Our experience with this company was phenomenal! These guys really love what they do & take great pride in everything they do from design to construction. No details were over looked & the quality & workmanship they provide is on another level! Everything was tailored perfectly & their process was extremely smooth & seamless. William the owner, was there every step of the way to ensure the quality that was promised. Highly recommend William & his team!

This company will do anything they can to avoid following proper regulations. When asked simple questions the owner of this company is very rude. If you’re looking to bend the rules by all means use this company

SPS did a beautiful remodel on our 1980s inground. I received several estimates, and had to stretch my budget to afford SPS, but believe me- they were worth every penny. They are professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. So much so, that when it came time to select my materials, I told William to go ahead and select them for me. Good choice because the pool he gave me is beyond what I had expected. I would highly recommend SPS. William and his renovation crew were great. I plan to use them again for my decking project in the near future.

I just have to say, these guys are amazing! We contacted Savannah Pool Services for a consultation to possibly renovate our pool. William came out and shared his knowledge with us & directed us in an even better direction then we had planed . Needless to say we hired SPS to handle our pool remodel which turned out to be extremely stunning work & gave us our pool back, it even looks better than it did the day it was first put in. We have also used SPS for our maintenance & not only has our pool tech chase been respectful & extremely helpful but he keeps our pool looking great & doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile to take care of our needs. Thanks for giving us our back yard space back & place where our family can gather once again!

Recently I was looking to build a pool, I bought a house not too long ago and my family is very social so I decided to create the PERFECT backyard for all of our reunions, parties, etc. I approached another company about a 1200 Sqft pool completed with a mini bar area connected to the pool and a continuous waterfall flow (girlfriend saw a post on Tumblr). Im not one to speak names but the first company completely BOTCHED the job. Tiles crooked, plaster not completed/ smoothed out etc. I reached out to William at SPS and can not have had a better experience. He recommended me the best layout, design, and maintenance plan for it. They SAVED MY BACKYARD! Im not even joking. It looks stunning! He worked with me throughout the duration of the job and his guys were super respectful and very knowledgeable about pools (I am not of course). I would definitely recommend SPS to anybody looking to get a pool done because William and his crew are amazing guys and the job actually gets done well. I am only going to them for any design changes, maintenance, and etc. Awesome experience overall!

The staff are very knowledgeable about all things pool-related, and are always so patient and kind when answering questions. Their turnaround time for communication is fast, and if there are ever any emergencies, they always know exactly what to do. The technicians take the time to make sure that any issues are fully explained to the customer. Additionally, their custom concrete builds are not only beautiful, but built to the highest standard of excellence. The same can be said for their renovation work. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market.

For decades I have had swimming pools, built and maintained by professionals, not always with good results. Aging problems of my current 30-year-old pool have resulted in leaks and poor appearance and have been treated, often unsatisfactorily. Savannah Pool Services was highly recommended to me by an out of state manufacturer and distributor of swimming pool equipment as a top choice in this area of the United States. SPS outlined proposed choices and solutions clearly during multiple consultations. Replastering, retiling, and plumbing repairs were completed and the pool is now better than new. Since contract completion the company owner, William Ferrelle, has returned promptly at my request to answer follow up questions and has even provided additional service without further charge.No professional can be recommended more highly.

My husband and I recently purchased a 1960s home with a pool, and Savannah Pool Services has been an invaluable resource for us. This is the first time Ive ever owned a pool and before even beginning services, the office staff was exceedingly patient and professional while walking me through maintenance options and a possible reconstruction. William Ferrelle of Savannah Pool Services is an honest caring person and takes pride in his work. He is very diligent and surprised us with the design of our waterfall for our new pool.
