Went to Sharpshooters the first time on Labor Day weekend for the event they had. Went back the other day again because it was such a good experience. Have to drive an hour or more to get here but its worth it. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Prices are fair on guns and ammo and the store and range are very well maintained. Lots of focus on safety at the range, with an RSO on site and a safety video and waiver you need to watch and sign before you shoot. I love coming here.
Best gun range I’ve ever been to! I’ve been coming to Sharpshooters for a couple of years now. I have a handful of ranges by my house, but I drive an hour away for Sharpshooter’s excellent service! I’ve bought, sold, and traded guns and other things from them with no issues! The training classes they offer are like non other. Very educational and hands on real life scenarios, will make you more prepared. They DO NOT charge by the hour but only $20 to shoot all day. An additional $15 if you bring someone with you. Only $10 for active law enforcement, fire, EMS, and active/reserve military. Bring your kids too… but they must be 12 years or older accompanied by an adult to shoot. Just an FYI before you bring the little ones with you. Make sure you do the range waiver via their website. It’ll save time after watching an informative video and signing, you’ll be ready to shoot upon arrival. They’re open seven days a week and have an excellent inventory of guns, Vaultek safes, and more! All prices are great prices compared to others in the area. One of the best parts about the range is that you CAN rapid fire! As long as it’s controlled well and you don’t take out any lights or go crazy, you’ll be ok! They’re big on safety and have very alert range officers. This will give you a more, “At peace” feeling while shooting. They help you with a smile if you have any trouble at the range. It also gives you sense of added safety from people who flag others at the range. The range officers will quickly spot out any dangers before they even happen. Before going into the range they hold your ID which I think is a good thing. They have 24 ballistic glass panel bays. Which protects and has great sound blocking atmosphere. Even when it’s crowded you’ll be able to shoot away in no time. Finally decided to become a member and they offer so much perks with membership! You get a card with your picture on it. Also you get discount on firearms, ammo, accessories, and more! Ask for more info and the membership plans they offer are definitely worth it! Josh who is their gunsmith is so knowledgeable and helpful! If you have a problem with your gun, red dot, stripped screws, or anything he’s the man to see! Plus they have a great cerakote service! Check the pictures on their website and the prices are perfect! They also let you draw from the holster after completing a class on it. You have to be a member but I’m telling you it’s worth it! They’re NOTHING like many egotistical power tripping ranges I’ve frequented over the years. Very relaxing and chill environment all the while implementing safety the right way! Please give them a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
Great place until one day a new Manager ego and lack of professionalism affected the company and lost a valuable customer. After buying several rifles and my wifes personal hand gun, we used to visit the range every week in family with my 2 kids(17 and 21yr old) and wife. One of the rifles did not had a carrying case and the employees were very aware of it, furthermore, they gave me a FLAG to place on the barrel to show the rifle was NOT loaded/empty while arriving/visiting the range. I was just waiting for the Rifle OEM case to be available to buy it. Most of the employees knew my family. Until that day.I arrived with my daughter, 2 rifles on case plus my ammo bag over me. My daughter had a rifle with the GLOWING ORANGE FLAG showing forward and RIFLE pointing to the ceiling. We entered to the store and this guy WITHOUT any name tag or ID coming almost running towards us making a huge drama and scene, yelling that we cannot enter without case, in a very rude manner took the rifle out of my daughters hands and said that we need to buy a case from the display wall if we want to enter. I asked who are you to came to me like that? he responded, The Manager and left. Well, the only reason we used to visited the range and spend our $$$ on this place was to relieved the business stress and that day our stress was even worst by someone who is no prepared and had NO manners or professionalism to deal with customers. Sharp Shooter USA, you just lost my business due to that manager.
Best range in the area. clean, well maintained and aesthetically top notch facility. i just started here as a rookie shooter. the staff is knowledgable, friendly and happy to educate. great selection of top tier equipment. my favorite aspect is their TRAINING. the classes are the right length, speed, and content level for maximum uptake. Maddydawg’s skillbuilding classes have grown me from zero knowledge to a safe and adequate pistol shooter very quickly; her technique, teaching style, passion and aptitude make the learning easy, fun. I am constantly looking forward to the next class opportunity and any excuse to spend time training here.
As a new shooter they really took the time to educate me and offer their services. I appreciate how welcoming the staff is. I love that the store is centered around safety and proper firearm handling. I’ve bought 3 guns from them now. Definitely the best range North of Atlanta
We have been to a few different ranges in the area. All are safe and a good place to shoot. SHARPSHOOTERS USA STANDS OUT AND IS THE BEST !!!!Our fist visit was to purchase my wife a S&W 2.0 Shield EZ-9. She shot a rental at another range. We then called around checking prices and availability. SharpShooters customer service and great attitude when I called got me in there location. This only got better from the time we walked in the door. It was obvious the entire staff cares. We purchased her new 9mm that day. We have been back a couple times since then. We also joined with a family membership. We actually travel double the distance from the closest range to our home to spend time in a family friendly, comfortable, and SAFE environment. These folks are the best !!!! Thanks,Dan and Cindy Weekley
Today was my wife and I first time using the range, we had a blast. Jake was very professional and helpful with all the questions that I have asked. All the staff greet you as you enter the range. The facility was very clean and have positive energy. Keep up the good work team sharpshooters.
Sharp Shooters is a great experience! The facility was extrememly well maintained and clean. Everyone interacted with was very professional and nice. I was also very pleased with their selection of ammo and other firearm products. I will probably be signing up for a monthly membership. Thanks!
Always an awesome experience. Great, knowledgable, friendly staff that cares about the customers experience and safety. Ive bought guns from there for the past couple of years and will not shop anywhere else. The Range Safety people are also super helpful and the range is kept up and nicer than any range Ive visited in GA. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
I took a lesson a few months ago with Shaun. He was great. Very knowledgeable and patient. I learned a lot a have been going to the range once or twice a week. I also purchased my first firearm there. It was great to be able to try out different weapons on the range to help me decide what was best for me. They have a great facility and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They make everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend the membership. It is a bargain and gets your perks like being able to reserve a lane or get moved to the head of the line if there is a wait for the range.
The place is very clean it was easy to register our information in order to have access to the gun range. Also the Sharp Shooters team are very knowledgeable of the assorted guns they have on display for sale. I was given the information my daughter and I needed to take classes. So we will attend those classes soon.
We visited your facility for Memorial Day. What a great bunch of people! We felt welcome, no pressure for sales. Even with a busy range we got in within 30 mins of arrival. All staff was helpful. Felt safe. Awesome ranges. Hope the event was a great success for this business. We will be back.
I went on memorial day, 31 May, 2021. The place was packed because they had free lane rentals and free targets, and a lot of military activities outside. As hectic as the crowd was, the staff was outstanding, very courteous and helpful. Of note was the membership services person - I think her name was Melinda or Melissa (I very well could be wrong)... She was exceptional!
I did a one on one with Maddy last Saturday and she is the absolute BOMB. I purchased my gun from SS back on Black Friday. Never shot it though until last weekend. Maddy made me comfortable. I waited until her schedule was available. As a woman, she knows exactly what us women need. Thank you, Maddy!!! I will definitely be back!!!!! The staff is very informative and helpful. Shout out to you all, as well!!!
OFF THE TOP HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU DON’T KNOW HOW TO SHOOT DO NOT WORRY. They’re super kind and understanding. My buddy and I went here for his birthday and although they didn’t have any birthday discounts they’re SUPER FRIENDLY. The associate Steven, was phenomenal when we thought we were doing something wrong. I’ve been to other ranges and the customer service here is beyond great.Anywhere else they’ll look at you and judge you and make you feel super uncomfortable. They make it seem like if you don’t know how to shoot then why are you here. However here at Sharp Shooters USA, they showed us how to load and unload the pistols and rifles. Showed us how to properly move the target. Checked on us every time we left the range to swap out our pistol.Would definitely recommend this range, they’re prices are in my opinion the best out of the other ranges in the ATL area. The only downside I would say to this that’s unlike the other ranges is that every time you leave to use the bathroom or swap your arsenal you have to be “buzzed in” and you feel as if your bothering them but in fact they’re pretty happy about it and do it with no problem. It’s only troublesome when you have to use the restroom and go back in and have to wait but the wait time is usually 1-2 minutes. OBVIOUSLY THEY SHOULD NOT CHANGE THIS. However if your impatient this might be the only thing that’ll bother you.
Excellent in every way. Instructor in class was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. I learned a lot and would not hesitate to take another class from her in the future. Range is very nice, clean, and professional. Personnel were helpful and friendly. This was such a great experience.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I received a free voucher to use my new gun at the range after my purchase and the attendant was knowledgeable and patient. Checkout took a bit longer but only because of the time of the day ( Saturday). I’ve made two purchases there so far and may make a third soon.UPDATE: I would totally recommend this place for all your gun needs. Due to COVID, inventory may not always be available so I recommend calling first. But customer service is always there and transfers are still available. All of my experiences have been great. Thanks again David!
Came here to sell a gun with my husband. He came in with the action open so they would know it wasn’t loaded and they immediately stopped us. We did not own a case for the gun yet they tried to get us to buy one just so we can sell it. A bit over the top and not necessary and had someone immediately start walking towards us that was ready to stop us. Walked right out and will never be back.
I wanted to follow up on my initial review from last week where I had an issue with a firearm that was transferred through their shop. Kevin, the owner of Sharpshooters reached out to me within 48 hours of my writing the review and asked me to come in to Sharpshooters so that they could fix the issue and make it right. I stopped in the next day and Kevin was there to introduce himself and made sure Josh, their Gunsmith, was also there to fix the problem at hand. Both were extremely professional and everything was worked out on the spot. It is rare to find organizations in any industry these days where customer satisfaction is their top priority like it clearly is at Sharpshooters. They really do care about their customers and go the extra mile to show it. Very happy I did business with them and look forward to doing business in the future! Thanks Kevin & Team!
My wife and I went to shoot today and we had an excellent time. The range is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of ventilation and nice and cool. State of the art range equipment. Prices for targets were very reasonable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all our questions and were a delight to work with. Not sure if it was the armorer or a range master but they were attentive to peoples needs, helped someone clear a failure to eject and gave them pointers on how to safely clear a jam, also saw them helping someone who was having an issue with their AR. We will definitely be back often and want to get the annual family membership. Oh and really nice store front with a great selection competitive prices and looks like they have a lot of good options for training. So glad we found them.
Awesome Facility, Excellent StaffA friend of mine and I took the USCCA Handgun Fundamentals class this past Sunday. Maddy taught the class. The class content was excellent, and was enhanced by Maddy. She is knowledgable, patient, thorough, and enthusiastic. Everyones questions were answered earnestly and no one was made to feel their questions were too basic. Range time was efficient and safe. We are so glad we took the course and look forward to taking future training. The range is clean and well ventilated. A great facility.
My wife and I have had a great time! This is our first time at a range in Georgia, as we are originally from California. The shop and range are very clean and organized. Staff member Kent really made us feel welcomed and had us laughing! We have definitely found our range!!! We will be coming back and more than likely will become members. Kent was incredibly helpful, polite and answered any questions we had! Thanks for having an awesome location!
Someone told me that this place is like shooting guns in your living room, its that comfortable. Thats not too far off.The range is clean, and has a convenient hand wash station on the way out. If you need to buy ammo for the range, their prices arent awful. Their pistol rental selection is kinda weak, but they make up for it with some nice not common rental options. If the range has a wait, they have several nice areas to wait.Their sales team is knowledgeable. Id say the selection is average. When they have sales, they are generally really good. They do have a good selection of parts and accessories as well. Really easy to spend money here!
Sharpshooters has always provided a SAFE and fun place to shoot. Compared to other ranges, Sharpshooters takes safety seriously. The always present and visible range masters are helpful and quick to intervene if they see an unsafe situation. The front of house staff is welcoming, accommodating and always knowledgeable and helpful
My experience with Sharp Shooters has been excellent! Everyone has been very friendly and knowledgeable. That’s super helpful when you don’t know a lot about firearms, because it sets you at ease in a process that is inherently intimidating for a newcomer. I’ve taken a class with Maddy Scholar (USCCA Handgun Fundamentals) and with Captain John New (GA Gun Laws and Use of Deadly Force). Both classes were a valuable asset in preparing me to concealed carry safely, confidently, and with proper respect. I look forward to continuing to attend education at Sharp Shooters and to practicing marksmanship. Thanks so much for being a terrific asset and resource to our community in the area of firearms and firearms education!
I attended the Sig P320 class on Sat. morning 05.15.2021. Well thought out and planned. I came thinking I was 75% sure I wanted to purchase a FCU and build my own custom P320. I walked out 110% sure. Purchased it in the store and am planning my birthday, Fathers Day and Christmas want lists now. The reps from Sig were knowledgeable, at all levels and had the actual experience that comes from being in the firearms industry. I learned quite a bit. I would recommend this to anyone. Also the Sharpshooters team were everywhere, offering help all the time. It was great event.
I have been to Sharpshooters many times and love the place. I have been searching for a specific handgun that was just released approximately 2 months ago. Called yesterday and to my surprise they had one, I have been all over Georgia searching and several shops had them but the people in front of me bought it. All that being said every place had them for sale for $649. Yes I didnt have to buy from Sharpshooter especially since they were $90 more. Andy from sharpshooter called me and made it right. I apologize for having doubts. That’s unheard of from any other gun shop I’ve been to over the last 30 years. Just earned a customer for life!!!
I first visited this place when I moved in from another state. From the start they have the best customer service. The knowledge that they provide is not match-able at any other stores I’ve been to. I did move away and attempted to go to another store but still was not the same. Just yesterday I visited to pick up my order and again they gave me more than enough information to get some things done. Ara, Ken better yet all the people there who work there are awesome. This is over years I have experienced this. This is the reason why I continue to return to this location. Thank you all for what you do.
When I joined this range, I told the attendant that I did not want the membership to auto-renew. I was informed that I would be emailed prior to the renewal date about renewing my membership and that it would not auto-renew. I discovered today that it renewed without my authorization. My emails and phone messages regarding this were ignored. My credit card had to be cancelled because of this fraudulent act, which is a pain in the ***. This speaks to a lack of integrity in management and poor customer service. So, beware.
I had recently posted a very positive review of my first private lesson.& I stand by that..I was so impressed I signed up for The NRA 2 day course. This class should NOT be recommended to novices. The very large majority of my class were firearm owners.. they came to class with their weapons, ammo and ear protection..They had had numerous hours of practice at the range.I felt overwhelmed..And uncomfortable...It was a big turn off...In fact I left early..I also found the employeesIn Sales to be rude and condensending....I would think you lose a great deal of business with their attitude.I would think twice now before throwing down $1000 for a gun at your store..
Im not a gun enthusiast by any means, but my dad and I will meet up to shoot occasionally. We came here last weekend and I was really impressed. Its the cleanest gun shop Ive ever been in. The range is well lit, and well ventilated, and the distance control on the target is really nice. Our customer service experience was limited to renting a lane and buying a box of bullets and a few targets, but everything we experienced was fine.
This was the first time wed ever been to a shooting range. We had a good time and we were educated by the majority of staff in a respectful and kind way, for the most part. The safety officer was incredible! It was like a private training lesson and didnt gaffe at obvious or stupid questions. The only complaint I have was the young woman at the front register who was curt, provided one word answers, and gave long annoyed stares like we were bothering her. Annoyed at obvious questions from new shooters? Dont work there! Part of being a sales associate is helping your NEW customer with your product, especially when they know almost nothing about it.Highly disappointed in how she treated us (multiple times). A note to management: your people may be gun enthusiasts with histories in and education in using these weapons, but youre not gonna make a dime if they treat new customers like she did. Im from the area, and I wont be recommending the shop. Yall are in GA, shooting shops are a dime a dozen.
The shooting range is very nice, well ventilated, clean, and light is good. They allow steel jacket ammo which is nice. 3 stars for customer service. Employees seemed like they didnt want to be there. Was thinking of doing the membership but wont. Inventory is highly overpriced!! Better off by going to adventure outdoors... Membership is cheaper and weapons are reasonably priced.
I enjoy shooting at Sharpshooters USA. The place is clean. The staff is knowledgeable on firearms and safety. They always have a gunsmith working. The lanes are not charged hourly but by the session. They also have a full gun shop with great prices. I brought friends here and they all want to come back.
It was a great range and a lot of fun but unfortunately, if you are a woman, they are very condescending and act like you do not exist. My boyfriend was the only one addressed during the visit and I was completely ignored during check in and also when we received our licenses back before leaving. Then I had two of the range safety officers proceed to treat me as if I was unworthy. One of them literally told me I should be the one sweeping up the bullets because I am a woman. It really is unfortunate because it is a really nice facility.
As a first time guest that drove to the facility from Macon, I really enjoyed it. It was so worth the trip that I’m bringing some members of my gun club, Beauty and the Heat, back with me on October 10th.Special shout out to Andy Gawe, you are a perfect gentleman! All of the staff we encountered was absolutely friendly and amazing.
Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Ive bought a couple guns here and had trigger jobs done as well. The staff are nice and there are usually enough people to keep things moving even on the busiest days. I took a pistol training course here and Lois was awesome, so my wife took the same course and was very comfortable despite being her first class. The facility is set up very nicely as a training facility, clean and well lit. You may be able to find guns cheaper elsewhere but that is not what this place is. Its a great place to go shoot in a safe and comfortable environment. Its now one of our favorite date night options.
My fiancee and I made our first visit to Sharpshooters on a busy Sunday morning and had a great time. Nico had us checked in, all our questions answered and ushered us to the waiting area in short order. No more than 15 minutes later we were assigned a lane and the RSO (Jack) was very helpful and personable during our entire stay. He helped us with a weapon malfunction and was very knowledgable. I was appreciative he was there when our lane neighbor had 2 malfunctions with their firearm as well.I have only been the one time but I am definitely going back and strongly considering a membership. Great shop, great staff, great times!
I have been a member for about a year now. The staff are super professional, friendly and VERY knowledgable. I have purchased both my firearms from Sharp Shooters as well as all my tactical gear. They offer great training courses month to month and have a huge selection of merchandise. Cant say enough good things about this place and its people!
I thought this place was amazing. I don’t know who these other people dealed with but me experience was pleasant. Great clean facility. Memberships are a great deal if you come regularly. The store had some great stuff. The workers were very nice. I loved the viewing windows and the lounge was very nice. The people that were there seemed to know what they were doing. Also the range was great and the people near us were very nice. So many lanes that even thought there were a lot of people there was still several open lanes. Great place!!!
Alright, pretty relatively pricey for the range which is understandable, but there is a slight ammunition up charge and had a staff member unprofessionally freaked out because a keyboard ran out of battery charge. The range is nice and feels just a little prestigious however the staff needs a slight overhaulEdit: gunsmiths are wicked awesome at what they do, they were able to disassemble a Remington model 31 and put it back together as it was
A good in-door range that is staffed by well trained individuals. You can definitely get cheaper firearms online or at firearm dealers out in the country of Georgia. However they are great for getting information about firearms. I was able to bring in a newly bought rifle and get great advise from a Scott Dennis. I definitely recommend him when going in and getting advise or assistance. Some of the older staff however are a little rough and dont seem to willing to be helpful. I would usually give a 4 out of 5 stars for this but Scott was such great help I over looked it.
Ill start by saying this was not my first trip to this store. The customer service has always been lacking but my experience yesterday was by far the worst.I called before lunch and spoke to a very nice and helpful lady about the Sig P365. She informed me they just received a shipment of them. I let her know that I would be by there on my way home.Since Ive been looking for one of these guns for a couple weeks I walked in with cash in my pocket if the gun felt good in my hand. I went straight to the case and noticed they had a display model on top that showcased the different mags available for the 365. I swapped through them all and really liked the way the gun fit in my hand. After several minutes of nobody acknowledging my presence I walked the store and checked out other thing. I made the rounds and went back to the case where I held the display model and swapped through the mags again. Several minutes later and still nobody acknowledged me standing at this case. I decided to quit wasting my time and left the store. The 10 minutes or so I was there nobody said hello, how are you doing, can I help you....nothing. As I said to this was not my first trip to this store but it will be my last. Ill keep checking with other stores to purchase this gun.
About 3 to 4 years old, all still new, clean and working. Well stocked with arms, ammo and accessories.Shooting area is well ventilated” a problem at a number of older ranges”.Nice lounge area coffee tea soda etc.Check in a bit slow at busy times. The Staff is always friendly and helpful and they have a good range of weaponry to rent/try outI have noticed there has even had upgrades, to make it a more pleasant experience for customers. Upgrades mean the owners are putting money back into the business always a good sign.I will strongly recommend this place. Get there early fills up fairly quickly.I do agree with other comments that a few bar stools outside behind the stalls would be nice to follow the action. Also racks on side of stalls so you can store rifles pointing down range when shooting more than one. Also a side box to store pistols easy enough to make a slot to make it point down and forward. Some kind of upright holder, 1/3 box or cubby against wall to store carry cases and such.None of these are high cost items and I think you should think about them.most people do not bother to comment online, just complain to their friends and maybe even go somewhere else to shoot.
Prices are good and range is nice, but the serious lack of customer service is downright appalling. Ill spend my money elsewhere. And, regardless of where you stand on the COVID mask issue, social distancing guidelines are not followed on the range. Other ranges I have been to recently made a point to only use every other lane to comply with the social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC, but not at Sharpshooters.
I have been going here for 3 yrs. +. The employees are very professional, courteous and helpful in many ways. They make sure eye and ear protection is on each person entering the shooting range. The RSO is very observant. There is a Ladys Shooting group the second Wed. Of each month that familiarizes women new and experienced, with gun safety and the use of firearms and then out to the range for a little practice. There are many classes offered each month that range from beginner to advanced firearm training with well qualified and certified instructors. You can also come at your convenience and practice using your firearm. I highly recommend you to visit SharpShooters USA .
Need some customer service training in shooting area. My family, sons and grandson went to fire our weapons this past Sunday. I am 76 and everyone had been trained in firearms procedure. Jerry treated us with sustain. His attitude was like a police officer telling you to “ keep your hands on the wheel”. Since he is there for instruction you might want to relieve him of his gun.Otherwise you have an excellent facility. Keep up the good work.
The staff is kind and very friendly. Range fees are modest if you bring your own hearing and eye protection. There are many guns to rent and if you like one you can buy it. The ranges are 25 yards and shooters are separated from each other by bullet proof glass. No guess work on target range placement; you dial in your yardage electronically. They even have a store and gunsmith in house. Ultimately this is a very well put together shooting range. I cant wait to get back.
Called in 7 times to get an update and check on availability of a particular firearm that I was ready to drive across town to purchase. I literally talked to the same guy 7 times over the phone and he provided no willingness to assist whatsoever despite my request to do so. He would only offer to transfer my calls and was unwilling to physically locate any sales reps for additional assistance. I will never do business with Sharpshooters USA. Clearly they don’t value your business.
Going to give the staff 5 stars, extremely polite, helpful and professional.Had a very enjoyable experience. Facility is clean, and stocked with items you would expect. Pricing is good. They just got their newest regular customer, looking forward to my next trip to the range, spending more time and money. Thanks again!
Ill start by saying this: i have been customer there since they opened 8 yrs a go. AND SPEND OVER $2500 IN THAT STORE.NOT ANYMORE!!!! THEY PRICE GOUGING!! Stay AWAY from this store!!!! They dont know how to take care a LOYAL customer. Made a mistake and ship my firearm to them to do a transfer, they charging $60 for a simple transaction, because i dont have a membership.I had membership before for 2 years! Every other gun store in the area charges $25 without any memberships!!! They dont do a price match, nothing. Wont see me again.
Called ahead to ask if they had a specific firearm available for range rental. Was assured that they did. Went to store, waited an hour for a lane only to be told that they did not in fact have that model available. My whole reason for visiting this range was to try a specific gun before buying it. Also noted that their prices for range ammo is 30-50% higher than the store I normally use. I will not be back.
I cant talk about the sales side of the store since I was there to use the range. Ed was fantastic. I took a young lady with me that never fired a gun in her life. She even got so shook that she left the range. Ed and the other store associate talked her down and she eventually came back on the range and fired. She had a blast, I had a great time and the price was great.Make sure that you check their website for specials to get more bang for your buck. They even let you bring in your own ammo to save money. It was a fun event and we will be back!
I love this place, I come every weekend if I can, the range is beautiful and in great condition, the prices are great and the staff is very friendly and helpful, I would recommend sharpshooters to anyone of my friends and family. All around great storefront range and environment. 5 stars
The customer service is outstanding! Every time Ive been in there each employee has gone above and beyond to help me. I went from having zero experience with guns to feeling fully comfortable shooting in a month time span. I needed immediate help to get private shooting lessons and they were willing to help teach me everything I needed to know. Thank you to everyone!
Great place to go shoot. Theres an extra sense of security with the RSO walking around and talking with people. No pressure when you rent a lane they understand Rome wasnt built in a day so neither is your proper firing position. The only thing I wish this place had but doesnt is a 100yd target line but even then its not a deal-breaker for me, shootings fun at any target distance (over 5 yds). I highly recommend you check this place out and hit up there website for faster service in line you can knock out the video and forms in about 5 min before you get there.
First time visiting and customer service sucks. The person we were dealing with had a very nonchalant attitude. He never took the time to answer our questions. All of his answers were four words or less with absolutely positively no enthusiasm and gave us the impression right away that our didnt business wasnt wanted. And you know what we wont be back. We end up going to Alpha Bravo where the customer service was 125% better from the time we walked in and until we left. All of our questions were answered in a very clear professional manner. And Alpha Bravo Armory is where we completed our purchase.
The floor staff was very friendly and attentive, the store itself is very nice and clean. The gun range is new and well ventilated. The only issue I ended up running into was with the gun smith, Jake. If youre not informed about how guns work, he will over charge you for the work needed to be done. I bought all the parts from him. He was pleasant and motivated when talking to him but I had to haggle with him about the work done to my gun. He didnt listen to me when I told him what the problem was that he sold me the wrong part and that it was a simple fix but he said that he will look and see what is causing the problem. When he finally got around to working on the gun he called me 30 min. after I left the gunstore and told me why he didnt listen to me in the 1st place and said the gun is functioning properly. So I just wanted the replace the part with the right one but instead convinced me that there is other things wrong with it so he can do the work. Needless to say I wasnt thrilled about the whole situation and he explained with a lot of fluff on why it costs so much. He overcharged me and put in a used part in place of the new part. I shouldnt have to haggle about work I couldve done myself when I told him I simply needed a part. I wont be going to see that gun smith for ANY work, I dont care how good he is. Other than that the store is great, a little overpriced but great!
I really enjoy SharpShooters, the way the operation is well managed while on the range, and the overall professional and friendly staff. Its a very comfortable family-like atmosphere and Im considering having my membership re-instated. I wish it was closer to my home in Kennesaw, but im willing to make the drive to go to a well run and safe shooting range.
I’ve been to this range twice. They are nice but the clientele is arrogant and stuffy. If you are a nominal but self sufficient and qualified concealed gun owner like me, you should find somewhere else to practice. This place is not for young folks with an interest in hitting a target with the few handguns they own. Don’t ruin your day going to this place.
Ive come here several times now - the facility is incredibly clean, staff is nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. Recently, Ive had the incredible experience of being taught and trained under Captain John New here on how to accurately use a firearm, understand the basic fundamentals, gun safety, and how to operate a weapon correctly. Im so grateful for how patient yet enthusiastic John has been to educate all of us as well as sharing job experiences that are extremely humbling. As there are so many awful events happening around us, I do also believe anyone who owns a weapon or wants to, should go through the introductory class as a requirement. For those of you who have firearms for protection, this can only benefit you. Theres also another guy there Kent who is ALSO awesome and will give you helpful tips and advice on how to fine tune your shot. If youre already a pro - then this is just an IDEAL place to train!
Amazing place and the staff is fantastic. Stopped here for a few hours as part of bachelor party. The guys completely took care of us - simulators, 50 cal rifles, full auto assault rifles, THE WORKS!I would highly recommend them to anyone that wants to have a day out or just to go hang at a range and plink targets.
This is the finest gun range Ive ever shot at. It is more up to date than any of the police ranges and even than the FLTSE Range in Brunswick. Several police departments use this range for their training and qualification shooting. It is clean, the air is filtered so that the lead is removed from the air. The safety measures are solid. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They have a wide variety of firearms to sell and rent. A full complement of ammunition and gun accessories. They have range safety officers in every range room. They have top notch instructors. This is the kind of range to which you can take a date, a spouse, or a kid and have the enjoyment of learning and developing solid marksmanship. These guys have thought of just about everything.
This is now my home range/gun store. They are generally friendly, I also got several purchases for very good prices *even beating internet rates* if you time it right. Sometimes the sales staff (the younger ones at least) are not the most attentive upon entrance and exit. But the ones that recognize you all ways greet you and make you feel welcome. The range is great. Automated equipment to put your target at specific distances, well lit, able to shoot from close up with MSRs and the like (as opposed to say, Norcross Gun Club and Range) and the training staff seems knowledgeable as well. The gunsmith is skilled as well. Combine with the distance from my house and youve got yourself a winner winner chicken dinner.
Overall, my experience has been great at SharpShooters. I believe the prices are way too high and sometimes the staff doesnt priorities customers time, such as conversations last a lot longer than they should when there are long lines. Which is why I rate it as a four, but if you want to go shoot, it is a clean and well kepted up facility.
Thank you for a great experience at Sharpshooters USA! I’m a long-time member and have shot at a lot of ranges. Sharpshooters is my favorite. Spacious bays, clear ballistic dividers, great air exchange. Staff is friendly, professional, helpful and courteous. I particularly enjoy the USPSA, IDPA and US Arms matches each week.Your recent Sig Sauer days event was terrific. I really enjoyed the free class on the P320 fire control unit and trying out the Sig rifles and pistols. It made it so easy to decide which Sig to purchase. The Sig representatives (Derrick, Rich and Ron) were very informative and helpful.Kevin- Fantastic updates to the store and 180 bays. And the expansion of inventory is phenomenal - Sig, DD, H&K, Walther, S&W, Glock, Wilson, Nighthawk etc. Thank you for being well stocked and putting on great events!
Non members pay $20 per lane. Add a $10 charge to share, even if second shooter is a youth that cannot use the range unaccompanied. These are the highest public range prices In the area. Sharpshooters charges non-members $60 to receive guns bought online as FFL and requires the 3 page transfer form be filled out in pen onsite upon delivery. Others in the area charge 50% less for this service and provide a convenient kiosk onsite to fill out the transfer form electronically. Prices were not explained before or during either transaction so ask about fees/charges up front. The premium pricing is, in part, justified by the clean, organized and well-stocked facilities. Though prolific, the generally youthful staff, outfitted in various configurations of tactical garb and accessories during our visit, was very stern and serious. Interactions with them was more like of an interrogation or threat evaluation than something passing for customer service. As an example, we were interrupted 4 times by attendants during our session as closing time approached to announce how much time remained. This started at 20 mins out, then 15, then 10, then 5. It was clear the staff was eager to close promptly at 8:00p.
Went to see my ol gunsmith buddy Joshua Mallet yesterday at Sharpshooters, USA. I brought my 1911 in for a tune-up.My father gave me that pistol on my 21st birthday. He got the action on my .45 running so smooth I can rack that thing back with nothing but pure force of will. Its kind of neat watching him work. He approached her with a curiosity that I dont know that I could muster after seeing as many 1911s as he has. When I was a younger man with better eyesight I didnt hesitate to strip it down for a good cleaning. But I watched a YouTube video to refresh myself and after watching the pro gunsmith screw up three times in 10 minutes, I decided it would be best for both of us if she saw other people.Josh took a wire brush to her, meticulously cleaned every nook and cranny with a q-tip, and even touched up the bluing for good measure. He even changed her accent a little bit. Previously when I racked the slide back she would say, Ka-chunk Ka-chunk. Now its a much smoother, quieter, Chunk chunk. I could not be more pleased. If you are looking for a top-notch armorer to maintain your firearms or guide you in a new purchase and training, I strongly recommend you go see Josh.
I have been an active shooter for a couple years now, and have gone to probably half a dozen ranges. I have my conceal carry permit and own many different shapes and sizes of handguns, rifles, and shotguns. My experience at sharp shooters ranked at the absolute LOWEST of anything prior. If you are a woman or a new shooter I would HIGHLY discourage you from stepping foot in this range. Here’s my story:I have been trying to get my mother into purchasing a gun for self-protection, and I was recently in town visiting. I brought a couple guns for my mom to try and learn on before purchasing. She had heard good things about sharp shooters (I have no idea from who), so we decided to give them a try.Walking in, it was admittedly a clean range. They must be trying to distract you from the AWFUL customer experience you’re about to have. We get checked in and go to our lane. My mom was pretty nervous so she watched for a couple minutes first. After she was comfortable I loaded a single round in a pistol and let her take a shot. The second she entered the box an old range officer (I think his name was Jerry) entered the area and was watching her like a hawk. No worries, I thought, they are just being safe. She took her shot and he IMMEDIATELY jumped ALL OVER her. He grabbed her arm and yanked the gun away. EXTREMELY UNSAFE!!!He was incredibly disrespectful as he berated both of us. He claimed that she shot the ceiling, which I didn’t see but was entirely possible. I’m sorry, I’ll pay for your $2 drop ceiling tile if you want - get your hands off of a new shooter! This old man needs his NRA certification taken away immediately, because he isn’t qualified to monitor people shooting BB guns.I was furious and embarrassed. Management said they would give me a refund. They claim they did, but in reality kept the fees for one of us. That’s fine, keep your $15, because you are going to be losing thousands of dollars of business after all of our family and friends (including a regular who I won’t name) stop visiting.
I visited SSUSA for the first time this past Friday and found one of the most impressive gunshops in north GA, from the employees and service to the facility itself. I called ahead to see if they had what I wanted in stock and they were the ONLY store that did (I called about 10 shops). I explained that I was coming from Athens and they offered to hold one for me, which is a rarity in the business. Even in todays sellers market their price tag was more than fair. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff friendly and helpful. Looks like the range was nice too with plenty of rental options. Highly recommended store, Ill be back.
First time there and Im going back...bought a new scope and they put it on my weapon very fast and the instructors where very helpful when it came to zeroing it...everyone was very polite and knowledgeable...and the instructor even went out of his way to get me a chair so I could zero my weapon. Awesome experience looking forward to returning.
Last time I was in here I was looking to purchase a new pistol and was looking in one of the displays at a pre-owned SIG. A number of employees walked right by me and didnt ask if I needed help or anything, not even eye contact. I ended up leaving after 10 minutes or so of waiting and went to Armistead down the street and bought the same gun for cheaper. The range is very clean and very state of the art but unless youre a member it really isnt worth coming here and with the $400 dollar price tag (and a $50 dollar initiation fee to stick it to you in case you dont renew) for an individual youd have to shoot here A LOT in order to get your money back. The range prices and gun rental prices (not to mention the ammo is 20% more here) are double that of the ranges I used to go to before I moved over this way. I guess Im just going to have to drive a longer distance to shoot or find a friend with private property to fire outdoors. This place is just too expensive if you shoot once a month.
My experience with this range wasnt a very good one. The staff wasnt very helpful. They seemed a bit hostile. Since it was my first time at the range I had quite a few questions. This seemed to anger the staff. I didnt feel comfortable, I dont think they wanted me to feel comfortable. Message received, I will never return.
01/04/16.. I took my kids Sat (01/02/16) to shoot my new Xmas present. As expected, we had to wait. We were told 45mins. They took me cell number & the waiting list is all electronic, which is nice, especially for a gun store/range. About 25mins later, I got a text saying that our lane was ready. We had several different targets to choose from, as well as target ammo to purchase. We shot for about 45mins, packed up, then left. The staff seemed friendly, the place was incredibly CLEAN... the showroom, the break area (leather sofa & chairs, with a flat screen), the guns cabinets, the holsters & miscellaneous stuff for sale, all of it... Very CLEAN..If youve ever shot at a range like I have, you can appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, the WORKING ventilation, the fact that everything works, it was a very nice.. Im taking the girlfriend later this week... This place is nice....
Been awhile since i have purchased a gun. After careful consideration i end up at this place. As soon as i walk inside the store, 5 store employees stare at me like Im going to rob the place, talk about first impression. so i ignore the silent treatment and go about my business. finally after 10 or 15 minutes Ive decided to purchase a gun, Lady came and help, however i can still feel this ( your Not welcome) look in her eye, she was not very helpful. i had enough and left. went to different store and spend $3500. That would of add up to their daily revenue. For those of you that are Asian Like me, Think Twice before wasting your time and money. I Would never Come Back.
Top notch facility, best Ive ever experienced! Im somewhat experienced with guns and took my girlfriend for her very first shooting experience. She was a nervous wreck walking in and after the WONDERFUL help from their great staff and excellent facilities, she and I both dont want to go anywhere else. Ive been to some of the other local ranges and they are poor at best. Sharpshooters is climate controlled and very well ventilated. Yes they do cost a bit more than other places, but just like anything in life, you get what you pay for. If you want a cheap price and want to be treated like you are an annoyance to the business, and shoot in hot, unventilated half non-functioning lanes, then go to someplace like Bullseye or American Classic Marksman (dont believe me just read the other reviews and I can say firsthand). If you want a great experience in an extremely safe and well ran facility, go to Sharpshooters!
Nice place, the staff is nice enough but... Its a total Nanny State in there. They asked me if I had a hat. I said, um, no I dont usually shoot with a hat on. They said I would have to buy one from them before I could shoot. I said for what? Because the hot shell cases might bounce off the wall and land on your head and burn you. Bawhahahahahahaha! I literally laughed in their face. So, I humor them and go get a had out of my Jeep. Come back in, go to shoot. Then there was a problem shooting too fast they were whining about. The way I train, is you draw your weapon, get 100% on target, then put your finger inside the trigger guard, on the trigger, pull, and keep pulling until slide lock. Reload and repeat. You cant do that there. This place is designed more for the extreme novice to go and learn how to put some holes in paper. Thats it...
The kid they have running the rental area apparently doesnt know how a waiting list works. There is no reason to have one if youre not going to call names and then cop a foul attitude with your customers when theyre trying to figure out whats going on 30 minutes into their 5-10 minute wait.We have been members at GA Firing line for 4 years and were looking for a new range to give a try since we moved to this area. We know now definitively that it wont be Sharpshooters.
The gun smith is a Jerk. He charges money to put on night sights that you buy from Sharp shooters, $40.00 on top of the cost of the night sights. Customer service SUCKS! but then again, its a gun shop so what else is new? Their gun selection is totally pathetic. I bet there is less than fifty new hand guns, and new 20 rifles and shot guns, and even more sorry is their personal defense ammo selection. The guns they do have are way overpriced, the only gun that is not seriously overpriced is Glock’s. I never had a pleasant experience there. The range is ok, don’t go expecting to get friendly / quality customer service, or find many guns for sale at a reasonable price and you will be pleased. Someone said Armistead Armory is good, while they have a better selection, it’s the same old bad customer service and their prices are not the best. Best gun store in metro Atlanta is Adventure Outdoors, now they have a shooting range, same old story with customer services.
My friend and I bought a Groupon for SharpShooters USA. Neither one of us had ever shot a gun before, and were pretty nervous. The staff at SSUSA was so friendly and patient, they made the experience great! The facility was clean and impressive. Our trainer, Johnny, made a point to come by and check on us often to make sure we were okay, and having fun. I loved it so much, I just bought another Groupon for it!
I want to take a moment, to express my gratitude for working with sales manger Matt and gunsmith Jake Kroa. Both of these individuals made my FN pistol purchase very smooth, and haggle free. Ive bought other firearms, ammunition, and accessories there before. The reason I keep going back, is they treat every customer like a customer! Ive walked into some mom and pop shops before, to witness sales people ignoring that I was in the store. As a black man here in the south, I admire that the team at Sharpshooters only wants to help you find the best weapon for your budget. Never have they tried to sell me something that I did not want. In closing, I highly recommend this company to anyone who is a seasoned shooter like myself, or someone whos new to the world of firearms.
Im not sure why everyone else had issues with the service. They assisted me just fine and answered all my questions. Buying a fire arm isnt like buying a latte. A firearm is dangerous. If you are asking stupid questions and generally being a know it all I wouldnt help you either. Respect the firearm, respect the establishment and do your research before you go. As far as the no open or concealed carry signs go, I think its smart. Gun shops dont want to be liable for people they dont know.
First time I went in, waited 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. I witnessed another gentleman get fed up with waiting and walked out. Finally I was assisted, yet Mr. Hotshot in his infinite wisdom seemed to know more about guns than me and instead of showing me what I asked politely to see, went on how this brand or that brand is better. I said thank you and left.A few weeks later I decided to give this new top notch place a second chance. Once again I waited for 20 minutes while two sales associates were jaw jacking and even looked directly at me waiting at the counter then continued on with their conversation. I loudly said some assistance would be great, when he finally got a different associate to come help me. At that point I just walked out to keep from blowing a gasket. I promise not to step foot in this facility again and tell all of my fellow shooters about their CS as well. Well take our money and business elsewhere...even if it means paying more, wed rather have good customer service than the joke that is SharpshootersUSA
I grew up around people who knew guns and were expert marksman in both the military and in outdoor sports/ hunting . Have bought and rented guns at many shooting ranges across the southeast. I was completely disappointed when I spent 10 minutes in Sharpshooters this afternoon hoping to rent a gun or guns for myself and my wife followed by a possible purchase .It was clear that these people must treat you based on whether or not youre a member or if youre the same cut of high minded twit they are. I also noticed another guy in the store who was being ignored by the staff ,although I am white its pretty easy to spot this kind of good ol boy or elitist snobbery. After two attempts at trying to rent a gun and a lane and being treated like I had aggravated the guy by just being there ,I just left .How can you call this elitist club a business? Why not just close the doors to us nonmembers , then you can just weed out all of the types you obviously dont want in your better than thow store .
Nice facility. Lots of rentals. Selection for purchase is ok. Lots of accessories.Issues:1. Post against concealed carry - I have to disarm to browse there store. Insane for a company that makes there living on those of us that value our right to personal protection. Im sure these same guys complain about a resteraunt that posts against, concealed carry, but they do it in there own store.2. Can only practice drawing and firing from a holster if you are a cop or paying for training. How are you supposed to keep the skills you learned in training sharp if you can never do them again (Without paying for more training). I guess you would do it by going somewhere else to shoot.
Excellent state of the art indoor range. Shooting lanes are clean, bright, and well ventilated. Staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I participate in the Glock GSSF indoor league and the IDPA events. There is also a GADPA event. Local law enforcement organizations use this facility for official training - if it is good enough for them then it is good enough for me.
Have utilized this shop for FFL transfers, for purchases, advice and of course, target practice. It is well run, clean and neat. I have found the staff to be helpful and patient with all of my questions, particularly where it concerns NFA items and rules (Ed is awesome). The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the set-up of the range. There is no place to put your stuff or to sit down. Rifles and pistols must sit on the ground behind you, along with your cases and range gear. It would be nice if there were tables or benches to sit and/or place things on. Other ranges Ive been to had benches and gun rests to help with sighting in scopes. It would be a worthwhile investment for the range.
I heard a few good things but now that I think about it, it was from people who have never fired a gun before. I went there and the place has a nice setup but the staff all act like theyre all former special forces (or current, depending on who youre talking too). They act like they have some thing to prove to you and have this really odd attitude. I was in the military for 6 years and interacted with a few SF guys and they never acted like these A-holes do. Just a bunch of wannabes with serious attitude problems that filled out an application and got a job that allowed them to put a pistol on their hip and now they think their special forces. They babysit the rang and will hassle you when you dont do anything wrong, just so they can let you know theyre there and are watching. I wish Sandy Springs gun club would fix their damage and open back up. OOH!! And while I was shooting!!! Oh man... Oh yeah, Someone got hit by a bullet ricochet and the lady limped over to the range guys crying because she basically just caught a ricochet to her side, just above her hip. The 2 range babysitters looked at her like she was faking it. She lifts her shirt and she was bleeding all over her pants, belt, lower part of her shirt. The range babysitters then say... and I wish you were all there to hear this, they ask her if this injury was inflicted by her or by someone else. Myself and the 5 others watching this go down were standing there awkwardly looking at each other like, Im pretty sure she didnt shoot herself with a ricochet. They said, and I quote, You were shooting the wrong ammo and thats why you were hit with a ricochet. The lady fired back with (no pun intended) I havent even shot a gun yet. They then walk over to the other range (because they have 2 ranges that are separated). I truly find it unusual for 1, - Former Special Forces operators to be working at a gun range. 2 - Former Special Forces operators to be too untrained and willing to place the blame of an injury on the person that is wounded. 3 - Babysitting a gun range and taking away the fun of a shooting range with micromanagement. 4 - Be retired Special Forces and working at a gun range and only being between the ages of 21-25 or 51-62 micromanaging everyone and everything until the thought of shooting a gun becomes something you hate.
As I prepared to write a comment, most of the negative comments that were posted already hit the spot. Very bad customer service, and very arrogant. However, Ive notice significant inconsistencies with the positive reviews, theyre all really general, and exactly the same in nature. Anyone with decent common since could see that they were posted by the owner. Only the company, or affiliates could be this thorough to counter any negative reviews. As for my personal experience, I over heard Erin (associate) make a racial remark. Im caucasian, and I still found this offensive. The place blows, plain and simple.
Most of my dealings with SS have been good. Professional, informative, helpful, friendly in every case except one. The majority made the one look really bad! So, Im dropping the bad and rating based on the good!! Top Notch place, product, and people. That lone star to the right? Thats for you, and you know who you are.
Terrible place. I had an ffl transfer and the lady called and told me to pick it up. When I got there they were all closing up at 5:30 to go to some zombie Halloween party which caused me not to be able to get my ffl transfer that I drove way out to Alpharetta to go get. Long story short the lady should have told me when she called that the place would close at 5:30 that day. But the fact is they were not trying g to put the customer first when they clearly made the mistake. So no do not do business with this place . Also online it says that the ffl fee is 20.00 then when you call they say it hasnt changed online and the price is 30.00. This place is a joke and there are millions of places where you can go and get better service. Never again.
Went to the range on 06/20/14 with a group of friends. There are no benches inside of the range, so all of your things have to sit on the floor & you have to stand the entire time youre there. Also, the rules for handling weapons on the range are WAY too convoluted. One gun on the tray at a time & each gun must arrive and depart the firing station unloaded in a case...this goes for pistols & long guns. I made the mistake of walking to the station with a loaded gun (1911 cocked, locked, & finger off of the trigger) & the safety officer jumped down my throat like I was one of his kids. I can deal with being told that I made a mistake, but it was his demeaning & condescending tone that I did not appreciate. It took everything that I had to keep cool. Needless to say, I, nor any of my friends will not be returning. I will also make sure to tell anyone who will listen, not to set foot inside of this establishment.
Waiting in line to use the range, finally get someone at the counter.Nobody allowed to use the Range unless youre a member.Sorry Ill shoot somewhere else. This is only a convenient range because its near work.Ive spent thousands here, never again finding a new range to shoot. All because of this virus scare how are members not the same as an individual who isnt a member.
AS A LEGAL GUN OWNER, SAFETY EDUCATION AND PRACTICE ARE OF GREAT IMPORTANCE..FIRE ARM TRAINING ONCE LEARNED GIVES YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE YOUR EXPERTISE..CHOOSING A FIRE RANGE OFFERS MANY BENIFITS, TO CONTINUE TO IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS FOR COMPETITIVE SHOOTING, OR PERSONAL DEFENSE...THE STAFF HERE ARE EXPERTS ON GUN KNOWLEDGE, SAFETY, RULES AND REGULATIONS..ONE OF THE BEST INDOOR RANGES YOULL EXPERIENCE..I WAS TAUGHT AS A YOUNG AGE FROM MY HERO MY FATHER A RETIRED UNITED STATES ARMY SARGEANT AND A SHARP SHOOTER HOW TO SAFELY USE A FIREARM...TO ALL THE VETERANS IN THIS COUNTRY...THANK YOU...HOME OF THE FREE BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE..
What a great place full of professionals nice equipment well-stocked everyone there willing to help me and did help and also lifted my confidence this is truly a great place to come and learn how to safely use a firearm whether its a handgun or a long gun I highly recommend them

2022-08-15Been coming here since its inception- i usually am there every to every other weekend shooting- Maddy the instructor- amazing. She is very skilled and more importantly makes the wife want to shoot more and more. which is a great thing by itself. Become a member nad get 10% off purchases. Typically they also have a sale every couple months that knocks that price even lower. The ammo is actually decently priced. The one time I had an issue- they fixed it right then and there.I will continue to support and boast how great these cats are. also they got the silencer shop kiosk, makes life easier

2021-10-01First time visiting and had nothing but a great experience! Staff were all super friendly and helpful. My man Chuck (Range officer) made sure we had a good time and gave us pointers to help correct our form and execution. He also had us play the Chuck Challenge (patent pending). 😂Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a range.

2022-04-18Son 20 purchased a rifle from sharp shooters and facility was very nice. Georgia just passed law that you don’t need a concealed carry permit. I’m not playing that game, I’ll be setting my wife and both of my young adult children son (20) daughter (21) for classes. I want them to respect the gun and understand how to use them safely. Also want everyone to be able to drive and wear concealed carry Georgia badge to identify to police so there’s no confusion on legality. The Williams Family

2022-05-30I have been coming here for years and every single time I am welcomed with open arms and amazing employees. Their indoor range (and the rules that they have) are amazing. That ventilation system that they have is superb and clears that air very quick and well. The classes that they have are also top notch. They run them almost weekly and are incredibly informative. I can go on and on and on about why they are top tier, but I am lay and on mobile lol. If you are weary about coming here, dont be because they will take proper care of you and make sure that you are confident with what you do. Go and have a good time.

2021-09-06I went to SharpShooters USA for the Jerry Lee fundraiser on Labor Day. It was my first time going to the range and i can say I’ll defiantly go back. The showroom had a great selection of products and the staff were professional and nice. The ranges were clean and taking care of. I live in Cartersville and will by pass a couple ranges to go an hour away to shoot from now on.

2022-06-10Best gun store I’ve been to. Staff is savvy, knowledgeable, eager to help, and not too uptight to crack jokes. Prices are the best I’ve seen, a lot of products still sitting at the pre-covid cost. The gunsmith in particular is an unbeatable asset. I think his name is josh? Every time I do something dumb to a gun he fixes it in seconds and I leave smarter and happier than when I came in. These guys bend over backwards to help get people set up, whatever their needs are.

2022-07-01Since the month they opened, I have been shooting at SharpShooters and always had an incredible experience. This particular review is entirely for the support that Josh, famous celebrity gunsmith, has been supporting me with over the years. Lets be honest. Gunsmithing is about how much $$$ vs time is making a person or company profit. This is entirely the opposite philosophy at SharpShooters. True gunsmithing from a Pro and always a lower fee than expected. Did I mention it has pretty much always been Josh for years at same location...very cool. Although never asked of him, Josh will do small jobs for me while I wait. Who does that? Why? Not sure, but, it keeps me coming back to Josh every time. 1911s, USPSA race gun tuning, hes the guy. One time back in the day he didnt charge me for a Shadow II rear sight windage adjustment. No worries Josh...I wont tell anyone. Have a Great 4th of July weekend to Josh and the entire SharpShooters team!

2022-07-27I will like to let y’all know. That the staff there is very racist. Acted like they didn’t know anything and killed our time and ended up not taking care of my group and I.I walked in there and everyone just stared at me and my group like they didn’t know anything. They knew we needed help but never approached us to ask if we were okay,At 7:15 they told us they couldn’t let us in because it was almost time to close. Just because we are Hispanic doesn’t mean you need to treat us differently. When I came inside there were two elder white males being helped. But NOBODY wanted to help us. Then when I finally said something they tried giving us some “free range” so we could come back some other day. But never again. And then I talk to the owner via email and he sends an answer based on a video. What a joke , he wasn’t actually there. So he doesn’t know exactly what happened. My friends didn’t know what was going on so they looked confused. But after I explained what happened in the car they said they will never come back . Worst experience at this place.

2022-07-04Amazing experience. It’s a must visit if you are in this area.
