I was greeted by every employee who passed by, including the service employees who detailed my new purchase.Dominique was exceptional in his care and knowledge and support in assisting me to find and make a decision on the best new vehicle for me. He was patient and easy to work and speak with about my needs and concerns. He took his time and never made me feel rushed. I felt that he was honest and genuinely wanted me to get the best car for my lifestyle. The moment I found the Infiniti QX50 I wanted to purchase online, Kristen Chernick led me through the beginning process. She was prompt and very kind. First impressions are very important, and she was the front runner in a chain of events.Kristen then referred me to Erin Clark. The first encounter with Erin via telephone was impressive. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would!! I bought an Infinity QX50 and Erin Clark made it the best car buying experience of my life! Erin was filling in for the salesperson who took my call when I initially contacted the dealership. That person got credit for the sale so Erin really could have just phoned it in and gave me sub-par service, but not this chick! She went out of her way to make sure I was a happy customer before AND after the deal was closed. She helped me get the best deal on my trade possible (I know that used cars with low mileage are in high demand, but even factoring that in I got a REALLY great deal) and she made sure the car was in pristine condition even after I drove it off the lot. It was a 2020 certified pre-owned with a tiny scratch on the bumper, but Erin made sure it was painted and you would now NEVER know it was there. Then she put me in a 2021 loaner the same color as my car (because thats Erin) AND had it delivered to my house because I work from home and didnt have time to go back to the dealership during the week. Erin was a complete stranger when I walked into that dealership but she treated me as if Id known her for a lifetime. Im a very savvy car buyer and this by far was the best service that Ive ever received. If you are in the market for an Infinity in the Atlanta area do yourself a favor and go see Erin! Youre welcome!

Used the Express Service area for a scheduled 5000 mile check-up. I usually have time to shop in the showroom for my next Infiniti but started talking with my favorite sales guy, Rushdi, and my car was finished before I was ready to leave. Esmeralda Rivera in service was so kind that I didnt complain when she told me I needed tires. This is the best dealer service you can find near Atlanta. Satisfied Infiniti owner since 1996.
I’m always pleased with the service I receive at Roswell Infiniti. There are other Infiniti dealerships that are closer to my home however I make that special trip each and every time to this location because I’m always pleased with the service and the staff. They’re phenomenal.
Roswell Infiniti takes care of all of our needs for both our QX60 and QX50. Fredy Flores is our main contact who provides excellent customer service. He is really great to work with and we always ask for him. Derrick Baker in the show room is our other contact who also provides top-notch service and fantastic to work with!
This was the easiest dealership i have ever worked with. I had such a wonderful experience in the purchase of my Q50. My wife and I bought a car here about two months ago. The five star rating is not so much about the dealership, which dont get me wrong, was great, but more about our sales person.Erin Clark was by far the best person we have ever worked with in purchasing a car. We never had the high pressure vibe. Erin provided all of the info we needed, answered our questions in a timely manner, and was very friendly and genuinely wanted us to find the right car. That right car ended up not being an Infinity, but another used model that was on the lot. We loved the fact that Erin cared most about finding exactly the right car for my wife!The entire process was friendly, transparent, responsive, and no-pressure. Roswell Infiniti is one of the best dealerships in the Atlanta area. I had the pleasure of working with Damone, Derrick and Matt to purchase my first new car. I was very clear about what I wanted and just when I didn’t think it would work, they went above and beyond to locate the car I desired. Damone and Derrick worked together to help me and I can truly say they were awesome! I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase but I loved the fact they were determined to help me. These gentlemen made me feel like I could trust them and that was important. Matt, who works in their finance department worked tirelessly to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my payments. I was greeted by the service manager John when I arrived. He inquired if I had an appointment then directed me to my SA. Since my SA Jasmine was still in training, she was being mentored by a senior SA Mark. He guided her through the process effortlessly. I needed 4 tires, alignment, rear brakes, and an oil change. I usually shop around for tires but I couldnt pass up this deal (money saved). I was informed by my SA that the tires I requested were not in stock at the time but I would be provided with a loaner vehicle in the interim. I was contacted by my SA a few days later and I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived at the service bay, returned my loaner vehicle and waited to receive my vehicle. I really didnt need to inspect the work but you always trust but verify. the overall work performed and cleanliness of the vehicle was above par. Thank you to John, Mark, Jasmine and the other staff for making my visit to the dealership to service my vehicle stress free.
This is going to sound too good to be true, but Dominic is the REAL DEAL!This man should teach classes on salesmanship because in all my 40+ years I’ve never encountered this superior car buying experience. From the very 1st visit, he never just saw dollar signs with us. He truly listened and never made us feel like just another sale. For example, the purchase was for my young daughter who recently graduated college and is moving to another state to start her career. He immediately approached the sale as a father with safety assist and proactive pkgs in mind.Before you think he was just sweeting the sale price, he showed the same concern more than once when we shopped around and almost purchased from another dealer. He stayed on us, making sure she was going to have the same safety features.He was consistent in his approach, attitude and personality. Dominic is genuine, transparent and authentic. He never showed any frustration with our many questions, curves and turns. LOLWe didn’t think it could get any better until we finalized the deal with Natasha. While I’ve been a loyal Infiniti owner since 2000, I have never visited the Roswell service center. This is largely because I did not live nearby and even thought I moved to Sandy Springs a couple of years ago, I continued to work with my long-time service advisor at another location.With all that being said, since Saturday I have been kicking myself for not visiting Roswell sooner! I had a fantastic experience! I was apprehensive about visiting on a Saturday, figuring it would be extremely busy and I’d be in for a long wait. While it was busy, I was greeted immediately and escorted to the waiting area and helped within 10 minutes of arriving. The service lounge was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with snacks and beverages as well.My service advisor, Byron, was great. He kept me informed and updated throughout the time I was there. I also found the text message updates and photos to be a nice touch. I was surprised at how quickly the time went by before my vehicle was washed and ready.Overall, I was extremely impressed and will definitely bring my QX-50 here for service going forward!
I loved Jennifer! She got me into a certified pre-owned beauty - exactly what I was looking for - and I’m picky about my interior - but she found one with the coffee Interior and suede roof!She did so many things that were just above and beyond - to make sure I was happy with my new car.5 stars for Jennifer and her team at Roswell Infiniti!

Jasmine Blake, provided very helpful and courtesy services for our QX70. I brought it in for a flat tire warranty and she jumped right on it. She did the research to find out that the tire was under warranty and then song the music to my ears, it will cost you nothing, other than the labor cost! Which, I did not mind giving them $59.Continued success in your role lady!!!!!!
My husband and I spotted a Q60 online that we wanted to check out. Despite us walking in 30 minutes before closing time, Rushdi and Reggie were accommodating and helpful. There was a small miscommunication about paper work that caused a delay in closing the deal but the team acknowledged that we don’t live in the area and made up for it by offering a loaner vehicle in the meantime. My Q60 is beautiful and appears to be in the best condition we had seen compared to other comparable models. I would go back to Roswell for my next Infiniti purchase.

I just bought a beautiful preowned Infiniti here. I am extremely pleased not only with my purchase, but the excellent service we received. We had been to several dealerships looking for precertified preowned Infinitis and unfortunately I was not impressed with any of them aside from Roswell Infiniti. We were welcomed not only by our sales representative, but every single employee we came in contact with.True to my high maintenance self I changed my mind about which car I wanted after the team had already almost finished the paperwork on my initial choice. It was well after closing time but they made the necessary changes without issue.Theres free snacks and beverages available as well as a comfortable waiting area with a big tv to relax in. Honestly our experience at Roswell Infiniti was exactly what I expect out of a luxury car dealership. Shame on the luxury car dealerships that not one time offered a beverage, had sales reps walk right past us without even a glimmer of a smile... or the place on 78 that didnt even bother to ride with us to point out things about the car and answer questions like our Stephany did!Thank you to everyone at Roswell Infiniti for your patience and fabulous customer service! If I could give 100 stars, I WOULD!From the moment I made my internet inquiring to Roswell INFINITI of North Atlanta, the service was exceptional. Kristen Chernik promptly contacted me and informed me that the very specific car I have been searching for, she had! My search was a Certified Pre-Owned INFINITI Q50 Sport – Kristen was completely upfront in regards to any blemishes on the vehicle (which were extremely minor). I so much appreciated this cause many dealerships down play any imperfections just to get you in the lot. She very meticulously combed over the vehicle since I was out of state and offered to even facetime with me, I must say I was impressed with what she caught cause she prob had a microscope! She provided any pictures that I requested and responded to ANY inquiries I had in a promptly manner. I decided to make the drive to Roswell with the intent to purchase and unfortunately Kristen was not able to meet me at the dealership, however, the GREAT Anthony Smith took over and did an exceptional job. From the moment I stepped in the dealership, Anthony was extremely gracious with just the right personality to deal with my Father-in-Law and I! LOL – we had a great time. However, MOST importantly, Anthony was very informative of the vehicle and was able to answer ANY questions or concerns that I had. Because we got there one hour before the dealership closed, we ended up staying till past 10pm and Anthony stayed with us every step of the way. I cannot express how much I felt like he really cared about making sure we were comfortable with the process and satisfied completely…more so, BEYOND SATISFIED! Great sales experience. I took the easy approach. I found a car on their website. I called to make sure it was available and started the process over the phone. It was really easy I dealt with the Finance Director Reginald to handle all of the financing. I had no hassle at all I made the deal easy for me by only looking for a car in my budget versus outside my budget then wanting to negotiate. The price was right on the money which is how car deals should be done to make it an easy experience.When I arrived the deal was finished up by Bethany Oliver super super sweet sales woman. She was busy with 4 guest at one time (which tells you she is good at what she does). Even being that busy she made me feel like I was the only there. Dealers get a bad rep because you just cant please everyone, but Roswell Infiniti has a nice process that again as long as you know what you are looking for and budget for the rest is easy.Thank you to the entire staff and especially Bethany Oliver for being a professional and all & all nice person.
This is our 4th Infiniti and second weve purchased from Roswell Infiniti. After two late nights we finally decided on the perfect SUV for our family. We had our three little ones in tow so you would think buying a new car would be challenging but the staff at Roswell made it a breeze. Elizabeth and Derrick helped us find an Amazing new QX80 as well as entertained our kids and showed them patience, love and kindness. I bought a new Infiniti QX50 from Roswell Infiniti during the Memorial Day weekend and was really impressed by their customer service. Bethany Oliver, the Sales Consultant who helped me, is excellent. She was very patient with my lack of confidence driving a new car; she went into details showing me the technology and safety features, including demo of how to use Apple CarPlay with her own phone. Her knowledge in cars and willingness to spend time helping me was the main contributing factor that I purchased my new car from Roswell Infiniti. The Sales Manager and Finance Manager were also very helpful in the negotiation of price, trade in of my old car, and financing. When the sales was completed, Bethany delivered the car to my house and offered to come back to show me the technology again if I still have question. This is the best customer service I have experienced in buying a new car.

Sales staff was very good and professional. I worked with Bethany and Elizabeth and they did good job. When I accepted the offer and agreed to sign the paper, they took 2 hours to close the deal and they should have done little better by not making me wait for long period.
Purchased a CPO QX 80 from Roswell Infinity, they were easy to work with and Erin was Amazing to work with. She had everything ready for me, even when I got there late, and then test drove numerous vehicles all day. She rolled with my requests without missing a beat, even though she had multiple customers in the showroom. I would highly recommend Erin and the Roswell team if your in the market for a new vehicle.
Possibly the best car purchasing experience ever. I worked with Josh and chose a great barely used Infiniti QX 60. Josh was a consumate professional. The car needed a few items repaired or reconditioned to meet my needs. Josh made a note of these items and followed through the fixes all of the way through the process until they were completed to or above my level of expectation. I highly recommend Josh and Infiniti of Roswell.
My salesman, Anthony, was great. He made sure to get us the best deal. The manager, Derick, went out of his way to make our experience pleasant. Sean, the financial officer, made the transaction easy and very quick. It went so well my mom bought a car there the next day!! Overall the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car.

Richard Johnson is wonderful to work with. He helped facilitate the scheduling of some warranty work for me. Upon my arrival he came over to say hello to me and my daughter and made sure that service took great care of us. My experience with the service team was also fantastic. They made sure I easily transitioned into a rental car and helped me transfer belongings including my daughter’s car seat. I was given clear expectations of when my car would be ready and promptly received a call when the work was complete. Great job to everyone at Roswell Infiniti!
Absolutely an enjoyable car buying experience. Our salesperson, Erin, was knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure or haggling that occurs at most dealers. We had our 2 sons with us and the staff was great at making sure there were snacks and sports on the tv in the waiting area 😁. My husband and I shopped around for a new, spacious vehicle for our family. After months of research, we decided to go with the Infiniti QX60. We were attracted to the vehicles spacious cabin, third row seating, and unlimited safety features. Our initial shopping experience started at Infiniti Duluth with another sales person, however there was a vehicle at the Roswell location that caught our attention.After a few phone calls to the dealership and a voicemail, I spoke with Erin. She was cheerful and move swiftly to track down the vehicle (she said she wanted to put her hands on it). Shortly after she sent a video text message introducing herself along with a preview of the vehicle. This prompted us (husband, 11 month old daughter and I) to drive same day to this dealership.Erins customer service was impeccable! She had the vehicle ready for a test drive and pointed out every feature down to the electrical plug outlet. We worked with Erin and Reginald on the particulars and then we received the keys. Reginald was transparent about the financials and helped us make key decisions about our purchase. He too was awesome!At some point we told Erin that it would be special to have a ribbon on the car for a family picture and she did just that. Our experience was great, we took a few pictures and then we bid Erin farewell.Although we had a great car buying experience as we departed we found ourselves locked in the dealership parking lot. It was late in the evening and as a parent my daughter was already outside of her routine (hungry and tired). We really needed to get home quickly.Instead we were delayed by an overzealous member of Infinitis facility crew. This man blocked the gate with his car, said he didnt know me, accused me of vehicle theft, and refused to open the gate. He said he did not know who my salesperson was and was not opening the gate. With all of the commotion my baby started screaming at the top of her lungs.So here we are in our new vehicle that I paid TOP DOLLAR for being accused of stealing. My husband is driving around in our second vehicle looking for a sales pro meanwhile Erin is in on the phone telling the man to open the gate and he REFUSED. After chaotic hell the imbecile finally opens the lock and swings the gate towards the car ALMOST scraping it. Needless to say I was outraged! After leaving we had to pull into a gas station to calm our daughter down. This was unfortunate and with the right policies in place (like escorting customers out at the end of day) this could have been prevented.Infiniti failed us by not escorting us out of a locked parking lot. We were accused of stealing a vehicle by a member of the facilities cleaning crew who should be FIRED. My family is deserving of an extremely large gesture! Since this incident I often wonder what would have happened if the police were called. Even with proof of sale we were still locked in. It is my hope that Infiniti ensures that this never happens again.Thanks to Erin for continuing to check on us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were ok.
Buyer Beware. Purchased a QX80 from this dealersip back in May and was sold an $895 GAP insurance policy. A week later, we receive paperwork and a phone call from Natasha Patterson informing us that Wells Fargo had reviewed the loan package and needed us to resign paperwork as we did not need GAP insurance due to the downpayment that was made on the vehicle. Paperwork was resigned removing the GAP insurance and lowering the amount that was financed but I noticed that on my first statement that the original loan numbers had not changed. I was not happy with this but was told by Natasha and Reginal Johnson, finance manager, that the loan had funded prior to the second set of paperwork being sent in to Wells Fargo (who state they never received) and a refund check would be issued for the $895. I had no problem with this at the time but unfortunately, the refund never came. It has now been almost 3 months and I have had numerous calls and emails to Natasha and Reginald about this and have been given nothing but the run around about receiving my refund. I inquired numerous times who the GAP insurance was paid to and never was informed. Was told repeatedly that my refund was in process but no one would ever give me a date on when it would be sent. Finally, on July 9, Natasha stated that she spoke with accounting and that the refund would be sent out to Wells Fargo by the end of the month and she would update me as soon as she saw the check. Why it would take this long for a check to be cut baffeled me but I was still willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Guess what, no response or update from Natasha, no credit on my August Statement and Wells Fargo had received no refund. Finally was able to be provided with the name of the GAP insurance company and phone number by Wells Fargo and contacted them this morning to find out what was happening. Turns out, no one from Roswell Infiniti had even reached out to them to cancel the GAP insurance until this morning after I emailed Natasha yesterday to inform her that my attorney was about to get involved. And the email notice that Reginald sent the GAP insurance on 8/3/21 did not even ask for the policy to be cancelled. Therefore, I was informed by the GAP insurance company to send them an email myself to cancel the coverage but that unfortunately, I would have to get my refund from Roswell Infinity as they charge a premium for the coverage and therefore a refund could not be issued by the GAP insurance company. I guess purchasing an 85K sticker price vehicle isnt good enough for the Roswell Infinity group and they take advantage of their customers? Maybe I negotiated to well and they need my extra $895 to make up for my skills? Maybe they had no intention of actually refunding it to me until I mentioned an attorney? Guess they can take it up with my attorney now and pay for all of my legal fees in addition to the $895 that I am due. You have been given more than enough time to rectify your errors and have failed to do so. See you in court Roswell Infiniti.

Great sales team and staff , the call center is great. After that you will pay routine maintenance is twice the cost! An example oil change and inspection 99$ went to Nissan which makes Infiniti and exact same oil change and inspection is 49$ . Guess that’s what they mean by the Infiniti experience ! Search for yourself they never have ANY oil change specials . !!!! It’s all about $$$$$

Since I first walked in, to when I left with the car I had a great experience.Rusty is a great sales guy, in fact it didnt even feel like he was selling me anything. He really went out of the way to make me feel valued. I searched over (150) vehicles (Infiniti Q60) from California to Miami Florida but my search led me to (Roswell Infiniti ) in North Atlanta . I spoke with (Ms Tara Brewster ) & sales manager ( Mr.Derrick Baker ) both made my car buying experience pleasant and comfortable . I traveled over (300) miles and im glad i did . Beware! I have been bringing my Infiniti here for service since i purchased my vehicle and never had no issue with the service shop trying to get over until recently. I brought my vehicle in because my check engine light came on. Fortunately, that part was covered by my warranty. My service advisor Mark told me that i needed to replace my coolant heater hose as there was a slow leak and advised that i needed to replace my rear brakes advising that i had less than 2% padding left advising it was critical and needed immediate attention. Quoted me about $625 for the heater core hose replacement and $375 for breaks. I declined to have the additional services done at the dealer for those prices and needed a second opinion. I ended up bringing my vehicle to Midas on Holcomb Bridge Rd since i had been bringing my other cars there for years. They showed me where the slow leak was, and i looked at my brakes and they said i DID NOT need rear brakes and my rear brakes were in good shape. How dare you, Mark, try to get over recommending a service i did not need. This experience has definitely made me reconsider my dealings with this service shop. FYI if the service shop is recommending major work - get a second opinion. Besides what they charge for repairs, you can get the same quality work elsewhere for much less if you shop around. Thank goodness i didn’t proceed with Mark’s recommendation.
This should be such a simple thing, but they are making it super difficult. I bought tires there in December 2020. Living in the metro area means that I always get road hazard coverage on any tire I buy from anywhere. We were out of the state when we got a flat, it was after 6pm on a Saturday, and we needed to be home for work on Monday. Everyone knows Infiniti service operations are closed after 5 on Saturday and all day Sunday. We had no choice but to get a new tire from another place. The new tire doesnt have the full capabilities of the one it replaced. Ive sent them the invoice from the tire shop and pictures as evidence. Ive been trying for 2 weeks to get them to replace my tire and refund me for what I had to spend on a new tire.
I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for over 2 years now and I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else!! I have worked with the loaner vehicle department and service crew and I have received nothing but AMAZING customer service if I could give more than 5 stars I would. My G37 needed its 60,000 mile inspection so after a pleasant experience a year ago at this dealership, I decided to take it there again. With some mixed Google reviews I was a little skeptical, but my experience was outstanding. When I arrived to the dealership the service manager was waiting to assist me and had a loaner car ready. When I received the call that my car was ready, there was not a laundry list of items that needed to be done to the car (which was my fear). I just needed new brake pad (which I was expecting) and I was good to go. I picked up the car (that had been washed and vacuumed) and it runs beautifully. I have worked with Terry and Jamie, and both gentlemen are honest, courteous, and are great examples of what someone in the service department should be. Great job, Roswell Infiniti!

I brought my car in for an oil change. The waiting area had tables spread apart and a couch seating area. There were lots of service reps working and I was quickly checked in. I received a txt message when the sevice was done and also received a printed copy. It took less than 90 minutes including a wash and vacuum.

My experience was great. I was greeted at my car by a knowledge professional (Terry) . He was kind and handsome. Even though it was his last day (promotion), he was attentive, patience and did all he could to expedite the service time so that my family could get on the road for the holidays. Great customer service! I had to bring my car in for routine maintenance and minor repairs with the splash gaurd and gravel shield. Turns out there was a leak from the rear seal of the transmission which turned out to be a bigger issue and was caught in time. Thanks to the service advisor Joe and his team. It saved me from what could have been a nightmare.

This was my first trip to Infiniti service department for a tune up on my G37, I just got. I worked with Mark Crutchfield who was amazing. He helped me to explain everything they were going to do and even followed through with my request of keeping and seeing the old spark plugs. He was prompt to return my call and to call me when additional items were found. The service the car received was done in a timely manner and done well and the car is running amazing. My sales person was very short and not accommodating. Sad that they hired Elizabeth onto their sales staff for such a, what seems to be, highly reputable dealership. From the very beginning of this process, Elizabeth made the process easy and relaxing. She was prompt in returning phone calls and answering questions. She was truly excited about the car and showing me all of the fun features. When it came to negotiating she worked to get me everything I asked for. She wanted to make sure I was fully equipped and ready to use the car before sending me off. She even followed up with a phone call and invited me to come back to the dealership to go over any more questions that might have risen since having the car. The last car I bought, they didnt care about my satisfaction once the sale was completed. This service department told me I needed a new exhaust system to get rid of rattling noise coming from under the car- to the tune of a few thousand dollars. I got another opinion, in which they fixed the car in 5 minutes with a weld of the skid plate that had cracked. I will never come back here or buy another Infiniti.

Our buying experience with Infiniti Roswell has been the best yet. After six weeks of cost analysis, consumer reviews, test drives, preapprovals, uninformed sales people and indifferent management teams we came across our Q50 on Infiniti of Roswells website.I used the Text Us feature on their site and was contacted within minutes by Christian ready to answer my questions and schedule my same day appointment. I was able to text him my license and insurance info so the vehicle was pulled up and ready to test drive as soon as we walked in. This gesture was huge to us after driving from the other side of the city to get there.The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We were greeted by three people and offered cold water right away.When we got in the car to test drive, Christian was able to answer all of our questions and obviously knew his product well. We knew almost immediately we were taking it home that day.After easy negotiation with Sales Manager Derrick (the price of the vehicle was so great online already, there wasnt need for much) it was a quick wait of about only 20 minutes to get into finance and sign our paperwork. During which time, we had the pleasure of exploring the immaculately cleaned showroom and service areas (snacks, soda and candies galore), and speak with a couple other members of the team.Our Finance Manager, Reggie, came to the showroom to escort us to his office. I worked with Bill Gray and the experience was phenomenal. He was patient with us while we worked with schedules to have my wife and I both test drive at different times, and at no time did we ever feel pressured to make any decisions until we were ready. While most dealers wont let you leave without a vehicle once you walk in, we had several visits with him and Infiniti over 2 weeks until we had the perfect vehicle for us. I would highly recommend Bill, the entire service staff, and Roswell Infiniti as a whole to anyone looking. We plan on purchasing again later this year, and Bill will be the first person I call.
Mark is a very friendly and helpful adviser. I was able to drop my car off and quickly get into a new loaner vehicle (which was very nice). As my parking brake was being fixed, they noticed some leaks under the hood and advised the necessary service. Mark was understanding of my financial situation and was able to discount the service slightly so that I could pay my bills and still get my car in top shape. The facility is great, employees are friendly and the overall experience is top notch. I will be back for any future needs

I have been bringing my Infiniti to this location for service for many years now. In the recent past I have experienced high estimates for regular maintenance and upkeep when compared with other service centers. Not to mention the poor customer interaction and experience dealing with service staff. In my last visit, they kept the lug nut keys after service. Dissatisfied and will be looking for other options going forward. On a side note, I am wary of five stars from reviewers with a single review below.
Had a car sold out from under me while I was literally in the sales office agreeing to the financing offer. Avoid working with Rob the General Sales Manager if you actually want a car and not to be worried about it still being there after you sign.After my trip to Roswell INFINITI all I have is a hit to my credit score and wasted time.
Really exceptional personal service. The Service Representative sat down with me and ensured that he covered all details of the service. Then he provided me with a free car until the service was completed.Once I returned, my car was returned to me within five minutes and it had been washed and detailed.Service should always be this way.
I have had good experiences in the past with the sales team here, but this time my patience was tested and the sales person was not really that great. Literally he was trying to get rid of us. It doesnt matter if we are going to buy or not we want a feel for what is out there before we make a decision and this impression was not great.

I took my car in for an airbag sensor recall. Jamie Miller, Service Advisor, was awesome. They also gave me a free alignment check and car wash while I was there.I had been told that it would take two hours for the airbag alone, but I was in and out in under two hours. Great experience.
This review is specifically for the service department, as thats all I can speak to.My car had been troubling me for a while - it would randomly stall out while driving and the only way to get anywhere was to restart the car. It had started happening more frequently and became harder to start, so I decided I needed to do something.Wed tried to get this issue fixed before, but could not properly diagnose it (even after talking to a different Infiniti dealer). For this reason, I wanted to talk to someone before paying to tow it in as I wanted to be sure they could fix it. I called one Infiniti dealer in ATL about it and they refused to let me talk to a technician before bringing the car in, so I found Roswell. Roswell Infiniti gave me a direct line to one of their specialists, Mark. He listened to my experience and immediately told me what he thought it was, over the phone.He was also kind enough to speak to my dad directly, and explain it to him as well. After this great customer service, I took my car here even though it was much further than the other dealer. Once I got to the dealer, I worked with Chris who was also amazing. They gave me a lovely loaner car and fixed it within two days, and it was cheaper than the initial quote.Pickup was easy and they even washed my car for me! From the first conversation they made me feel comfortable trusting them with my vehicle. The customer service was unmatched, and if I have anymore problems with my car or decide to get a a new Infiniti, I know where Im going. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Roswell Infiniti, and Salesman Quinton. The CPO I bought is a 2013 G37 Convertible, with only 32,900 miles and is in excellent condition. The only issue it had was a “smudge/scratch” on the front passenger side fender. They ensured that it was re-painted perfectly before I took possession of the car. I would buy from them again!
This was my first oil change since I purchased my 2016 QL70 and I was so impressed with everybody and everything done to my car. First,I was cheerfully greeted by Ericka who walked me thru the entire process. I was made comfortable in the customer waiting area and offered refreshments. Even tho Ericka said it would take about an hour, it was much quicker AND my car was returned nicely washed!!! Ericka was not only friendly, she was very informative by going over and explaining everything done to my car but also what to expect in the future services. A couple times with my car serviced here and a good experience each time. Appreciate the loaner car while my repairs were being done, really helps so that I am not inconvenienced with the lack of a vehicle. Service guys are great. Price, ah, a bit high but I am a picky person. The loaner tends to make up for the higher price.
I was recently shopping for a CPO Q50. Roswell Infiniti had the best price with the right packages I was looking for, by far. I called and spoke with Samuel on the day I wanted to look at the car. He was very thorough to make sure the vehicle was still there and returned my call within ten minutes. When I arrived at the dealership, Samuel had the vehicle pulled up to the front of the building and gassed up ready for a test drive.On the test drive I was very impressed with Samuels people skills. He was not pushy and addressed each and every question I had with great patience.While waiting on the financing paperwork, Samuel was incredibly nice and I enjoyed the conversation we had.In financing I spoke with Adrian (I believe this was her name, I didnt write it down.) She was incredibly gracious and went to bat to find us a good deal. I was amazed at her personality and customer service skills.The car was freshly detailed while I waited for all the paperwork. Overall they did ok. Not great but certainly not the worst Ive seen from a dealership. They did not over-gloss the tires or interior like most dealerships and the car was fairly clean. They missed the engine completely and I will have to do a good hour of work on some soap residue left on the intake. Over all not too bad but could be better.I cannot see myself ever going to another dealership for an Infiniti. Even though it is 30 minutes further from my house than the closest dealership, they have won my business for life. Great great people.
Horrible place to shop for a car the sales department tries to rush you into a deal. I was sitting in the office trying to negotiate a deal on a car in which I was there first and the sold it while I sat there. Brought my own check wasnt using their bank and they were upset that I wouldnt give them a payoff amount before the appraisal. Bottom line they were not going to n make Xtra money off me
I had a HORRIBLE experience buying a previous car and vowed never to buy from a dealer again. But then I found the perfect car at Roswell Infiniti and took a chance. From the moment I arrived Elizabeth was great at making sure I was able to get the car I wanted! I never felt bamboozled, pressured or any of those dealer tricks. Compared to other cars listed on other sites I got a great price. Elizabeth and her team are giving dealers a new name. I would DEFINITELY buy from this dealer again!!!
I can only speak for the service department since I did not buy my car from them, however I have had it serviced a number of times and have used one of their loaner vehicles. The loaner (a QX50) was pristine and like new. Ive worked with Terry Fry on a number of services to my Infiniti. He has always had great communication with me and kept me apprised of the status of my car. He has gone the extra mile to personally see that Im a valued customer and that my car is in good hands. In my last visit, they did me a solid and buffed out a cosmetic imperfection that was across my door. Thank you, Terry, for being so helpful and understanding!
I called the dealership around 9:00 a.m. and verified that the car was available. It was the perfect car for me with all the necessary features and the deal was amazing.I spoke to Stephanie, provided the stock number and she said the car was there and she would get the car ready. I arrived an hour later (as scheduled) to test drive and potentially buy the car and Stephanie informed me that the car was sold this morning. I wish she would have given me a courtesy call to inform me that the car was sold when she found out about it versus waiting until I got to the dealership to try to sell me a different car for more money. And she stated so youre going to let $1,000 keep you from buying a car.Per our conversation at 9:00 a.m., Stephanie knew I had been in a car accident and my car was deemed a total loss, so I was looking to purchase that day! I was only at the dealership for 3 minutes prior to leaving so overall my experience was not great at all. Maybe other salesman are more informative about whats in stock. I was excited to work with Roswell Infiniti and would have rated 5 stars but that 3 minute experience after a 45 minute drive definitely changed my opinion.
The service department has always been great. I had been getting service from a closer Infiniti dealer until i found Roswell Infiniti. I would drive out of my way even for oil changes. They were friendlier, more helpful and I felt they were more honest with me whenever Id have my car in for service than the previous dealer Id been to.
This was my first time at Roswell Infiniti Service Department and Chris was amazing! He looked over my car, made some suggestions on things that need to be fixed now and things we can plan for next time. He wasnt pushy - just helpful. I will definitely be going back!
Service is always quick. They provide courtesy cars even for minor service which is nice. Probably not always the cheapest, but I know the job has been done right and with high-quality parts. I havent had any issues with anything theyve fixed/replaced (which is rare to being with).

I recently bought a used Nissan Leaf from Rusty and I can honestly say I was impressed. I traveled from Nashville to pickup the car with a rented trailer so I wasnt up for games. The dealer has tons of great reviews, theyre all real He went out of his way to find information and make the sale even though it was a weird used car that wasnt their primary brand. Id been though about 10 other dealer who were too stupid or lazy to help with simple information requests. Rusty made me feel like I was buying an $100k QX80. Thanks man, killer experience.
I was hesitant to come to a dealership for maintenance on my vehicle since its always so expensive but I actually had the BEST experience ever at Parts & Service at Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta! My first impression was a warm welcome by Dave & his staff before I even parked the car. Dave introduced himself, was very through, polite and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process and therefore helped me feel well informed. The lobby was extremely tidy and had all the comforts a proper lobby should have for their patrons. I have often gone and waited for my vehicle to complete service in many tiny, filthy, smelly rooms so this was a very pleasant change. The coffee and snack station was a plus plus for my experience. They even have a separate play room for the kids so I will be comfortable bringing my 5 yr old next time for service! Pricing was very reasonable and you get quality, upscale customer service! Ask for Dave Lawhorne, hes the best!

Service Shop did a thorough evaluation of my suspension and found no apparent problems. I will closely listen for any of the squeaking noises that I had heard previously for one or two days. Service technician did a very good job explaining the checks and tests he performed, finding no issues with my suspension. Very courteous as well.Russ
I was extremely skeptical when I bought from this dealership back in September 2017. I had been to numerous dealerships prior and had delt with some very rough salesmen. I had went to this dealership 3 times before making an actual decision. However there was never any grudges. The last time I went I didnt meet any grudges or resistance. The difference between the cars here and the cars elsewhere is the care and quality. From the cars I drove they were like riding in brand new cars, even though I bought used. Not only was my sales woman( Stephanie) patient with me but so was the finance department. I had my own fiancing but they were able to get me a better rate for the same amount of time. I was out within a few hours with my new car. I got the car checked out by a experienced mechanic right after who said that I basically bought a new car . The car only had 14k miles on it.I also got my tag and loan information in a timely fashion as well.Overall I would say this is definitely one of the best dealerships Ive been to. And I would probably go here again. Here you are paying for quality. Having a great environment with quality cars mean more than just getting a random car for a cheaper price.
This is the fourth time to the dealership for service. I was again very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by all of the staff. Service representative David Busey was great, took care of all and had me in and out with a loaner in less than 20 minutes. Called later to advise my QX60 was ready and the cost associated with the service. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. I will definitely be back
I have never been to a dealership more accommodating than Roswell Infiniti. I took my car there for a diagnostic and everyone worked very hard to find the issue. Mark Crutchfield (ask for him) was my service adviser and he very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The prices were very fair and I will be returning!
We purchased a certified Infinity G37 from Roswell Infinity in February 2016. Our salesmen was Joe Hecht he was great!! We spoke with him on the phone and he extensively checked the vehicle out for us and let us know all about every detail on the car. We live in palm beach and hopped on a plane and flew to Atlanta the next day. When we got there the vehicle was just as he described. This was a very smooth transaction everything went quick and easy, Also the detail department at this store is the best around!! We will come back here when we are ready for another one!!
If you would have continued previously experienced exceptional customer service (Jamie Miller excellent) you could have continued to completely blind us by your exorbitant cost of parts and labor. Weve been customers for 6 plus years and recently were treated so badly, we moved on. When we are ready to purchase a new Infiniti, we will now drive right by this dealership. You not only lost loyal service customers but a new purchase as well. As soon as our car is fixed by new mechanic, well be sure to post our savings which already seems to be in the $1000 range and eye opening. 1/12/2015 - Update - New Mechanic Fix $845. Infiniti quote $2500.00. Dara at Infiniti service gave me a good long speech about how the car was burning oil because I hadnt gotten it changed every 3000 miles - sometimes I even waited as 8,000 which is true. After much research, I found the engines in Infinits are notorious for burning oil especially at this age (118,000 miles). I could find no research that compared a car burning oil to the time between oil changes. Infiniti sales manager - in case you are keeping metrics, your service department lost you a sale and it wasnt even over price. People will always remember how your treated them. Jane Jacques
From the initial phone contact with Terry Fry of Roswell Infinitis Service Department I was truly impressed. Every aspect of the process was superior. I left my M45 for specific service, got a nice loaner vehicle and was back on the road with no waiting time. Had to stop and revisit and share my latest experience with Roswell Infinti. I recently had a birthday and surprisingly my salesman (WENDELL) out the blue called me to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY and asked how I was doing. During our call of laughter, and checking on my QX50 - we discussed servicing of my car. I shared I move and was visiting another dealership. Amazing how he understood but shared with me that he understood and stated “we would love to see you and always know we’re here for you”.I had several questions, in which all he answered and assisted me with tire matter. I have purchased 4 cars at Roswell Infiniti from Rusty. I have always had exceptional care and service. Rusty has always helped me find the right vehicle for our needs. Sam the finance person has always done exceptionally great on getting our loan done. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle.
I bought a new QX50 SUV last December from them. Unfortunately I have had some issues with this new vehicle. I have taken it to service department twice to be fixed. The positive thing is that Mark Crutchfield the service department manager has treated me excellent. Both times I felt hat I am in a Rolls Royce car dealership. He listens and take notes writing the exact issues and resolving them in a timely manner. If I buy another vehicle from this place he would be the reason.

2022-01-06From my first contact with Kristen the internet sales manager who stayed in contact with me throughout the process and was always willing to answer my questions; to Wendell the salesman whom is not only from my hometown and his mom was my 2nd grade teacher but he was patient, helpful and entertaining with the right music lol; to Matt who finalized my paperwork as well as explained in details the extended warranty options and gave me one of his last pens :), I will say that this experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this team!!!

2021-10-27Lady from reception cant answer a simple question. I asked her if the dealer has the option of night drop and she says yes but when we come to the destination everything was closed. After hours it means period after closing time, not before. Managers should learn a little to work and behave nicely with people, if he cant work, kick her out!

2022-06-12I have purchased 3 vehicles from Roswell infinity. Had the same sales person Wendell who is great no pressure to buy a vehicle. My girl in service Erika is one amazing young lady. She always has my car ready with everything I need done on time. The most friendly person ever. It makes me want to get my car service all the time lol. She found it within days and also had it detailed to perfection. My husband and I have bought a handful of cars and she was the best to work cause she was honest, patient and soo sweet.
