That MOST TERRIBLE TRASH service I had ever had. No pun on the Trash Service. Has to be bout the most poorly run and least customer oriented business. If you can use another service for trash, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE OTHER THEN SSI

I cant remember a time, when they have not left some kind of debris on the road after picking up our garbage. There are times the trucks leak and when you call to let them know, all they do is say it wouldnt be their truck.This is the problem with services for neighborhoods, no competition and they are horrible for customer service.Tried to speak to the lady this morning, and all she said is I will log the complaint... gee..thanks for the help.

The trash was picked up after we had to call stating our house was missed. We have now been skipped 4 weeks in a row due to miscommunication between the office and the drivers. A driver stated they came back to our address and did not see a can with their name on it and left. The can has been sitting at the end of the driveway in the same spot for 4 weeks now. Have tried to communicate with the office several times but was sent to voicemail every time. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend due to the miscommunication, lack of services, and an unresponsive management team.

For two weeks the scheduled pick up successfully removed the trash, but didnt remove the recycling. While looking for alternative providers, I discovered that Red Oak Sanitation is happy to welcome the Sanitation Solution customers to our service family. We were not notified of this transition and would have begun our search for alternatives earlier, as we have a poor opinion of Red Oak from years past.

I took this service 2 weeks back. I am still waiting for my trash bins. This may be one of the things in back orders due to Covid. It may be fixed with proactive orders for new subdivisions. However, I am glad that company is still provided trash pickup.

Very disappointed in there customer service. We have been a customer for years and they have been OK. But last week they missed our entire subdivision. We called and they said they would come the next day to pickup. They did not show up. Two more days went by and they never showed up. The following Monday they left a message that they were coming. They did not show up once again. Now, they will not answer the phone. There customer service is the reason we will be looking for another provider.

Worst customer service Ive ever seen! Cant (or wont) explain $12.00 charge that had caused suspension of my weekly trash removal, leave can in center of driveway, canceled service 3 weeks ago, still waiting for bin to be picked up. Too expensive for the work they do!

I wish Id seen these reviews before I hired them.I used this company for a few years. The very first time they were to collect my trash, they skipped the pickup. I had to call and got apologies and a $5 credit, promising to pick it up next time.Missed pickups happened with some regularity for the duration of my service with them. Sometimes I had the time and energy to call and listen to their excuses and get a credit. Sometimes I just didnt and waited for the next week.Then came this year. Starting in about November, the service took a nose dive. The first time the pickup was missed I called and was told it would be a day late. The second time it was missed, I called and they said Id have to wait for the next pickup date. I explained that the can was full and I needed to put out more trash. The lady said to just put it out and theyd pick it up. I told her there are dogs in the neighborhood that will tear up extra bags. She told me I would have to decide whether to take that chance. I took the chance, the can was finally emptied, and I spent an hour that night in the rain picking up trash which the trash company just left strewn about.The next time - the next week in fact - the pickup was missed again. When I called to complain and explained what had happened with the trash strewn about, I got a week sorry about that, and again an offer to credit my account with $5 for my trouble and pick up the trash during the next regular date.This week I got home after a few days away and saw that, once again, the trash had not been collected. I called and left a message on Tuesday and got no call back. I called yesterday and told the person that answered the phone that if they would provide and service a second can so that my trash will be protected the next time they had mechanical trouble I was told they couldnt do that. When I asked for someone who could help me, I got a promise for someone to call back within the hour. No call.Today I called and again left a message. I got a callback from someone named Kevin who again went into the long tale of woe about how theyve had mechanical breakdowns and trucks out of service, but they are getting that corrected. I explained that while that is all too bad, I am still paying for a service that I am not receiving. Also, the billing department is only too happy to slap me with a late fee the moment Im a day late with my payment, and recently raised my rates without any forewarning. He said that theyd offered a credit yesterday and I, unreasonably, asked instead for a second can to be delivered and serviced. They had *not* offered another credit and I told him so. I offered a solution that they flatly rejected. He became obviously angry, bordering on belligerent, and said that he would just pick up my can and stop servicing the account because clearly I could not be satisfied.I called the office to make sure that I get a full refund and they cancelled my account. I told the woman who answered the phone about how Kevin acted unprofessionally and that he doesnt seem to know how to treat customers, preferring to cut them loose than to try to provide the service for which they are paying. Another week sorry, and then she asked Is there anything else I can help you with today? I would have laughed out loud if it werent so sad. What a silly question to ask someone you just cut loose as a customer. If their service doesnt improve, I dont expect them to remain in business very much longer.
