Staff are not very professional. If you are in a business to get good clientale, it is of utmost importance to try to maintain good customer relations by exercising great customer service. Salon Harmony & Spa did not do this. It is not always about the almighty dollar, but simply how you treat people!
Amazing experience with Shauntae doing my eyebrows. The environment is so relaxing. Staff is very professional and caring.
It was awesome. I had alot of furry ball. All that was cut away. Yesterday at our pioneer meeting I received so many comments about my hair.
Best place in my 39 years they take time and have one on one services.

2021-07-08Great place! I just recently started to go natural(first time ever). Porche made it very easy to adjust. Her knowledge and professionalism are exceptional to say the least. I drive almost 3 hrs to come to this salon. She adheres to all COVID 19 rules with temp checks at door and very clean salon. I recommend her if your local or from out of town. You won’t be disappointed!

2021-11-03I had faux locks installed last Saturday by Porsche and I loved the experience!! Porsche was very professional from the booking process all the way down to the install. Porsche even txt me to follow up after the install to ensure that all my locs were in place and not have any issues. I would rate my experience a 10 out of 10. I will be a forever client!! I would highly recommend!!

She is following all local and national guidelines to protect herself, staff, and clientele against COVID-19. Her attention to detail is impeccable and knowledge is unmatched. I could not ask for a better professional to take care of my hair care needs. Im so glad I found her.

2021-08-12I went natural about 2 years ago and it took me that long to find a good, no great, barber that can cut my hair to my liking. He does excellent work. He is very professional and listens to his clients needs. I think my search is over.

2021-11-02Would like to rate better but never had an appointment. Unfortunately I had to cancel consult cause of personal circumstances. Cost me $25 for missed appt. Just letting others know so they wont make same mistake. Hope it works out better for someone else in my case it didnt.

2020-01-07All of the staff at Salon Harmony and Spa are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and down to earth. Most importantly PROFESSIONAL!!!! I love coming to this shop because I can handle all of my beauty needs in one place. Literally a one stop shop. If your husband or son needs his hair cut they have a professional barber on site!!! All of your natural hair needs they have not one, but TWO lovely ladies that can definitely get you right! Including all the latest hair braiding styles. Would you like a facial, your eyebrows arched, or maybe a full body wax? No worries, Salon Harmony and Spa has a fully licensed esthetician that can take care of you. Oh, that’s not all. Did I mention they have a nail specialist? Yes I said it, a nail specialist. So as I mentioned this is a one stop shop. I have had services done by each and everyone of these lovely professionals and they won’t disappoint you!!!
