Dropped by on a whim after doing tire biz with these folks few times before, and now hoping they could do a VERRY difficult front headlight bulb replacement....couple of the mechanics were very busy and had just a few minutes to try it which made it difficult to complete it, as it was with me when I tried as well, but then a young guy Alturo came out of the garage, was a non-mechanic, and stayed with it for about 15 minutes and got the bulb in there, Again - VERRRY difficult - (and ridiculous that the auto manufacturers would make something such as a headlight so difficult to replace!!)! ... anyway, all is well now and Thank You to Sanchez Tire for going outside the box and helping with a miscellaneous repair !! ...5 STARS !! *****

I went in on Friday 10/25 to get a tire replaced. On Sunday morning I noticed the tire was flat so I called AAA to come and put a spare tire on until Sanchez opened up on today 10/28 but when they came out they could only put air in the tire because the technician named Matthew had stripped 3 out of 5 of my lug nuts so I had to go to NTB to get the tire off and plug the tire and I had to purchase new lug nuts. I went in today 10/28 to ask to be reimbursed for the purchase of the lug nuts because they were damaged here. I wouldnt recommend this place because even though its a used tire place, if they damage something on your vehicles they will not repair it. Lesson learned, never will I return. CAUTION!!!!!BEWARE!!!!!!
Love the bigger store! This is a favorite local tire spot of mine- I always come here if I have a tire emergency. Everyone is very nice and helpful and they have the best tire deals in the area. Not to mention they work fast!
I always go to Sanchez when I need a tire repaired or replaced. They are very responsive and quick workers. I’d maybe only give four stars because parking is tricky in my truck but, as my son would say, I just need to learn how to drive a truck lol
Came to get a flat tire replaced. Everyone was professional and really worked fast pace. Even though it was a long line when I arrived they got me in and out in 30 minutes.
HORRIBLE. I spent $45 on a used tire that had a slow leak. By the time I got home and woke up the next day, the tire was flat.
This company does not honor its word. I couldnt drive my car until they finished work and they never finished. They took a long time to finish and never delivered on time. On top of all that they delivered the job badly done and unfinished, Ill have to go somewhere else. Horrible service, especially the manager. Very arrogant and disrespectful, avoid going through the headache that I went through and dont go there.

Been using Sanchez Tires for all my family cars tires needs theyre the best around, so fast and honest even though we moved further away we still wouldnt use any other tire service!
Where are my tires?!!The worst thing a business owner can do is not admit when they made a mistake! Had he simply apologized and admitted he forgot about me I wouldnt be writing this review.I stopped by about a month ago and bought two out of the four tires that I needed (he didnt have all 4 available). Sanchez got my contact information and told me he would put me on the list and when he got a pair in they would let me know. Fast forward to now, its been a month and no word from him. I said I would stop by the shop and ask why the tires have been taking so long.I get to the shop and the employee tells me he ran out of that size... I said Yes, thats what you told me a month ago when I last came. He mentioned they get tires in every week and as soon as they come in they are often sold. Ive been waiting for a month for you guys to call me as soon as you would get tires in that size! I take it up with Sanchez and tell him hey, I havent really heard from you...The short of it is that since they sold the ones that had come in my size the only option was for me to buy a new tire! Very convenient for them! It didnt matter that I was on the list. When I asked him about that he said well, we get thousands of orders... you should have called. Are you serious? No, YOU should have called!As with a lot of these mom and pop shops its a hit and miss. Overall service is generally good.... but like I said, a trait of a good leader/ business owner is to apologize and acknowledge when YOU made a mistake... not tell the customer- You should have called. Ridiculous.Also, Im sure his house is very nice but the customer waiting area could be a little bit cleaner and more accommodating. He has this old couch and chair which have a very distinct smell to them. A stop at the Goodwill would be a simple fix.
These dudes are AWESOME! Needed some tires to be able to turn my Audi lease in. They had high quality Continental Tires with NO WEAR...charged me less than $100! That’s the TOTAL cost out the door! Talk about saving me $2,000! If you need tires check this dudes out.
Customers Beware! Awful experience. Make sure you know what the final price is before they start working on it otherwise she will charge you whatever she feels like. Workers working there are OK (I give them all the stars) but their “patrona” Maria Sanchez could not be more unfriendly. There is no price menu so she comes up with prices and they are different depending on her mood. If you want cheap tires go there but if anything goes wrong they will make it your fault and will not stand behind their work. You’ll be better off somewhere else.

These guys are super fast and way under priced. BMW dealership wanted $145 to do what these guys did for $30 and I was at the dealership an hour longer without evening having the repairs done. Seriously, $30 and in and out in under 30 minutes.

I have bought a a couple of tires here before. It’s a good place to buy tires at an affordable price. Everybody here is really nice and works hard.Having said that, I do need to address something. Last time I bought a tire, I pulled to the front and checked it over. It was balanced right and the lug nuts were on tight enough. However, the tire itself was HEAVILY overinflated. The psi was somewhere in the 60s! For my truck, it’s only suppose to have 35 PSI cold. Not to mention it has a max PSI rating of 44! I had to let a lot of air out to correct it. Guys, you have to be more careful that. Driving with overinflated tires is dangerous. Who knows what could have happened if I drove off without checking it myself. Just want to give you a heads up.Thank you.
WARNING DANGEROUS SHOP!!!!!!!! Sold me a tire that blew out on the highway the same night almost died. I went back an told the owner what happened and he could care less didn’t even offer to give me another tire… DONT NOT BUY TIRES HERE YOUR LIFE COULD DEPEND ON IT SMH

I stopped on at 8a to check availability of a set of used tires. A gentleman that was there says he has a full set ready. I told him Ill bring my truck back at noon. I come back at noon and he is nowhere to be found. Nobody thats there when u returned speak English. That is SO annoying. I find one guy that speaks English and hes rude. By this time, my truck is already jacked up. They only have 3 tires. They showed me a matching pair and i agree to buy them. I dropped off the truck and went back to work. Upon pick up, i learned that they DID NOT install the matching pair. Additionally, they changed my valve stems with stems that are extremely short and will be difficult to reinflate my tires. Im so aggravated with dealing with then, i dont even care. Ill deal with the non matching pair and will replace the valve stems at another tire shop.
It is unbelievable how they get on the defensive fence when you ask questions. I bought two tires from them, about three weeks later they were so bad I had to change them. When ask the girl who works there, that how can it be possible that these tires are so bad in just three weeks! She wouldnt even let me talk, she was so bad... She didnt want to hear anything I was going to say that made me mad. Thats very rudeI will never advice anybody to go there... Unless youre latino.
Great guys , my tire had an air leak and the manager hammered the rim back in to fix it. He didnt have to do that but he did and Im am so grateful. I always come back whenever I need tires . They know what they are doing !

Screw them! I called they said they had my tire for 37 dollars. I had to get towed there,thats why I called first. Time the tow truck left me. They up the price to 89 dollars! If your a female definitely take a man with you.
They carry lower brand tires, though quality of said tires Im not sure of. You might want to ask what brand and model of tires are in stock for your tire size and do some research.So far Ive only gotten used tires from them as I am considering selling my car. Both 18s came with decent amount of tread life left to carry over for some more thousand miles. One used tire for 18s are $42. Smaller tires are probably cheaper. Due to the influx of car shops around the area, I have in the past brought my own tires that I bought online for them to mount. Weekdays are a pretty empty especially in the mornings so they are pretty quick.

Great place to fix your tires specially the once the stores refuse to fix just to sell you another tire. If Sanchez cannot fix it then you need to buy a new tire so try here first before you waste money on a brand new tire.

Dont get disappointed by a chain-retail location ready to take more money for services that do not need to cost an arm and a leg. This establishment is family owned and very welcoming and inviting.

Ridiculous. Had a 10 minute conversation with person on the phone, secured a brand and a price, was told to come over now. Arrived, no one there seemed to know anything about my less than 20 minute earlier conversation. Tried to up sell me by over $200 more. No apology, explanation or remorse. If you think saving a few bucks is worth the run-around, go try you luck. I for one will never bother with these jokers again.

Horrible and worse place to buy from, they didnt even put all the lug nuts back on my wheel and when I went back, the little prick Victor tried to lie and say I only came in with 3. That is very dangerous. And they discriminate against black people so if you know someone who speaks Spanish, please take them, otherwise, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY WITH THESE LAMES, stay away from this place, its not worth your life.👎

Call Sanchez tires to get a good used tire clearly gave tire size three times. The guy on the phone louis swear he had the tire and it was in good shape In His eye sight. I get there and he say oh the tire is for a MERCEDES !. That he thought it was for an an AMERICAN car. Now the price change from $42. 00 to he only has a new one in that size for $156.00 . So I call Walmart up the street and price the tire new viva 255- 40-18 price $79.00. Sanchez tires are a true bait and switch skam. Do not believe anything louis has to say. Great service BUT.....I PURCHASED 2 TIRES AND WANTED TO PAY FOR ONE WITH MY DEBIT CARD AND ONE WITH CASH. They charged my card for two and took my CASH . Hoping in the morning they will reimburse me the cash.

First...dont even try paying with credit card. Cash only. The staff does not speak English. Looking for tires for our Mitsubishi and the clerk-mechanic rudely says closed..tomorrow (at noon and hours are supposedly 8-4). This place is a joke.

They dont keep the hours they advertise. Their sign, and google, say they open at 8am. I showed up at 8:30am and no one was there. Door was locked. And no one answered the phone.

2022-05-17STAY AWAY!!! Firstly I got my tire and in a month there was a flat which is no big deal but I went to get air in my tire and there was a dry rot. They sold me 2 dry rot tires and for the love of me they had the worst horrific attitude they talked down on me like I was dumb and kept explaining to me it was user error which is not the case. I would highly not recommend going here even if you are on your last leg. They are frauds and were trying scam me out of a new tire. Stay safe out there so not and I mean not going to SANCHEZ TIRES IN ROSWELL GEORGIA

2022-03-30Valentino, I absolutely loved how he knew exactly what to do when I told him I had no idea which tire needed attention. He said no problem and quickly took my tires pressures and found the culprit. Inside sidewall of my tire was a dreadful nail and he showed me a replacement tire which was a quick match and took care of me in 20 minutes or less. I recommend anyone to go to Sanchez Tires they are the best and Valentino is a sweetheart :-) from Monique!!!

2022-03-28I called ahead to get pricing on tires which they quoted me $25 per tire without installation. When I came in person to buy the tire they raised the price to $67 a tire, and rescinded their previous price. That is a poor business practice I would recommend going to yamas tires or anywhere else that’s 15 minutes away, and won’t mess you up on pricing.

2022-07-05Updated Review:Ive gotten all of my tires here for years & i went back for a Another. In the process, my rim was chipped and scratched up in quite a few spots while getting the old tire off. I was really mad when I first noticed after getting home but they are always very busy & still get me in And out quickly with great prices on new tires. They are also the only shop that has tires for 22’s laying around everytime I need them on the spot haha, so i have to love them. I called today to inform them & they knew about it already somehow lol. so we will see how it goes.

2020-09-05Grrrrreat place, Faster and less expensive than other tire places in the area. Bought 1 tire and had tpms sensor replaced in under a half-hour😳 and for 100$🤯, annnnd without appointment. Initially visited for one used tire but found out they do so much more. Ill be back to buy 5tires, wheel repair and wheels painted glossy black .Im happy.Thanks guys!!Great customer service and attention to detail.I Highly recommend them. Awesomeness!

2018-04-05Best tire Shop in Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek area. Nice people , very good work. New or used tires, they have EVERYTHING! They worked with me 3 on separate occasions to get BYRD completed and put my Tire cover on. They sold me the correct size tire for only $40.I also used them for several of my other vehicles and they did GREAT then as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys! The tires on the ground in the pics didnt come from them. Found those while I was teaching my baby how to parallel park the H2.

I asked to inspect the tires myself and was obliged without I any issues. I was greeted and felt welcome. 2021-12-17This family owned business is one of a kind!!! I came in here for a punctured tire on my Jeep , and was serviced within 20 minutes.They did a amazing job by checking my rim and tire to ensure it was safe. Went above and beyond with their service as well as everyone that was there. Luis and his crew are all very hard working people. I recommend this business to everyone who needs of their services.

2022-03-04Place is a rip off. I went in for a cylinder 6 misfire. Was told the coil was bad and upon inspection. ALL of my fuel injectors were leaking and swelling up. Should of called bs there. But I let them fix the misfire and put on a serpentine belt. Cost me almost $300. Couple weeks later. Cylinder 7 misfire. Random cylinder misfire codes. I bring it back. The guy says its the fuel injectors. Thatll fix all my issues. Quotes me $715. Just weeks prior. Quoted me $500. Tells me the price of parts went up. What!!!? So I take it to a actual mechanic. Turns out. They replaced cylinder 6 with a used coil. Put cylinder 6 coil into cylinder 2. Absolutely nothing wrong with my fuel injectors at all. This is literally a scam business. They get you good enough to drive off. With the intention on getting you right back wth more issues. Avoid this place at all cost.
