I just love this shoe store!!🖤🖤 They have a little bit of everything from dress to sports and sandals. This is my ONE STOP SHOP for any shoes.😍
They have a great deal going on, buy one get one 1/2 off, I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes under $150!! Was so worth it!! This store has A/C unit problems so make sure you have shorts on just in case their unit goes out while your there.
Store is clean and neatly organized. I easily found what I was looking for without having to ask. My favorite place to get shoes in Augusta.
Friendly cashiers.. but it kinda feels like a shoe buffet.
Found lots of great deals. Lots of name brands and also cheaper generics. Went in looking for one comfortable pair of casual shoes to relieve my aching feet and left with four! They were running a buy one get one half off special.
Helpful employee but shoe size i needed was in short supply.
I prefer the old shoe carnival better but they have a large selection of shoes and styles and some of them are a bit pricey and then again they have a good selection of shoes on the clearance isles also at a good price

Found shoes I liked but after standing in line forever, i gave up and put the shoes back. Good lord open a 2nd register when the line starts to wrap around the store. Ill still go again because its not normally like that.

2022-08-17Found some amazingly comfortable pair of shoes (Sketchers xwide memory air cooled foam) for like $50.00. They probably should have called the police cause the quality of the shoes compared to the price I stole them.

2022-01-27Just happened to get an email from shoe carnival the same day we went. My husband was finally able to find a pair of shoes that fit him well. When we went to the checkout and I showed him the email for 10 dollars off on line or in store he said I need a barcode. The email had no barcode in it. If the company is going to tease you with a discount they should be able to give it to you in a simple form. Not try to find it on the website while people are waiting for you to finish. This review is more for corporate than for this particular store I guess because they were very nice in store

2022-05-17I had to go find a salesperson to ask for help and then she acted like she couldve cared less about helping me and as a matter of fact was pretty short with me when I asked where I could find the little girls dress shoes. That is where I always go to buy my granddaughter hers but thanks to my experience with that lady today I wont no more! Rudeness I can do without

2021-12-08Only once have we been here and the store not been nice and neat. I was a manager of a shoe store and while you may think its a walk in the park there can be stress keeping it nice and clean and in order. This store does a great job with that.
