Ups and this store are ridiculous. We had a package delivered by a ups driver that required a signature. We intended on refusing the package because we changed our mind after we ordered it but the company could not stop the order so they said to refuse it. Well because of the laziness of the driver we had to pay $22+ to ship back a box because the store said we had opened it because a label had cracks. Hate to break it to you ups but the amount of boxes that I get from ups that have tears, holes, ripped labels or damage is far worse than the tear that you claimed so you could get more money out of your customers. That’s fine though fed ex is a bit more reliable…

They are extremely slow every time I go in. This time I lucked out and no one was there. I was making a return, when the man told me I had to print. I explained my return label said I didn’t, he said okay email it to us. Then he says okay that’s 2$ 2$! For what??????? For printing . I said you didn’t say it was a fee. You should let people know fully what the options are. He said yea, okay so do you want to return it or not. Umm yes, but not for a fee!! As I walked out to get some cash, they two men busted out in laughter , apparently I was doing stand up and had no idea. This is by far the most unprofessional UPS stores I’ve ever encountered. I frequent because it’s convenient. Now I’ll go elsewhere, since it was made clear my being a customer there didn’t matter.

Went to open mailbox and presented my IDs, drivers license etc. Told person assisting to write down info for license as I do not want copy of license made. According to 8b of the application - A photocopy of ID may be retained by agent for verification. It is a shame that the agent and others at this location have never read and do not have an in-depth understanding of the English language. May be is different from must be.

I am a small business owner and go here often for several services. I love Frank and Frankie Jr.- they are so friendly! I dont know how anyone has had bad customer service with these two. They are always so friendly and helpful- their staff too!

The whole UPS team here was AMAZING!!! They were kind, helpful, patient, and friendly. I had a HUGE task, and they patiently worked with me until the job was done, even working past closing time!!! Thank you!!!

I had no problems with this store (Aug 15). I had a package to mail, and was told the price and delivery date for both UPS & U.S. Priority Mail. Furthermore, the rate for Priority Mail was the same I would have paid at a post office (some mailbox places substantially mark up stamps, so this was a nice surprise). And they are open much later than the post office.

Hannah was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I asked to fax something she cut off the top half of my paper so it was not faxed correctly and when I asked her to redo it she got an attitude and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. She needs to learn to politely deal with customers or find a new job not in customer service. Unacceptable

This rating is one star because it would not allow me to click none. One of my staff members went to this location to complete a background check. There was a simple mistake made when entering part of the address on our part and a huge deal was made about it ,complete with a rude comment (did his boss not know how to read). The staff member who was helping him was very rude and unhelpful during the entire visit to this location. I will not send any other staff to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. I asked my staff member if I should call and speak to the manager about his experience and he explained that she was the one in charge, but that there was one guy who was friendly and helpful (its a shame he wasnt the one in charge!). Coming from a customer service standpoint, this experience is very disappointing.

I had a box, prepackaged and ready to ship, but needed maybe 2-3 of tape on each side. I was told that would be $1. Although I can afford the $1, I think it is a bit off putting to be asked to pay for that. I can understand if I was needing the package to be secured and taped completely, but not with the small amount I needed. You are the closest place to my house, but I will now just go directly to the FedEx by the mall, where they have never asked me to pay to use their tape (again, 6 max). Just thought you might like to know for the next person.
