Saks at Phipps Plaza is impossible to get through to on the phone. When you call the number listed online, the person who initially answered told me to hit prompt #5, after that you hit the selected number, but in the end, you get cut off. I’ve tried at least 12 calls with different prompts, but ALWAYS GET CUT OFF. I even spoke to operators at different times and no one can help me. No one has any other numbers, prompts. I even held on listening to the same song over and over and over and eventually a very nice young man named Chris said he reported the issue. At least CHRIS is awake and doing his job diligently!
I went into Saks 5th Ave looking for a dress for my engagement photos and someone started a-dressing room with the dresses I picked out. They seemed nice to start but I asked for a different size with no response then I was alone in the back of the dressing room needing some help with a zipper. I went looking for help and there were 4 sale associates at the register with no clients and no one EVER came to check on me. I liked multiple dresses but refused to pay for horrible service.
Customer service is terrible! I have gone in since the pandemic and have noticed the constant standing around and gossiping by the sales reps. It takes forever for acknowledgement. Very very rude. I was even referred to just to neimans for better selection by a sales rep. She admitted the store selection is mediocre lol today was the last day for me. I’ll keep catching my flights back home in Seattle for better service if I ever have to visit Saks smh
Horrible experience. I ordered an item online in which required signature before delivery. The FedEx driver left package at the door allegedly. Once I arrived home, no package was there. I contacted Saks in regards to the package. I was told an investigation would be open before I could receive a refund. I later received an email saying the investigation was closed because FedEx marked the package as delivered. Needless to say... I was out of $500 and no one took responsibility for my package. I would never do business with this merchant again and Dnt recommend anyone else to!!
You know that moment when youre shopping for a new scent and are torn? This is when you need a Julia (in fragrance) in your life. She is the the kind of woman that instantly makes you feel like shes your best friend. She is the person who wants you to feel good about your purchase. Who wouldnt love that?I absolutely be going back to Julia for all of my future Saks purchases and suggest that you find her. I promise she wont steer you wrong!
DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH SAKS!!!!! They use the worst company of all for deliveries which is Fed-Ex. I paid for 2 day shipping on Jan 13th it is now the 21st and I still don’t have my $1000 shoes. FedEx was supposed to deliver yesterday, took it back to the hub and now it’s someplace no one knows. It is day 8 and I’m still waiting…
The most recent trip I made to Saks was to return something. I ordered a particular blouse but was sent something completely different. The packing slip was correct, so I wonder what was the person doing when they packaged it. There was nothing about what they sent even close to what I ordered...not in color, in style, in size, nor in $ amount. What I got was like half $-wise of what I ordered. It was really frustrating because what I ordered was no longer available. Plus another issue, even though I returned it, the price tag had extra small, which is what I ordered, but the tag on the blouse was small. Thats just not good. I hope they can improve their customer service in that area! I give it four starts because I have had good service in the past!
Had the greatest experience in the Saks shoe store today. Our sales expert was Daniel, he is a gem. If you need anything ask for him specifically. He has the best energy, is very knowledgeable and patient. His customer service is impeccable. The selections in Saks were awesome. Feel in love with some really cute Ferragamo pumps and flats, but left with a Gucci mid-heel pump..
Went to Saks to pick-up new kicks and nobody could help me. An employee on the 2nd floor (womens department) was kind enough to check inventory and it showed ON HAND: 6 and told me to take a picture and show it to the employees downstairs. Not a single person downstairs wanted to check inventory or in the back room. If you dont see it on the show floor then tough luck. Seriously? You cant even deny a customer professionally. Waste of time. Ended up buying online from different department store.
Best sales experience ever, Diana the Bond 9 sales rep made t easy for me to select a few of the best smelling Bond 9 Perfumes- and I am in love..if you are looking for a great and knowledgeable sales woman please see Diana. Thank you so much...Also I recommend Bond 9- Scent of Peace, Signature Unisex Fragrance, New York Patchouli, Greenwich Village, Bryant Park, B9, and Shelter Island...believe me you cannot go wrong with any of these...best 2k ever spent (especially when they have a buy two get one free- cant beat it!)
Seriously, Its Saks. Who doesnt LOVE Saks? This is located at Discover Mills. It is not a large store, but there are great finds there. Dont go expecting to find a top for $19.99. These are high-end brands for less. You can find high quality items that are not from a past season. The shoe department is small. Dont miss it.
I was looking for shoes and this lady Sam was just rude and seemed very inconvenienced with helping me. I was appalled at the customer service I received that I just walked out without purchasing anything. Sam should be taken off the floor with an attitude like that; I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience for you Sam.
In Store service was great, but trying to call no one picking up the phone. Shopped in Atlanta, try to return it in Chicago, really having hard time. Didnt feel comfortable to mail in but I have no choice. So I will not be shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue again, sorry to say that.
I’m not sure what’s going on with the customer service here but oh my goodness. I didn’t even make a trip inside yet, I called up there to see if they have a specific item I’m looking for and the person who answered was so rude! To be such a upscale store you would think that their customer service would be on point!
So...I bought a pair of Christian Louboutins for a gift to myself as my first red bottoms as a newly minted Attending Physician. Purchased online..size 5.5 but instead got a 8.5 shoe size!!I went to the store to ask for help as I was understandably pretty upset that they couldnt get the right size after purchasing a pair of shoes that are almost a grand...So...they basically told me to go F myself and they couldnt do anything about it because my size was sold out. WORST customer service ever!!I went online and then got the size 5s because I do have pretty small feet. Plus Nordstroms was sold out. I explained to them via phone call that they had messed up and if they could expedite my purchase. They also could not help and basically told me to go F myself.I will never purchase from Saks ever again. Youll be treated like your dirt.
Ive visited Saks at Phipps several times throughout the years, and it has changed slightly in the midst of the pandemic. The store still looks the same layout wise, but some sections are sectioned off to minimize walk through traffic and contact.Store personnel are still very attentive and helpful, especially in the womans shoe salon. I have never had a bad experience here.Just a slightly different appearance due to COVID-19, but Im under the impression that all retailers have had to make similar changes. Love it!
I was searching for a new moisturizer and ended at La Mer. The sales rep Aruna was extremely helpful. Instead of just pushing products in front of me face, she asked questions to understand my skin routine and recommended products that would actually help my skin. I purchased the moisturizing cream, treatment lotion, foam cleanser and the new night balm. I couldn’t have had a better experience with another rep. Everyone, please ask for her during your visit. Saks, please acknowledge this woman for her exceptional customer service.
I am HIGHLY disappointed in the lack of accountability this company has taken to make things right regarding the item I purchased Dec.16th for a Christmas gift that I never received and have YET to be refunded as of date Feb 8th. I have called multiple times, held on long hold times and emailed and have gotten no where. As a customer. Ive done my part by ordering with you all and now I feel like Im pulling teeth trying to have you all make things right. I personally will not be shopping here again and have shared my experience with others who considered purchasing with you all because of this customer service experience. Please refund my money so I can be done here.Thank you.Today is March 23rd.....I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FROM THE ITEM I ORDERED IN DECEMBER BUT NEVER RECEIVED!!! Ive called 20x plus and they give me the SAME BS ANSWER wait 3-5 business day Ive even filed a BBB Complaint March 10th...they still havent done anything!
So...if you plan to try on a shoe just to see what size you are..this is definitely NOT the place. The older gentleman who waa helping me was putting so much pressure on me to buy a show that clearly did not fit in the name of its a good sale really dude? Forget my feet hurt....well he got tired of helping and figured i was taking too long to decide if i will buy. My advice is if people will spend alot of money on shoes they need to be comfortable and thats what im sticking to...off to Neimun Marcus...much better service ...
I have been shopping at Saks for over 20 years. Started in Boca Raton and shopped at every Saks in the country. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE ONE IN ATLANTA. Between the pure stinch of Marijuana, people who apparently think that Saks is a daytime for a strip joint. And zero customer service. That day was the last day I will walk into that store. I am saddened and heart broken. If I could rate at negative 100, I would.
What happened to Saks Buckhead? Shopping on Mothers Day 2021 I was shocked at how the management of this store has failed. In particular, the contemporary casual section of the upper floor looked like a bad Macys and the service was so unbelievably bad that walked out with one shirt. I just couldnt take it any more. This used to be my favorite place to shop in Atlanta, and I wont be back.
Excellent location with an abundance of brands from different fashion houses. I purchased a Loewe bag and our sales associate Brittney (if I remembered correctly) was lovely and courteous. The older ladies who I assume were the managers were not as courteous in general, so I had to deduct a point.
Saks are always great! Extremely nice selection of whatever, even if you cant find the right pair of Christians for men you can find some nice Fendis.. I just hate having to get something else besides what I come for... If yall dont have it, dont promote it online!!!!!!!!!!!
The online ordering process is extremely frustrating. I made an online purchase twice, once with an actual agent due to the product I wanted was not available immediately in store. Both times, I placed the order to pick up in the store- Both times my orders were cancelled with no logical explanation as to why. Totally frustrating and a waste of a 7 day period, causing me to miss the opportunity to surprise a friend on their birthday.
Exemplary customer service. One of my friends bought herself some perfume. When we walked in the store I inquired if they carried the specific brand of perfume and the young lady walked us to the counter where that brand was sold (on the other side of the store so not close) and got a sales person within that area to assist us. Quite a nice change of pace from the stores where people just point and say over there when you inquire where a product or department is.
I normally don’t leave reviews so when I do it’s important! I called Saks shoe department to inquire about some Christian Louboutin’s and Chris picked up the phone. He went more than out his way to make sure all my questions where answered. He was friendly , had patience , and I felt comfortable getting off the phone knowing I made the right decision. Hope to meet you in person one day Chris , phenomenal job.
Worst experience in designer dresses! I went to exchange an OFF WHITE dress I bought for my daughter as a Christmas gift this week. The sales associates were so discouraging. One of them told me the dress may not fit even if its a larger size, also the dress is from 2 seasons ago, even though they show they have the dress in stock online it may not be in stock anyway. What I sometimes find with African American women especially who are in the service industry is that they will discriminate against their own race because they feel that you either do not belong where they themselves are or cant afford what they offer. This is a tragedy within the African American community itself. I returned the dress with all of the tags and the receipt and was still given the runaround from the sales associate Keira. I think I spelled her name incorrectly. I will not shop in this store again unless I have a specific client service rep.
Excellent sales assistance while shopping with my elderly mother! I highly recommend Jan (2nd floor) and Toni (Ground floor), two salespeople at Saks at Phipps. My 86 year old mom is very unsteady on their feet, and Jan helped by very kindly bringing things to her as suggestions, and gave us other ideas when we didnt find what we needed. Very patient and knowledgeable! We then went to the lower level, where Toni very kindly searched the entire floor for pants that might fit the bill. We finally did buy some comfortable and classic black pants, which gave Mom a feeling of accomplishment. Shopping is hard at that age, and we were so grateful for Jan and Tonis pleasant and efficient assistance. One small problem, the elevator wasnt working, and escalators can be very challenging for unsteady walkers.
I’m not sure why management here allows their workers to hang around and not attend to every customer . Especially in the Versace men’s area . I went to buy a shirt for Miss Universe competition and not one rep asked me if I needed help. They looked at me like don’t bother us . Lots of kids just hanging around mostly in evening hours . I will never do business there again .#missuniverse
Awesome Saks Fifth Avenue shopping experience. Purchased the perfect Silver bracelet & Clive Christian perfume. All of the sales staff were very professional, knowledgeable of the products and very courteous. Cameron @ Clive Christian was exceptional. My cousin who was visiting from Fredericksburg, Va said she totally enjoyed shopping there. Lots of money spent but well worth every dime. Selina D. Decatur, Ga.
Terrible,uninformed,and careless customer service!!! IF THERE WAS 0 RATING I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM THAT!!!I ordered an item back in March,when it arrived I decided to return it since I did not like the fit.I was going to return it to the store since it was no return charge but the pandemic hit and they closed everything.Because of that their website indicated that you can return everything by mail at no return shipping cost.So I mailed it back and few days after I got my refund but was charged 9.95 return shipping fees(despite the fact that I had an email indicating free return).I called customer service and they apologized and said I will be refunded the shipping charge.Days passed and no return.I ended up calling them at least 5 times speaking with different associates promised every time they will take care of the issue and I never got my money back.For an expensive store like this you should take better care of your customers and educate your associates for 100% satisfaction.I will never purchase anything again!!!
Great Department Store for really nice things like designer wear. The staff is more than accommodating and will go out of their way to help.If you want to buy the top line fashion brands all in one place, this store is the one for you. I highly recommend the Louis Vuitton and Prade boutiques inside as well.
Terrible customer service, dont offer any type of exchange or replacement policy. Bought a canada goose jacket less than a month ago and have worn less than 5 times and zipper is broken. Was told cant return to store for faster exchange and would take 8-10 weeks for a resolution. Not helpful at all since its winter time. thanks Jose for not being helpful
I just had the best experience at the Chanel counter with makeup artist, Logan. I came in with a faded gift receipt ans perfume that I wanted to exchange. Logan took the receipt to his manager, Dawn. Dawn proceeded to call three different people to track down the point of sale. While I was waiting in the front, Logan spent 30 minutes with me going over different primers and foundations that would be best suit my face and did a full make over! In the end, I was able to do an even exchange. This was definitely exceptional customer service and I am so grateful for both Logan and his manager.
Went in today to make a purchase for my wife. We were greeted by Wole. He was a very kind Gentleman. He made our purchase pleasant. When youre going to buy High Priced items part of the experience is excepetional service. He even went to research something for me that took a while for him to get an answer. He remained patient and attentive. Wole made our purchase at Saks today well worth the trip. Awesome Job!!

2022-04-05These ladies + Gloria and Lori helped me immensely with picking out a dress for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. I spent two hours with them and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. 2021-11-19Davios is a new Italian restaurant. The decor was very nice & elegant. The had nice past & present music playing. Their complimentary bread & chips was good. My lunch, braised short ribs with mashed potatoes & crispy onions was good & plentiful. Valet parking strongly encouraged. The staff was super friendly, well-informed, and attentive.

2021-12-24No longer my scene :-). I am at a stage of life where I just need nice suits and business clothes, Saks still appears to have clothes mostly made for those in their 20’s and 30’s. The customer service here has always been just fine, the parking is not as convenient as Nordstroms and the selection is not as broad as Nordstroms or Bloomingdale’s. Nonetheless, there are certain brands you can buy only here, and the quality of most of the items is exquisite. Levi’s, anyone?

I enjoyed my experience and would recommend her if you looking for something new and exciting but also need great guidance or an opinion.

2022-05-11I love the store itself. I went in to purchase a fragrance. The lady (I wish I would of paid closer attention to her name) at the Creed counter was rude and dismissive. Needless to say I loved the Creed Love & White fragrance but I didn’t purchase it from her. Instead I purchased a Tom Ford fragrance from Neisha at that counter and she was awesome! She was very helpful and friendly. I will return.

2022-04-12Clean and organized space. Staff was decent, after waiting on the various pairs of shoes Id asked for - for nearly 10 minutes they were brought to me. Temperature had to have been 75+ degrees, asked for Champagne or water and worker mentioned they were all out. My guest and I ended up having to visit another location.

2022-07-18Unfortunately, not the best service for the amount of money youll spend. I bought a very nice perfume and was placed on a mailing list for free samples. The sales associates were on their phones and appeared to have the enthusiasm of a sloth after a full meal. Either way, the perfume smells divine and am proud of my purchase.

2022-07-11The employees are always so nice & helpful to me here. For the first time, today I had a distasteful encounter with Cheryl at the womens sportswear counter. Very short and dismissive to my concerns with pricing. I went back to the shoe section and approached a young woman who got me the manager, Yadira. She was super sweet and addressed what I had to say with consideration. I was able to leave feeling like a valued customer. Much appreciated!

2022-02-21Purchased fragrance at Bond Counter. On Sunday, sales person gave me the wrong fragrance. Did not discover error until next day. Had to make an additional trip for the exchange. Sales person barely, I repeat barely, acknowledged his error!. Not a good sales person. Maybe he should know his products, body creme vs. Candle. I will purchase online.DF

2022-06-12HELEN WAS SO SWEET, KIND AND AMAZING!!! She was assisting customers in the shoe department. Thanks so much for being willing to assist EVERY shopper that entered. Sadly enough, many of the employees deem that the only clientele they should assist wear a certain type of clothing. Only if they knew that is the wrong mentality. Those who truly have the funds typically don’t have to dress a certain way because excess funds are collecting interest and not utilized on a daily flashy wardrobe.
