Sculpt 24 is the the best gym in town! It is very clean due to NEW Management taking over and truly caring about the members. The staff is super friendly and very helpful, the trainers are always willing to help out when needed. My child loves the day care staff and always he taken very well care of while im working out. I would recommend this gym to anyone that has not been here yet or is looking for a great 24 hour gym to make part of there daily schedule!
I love how spacious Sculpt 24 is. The bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, and locker areas all have plenty of moving and walking room. They offer excellent amenities for a really great price! (Such as space, a variety of equipment and dead weights, stand up tanning booths— which provide better results than a tanning bed—, a CrossFit room, aerial yoga, kick boxing, fitness classes, personal training, child care and more!) They have a super friendly and helpful personnel, the gym itself is always super clean. But most of all, I love how welcoming and open the environment is here. I would definitely recommend Sculpt 24 to ANYONE in search of a good gym. Because this place doesn’t stop at “good enough.” They are outstanding!
New ownership. They’re really trying hard here. New equipment, great welcoming staff, group classes, childcare, CrossFit area. Everything you need to get healthy.My wife and I moved here because our gym closed and we’re very happy with it. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
This gym has gone downhil so fast over the last few months. Their base package is now $30, no tanning, no guest access unless you want your guest to pay $10, and not to mention the very sparse upgrade . There is only 1 flat bench press and 1 incline bench press. Might as well grab a number and wait for those to be open. They downsized to allow for covid social distancing, but the benches by the free weights are so close together that you and the person next to you cant workout at the same time. There is awful communication between the owners and the current members. There was never an email sent out about increase in prices or change of rules. My favorite gym in town, is now no longer my gym. There are better gyms with better amenities for a lot less money.
Great gym the 24 hours is a plus but overall great equupment.
Disclaimer: I’ve worked out at this gym for 3 years.New managements = new problems.I will not be going back and I will not recommend to any new personnel who move here.It sucks because it was a good establishment.Over the three year period there has been plenty of times machines and water fountains have been broken for a month or two. The men’s bathroom always smelt foul and there has never really been a super friendly environment. Some how there was even a leak from the ceiling they combated with using a tub to collect the water for weeks/months.I never really minded because of the bring your friend with the platinum membership. I’m not from around here, so when friends and family members come to visit, we would respect their equipments and workout together. I enjoyed this aspect because 90% of the people workout at sculpt are military and just pay for convenience even though the base gym is bigger and free.The new management took over, instead of grand fathering in the current platinum deals. They changed the deal and demanded that I pay more money to get my gym partner in even though we have been lifting at sculpt together for the last year. I explained that it was very sudden and with the change I would have to debate whether or not it was truly worth it. The lady at the front desk along with the trainers were very rude. She told me it was 99.00 to cancel. I explained to her that I haven’t signed a new deal in 3 years. She argued with me, then realized it had been 3 years since I signed a new contract, then finally canceled my membership after acting toxic. It’s sad because it was early in the morning, she had just got into work and the trainer with the lazy eye pushed it off onto her. An awful experience for someone who’s had zero problems with any gyms in the last 10 years of working out.
I absolutely love going to this gym. Theyve made a lot of amazing improvements and a lot of new equipment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is nice and clean. Im not sure about the mens locker room, but the womens locker room is clean and always full of towels. The membership packages are reasonable with a lot of perks and they are very family-friendly.I would totally recommend this gym!!
Great box and the coaches are awesome! I kept watching classes and was really hesitant to join. After talking with Jason, one of the trainers, I tried one class and loved it. The atmosphere is fun and everybody is really encouraging! The crossfit family makes you feel welcomed and like I said before the coaches are awesome and work with you to make sure youre performing everything correctly! I love it!
I have been going to Sculpt for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! I joined because of the childcare. The childcare space is safe and always very clean. I also love the variety of weights and equipment. The time that I typically go to the gym (my lunch break) is never busy and I never have to weight for equipment or weights. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and never intrusive. I highly suggest this gym!
Sculpt is the place to be.. All that is needed now is a Sauna Room, if possible.
This was my very first gym I signed up. It was the perfect experience for a beginner. They give me a tour and showed me how to work the machines, because I had no idea what I was doing. Lol!I also signed up for a personal trainer. They were wonderful! They were always patient with me and made sure I understood the movements. They also were always understanding of reschedulings.If you’re wanting a great experience, pick this gym. I highly recommend!
I was a member of this gym when it was Kinetix. We moved away and came back to a totally new and WONDERFULLY improved Sculpt24Fitness! I love that I have never felt in secure here. The staff and members are the friendliest of any gym Ive ever been to. They just got a ton of new equipment and the daycare is the best. Weve actually hired some girls who work in the daycare as personal babysitters because they are the best!
Old school gym with a new era of technology. Not only that the staff are very friendly and will always be there to lend a helping hand. This staff works very hard keeping the place clean for the guests. They take pride in helping you without making you feel judged. All of that for a fair price. Like 24/he access, help from the staff, access to group fitness and CrossFit rooms when you’re not even signed up for those, and old school tires to flip and weights. You really have no reason to not get in shape here with all of this. I recommend this to anyone looking to make a difference in their life.
Love the gym and the staff is very nice. But the equipment has collected a lot of dust and it does not seem like the staff cleans it often. The air vent on the stair masters have so much dust collected inside I’m afraid to even turn them on. You can see the dust between the tredmills and all the other machines. Water spots all over the screens on the equipment. I just feel like for the price I pay, the equipment should be whipped down and cleaned every so often.
I have lost 18 pounds in 13.5 weeks at Sculpt 24 Fitness! My biggest need in a gym was childcare, and the staff in the childcare is extremely friendly & trustworthy. There is also a nice diversity of machines & free weights. While I havent taken a group fitness class yet, many teachers have kindly invited me to join so I think I will try one soon!
I have been a member of a few different gyms here in Valdosta, but none of them have made me feel as excepted & comfortable as Sculpt 24 Fitness has! The staff has always been super friendly & helpful from day one. The coaches and personal trainers are awesome! Other than kicking your butt, they help you find that extra motivation to go workout! Yall rock! :)
After signing up at this gym I was never offered a tour or instruction on how to use all the equipment inside the gym. I never received email communication regarding payments, except for one. I was charged a membership fee though they have an agreement with my place of employment to waive the initial membership fee. When I decided to cancel, I was again charged a cancellation fee, but was told at time of sign up that I could cancel at any time with out penalty. I would not recommend this gym because of the expense and lack of acceptance for all members of the community!
Sculpt 24 is amazing!!!I signed up a month ago, started with taking the group fitness classes and fell in love!!!Angela kills it with the group fitness classes, it’s a fun environment and you work up a great sweat!!!Next i added personal training once a week with Angela and she gives me that push i need!!!I also got a nutrition plan, and was able to sit down with Cade and go over my health and goals.I feel at sculpt they want you to really achieve your goals. They are there step by step helping you.When you walk in you feel like family, everyone is so welcoming. Even on days i feel tired and not ready for the gym, i go!! I know as soon as i walk into the gym I’ll be ready!!! I have gained so much motivation by joining sculpt.The best part is my daughter who is 9 is able to work out with me! The staff is there helping her along her health journey too!!!!It’s definitely the best gym there is!!!
Good gym and nice people. However, I have not been a member of this gym in a couple of years and just got billed and collection calls that I owe them money. a similar thing happened a couple years ago. They were nice about it but there is a systemic issue. Use caution giving them your bank stuff.
Awesome atmosphere and trainers!!! Love the group fitness classes and especially my 5:30am crew😉 the 24 hr facility makes almost impossible to miss a day, and I havent used the childcare as much as I used to to just bc I go before my kids wake up now, but Ive used it daily in the past and totally trust the workers and found it a key signing point to the membership that they offer childcare!
Ive been going to sculpt 24 for nearly two years now and it has been the greatest gym Ive ever been in. The area is always kept clean, the staff is friendly and can help with anything, and the atmosphere is great. This gym has for sure helped me to get in the greatest shape of my life. If in Valdosta, this is definitely the gym to join!!
NEW MANAGEMENT - AVOID THIS GYM.OVERCROWDED - AVOID THIS GYM.TOO SMALL - AVOID THIS GYM.Just look at the 1-3 star reviews since the new management took over.Been a member since the first owner, years ago. Figured id cancel due to the price, annual fee, and just how crowded it is. They oversell memberships and its impossible to use the gym during the day. It is way too small.Would not refund my payment that I made 2 days ago. Reason they gave - You have to give us 30 days notice If I gave you 30 days notice, I wouldnt be needing a refund now would I?Guy gave me a story about how its too much paperwork if you dont give the notice. What?Avoid Avoid Avoid.
Sculpt 24 has to be the best gym in Valdosta. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the facilities are always tidy and clean, and the amount of equipment is perfect for a good workout. Originally, I was drawn to this gym by the location and low cost of membership, but am extremely glad to have found such a legitimate place to workout. I would suggest this place if youre looking for a gym that is properly managed and well put together.
This is the best gym in town by far. It has everything you need to get into shape and the staff is super friendly! My wife loves the variety of fitness classes they offer as well. If you have been looking for a gym to call home, then look no further!
With all the COVID precautions, I like the flexibility that Sculpt provides. Plenty of towels and disinfectant spray to go around. Plus temperatures taken at the entrance they have gone the extra mile to help us gym rats feel normal and keep us safe.
Sculpt has continued to charge me for an account I opened in 2017. I refuse to pay it and have talked to someone several times about closing the account, but I continue to be charged. I just had to file a dispute.
This gym used to be amazing because of the staff. New management has failed to keep good people that created the atmosphere here and thats a symptom of toxic leadership. Im unable to support or recommend them any longer.
I absolutely love Kinetix! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The facility is pretty big with state of the art equipment. They offer child care as well as a variety of classes like Zumba, Spin and many more. The trainers are amazing and well worth the investment. With their help not only have I lost weight but Ive also become more confident. From one-on-one sessions to group fitness classes, Ive learned a lot from the trainers. Im excited to continue my journey to become a healthier me at Kinetix
What happened to this place? I moved away for a little while, came back in town to visit and wanted to get a lift in with my buddy while here-needless to say A LOT has changed. The people -staff and members, the feel is off, the broken equipment, broke water fountains, the removal of CrossFit...whatever it is. It ain’t good. First Ice House now Sculpt. Back to base I guess, at least until Crunch opens on 18. I hear they give good discounts via USAA and military.
Best gym experience in Valdeezy! Dedicated Motivated Kinetix Team! Always getting better new equipment every time I come in town. Always a good temp inside when its hot or cold outside. Not too far or too close to base. Classes! Personal Trainers! Room to lift even during peek hrs!
I have been going to sculpt24 for 2 months now and really enjoy it. I use my memberhsip mostly for the group fitness classes. Spin, get pumped, and power yoga. I have been doing group fitness classes for about 10 years and these are by far the most fun and easy to join in on. The staff is super friendly and the daycare is great as well just wish the daycare was open on Sundays and the AM spin classes started at 6:30. They also have a great new app that allows you to track fitness and join in on challenges against other members and for self motovation. All in all the gym is clean, has a great variety, and great staff and instructors. I recommend it all the time to friends
💪While visiting my son, girlfriend, & new grandbaby in Valdosta GA I went to Sculpt 24 to keep, as well as I could, my workout routine. Cant complain. As a fitness instructor for over 20 years, Ive seen it all, good and bad.This gym is well run. It reuses towels! Kudos!! 👏 Awesome! Showers & bathrooms were super clean, always.👍The set up of the gym machines, workout rooms, wall colors, was all very practical while also aesthetically pleasing and inviting. I was able to use the CrossFit room for a quieter self led workout. Their class offerings were adequate and the 🚴Cycling instructor, Sierra was excellent and did everything a learned and caring instructor should do in a class! 🚲 Front desk was welcoming each morning.All in all you gotta know this, NOWHERE is perfect. So when I give 4 or 5 stars, I do NOT mean it was perfect. I never expect perfection. Were there issues? Yes, but very small and since Im in a free country no one forced me to do a class or use equipment I did not care for. As an *overall* experience, a great place!I definitely recommend you go to Sculpt 24!!
Ive been going here for about 3 months. The equipment is great and I love the gym. At first I gave it 5 stars, but now I am changing it to 4 because of the limited use to the crossfit room and dance room. I like to use the dance room only for the punching bags, but the room is somewhat hard to find available. The crossfit room is nearly impossible to use, and that room is one of the main reasons I come here, and I can barely use it. I understand not being able to use it for a class, but the instructors deny you access because they are training 1 single person in the entire room, and that is from 4 to 7 which is when the majority of military works out. I am here right now at 8 am to use it, and there is a class :(

Ive never been to this place before in my life. This review is not about the actual overall quality. I have been however trying to get a response from their financial team about someone falsely opening an account in my name. I live in Missouri when they finally did get back to me it was because I had to send a outrageous email that had nothing to do with the situation to offend someone hard enough to get an actual response from a real person not an automated system. However the woman refused to help me at all. 10/10 would not recommend
The employees here have been very curteous and kind in every way. Though Ive only been going here for a month and it is never extremely packed the hours Icome like the base gym is. However it has been 4 times now that Ive politely asked a guy (in between their sets of course) how many sets they have left or to move a little bit so I could use equipment they werent using; and every time Ive been met with a death stare, silence, or a very reluctant response. A bro that doesnt respect other lifters isnt a bro at all. Nobody wants to work out around conceited people.

I was there today Sunday and the gentleman was working out due to the coronavirus is older really upset my stomach ask the gentleman if he can spray the area and he took it upon himself to do so I dont got that gentlemans name but he was really really good in a sesame and take away the smell

Sculpt 24 Fitness is one of the best gyms Ive been in, definitely the best gym in Valdosta. The equipment is state of the art and clean. Management is super helpful, positive, and engaging if you need help with anything. The owner, Cade, really cares about the members and helping them achieve their goals. So thankful to have found a top notch gym like this in Valdosta.

It was my favorite gym for years. I won a year for free from a contest they held. Once the new management took over they refused to honor it. I quit the next day
Very clean & well maintained! Good variety of classes in the morning. Staff is super friendly- I even had a small hiccup with my billing & Drew at the front desk was very accommodating and had it fixed within a matter of minutes!
Ive been doing CrossFit for 5 years, SBMS is top notch ! Great workouts but most importantly Drew really knows his stuff, I felt like he made the workouts very safe and effective, also had problems with my mobility in my shoulder and he fixed it !!!
Couldnt imagine a better gym! Clean, friendly and more equipment than weve ever had in any other gym. Just when I think it cant get better they come up with something new and improve even more.
The General Manager Drew was very helpful. He was able to get started with the Personal Training Director Mikell who is very knowledgeable and helped me with some ailments. I love Sculpt 24 Fitness!!!!

I joined this gym in December and do not know why it took me this long! I was apart of another gym here in town for years and can tell you that if you are somewhere now you will not regret the switch! TEAM SCULPT 24!!!!!!!
I hate working out but if I have to do it, this is the place to go. Its clean and never crowded. Only thing is I wish they turned the A/C down cause it feels to warm in there.

I was seriously considering to sign up for a membership here until I met one of the more senior staff members who didnt seem to think first impressions mattered. Attitude and body language really matter, ironic that your general staff seems to understand this.

If youre a serious athlete the only great thing about this place is their crossfit room they desperately need to update their free weights benches and squat racks (they have a very kind staff though)

2022-08-07Visiting Valdosta for a few days and bought a one week pass at Sculpt 24. Being a former athlete I have been exercising most of my life and I am quite familiar with gyms and working out. I can tell you first hand that this gym is top notch. It is well managed, it provides a clean and sanitary environment, it has all of the latest equipment and everything you need to have a great workout. Personally the music selection was a PLUS for me. They have a cycling, cross-fit and boxing room with instruction if needed. Friendly folks here. Kudos. When Im in town Ill be back! like Arnold.

2022-08-05I was attending this gym before the pandemic started. I would love to return if they had a better variety of classes. I have heard they had a better assortment now, but I am hoping a gym here will eventually offer classes such as pole fitness and Pilates. There needs to be more classes geared towards womens fitness in this area. If this gym had more womens fitness classes, I would certainly come back loved the atmosphere. Something to consider.

2022-07-06Wow, what a gym.Cleanliness 10/10Variety of Machines 10/10LARGE Free Weight Section 10/10- You will not be tripping over anyone to get a workout done-This place has a dedicated room for squats and deadlifting with multiple deadlifting squares (believe me when I say very few gyms in the area have even 1)Staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and talk to. They are incredibly friendly and will assist you with anything you have questions about.There is an area for children to entertain themselves in (membership tier dependent) for when you cannot leave your kid at home.The clientele you will run into are in my experience mostly Military who respect the gym and its rules. This creates a friendly and clean environment for everyone.

2022-07-05On leave and in the area for a month, they wanted to charge me and my wife $70 each plus an additional $10 for childcare. Despite saying “no 12 month contracts” we were informed that is an outdated policy and they do in fact make you sign up for 12 months WITH cancellation fees. I used to go to this gym years ago when I was stationed here, but the management and ownership have turned into greedy scam artists.

2022-07-09I was there visiting from Orlando Florida and it was absolutely wonderful. The people were delightful very helpful and the dance instructor I think its Marissa was amazing. I would definitely recommend this gym

2022-06-28I was told no cancellation fee if you cancel within 30 days. I called to cancel within 30 days, they said actually the cancellation period was 7 days, so I’d have to pay another month to cancel. They say they’re ‘giving me a deal’ by not charging me the annual fee at the same time, when they lied to get me to sign the contract. I never had this problem at another gym.

2021-11-10You would think they would learn from their mistakes. They rehired a male trainer that was let go for inappropriate behavior with clients and discrimination towards the handicap. After going to another gym at the mall and doing the same, he was fired. Sculpt hired him again. Stay away from this place. You can by new equipment, throw a new coat of paint on it, and hire pros to clean once. Thats not going to change how things operate.
