I dont know why this UPS store is so badly rated. I went to this store today, and it was great. The lady was so nice to me. I think her name was Ebonie. She was very helpful and kind. It only cost 1 dollar each for the shipping bags. It took about 5 minutes for her to weigh and pack everything. Very fast, easy process and friendly customer service.
So Ive used the UPS store many many times with no issues. But today the manager at this location was extremely rude! I needed a bit of tape but he refused and insisted that I spend $5 for a roll of tape when I need just a strip which they usually do for me with no issues. Dont know what wrong with him today must be in an upset mood!
I went in to see how much it would cost to ship a package. Before doing anything he had me fill out some paperwork. While I was doing that he packaged my products. I didn’t know he was doing that. He told me the price to ship and it was more then I wanted to pay. I told him that I didn’t want to ship it. He told me that I had to pay for the packaging since he packaged it. I told him I didn’t ask him to do that. He argued with me and was extremely rude. He would not let me leave without paying for packaging I didn’t ask for. This was a terrible experience. When I called corporate UPS they said it was a franchise and couldn’t do anything to help. I will never use UPS again. The price was outrageous and if corporate can’t help with complaints then they are running things wrong. Don’t use this UPS store. They will rip you off.
They lose packages . Twice I have dropped off items going back to Amazon and twice the items were lost. They blame UPS but the item doesnt show movement after I drop it off. If UPS picks it up and then loses it it should show the item left the store. And it doesnt. Twice!As I suspected he blamed UPS even though it doesnt even show the package being scanned in to his facility. But I have a receipt that says otherwise. I also sent another package the same day 1z8110y89029500290 that shows it being scanned in to his facility and being picked up and scanned at the hub in MACON!!! Sir do you ever take responsibility for anything or do you blame UPS for all your problems. The package that is lost is 1z8110y89029500290 . The people now can see for themselves.
Not very efficient. I have used them before for drop-off with no issues, hence 3 stars.Today, however, there was some clown who did not understand shipping costs. He decided to call his mommy once fees were conveyed to him. Rather than telling him to move over and have his pow-wow on the side, the clerk let him stand there and have his chat while many others waited.That is pure inefficiency as well and discourteous to others waiting. After waiting what I felt was an excessive amount of time, I left and took my business to FedEx.
They are incredibly professional. I accidentally left my driver’s license when getting a document notarized & one of their employees delivered to my house before I realized I left it there! I have to rate it greater than 5 star service as the best UPS store in Macon, Georgia and the surrounding counties.
Do not use this store for shipping overnight packages. I have dropped off overnight packages on two different occasions before the pickup time, and they did not ship out from Macon for another day. The last time this happened I contacted the store for a refund and I received an email from the owner. He said because I made the label through my UPS account, he could not process a refund and I would have to contact UPS. I was on the phone for 45 minutes with UPS Billing Center and they told me they were not responsible for the refund, because the package was not turned over to the driver like it should have been, and the store is responsible no matter where I made my label. I have wasted so much time it is ridiculous. All around terrible customer service.
Overly rude will never be back. I tried to return a package the cashier or whoever he is was very nasty to me made me buy a huge thing of tape for $5 that I didn’t need just to send my books back. Plus my shipping. Please go elsewhere where you’ll feel welcomed and comfortable during your visit. This store makes me sick no one should be treated the way I was treated. go somewhere quick and EXCELLENT service unlike this disgusting establishment that belittles their customers. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Reading other reviews I’m not the only one that feels this way. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER for your pay check -5 STARS
Terrible customer service, rude employees. I will be taking my packages to other UPS locations. I had an urgent package drop off (pre-paid postage) that literally only required me to drop off the package. I called today at exactly 6:56 and the woman that answered the phone rudely informed me they were already closed. I begged her to stay open 5 more minutes, as this package needed to go out ASAP. She refused and claimed it was past 7 (it was 6:56 exactly according to my iphone) and there is no way she would be willing to wait several minutes for me. I continued to the store anyway, parked, and walked up at exactly 7:02. They were closed. Obviously this employee was more concerned with getting home than providing excellent customer service. I would have appreciated the effort of staying open a whole 2 MINUTES LATER and that act of kindness would have made me a customer for life. This is not the first time I have encountered rude employees at this Zebulon location and I will NEVER visit this location again. I will be taking all my shipping across town from now on.
Checked the price before asking the employee to print out anything. I emailed the store to print out a black a white paper and they charged me $3 for THEIR computer usages! Instead of $.23 cents. I guess it’s their way of doing business so make sure you check the price or go somewhere like OD to get them print out for you. The most expensive piece of b/w paper I ever printed.
My hope with this review is to help this UPS Store and specifically the employee that recently serviced our shipping requests. My wife and I stopped into the store to simply ship one item UPS Ground. We approached the situation as usual with a friendly demeanor. To our disappointment the employee in the empty store never smiled at or even acknowledged us until we asked for assistance. We had a few questions regarding the logistics of shipping the item and we received extremely curt answers with little explanation to support them. It was evident that the employee did not enjoy her position and it resulted in us not wanting to give this UPS store our business in the future. Again, I say all this not in hopes of adding negativity but rather to provide a clear example of ways to help build up this business and individual. I hope the Now Hiring sign on the front door attracts the best employee for the business and that the employee we worked with today finds success soon.
They misplaced my package, when I called and spoke to a women who I don’t believe introduced herself. She advised me it was put on the wrong trailer and they wouldn’t be able to open the trailer until Friday or possible Monday. When I asked why she couldn’t she advised it wasn’t her job to open/handle packages and the guy who works the morning shipment who loaded it onto the wrong trailer has gone home. She advised that it was her and 1 other woman working right now, and when I asked what their genders had to do with her not being able to open the trailer she hung up on me.Just called back, the woman’s name is Don and she is the operations manager
I have used this store several times. They have lost my package before and have replaced my cost. This last time I brought my package into the store they either had taken it or lost it in transistion. Either way they will not take owner of the situation. The owner is truly incompetent and can not keep a staff for longer than 6 months. Always have new faces that dont know what they are doing. If you can avoid going to this location, save yourself and go to another location.
Went here to scan documents I needed to send out to my email I think the price was outrageous, 25.00 to scan 18 pages of documents and have sent to my email address, never got a reciept, not even sure the transaction was rung in the register, the guy was too busy trying to start on his next customer before my request was finished. The seems very high, . Because I had those same dicuments printed out just the day before at the Bonaire UPS store and they only charged 5.00.Seems like highway robbery to me. Next time I will think twice before I go here
Nice to be able to send print items to them and pick up within minutes. Also laminating service is reasonable and convenient. They are located in a strip mall with a major grocer and many other small shops and eateries nearby. Parking lot is adequate for cars but no Semi Truck parking allowed according to signs posted upon entering shopping center.
I enjoy using the UPS store on Zebulon Rd for my printing services because they are friendly and courteous and they always have my printing ready when I arrive and their prices are very competitive. The printed sheets are very well done, overall it is a very good experience, especially when compared to the big print shop in town which is much higher and very rude !!!!
Complete scam! $2.00 to use a computer to print off a return label. It clearly states $2.00 for 15 minutes. However I needed it for 2 minuets. It should read a one time access fee for $2.00 and $2.00 every 15 minutes after. But here is a better solution! Create an account where the customer can email the store so the employee could print it off labels and charge the customer .25 per copy.
I arrived at 10:15 am on today store hours are 10-4. The store was dark and locked. I waited until 10:20 and started to call during this time three others came up and waited... They left after waiting 10 minutes. Hours posted 10-4 and no one was there. I dont have a package to send, I needed a notary. Never returning here.
I had the worst experience here. Printing was horrible and they did not know how to fax. They let an inexperienced person try to fax while supervisor never got up to help and the other employee was too busy trying to collect the 25 print job. Went straight to Fed-ex and got it done in 1 minute.

2022-06-10I frequent all three UPS stores on this side of town--Zebulon, Bass and Northside--almost every week. The Zebulon store is by-far my favorite. The staff is great (whats up, Christian!), super-helpful and knowledgeable. Ive come to the Zebulon store at least 2-3 times per week for years at this point, so I like to think I have a pretty good sample-size from which to draw my opinions. Ive seen some VERY RUDE customers come into the store, and the staff takes care of them just the same. Christian and the guys (and girls--whats up, Stephanie!) always have the store running well. If theres a line, it wont last for long, because Christian is a pro at keeping things moving. A nice welcome every time I come into the store, and the same welcome to other customers as well. Ignore every single negative review here, because I assure you theyre almost always a result of a confused, misinformed, or straight-up dishonest customer/patron. Great store and great staff, period. Ill continue coming here because they make my life easier by knowing exactly what theyre doing. 5/5 stars.

2022-06-07I came in with 3 different types of packages to ship out: QR code, to print a label, and usps. Teddy was incredibly efficient and had me in and out of there in probably less than 7 mins. Great job!

2022-03-04This store is something else. They never have a notary on site, and when they do, they lie and say theyre not a notary. My husband asked the man if he had a twin because we walked in on him notarizing someone elses documents. He acted as if he didnt hear my husband. This office needs to be investigated as to why the employees pick and choose who receives certain services.You respond Im lying. There must not be any cameras in your store. The person Im referring to is a white man who notarized my paperwork when we walked in on him notarizing someone elses paperwork. Thats the only reason he notarized mine. Who do I need to contact to request a copy of the footage or do I need to file an intent to sue to prove to you Im not lying?

2021-05-07Only gave a one star so that I could leave a comment. Went today and both of the clerks was rude to me and my friend. Usually when I go inside it’s a pleasurable experience but today they both had horrible attitudes. Clearly they did not want to work today but it’s inappropriate to have attitudes with your customers. I hope that more training is given to ensure customers receive excellent customer service!

2020-10-01I had them pack and ship a vintage toy with the box. When I received the item from UPS Store #1914, the vintage box was not there. Every time I call all I get is they didnt receive the box from the auction house. I even sent them an invoice that show and stats the vintage toy and box before I asked them to pack and ship. Yet they don’t want to take responsivity for the lost item. And give a full refund of $255.75 even though I had Insurance. And they never call back when they say they will.
