Horrible customer service. The staff are incredibly rude. Im not sure whats transpired. When I first opened my PO box a year ago, the service was great. Also, I have visited the store 3 times over the past 6 months, and it was closed during normal operating hours. As a result, I was unable to obtain my packages. Im disappointed and will not return to this location.
The staff there are great except for one person whom I suspect might be the owner. He is an older short gentleman that harasses the employees to charge customers more right in front of the customer’s face. He overcharges for simple prints every single time.He will charge you for computer time despite you not ever touching the computer so if it takes him 10 minutes to pull up the document he will charge you for that. I needed 40 pages printed and each page came up to over a dollar and change per page for black and white prints. If he’s in the store I just don’t go.
I use this UPS store to print architects plans, ship items, mail items, etc and every single time I go there, since they opened, I have had nothing but wonderful help. Staff is always friendly and cooperative and great at giving advice on the best way to handle things. Highly recommend them.
This is the best UPS store Ive been in to date. The folks here are super friendly, kind and are always sure to say hi. I mean, a little kindness goes a long ways these days. I am a frequent visitor at this location and they are always very helpful and ensure whatever Im trying to do is accomplished. I highly recommend checking out this location for all of your UPS like needs. Great peeps, getting it done! Kudos, you all! :-)
I never thought I would write a review for a UPS store but here we are. As a professional photographer I have a lot of printing needs and I always come here. I can get my prints, depending on how many obviously, next day and sometimes same day!! The prices are so fair and they lay out all of your options without hesitation. I am bringing them cookies today just because of how friendly and caring they are. They also dont half a** anything! I had some prints done yesterday and they reprinted them twice to make sure they were perfect. At no extra cost to me- just to make sure the product they delivered was awesome. I look forward to continually using them for my printing needs. They are seriously amazing here!
Having a mail box at the ups store is the best thing I never knew existed. Staff are always friendly and remember me. My stuff is always secure. Most importantly, I have never had a package delivered that I didn’t receive. Something that I can’t say for anywhere I have ever lived before. It’s worth the money for sure. Plus, the text email notifications are amazingly helpful.
Tahmida and her team at this UPS store are amazing. They are always willing to help and are efficient and very friendly. I will continue to use them for shipping, notary and printing services! They have gone above and beyond to ensure excellent service countless times for me.
This is a great place to do business. I often drop off my Amazon packages here and I use this location to mail packages as well. I am always greeted with a friendly face. Recently, I needed to have some copies made of a workplace handbook. Initially, I was hesitant to leave the original somewhere since it was the only copy. Then I encountered, Makayla, the store manager and she assured me that she could get the job done. I picked up the manual the next day and not only had she made the copies but she put them in the plastic sheets and in perfect order. The price was amazing especially considering how much ink my home printer uses! Don’t hesitate to use them for your office needs.
The customer service at this UPS location is second to none. Tahmida, the manager, is detail-oriented, extremely professional, polite and always willing to help. The whole staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Atlanta is my home but I work on contract in Tallahassee. I have my mail forwarded here. A++ service!
I have shipped 3 times with this store over the last month and found their customer service to be excellent. They even opened the door early to let me in before their 8:30 opening. Courteous employees and good service. Also, the shipping costs seem to be lower than some other area UPS stores that find a way to add fees or taxes.
I have used this UPS store for several of our printing jobs and will continue to do so in the future. The store is well staffed and trained. They staff is courteous and professional. We required different large printed formats which they accomplished with ease, any size and quantity.
Horrible. I had an item boxed and shipped and the contents of the item did not arrive to customer. I suspect a worker of opening up to steal the package but their camera don’t even run back from a WEEK ago to see. That is ridiculous of a company, they didn’t investigate or help at all they told me I was on my own. If you are a young man or black go to another UPS store they don’t take out business serious. I operate an online retail business and my customer in NEW YORK received parcel unrelated to what I sold in the box when it arrived to him meaning not only was what he ordered “missing” but a new package was added inside my box which I don’t believe to be a coincidence.
Tahmida made setting up a mailbox such a breeze!! She was so helpful, responsive, and sweet, and I couldn’t have asked for a better UPS worker to work with. They have some of the best mailbox prices around, too. I called other UPS stores in the area and they were either more expensive or not as nice. Definitely check them out!!
The team at the Marietta Blvd store are absolutely fantastic. They are courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and always go out of their way to serve the customer. They make the entire process of shipping and receiving packages so easy and they are a valuable contribution to the local community. Thank you!!
If I could give 6 stars I would. Ive hit them with odd size packaging, time constraints and budget concerns. The handle everything professionally, expeditiously and courteously. To the owner, I would say, youre fortunate to have such an incredible staff. Ive been in customer service my whole professional life. I know it from top to bottom. You dont come across employees like this often. If I could cherry pick three employees, it would be the three Ive dealt with. Everyone has been awesome but you have a true gem in Makayla. I dont think you can even teach that kind of customer service. I wish you all much continued success.

Maybe your package will get to where it needs to go. Maybe it wont. Two terrible experiences. First, a package got delayed, and when I asked them about it, they could find no record of my transaction and told me tough luck (the recipient finally got it days later). A month later, I ship another package with them, and even though I wrote the correct address on the box, they typed in the wrong address on the shipping label. And they refused to accept fault for it. So now, some random person has my package, and they wont do anything about it (not even apologize). There are plenty of other places to ship your stuff. Skip this place.EDIT: Both times, I reached out to the store directly, and both times they did not help me with my issue. Dont let the stock reply below lead you to believe that I went to Google first to air my grievances. They had their chance to fix the problem.
Ive been using them since they opened for various services like tonights UPS dropoff at the last minute before closing. As usual they were courteous, professional and happy to help. I can get mailbox, shredding, FAXing, even a USPS drop off. So glad to have them nearby without having to get into the Collier Rd traffic.
The men there are extremely helpful, patient, and professional. Every time I go there it is an hassle free experience. Prince helped me pack and ship 4 different packages; he handled them as if they were his own. There’s another male with dreads (didn’t get his name )that was just as helpful with the other guest and other employees. Best Ups.
You ever go into a business and feel like the employee is being inconvenienced by having to serve you. Well thats exactly what I just got at this store. I asked if she could help with a package from my car and she said no but I can give you a cart. Terrible customer service/attitude.
I had a problem with a package being sent back to me rather than the intended destination. The owner or manager of the franchise spoke to me and indicated that he would call me back to get the problem sorted out but as of 4 days has not done so. Very bad service when dealing with a problem.

2022-02-18Love this UPS for convenience and customer service. Parking is easy and this location opens at 8:30 on weekdays. This location also accepts pre-labeled USPS shipments for pickup by the post office. I drop off packages here about every other week.The staff are attentive and friendly. The few times I have had to wait it is because they are thoroughly helping other customers with a shipment including giving them the options for different speeds, pricing, and packaging.

2022-06-09Unfortunately, not the same since new management. Staff needs more training. Tried to charge me four times over for “packing services”. The woman behind the counter was too timid to ask the manager to help her, and said she’s “pretty sure” she did it right and that I just needed to pay it. Like what? I told her this isn’t right and that at this point I wanted to take my items and leave given she’s been fumbling at her computer for awhile at this point, seemed confused, didn’t want to ask for help and I’m now late for an appointment. She tried to still make me pay for a label on another package she prematurely printed out, but couldn’t ship my package because some other label is also needed that she can’t help me with. Ummm…This is why I came to this store. So that they can help print out appropriate labels and provide packaging to ship. I ship all the time and this was very disappointing. Now I’ll be going out of my way to a more competent store. This isn’t the first experience where I’ve had to walk out without shipping my items at this store due to staff being confused with how to operate the computer. Tried to give them a chance to work out the kinks, but seems to be an ongoing issue here since changing management.

2022-07-232275 Marietta Blvd NW Ste 270, Atlanta, GA 30318 location. I usually have no problems but recently discovered 1 of 2 packages sent Dec 20 2021 never left the store. I believe an employee stole the package because my description of contents included Gift Cards By the time my friend told me she never received it, it was too late to file a claim. The friendly staff printed out the receipt but no manager was around that day or any time I called for the next week. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR DESCRIPTION

2022-08-02Convenient location, parking is easy and on the whole the staff is fast, polite and efficient. However, the cost to print a single shipping label is $3.51. The label is typically printed in b&w on an 8x11 piece of paper (folded and put into a plastic thingy which is about ¢.13). If you order a print out or copy from the UPS store (b&w, 8x11) the cost is around ¢ .51 per copy. While I dont begrudge a business making a profit on their services I am not sure this price gauging qualifies as good customer service.

2022-03-28DO NOT SEND ANY MAIL THROUGH THIS LOCATION unless you pay for tracking. I dropped off mail for local delivery (Smyrna) and it’s been weeks and my mail has yet to be received. I went back to the store to check and see what the issue could be and I was told “sorry. You should’ve paid for tracking”. The people at this location were a bit unprofessional with handling thIs as well. I won’t ever be back to this location for mail service. I’ve already filed a complaint.
