This store itself is great, but don’t buy your glasses there, you will be lied too and cheated if you let them, I stopped by and ask all kinds of questions, I was given a price range for lenses 80-120, so I brought my prescription in and was told by A Miss Donna it would be 239.00 plus tax just for lenses !!!!!! Just don’t be fooled by their signs, there is no deals, and they are rude if you question them on what they said
Sams club has everything I need in one place! Its well organized and clean. Only thing I would recommend they improve on is the wait time to checkout. Sometimes the lines are really long and it gets frustrating. Other than that its great! *Edit* The wait in lines has improved over the last several weeks.
Havent been to this particular location in awhile, but I Love it! From being Greeted at the front door to being helped by employees in the store to find the few items i needed to the pleasurable cashier upon checkout and finally to the Ladies checking my receipt upon leaving! It made for a Very enjoyable shopping experience!
This rating specifically applies to the gas station and pumps. We have been members at Sams club for a few months and loving it so far. The only issue has been this gas station. The lines are always outrageously long and theres typically only one to two technicians working.Considering my membership and discount I have been wanting to get gas there but havent because of the lines. Today I had some extra time so I decided to go. This was my first and only visit (I will not be going back.) Theres no organization to the lines Theres nothing to indicate which side the pump is on until its too late and if you wind up on the wrong side of the pump you have to go through the line again which sometimes last upwards of half an hour wait time! Im sad to say that Im seriously disappointed with how things are being run especially when the problem could be solved by simply putting up signs indicating which line to get in for your car specific needespecially when the problem could be solved by simply putting up signs indicating which line to get in for your car specific needs
No shopping carts available for use. Long lines to checkout, then a long line to walk out the door. Management not seen helping the understaffed people working.In March very little improvements seen. My guess the cut hours from the budget. Less people working less money going to staff.
Sams club has the best gas prices in town. They also have great prices on daily needed items. I like to go early and get done with shopping before it gets crowded. Paid the extra for plus membership and back to arriving early. Gas prices are about equal with Kroger lately.
This place has management issues. 1. Calls don’t get answered. 2. Over-crowded lines to not just checkout, but to get out, too. 3. Scanning items to leave store is just stupid and insulting. 4. Greeter not very friendly; made a handicapped guy walk all the way around rather than exit the entrance; he’d only been to the desk. 5. Slow to increase staff in areas that get congested. Good: 6. Clean. 7. Checkout clerk (Joyce, I think), was very helpful and personable. 8. The steak was really good.This place has good potential; I won’t be upgrading any time soon unless improvements are made. Also, I won’t be canceling my Costco account, either.After a few months and taking advantage of the scan feature on the app it’s time to up their rating.
Love Sams club lots of great deals on good products. Return policy is second to none.This however is the worst club I think I have ever visited. The employees dont seem to care, about the store or whats going on. Shopping in the clothing section can lead you to believe you have joined a social event with the employees.The store has undergone some refresh here and there however, they havent fixed the aisle layout that ends up jammed with people wanting to check out. So if its busy you just give up on those aisles. Typically the seasonal items.Registers always seem to be jammed and never enough cashiers.Most employees are down right rude and will ignore you. There are a few fantastic people that work there. I have given up on the service desk, no matter what I try my name is till wrong on my membership card.The saving grace is the scan and go app. Once you get it signed up you can scan you own items pay from your phone and show the screen to the receipt checker at the door. If only they ever had the scanner on them it would be flawless. So as long as you can find everything you dont have to interact at all until you walk out the exit. Which is now worse as.they play find the random item it wants scanned for exit. Making the lines half the building long on weekends and cementing their rank as the worst Sams club I have ever shopped.
This Is a good place for gas and large quantity goods. It is more crowded than usual and that says a lot about the quality of the business . Scan and go will save customers a lot of time, especially for those who do not want to wait in long checkout lines. The gas prices continue to be competitive compared to other gas stations in the area. This Sams club is pretty clean too.
Ive been to Sams Club before, but Im not a member. I love mustard, ketchup, honey barbecue sauce and pancake syrup, but I dont buy lots of condiments. I like the large plastic condiment containers as the Hidden Valley ranch dressing bottles, Hellmanns mayonnaise jars, Frenchs mustard bottles and Heinz ketchup bottles. Stocking up on lots of supplies is for the big families.
The Augusta Georgia Sams Club was wonderful! We ate at the food court, hot dogs, of course! They had recently updated the court, & I really liked the kiosk stations to order & pay at. Then we shopped & shopped till we dropped! Lastly, we filled up the car tank for excellent below $3.00 per gallon gas. I highly recommend the Augusta Georgia Sams Club!
I am still impressed with Sams Club staff still trying to find ways to help you, but managing to practice safe distancing. They have several stations for you to clean your hands, and if you want a mask theyll get it.I often use Scan and Go, which allows me to safely distance. All in all I like Sams Club a great deal (Pun intended)!
The store it self is amazing, self checkout is decent, However the associates that were there on Saturday 9/28/2021 Id have yo say were there just to grt a pay check, not yo assist you. I had purchased sit of stuff and paid for it was waiting for my receipt to print ,which it never did, I hit help button and it said associate on way, again I waited and waited, I turned around 3 young ladies chatting, I waited and finally I said excuse me, again no response, said it again excuse me they all.looked I said could someone see why my receipt never printed one walked over turned key gave receipt to me. I said thank you , she rolled eyes and walked off. I said Ms whats your name she kept walking her snd the others ignored me and my friend. Had I not needed to get my cold stuff on ice I would have reported them poor customer service. Over all was good but not at the ending
So Im wondering if the manager(s) of this store will ever get out into the store and see whats going on in his/her store. Was in this store this past week. Lines at the checkout down the aisles 3-4 registers not working. 1 person helping with ID checks and errors. After your purchase the line to get your receipt checked was backed past the snack bar again. No one comes up to help her nor is anyone even called.to help.
Great prices on certain items but if you don’t have a large family you can’t get a lot other then household items wine 🍷 and big tag items also you have to be a part of sams plus to get pick up service and purchase items on line that can be shipped to your home, you will be charged a fee for these services unless you have a Sams Plus membership card. They have great buys on childrens clothing
This club has been going downhill. Lately, the gas pumps have been an issue almost every time we go. The long lines, it is just not worth it.I went in the club the other day and there were no shopping carts. The guy at the door smiles at you, maybe he should be getting some carts for the senior customers standing there. I went to get my own in the parking lot. Two employees standing by the two doors. Crazy!Great stock in the club. At least the club is neat and clean.Checking out lately is maybe one or two HUMAN cashiers. Really? Dont take away employees with the self-serve checkouts. Really wrong! Yeah, then I have to wait in line for them to check my receipt leaving the store. It is never a quick in and out!!I am really starting to think about not renewing my membership unless things change soon.
I am a member of both Costco and Sams. The differences in the stores are obvious from the parking lot and even more so once you get in. I got my Sams membership in order to see if I could do better there total wise in lieu of Costco. And while it is definitely less expensive on the items and membership cost, it is not at all acceptable regarding cleanliness and clientele.I will not keep my Sams membership for those reasons. I would rather pay more for a clean and safe feeling environment.
Very clean and organized. They always have what We come in for and more. Their cleaning supplies are consistently low and out of stock though. The staff is always very helpful and friendly, but they could certainly use a few more helping hands. Overall, were regular customers here because the value is great, the staff is friendly, and the selection is usually great.
Sams club is always great. Looking for tires. Pretty decent selection. So I was in there searching for the best deal. I need a full set, so $119 x 4 not bad. Ill go back after Thanksgiving hopefully a better deal awaits. Ive got to make sure I match the size and rating of the tires, Sams will only put the factorystanfard for your automobile so make your selection carefully. Also keep in mind extra costs; mounting, balancing, and disposal. Ill update you guys after Thanksgiving on my selection. Until then Happy Holidays.
Is it just me.....I was in store on Saturday standing with a few other customers and no one from the bakery department could to located. There were employees in the area that attempted to assist us, to no avail. Today I have been calling customer service and the bakery for the past 3 hours. Still no answer.I pay member fees and still cant get service. SMH
I had purchased a members mark griddle which was not listed on line, but it was in store.. it wouldnt fit in my trunk , so the option they gave me was refunding the product.. they told me that they couldnt hold it until tomorrow, when someone could pick it up for me, not even 24 hour hold for a 350.00 purchase.
I loved it now that I am using Scan & Go.....otherwise a trip most dreaded due to long lines and age verification for alcohol. Everything can be handled seamlessly through the app including ID checks for the cocktails. Great deals this week in babybel cheese, air wicks and more!!
Scan and go did not work because “Wi-Fi goes out a lot”is what I was told, I had to get in line because it locked up the app and would not work if I left the store. I had to go out to the car, come back into the store with actual card and get checked out. Sams had over 55 billion in revenue last year, Wi-Fi should work. Terrible experience. Should be scan and maybe go.
Never again! Im gonna use Costco next year. What a horrible customer service at membership area. Waited for 40mins to renew my membership (Thats okay) but they looked like they didnt like their jobs. I dont expect a fair customer service but they are very rude. I just regret to renew my membership this year. Managers, please educate them how to communicate with customers professionally.
Long lines at checkout. Only 3 cashiers open. All self-checkout lanes were packed. Is thus the type of service to be expected for our annual plus membership dues.?I do NOT work for Sams. I will NOT do my own checkout. Also the line AFTER CHECKOUT to get out the door trailed all the way to the restrooms. You need to look at improving efficiency with your employees. Members should be rewarded for doing a cashiers job, NOT SAMS. WHAT ARE WE PAYING FOR?
I have been trying for refund for my cancel membership for a month. They charged my credit card on June 29th, 2021. I went to the sams club on bobby Jones in Augusta for my refund, every time they give me different reasons, 1st time said wait for 10 business day, 2nd time said 28 business day third time i called main office they check with sams club on bobby jones and said check with your credit card bank. I did check with them even today and they have not received my refund. I got sick and tired by visiting Sams club and wasting hours, I became helpless from Sams club. I could not believe the sams club lousy service.I may not have choice but to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
This location for the most part is pretty good. However, yesterday when they changed their hours I was extremely upset by this. Not for the sake of them changing their hours to help with restocking etc but because they lumped everyone into the same start time. I pay extra yearly for the right to shop before the general public to avoid crowds and have better discounts. Now when I especially want to avoid crowds due to hoarders and apocalypse shoppers I have to endure this when I pay extra specifically not. Not happy Sams club! You could have changed hours but still upheld the other rights paid by business and plus membership.
Honestly, were mid pandemic and this store barely takes any precautions. You only have to have the mask on to get in- then you can immediately take it off and no one says anything. No sanitizer dispensers were available through out the store. Literally saw people checking out with masks completely off, face shields up, and not one manager or employee corrected these people. If youre not going to require it while shopping, dont require it to get in. Dont go if youre immune compromised or high risk.
My last experience at Sams was horrible. Half of self checkout were cut of order. The check out lines were half way down the store. Everybody was extremely upset. I had to leave the store without purchasing the items after 1/2 hour of wait in check out line. This has to improve. No manager was in sight to improve. Please close the store if you can not provide proper service. We deserve better service.
Never again! I sadly have been shopping at Sams for so long. I have never ever had someone tell me they could not write on a cake I was purchasing and then the rude manner in which we were spoken to was completely uncalled for.I absolutely despise bad reviews, This situation has me genuinely disappointed.Lost a family of shoppers today.
If I could give this place a negative I would. Ive been a customer here for five years (because there are no other options). I am a retailer that resells some of their products. Recently I was taken for $50 due to their system not giving me credit for the my purchases. At the time, the lady took my info, copied my receipt and assured me that I would get the credit. One week later, no credit, nobody knows anything, hot potato. Extremely rude attitude from the manager. I am out $50, mind you I spend $70K yearly at this store. The manager turned her face on me and told me I cant help you. They outright lied about the credit and now have turned it into a hot potato. I am extremely disappointment at how they treated me. At this point I dont think there is anything that will change my opinion of the way management represents this store.
Purchased Michelin tires, tires were ordered 5/27/21 - was given 11 0clock appointment Wed.6/2/21 made the appointment but no tires, received a message tires were in to call & reschedule, after aprox 10 unproductive calls & one wasted trip l still dont have my tires. Very DISAPPOINTED !
It is unfortunate that no one at this location is capable of communicating when senior hours are to older folks trying to get their items. During a recent visit, my father was in the check out line when he was told he would be unable to purchase his items until 10. He was offered an upgrade but that was changed when the cashier could not find any gift cards that went with this offer. I called the store and received an apathetic response from someone claiming to be in managment. I would suggest to anyone considering going to sams in the csra to visit the one in Aiken and hope those folks are better at their jobs on all fronts.
This was the biggest SAMS that I have been in. There was more thing I could never think of in a store. I didnt know lettuce comes in some many different ways. Snacks on top of snacks on top of snacks. Employees were constantly cleaning. Very clean restrooms. I will return again soon.
If I can gave zero stars I will do it! I make my order on Tuesday for pickup Friday from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. I get there almost at 1:30pm and after staying in line for almost an hour they told me that the system was down and they cant process the order at that time. I left and start calling to see the status of my order. At 6:00pm they finally told me that the system was up and running and that my order was ready to be pickup. By 6:30pm I was in line, again, to pickup my order. After half hour there they came to the car and ask for my name. We wait and wait and wait. Only two cars left with there orders the rest of us were waiting in our cars. The club close at 8:00pm we saw how the lights turn off and everyone disappears. Nobody came outside to tell us anything. At 9:30pm everything was dark inside and no one around. An employee came outside to tell us that they dont have system and they cant do anything!!!!Why they dont tell us earlier so we can go inside and make our shopping before they close the club????!!! They deduct the money from my account at the moment the order was placed!!! they where very good at that!!! I will look for some others options.....not recommending SAMs Club pick-up.
Online ordering and pick up always seems to have an issue. Either out of stock on items, no one there to assist (even when checked in on app), or they sometimes dont put order together at all, I have had an issue almost everytime I do a store pick up. Not sure why I keep trying, oh I know it would be super convenient if it worked properly :( .
I think this store is great. It’s always clean and self checkout is always a breeze. The one time I didn’t use self checkout the lady who help scan my items seemed to be having a bad day. She was rude and kept rolling her eyes. It was the only bad experience I’ve ever had in the store. The parking lot is always ridiculous however and makes wanting to make the trip there difficult.
Can never get through on the phone... have had them answer and hang up MULTIPLE times before. What’s the point of having a phone number if they never answer?In the store experience is horrible. All the workers I have encountered are rude and always power tripping. Don’t expect help from anyone here... just go to Costco.
The store is handy. I shop here because I like to buy things. Theyve definitely sold more memberships than the store can reasonably support during peak traffic and the parking lot is absolutely too small. You can avoid the crowds by shopping outside of peak hours or by taking advantage of plus member hours.
Sams Club is great... We have a large family and Sams offers many things at wholesale prices. Also, I like several of their branded items better than name brands. We used to use their hypoallergenic laundry detergent a while back... It cleans pretty well and didnt break me out (eczema), but we had moved to Tide pods when my grandmother came to stay with us because that is all she will use. We also use their bagged veggies and salads. They are perfect for people on the go! Both my mom and I are constantly going and this was great solution for a healthier lunch. Just dump some in a bowl and go! Sometimes, I will order chicken nuggets or strips to put on top if I want some meat. It stays fresh and doesnt wilt like the bagged salads from the smaller stores.
Called to confirm store hours today 12/24 and message says they are open from 8am-6pm. Drove 30 minutes to be told at the door since I am a regular club member, I cannot shop until 10am. The message when you call does not specify that from 8am-10am is for premium members. So is my money not the same as a premium members money?! Ridiculous!
Inside is exactly what anyone should expect from a warehouse store. Bulk items at seemingly good prices and tons of people looking to save money. They have free samples of food everyday and those employees are normally wonderful. Some employees are obviously unhappy, but be honest, wouldnt you be. Here comes the rub...if you want to see humanity at its worst, you need to go no further than the parking lot. People show complete disregard for common decency, traffic laws and where else can you watch someone ground guide 10 cars while pushing their cart up the middle of an aisle. Sometimes we go with popcorn just watch....way cheaper than the movies.
Well Im not to happy I ordered a set of tires an I had to park in the front to go to the tire service pay for my tires go back out to the front go back around to the side take my rims back around drop them off an they told me twenty mins so fourtyfive mins later still no service so i watch this unqualified person thats pose to be putting my tires on my rim so I get out my truck an stand there bout to flip out on this person an finally started on my tires when he seen me standing there an it only takes fifteen mins to take to tires off an put to tires on an by the way Im disabled
The store was fine but the snack shop was too busy for the number of staff they had. The Diet Coke dispenser wasnt working when we got there. We asked twice and heard other people ask and were assured they would fix it. It still wasnt working when we left over an hour later.
I was looking for toilet paper and there was no more on the floor. Store associate Jonathan asked if I needed help, I told him what I needed, and he went to the back and found me some. I was happy after searching several stores for tp. He was a big help & and a blessing.
Not as easy in and out as I would like but the store is well stocked and the staff is friendly and efficient. The office supply and electronics areas have more variety than I have seen in other Sams stores. The store is very busy most of the times I go but the check out is relatively quick and efficient.
I really like to shop at Sam Club because they have good quality items for great prices. And it is so convenient. They were very nice recently to accept a Sams coupon with the date expired because they were out of the item for a few days. Thanks to a very nice manager willing to accommodate their customers.
Ordered my first online in store pick up yesterday morning. It was supposed to be ready between 4-5pm. I arrived at the store at 4:20 and was told it would be at least 20 minutes. So I left and came back at 6pm. I was told my order still wasnt ready and waited 35 minutes for it to come to the front. After two trips in the store and standing at the kiosk for over an hour.. why would I even bother ordering online?? I should have went in the darn store and shopped myself!!!!!!! Ridiculous! And the parking lot is too small and all up hill!
I was at the Sam s Club on the 17th of May and the club was disorganized and dirty. The Cafe should have stayed closed because the the pizza was severely under cooked and lacking cheese. As a member holders for nearly 25 years I am disappointed the lack of the professionalism and basic cleanliness.
Inconvenient my coworkers and I purchased new business membership and were promised a gift card by the sales rep. Get to the store to get the gift cards and said we had to purchase items and the money would come off the purchase. Get to the register and its asking for payment. Only to have to go to customer service to get a gift card. Which could be been given in the first place. Plus the representative had an attitude. Im almost cancelled my membership 🤔😠😠😠
Ive spent so long trying to get in contact with the tire shop at this club for an appointment that Ive decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. Now Im waiting to cancel and still cant get anyone on the phone. The customer service on their website is no help either. They cant actually do anything except to tell you to call the same people who dont bother to ever pick up their phone, that is if they dont just hang up on you.
It seems the employees are not properly managed. The cashier paid more attention to girls walking by and the other female employee than he did to me and the things he was ringing up. And yes he screwed it up costing me my time. Another employee was approached by a customer to report the bathroom was out of soap, the reply by the employee was what do you want me to do about it? Assessment..... poor supervision.
Sams club has everything you need in bulk. They have everything from electronics to tires. This place really is a one stop shop. They also make freshly squeezed OJ! There is a large freezer dedicated to fruits and vegetables. There is a separate large freezer dedicated to milk and eggs. Gotta love it.
Worst customer service at the store and over the phone, I ask for help to a representative that was just wondering around the store and he send to someone else and the other representative to another and so on, no one wants to help. Over the phone they is just too horrible to talk to. By the way while waiting for this representative to help at the store employees talking about how there hours were going to be cut and so does the pay. Really Sam’s pay your people right so they can help the customers like me. Overall going back with Costco, much better.
The Tire center is a joke. They are under staffed and the wait is extremely long which is understandable since there arent many technicians working. I purchased tires from here they supposedly balanced my tires..... wrong. I had vibrations and my steering wheel shook. Instead of wasting 4 hours of my life and taking it back there, I took my car to GoodYear on North Belair road to have my tires rebalanced. Sams Club didnt put enough weights to have the tire balanced. I even bought a road hazard protection plan for my tires so I dont have to step foot back into the tire center again.
I was in the club and was having issues signing into their app. I went to customer service who was able to pull up my account and verify my email. When I showed them that the app wouldnt recognize my email they said the poor weather had knocked it out. I pointed out that I had perfect cell reception and that the app was otherwise working. Rather than try to help me they doubled down on the excuse that the weather had caused the application to have issues. I tried to explain that the local weather had no effect on the sams club app and that I just needed to have my information reset so I could log in. The lady told me just like we have issues on our tablets when the weather gets bad, the app also has issues because of bad weather. Heres the thing. Their tablets are being run on a local area network from that clubs wifi which can be affected by local weather. However, the application is hosted on servers hours and hours away from our local club. There is no way that the local weather could have affected it. Rather than even try to help me, the two customer service reps immediately shut me down, blaming the weather for my problems. They didnt even try to say something reasonable like Were sorry, we dont know how to fix this problem. Please call customer service. Instead they offer up a big steaming plate of BS with an attitude and expected me to eat it. I wasnt happy with the exchange and said that I would be quoting the weather excuse. As I walked away the older lady said why did you push her? I assume she was referring to my verbally pushing back at her rediculous excuse. Rather than engage in an escalatnig verbal argument I walked away. I did end up speaking with customer service over the phone and they were able to resolve my problem within 10 minutes. Id give the rep on from the phone a 5 star review if I could.
If I could give this store zero stars I absolutely would! This has to to the worst Sams Club location in Georgia. The store is extremely under staffed only one Member Service employee to help people out while trying to answer phones is ridiculous(thats why noone answers) not to mention getting out the building is a hassle cause once again only one employee checking carts while the line is backed up to the food court! The Management is horribly unorganized, unprofessional and flat out lazy (even witnessed managers ignore employees who need assistance) I suggest hiering new educated people who are willing to do what theyre paid for cause this store is getting ran into the ground by people who dont care and who hier anyone rude, unskilled and lazy...get it together
We feel at home at Sams. Good management. Friendly and helpful crew. Carts, lot, welcome, excellent. We do a lot of good quality errands there at a good price. Often grab us a delicious hotdog for lunch, cheap and fast service. We tip their filled chicken brests from the fridge among many others. They are strong on fresh food. As clubmembers were happy with their lowest priced gas in town. Except for all these we go there for hearing and vision. We also get great service from their pharmacy. And have good experience with their online sales. Today we hung out there for a quarterly free health check-up. They have very good offers on hardware like phones and laptops, tvs, garden ware. Go there. Its too much, too good.😀
Sams club is fine however their tire service was horrible. Called 20 min prior arriving just to see how long it would take to get a screw out of my tire. They answered the phone and said please hold. Held for about 10 mkn then hung up and tried again. This time nobodoy answered the 3 times I tried again. The fourth time the call was hung up. So I went in person and was hearing that phone go off while the employee just simply ignored it. It was finally my turn to then just hear that there was a 3+ hour wait for a patch up. Ridiculous. Try anything but here.
Covid 19 has had a very negative effect on their inventory. Be prepared to witness a lot of empty shelves and an overabundance of items that may not be so handy at this time. Sheltering in place has created a shortage of employees in the industries that supply our stores.
Went to this store to purchase a camera. Their website clearly stated that six cameras were in stock. After driving 60 miles and paying for the camera, NO camera could be located in their stock. Customer service in this store is horrible. Offered to sell me another camera for $600 more. Um NO! No offer to call other stores or help place an online order. Dont waste your time here.
We had a 3pm appointment to have tires installed. When we got there at 2;45 it took 15 minutes for them to find the 2 tires I had ordered. Then they put other people ahead of us and it was 4:45 before we left. mount balance and install 2 tires should take less than 45 minutes not almost 2 hours.
Terrible wait time in check out lines, only 2 check out lines open on a friday at 2 o clock. Customer service was very unfriendly. The store was hot, my wife and I was sweating standing in line. Overall bad experience, will not return or be back again. Do not reccomend.
They send you instructions on how to pick up your order and none of it is correct. The email says they have drive thru pick up. They dont. The email says to drive to Club Pick up and talk to an associate. The associates tell you to park your car and go inside. Huge waste of time. Staff has no knowledge of what is going on and management doesnt care.
I would give it ZERO stars if this site would let me!I pull up to a gas pump that had no markings of being out of order after waiting in line for a long time only to find the printer was out of order! Of course the kiosk at the pumps has no way of giving a duplicate receipt; Ive been through that before. You have to go inside the main store and wait through the customer service line for a ridiculous amount of time for them to print a receipt. I have to have a receipt for my company vehicle fuel purchases or I will not get reimbursed. So, I spot an open pump on the far outside and get back in my truck to pull around there before someone else takes the pump. No sooner to I do this than the attendant shuts the pump off because of my maneuver. CLEAR ABUSE OF POWER!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke! So, rather than walking over and asking me not to do that again, he yells from his little booth, My door is open; come on over if you have a problem!ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! This is not some school yard game! I yelled back at him, Yall cant fix the printer on that pump over there?Nope, he said.I wanted to kick that little millennial age punk into next Tuesday! But, I just left and bought gas somewhere else.
The wait time to get out is horrific. There are wall to wall people waiting to get out. Their exit policy is terrible. Only one person on door checking a but load of people. You cant get in line to leave because everyone is backed up in two lines blocking the exit door. There has to be a better way.
Tire and battery shop is a complete nightmare. It took my inlaws 7 hours to get tires installed and they had appointment last week. Then yesterday I had less than 2 year old batteries fail in my f250. The guy that took my order was nice but the girl in customer service was awful. Lacey was her name and she was texting and had attitude. She wouldnt listen and only credited me for 1 battery vs. 2 so it had to be redone. The theres the guy they called Quan who seemed to hate life in general. He pretty much spent more time complaining about the work than it would have taken to do the job. Another guy took over and I helped him and we got it done in about 20 minutes. Quan didnt help even though he saw me in the 103 degree heat in the parking lot with the other guy pulling and replacing the batteries myself. No one seems to be in charge. It sucked and ruined my Day. If Quan would have worked for me he would have been fired on the spot. I tried to talk to him a couple times but he just mumbled and walked off. If you watch what goes on back there youll understand why the service is so bad. Dont go there if you can help it.
Waiting for tires. Was told hadplenty of technicians, wouldnt be long Shopped for hour, came back, cashier laughing & talking with three employees, vehicle not movedOther employee that was distracting cashier then proceeded to go talk and laugh with technician about to move my truck. I complained and she left. Will just pay more next time
Without a doubt, the worst customer service on the planet! I went in to pickup an online order for two cases of bottled water. The order hade been placed the day before. The kiosk where you are expected to check in couldn’t find the order, but it gave me the option to page a employee for assistance. Nobody came for a few minutes. When they did show up it was clear that they were already in crisis mode with multiple other customers. I asked about my order and was told that there are four others ahead of me. I went to eat in the cafe and came back to find my order waiting with no employees in sight. There was some paperwork in the cart, so I went to leave with my product. The door nazis told be that wasn’t a receipt and wanted to send me back in to find the employee after waiting 45 minutes to get 2 cases of water. Nobody offered to get me any assistance whatsoever! I was treated as if I was trying to shoplift two cases of bottled water. I told them they could have the f***ing water because I was tired of the incompetence and lack of customer service. Definitely time to get a Costco card!
Terrible customer service. Check out is horrible because the cashiers rather talk to their friends than wait on the customer. Instead of asking the customer may I help you they just say move your buggy up. Not even a please or thank you. They are too busy talking! I have report this bad behavior to the managers. I believe if you are talking and cutting up rather than working Sams needs to hire new people.
Like the store but management has let the panhandlers take control of the parking lot. Third time in a row I’ve been followed to my truck and hit up with the “ I’m from PA and out of gas” bit. This time it was on my way in and out by different people. I tell them ok wait right here and I’ll go get you a gas card or I’ll meet you at that pump at the top of the hill, each time they decline. It’s becoming a real issue, and actually keeps the ladies in my family from coming here or going to Costco instead. This needs to be addressed.
Worse customer service. I am business owner Usa to buy $ 5000.00 a week but always wait for 30 minuets in line no customer service . Manager don’t care get tired and stop buying. Look like they don’t care about customer. If you call customer service for complain you need to wait for 15 minuets
Never buy a mattress from Sams club in Augusta. They will tell you they are going to deliver it and then they cant deliver it. The local store says its because Corporate dictates the delivery service provider and they cant change the provider even though they have asked to change. Then you call the store they point to corporate and you call corporate and they point to the store. Total run around! They shouldnt sell an item as including delivery if they cant deliver!
Manager lied to my face. I went in to ask about a playground set they had earlier this week. I asked an employee if they had more in stoke and said no I think its discontinued. I ask if I could talk to the manager to see if I could by the display. The manager informed me that the item was is not discontinued and that there was a order on a truck coming in. I came in a few days later to find out the truck never came in with more the Item IS discontinued and that he sold the display to another customer. Congratulations on losing a member and many others.

2022-05-30I really appreciated the young lady that assisted me with my sons graduation cake. It was a last minute order and she went over and above to accommodate us. The cake was designed beautifully with my sons picture. It was the talk of the graduation dinner. It was such a hit my friend ordered a picture cake for her sons sixteenth birthday. Thanks for making this day special

2022-05-16Location: 5Parking: 5Cleanliness: 5Customer Service: 3I visited this Sams location on Saturday on our way to Atlanta, because it was conveniently located just north of the I-20 interstate. I needed to pick up some supplies for my business, and I figured since they had just opened up at 0900am that Id be guaranteed success. Well to my surprise their was 3 items I was specifically searching for, and this location didnt have any of them. When I stopped and asked a store employee about the items, their response was oh, we havent had them in a while .So Im pretty confident that I wont be returning to this Sams location for my business supplies. Now if there is other household items that I need, and Im in the area I might stop back in.

2022-03-01The store itself is great, but the change at the Cafe had me fuming. We ordered a Supreme pizza not to long ago, great goto on a day you dont want to cook and the price was the cherry on top. Yesterday we went to order a pizza to find out there is no longer a Supreme pizza only 4 meat and veggie. We went with the veggie and when we got our pizza I will tell you they have scaled way down on the toppings and the quality of cooking was below average. So time to check out Costco or mod pizza.

2022-06-12I was very disappointed tonight b from Sams Customer Service employee. I was returning a sports bra. She informed me it wasnt coming up and said she needed one from the floor. So I go back to the clothing and find another different color, same size. Walk it back up to the front and she advises me she needs the se exact one because the sku numbers are different. So, I again walk back to the clothing. Ask for a manager on the way back and told him my dealings so far. He helped me look through all the items for the same exact sports bra to no avail. While looking I told him I havent ever had to go get my own items off the floor if they didnt come up, twice, and there wasnt one the same color anyway. He told me that the customer service lady was also a supervisor and I told him Im not sure how she got that position because she was the rudest Sams employee I had ever come across. Anyway, once back at customer service he told her there wasnt an exact match and whatever else. She was showed him it wasnt coming up and then I see she is referring to the receipt. I asked her if she was referring to the receipt this whole time? I thought she meant on her computer after scanning it. She told me it was the receipt. Well I just gave her the wrong receipt. We could have avoided all this if she would have just asked me or said something to me instead of having me hike across the store twice. I appreciated the exercise but that wasnt the time. Hopefully she will have a better attitude next shift and communicate a little better.

2022-05-21I went shopping yesterday early in the morning and if you go super early you can beat the foot traffic! But tidy we got gas around 10:30 am and the line was terribly long like usual. One of the gas stations wasn’t working quite right but after a few tries, it did good!

2022-06-19The WORST customer service. I stood next to a worker calling her and after the 5th time was after she responded. Not only that, but I lost my purse with everything in it at Sams, and although it is my fault for being irresponsible, no one answered the phone for customer service to help check if a purse was turned in or not. I called multiples times and waited for at-least 30-40 minutes.

2022-06-20Terrible customer service on this trip. Wanting help to get a freezer and no one wanted or would help us. 5 guys were in the parking lot getting 10 buggies. I only shop here because Costco does not carry several items that I buy freakly.

2022-05-19Always a pleasant trip, especially with the scan as yo go function on the app. If you arent using it, start. It cuts the time down by a large amount. Just make sure you actually do scan everything as you put it in the cart. Show the receipt barcode at the exit

2022-03-21I like to shop here but I hate going late in the afternoon cause how packed it gets. I was going in at about 8:30ish was immediately stopped at the door and she wouldn’t let me continue walking but let everyone else and she wanted to see my membership I had no issue showing her then she asked if I was a plus membership I have no clue if I am or not it’s my husbands membership she told me I couldn’t shop until 10 when they actually “open” they’re not closed the stuff needs to be updated online they’re open now they need to let everyone come in and shop whenever they want plus members shouldn’t get special treatment just my opinion 🤷🏻♀️
