Excellent company. I hired them twice—first for Hunter Douglas shade for double sliding door, and most recently for Cornices for dinette area. The quality of both of my purchases is 10/10!!! The installers know their job and are professional. So glad I hired Savannah Blinds!
Nikki and team did a terrific job of combining a great product with expert installation and customer service. We used Norman plantation shutters throughout most of our house and did custom drapes in the master bedroom. The measurements were perfect and the products are gorgeous.Theirs is a growing, family-owned business with a bright future.

We spoke with one of the owners Nikki for assistance in choosing a new blind choice for our home in Florida. She was so helpful and we aren’t even buying the blinds from her company because we’re from out of town. We highly recommend her company just because of her customer service. Please give them a call! Customer service was excellent. Nikki was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect shades for our new carriage house. She was wonderful at helping me pick the best choice for my decor, as I tend to be indecisive and second guess. Cody and Jody were very professional and did a great job with installation. Will definitely use again for our big house.
Our experience was excellent! We found this great team at the Savannah Home & Garden Show. Everyone throughout the whole process was friendly, informative, professional and efficient! Nikki was especially helpful to us in choosing color and style. Our order arrived when they promised and they scheduled the installation the next day. The installers, Ricky and David, were very considerate of our home - keeping everything organized and clean. We were impressed with how prepared they were and how quickly they installed the shades! We only did a few windows but love our new shades so much we will completing the whole house! :)
We have purchased 7 window shutters from savannah blinds and I have to say that the quality of the blinds is fantastic. The employee that came to the house to install them was very professional and did a fantastic job installing them. After the install he cleaned up. We will be purchasing more in the future from Savannah blinds. Great job guys. Keep it up.

We recently visited Savannah Blinds, Shutters and Shades in the hopes of finding the perfect window treatments for our new town home. We were not disappointed! We purchased Plantation Shutters for all our windows and Roman Shades for our doors as well as shades for our screened in porch. I had called a few other hurricane protection companies right in the Bluffton area and none took the time to return calls ( it seems poor customer service is rampant in the area).However, I found Savanah blinds and shutters and gave them a call. Within a half hour Haley called me back. We discussed our project, she scheduled an appointment and sent brochures for review. She was friendly, knowledgeable and knows her business. We look forward to working with her in the future.With regard to their competitors, don’t worry about them, with their lack of customer service and communication your competitors will not be around long.
We just had plantation shutters installed on our newly constructed home. We compared prices with other local merchants and chose Savannah Blinds Shutters and Shades based on their prices and a recommendation by our construction project manager. Nikki did an excellent job of presenting product options and accurately measuring all of our windows. The installation by Daniel and Josh was flawless! Let me offer a perspective from 3 vantage points: quality, schedule and cost.Quality - solid 5 star. Savannah blinds offers high quality products coupled with professional installation. The attention to detail on installation was exceptional.Schedule - 4 star. This was a complex order for windows coverings across a 3 story townhome. Custom made blinds need time to be fabricated by their supplier and may drive multiple installation sessions.Cost - 4 star. The price was reasonable and aligned with the quality delivered.The biggest opportunity for improvement is in customer communication. Proactive communication and expectations management could be better.Overall I would absolutely go with Savannah Blinds Shutters and Shades again.
Could not have asked for a better company to work with. We had all motorized shutters put on our home. A fabric screen for hurricanes over our screened in porch. Motorized also. Morgan was professional and helpful through the entire process. If you want good prices excellent work and great customer service call savannah blinds. I could not recommend them more! I bought blinds for a home, but I was in another state. I had Savannah Blinds go to the house to take measurements, and they used my trim paint color to match their product so that the blinds blend in perfectly with the windows! They made and installed the blinds in the promised time frame. I would use them again!

During my recent renovation of my 1950’s era home, Savannah Blinds and Shutters offered excellent service. They carefully measured the irregularities in my windows and thus assured the fit of the final shutters. This company delivers!!! Excellent customer svc from start to finish. They dont promise or do instant product in 24 hrs but produces an excellent product in a reasonable pd of time. I got shutters for 2 rooms in my home and the craftsmanship is outstanding. So glad i went with shutters instead of drapes or curtains. Really makes the rooms!! I had shutters put on a space that required four panels. The installation was flawless! The installer even helped me rehang my valances. The shutters provide me complete privacy in a first floor bedroom.. I never know whether it is cloudy or sunny until I open the shutters! Daniel was our installer and did a fantastic job. He hung our honeycomb shades and then did a tint on a front window, everything looks amazing. The honeycomb shade blocks out the sun perfectly and already makes the home feel cooler. Highly recommend Nikki & Morgan Petitt, along with the Savannah Blinds team.

The initial consultation was easy and seamless, and Cody did a fantastic job installing our order! The only thing that wasnt in line, was the order did not come together and we had to schedule another day to complete installation.

A pleasure doing business here. Nikki came to the house and was helpful and patient as we painstakingly chose the right verticals for our new home. We felt very little pressure, just a willingness to guide us. The installers, Jody and Danny, arrived exactly as scheduled, and were extremely conscientious, making sure that the verticals hung perfectly. I would certainly return to Savannah Blinds for future needs.
This was the third installation of hurricane shields for us. We are getting them done a few at a time. This time we had accordion shutters placed at our two largest windows. The installers did agreat job and we are very pleased with this company

We used SBS&S for our office. Shades arrived on time, and installation was prompt and professional. Also, should be noted that other installers tend to leave a little mess behind (wood or metal shavings from drilling holes, etc), but not the case here. Morgan cleaned up and everything looked perfect. 3 years later and they still look and work great.

My awning needed a small adjustment after a very strong wind gust. SBS&Scame to Hilton Head and repaired the awning as a part of their service policy.

The worst, you are better off going to budget blinds. The technician let my back door looking horrible. The measurements are odd. Every time I open the back door the blinds just swing. I two times I called two different ladies saying they would call meBack. I got no call back. The third time I called no one answered. I filed a complaint business consumer Alliance its been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my blinds fixed. Everyone told me use budget blinds but I didn’t listen. I will never do business with them again...AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURE THEY MEASURED WRONG BUT IM THE LIAR. ALSO BEWARE IF YOU GIVE THIS COMPANY A BAD REVIEW THAT THEY DESERVE THEY WILL TRY TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES ON YOU INSTEAD OF FIXING THEIR MESS UP. AS YOU CAN SEE IT WAS DISMISSED BUT A COMPNAY THAT WOULD DO THIS TO A PERSON IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY FROM. I MEAN THIS BEWARE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

Office kept in touch every step of the way, appointments were kept on time as scheduled, and every person we had contact with from Morgan to the installers were professional and knowledgeable. They installed a remote controlled sunshade on our patio--the product is high quality and does the job. We were given several options with good advice and guidance. We highly recommend this company.

2021-06-10Savannah Blinds were the best. Great to work with on pricing and picking out the material and color. The installation was perfect as well with no complaints. I opted for the sun sensor that closes the blind when the sun shines on it and opens it when its no longer shining on it. There was a trial and error period for a few days to get the right placement and settings but it works very well. Morgan who I worked with was concerned I get it right and offered to help if I need it. I would definitely purchase from them again.

2022-07-15I AM SO IMPRESSED with Savannah Blinds Shutters and Shades. I recently purchased plantation shutters and shades for my entire house. I do not live in Savannah at the moment so it required long distance communication. Everything was installed in June. When a minor problem came up with a shutter, they did everything they could to arrange a time that was convenient for me before I left town. 2021-10-24We decided to try Savannah Blinds based on their other reviews. The website was professional and the showroom was nice. Kim came out for our consultation and was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with sample books. She measured accurately as our installers had no issues. They too, were professional and competent. I highly recommend using them!

2022-07-20After hearing from my hairdresser about how pleased she was with Savannah Blinds, I contacted them. My salesperson, Valerye Ralph, was very knowledgeable about their products and advised me as what to expect through the installation process. My installation was this past Monday and I am more than pleased with my motorized Sunesta Sunroll shades. The installation went smoothly thanks to the installers, Jason and TJ. They were both professional and punctual. I would definitely use Savannah Blinds again in the future.

2021-12-14Savannah Blinds replaced my original corrugated steel shutters with Accordion Shutters.. I cant give them enough stars for the terrific job they did. Very professional crew - cleaned up after themselves and was respectful of my house. Morgan Petit (owner) is a wonderful person - easy to deal with - listens to your needs. When the job was finished he came and inspected it to make sure it was to his satisfaction before he would accept my final payment. Cudos to them all.

2021-07-14My wife and I just moved to the area and our new home had pre-existing shutters on the back windows and we wanted to do the same for the windows facing the street. I was so impressed from start to finish with the detail and professionalism of all the Savannah Blinds and Shutters staff. After the initial consultation and measurements, Morgan came out a second time to ensure the measurements were exact. I was kept apprised of the delivery dates as they approached and Jason and his crew did a phenomenal job with the installation. I couldnt be happier with their excellent product and customer service and I will be sure to use them again.
