Great food, good service. Would have given 5 stars but they were incredibly busy with long lines and were clearly understaffed. Very clean. Had the spicy Italian sub with double meat. I would never have complained about too much meat in a sandwich, but this was stacked, and since it was toasted the oils came out of the meat and soaked the 9 grain wheat bread. It was a great sandwich but next time I will just do a deluxe instead (1 1/2 times the meat).
Bad service, staff had attitude. Short Caucasian woman with “scarred” tattoo on arm was extremely rude. I felt rushed while making my sub. I get we all have bad days but you work next to a hospital, you should try to be a little more compassionate.
This is a great place to eat the crew are super nice and courteous. The manager Elizabeth helped us to our car with our order due to my moms medical condition and was very polite. We have visited this location several times due to its Proximity to Georgia Regents University Hospital that we have appointments at twice a month. You can tell the management and the employees work well together because of the positive atmosphere in the restaurant. It just makes you feel welcome and that they really do appreciate your business.
This is the third time I have attempted to eat here but it was too hot to even continue to wait to order. It never should have been hotter inside than it was outside. This was one of the cooler days outside to step inside where it felt like a sauna. Subway doesnt mind taking money but, cant keep the temperature cool. The windows and oven is enough to make the sauna. Not to have the air working properly is horribly wrong.
(Just an opinion. My opinion) I think Subway has spent too much time at the cauldron and run out of ideas about what fad they can make next, instead of keeping whats good, fresh and tasty. You know, like the basics. Their selection of meats dont look appetizing. The cold cuts look okay, but all the stuff for hot sandwiches look rubbery and unappealing, like theyre on a slab at the morgue. Wherever I get my sub, its usually an Italian one. When I get one from Subway, all the ingredients are there, but they taste like theyre asleep. I may get full, but Im not satisfied. And I wont even mention the infamous 11 inch foot long! Im STILL mad about that one. 😕
It was okay, the customer service couldve been better. The jalapeños were dried out and the artist making my sandwich did not listen very well. The employee who rung up my order wasnt very personable. Facility was clean though and the food was pretty good.
I once ordered a chicken salad, its very delicious. Ill go to Subway any day. I hope to get a job there
Love the food, its a clean place BUT They do not have a baby changing table in the bathrooms. Huge for me since I have a 10 month old. I do not know why they dont have them. The other subway across town doesnt have one either.
Friendly staff, one staff member changed their gloves after my partner explained that she has a medical condition, would definitely come back
Served someone moldy bread. Saw it on Facebook. The crew there are pretty nice. They arent rude but the Manager - Elizabeth is extremely rude to her crew. I was there today and saw her telling one of her crew members to stop f***ing up so much and to hurry up. It looked like the manager does not really care for subway.

This is the most efficient Subway I have ever seen in my life. they churn out perfect sandwiches with amazing team work every min from what I can see. its probably located in the busiest section of Augusta possible but they handle every order with speed and perfection. If I could have one change it would be to make sure to change gloves for people ordering a veggie delite since we dont want gloves that have touched meat on our sandwiches. Overall, Id rank this subway as the best in all of Augusta and probably the best I have ever been too. Subway is doing a great job of new sauces, spices, and flavors. Keep up the amazing work

This subway has a delivery service where you order online & they deliver to your work area. Sooooo.....I ordered a tuna salad. The salad arrived, I clocked out and opened my salad.... it had NO tuna on it. I called subway, they said that they cant bring the tuna to me, I could come pick it up or they can bring it to me TOMORROW...WHAT?! Needless to say, I took the empty salad back & got a refund. I spent 31 minutes off the clock & I didnt even get lunch. Will NEVER order from them again!
Do not go here its a rip off i got charged for 2 6 inch subs instead of foot long i paid over 13.00 for a tuna sub it wasnt even good rip off DO NOT EAT HERE. bad customer service server told me that manager makes him charge that if so manager you such my subway back home doesnt do that.
This is one of best Subway locations to go to. The food is just better here and so is the service

2022-01-08Very disappointed in the management of this Subway. I had an online coupon and I couldnt get the code for it so I asked the manager if she could assist me with it. She was basically like a deer in the headlights and clueless and walked back to the back of the store. She never returned. After waiting patiently I had to go to the end of the line, and waste even more of my time. Sorry, Im not returning to this location, ever again. Staff was dressed sloppy, no hair restraints and no masks. Being at the very heart of the medical district youd think they would have enough sense to wear a mask. Nope. This store needs a surprise visit from the corporate office at the very least!

2022-03-25I brought a subway club and my bread is wet cant eat it and I ask for my bread to be toasted but its not. I got one two days again and it was made like I asked and the worker toasted my bread and fix my sandwich the way I wanted it.

2021-02-10This restaurant is amazing. It is so conveniently placed by the hospital near health care works so that you may greet and thank for their care. This quality of the sandwiches are good, the customer service is alright, the seating arrangements outside could be better. But overall, I have been going to this restaurant for 6 months already and not once have they left a bad impression on me. 5 stars
