They had the product I was looking for in stock. Very happy, as ordering it online from the manufacturer would have taken a week.
Typical Sherwin Williams store.... they got paint and everything you need to apply paint to a residential or commercial property.
The staff are always friendly and can help you figure out what you need.

2022-02-13Customer service is alive and well at this store!! Sergio was so knowledgeable and helpful while educating me about a terrific product to paint my kitchen cabinets! (Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel). As described, this paint was truly self leveling and did not leave any roller lines when I used the Mohair rollers he suggested. It was a game changer and saved me time!Thank you again Sergio!!!TK

2022-01-08The Hispanic young man was very courteous and actually knowledgeable about paint product. Which is rare these days in paint stores. Even knew psycho social! 😂 Tell him thats always a plus. I do 95% of my work and the Midtown virginia-highland Druid Hills area. And I will be return customer. Yall NEED MORE LIKE HIM! Anyway..✌out

2021-05-07Always available somewhere which is good? Its just a major corporation if it was on a smaller scale with more competition it would be way better. There definitely could be a paint store that does a lot better

2018-05-29Good store with solid help and advice. Could use better system for tracking accounts. They always have trouble between my personal and pro accounts. I also have had trouble linking my account to the app but the In person help at the store is great.

2018-08-18Very incompetent staff. They dont know how to handle online orders; they have to send you down to the big commercial store. Whats the point of having a smaller store next to big one and they dont carry everything.
