This place was a complete life saver for our family. Hedy and Alejandro made our very stressful move so much easier. From the use of their truck and getting us into another storage unit last minute was amazing. I told my hoarder husband that we would need two storage units and it wasn’t until we filled two moving trucks that he quickly realized I was right, even though they were slammed Alejandro made time for us and quickly got us what we needed so we wouldnt waste important time with the movers. Hedy made sure the day before we had everything we needed and is just the sweetest lady I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Their rates are awesome and the facility itself is beautiful and CLEAN! I am so thankful we found them and will refer them to everyone that has storage needs. They are the hardest working people who really understand customer service. Trust me they will go the extra mile for you!
Mr.Bob was very professional and sweet during my check in process , he was very patient and showed me everything I needed to know when it came down to using the locks for my storage and access to the gate key. His customer Service is A1 💪🏽 Friendly and kept the conversation going . Thank you Mr.Bob for outstanding Customer Service
My experience at life storage has been awesome! I never rate anything but they’re so good I had to. I’ve been there just over a year so far and I’m always helped by Duff. I recently had to upgrade my unit and he was so great about helping my navigate the annoying process. Definitely ask for him if you go!
Bob was TERRIBLE. I would have given them 5 stars but the move out experience was UNACCEPTABLE! I called in earlier that day to find out what my charge would be seeing that I only had my stuff there for 1 week. Bob said $89 I bring in the money. And as I’m getting my truck ready to load he has the nerve to come out and tell me that they prorated me for an extra day. So when asked why this was not explained to me when I called he claims the call never happen. Then I recounted the call and what was said and he had to admit that he did in fact speak with me and give me the wrong information. He had no answer for me instead went on to say he was not going to argue with me and these are there rules. Anytime I’ve been late I’ve paid no problem, on time no problem, but as soon as I’m leaving you’re trying to get more money out of me for what?
Had some trouble with my truck reservation and Life Storage gave me a great rate and in a timely manner. Duff and Gia were so so nice and got things done quickly for me. They made a stressful move so much easier. Would highly recommend this place. Great customer service, clean truck, really happy.
Wow!!! Customer service was absolutely amazing. My initial call connected me with the location that best suited my needs. From there, I met Bonnie who was very friendly and made me feel right at home. They even held my reservation a few days for me to make a decision. The choice was easy. Life storage... While signing the papers, a gentleman who works with Bonnie by the name of Adam was incredible! He set up my phone to open the gates automatically without my code. Im telling you, this place rocks!!! The whole process gets 5 Stars all the way....
I have been a customer with lifestorage for around 8 months now. I rented a parking spot for my vehicle and went to go get the vehicle. Well there was no vehicle to get because it was gone. I called the life storage in Marietta, GA and spoke with the manager of the location Alejandro who could not give me answers of where my vehicle was, what happened to it let alone who took it, he is also very rude. What exactly am I paying for if Lifestorge does not keep my vehicle secure...what is the point of having someone sit in the front if you are not monitoring the lot. I was advised by Alejandro who was unsensitive to the matter and refused to give me a refund. Upon speaking to his manager I was promised a refund after a police report is filed. Please Please do not use Lifestorage they are full of it and clearly the service they offer is a complete lie. I am here out of a whole vehicle and nobody knows what happened to it or why. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE...
I felt like I was facing a crisis in regards to my moving situation. I called and spoke with Duff. Instantly, Duff made me feel at ease. He was able to advise the best way to handle my circumstances. I was very pleased!! He is awesome!! He didnt throw some words out there and send me to the wolves. He actually walked me through everything. He is very helpful. I cant speak highly enough of him. Thank you Duff!!
Duff also helped me out the day that I got my storage. Unfortunately, I experienced an extreme delay and he made my check in process easy, smoothe and swift so that I could continue doing what I needed to do after losing so much time. Duff is knowledgeable and friendly and I appreciated his customer service to me throughout. Thank you Duff!!
I highly recommend Life Storage. Chase is great - friendly, funny and realistic. Chase assisted me with the moving van rental. I rented from a sister facility, and Chase worked with them to ensure that I had a moving van to use during my move since theirs was unavailable. It was a seamless and painless experience and Im so thankful that I chose this company to rent with. Their locations and employees are sincere team players. Thanks for your help Chase!
I am currently a renting resident here at 1755 Roswell Rd the last 5 months or so, and thoroughly satisfied. Here there is a a man named Bill at the front dexk most days wgo is an absolute delight. His knowledge if the facility is always complete and 💯% accurate, which to me is the least of his qualities. Hr is an absolute pleasure to talk to with the most infectious positive outlook and attitude. These personal qualities alone in a salesman are worth the monthly rates here, with that said i would also give the facility 2 thumbs up( more if i had them ) . Very well maintained grounds and the storage lockers thenselves are in great shape. I had no reservation when it comes to referring this storage location. Thank you
Unfortunately, i was looking for storage options for my household items because I was going to be transfered to a new state in two days. I was frantic searching.Duff, was extremely attentative and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what size storage i needed. He was able to explain to me the unit i wanred would too small.I was definitely sold when i got a call from my boss saying that change of plans. I wont be moving until after first of the year.Thank you Duff for all the great help!
I visited two Life Storage locations on the same day about 3 weeks ago. The one on Barrett Pkwy Kennesaw and the one near the big chicken in Marietta. Both Sandra and Terrace where fantastic no exaggeration! Sandra was very easy to talk to we are both from the same state she is so friendly and accommodating I felt like I was in her living room. Sandra some how manage to get all themy paperwork done in a timely fashion considering I was in a complete RUSH that day not to mention I have Breast Cancer. Sandra also gave such uplifting encouraging advise. All I can say is Sandra was perfect I wish all customer service reps could be like her. Thanks again Sandra. Now the other location with Terrance that was another yet different experience. Terrace was really,really under the weather that day but he also manage to have the truck available and cleaned and ready to go. Terrance had great conversation while setting me up in the system and he was genuine I could have chatted for hours. Please visit either location ask for Sandra or Terrance and you wont be disappointed.
If you are looking for a friendly place to stroe your stuff. This is it! I never looked forward to saying hello to the person who works at one of these facilities but Duff, is super helpful and always kind. As a business owner kindness is a lost art and I appreciate that!
Chase the manager is the best I was trying not to spend a lot of money because have to move. And he helped me find the right storage for the right price. And he was very helpful with all my need. Chase took his time and did rush as I wasn’t sure what storage space I would need. The best storage facility with great prices!! You really made my day!!Thanks you, Chase!!
I have been renting from Uncle Bobs for several years. I have had very good experiences with the company. Now that they are Life Storage, the service still seems very professional. I had the pleasure of speaking with Israel, who was very nice, helpful, and professional. The units are clean and well-maintained. I will continue to rent from Life Storage.
This facility is great. The manager, Chase, is extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The unit I rented is clean, dry, and well kept. It is also very secure.The prices are great, too. Especially since the you get the first 25 miles for free when you use van, also in great condition and relatively new, when yoy move in. I am saving a ton of money on that!I will definitely use this place in the future.
I found myself using off site storage for the first time and came in with a ton of question. Duff answered all of those question plus a few that I didnt know that I had. He went above and beyond to let me know why choosing Life Storage was the best idea. Thanks for easing our fears Duff and making our decision so easy,
Bonnie, is amazing!! She is professional and knowledgeable. Her customer service is 5 star. Everytime, I spoke to her, I learned something new. She helped me pick the correct lock for my U-Box. She made sure the kids had water and she was available for bathroom breaks.I have been renting a locker here for 4 years. The staff at this location is excellent!Please give Bonnie a raise.
Love Life Storage and the best customer service given by Duff Hill at the 1725 location is awesome...absolutely the best....very informative and always the most helpful with everything...one of those guys that u hope is there when your on your way just because you know your gonna have a great experience. I had a great experience renting a 10 x 10 storage unit for 9 months at this facility. Their space is clean and there is plenty of room to park and load and unload items. I rented a truck from them to transfer items into my unit on the day I moved-in, which was a hassle-free process. When the day came for me to move-out, they were totally fine with me having a moving truck come to pick-up my items. For security, they have a gate and video surveillance throughout their facility. Their rates are reasonable and their staff is courteous and professional. I will keep Life Storage in mind for my future storage needs!
Great customer service skills in a society of no more please and thank yous. I called after hours where a great customer support technician gave me optimal prices and piece of mind. I got a free truck and half off my second month. Jan the store manager continued to assist me with no truck available the day I needed but a $25 credit towards next months rent. A little discouraged at the forced insurance policy but with all the great customer care, Im sure that the requirements are necessary and to a good cause. I would highly reccommened this company based on excellent customer service and prices.
I have stored my things several times...This is by far the cleanest, safest and most affordable storage location I have ever used. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about the process and made it effortless. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you very much Life Storage, an awesome place!
I come here almost daily to visit my storage unit and the employees have been nothing but kind and helpful each time. They always grab my packages and leave them conveniently in my unit for me, which I truly appreciate. If you’re looking for a place with reasonable priced units and great customer service, this is it!
Went a couple of weeks ago to rent another unit and met RJ. Very friendly and professional, and he was able to help me get a great unit. Today I went by again to ask a question—RJ was there and remembered me AND the unit number I rented. Personal touch that means a lot!
Had to move on short notice and this location was close by. RJ was a big help on showing me around, letting me know about the truck rental, and directing me to rent online through the website for a slightly cheaper rate. Wish all customer service was as friendly and helpful as RJ was.
Terrible Service No Refund After 90 Days and 5 callsI rented from this Uncle Bobs for several years. Within two years of moving in they raised the rent about 15%. and cut their late payment date by 2 days without proper notification and attempted to then charge me a late fee when I paid on the 8th of the month after the change in terms. After an argument they removed the late fee.When I moved out on August 14, 2016, after paying a full months rent, they showed their true colors. I cleaned out my unit and went to the office at 3:30 on a Sunday (regular office hours) and no one was in the office. I slipped my vacate form through the slot in the door and left.On their website they promise a full prorated refund. When I got home I called the office and got voice mail. I asked them to confirm my move out date via email or letter. They never responded to my call so on Tuesday I went to the office. The employee said they no longer had my vacate form, that it was sent to corporate and they did not keep a copy. He printed out my rental history which did not include the move out date. He assured me everything was fine and being handled accordingly and that I could expect a check from the corporate office in 4-6 weeks.Four weeks went by and I called the 800 number. I got transferred around but the last person I spoke with assured me he was going to take care of it and I would have my refund check soon.On November 11th, 2016 I realized I was approaching 90 days since moving out and still had not received the refund guaranteed on the website, and promised by 2 employees that it was being handled appropriately.I called the 800 number and got transferred from corporate to the local store. I explained the situation to the employee, including everything I am sharing here and told him I would be putting all of this into my google review if I did not have my refund in 48 hours. He then promised me that he was on it and would call me back.He actually did call me back that day and told me he had spent the day making arrangements to have my prorated refund of $71.84 returned to my bank account immediately. He told me to call back if It did not arrive. I know it can take up to 72 hours for a refund to go through so I gave them the benefit of the doubt over the weekend.It is now Nov 16th, 2016 and it looks like I am going to have to file a suit with the Cobb County Magistrate Small Claims Court to get my refund. It will cost $75 and about 45 minutes of my time, but as it stands now it looks like the only way I will ever get my refund. Uncle Bobs will have to settle with me all court costs or defend their actions in court.If you are here reading this review I would suggest you never rent a storage space from this corporation and try your luck with another business. From the runaround I experienced I doubt mine is an isolated experience.
Impeccable customer service. Ras Tesfa helped me find the storage unit I needed to accommodate all the items I had to store and was very helpful in answering any questions and concerns that I had. I seen your associate Ky Williams in Walmart in his uniform and Im about to relocate to douglasville and I asked him about the nearest storage to douglasville and he gave me 2 different locations and told me about what size unit I would need to store my things and he was very patient and knowledgeable about your company this true above and beyond work great job Ky Williams

2022-03-20I DO NOT recommend this facility. Aside from the fact that the prices are too high, apparently the price alone is not enough money. When you sign up, you appear to be putting a card on file- but come time to take the money out- despite them having your card they will conveniently choose to not take out the money, wait 7 days so they can send you a message about a late fee payment and recommend you set up for autopay. I signed up with a free month offer, where they asked for my card to pay a small initiation fee. When I gave you that card, you should have asked me if I wanted to use that card for recurring payments. To which I, and most other people would probably answer YES. But that would be a smart, consumer-friendly thing to do. And while we are on the subject, why did you chose to wait until the 7 days had passed to send me an email regarding not being able to process my payment? Was that a conscious decision to ensure that I would have to pay you a late fee? Not a good business practice to retain your customer base. You know well that system could have been set up to send emails same or next business day. There are plenty of storage facilities around, save your money please.

Prices seemed reasonable, renting process was relatively quick, cancelation process was pretty painless.If its close and you dont need it very long, a reasonable choice. I wouldnt use it for long term storage though; I was told that theres been more crime than usual, especially if youre storing firearms.

2022-07-14I wanted to see the unit before I signed a lease. I went during office hours and nobody was there and door locked (even though sign said “open”). I left msg and got halfway home before I received a return call. The gentleman apologized said he was helping another customer and he would be there. I arrived again 30 mins later and nobody there. Same excuse when he called me back. Why can’t workers bring a phone with them or post a cell number on the door if nobody there. Simple fix to terrible service. I didn’t go back

2022-06-28UPDATE!!!!!!!!WOW!! Alex, turned out to be extremely rude! I called and he was so disrespectful for no reason. He told me, do not call my store more than once. Do not keep calling my store. WHAT??? OKAY... I wanted to get a bigger unit but nevermind. For one, Im for certain he does not OWN that store. Hes too unprofessional and lacks business smarts to own anything. I will be taking my stuff from that storage and I absolutely WILL NOT get another storage unit from this company EVER AGAIN! Not just location, but COMPANY because if hes that rude and unable to keep his composure, than its very difficult for me to believe hes capable of treating other customers any different. If life storage can have a worker as such, they dont need my business ever and I believe they are fully aware of his attitude!!!!!Alex, who works the front is great! Perfect indoor storage at a good rate. Just what I needed!WARNING!!!! They do NOT send out emails when rent is due. No reminder or anything. Make sure you write it down or put it in your calendar on your phone with the alarm set. You will pay a $20 late fee if you forget and don’t pay on time. They intentionally DO NOT send out emails to help because they want you to set up auto pay. Don’t let them get you.

2022-02-18My mom lost the keys to the storage unit, and I had to have the lock drilled and replaced. Bob made it so easy and he was so patient and pleasant. After the stress I have been under I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Bob!
