I brought my ultra rare BMW M3 Dinan S3R to RTP Customs to refinish the Dinan Mono block wheels. I had met Sam at Caffeine and Octane and was referred there also by Bimmers in Roswell. The wheels are 15 years old and had some pitting in the aluminum and one wheel had a small crack. RTP did an excellent job! Not just the workmanship itself, but the entire operation was professional and kept me up to date on the status. They also ceramic coated my wheels and they are so easy to clean now! RTP Customs had to track down and order motorcycle stems from Japan to complete the job, so they also went well beyond the norm to complete my wheels properly. I highly recommend RTP Customs for any restoration or to refinish your wheels in a unique paint or finish. They rock!
They do a great job at a fair price. Did rims and calipers for my RS5. Sam was very communicative during the whole process. I have recommended RTP to all of my friends in the market for a refresh of their rims.

Sam and his employees are the epitome of customer service and quality workmanship. I found out about RTP Customs by driving by and seeing tastefully modified cars in the parking lot. When I needed my fenders rolled to clear a new, more aggressive, wheel and tire setup, Sam and his crew hooked it up! Recently I also had some center caps customized by RTP for the new wheels and they’re exactly what I envisioned. Sam is a cofounder of the company and worked with us personally. They cut no corners service or product.My Experience:I had my ZCP OEM wheels powder coated on my BMW M3 from silver to gloss black. Compared to other shops I asked to do the same job, RTP quoted me for slightly higher price and time-frame. However, after talking to all of these shops individually, I realized that was the case because of the quality assurance and full package finished products RTP offers. In other words, other shops may have been okay with putting a single coat wheels. Other shops may have been not told me that a tire pressure sensor needed replacement. Other shops would not offer me lifetime warranties on their job. No surprise costs. High quality finished product. Knowledgeable employees and owners. Great people.

I went there to get my wheels painted when I got there they said my wheels were cracked and it wasn’t safe to drive with those wheels, and it was up to me wether i still wanted to paint my wheels. They could have just painted my wheels and not mentioned anything about the cracked wheels and made their money, but they were honest and showed me that they are reliable, they didn’t make that couple hundred dollars from me but earned me as a customer. If i ever need to customize my car in any way i’ll first go to them, and they’re my first recommendation to anyone who asks me where to customize their car.

I came to Sam at this location today with a busted motorcycle wheel, hoping it could be fixed. When I was setting up the appointment with Jordan, she was so helpful, but was surprised to get a friendly phone call from Sam just to say that he was looking forward to meeting me. It shocked me honestly. It is so rare to get that type of phone call. It really excited me and put my mind at ease to try a shop that I havent been to before. Once I got there and met Sam, his level of enthusiasm and helpfulness was so contagious. It honestly put me in a good mood despite my busted wheel. He was very personable and was an expert in what he was talking about. He was very honest about the shape my wheel was in and was unable to fix it in good faith. He could have certainly gotten it close to right, but would not have felt comfortable with putting me on the road with a wheel that wasnt 100% right. In my experience with other places in the past, they would have gladly took my money and I probably would have never known the difference. Knowing that he wouldnt put me at any risk, for the sake of making a buck made me eagerly ask how I could help bring business to them. I didnt make them any money today, but rest assured, I will come back any time I have an issue and would tell anyone who will listen just how great they were to me!
Sam and the team at RTP are great. I had some curb rash to my 2020 RS3 and was worried that, because of the milled finish on the wheel, the fix could only be so good. But I was wrong...you literally cant tell there was ever any damage. Would highly recommend RTP to anyone who wants it done right the first time.
They corrected a wheel refinish done poorly by a competitor. Sam kept constant communication, the wheel was completed when promised, and I couldnt be happier with the service level. I also had them detail my car and Ive never seen the wheels so clean!

I spent a lot of time researching auto customization services in the Atlanta market. Then, I visited a few in person to view prior work and get a feel for the level of customer service I would receive. I choose RTP Customs for a few reasons: 1.They are a one stop shop for vehicle customization. 2. The level of customer service and just the overall experience when I arrived to the location was much more than I could have hoped for. 3. After being able to view previous work first hand (not pictures), I knew I was in the right place. Everyone that has seen my vehicle has asked where I got it done and I’m happy to respond with and endorse RTP Customs.
My dad was actually the first to get his wheels powder coated , but they were done so exceptionally well and the staff took such great care of him and eventually me in turn as well! I would 1000% recommend rtp customs !!

2022-07-21After doing my research I came here for brake calipers painted and curb rash fixed. I’m very satisfied with the quality. There was a hiccup on the pick up day with the fender garnish, but Sam and Tom went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied.I like when Sam said “We human and we do make mistakes”. Very honest and treat customer in a professional way.Thank you RTP Customs team!

2022-05-31The workmanship by their techs was exemplary. The rims on my RS5 were in bad shape. They were reconditioned better than new. Their techs also properly mounted and balanced my complete wheel package, my ride quality is superb at low and high speeds. My RTP rep was also cool and provided great customer service. Very pleased overall.

2021-09-162021 White Tesla Model 3 Uber Turbine Wheel Curb Rash Repair Review(Roswell Location)5 Stars on repairing the actual curb rash. It’s like it was never even there.4.5 Stars on the Customer Service. More communication would’ve been nice. However, Jen and Sam were extremely helpful.1 Star on the turn around time. 3 days to repair the curb rash but much longer for the painting 16 days to try and correctly repaint 2 wheels. Unfortunately, after 3 attempts, they were not able to accurately match the original color of the Tesla paint after roughly 16 days of having my car.1 Star on the paint color matching and cost associated with the curb rash repair & paint ($540 total for 2 wheels…$270 each wheel). For the additional $70 per wheel to match the original Tesla paint color, I expect 99% color accuracy.No overnight charging for Teslas unless you provide your own charging cable, but I won’t ding them for thatThe Roswell location sends your wheels to their Marietta location for curb rash repair/painting, so it might be quicker to go directly to the Marietta location for the repair.Overall Experience = 2.5 starsOverall, they did a good job on curb rash repair and their customer service is good but if you have a Tesla Model 3 Performance with the Uber Turbine Wheels, I recommend you go to another shop since they cannot match the original paint (see attached pics and notice how the wheel is a different color from the wheel cap… I also took a pic of another new Tesla model 3 performance wheel so you can see that the wheel color matches the wheel cap color)

2022-08-01First rate job. I chose red for my car and the calipers are bright red, just the way I wanted them. They stayed in touched with me as to when the car would be ready and kept me up to date on the progress. I would highly recommend RTP Customs.

2021-06-18Searched around for a few places to get my Tint done. After coming in and speaking with Wassim i decided to try with them. Overall it was a great experience. I had my car back the next day and the tint looks amazing. Also it was at a great price compared to a lot of other quotes.
