First time very impressed very friendly staff and fast service on a walk in order. Wings and rice were delicious.
Excellent Food . I think they have close to the best if not THE best Chinese food in Augusta. They give you plenty of food more then most places and the prices are compatible with other Chinese food places
The food was really good. We ordered shrimp fried rice and honey wings. The rice was cooked just right. I didnt give them a 5 star because they rush you with your order and speak very loud to you. They do get a lot of business so maybe they are not aware of their persona.
I enjoyed but they stopped letting you use credit cards or debit card so I no longer go there

Its been about two years since we originally found and visited this spot. I was nervous when my husband suggested it today because I thought there was no way the food (and service) could be as good as the first time. I am very happy to report that I was wrong. If you are near Garners Ferry, go get some seafood!!

They are very rude to their customers, they yell at you and rushes you with your order. There is no excuse for their behavior and shouldnt be tolerated. Customers dont let them fool you, they understand very well. Its an act to be rude. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL REPORT THEM.
Terrible customer service. I called to order takeout. Once I completed giving the lady my order she didnt give me a total, didnt take my name or number, didnt ask me if I wanted anything else, didnt tell me how long until it would be ready, and didnt even have the decency to say thank you. She just said ok, and hung up. I called back, and it took forever just to get someone to answer the phone. It was the same lady, and when I told her my concern she got an attitude. I cancelled my order. I dont care how good a restaurants food is. You dont treat your customers that way. If youre going to work in a customer service environment you need to have decent manners. This lady had terrible manners.
This is always my go to place for chicken wings for events. Many flavors and always nice service.

Food was awesome, as usual!!! Never had a meal from Seafood and More that wasnt!! Price was reasonable. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!! They have a young lady working there, she may or may not be new, its been a while since Ive been there, (COVID), that was helpful, efficient, pleasant and just all around friendly. Customer service isnt DEAD!
Food Is Always Fresh And Good!
This is by far the best place for wings in town. I love the wings because they are small and always fried right. The Cajun are my favorites and the regular fried wings with flour is a good choice. Prices are great and so is portion. Shrimp fried rice has actual large shrimp not salad shrimp like some. Just call your order in because they get very busy especially on the weekends.
The people who work here are incredibly rude. Tried to call in my order and had them hang up in my face. Then when I actually got the food home and started to eat I realized they left out certain items. The quality of the food is horrible. Everything tastes bland, and to top it all off the food made my fiancé and me sick. Thank God we couldn’t finish it. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here. I know I never will again.
First time eating here yesterday. I had the wings, shrimp, and shrimp fried rice. It was so good. Also tried the sweet and sour chicken. The sauce was amazing. Order was cooked to order. This is my new fav place. Meals do not come with drinks....
I have been coming here for a few years after they became a regular Chinese restaurant and fish market. I have only had a few things on the menu but the things I love are the lemon pepper wings. They are flavorful and crispy just how I like them, and they are pretty cheap too. You get 12 for $5.50. Thats a great deal to me!!! You can also get a large tea for $0.75, and the refills are $0.50. The tea is really good as well, nice and sweet!!! The egg rolls are pretty good too. The shrimp fried rice is nasty to me! It has no flavor and you only get maybe 5 shrimp out of all the rice. I do not like it at all!!! I havent tried the fish or other Chinese entrees but I will one day. This place is easy to love because the wings and the prices. I was pretty bummed out about this not being a buffet anymore but they made up for it with the wings, tea, and egg rolls. Im definitely a fan!!!!
The absolutely the best place the buy 50 pieces of chicken wings. They have a very large assortment of different styles but my favorite is the lemon pepper, um um good
Cheddars has completely declined in the last few years since opening. They ran out out of everything even corn! The service was terrible the food was cold like it just came out of the refrigerator. The ribs were so hard they were not eatable. I hadnt been in a while since the last experience I had was terrible but I definitely will not be back after this experience.
It’s So good FRESH! Variety of wings , if you like sweet Tea then they make the best! Shrimp fried rice is not the small shrimp plus I think they pretty affordable, their service could be just a tad bit better but overall food is DELICIOUS
They are rude, they rush you on the phone. They don’t speak when you come to the cash register nor when you walk in. I wouldn’t dare spend another $1 there. I will never go there again!
Well I use to love this place til me and best friend went. Now I hate giving 1 stars mainly for restaurants. We went on our lunch break and did a call in order. There was two pieces of huge hair in both of our foods (separate plates). We won’t be eating there again.
Chicken still taste like Chinese or sesame chicken instead of just pouring buffalo sauce on it and calling it buffalo wings, no one knows the difference but I do..so Im done with this place
They have nasty attitudes. I ordered food and a cheese steak egg roll. They gave me a regular egg roll so I called them and said I was bringing it back and just wanted the one that I paid for. I got there and she was very nasty and instead of making me the right one, she said if you dont want this Ill give you a refund. All I wanted was what I ordered but I said yes give me a refund and Ill never order from them again. They need to clean up their lobby too. Just dirty! I give them zero stars for not satisfying their customer after Their MISTAKE 😡
Always love their food
Called to place an order and the line was busy which is understandable. Called back someone answered put me on hold and hung up. I called back the same lady put me on hold again and started talking to others, laughing and etc and never came back to the phone. I stayed on hold for about 15 minutes saying hello and finally hung up.Edit: I just left this place, didnt realize it was the same place until I tried to give a rate. Customer service was terrible and the food was okay. The prices were good though.
I would give this restaurant a five star rating because it was very clean and the employees are very friendly. They seem to work very hard. Oh yes, the food was delicious and great.

I had been going here for yrs before Covid an never was disappointed yet the food i got 2day was not aything like before the chicken was dry no bbq sauce on most wings the frys were over salted had throw away an the steamed veggies wasnt all the way cooked it was just a wasted meal of $40

I come in frequently to order food for me yeah at work. Today my veg lomein had no veg. And then i needed paper plates and was told i could only have 4. I will go to almond express from now on, they give me as many plates as i need.

The food is good but the service is TERRIBLE. They act is if they are stressed to serve their customers! Speak loud and slow when ordering. There is an apparent language issue. I ordered SHRIMP with vegetables. I ended up with a plate of vegetables minus the shrimp. When I called back for resolution, the lady was adamant about the error being my fault.
This used to be the BEST Chinese buffet in Augusta! Now no buffet and POOR customer service. The food is great, tender beef, fresh shrimp and delicious egg rolls. No table service? I was told take your take out bag to the table. OK, the faded picture definitely shows an egg roll as part of a pepper steak dinner. When I received my take out bag there was no egg roll. I asked the counter clerk about this and she said I would have to pay extra. This clearly is deceptive advertising. Instead of arguing with clerk, I decided to make this my last visit. Most restaurants fail due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ill take my money to South Beach.

Well the food is really good but the service is not so good one cashier is very Rude to the customers in person and on the phone her professional skill is nasty I mean NASTY BUT OVERALL THE FOOD IS BUT I COULDNT GO BACK THERE ON THE HALF OF HOW SHE TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS.

This use the be my place to go and I live in SC. The tables and Windows are dirty. I literally dined in with some family and there was something on the window.. looked like bloody snot. I ignored it when I went back weeks later it was still there. Havent been in months.
My egg rolls had way too much pepper. I literally feel like I ate a spoonful of pepper.

2021-09-25The kids decide they wanted Chinese rice and egg rolls and chicken wings so this was the best spot for me I love this place I stay about 30-40 minutes away but I roll all the way here to get this rice because they have the best rice I never eat the chicken wings but my kids love them thank you for a great meal I really didnt want to cook I had three essays to do in school and this worker helped me out the door open both doors for me because I had so much food. I even called my son while I was there and he made a order he loved this place also

2022-05-20I wish to give ZERO stars. Their customer service is AWFUL! Before ordering I was hung up on multiple times. Also, when you finally you get in touch with someone she is VERY RUDE as well as the man that is there. I am not sure how people can follow through to order from this place with the type of employees and employers they have. There are too many other restaurants that serve the same thing to even tolerate ill behavior, as such.

2020-12-30Its a typical Chinese food restaurant with some additional items (multiple flavored wing options, gizzards, fried fish, etc). It is difficult to call in an order during peak times (lunch and dinner). The food is hot and ready in a few minutes. I dont like announcing my phone number in front of strangers to claim my order, but that is their system. Only once did I have food that didnt taste fresh. Watch out for multiple huge potholes in their parking lot.

2022-01-14The customer service is beyond terrible. I agree with the other similar comments about the lady with the glasses who takes the orders. I mean she won’t even say hello or thanks after ordering and buying their food. It’s sad that so many of my people spend money in this place that clearly has no appreciation or gratitude for our business. My mom ordered food from here, I couldn’t and changed my mind after seeing this lady’s attitude. My mom was simply asking questions about what comes with the order and her attitude and response were quite rude. She won’t be back either. But I hope one day we can support our own businesses more, where we can support each other and receive good, quality food, great service and appreciation for our patronage.

2018-02-24This is a Chinese food restaurant with five seafood options and the venue did not have the food grade displayed just certificate and the service was awful. It is just OK...1. Rude employees that rush you to order.2. Food is okay. Rice portions are large3. Lunch specials priced reasonably 11-3p4. They are a Chinese restaurant with a small portion of the menu as sea food... 5 items!When I say the service was horrible here its crazy. I called ahead to see if I can reserve some seats because I had a large party of 12 and the woman who answered the phone told me it was pick up only (lie) and when I said can we dine in? She replied it can be dine-in but not to bring all that loud noise and talking to the restaurant....I was just leaving a graduation and the crowd was a bit noisy in the background but I couldnt believe she said that to me over the phone.When I arrived and placed my order I realize they had pork fried rice for the lunch specials and I asked if I can get it with no pork... She adjusted the order for me however she told the couple behind me that I was a difficult customer. Little did she know they were also with me. I could not understand how I was a difficult customer!?!?In other news the bathroom was not as clean as I thought it should be. They had tapped signs hanging and dirty floors. If I were them I would be AS NICE AS POSSIBLE!
