Found what I was looking for pretty quick
I enjoy looking around to see what is on sale and the sales person is very polite.
Better prices than Belk on the same shoes. If you can find 2 of the same size

2022-04-01I was given a pair of shoes as a gift that were too big. I NEVER wore them because they didnt fit me. The manager turned up her nose at me and said that I had worn them and when I told her no, I hadnt she just said that she would let me exchange them this one time and then dismissed me. I did take a while to find a pair to exchange them for, because I didnt want to have to come back if they werent right. I heard loud conversations between her and the associate working with her, and I was made to feel like I was trying to steal because I was being watched like a criminal. When I went to the counter to check out, the associate didnt even look me in my face, nor did he speak to me, except to tell me to get something else to make the exchange even. Definitely wont be returning to this store!

2018-07-09Had a great experience. We were able to find my two kids and spouse all a pair of shoes. There was a great sale going on and we saved half off each pair. The kids love coming to get new shoes as do all kids but they can enjoy the experience also.

2020-08-14Very nice shoes sold here. I walk in mine 4 hours daily for about a month and they have not worn out. Good quality expensive shoes.

2017-11-19The customer service was the worst I ever saw. I went in to exchange a pair of shoes with a receipt the guy which he refuse to give me his name was very unprofessional and rude. I told him that I would like to just get my money back because of his smart mouth he told me that I had a smart mouth also. I asked what was corporate number he told me its on the receipt I can get it off that so I looked at the manager and said so he dont have to give me his name she just looked scared and gave me her name I couldnt believe what was going on. I have worked in customer service for 9 years and have never seen someone so ignorant. I let the manager know that I will be calling corporate and will not be coming back to shop ill go to belks for now on
