Purchasing a vehicle from Savannah Auto Trader was a very good experience. Michael and Elisa did an outstanding job making this process easy. They are not your typical sales people, they were honest and up front about the whole ordeal and knew the answers to my questions without beating around the bush. I would definitely do business with them again and would recommend everyone to do the same.

Michael was absolutely amazing! He worked hard to get us into a vehicle that was in our price range. Not only was he efficient in all the paperwork and process of buying a car, but he was good to us and our children as if we were family. We are beyond thankful and excited for our new purchase and would recommend him hands down!
My husband and I had been searching all over GA; FL, and SC for a particular vehicle with special features that would be reliable and efficient. We had looked at dealerships as well as personal owners. I found Mike (Savannah Auto Trader) through an ad and was a little skeptical about purchasing from a small broker not knowing what to expect. HOWEVER, from the moment we met I felt extremely comfortable with his energy very personable and positive. He seemed to be honest but just to be sure I told him i wanted to have my mechanic check out the vehicle. Not only did he drop the car off there for me to make it convenient for my family since we work crazy hours, (which they couldnt find any problems with at all)... but was extremely patient and never pushy about me in making my decision. I couldnt have been more satisfied with this experience! My paperwork was completed in a timely manner. In the many cars I have purchased over the years I can honestly say I would recommend these people to anyone serious about buying a good quality car from some real honest family oriented people.
Professional and HonestAs a young woman professional, I feel blessed to have been guided to Savannah Auto Trader. The young couple were extremely pleasant to work with and as a first time car buyer they went above and beyond to help assist with any inquiries I had, as well as prompting me to ask questions I would not have thought to ask. They made sure the car was exactly as described and it still runs smooth to this day :)
I bought a 2012 Jeep Compass from Savannah Auto Trader. I love it. They were very professional and efficient. They answered every question I had completely and in a timely manner. Bought a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan WITH an ASC warranty. Overall, the saleswoman worked around our schedule to ensure we got a vehicle in a timely manner. However, while we were looking at the vehicle we had asked very specifically about mechanical problems of any nature. She EXPLICITLY told us (and Im paraphrasing) we have our own mechanic that fixes issues on the vehicles we get and we will not even take vehicles with major mechanical problems. At the time of writing this review at has officially been 2 days since we drove the van off their lot. Just to be safe, we got a used car diagnostic at a local auto shop. Turns out, theres an issue with the oil filter housing on the engine causing it to leak oil. Funny thing was she also mentioned theres clearly no leaks on the ground if you look under it. The cost for this fix is going to be almost $900. Now, we called the warranty place and ASC says its an issue that already existed therefore its not covered. So now, the only thing I can do to even moderately make this better is to just warn others before making a purchase from this dealer. Aside from the fact that they either blatantly lied about an issue on the car, or sold us a warranty that didnt even do anything, I guess they can be considered just alright.

2022-03-08I travelled 2 and a half hours away to buy a car from savannah auto trader after finding a listing online. Boy was i not disappointed. The pictures were exactly as they were online. After talking on the phone with the lady that works there, She sent a carfax over and i was on my way. Ill consider them on my next car purchase. Great small business.

2019-10-23My husband and I bought a newer Ford Escape with 30k miles from these guys. We loved their customer service, price and how they didnt push us to make any decisions. They took their time to answer every question we had. When my husband had to update his car we came back to them and found him a Landrover LR2. They really clean their cars! We have been very happy with our purchases. We recommend Savannah Auto Trader to anyone shopping for a vehicle!

2021-02-01I recently purchased a 2012 Ford F150 from Michael. He answered all the questions I had, didnt mind texting and providing me with all the info I needed to get the vehicle financed. The truck continues to run great and I absolutely love it. I would recommend anyone to Savannah Auto Trader because they are very helpful and DO NOT use any pushy sales tactics at all (which I personally hate being pushed around). I get off work late and they stayed open a little later for me three times. Once to come check out the car, the second time to get it check out by my friend and the third time to make the purchase. They are very communicative and patient. So far this is the best experience Ive had buying a car from a dealership!

2021-02-06I wanted to give it a while before I left a review so here it is! I bought a 2008 Honda Accord from Savannah auto trader a while ago. The employee that helped me was very nice. She gave me all the information I asked for + how many owners and accidents the vehicle had. (No accidents!). Before I bought I asked my mechanic friend to inspect the vehicle and he gave me the ok. I normally don’t even give car dealerships a chance but I’m glad I did. I love my car. I already made a trip to Colorado to visit my family and back to effingham. I would definitely recommend my friends to check these guys out. Very honest and upfront!

2020-03-01I had a great experience buying my Subaru with help from Elisa at Savannah Auto Trader. She went above & beyond with helping research previous history with the vehicle and called places to get quotes on parts for me. She was always willing to either come in before or after hours, let me take the car for an extra test-drive prior to purchase, and was extremely patient with my husband & I through the whole process. The vehicle has been running amazing and I am very happy with it! Thank you Elisa!!! 10/10 recommend!

2021-01-29Very nice people to deal and clean ride.When I test drove the vehicle it drove fine other than a slight pull and Elisa informed me that they had a mechanic look at it it just needed an alignment. So I was aware that it had a small issue.I purchased the car and went to get an alignment and it cost $2,328.11 because the entire front end needed to be rebuilt and had some other small issues.I haven’t even made my first car payment yet and the vehicle was $9,500. And I already had to drop almost 1/3 of that on repairs.Other than that I love the car and hope I don’t have any other issues. Would possible use them again if they have the rigglgt ride for sale

2020-11-07I purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado which was very fairly priced. The whole process was super simple, they made it very easy and seamless. Right before l was about to take off, Michael the owner just wanted to do a once over and make sure everything was good to go. He noticed the ac blower went out, so he literally fixed it on the spot after I had already made the purchase. He went above and beyond. I will most definitely recommend this place to anybody who tells me they’re in the market for buying a car. 10/10 customer service
