I just bought a car from this wonderful dealership on Saturday. I usually wouldnt write a review unless the person/place was completely worth it and this dealership was AWESOME. I bought a car from Savannah Toyota for my first time. The service in Savannah was amazing. We got into the dealership at about 4:30pm and got out about 7-7:30pm. The people we’re friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a car!!They are even pet friendly!
We were stuck without a rental car after flying into Savannah due to high demand. Called Savannah Toyota and spoke with Brandice. She was awesome and went well out of her way to help us get a rental car from the dealership. She stayed past when she was supposed to leave to make sure we were all set up. She worked with us and was so compassionate about our situation. Even though we have never had a car serviced here or made a purchase here I would highly recommend this dealership because if everyone is as great as Brandice you’ll be in great hands! BIG Birthday Surprise!!! My Sister and I had a great experience planning this surprise new vehicle for our Mom! It was such a pleasure working with Scott Drown since the middle of December 2021 in order to make this purchase happen! Though we are experiencing delays in so many areas Scott was such a tremendous help in explaining what is taking place in the car market. Once we decided that we located the right vehicle, and we were ready to move forward with our purchase, Scott was very active and enthusiastic in keeping my Sister and me abreast of the movement of the vehicle. I had an amazing experience at Savannah Toyota, I was referred to Eric Williams and this is the second time I have purchased with this company by way of Mr Williams. Eric is such a professional, his customer service skills are excellent and he answered every question and soothe every concern that I had. He made me feel like I was important and my business was of the upmost importance to him. I have never had a sales person to return every call and respond to every email or text message that I sent, however Eric did . AARON GILLARD is the absolute best! If you’re looking for a car , he is the way to go. I didn’t have the absolute Best credit , and I explained it to him and he did not give me unrealistic feedback. I gave him my information and He did the numbers and told me the facts and looked for my best interest. He took his time and worked with me. Last year around this time he put me in a 2018 Honda Accord. Very nice , I loved it. Any questions or concerns I ever had, I followed up with him and he made sure I was taken care of and that they were fully answered. He told me to make 12 payments on my car and he would put me in a brand new one. He did just that ! I came up on my 12th payment a few weeks ago and I went from my 2018 Honda Accord to my 2022 Camry XP! it’s sweet ! He did everything he said he would. He’s genuine , professional and trustworthy! The most inconsistent car dealership my family and I ever had to deal with. We went with the intentions of just informing ourselves on the vehicle my husband and I were interested in (since we’re from out of town) After being approached by a, what we later found out to be a fairly new, sales rep, we began getting pressured to buy as the sales rep said that delivery to our front door would be at no cost and he would be willing to negotiate the price for us. Throughout our discussion, there were some red flags such as being given the wrong “market adjustment” which randomly increased by $1K once my husband and I began negotiating, among other small things. Long story short, after finally agreeing on a price, hours later, we placed a deposit for the vehicle since it was in transit.We received a message from the sales rep once the vehicle made its way to the shop (2 weeks later) saying that there was a random delivery fee and that our car had to be “stripped” in order to bring the total value down to the price we agreed on. IT was NEVER mentioned or AGREED UPON that the car had to be “stripped down” in order to bring the value of the vehicle, if so, what’s the point of negotiating??After these red flags and some others I won’t mention, my husband and I decided to back out from this sale and look elsewhere. We received a call from one of the managers, Carlos, who instead of accepting his employees mistakes and honoring what was agreed on to begin with, decided to gaslight me and had the audacity to not only raise his voice at me, but then say that HE TOLD US stuff he never did since the first time we EVER spoke to him was when he personally called us through another sales rep number to figure out why we wanted to back out from all of this.All I’m saying is that when buying from this dealership, please ask ALL THE QUESTIONS AND GET IT WRITTEN DOWN BY THEM. With us, they MISLED and HID information from us to make this sale. On top of that, their manager, Carlos, is very unprofessional so please BEWARE. I would hate for something similar to happen to anyone else.
Today was the first time in a long time that I was in and out for an oil change. Ms. Donna is the best. She’s such a sweetheart. I’m glad my advisor was switched to her.Also Aaron in sales is awesome. He sold me my Taco and o have been referring people to him ever since helped me.
My mom moved here from NJ at the height of Covid . She was worried about how she would be able to work out purchasing or returning her vehicle at lease end without having to return to her original Toyota dealer. It is tough buying a car these days- lots of waiting but Patrick made this easy. He kept me posted for the 2 months we waited for my car and let me know as soon as it was in. When I went to pick it up, he showed me all the features which has not been the case with every dealership that we have purchased from in the Savannah area. Due to the nature of my business, my family buys several cars each year. I will return to Savannah Toyota for my next purchase.
I wanted to share my experience with you guys and I wish I could give them more stars because I have never had such an amazing experience and Nick Keenan did absolutely everything to get us out of there with a brand new 22 Rav4 hybrid. I want to thank him for all the back and forth he did to give us all these different options and giving us time to think of a way to get it. My experience at this dealership was phenomenal! Aaron Gillard was able to help me along the way at every step and was very knowledgeable and patient with me and others. The wait rooms were open, clean, and offered complimentary services. Kirk in finance was very helpful and patient as well when I was signing paperwork. Everyone, from the receptionists such as Nalani to managers such as Ken and everyone in between were kind, patient, and professional in all of their interactions! It was a very great experience overall and I loved every minute of it!

This place used to be one of the premiere dealerships in the South. Now they are just absolute trash.. I have called at least 5 times over the past 2 months trying to trade in my Lexus and they obviously feel like they are too good for my business. I just bought my third new car from Savannah Toyota. It was another wonderful experience. This time I was super impressed by my salesperson, Sydney. I had knee surgery and Sydney was kind enough to deliver my Corolla Hatchback to me in Bluffton. She made everything so easy. I love my new car and thank Sydney for being so great!

My best experience was on Saturday when I had a bolt in my tire on my way out of town. Donna in customer service and Keion in maintenance took excellent care of me and had me in and out in an hour!! They respected my time, catered to my needs and delivered superb service⭐️
I ordered a part for my car that requires holes to be drilled on my grill and need another little part. The manager over the shop went out of his way stopped what he was doing and had me pull around and himself got down put the part on for me and also went and got the other part and fixed it for me also. Anytime I need parts for my car I will drive the 1hr and 45 mins to Savannah Toyota ! Thank you again to the shop manager for going out of your way to help me ! Made my day :)

My scheduled two hour brake and rotor job turned into 5 hours, with no real reason. The service department attempted to upsell me a few times during the duration of my kidnapping, to the tune of 4,000$. What I felt was a great choice in going to the dealership ultimately cost me most of my day and all of my patience. Pack a lunch.
My wife and I came into the dealership on a busy Saturday. This was our first time at Savannah Toyota. We worked with Abram Batts and also spoke to General Manager, Justin Patrissi. We were in a particular situation with our current vehicle that no other dealership could help us with. We were about to just give up after speaking to over 5 other dealerships but Abram and Justin made it happen. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely be returning customers. I sold my car to them almost a month and a half ago. Was told I would get payment for my vehicle in 10-20 days. My car was paid off right at the 30 day mark and the remainder that was to be mailed to me in a check within 10 days has yet to be mailed out to me. We have spoken with the dealership 5 times to get my payment for my car. I was told 3 (one of those times was this past Friday) times it was mailed off June 1st and 2 weeks ago it had not been mailed off but was going to be sent out that day. Today when I called I was informed it had not been mailed off at all (yet again) and would be mailed out today. I have been lied to repeatedly. Absolutely do not sell them your car unless you like being lied to and not reimbursed.
I want to personally recommend Stephen Blaney from Savannah Toyota and Noah Rivera. Here is all you need to know. I was buying a LC. I live in Bham. Stephen drove the vehicle at 55mph and made a video of the mirrors vibrating just so there would be no surprises when I arrived. Fair price. Outstanding customer service. Clear, concise communication. And they have a iPad table to sign everything. Very cool.
I would give zero stars if i could! This dealership has been giving me the run around for almost 6 months now. They have given me the incorrect delivery date at least 5 times, assured me my car was ready and had me make a blank trip to the dealership twice to get there and see its actually not the car I ordered. They even tried to trick me into buying the car by asking me to fill out paperwork as if im buying the car (that was ordered incorrectly) in order to test drive it for the weekend... At this point i have yet to receive my car or any information about when I will receive it. I am extremely dissatisfied! I will never shop with this dealership again or ever refer them. This makes absolutely no sense! Come to find out they cant even get the car i asked for!!!! I would have had more respect for them if the told me that from the start vs assuring me that they could get what i asked for for 6 months!
We had an appointment at 10 am for services. It was supposed to take until 1 pm. I scheduled this time purposely bc i had to bring my toddler with me. I was told at 12 that they would not receive the part until 230 pm. This is poor planning on their part as they knew 2 days in advance that my vehicle would need this part for 10 am. It is now 3 pm, no end in sight and i am minutes away from asking if they have a sharp object on hand and requesting if i could please be stabbed in the face.
Savannah Toyota was by for one of the best and easiest vehicle buying experiences that ive ever had. I was in the market for a New truck and had initially went to a Chevy Dealership in my area which turned out to be a big mistake so I walked out. I was just about to refinance my old truck and call it a day but i saw Savannah Toyota had a New 2022 Toyota Tundra on the lot that was right in my budget. I went online just to get an idea how much i could get for my old Silverado. Stephen Blaney had reached out to me over the phone and saw that I was in the market. He was able to get me numbers right around where I wanted to be without me having to drive an hour to the dealership just for the chance for it to now work out. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at and was able to answer all of my questions during this process. I highly recommend going to Savannah Toyota for a vehicle if you are on the market and I greatly recommend working with Stephen Blaney!
I had bought my Prius here in 2010 and had amazing service. So recently my husband and I were in the market for a new Toyota hybrid Highlander. As we were expecting a baby and needed more room.So we went by there to see what they had on the lot or could order. We spoke with on salesman and he wasnt too knowledgeable and kept running to another person to get answers. After a bit he showed us one that wasnt a hybrid and was beyond dirty. Wasnt what we wanted as we needed AWD & Hybrid. So he goes and speaks with somebody and brings a manger or something. We explain that the main thing we wanted was Hybrid and AWD. These items were a much for us. They kept trying to push non hybrid and non AWD. Why, we kept telling them we wasnt interested in anything but that. And after around 1 hr we get a spec sheet with a hybrid and AWD highlander that would need to be traded for. Was told they could get it on the lot in around 25 days. I was 9mths pregnant at that time and we would be getting the Highlander a couple of weeks after he was born. That worked and we put a down payment on it and couldnt wait to get the Highlander.A week later we had our son and a week longer hadnt heard anything. My husband texted and emailed and got no answer. And after more attempts was told it should be here in a few days more. So we waited a week and no contact from them. So he calls again and texted and emailed. No answer. So again called and finally got an answer...and guess what they couldnt get it. Yet they might get another one and would let us know. We waited a few days and called again. And again tried to push one that wasnt hybrid on us. And again told them No. And just to return the deposit we had put down.Ok, why are we having to chase you down for an answer and why hadnt we heard anything from you at all the whole time. Wow, and we had to ask for the deposit back. When it should have been offered when the vehicle fell through.Im not sure what has happened in the 10ish years since I had been there and bought a car. But customer service is very lacking for someone that was pregnant and needing to buy a vehicle.We did but one at Stokes Toyota and had Amazing Service from them. And treated us like royalty. Highly recommend them
Matt Lisi has to be about the most unprofessional person I have ever had the experience of dealing with. His interpersonal skills are supremely lacking. He constantly badgered me into doing things his way instead of just listening to what I as the customer wanted. Once he realized things werent going his way he refused to respond to my messages asking for his first name. I had to get it from another employee. Than after the 1st encounter calls me and continues to push for me to scratch his back so he will scratch mine I explain how Im willing to make the deal he than explains how I am obviously not listening than hangs up on me. Myself and my SO have bought a vehicle from this dealership separately and both had issues with their people skills. As well as just several incidents of sleezy salesmanship.
Brought my car in at 7:00 am for a tire rotation, oil change and safety recall . I was told my vehicle was ready at 9:43 am. I picked my car up at 12:30 only to be told that my vehicle isn’t ready and is leaking fluids. This is a huge inconvenience especially when I needed to be some where . Things like this should be inspected before just parking a customer’s vehicle. The customer service sucks at this location. No loaner vehicles or alternatives was offered to justify their screw up!!!
I will not be talking my vehicle back here for service again. I came in on 04/15 at 7 am to have my radio flickering diagnosed. They came back to me and said that it was a backlight issue, but also I had a leak in my water pump. They had me wait for 8 hours while they got a quote for the radio that was in California and while they talked to the warranty company I have. They said it would not be a good idea to drive with the water pump leaking and I did not want to have to pay a deductible twice on my warranty. They tried to put me in a rental vehicle to have me go home, but I wasnt having it and called my dad to come pick me up.Now on Monday 04/18, the warranty company approved all the charges for the repairs, but I still have to wait for the entire week to get me vehicle back, because Savannah Toyota couldnt order the radio until all the charges got approved by the warranty company. So something I thought was going to be simple wound up wasting my entire day off from work and is keeping my car hostage for the next week until the radio comes in. I will not be using them again and I suggest if you purchase a vehicle elsewhere to try and use whatever means necessary to avoid to hassle of sitting there.
BUYER BEWARE! Any reviews of Savannah Toyota claiming this dealership is amazing and great to work with, has no idea how to car or truck shop. Savannah Toyota and every dealer south of Charlotte NC is RIPPING OFF customers with market adjustment. These adjustments are created solely by dealerships for extra profit and dinner money for themselves. They are not created by Toyota. The bullcrap excuse they use. Due to low inventory and high demand. Bahaha!!! Do your homework folks. Take a road trip to toyota dealers in north carolina north of charlotte, or virginia...pay MSRP!! Yes, tons of dealers are selling MSRP and preselling. Dont give these slimey dealers extra dinner money for no valid reason
I have taken my vehicle to Savannah Toyota twice to be serviced and both times they have chipped or scratched the paint of my car. This will be the last time I will be serviced at this location. I will take the drive out to Chatham Parkway Toyota where they take care to not make damages on my vehicle.
First they lie about the price and inventory in stock, when I go down dealership just told me there is no car for to test drive. Then they try to ask me to order the car and add extra 3 thousand to the price they told me and give me my trade even lower than lowest internet trading value. So I’m so unhappy about it and get up and leave, salesperson she complained about I’m so rough, I’m not rough just don’t like been treated like this and they think it’s ok. Never go back this dealership ever.
Stay away from here! Overpriced and I would not trust their cars not for a bit!!And their service department is even worse they say 30 minutes service you’ll be setting there for 2 hours!Overall this place is like any other shady dealership! They hard sell and don’t give dam about customers and once they close the deal they don’t know you!
If you are in need of a new or even a used car, truck....whatever, Aarron Gillard is the man for the job. I was looking for a car everywhere and was unsuccessful!! I gave him a call and he guaranteed to get me in a car that fit my desires, actually he exceeded my expectations!! Scott Drown is awesome, he got me in a car when I was down on my luck. My old car got totalled in a freak accident on I 16 with a peeled cao tire from an 18 wheeler. I came to Savannah Toyota needing another car, thinking I was only going to get something I could afford. Scott was able to get me in a Rav 4 which is a car I been wanting for a while now and he made it afforable for me. I took my car in for service. What a pleasant experience. I was met by a nice gentleman who took some basic information and turned me over to a service advisor. Dylan was wonderful start to finish. He communicated with me throughout the servicing of my car. The different waiting areas gave me options while my car was being serviced. My recommendation is to go see Eddie and buy a Toyota so you can have it serviced at this dealership.

Aaron did an amazing job on helping me find exactly what I needed and without breaking my budget!! I couldn’t physically look myself but he made sure I was a part of the process until I could travel to him myself!! Bought a car no problems. 2 months later they called me and offered to do some body work that they said had not been done because the car sold so quickly. There was a scrape down the rear fender and it looked like someone had attempted to repair it but it was not done well. So they offered to fix it. When I picked it up I noticed that all they had done is removed the yellowing glue and did nothing else. So they kept my car for an entire week and did absolutely no work. A week.
I went to Savannah Toyota in September of last year come to find out the Quick lube techs everytime do a lousy Job Changing the oil and tire rotation. The oil is always low after I leave their. And I bought tires from here they never rotate them unless I specifically tell them which is outrageous. It is supposed to be done every oil change. Wait there is more yesterday my lug Stud broke on my front passenger tire due to a Quick lube tech Overtighting the lug nut and not properly aligning the wheel to the rotor & hub. Savannah Toyota was the last shop to service my vehicle. Long story short I will never bring my vehicle back here they do not have Qualified techs here.
I went just to see about a trade in yesterday, I was offered more by other dealers but Dawson was so amazing, we ended up leaving with 2 new cars. He def sold Savannah Toyota to us to tell our friends and repurchase next time we upgrade! Overall everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to, really felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. The Finance Manager was super cool too, had some great laughs while doing the paper work. Thanks again you guys! You really set the bar high!
Our experience with Scott at Savannah Toyota was excellent. We needed to purchase a car long distance and he located the vehicle, took care of all the paperwork and even delivered it personally to our daughter. Great customer service and customer care no matter if it’s your first time there. We had some car trouble while out of town in Savannah. They were so helpful in picking us and our luggage up and getting our car back up and running quick. I would use this dealership and service center as my primary if I lived remotely close to Savannah.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Nick Keenan. He was one of the better car salesmen Ive worked with in the last 15 years. Unfortunately, the pricing in this world that Savannah Toyota could do did not match another way for me to get the car, but I appreciated his knowledge of the car, and her personality. If the pricing at Savannah Toyota had been able to been better, I would have purchased from him.

Matt Cesaritti, Eric Williams, Brandi Varenc, and Dawson Nicholas we’re all amazing. I love the energy Eric and Brandi brought. They had no idea who I was once I first walked up. They both rushed to bring up the nicest Highlander on the lot to me so I wouldn’t have to get in the rain any. Matt then came out, the guy who already had dibs on me, and he was great on the test drive and showing everything. Dawson was extremely polite and very friendly. The entire dealership has a great atmosphere compared to some others and everyone is very friendly. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I’m glad I was able to meet people.

Do not buy from this dealership! I bought a used Corolla from Savannah Toyota that had serious mechanical issues. Though it was less than a year old, it almost immediately after purchasing the car, it began shaking really badly when I braked. I took it to them and they charged close to a thousand dollars for repairs even though I’d had it less than two months, but they didn’t fix it correctly. Less than three months after that, I took it to an independent mechanic who worked on it, but the problem returned quickly after. I believe that Savannah Toyota knowingly sold me a car that should’ve never been sold. Also their service appointments regularly run two to three hours over schedule. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Nothing they have is worth the hassle
Scott Drown is wonderful! We live a good distance from the dealership and he sent videos and pictures for me to see exactly what was on the lot! This saved time and made the process easy as can be. Scott Drown is the best! Not only did he work to find the car I wanted which was very specific. But he actually worked to have the car brought in to him and worked with us to structure the deal the way we wanted it. Definitely not the typical car buying experience from this womans view!He also took extra time to walk me through the car and get me set up with the safety remote features and made sure my free services were activated.We drove over three hours to get the car but Scott made it all worth it. The guys who tried to help me were nice, however their “managers” that they kept going through were terrible. I was never told any numbers, my questions were not answered. Was there for about 2 hours, told them in great detail what I was looking for. Was showed 2 cars that were nothing what we needed, they held my keys hostage and would not let us leave after telling us they could not help us get into the car we needed. I had to ask 4 times to get my keys to leave and they were mad we wanted to go somewhere else. Not only that, my credit score went down 18 points over night because they continued to run it for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous and should be ashamed. Only decent thing they offered was free refreshments.
I went in looking for a vehicle they had just received. A man named Blake there came in immediately trying to help me and set me up with someone to help me, seeing as I had not scheduled an appointment. Luckily Blake was available to help me himself, seeing as the original salesman who had my info was not in that day. As soon as Blake spoke to me I knew he would take care of me with no hassle, no sales pitch, no crazy fanfare. He was straight to the point very personable and didn’t play games with me. Shared a laugh or two gave me all the details of the vehicle I could ask for. He answered all my questions. Any vehicle I will buy in the future I will go through him, no doubt in my mind.
I traded cars this weekend and the sales person I worked with was Micheal Sutton. He was so nice and very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. If you have ever bought a car alone as a woman, you know how negative an experience it can be. But it is not like that at this dealership. Michael was just as nice as he could be and he really did help me. This was the 2nd time I have bought a car there and both times was an excellent experience. I have never dealt with anyone there who was not great to work with.
I was in the position where I needed to rent a car for a few weeks. A friend suggested that I contact Toyota to lease a car from. I was not aware that Toyota had a auto rental department. I went online, and started the process. They offer different categories of rentals to choose from. I filled out a simple form and made a call and was fortunate to be connected with Brandice. What a joy to be connected with someone with such wonderful customer service. Brandice made the process easy, timely and efficient. I went in early picked up my Corolla, rented the car for a month, and returned it without any hassles. The pricing also was much better than one of the other major rental car companies that I have dealt with in Savannah. From now on my local choice for renting a vehicle will be Toyota, Thank you!!

I leased a vehicle through them a few years back. Good experience, no problems. Eventually, I traded the car in somewhere else. Over the last year, Savannah Toyota continuously sends me offers for the car I leased from them. I have contacted them multiple times telling them I no longer have the vehicle and would not like to contacted about it again. Yet they continue to do it. I dont know what I have to do to get them to leave me alone. Respecting customers, former or current, should be a priority for any business.

Dont trust the garage not to try to get more money from you then necessary.This was my original post several years ago. I will say times have changed and what Ive gotten the last couple weeks with savannah toyota was amazing. Patrick sold me a new rav 4, got me everything I wanted while cars are in short supply and went above and beyond for me. Then delivered my car for me at one point after a leather install. Great team here.

12/22/2020: I purchased my used Toyota from this dealership in Aug 2020. I brought my car in for routine service and to confirm if the battery needed replacement. Mr. Phillip James, Asst Service Manager, promptly showed up as my Service Advisor. He was professional, welcoming, customer service focused; actively listened and addressed my questions thoroughly. Additionally, Ms. Marina W., the Cashier at the Service Desk, was also very professional, attentive and had a great attitude. I will start by saying AARRON GILLIARD IS AWESOME! However this has been the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I am high disgusted and disappointed with Savannah Toyota. I’ve only dealt with Vaden Nissan and decided to give this dealership a try. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima on August 27th. It is a very beautiful car, HOWEVER it has been nothing but trouble since I drove off the lot with it! My car has been running hot and I’ve been having issue after issue. Aarron has been great throughout this whole ordeal and accepted full responsibility. However he is only a salesman’s. I’ve called and complained. The service manager gave an “I didn’t care attitude” . I’ve been requesting to speak with a GSM for 2 weeks now, I’ve even requested to speak with someone above the GSM .. still no progress! I’ve been promised a call from this person for 3 days straight and have yet to receive one! Savannah Toyota picked my vehicle up Monday, August 30th and had my car until Saturday, where a full inspection was “supposed” to be completed as well as the issue resolved with the vehicle. I picked my vehicle up Saturday and on my way home from the dealership the service engine light comes on again as well as the vehicle starts to run hot AGAIN. I took the vehicle to Bob Richards Nissan for the second time in two weeks and they can’t determine the issue. I’ve drove my new car maybe 3 times since I purchased it and every time there has been an issue. I will never do business with this dealership again and I will definitely not recommend anyone to do business with them either. I definitely feel as if the issue that I am having is very important and they do not care. I should not have to go through this nor should I have to get the run around to solve an issue that I didn’t cause!

Very disappointing experience. I brought my car in for a gas cap replacement, three hours later was told I should get my rack replaced for an extra $1600 and it would take the rest of the day. Came back before closing, was told there was an issue getting the rack off, and it had to be kept until Monday so a replacement part could come in. After anouther 1.5 hour wait, they found a rental for me, but I had to pay for the insurance. Monday rolls around.... They say the part wont arrive until tomorrow now. Although everyone I dealt with was respectful on the phone, this many mistakes is not acceptable. Wont go back.

Davids offer was great, so great that I was confused on what I should do. I felt that I had to haggle some, even though the offer was greater than I expected it to be. We had a good laugh about the numbers, I signed, and moved on to finance.Paublo was the next guy I dealt with. I had never traded a vehicle I still owed on before, but he knew exactly how my finance company (my personal credit union) would handle the difference and got everything set up as it should. Without his knowledge, I would still be working on closing this deal. Returned a few days later, as I was waiting for my check to arrive in the mail, and met Johnny.Johnny filled out my check, allowed me to review everything, and called up the bank to get an authorization code. All I had to do was sign the check and done deal.All I experienced with this dealership was exceptional professionalism, realism, and down to earth employees that form a well-rounded team. A few months ago, I debated on trading in my 4runner for a family friendly Highlander and Scott Drown from sales went over and beyond to try and give me a good deal on it... I was hesitant though, because no one truly wants negative equity when they dont currently have that...Anyway, months go by, Highlander still on the brain, I reached back out to Scott because I knew he would again go the extra mile to get me what I want. I was NOT disappointed!! After working the numbers, giving me a fantastic rate, not being upside down on the trade, and also ordering the highlander for me in the exact color combo I wanted - things went so smoothly from start to finish. I cannot brag on Scott enough and John Foster in Finance. Thank you all SO much! Ill try to keep this Highlander for many years...but then again, may see you next year when I want to trade again Ha.

When I arrived for my appointment, Scott was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for and let me know the range of vehicles I should look at for my situation. We chose my car and it was perfect. I had to wait a few days to get it delivered, but Scott made sure he kept me updated every day, how many more days we had left to wait. Today I picked up my car and I am so in love with my 2022 Toyota Corolla. HE LISTENED AND DELIVERED! I’m so thankful for my wonderful experience and for another opportunity to do things for myself! Also I am grateful for becoming a part of the Toyota family!

2022-02-07If you are looking to buy a new car/trade in your old one, look no further than Savannah Toyota. I planned to look around in Savannah/Hilton Head, but after going to Savannah Toyota first, I had to look no further. Matt Cesaretti made the process so enjoyable and easy for me as a first time car buyer. He made sure that I was getting the best deal and that I was well taken care of. After going over what prices I was looking at spending and the interest rate I wanted, he got my car down $6k more and my interest rate dropped 3%. He allowed me to test drive the car and sent me updates about the car until I came in and bought it. Not only was Matt C. great, Kirk Pennamon in finance was amazing as well. He made sure that I was getting taken care of and got the best price for my car. After having it for a week, I ran over something sharp, and blew my tire. 2022-05-19The service today was probably the best Ive found during my car shipping experience. The salesman, Matt, was courteous and very helpful. We even stopped twice during the test drive to figure out that the faint noise we heard was the dealer tag that was loose. I will definitely be back for service on my new purchase and future purchases as well. Highly recommended!
