me a favor!!! Thanks and fact y’all have nothing for your customers is such a disgrace

Absolutely horrible. we’ve had to return our car twice now and we are STILL having problems. they won’t reason with us or give us a reasonable solution. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. we are out $3000 with NOTHING TO DRIVE NOT EVEN HALF OUR MONEY BACK.
I went to the White location to look for a vehicle a couple months ago, and had a great experience. They gave me the option of choosing a vehicle from either location and still dealing with my salesman from the white location. Almost all the cars had new tires on them and where very clean. I ended up purchasing a truck from them and when we sat down to work numbers they called a mechanic to come and check out all the fluids on it again before I left the lot. I thought that was very nice.Ive heard good and bad reviews, but mine over all was very pleasant.
Where do I start just as before in the reviews I red my payment wasnt even a week behind and they came and repord my vehicle to his is a terrible place to buy a car not to mention the 1100 dollars I put down this place is a JOKE
I purchased a car cash ($3000) at the White, Ga location and within one week the car broke down. The rods in the motor were bad. I kept calling to get some help at least but was told since I purchase the car “ as is” there was nothing they could do. Really!!!!! I can’t even register the car so I’m basically stuck with a lemon and out of $3000. Amanda was supposed to get back with me on this to offer me a discount but never heard back from her. This is not the last they have head from me. But buyer beware. They have JUNK CARS..........
I went to buy a truck. It was a no hassle experience. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. The payments are affordable. They answered all my questions. When its time to get another truck Ill go back to see what else they have. I LOVE MY TRUCK.
I was buying a 2004 avalanche from them and i got it on 03/08/2019. The tranmission went out on 05/01/2018 i had the truck less than 60 days. I loved the truck and i called to ask for assistance but they wanting me to keep paying for the car while they have it in the shop and pay when it gets out...not knowing if they can even fix it...they are a rip off and i regret doing business with them
Purchased a vehicle and paid $$125.00 a week on. Well at first you callus see the money come off the balance. But after 4 weeks I could only see $32.00 of the $125.00 payment applied to the balance. I’ve never missed a payment. These people are ripping people off left and right. You will never get your vehicle paid for. You hand them $125.00 a week and $32.00 goes on your balance the rest goes in there pockets. Avoid this place like is a killer virus!

WARNING!!!! WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS CARLOT THEY ARE COMPLETE SCAMERS.They sold me a 2004 toyota tundra sr5 double cab. The sales men lee claimed it had a new timing belt and water pump etc etc. Then not even 2 weeks down the rd the water pump locks down and the truck over heated so i called informed them then was told they would call me back nope no calls nothing. I had to have that truck towed to 3 different mechanic shops payed for 3 different diagnostic then had to rent a veichle then almost a month later they call and say oh well the only way we can help you is if you put a whole new down payment down. Like really you already scamed me once now you wanna do it again. So yeah please people stay away there cars and salemen are junk and liers. I hope the owner of roswell auto sales gets caught sooner then later for scamming people the way he is.

Best buy here pay here lot around ,they have a lot of stores , I went to the one in White it was easy to get financed, and they helped me get the car I wanted at payment I could afford, will buy all my future cars from them and when my sister bought her car there they gave me a $50 referral for me telling her about Roswell Auto , d ef. Will send more friends there
ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS! My husband had purchased a truck from them ,was never once late. The last few receipts started to miss some money floating around. It would show $200 paid today then only was stated that $73 was applied to the principal today.? When I started noticing the difference in the amounts more than once I was told that was in the agreement that I had signed about the fee difference and never got a clear explanation. Without hesitation I gave them back the vehicle and went somewhere else. [ You cant get ahead if you keep falling back] thats exactly what they are doing ...taking your money and still sinking you deeper in the hole. -

No Stars. They rip you off sell you junk and over charge you out the u know what. Well see here’s the thing when I first started with Roswell with Paul and Ronnie in the original Calhoun location which was actually b4 2014 I had NO problems but when Ronnie left y’all and Paul’s health deteriorated that’s when things went downhill and they went down FAST..Maybe y’all should try to be more like that location.

They expect you to pay a minimum of $420 a month! I did come to your White location. Then to the Cartersville location and that is what I was told by the gentleman there.

Avoid at all costs, unless you have no other option. Lazy, poor customer service. They will make money and sell your loan to a debtor without telling you. Even if every payment was on time for two years !!!

2022-07-28I love my new car and they worked with me on my payments so it would be easier on me. Bob at the Cartersville location is really great and understanding. There were some minor cosmetic things that needed replaced and Riley at their shop in white was awesome to get it fixed.

2022-07-19RUN, DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY HERE. My sister got a car from here and next day it broke down with in 24hrs (yeah 24hrs)while 3 hours away from her home. Now my sister is fighting with Owner an his staff to get money back. And I think she should get down payment money back. Shes without a car over a week later, also lost job due to these CONs. True enough car was nice. But look elsewhere. Oh and they all are very RUDE ppl

2022-04-27My sons Charger caught fire in October 2021. It took months for them to decide what he owed. They were still calling being nasty about a payment after the car was deemed totaled. When he finally received the pay out, it was a couple thousand less than the insurance stated. I wonder how many cars do they actually SELL. Not how many they finance.

2022-07-27My sister came here weeks ago got a 2012 Jetta 124k miles mind yall brakes were already touching the floor but she let ppl know they still let her drive off lot with brakes like that. Well that car broke down on her and her kids within 24hours. Car needed a throttle body repaired how sweet. Smh. Had to spend tow fees that Roswell want pay. The car was back on there lot next day bc she wasnt going to deal with a car that just broke down on her. All my sister want is her 2600 down payment to spend her money esle where for a better car. She lose her job she is emotionally hurt. N the owner John Guarino hasnt even temp to make anything better. Oh and make sure to look at all paperwork u sign bc they had car price at 13k but when Iooked over paper work they had car at 22k there rip off and overprice n the owner doesnt care about u ppl he just what can get out if you..we have a lawyer. We tried to communicate but they want.
